I have been extremely impressed with everyone at Ron Steele Plumbing.  In preparing my home to sell and working through an inspection report, they were thorough, fully explained options and finished work in a timely manner.  I wouldn't call anyone else!

No jokes about a shady plumber with baggy pants! Michael is THE  best of everything you could want for your plumbing problems and needs. He is prompt and courteous. He gives estimates and sticks by them. He prides himself on excellent service and results. We've had him do several jobs at our home with the most positive of outcomes. His prices are very fair and reasonable and you should see him with a broom and dustpan when he's done!  If you're looking for a plumber he's a real GEM!

Randy Dickerson replaced a leaking hot water heater for us.   Excellent and prompt service.    This was not the first time Randy Dickerson Plumbing has done work at my house and the service has always been excellent.

Poor customer service, had a water leak under sink, contacted Price brothers after hours Friday, did not make an emergency out of it out of respect for there workers over the Easter weekend. My home is brand new and they did the plumbing install, 2-weeks living in it. I received a text from an employee Price Brothers send me the address and neighbor will send someone out Monday try not to that sink not my grammar copied and pasted from my message. I replied We will be home around 4:30 Monday, thanks. address was included, removed for privacy.
Continuing, had a young lady call me around 8:00 am Monday and advised they would have someone come out Tuesday. I replied that would not work, needed to be today. She advised would take care of. The manager called me back and worked to my schedule, great customer service.

Friendly staff, reasonable prices and efficient service. What more could you ask for? We've been using North Meck. Plumbing for over 15 years and have always been pleased with their professionalism and level of service. I would highly recommend them.

Hi,my name is Jeff.I met Ricks son Matt,at Red Bowl Asian Bistro.I asked for a business card for Mtn Island Plumbing.And last winter,I needed some pipes & fixtures replaced.Rick came out an gave me a very good price an sent two co-workers out.They were fast & friendly.I would recommend them over anyone.

I had Fatman Plumbing out to install an insinkerator and repair a leak for a vanity I recently had a tile company install. There were no issues with the insinkerator. However, they took a look at the vanity and made a couple changes that they said would stop the leak. A few days after they left, the leak started again. One of the individuals gave me their direct number in case there were issues. I called twice and left messages and have not received a call back. When they were over, I explained to them that I regretted not getting a licensed plumber to install the vanity in the first place, so the lack of response had added to the frustration of this project. Now, I have to go with another plumber, which will cost another $89. I cannot recommend this company. They should take ownership of the issue they came to fix and not ignore their customers.
***5/31/2022 Update - the owner Chris called and left a message that he was livid at the behavior of the plumber. Another plumber came and fixed the issue.

We needed to have a new toilet installed.  Peyton responded to our request quickly.  Cost for the work was reasonable. He was prompt, pleasant, neat,  did a good job with the installation, and answered all questions that we had.  In addition, he helped us with a leaky faucet.

Answered phone or called back in a reasonable time. ( This is more than i can say for most businesses we've contacted since we moved to cornelius last month. Really shocking). Anyway, these guys are friendly and professional. Showed up when they were supposed to, did the job well, plumber Josh was polite and professional, price fair. We will use this company for all future plumbing jobs.

Had to remove a star because I called and scheduled a plumbing service and they did not call or show up. I called again and nobody returned my phone call.

Happy with the result, great service, and price.

The city of Greensboro stopped by my house to let me know I was having a plumbing problem, on my backside neighbors house. The bright before I called Doug. He was out the next morning advocating for me with the city of Greensboro and the drainage in my neighbors yard. He not only fixed the issue but let the city know their part needed work also. Saved me hundreds of dollars. Friendly, honest and hard working. He is now my go to plumbing guy!!

I had an awesome experience !!! Not only did Danny show up on time, but he was in and out in less than 20 mins. He checked a few times to make sure that everything was working properly before he left... not to mention the cost was very affordable!! Thanks guys

I had a leaky PVC pipe behind a kitchen cabinet which needed to be replaced quickly. Checkered Flag Plumbing responded immediately and came out to fix within 24 hours. My go to plumbing company said they could not come out for over a week! Guess I have a new plumber!!!!!!! James was efficient and professional.

Four stars because we ended up not having to have plumber come to our home.  They were pleasantly nice and prompt in response.  If we end up needing a hoe service call Forrest will be the one!  If all goes as thought I will  be back giving star #5!

Very disappointment with customer service . Miranda (reception) says that she will call when the workers are on the way but she does NOT. They have been trying to come out to our home for 3 days. Derrick showed up the first day, rang the door bell and knocked and we heard him and responded to that and let him inside our home to conduct business. But mysteriously the next two days (had to return to start labor) of trying nobody has ranged the door bell nor knocked. They claim they show up but NOBODY will ring the door bell nor knock hard enough at the door to be heard. My husband and I both have sat in the living room awaiting for their arrival and there's no way in hell we can miss a knock at the door sitting in the living room. Apparently , they aren't showing up or they are knocking on the door light as a feather like a child would do. Somebody is obviously playing games or dodging work responbility . If customer service is this bad ain't no telling what the work will be like...if you use this company be sure to call Miranda very 10mins in your time frame appointment to ensure somebody is REALLY on the way since she apparently can't remember to call . Also, make sure you remind her and the workers to knock harder on the door or ring the door bell since nobody have common sense to do that. What would be nice is to send a courtesy call....oh my, a upper level of great customer service ! Lol

We recently found Joel, who has since helped us with several plumbing projects.  He was unbelievably fast and very knowledgeable in all the areas we asked him to work on, including tankless hot water heater, installing shower diverter and drain in renovated bathroom and replacing a broken exterior faucet.  It's hard to find a good plumber, even harder to find one you can trust, that can take care of your plumbing issues and charge a very fair price.

Our main water line broke, resulting in a super high water bill. After consulting several plumbers, Ken and his Pro Plumb Plumbing team were the most responsive, and the most affordable!

Less then half of the next lowest estimate!

But, don't let that fool you - It is NOT representative in the QUALITY of their work! He was AWESOME!

Ken and his team were RESPONSIVE, TIMELY, PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS, and EXCELLENT!!  He even threw down grass seed when finished.

I will DEFINITELY be using Ken and his services again, and will be referring him to ANYONE in need of quality, professional and affordable plumbing service.

We found out our shower was leaking when the water finally made it through the drywall in the garage. We received a recommendation for Mike and called him right away and left a message. He called back within 10 min and showed up at our house when he said he would. He fixed the leak and was nice enough to talk to my husband about another issue we thought we had, he even checked it out for us for free. His fee to fix the shower was reasonable and we will definitely use him in the future.

I cannot comment on the quality of the work done by H Dee, as I never received a call back after leaving a voicemail request about work I needed done.
