Dehn, a.k.a Urban Handyman is the ninja of handymen... from beginning to end, he is clear and concise. Starting with a detailed quote, up to the minute response time with any questions before the job, and an easy on-line approval once the job is decided upon. I have been using contractors, and a variety of independent builders over the past 10 years for my 'ol 1947 house, (much of the work done while i was not on site) and BY FAR, Dehn has been the most professional.
Once the job has started Dehn shows up on time, meticulously finishes his work and strives to deliver the best quality in workmanship. Even down to the clean up and disposal of old materials, Dehn takes care of it all with ease, professionalism and efficiency-- and as many have stated, his prices are very reasonable!
Dehn replaced 4 windows, installed a new fiberglass door on the side of my garage, tore out an old single garage door and installed a sliding glass door, built an exterior awning over a basement door,  installed a new toilet, tore out my old bathtub, and re-built a new base for the new tub surround, replaced my bathroom faucet, installed a small glass shelf, and replaced some light fixtures-- all workmanship was top notch; from the  tight fitting windows to the perfectly aligned door-- I will be using Dehn for a large portion of the future work to be done on my house. Trustworthy, skilled craftsmanship, efficient, professional and reasonable. What more can you ask for!!!

I needed to call for assistance as my RO system tank wasn't filling up. James was dispatched to my residence by Melissa and quickly diagnosed the problem; I had accidentally moistened the RO system leak detector, which is very sensitive to water intrusion and will shut off the system. James resolved the issue in a very few minutes and provided an instructional tutorial at the same time. I really enjoy working with the people at Superior Water; Melissa and James are just great, always professional and friendly and caring about their customers and their water treatment systems.

Stuvantae responded to me very quickly when I reached out. He was also flexible with my changing schedule. When he arrived, he was friendly and professional, talking with me as he worked. I will not only recommend his services, I will definitely call him the next time I have a plumbing issue.

Amazing service.  Bill was wonderful. He is super friendly and very efficient at what he was doing. This is the 2nd time he came out. The First he went a head and stopped the issue and had to seclude the follow up visit to repair it.  It all works great now. My cat even followed him around trying to help. He didn't mind and treated them like the rest of the family - kind and respectful. Highly recommend him.

Starz Plumbing and Heating has exceeded my expectations, friendly and professional Staff, knowledgeable, reliable and reasonable prices. They are my Go To Plumbing Service. I've had a few leaks just this year alone and Enrique, the owner came out since their Plumber was working in Castle Rock and I needed someone out at my home right away. He truly is a trustworthy, simple kind of guy. Very knowledgeable, it would make sense since he is a Master Plumber, he was fast and efficient. Last year Miguel replaced my Water Heater and my garbage disposal. Very friendly and clean. I also had a problem with my AC and with just a phone call, Luis their HVAC tech was so friendly and helpful and saved me time and money and was able to repair my AC without any charge. They truly go above and beyond for their customers. I highly recommend you give them a call next time you have a problem.

We originally had a plumber do work for our remodel, that plumber not only did a horrible job but didn't finish it.  We were frustrated and desperate when a friend recommended calling Lorenzo.  I was shocked how professional he was and how good he was.  He fixed the other guys terrible job and finished the other projects we needed done.  He literally saved us.  I couldn't recommend Masters Plus more!  Don't make the mistake we did and call Masters Plus first.

We had some issues with our faucet and kitchen plumbing and Ronnie, the owner of TNT plumbing promptly responded and fixed the issues with ease.

Working with him and his team was fast and easy, and I would highly recommend his business.

Jason came for a site visit, which took about half an hour, and mostly talked about what I wanted to replace my leaking composite stone sink. We make lots of pasta, potatoes, and tea so lots of boiling water gets poured from the pots. He took some measurements.
Later sent me an estimate and pictures of what he recommended. His price estimate was right on target. Made an appointment to get the work done and then was able to move it forward a day, hurray!
He did a great job of putting in my new sink, hardware, and garbage disposal.
He cleaned under the sink and around the floor and shelf where there was sawdust, my hole was not square. A careful, beautiful finish! Nice man, cheerful! So pleased!

Matt did an amazing job fixing a plumbing leak caused by shoddy work done by the previous DIY homeowner. He showed up when he said he would, was courteous and professional, made the fix in a very short period of time, improved the plumbing setup, and was extremely patient with interruptions from curious cats, kids, and me. I'd hire him again in a heartbeat.

