Best Plumbing Services in North Carolina

I was visiting my relatives in North Carolina when their bath tub drain was clogged. I called the Ultimate Plumbing repair and they arrived in fifteen minutes and fixed the problem. It was not a big job but I was impressed with their speed and professional manner.
I highly recommend their services.

This is a horrible business.  This company was contracted by Lakeside apartments to fix an ongoing plumbing issue.  The plumbers were unable to fix the plumbing problem in a timely manner and stayed in the apartment when the resident needed to leave for work.  When the resident returned home she immediately noticed that clothing and storage items had been pulled from under the bed.  This is where her cat hides when strangers are nearby.  She also noticed that her cat was severely injured and after a veterinary analysis it was determined that the cat has ligament and muscle damage consistent with being grabbed and pulled.  The plumbers either intentionally tried to harm the cat, or in the process of looking for valuables came across the cat and injured it.  The plumbers left the work area in complete disarray like they needed to leave quickly.  The business owner hung up on the call instead of listening and trying to find a resolution to a serious issue.  The plumber could be heard in the background taking responsibility for leaving the extreme mess behind.  People don't complete their job when they're in a hurry to leave.  connect the dots.  Disgusting humans, horrible business.  Avoid this business and tell friends and family never to use their service

After a small plumbing issue that left us needing a lot of repairs, we began collecting estimates from contractors, painters and flooring companies all over the area. After feeling as if there was no way we'd be able to get the work done within what the insurance company was willing to pay, we were referred to Raul and his team by many of our neighbors. As he lives in our neighborhood, many folks had hired him to have all sorts of work done and every person we spoke to said nothing but amazing things about the quality of what he and his team had done.

Raul came to give us an estimate when he said he would and it was much more affordable than the prior companies we had contacted. We decided to hire him that day to install our new flooring.

In tandem with the flooring, we were having repairs done to our ceiling and wall, and new paint/popcorn applied. Unfortunately, the person we hired to do these items wasn't able to do them to our expectations and we decided to let him go. After a short conversation with Raul, we decided to hire him to complete everything that needed to be done associated with our claim. Not only that but, we discovered a mold issue just before the work was to begin and, after having him look at it for us, we also hired him to take care of those repairs as well.

I could go on and on about the amazing work that Raul and his team do. We even added on some extras along the way because we were so impressed. A stressful situation of having to file an insurance claim to have work done we hadn't planned ended up turning into a beautiful remodel of nearly the entire first floor of our home! The floors are absolutely beautiful, we have a new smooth ceiling in our kitchen and living room (instead of popcorn) that is like glass, we have absolutely beautifully done new paint in our kitchen, living room and family room, and we no longer have a leak causing a mold issue around our front windows. Every step of the way we were impressed. The work was done when we were told it would be, and even with some hiccups along the way (i.e. having to ask for additional work), Raul made sure we were comfortable with any changes in the timeline. More importantly, in no case did we see any situation where a corner was cut. In fact, things we wouldn't have thought to do or add as extra steps to do things as simple as say, painting a wall, were done, to ensure the quality was second to none. We hovered every day watching, and every day we were impressed with the little things that were done to go above and beyond.

The one and only reason I am not giving Raul 5 stars is because throughout the entire process, with everything we had done, we never saw anything on paper. In fact, I have to reach out again to ask for something showing what work was done to satisfy our insurance company. This is an extremely minor issue however. In fact if I could give 4.5 stars, deducting just .5 for the lack of paperwork, I would. I'm 100% sure he can and will provide it, I would've just preferred seeing things in writing to solidify all the conversations and agreements made verbally.

There is absolutely no doubt in my mind that we will hire Raul again to do whatever we need to our home. We've since visited some neighbors to see work he's done for them and were just as impressed. A new bathroom was done for one of our neighbors that is amazing and the screen room another neighbor had him finish (after poor quality work was done) is beautiful. The list goes on and on quite honestly. His prices are reasonable and the work is simply amazing. No matter what you need done, give Raul a call!

I've contracted with these guys several times to do odd jobs and they are very consistent in the quality of service they provide and the prompt and friendly nature of their staff. With the service industry being hit or miss most of the time its always refreshing to find a company that 1)actually shows up 2)does the work they are supposed to and 3)charges a reasonable price for their services. It will usually run you 150$ for the first hour they are in your home but if you aren't very confident in your repair skills it will be money well spent.

February 24th I received a THREATENING text message from Joel Bliss the owner of bliss plumbing. He threaten myself, my family and my home with scared tactics and foreclosure with no proof of anything he mentioned in the text message. He took the lies that his employers told him and threatened me. He didn't call to inquire about the problem or help find a solution. His scared tactics worked, I had an anxiety attack and had to contact my the VA. Once i was able to calm down, I contact Joel, explained everything and sent him proof of everything and his attitude and tone change.

My pipes burst in my first home in December and this was my first time experiencing significant damage to my home. I contact bliss plumping and everything was going good in the beginning. Everything time i received a check from the insurance, I cashed it and then paid Bliss IMMEDIATELY. What i didn't know, if a check is over a certain amount (i believe $7400) it must be endorsed by the mortgage company. So the very last payment took longer than normal. I tried explaining everything to Tye and jackie regarding the last check and they became frustrated because it was taking so long. Every bit of information I got, I passed along to them. The mortgage required information from bliss plumbing and at first bliss didn't want to provided but eventually did. Tye an jackie decide to contact my mortgage company without my knowledge or a information of release on file violating my privacy despite me forwarding all email and letting them talk to the lost an prevention department and the adjuster. It became so over whelming because they started to call me everyday from different numbers. I tried my best to communicate through email while i was on the phone for over 2 hours with the mortgage company trying to get them paid. Despite my account being 90% paid they was no longer trying to work with me. I always paid on time when insurance check came in, i communicated every detail because this was my first time experiencing damage to my home so i never held on to any money and followed all the steps given to me by the insurance company. I wish i never picked this company to help me with my home.

I ordered the bathtub repair kit, described as easy online. But when I received it, it was difficult to figure out and required a lot of additional steps and items to purchase. I never used the kit, I simply returned it to the only address I could find, because the phone number is bogus and the email address never replies. I never received a refund for the unused kit. $45 out the window for trusting a company of (obvious plumbers) who are selling their leftovers to the public and ripping them off.

I had previously posted a review on YELP.  I had been contacted by a rep, who said if I posted a review on Yelp or Facebook, I would receive a gift card to LOWE'S.  Evidently, that was only true for people who gave a good review, not an honest one.

let me start by saying that this plumbing service is far from quality. not finishing the job the way the job is supposed to be done. I now have to call another plumbing service to fix these guys problem. never again will I pay money for a service before looking up the reviews. its almost like giving children the tools and saying here ya go, kid, go pretend to do something and its sick that they even call themselves a plumbing service. this is my personal opinion from what I have seen and I'm trying to save others from stress and this service. If you really want something to either be looked at or fixed in your home, go find another plumbing service.
