I contacted Brett via Yelp messaging on Sunday when I noticed my very old hot water heater was leaking. He responded within 10 minutes and after a few photos, he was able to quote the project. They came out promptly the next morning and quickly installed my new hot water heater. No mess, no fuss and I am completely satisfied with the quality work. My water pressure has improved, which I was not expecting, but it is a nice plus!  Additionally, my mom had a plumbing issue and they quickly sent someone out to her house the same morning!  Love supporting locally owned businesses. Great work gentlemen and you all are my go to plumbing service!

I used this company for a new water heater and they were outstanding across the board. They made a service call within 24 hours of my call and replaced the heater the same day. The price was very reasonable and the technician a complete professional. I've installed water heaters before and was impressed by their work.

I called Carolina Plumbing Pros when the laundry room drain line started to back up and overflow. A technician promptly came out the same day I called and ran a snake down the line and also the in the shower drain. The snake went down 25 ft and didn't appear to hit any type of blockage that he could tell. He said the issue is probably the the vent on the roof has a blockage however his company doesn't allow employee's on the roof due to liability. Therefore, he suggested we call a roofer to look down the line on the roof but oh by the way they can't clear if for you even if they see it, and he left. First off if you are a plumbing company and part of the working pieces of a homes plumbing includes the roof vent you need to be able to service the vent or tell the customer when they call your limitations so they can find an alternate company. We have now paid 170.00 to have a line snaked and no resolution to the issue.

I needed a plumber on a Saturday.  Will came highly recommended. Ordinarily he wouldn't came out to Gastonia but I'm glad that he did this for us. I had an obvious underground water leak in the front of my property. The sidewalk, that divides the the grass along my front curb from the lawn on my property was showing (leaking) water. Angelo from Pure Flow Plumbing in Cover, SC immediately diagnosed the problem. He said it most likely was the main water line that feeds into the house and that a tree root probably damaged the line. He was right. Unfortunately this line was under the concrete sidewalk. Angelo did a great job cutting a narrow path through the concrete, locating the broken section of water line and replacing that section. He then repaired the side walk by poring concrete and smoothing it out. Had it not been for rain, he would have finished the entire job in one day. It was great having an obviously experienced, knowledgeable person who was able to do both repairs. As a bonus, Angelo was also prompt, courteous and professional. I highly recommend Pure Flow!  (Al. Quick turnaround service. Had a slow drain that needed some help. Scott snaked the drain bust also quickly recognized our home's cast iron piping could be root of bigger issues. Scott was thorough and walked through options regarding cast iron pipe replacement. Appreciated his expertise and professionalism.

We had Mike Walker with Brian Long Plumbing to our home today. We had a leaking sink fixed and a new toilet and pedastal sink installed. The work, advice and professionalism was outstanding. I highly recommend this company. It is nice to have someone so pleasant and who also really puts pride in his work at the same time.

I had a busted water line behind my refrigerator on Christmas Day. I called my warranty company and they said it would be a couple of days before they could find someone. Then after 48 hours, they found a plumber, but said that person wouldn't be out for another few days. The Home Warranty company finally let me choose my own plumber. I called Cain's Able Plumbing. I let them know that I had been without water water due to the leak and they came out that day. The plumber, JT was very nice, knowledgeable and helpful. Also this company is very reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

This company installed a water heater for us. Part of their sales pitch is to service and clean/flush for the life of the unit.  Is the heater is having some problems and needs it's first service and this company won't call me back. I have texted Dustin Williams and called, he hangs up on me and tells us we have the wrong number. Don't do business with this company unless you don't care about service after the install. Any implied warranty from them is useless.

I had granite countertops installed by Carolina Granite and unbeknownst to me, they do not reconnect the plumbing so I contacted 3 Way Plumbing since they had been to my home from a home warranty issue I had and I was satisfied with the work they completed. I only needed a faucet installed and the plumbing reconnected (dishwasher, garbage disposal and PVC pipes for sink). The PVC pipes were practically brand new since the garbage disposal was replaced last December. I was charged $757 for this work and feel this is highway robbery. I didn't ask for the pipes to be replaced which they were and it took less than an hour and a half to complete the job. My advice after this expensive experience is to hire an independent plumber who doesn't pass their overhead onto the customer as you'll be paying for their high tech work vans and advertising costs.

TOTAL RIP OFF. They were prompt, yes. And I knew we'd pay a little more in an emergency situation.. but $1600 for a 40 Gallon gas hot water heater is just WRONG when Lowes/Sears, etc. have them for about $400-$600. Oh but there is a  6 year warranty! BIG DEAL. Again, Lowes/Sears have ones with 9 year warranties that still don't come close in price to Morris Jenkins. (And I'm sure to have them install still wouldn't bring it near the $1600) Also, they didn't install it that night. We still had to wait until the next day. I also still can't trust that the tank had ruptured and wasn't more than a loose hose. The times we've had them out for HVAC maintenance, they ALWAYS try to sell new units This one won't last much longer. Its sad when you feel they're trying to take advantage every single time they talk to you. I hope my $1600 water heater pumps gold water. But my husband is a sucker and was the one dealing with all this. Well played Morris Jenkins. You're lucky I wasn't the one home when this happened.

I have used Jim Dickerson plumbing over the years, however will not use their services any longer. They over charge for labor and the cost of repairs. I had someone come out for 2 plumbing issues.. A leaking sink and tub. I was charged 3 hours of labor for sealing a leak under the kitchen sink and an attempt to repair the tub leak. The tub leak was not able to be fixed because of the need to replace a valve. The technician spent hours trying to find the water source in the house and then left to go get parts to attempt to repair the tub leak. I was charged 441.00 for labor and the cost of repairing the leak under the sink which was sealed.
After sending a request to speak with the technician to find out exact details of the work, their accounting department sent a return email only that stated they overcharged for the work done and credited 200.00. The total cost still remained at 288.00. I was charged for the time the tech left and attempted to find a part for work that was not completed. After knowing their inconsistency in their work, I will no longer use their services. Very disappointed.

I was having issues and called this place to come out to inspect.  This was on Wednesday and the guy told me someone would be here on Thursday. Great!  Waited all day on Thursday, no one showed. I called them back and they said I was on the schedule for Friday (even though I received my text).  So, whatever, Friday it is.  Now after waiting all day again, no one showed up and I received another text to see we'll see you tomorrow (meaning Saturday).  These people have no clue of what they are doing.  Go somewhere else!
