I have been extremely impressed with everyone at Ron Steele Plumbing.  In preparing my home to sell and working through an inspection report, they were thorough, fully explained options and finished work in a timely manner.  I wouldn't call anyone else!

Would recommend to anyone! We had a great experience working with MKB Plumbing to replace our old hot water heater. They were prompt, professional, courteous, and respectful. They came out for a free estimate, stuck with the estimate, and were able to schedule us within a week after the quote, sooner if it had worked for my schedule. Mike does great, efficient, and high quality work, and he stands by his labor. PLUS his price was 1/3 that of the big name Charlotte area plumbing giant with annoying radio ads. Would recommend to anyone looking for a quality plumber in the Charlotte area.

That said, here one is!  As a new home owner, I have had a recurring nightmare about breakdowns of major home systems, especially roof, plumbing and electrical. My fear is, no matter how much I save while I recover from my purchase, it still won't ever be enough. I received a Home Warranty as a  gift (Is it ever, really? he says will an embarrassing level of cynicism. Lol). In my first year in this home, I have had occasion to use the warranty twice: air conditioner and, more recently, plumbing. TWO plumbers have been here over the past month. The 1st came 3 times and still didn't fix the problem which had every point of my water system back up. My laundry room was underwater at one point. The City got involved and were VERY helpful and gave me amazingly educational info about how my system ties into their water sytem. They did a dye test from my toilets to show me where the problem lies. It was clearly on this end. I literally almost came to blows with the 1st plumber, TNT in Charlotte whose owner's name is Garland. He was rude, dismissive (told me to shut up and go in the house) and utterly FAILED to fix the problem. Subsequently, three weeks later, the warranty company sent out a 2nd company without a service fee. RELIABLE PLUMBING was just that, reliable. They were here 5 hours, well into the darkness, changed out 2 sets of equipment and rootered down almost 100 feet to just before the street. They were polite, professional and -most importantly- FIXED the problem! My bill: $0!!!!

Shouts out to Jason Hancock, owner of Reliable Plumbing. He is young, hungry and holds great promise for a successful plumbing enterprise in Charlotte City.  I highly recommend him.

I've called Randy Dickerson plumbing several times in the last few years.  He's always prompt, and has fixed a complex leak we had in our basement.   He diagnosed and fixed the broken pipe in our basement wall.  Randy is very good at what he does, and I would highly recommend him.

Poor customer service, had a water leak under sink, contacted Price brothers after hours Friday, did not make an emergency out of it out of respect for there workers over the Easter weekend. My home is brand new and they did the plumbing install, 2-weeks living in it. I received a text from an employee Price Brothers send me the address and neighbor will send someone out Monday try not to that sink not my grammar copied and pasted from my message. I replied We will be home around 4:30 Monday, thanks. address was included, removed for privacy.
Continuing, had a young lady call me around 8:00 am Monday and advised they would have someone come out Tuesday. I replied that would not work, needed to be today. She advised would take care of. The manager called me back and worked to my schedule, great customer service.

I am surprised by some if these Yelp reviews that are low or claim unethical behavior.  Our experience was exceptional!  We used North Mecklenburg Plumbing to replace a water heater.  Hal (President of the Company) was very helpful and professional, answering our questions. We scheduled the work and were impressed by their knowledge. Travis and troy were wonderful, patient and answered our questions, even providing advice on some other plumbing related issues.  We would definitely recommend them and will use them again.

We had a faucet that was pouring water into our kitchen cabinets, and called Rick for help as we live in the Mountain Island Lake area, and it was late in the day. Rick responded promptly and was at our house within 20 minutes. He quickly diagnosed the problem and said he would be back the next day to install a new faucet for us. His pricing was honest and he was a genuinely nice guy. We will definitely use him again!

Fatman Plumbing is an amazing small business that is honest and reliable. We will only be using them in the future!

We needed to have a new toilet installed.  Peyton responded to our request quickly.  Cost for the work was reasonable. He was prompt, pleasant, neat,  did a good job with the installation, and answered all questions that we had.  In addition, he helped us with a leaky faucet.

I looked at reviews for a reliable plumbing company since we just moved here. There honestly were not a whole lot in our area with great reviews. So we called McCoy. You know you have the right company when they are super busy. Even with being busy they fit us in within a reasonable time to fix our sink. They were very friendly, quick  and professional. This is our go to plumbing company. Thank you guys!

The city of Greensboro stopped by my house to let me know I was having a plumbing problem, on my backside neighbors house. The bright before I called Doug. He was out the next morning advocating for me with the city of Greensboro and the drainage in my neighbors yard. He not only fixed the issue but let the city know their part needed work also. Saved me hundreds of dollars. Friendly, honest and hard working. He is now my go to plumbing guy!!

I had an awesome experience !!! Not only did Danny show up on time, but he was in and out in less than 20 mins. He checked a few times to make sure that everything was working properly before he left... not to mention the cost was very affordable!! Thanks guys

Had Checkered Flag plumbing come out to fix a leek by the water meter. They did the job in less then an hour and also put my grass back as if it wasn't even dug up. Would highly recommend them for plumbing service.

Four stars because we ended up not having to have plumber come to our home.  They were pleasantly nice and prompt in response.  If we end up needing a hoe service call Forrest will be the one!  If all goes as thought I will  be back giving star #5!

Very professional and nice.  Up front pricing.  Repaired or problem the same day we called them.  We would use again.

We recently found Joel, who has since helped us with several plumbing projects.  He was unbelievably fast and very knowledgeable in all the areas we asked him to work on, including tankless hot water heater, installing shower diverter and drain in renovated bathroom and replacing a broken exterior faucet.  It's hard to find a good plumber, even harder to find one you can trust, that can take care of your plumbing issues and charge a very fair price.

Great service!! The initial call asked for all the right information so they came prepared to address my concerns about a leaky faucet that was not due to a cartridge failure.
Kenny installed two upstairs toilets and replaced a faulty water pressure value. He was personable, neat and obviously excellent at his craft. I highly recommend his services!

We just received service today from Michael Gardner, through Total Protect. He arrived 1 hour late then did only 33% of the job we needed done. We had called Total Protect to have a plumber come & fix our 3 toilets. He came & repaired only 1 toilet , stating that that's what he was contracted to do. We then called theTotal Protect to explain the problem & they said that they would issue another claim  number to authorize Mr. Gardner to do the other 2 toilets if he had time. We were not to be charged an additional fee. He spoke with Total Protect in our presence stating to the Service Company that he did not have time & then said to us that he did have time but that he would not be paid for the other 2 toilets. He talked out of one side of his mouth to us & the other to the service company. This will cost us another fee now to have a real professional complete the job he didn't do. We are extremely dissatisfied!!
We felt like we were taken advantage of Michael Gardner. He came into our home with a grumpy attitude to begin with. ( What a difference a couple of years makes in customer reviews).

My door shifted due to house settlement making my door unable to open or close properly. I messaged him and he replied very quickly, was able to come next day to give a quote. He diagnosed the problem and explained all the options carefully for me. He was able to complete the job same day for a reasonable price. Door swings better than before. He made sure to leave his work tidy as I had it before. Also very friendly. Will use him again for future repairs.
