Brett and his team were responsive and communicative on all aspects of the process and costs of replacing a LP Water Heater.  He delivered and installed the unit earlier than expected.  His partner Eric even returned later with two CO detectors for the house.  Great service and installation!  Would highly recommend.

Reached out to Option One for some plumbing work we needed done. Our technician, Christian, came and checked on everything in our house to make sure everything was in working order which it was (didn't try to sell me services I didn't need and assured me that everything was in good shape). He provided three quotes, one of which I asked if he could do same day which he did and started work immediately. Price was best out of three local quotes we have received prior. He got our garbage disposal running and even checked all piping was connected correctly, excellent service. Will be back for the other projects they quoted us on based on the great work,

I called Carolina Plumbing Pros when the toilet backed up into the stall shower next to it. Stefan came out immediately to survey the situation, resolve the clog and then proceeded to investigate the cause of the problem. He was extremely patient with me, answered all of my questions, and spent plenty of time educating me about the major project that needed to be done outside of the house to fix the toilet. Within a very short amount of time, Randy came out, pipes were replaced and new grass seed was planted.  We also had a handful of other items that needed to be taken care of and again, everything was done timely and professionally. Both men were a pleasure to work with and have in the house... under circumstances that were not so pleasant! I would call them again for any plumbing needs and highly recommend them.

I needed a plumber on a Saturday.  Will came highly recommended. Ordinarily he wouldn't came out to Gastonia but I'm glad that he did this for us. I had an obvious underground water leak in the front of my property. The sidewalk, that divides the the grass along my front curb from the lawn on my property was showing (leaking) water. Angelo from Pure Flow Plumbing in Cover, SC immediately diagnosed the problem. He said it most likely was the main water line that feeds into the house and that a tree root probably damaged the line. He was right. Unfortunately this line was under the concrete sidewalk. Angelo did a great job cutting a narrow path through the concrete, locating the broken section of water line and replacing that section. He then repaired the side walk by poring concrete and smoothing it out. Had it not been for rain, he would have finished the entire job in one day. It was great having an obviously experienced, knowledgeable person who was able to do both repairs. As a bonus, Angelo was also prompt, courteous and professional. I highly recommend Pure Flow!  (Al. Minor work done regarding hammer noise from pipes in wall. PRV install. Technician Josh is an absolute Rockstar. He loves his job and takes major pride in his work. I called at 8pm they would have came out rite away for a fee but I said it could wait they showed up at the time we agreed on . Lundon was my tech very knowledgable we discussed all my options was a tad pricey but you get what you pay for and it was worth it I got a new well pump new bladder tank and hot water heater took bout 5 1/2 hrs . Chad did a fantastic job of fixing a patio door that was very difficult to open.   He responded to texts and emails promptly, and showed up on time for the job.  It was a pleasure doing business with him.   Chad will be the first person I call for any future home jobs.

I called Brian Long Plumbing for a plumbing problem with my toilet. Best call I made! My toilet tank had cracked and I needed a new installation. This company is a hidden gem! I had made a dozen calls, starting with the most highly rated. None could help. Brian is extremely busy but squeezed me in for a 24 hour turnaround time. Extremely knowledgeable and honest to a fault. He has been in business for a decade. He was able to uninstall and install a new toilet in under 90 minutes, was the most reasonably priced and takes extreme pride in his work. I would absolutely recommend Brian to anyone needing a plumber and he will be my first call if ever needed again.

Used these guys for the first time.  Tried to fix the problem myself assuming a plumber would cost a lot as they have with others I used. I was wrong about that with Cain's. They charged me about half of what I thought it would be and did an excellent job.  Plus they showed up when they said they would. Very polite and professional.  They cleaned up so you can't even tell they were here. Other then the leak is gone. I highly recommend them.

This company installed a water heater for us. Part of their sales pitch is to service and clean/flush for the life of the unit.  Is the heater is having some problems and needs it's first service and this company won't call me back. I have texted Dustin Williams and called, he hangs up on me and tells us we have the wrong number. Don't do business with this company unless you don't care about service after the install. Any implied warranty from them is useless.

Ask for Tom. A real pro and you don't see that very much these days. He is very knowledgeable and friendly.

Extremely overpriced.  I never post reviews but I received quotes from 2 other companies on the same day that were 8k less for full HVAC unit with same warranty.  Do your homework and shop around.

After paying them $300 to repair a hot water heater that is only 6 years old I was still having the same issue shortly after the plumber left.  I was then told when I spoke with them that the plumber would be back the next day, a Saturday.  When he never showed I called them and they told me he didn't work that day and he could come on Monday and replace the entire unit.  I asked about the $300 in parts and labor that I already paid and they said that was paid for the work they did and not relevant to replacing the unit.  I refused and decided to look at the unit myself.  I discovered that the unit was not getting any air as the intake was covered with dust and dirt.  The plumber had said he cleaned this area out and DID NOT.  After cleaning it myself I am back up and running but still out the $300 in un-needed repairs that they performed.

Becareful this company, they overcharge you and not handle business  professionally. I had sewer emergency on 6/1/22, they came and gave me estimate $12,000. They accepted cash for $9000 but I paid similar repair $4500 year ago. It only took a little more than half day and 2 people. $9000 is way overcharged. They gave me invoice but my insurance company asking for just part of the invoice for the excavation  the detection of the leak  and  the put back for the cement not the entire invoice. I requested it more than a month ago, my insurance company requested it through email and I called them 3 times. They still didn't generate the part invoice I need as today 8/2/22. This company is not professional handled and they will scam you if you let them.
