After months of trying to troubleshoot the cause of our low and dwindling water pressure, I decided to get a fourth opinion before digging up my main line. The problem had baffled my home warranty plumber, the city, and two other plumbers from another company. I saw the high accolades of Ron Steele's plumbing on the neighbor app. I decided to give him a call. Ron and John came out first thing the next business day. Ron listened to what my problems were and immediately went to the PRV next to the city meter. He and John went to digging it it up, the whole time they were shaking their heads at how the other three plumbers had missed such a basic diagnosis. They walked me through every thing they were doing. They were both personable and professional. Within two hours I had water pressure! It had been a long 6 month expensive journey to get here. I am so grateful  because it could have been a whole lot more had I stayed with either of the other companies. I am also honored to be able to provide Ron his first 5-star  Yelp review !!

Would recommend to anyone! We had a great experience working with MKB Plumbing to replace our old hot water heater. They were prompt, professional, courteous, and respectful. They came out for a free estimate, stuck with the estimate, and were able to schedule us within a week after the quote, sooner if it had worked for my schedule. Mike does great, efficient, and high quality work, and he stands by his labor. PLUS his price was 1/3 that of the big name Charlotte area plumbing giant with annoying radio ads. Would recommend to anyone looking for a quality plumber in the Charlotte area.

Walked him through how to fix my water heater over the phone. It is very cold so I am sure he was very busy but still spent about 20 mins on the phone helping me and now I have warm water again!!

Poor customer service, had a water leak under sink, contacted Price brothers after hours Friday, did not make an emergency out of it out of respect for there workers over the Easter weekend. My home is brand new and they did the plumbing install, 2-weeks living in it. I received a text from an employee Price Brothers send me the address and neighbor will send someone out Monday try not to that sink not my grammar copied and pasted from my message. I replied We will be home around 4:30 Monday, thanks. address was included, removed for privacy.
Continuing, had a young lady call me around 8:00 am Monday and advised they would have someone come out Tuesday. I replied that would not work, needed to be today. She advised would take care of. The manager called me back and worked to my schedule, great customer service.

Had a massive leak going somewhere under my home - no signs of flooding or anything. Called North Meck in the morning and described my problem; they had Drew and Roger come by in the afternoon. They were extremely pleasant to work with and thorough. They found the problem, talked me through the remediation and fixed it on the spot. They removed a busted pipe below the ground and fit a new PEX pipe in its stead. Everything about this experience makes me want to work with North Meck again (but only if need be). Thanks Drew and Roger!

Good service and quick response which is why I gave them 3 stars, but overpriced. They charge by the service not the hour. I had 2 shower cartridges replaced and 1 shutoff valve knob replaced. $150 worth of parts $325 for labor. The technician was here for a total of 55 minutes.... The price is after I called and talked to the owner because it started at $650!!!! I should have checked the labor charges before the technician started however he also should have told us the rates prior to having it done.

on may 18, i scheduled an appointment for a quote of plumbing services as part of a bathroom renovation. i received an email confirmation, and a text prior to my  appointment date.

the text read david would be at my home on the 28th between 9:00am - 11:00am. i called at 10:30am to confirm the scheduled appointment would be honored and explained i would not be available past noon due to another appointment. debbie confirmed and instructed that i wait for a text notifying me of arrival time.

as i was still waiting at 10:50am i called the office again and left a voicemail. debbie returned my call informing that chris was called to a family emergency. she repeatedly said this never happens.

david. chris. whomever. i was provided an arrival window which was not met. then, an emergency. fact is, they weren't going to make their scheduled window. a professional option would have been to call and offer another date.

this company is unreliable. a waste of my time, but good that i found out before using this company.

We needed to have a new toilet installed.  Peyton responded to our request quickly.  Cost for the work was reasonable. He was prompt, pleasant, neat,  did a good job with the installation, and answered all questions that we had.  In addition, he helped us with a leaky faucet.

First time calling them and they did a great job. They actually showed up a few minutes early and got the job done quickly. They did not make a mess and I got a senior discount! the second time I called and called with no answer for several days. After all the work was done, I had trouble getting my emails returned. Customer service could be faster.

Happy with the result, great service, and price.

The city of Greensboro stopped by my house to let me know I was having a plumbing problem, on my backside neighbors house. The bright before I called Doug. He was out the next morning advocating for me with the city of Greensboro and the drainage in my neighbors yard. He not only fixed the issue but let the city know their part needed work also. Saved me hundreds of dollars. Friendly, honest and hard working. He is now my go to plumbing guy!!

I had an awesome experience !!! Not only did Danny show up on time, but he was in and out in less than 20 mins. He checked a few times to make sure that everything was working properly before he left... not to mention the cost was very affordable!! Thanks guys

Four stars because we ended up not having to have plumber come to our home.  They were pleasantly nice and prompt in response.  If we end up needing a hoe service call Forrest will be the one!  If all goes as thought I will  be back giving star #5!

Couldnt really diagnose the problem yet I was charged for a diagnostic fee. Wasnt too impressed and wish I had saved the money and time spent. I'll look elsewhere.....

We recently found Joel, who has since helped us with several plumbing projects.  He was unbelievably fast and very knowledgeable in all the areas we asked him to work on, including tankless hot water heater, installing shower diverter and drain in renovated bathroom and replacing a broken exterior faucet.  It's hard to find a good plumber, even harder to find one you can trust, that can take care of your plumbing issues and charge a very fair price.

Great service!! The initial call asked for all the right information so they came prepared to address my concerns about a leaky faucet that was not due to a cartridge failure.
Kenny installed two upstairs toilets and replaced a faulty water pressure value. He was personable, neat and obviously excellent at his craft. I highly recommend his services!

Highly recommend. Very honest. He did a great job with a leak, very professional, cared about doing a good job and was really cool about scheduling with my work conflicts.  Went over and above to make sure things were done right and didn't over charge for unnecessary work. Another company had recommended other parts that weren't needed and which would have cost $450 more. It's been a couple months since he did the work and everything is working great! Highly recommend.

My door shifted due to house settlement making my door unable to open or close properly. I messaged him and he replied very quickly, was able to come next day to give a quote. He diagnosed the problem and explained all the options carefully for me. He was able to complete the job same day for a reasonable price. Door swings better than before. He made sure to leave his work tidy as I had it before. Also very friendly. Will use him again for future repairs.
