After months of trying to troubleshoot the cause of our low and dwindling water pressure, I decided to get a fourth opinion before digging up my main line. The problem had baffled my home warranty plumber, the city, and two other plumbers from another company. I saw the high accolades of Ron Steele's plumbing on the neighbor app. I decided to give him a call. Ron and John came out first thing the next business day. Ron listened to what my problems were and immediately went to the PRV next to the city meter. He and John went to digging it it up, the whole time they were shaking their heads at how the other three plumbers had missed such a basic diagnosis. They walked me through every thing they were doing. They were both personable and professional. Within two hours I had water pressure! It had been a long 6 month expensive journey to get here. I am so grateful  because it could have been a whole lot more had I stayed with either of the other companies. I am also honored to be able to provide Ron his first 5-star  Yelp review !!

No jokes about a shady plumber with baggy pants! Michael is THE  best of everything you could want for your plumbing problems and needs. He is prompt and courteous. He gives estimates and sticks by them. He prides himself on excellent service and results. We've had him do several jobs at our home with the most positive of outcomes. His prices are very fair and reasonable and you should see him with a broom and dustpan when he's done!  If you're looking for a plumber he's a real GEM!

Poor customer service, had a water leak under sink, contacted Price brothers after hours Friday, did not make an emergency out of it out of respect for there workers over the Easter weekend. My home is brand new and they did the plumbing install, 2-weeks living in it. I received a text from an employee Price Brothers send me the address and neighbor will send someone out Monday try not to that sink not my grammar copied and pasted from my message. I replied We will be home around 4:30 Monday, thanks. address was included, removed for privacy.
Continuing, had a young lady call me around 8:00 am Monday and advised they would have someone come out Tuesday. I replied that would not work, needed to be today. She advised would take care of. The manager called me back and worked to my schedule, great customer service.

Chris is an excellent and honest plumber. He worked with us through many hurdles trying to get our bathroom remodel complete. He was honest about what would work and what wouldn't and didn't just put things in to get the job complete. He does it right!

We have also found his costs to be fair and reasonable, typically beating out the competitors. And best of all you are dealing with a local guy not a big conglomerate with lots of overhead and a different person at your door with each call.

We needed to have a new toilet installed.  Peyton responded to our request quickly.  Cost for the work was reasonable. He was prompt, pleasant, neat,  did a good job with the installation, and answered all questions that we had.  In addition, he helped us with a leaky faucet.

With temperatures dropping, we decided to put those styrofoam covers on our outdoor spigots. That cheap $1.99 cover ended up costing over $100 because in the process, one of the pipes broke! To make matters worse, it happened at 5:15pm! So, we turned off the water and thought we would schedule something the morning. I called McCoy Plumbing and planned on leaving a message. To my surprise, Rick answered. He asked if it was an Emergency. I said no, because we really could wait. Rick said it would be no problem to have his technician stop by on his way back to the shop TONIGHT. So sure enough, within an hour he arrived and fixed the broken pipe. The builder used pvc so I guess it was a matter of time before it broke. But the point of this YELP is to express how impressed we were with McCoy Plumbing. The tech was professional, thorough and he really took the time necessary to do the job the right way. He even showed us the broken pipe! The tech advised us it was no problem coming out tonight & that to McCoy, it was an emergency. Although the didn't charge us like it was. Great company, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

The city of Greensboro stopped by my house to let me know I was having a plumbing problem, on my backside neighbors house. The bright before I called Doug. He was out the next morning advocating for me with the city of Greensboro and the drainage in my neighbors yard. He not only fixed the issue but let the city know their part needed work also. Saved me hundreds of dollars. Friendly, honest and hard working. He is now my go to plumbing guy!!

I had an awesome experience !!! Not only did Danny show up on time, but he was in and out in less than 20 mins. He checked a few times to make sure that everything was working properly before he left... not to mention the cost was very affordable!! Thanks guys

Four stars because we ended up not having to have plumber come to our home.  They were pleasantly nice and prompt in response.  If we end up needing a hoe service call Forrest will be the one!  If all goes as thought I will  be back giving star #5!

We recently found Joel, who has since helped us with several plumbing projects.  He was unbelievably fast and very knowledgeable in all the areas we asked him to work on, including tankless hot water heater, installing shower diverter and drain in renovated bathroom and replacing a broken exterior faucet.  It's hard to find a good plumber, even harder to find one you can trust, that can take care of your plumbing issues and charge a very fair price.

Great service!! The initial call asked for all the right information so they came prepared to address my concerns about a leaky faucet that was not due to a cartridge failure.
Kenny installed two upstairs toilets and replaced a faulty water pressure value. He was personable, neat and obviously excellent at his craft. I highly recommend his services!

We would definitely use Mike again . He spent a lot of time with us investigating a leak and wouldn't take any money when it turned out it was coming from the roof. If I need a plumber I hope to use him so we can pay him next time!

My door shifted due to house settlement making my door unable to open or close properly. I messaged him and he replied very quickly, was able to come next day to give a quote. He diagnosed the problem and explained all the options carefully for me. He was able to complete the job same day for a reasonable price. Door swings better than before. He made sure to leave his work tidy as I had it before. Also very friendly. Will use him again for future repairs.
