Slam dunk choice for plumbing help.  Ken was absolutely straightforward in his analysis of my problem (water heater), creative in trying to find less expensive solutions than a complete replacement.  Equally, if not more importantly, he followed up on each visit he made to make sure we were happy and to answer any questions.  Definitely made us feel we were in good, trustworthy hands.  We recommend him highly.

I was away in NY and my wife called and said we had a leak in our wall. I called Riverview Plumbing and they worked with me to be there the next day and to talk to me over the phone to tell me exactly what the problem was and how much to fix it. Chris was able to remove and reinstall a  new garage disposal for my property. I was very pleased with his service. He was kind enough to explain what was going on and the cause of the issue. They've done tons of work for us over the last few years and every single time they've been above expectation! No questions left unanswered,  no work left undone- from scheduling to completion,  each experience was stress free. Mitch even made it a point to be sure and check back in with us to be sure our water filtration/softener system was performing as it should.  If I could give them 10 stars, every single day, I would!

My rental management company sent Mr. Brian to fix my plumbing issues. He was on time, very professional, respectful and extremely thorough in his work. I'm very happy to have him as my plumber. His work was spectacular and I'm now plumbing issue free!

The lady that answered was friendly.  The owner was too when he arrived to my house.  I wouldn't say he blew my mind with his attention to detail as he didn't even look upstairs in the attic to see the pipe that needed to be flushed out, but he still somehow managed to quote me a price for it.?.  I guess this was his normal quoting procedure, but his clear desire to focus on the more expensive pieces of my needs couldn't be missed.  

I never heard back from them after I got a high quote which I thought was a poor business decision.  I honestly expected them to circle back around to at least generate revenue from some of the work, but I guess they have enough to keep them busy and don't need my smaller jobs.  Fair enough.

Harvey was recommended to us by a trusted source, and we are so glad that we called him. We had water heater and gas pipe banging issues, and Harvey came on-time, assessed the situation, repaired for a reasonable price immediately, made a few recommendations for future maintenance, and then to top it all off, he came back the next day to discover and repair the source of a nagging pinging sound (gas pipes).  Great job, Harvey! Much appreciated.

We had our main sewage line back up on a Sunday afternoon.  Not a fun situation to deal with in the least.  We called Roto-Rooter and they had a guy out to us in about 45 minutes.  He cleared the sewer line that was being clogged by a tree root.  He had an additional guy come out with a camera to investigate where the root was and write up an estimate to repair the pipe.  I paid $300 for the technician to come out and clear the line and $150 for the camera guy to do his research.  I found these prices to be reasonable especially for the emergency nature of our issue.  I appreciated the estimate to do the pipe repair and the fact that the technician told us that it was not something that we would need to repair right away.  He could have easily lied and told us it needed to be fixed right away.  Thanks for the honesty!

Thanks to Pay Less Plumbing for prompt service and reasonable prices.  Their service professionals were pleasant and efficient.  They are now our go-to plumbers!

Well it is the first time I called out any one that was glad to be here to help us , Joey was very  Happy person, I think he really loved his job. very knowledgeable  of what he was doing. will be using this company, and Joey again.

Was estimated $275 for a job, but charged $440 even though not all the quoted work was performed. They didn't tell me when they'd be able to do the work.  I had to call multiple days to see when they were coming. They randomly show up one day to do the work claiming my phone number wasn't on file. Guy left our house smelling like an ashtray. They only accept cash or check.  I tried supporting a local business, but this entire process was an absolute nightmare.

My hot water heater broke on a Friday night. Queen City Plumbing came out and replaced it with an A.O. Smith water heater. Total bill was $3,000.
Two weeks later my basement flooded and extinguished the water heater flame and I called Queen City Plumbing for repairs. They remarked the flood water had damaged the water heater igniter system beyond repair and I had to replace the two week old water heater.
I called a second plumber. He reset a safety switch and the water heater worked fine. The charge was $49. A far cry from installing a second a $3,000 water heater.
