I have been extremely impressed with everyone at Ron Steele Plumbing.  In preparing my home to sell and working through an inspection report, they were thorough, fully explained options and finished work in a timely manner.  I wouldn't call anyone else!

Would recommend to anyone! We had a great experience working with MKB Plumbing to replace our old hot water heater. They were prompt, professional, courteous, and respectful. They came out for a free estimate, stuck with the estimate, and were able to schedule us within a week after the quote, sooner if it had worked for my schedule. Mike does great, efficient, and high quality work, and he stands by his labor. PLUS his price was 1/3 that of the big name Charlotte area plumbing giant with annoying radio ads. Would recommend to anyone looking for a quality plumber in the Charlotte area.

I called this morning to set up an appointment.  They were working in the area & came right over after that job was complete.  In and out in a very short time with my problem corrected on the first visit.  I will definitely recommend them to family & friends.

Poor customer service, had a water leak under sink, contacted Price brothers after hours Friday, did not make an emergency out of it out of respect for there workers over the Easter weekend. My home is brand new and they did the plumbing install, 2-weeks living in it. I received a text from an employee Price Brothers send me the address and neighbor will send someone out Monday try not to that sink not my grammar copied and pasted from my message. I replied We will be home around 4:30 Monday, thanks. address was included, removed for privacy.
Continuing, had a young lady call me around 8:00 am Monday and advised they would have someone come out Tuesday. I replied that would not work, needed to be today. She advised would take care of. The manager called me back and worked to my schedule, great customer service.

Friendly staff, reasonable prices and efficient service. What more could you ask for? We've been using North Meck. Plumbing for over 15 years and have always been pleased with their professionalism and level of service. I would highly recommend them.

Outside water connection broke off around 7:30 PM. I had to shut off water to the entire house. Placed the help call around 8:50 PM, Rick came and dead-ended the connection in the crawl space so I could turn the water back on around 9:45 PM. So thankful for a trust worthy person. Highly recommend!

***UPDATE*** I'm updating my review. After posting an unfavorable review of my experience, the owner called me direct to apologize and quickly scheduled another plumber to come out and fix the issues. The plumber arrived on time and all issues were fixed.

ORIGINAL---We used Fatman Plumbing for a few leaking faucets we had in our house. They were responsive in coming out, very friendly and seemed knowledgeable. But within a few days one of our faucets they had fixed started leaking again. I called them and they came out to fix it. A week later the other faucet they fixed started leaking. I called them and no one picked up so I left a message. I must have called and left 3 or 4 messages over a month span and no one returns my call. They don't stand by their work...I would not recommend.

We needed to have a new toilet installed.  Peyton responded to our request quickly.  Cost for the work was reasonable. He was prompt, pleasant, neat,  did a good job with the installation, and answered all questions that we had.  In addition, he helped us with a leaky faucet.

These guys are the BEST. I've been using them for years. Honest plumbers, great prices, fast responses. If you email them you'll get a response within 20 mins at most. The last time they came out they quoted me one thing, but were able to avoid going through the wall and fix the problem for a lot less! These guys are the best you'll find.

The city of Greensboro stopped by my house to let me know I was having a plumbing problem, on my backside neighbors house. The bright before I called Doug. He was out the next morning advocating for me with the city of Greensboro and the drainage in my neighbors yard. He not only fixed the issue but let the city know their part needed work also. Saved me hundreds of dollars. Friendly, honest and hard working. He is now my go to plumbing guy!!

I had an awesome experience !!! Not only did Danny show up on time, but he was in and out in less than 20 mins. He checked a few times to make sure that everything was working properly before he left... not to mention the cost was very affordable!! Thanks guys

Four stars because we ended up not having to have plumber come to our home.  They were pleasantly nice and prompt in response.  If we end up needing a hoe service call Forrest will be the one!  If all goes as thought I will  be back giving star #5!

I needed a condensation line cleared and I expected to have to schedule in the next few days, but they came tonight. Wes used booties, brought equipment around to the back entrance ...not through the house. Wes was very professional and didn't seem to mind my asking many questions and watching him work to see if I could learn something.
My husband was gone, but I felt completely comfortable and I Was Not Talked Down To in any way whatsoever.  How refreshing. Right!?! I know.
Pricing was fair and work guaranteed for a year.
I'm so happy!

We recently found Joel, who has since helped us with several plumbing projects.  He was unbelievably fast and very knowledgeable in all the areas we asked him to work on, including tankless hot water heater, installing shower diverter and drain in renovated bathroom and replacing a broken exterior faucet.  It's hard to find a good plumber, even harder to find one you can trust, that can take care of your plumbing issues and charge a very fair price.

Great service!! The initial call asked for all the right information so they came prepared to address my concerns about a leaky faucet that was not due to a cartridge failure.
Kenny installed two upstairs toilets and replaced a faulty water pressure value. He was personable, neat and obviously excellent at his craft. I highly recommend his services!

Highly recommend. Very honest. He did a great job with a leak, very professional, cared about doing a good job and was really cool about scheduling with my work conflicts.  Went over and above to make sure things were done right and didn't over charge for unnecessary work. Another company had recommended other parts that weren't needed and which would have cost $450 more. It's been a couple months since he did the work and everything is working great! Highly recommend.

My door shifted due to house settlement making my door unable to open or close properly. I messaged him and he replied very quickly, was able to come next day to give a quote. He diagnosed the problem and explained all the options carefully for me. He was able to complete the job same day for a reasonable price. Door swings better than before. He made sure to leave his work tidy as I had it before. Also very friendly. Will use him again for future repairs.
