I called Riverview Plumbing this morning after water was pouring out of hot water heater yesterday. I sent pictures of the water heater to them and they gave a very reasonable quote. They were busy until next week but worked me in today. Scott was very nice and knowledgeable and had an apprentice with him to learn the trade which I find very commendable. He brought my water heater pipes up to code and learned a great deal about how important it is as a homeowner to flush the water heater yearly as I am on well water. Thank you for the the honest and trustworthy work and for the education during the installation!! I am going to recommend you to everyone I know!!

I had Chris come over to install a garbage disposal today.   He brought an associate as well.  Together, both were professional, clean, worked swiftly and most importantly, made sure we were happy with the completion.  From a personal experience, I would recommend him/associate for those seeking service.

Called and spoke to Brittany. She was knowledgeable and quickly got me a quote in reference to my leaky spigot handle. Her technician saw the quick video of the issue and he came to my house within 30 mins and fixed it, free of charge!  He literally was like a water works ninja. I didn't even see him come by! Amen plumbing really went above and beyond and they didn't even know me. They will be my go to plumbers from now on! Top notch service.

This review is entirely based on an estimate for running a gas line that I felt at the time was frankly outrageous. First things first, the tech was professional and customer service was top notch. That said, we needed to run a gas line for a new stove. It required running a new line from the meter into the house. Without going into unnecessary details of exactly what was required we got an estimate from Go Green of about $3,300. There would be a permit, inspection, materials and labor. I figured the labor was maybe a days work for one guy. It seemed to me they were charging at least twice what that job should have cost. The tech called in and they were willing to take 10% off which took the price down to about $3,000. I passed. We got Piedmont Natural Gas out and running the line the exact same way was quoted at $991.31. It broke out as $75 for the permit, $227.48 for materials and $630 for labor (about a days worth, or less) and $57.88 for tax. The materials and permit shout be about the same in either case which means the difference is in labor. $600 versus $2,600, more than 4 times the rate. I don't know if this is indicative of their pricing and I will never find out because I won't call them again. I have a few rental properties and we have had numerous pluming issues over the years. Some companies work on building a relationship with a customer and they get the repeat business. Some companies they to get all they can with each transaction even if it costs them repeat business. I think this company falls closer to the later category. The company we usually use for our rental places is out of commission due to Covid. Maybe a missed opportunity for Go Green.

They replaced 2 master bath faucets for us.  Work was done quickly and effectively.  The guys were friendly and even took time to replace an unrelated drain cap that was broken.  I would recommend!

We recently hired Brian to fix a leaking  shower and replace a sink drain.  He was prompt, professional and reasonable.  So glad to find a local plumber, will be calling on him again for any of our plumbing  needs.

Harvey was recommended to us by a trusted source, and we are so glad that we called him. We had water heater and gas pipe banging issues, and Harvey came on-time, assessed the situation, repaired for a reasonable price immediately, made a few recommendations for future maintenance, and then to top it all off, he came back the next day to discover and repair the source of a nagging pinging sound (gas pipes).  Great job, Harvey! A clogged kitchen sink the day before Easter was not part of the plan but Roto-Rooter saved the day. Our technician was Nealleigh Rice who was friendly, informative, and quick to clear the drain. Prior to her arrival, someone from Roto-Rooter called several times to provide status updates on when we could expect someone to arrive. Great experience given the circumstances.

They repaired a shower pipe, leaky sink, and outside spigot. The later two were easy repairs, but the shower pipe was more complicated as it was broken inside the shower wall. They were able to repair it inside the wall. They explained the repairs needed, were professional, and polite. I thought the fees were reasonable. The only potential issue might be that they were late for both appointments.

Good service, they were thorough and fairly priced. I would recommend Bill Hefner Plumbing to any of my neighbors.

We had a major underground leak in our front yard caused by a tree root that had grown through the main pipe, and because of this needed a total line replacement from the street to the house. We called several plumbers, with one (Benjamin Franklin) even trying to charge us over $6100! Called Queen City Plumbing and they said they would do the entire job for $2500! They were done in a matter of hours, cleaned up after themselves, and even went as far as to lay down new grass seed over the trench they dug. We are very happy with the service, the upfront and honest dealings, and will definitely be using them again for any plumbing needs that arise.
