Technician was polite and gave me an estimate before starting the repair. When he needed additional parts he let me know the adjusted price before securing the parts. Great service before and after. I ordered a new heating and AC unit to be installed under my home, when it came time to install it, I was in the hospital with a broken ankle. There was no problem. They took care of all the financing.
The only problem now is the Honeywell thermostat will not respond to my alp on my smartphone.

Professional and on time. We asked Providence to see if we had any pipe leaks above our master bedroom ceiling which has had constant water stains. It wound up being the roof not the pipes. We appreciate the professionalism and honesty. Will definitely work with them again.

Harvey was recommended to us by a trusted source, and we are so glad that we called him. We had water heater and gas pipe banging issues, and Harvey came on-time, assessed the situation, repaired for a reasonable price immediately, made a few recommendations for future maintenance, and then to top it all off, he came back the next day to discover and repair the source of a nagging pinging sound (gas pipes).  Great job, Harvey! We had our main sewage line back up on a Sunday afternoon.  Not a fun situation to deal with in the least.  We called Roto-Rooter and they had a guy out to us in about 45 minutes.  He cleared the sewer line that was being clogged by a tree root.  He had an additional guy come out with a camera to investigate where the root was and write up an estimate to repair the pipe.  I paid $300 for the technician to come out and clear the line and $150 for the camera guy to do his research.  I found these prices to be reasonable especially for the emergency nature of our issue.  I appreciated the estimate to do the pipe repair and the fact that the technician told us that it was not something that we would need to repair right away.  He could have easily lied and told us it needed to be fixed right away.  Thanks for the honesty!

Well it is the first time I called out any one that was glad to be here to help us , Joey was very  Happy person, I think he really loved his job. very knowledgeable  of what he was doing. will be using this company, and Joey again.

Professional.  On-time and will work in during schedule openings.  Reasonably price, towards higher end, but get what you pay for.  Will be a customer as long as I live in Charlotte.  There's literally no need to work with any one else.

I called and made an appointment, prior to appointment I received a call asking if I would mind changing from Friday to Monday. Since my plumbing problem was not urgent I agreed.
Well monday came and at nood when I not received call I called them and the lady I talked too didn't seem to know about my service request but said she would contact plumber. I didn't hear from plumber and they simply were a no show. I would not suggest use of this service
