The reviewers are not wrong! Called at 12pm on a Tuesday and Jason was at my mother's place by 1pm. Pleasant guy and that was clear about his pricing from the outset. Jason snaked our outdoor sewer line and even gave us some guidance on why the HOA should cover the damage.

Very professional and expedient service at a fair price. Hard to find in the industrial trades industry.

I called and talked to Bret, he came by and looked at my hot water heater within one hour.  Water heater needs to be replaced and it is scheduled for Monday.  Very prompt service.  This company comes highly recommended by my neighbors and I totally agree.

So glad for their full-service and quick solutions. I have a child with special needs and made some extraordinary requests -- Tim met every challenge with his expertise and became my point-person. I truly am happy, even after paying for new plumbing throughout my home and the tankless water heater and carbon filter. The ability to enjoy my home worry-free is worth all the pennies!!

My hot water heater inside my laundry closet started leaking on a Saturday afternoon. Jeff M. came out that evening to check to see if it could be repaired or needed replacing. Unfortunately, it needed to be replaced. He was able to come back out on Monday to install the unit. He gave us advice on how to keep the current unit limping along until the new one could be installed. The pressure coming into the house was partly the problem as to why the last unit didn't last as long. We needed a pressure reducer valve. Jeff had a really big job at another client that would take him several days. He came back Thursday evening after leaving that job to put on the pressure reducer valve. He also noticed that our connectors on our washing machine were well worn (again, probably from the pressure) and recommended replacing them with new ones before they started leaking. He happily put on the new hoses on for us while he was there. Overall, Jeff and ER Plumbing are courteous, professional and seem to care about the quality of the work and service they provide.

Expensive for what this is! they wanted for  charge me almost 700$ for installing a home water filter system and other places were cheaper so i went w other company instaed

It was my first time using Pure Flow plumbing. After calling 12 other companies for an emergency repair they were the only ones to come right out. The guys Taylor Bridges and Corey  that came out to do the repairs were extremely knowledgeable and professional. They cleaned up after themselves when the work was done, and even went the extra mile of pressure washing the road from where mud  had ran off from where they had to dig a pipe up before they left. Highly recommend them if your in a pinch and want it fixed ASAP

James showed up on time and did a wonderful job replacing my shower valve!  He cleaned up the whole work area and left the bathroom better than he found it.  Please don't hesitate to call this honest and clear pricing company for any of your plumbing needs.  They called ahead and let us know James was on his way. Chad was great! It's so hard to find people who know what they're doing and who actually communicate. Chad was in touch regularly about our job. He showed up on time. Did excellent work. And was just generally a pleasure. There is a good reason he has Professional in the name of his business.

HIGHLY recommend Brian Long Plumbing! I live in an older house and needed major plumbing work done. The first company I called quoted me $2000.  I asked friends for recommendation and they recommended Brian Long.  I called and am so glad I did! They were able to complete the work at a fraction of the quote I received and did it so quickly! Top notch service and professionalism! I had a leak under my kitchen and put a bucket there to catch the water - Hugh was kind enough to dump the bucket of water out for me!

I've used Cain's twice after moving into my new home. They helped with a leak in my shower drain and installing a new toilet. Both times were super easy to setup an appointment with and they met their time window. Each tech was super helpful and quick. I was super impressed and will be using them for all future plumbing work.

Had a tub removed in my grandma's house she is 80 and has a hard time stepping over the tub they installed a walk in shower with grab bars for her safety they had the upmost compassion for my mom and remodeled her bathroom for her safety it took a huge worry off my mind i was so worried she would fall but thanks to abetterway for putting me at ease they also followed up a year later for a warranty issue that they took care of at no cost to me! Dustin the owner is a standup guy they have done a few jobs for my friends as well!

he/they handled my changing my back-flow preventer outside & went above the service required to fix the problem. made it so we can remove the brass preventer in the winter to keep it from freezing. cool fix. loosen a couple of big nuts and take it off!

We had a service technician come to our house today. His name is Michael Reep.  He talked with my husband. He was very professional and courteous and also very detailed. He spoke in plain English not repairman lingo. He made sure my husband understood what he was doing and why. I'm certain we made the right choice when we decided on Morris Jenkins for our heating/cooling needs.

Jim Dickerson is a helluva guy. I worked there for nearly four years, and was never asked to do anything illegal or unethical.  You get what you pay for, and the prices we charged were fair by market standards.  I left after a major contract cancelled, but would have stayed otherwise. I hope that the family has continued with his vision since he has stepped back in terms of management.

I was having issues and called this place to come out to inspect.  This was on Wednesday and the guy told me someone would be here on Thursday. Great!  Waited all day on Thursday, no one showed. I called them back and they said I was on the schedule for Friday (even though I received my text).  So, whatever, Friday it is.  Now after waiting all day again, no one showed up and I received another text to see we'll see you tomorrow (meaning Saturday).  These people have no clue of what they are doing.  Go somewhere else!
