I have been extremely impressed with everyone at Ron Steele Plumbing.  In preparing my home to sell and working through an inspection report, they were thorough, fully explained options and finished work in a timely manner.  I wouldn't call anyone else!

No jokes about a shady plumber with baggy pants! Michael is THE  best of everything you could want for your plumbing problems and needs. He is prompt and courteous. He gives estimates and sticks by them. He prides himself on excellent service and results. We've had him do several jobs at our home with the most positive of outcomes. His prices are very fair and reasonable and you should see him with a broom and dustpan when he's done!  If you're looking for a plumber he's a real GEM!

I called Jason and he replied to my request in a timely manner. Jason stayed within his quote. He cleaned up any mess. I would call Jason for all my plumbing needs.

Walked him through how to fix my water heater over the phone. It is very cold so I am sure he was very busy but still spent about 20 mins on the phone helping me and now I have warm water again!!

Poor customer service, had a water leak under sink, contacted Price brothers after hours Friday, did not make an emergency out of it out of respect for there workers over the Easter weekend. My home is brand new and they did the plumbing install, 2-weeks living in it. I received a text from an employee Price Brothers send me the address and neighbor will send someone out Monday try not to that sink not my grammar copied and pasted from my message. I replied We will be home around 4:30 Monday, thanks. address was included, removed for privacy.
Continuing, had a young lady call me around 8:00 am Monday and advised they would have someone come out Tuesday. I replied that would not work, needed to be today. She advised would take care of. The manager called me back and worked to my schedule, great customer service.

Had a massive leak going somewhere under my home - no signs of flooding or anything. Called North Meck in the morning and described my problem; they had Drew and Roger come by in the afternoon. They were extremely pleasant to work with and thorough. They found the problem, talked me through the remediation and fixed it on the spot. They removed a busted pipe below the ground and fit a new PEX pipe in its stead. Everything about this experience makes me want to work with North Meck again (but only if need be). Thanks Drew and Roger!

I called yesterday afternoon. The option is to leave a message with their answering service. They advertise a quick response. It is Sunday morning and I am still waiting. The least they could do is tell me they are too busy to help!

My husband and I have had FATman Plumbing to our home twice recently.  Both times, we are very, very pleased with their service.  They installed 3 Kohler toilets for us and we could not be more pleased with the install and the men.   Chris, the owner, is extremely nice.  Chris's son, Nicholas works along side and does a great job.  Brian, who did the bulk of the install before Chris and Nick came, is simply excellent!!!   Yes, we are very happy with this company and the men.  If we need any future plumbing needs we will definitely be calling FATman Plumbing again!  Thank you guys for the great job!!!

We needed to have a new toilet installed.  Peyton responded to our request quickly.  Cost for the work was reasonable. He was prompt, pleasant, neat,  did a good job with the installation, and answered all questions that we had.  In addition, he helped us with a leaky faucet.

If you have to call a plumber, you should give McCoy's a shot.

The Husband is always wary whenever we have to call in people to work on the house. He's a firm believer in that's how they getcha. With this company, they don't getcha. They help ya. I truly believe that. Why?

I spoke with the owner who was willing to offer advice on things I could try before I had to call someone out, just in case we could handle it on our own.

The actual tech Josh that came out really knew his stuff. He was prompt and courteous. He showed me how he was fixing what we worked on. And answered my questions when I asked. He even looked at another issue and gave a quick opinion on how to get it taken care of.

To cap it all off, out of the 7 local plumbers I called, they were the most reasonably priced. They were able to work with my schedule to get someone out that day and there was no extra charge for doing so.

I am a huge fan of McCoy's Plumbing. Thanks for everything, y'all!

The city of Greensboro stopped by my house to let me know I was having a plumbing problem, on my backside neighbors house. The bright before I called Doug. He was out the next morning advocating for me with the city of Greensboro and the drainage in my neighbors yard. He not only fixed the issue but let the city know their part needed work also. Saved me hundreds of dollars. Friendly, honest and hard working. He is now my go to plumbing guy!!

I had an awesome experience !!! Not only did Danny show up on time, but he was in and out in less than 20 mins. He checked a few times to make sure that everything was working properly before he left... not to mention the cost was very affordable!! Thanks guys

Four stars because we ended up not having to have plumber come to our home.  They were pleasantly nice and prompt in response.  If we end up needing a hoe service call Forrest will be the one!  If all goes as thought I will  be back giving star #5!

Couldnt really diagnose the problem yet I was charged for a diagnostic fee. Wasnt too impressed and wish I had saved the money and time spent. I'll look elsewhere.....

We recently found Joel, who has since helped us with several plumbing projects.  He was unbelievably fast and very knowledgeable in all the areas we asked him to work on, including tankless hot water heater, installing shower diverter and drain in renovated bathroom and replacing a broken exterior faucet.  It's hard to find a good plumber, even harder to find one you can trust, that can take care of your plumbing issues and charge a very fair price.

Great service!! The initial call asked for all the right information so they came prepared to address my concerns about a leaky faucet that was not due to a cartridge failure.
Kenny installed two upstairs toilets and replaced a faulty water pressure value. He was personable, neat and obviously excellent at his craft. I highly recommend his services!

We just received service today from Michael Gardner, through Total Protect. He arrived 1 hour late then did only 33% of the job we needed done. We had called Total Protect to have a plumber come & fix our 3 toilets. He came & repaired only 1 toilet , stating that that's what he was contracted to do. We then called theTotal Protect to explain the problem & they said that they would issue another claim  number to authorize Mr. Gardner to do the other 2 toilets if he had time. We were not to be charged an additional fee. He spoke with Total Protect in our presence stating to the Service Company that he did not have time & then said to us that he did have time but that he would not be paid for the other 2 toilets. He talked out of one side of his mouth to us & the other to the service company. This will cost us another fee now to have a real professional complete the job he didn't do. We are extremely dissatisfied!!
We felt like we were taken advantage of Michael Gardner. He came into our home with a grumpy attitude to begin with. ( What a difference a couple of years makes in customer reviews).

My door shifted due to house settlement making my door unable to open or close properly. I messaged him and he replied very quickly, was able to come next day to give a quote. He diagnosed the problem and explained all the options carefully for me. He was able to complete the job same day for a reasonable price. Door swings better than before. He made sure to leave his work tidy as I had it before. Also very friendly. Will use him again for future repairs.
