Chris was able to remove and reinstall a  new garage disposal for my property. I was very pleased with his service. He was kind enough to explain what was going on and the cause of the issue. On 10.15.2020 I had Go Green Heating and Air service my two heating units!  The service was outstanding!!!  The technician was outstanding with his knowledge of my units as well as other brand units that he's familiar with and which the he has worked on.  He was professional, well mannered, honest and clear in explaining the parts and the functions of the heating system.  Today,  I am a new customer to Go Green Plumbing Heating And Air. I googled them, compared them with other companies, read their reviews, took a chance and called them.  I lucked up with an excellent choice.  I also signed up for a membership plan.  I had two parts changed out today and I was not taken advantage of.  A little over $300.00 total for a piece of mind. I am very satisfied with the service today, the technician is on point, and I recommend them to you!!!

I had technician 3698 come out when our toilet water was bubbling.  He did a great job!  He put a camera down inside the pipes to show me how water was settling in the pipes and not going all the way through.  I would recommend Roto Rooter to friends ( and have)!

You will not find better people to work with in Charlotte.  Were at my house in less than 30 minutes. Very fairly priced.

I found I had a leak in my crawl space and in under 1 sink and I needed a repair of the faucet at another sink. Paul called 30 mins before arrival and was on time. He came in and had to replace some pipe un crawlspace, fix leak and faucet upstairs. He put on protective shoe covers while in and out. He made all the repairs in a timely manner. I appreciated that he took pics of problems and them pic p repair. He gave me a quote before work was done. He pointed out my pipes were old and this would cause corrosion and rust and would cause issues in the future. He is to send me a quote for further work in the future. Paul was knowledgeable, honest and kind and a great worker. I have already referred Paul and this company to another relative. Thank you so much.
