Slam dunk choice for plumbing help.  Ken was absolutely straightforward in his analysis of my problem (water heater), creative in trying to find less expensive solutions than a complete replacement.  Equally, if not more importantly, he followed up on each visit he made to make sure we were happy and to answer any questions.  Definitely made us feel we were in good, trustworthy hands.  We recommend him highly.

I have been in my home for 15 years and over the years plumbing issues have surfaced. I can say without a doubt that Riverview Plumbing Repair is the BEST plumber I have ever used. Professional.  On-time and will work in during schedule openings.  Reasonably price, towards higher end, but get what you pay for.  Will be a customer as long as I live in Charlotte.  There's literally no need to work with any one else.

We had a major underground leak in our front yard caused by a tree root that had grown through the main pipe, and because of this needed a total line replacement from the street to the house. We called several plumbers, with one (Benjamin Franklin) even trying to charge us over $6100! Called Queen City Plumbing and they said they would do the entire job for $2500! They were done in a matter of hours, cleaned up after themselves, and even went as far as to lay down new grass seed over the trench they dug. We are very happy with the service, the upfront and honest dealings, and will definitely be using them again for any plumbing needs that arise.