First off Nick, Jim and Lilly are all fantastic. I will fully and wholly recommend Colorado Plumbing & Gas Lines for ANY of your plumbing or gas line needs. Lilly works at the office and sets up the appointments. She is so kind and friendly to deal with on the phone. We stumbled upon Colorado Plumbing & Gas Lines strictly by accident. Through an exterior sewer line warranty I called with concerns about my sewer lines slow draining. I set up an appointment with the warranty company who contracts with local plumbing companies to do warranty work for them. The warranty company set up a time to have my sewer line scoped with a camera. I already knew my cast iron sewer line had to be replaced inside the house and I had 5 bids from local companies and also some large chain companies for an estimate. I figured if I had problems outside the house could get fixed at same time as inside the house.

    My bids all came in and ranged between 9-25k. While Nick came over to scope the line for the warranty company, I asked him to give me a bid for the inside the house work. I told him that I was waiting on some bids and he said that he would get me one too. Nick said that he'd be more than happy to talk to me AFTER the sticker shock from the competition wore off. The bid to replace all the above ground cast iron sewer and a large stretch of nearly 20' of under the concrete slab in my basement, add a gas line since we wanted a gas oven, add a drain for my washing machine and also add a drain for our dishwasher was under 8k.

    What really got me was Nick had a wonderful personality. He said that we didn't need to do certain things and wasn't trying to upsale us. His honesty was refreshing. I made an appointment with Lilly to get Nick to come back and replace the sewer line. Unfortunately we ran into asbestos floor tiles sitting on top of the concrete we were going to have removed and also in the drywall. At that point we had to have that professionally abated and had to cancel our original appointment. I called Lilly and talked to her and she was completely understanding and fantastic to deal with. We called a couple of months later after the asbestos had been abated and rescheduled the sewer replacement.

    Jim and Nick showed up and literally started tearing out the old sewer lines and replacing them. They made sure that we were able to have waste lines for our toilet shower and sinks at the end of each day since it's our only home and we were living in it during this week long process. Jim and Nick are absolutely awesome, with great personalities. They made the process tolerable and were so informative and friendly. They will stand behind their work too.

    One final thing that impressed me was when the city inspector showed up and checked the plumbing, he said that they did nice work. He also was impressed with the fact they bonded the gas line, which the inspector said he doesn't see often and again mentioned he was impressed with the plumber.

Wow can I just say wow!  We had some water backing up in our laundry room and Justin came out took one look move each the sump pump back and fourth and problem was solved.  He also showed me what to do if it happened again!  He could have charged me what it initially cost but he didn't.   Love this guy! Don't hesitate to call and ask for Justin.  I've used them in the past and they are fast reliable and will not tough you.  On top of everything it was Memorial Day.

I had gotten in a bit over my head when installing a new tub.  I could not get the drain hooked up without a tiny leak.  I called them on Friday and had Lowell out to my house Saturday morning.  He came by within 1 hour of calling me Sat morning and immediatley found the problem.  
He was willing to tell me how to fix it myself- for no additional cost beyond the trip fee. But Lowell was so friendly, I asked how much for him to fix the problem.  The price was reasonable and the service was friendly and expedient.  I recommend them and will use them again if the need arises.

I came home from work today and my furnace was not working.  Talk about cold. I called 6 or 7 HVAC Companies and no one could come look at it until the next day, which is not helpful in this temperature.  Jordan from Summit promptly returned my call and got someone out here within an hour.  I really appreciate her remaining courteous in light of the fact that I was extremely agitated at having already called several companies.  Brian arrived and was able to make the repair.  Having heat is usually a good thing when it is 15 degrees outside and snowing.  Thanks Summit.

We were having issues with a commercial toilet in our Business.
I called Leon, as we all know this is one of the hardest services to find a good or at least a knowledgeable plumber/company, who as soon as they arrive the clock starts ticking, as far as charges, not to mention the usual trip charge, just to come out to evaluate.

What a pleasant surprise, that first when I called Royalty Plumbing.
1. I wasn't put on hold or transferred to another department, or even worse someones voice mail, Leon actually answered the phone!
2. When asked regarding a trip charge , I was told , that there would not be a trip charge, period.
3. Holy cow , Leon was on time, and even took the time to call & let me know his expected time of arrival.
4. And far from last, after inspecting the issue, it was a simple fix, and get this NO CHARGE !
I cannot recommend, Leon and Royalty plumbing enough, we have found our new plumber, as well as I have found a new residential plumber as well!

Scheduled three separate appointments to get a quote.  No one showed up, all three times.

Had a service appointment schduled with them. They didn't show up, call to cancel, call to reschedule, or anything. Just didn't show up. I find this very rude and unappreciative to someone's time.
