I have been extremely impressed with everyone at Ron Steele Plumbing.  In preparing my home to sell and working through an inspection report, they were thorough, fully explained options and finished work in a timely manner.  I wouldn't call anyone else!

No jokes about a shady plumber with baggy pants! Michael is THE  best of everything you could want for your plumbing problems and needs. He is prompt and courteous. He gives estimates and sticks by them. He prides himself on excellent service and results. We've had him do several jobs at our home with the most positive of outcomes. His prices are very fair and reasonable and you should see him with a broom and dustpan when he's done!  If you're looking for a plumber he's a real GEM!

I called Jason and he replied to my request in a timely manner. Jason stayed within his quote. He cleaned up any mess. I would call Jason for all my plumbing needs.

I called this morning to set up an appointment.  They were working in the area & came right over after that job was complete.  In and out in a very short time with my problem corrected on the first visit.  I will definitely recommend them to family & friends.

Poor customer service, had a water leak under sink, contacted Price brothers after hours Friday, did not make an emergency out of it out of respect for there workers over the Easter weekend. My home is brand new and they did the plumbing install, 2-weeks living in it. I received a text from an employee Price Brothers send me the address and neighbor will send someone out Monday try not to that sink not my grammar copied and pasted from my message. I replied We will be home around 4:30 Monday, thanks. address was included, removed for privacy.
Continuing, had a young lady call me around 8:00 am Monday and advised they would have someone come out Tuesday. I replied that would not work, needed to be today. She advised would take care of. The manager called me back and worked to my schedule, great customer service.

I am surprised by some if these Yelp reviews that are low or claim unethical behavior.  Our experience was exceptional!  We used North Mecklenburg Plumbing to replace a water heater.  Hal (President of the Company) was very helpful and professional, answering our questions. We scheduled the work and were impressed by their knowledge. Travis and troy were wonderful, patient and answered our questions, even providing advice on some other plumbing related issues.  We would definitely recommend them and will use them again.

I called with no hot water in my house, which was from either a bad water heater or a frozen pipe. Rick responded within minutes and talked me through how to diagnose and then fix the problem. I restored my hot water within an hour. Most other plumbers I've worked with will look to collect the service call fee, drag our the hourly charges and tack on anything extra that they can. By not doing that to me in my plumbing emergency, Mt Island Plumbing has earned themselves a long-term client. I second all of the positive reviews that they have on Yelp and the Nextdoor app, and highly recommend them as decent and honest plumbers!

We needed to have a new toilet installed.  Peyton responded to our request quickly.  Cost for the work was reasonable. He was prompt, pleasant, neat,  did a good job with the installation, and answered all questions that we had.  In addition, he helped us with a leaky faucet.

If you have a plumbing job ... big or small ... look no further. These guys are great! We had a main water line leak and they came in and replaced it with zero issues. The owner Rick is always accessible. He came out on a weekend to asses the situation. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I have also used McCoy for smaller jobs. Their prices are reasonable and the service is top notch!

The city of Greensboro stopped by my house to let me know I was having a plumbing problem, on my backside neighbors house. The bright before I called Doug. He was out the next morning advocating for me with the city of Greensboro and the drainage in my neighbors yard. He not only fixed the issue but let the city know their part needed work also. Saved me hundreds of dollars. Friendly, honest and hard working. He is now my go to plumbing guy!!

I had an awesome experience !!! Not only did Danny show up on time, but he was in and out in less than 20 mins. He checked a few times to make sure that everything was working properly before he left... not to mention the cost was very affordable!! Thanks guys

Four stars because we ended up not having to have plumber come to our home.  They were pleasantly nice and prompt in response.  If we end up needing a hoe service call Forrest will be the one!  If all goes as thought I will  be back giving star #5!

Had sewer line issues and they really took care of me. Highly recommend . My guy was Isaac and he was a stud .

We recently found Joel, who has since helped us with several plumbing projects.  He was unbelievably fast and very knowledgeable in all the areas we asked him to work on, including tankless hot water heater, installing shower diverter and drain in renovated bathroom and replacing a broken exterior faucet.  It's hard to find a good plumber, even harder to find one you can trust, that can take care of your plumbing issues and charge a very fair price.

Great service!! The initial call asked for all the right information so they came prepared to address my concerns about a leaky faucet that was not due to a cartridge failure.
Kenny installed two upstairs toilets and replaced a faulty water pressure value. He was personable, neat and obviously excellent at his craft. I highly recommend his services!

We would definitely use Mike again . He spent a lot of time with us investigating a leak and wouldn't take any money when it turned out it was coming from the roof. If I need a plumber I hope to use him so we can pay him next time!

I cannot comment on the quality of the work done by H Dee, as I never received a call back after leaving a voicemail request about work I needed done.
