Slam dunk choice for plumbing help.  Ken was absolutely straightforward in his analysis of my problem (water heater), creative in trying to find less expensive solutions than a complete replacement.  Equally, if not more importantly, he followed up on each visit he made to make sure we were happy and to answer any questions.  Definitely made us feel we were in good, trustworthy hands.  We recommend him highly.

I have been in my home for 15 years and over the years plumbing issues have surfaced. I can say without a doubt that Riverview Plumbing Repair is the BEST plumber I have ever used. I used them for the first time in late April and the overall experience was amazing and the pricing is VERY fair. Chris was able to remove and reinstall a  new garage disposal for my property. I was very pleased with his service. He was kind enough to explain what was going on and the cause of the issue. I had the exceptional experience of meeting this father son team and they are second to none.  They were contacted to repair a leak for my townhome and this was an emergency!!! They arrived at my townhome to repair the leak before I could arrive. Time was of the essence.  Within the first five minutes I knew the job would be performed correctly without a doubt.  They explained everything they would do and did exactly what they said they would do. When I think of this business a quote comes to mind.....In the beginners mind there are many possibilities....In the experts mind there are but a few  They came to repair a bungled job by a previous vendor and proved to be the experts. I had an issue with water pressure coming into a new house. Based on Yelp reviews I called Brian Bearden. I told him I took the day off to have additional work done on my house and despite the fact he was booked up he called a few hours later and was able to come by. He worked on the issue and connected a vanity as well. Brian was very polite and he didn't try to sell anything I didn't need and his fee was very reasonable. Nice to have a plumber in the area that you can trust. I can definitely recommend Brian without any reservations at all.

These guys are the best.  On time and they back up their work.  Our faucet in our 1961 house broke and they fixed it and credited us time towards the job for a past job.  Would definitely use them and recommend them to anyone.

Harvey was recommended to us by a trusted source, and we are so glad that we called him. We had water heater and gas pipe banging issues, and Harvey came on-time, assessed the situation, repaired for a reasonable price immediately, made a few recommendations for future maintenance, and then to top it all off, he came back the next day to discover and repair the source of a nagging pinging sound (gas pipes).  Great job, Harvey! We recently moved into a new house - an older home that had (in theory) been renovated from top to bottom.  Much to our surprise, two weeks after moving in our toilets and drains starting bubbling up.  We called Roto-Rooter and they came out within two hours of our placing the call.  Stan, the technician who arrived to help, diagnosed the problem within thirty minutes.  It was a serious problem, and he let me know right away that the problem had the potential to be expensive to fix.  One thing I would stress about my interactions with Stan (and, later Vasiliy and Dmitri) is that great pains were taken to keep me informed at every step of the process.  They never did any work without first telling me exactly what they were doing and why, and they always let me know about the cost before they proceeded with any work.  Moreover they were incredibly respectful of our property.  At one point Stand had the option of doing an additional test to confirm his diagnosis of the problem, but that additional test involved using a piece of equipment that might have caused some damage to our wallpaper.  I decided to skip the test because we love the wallpaper (and I didn't have any doubt about Stan's diagnosis of the problem anyway).  

We ended up needing our sewer line replaced all the way out to the street, and it required digging up our yard and taking apart part of our walkway.  The guys who worked on this project - Vasiliy and Dmitri - worked through the pouring rain until sundown each day.  They made sure to damage our yard and walkway as little as possible, and they did a great job of putting the yard back into the best shape possible under the circumstances.  

I don't really know if the job was expensive or not.  I supposed you could find people who would do this work for less.  However, given the honesty and integrity of Stan and his crew, their willingness to work well into the evening, the speed at which they worked, and the quality of the work they did, I'd absolutely call them again in a minute.  I hope to never have to call about a job of this size, but if I have any plumbing issues in the future I'll be calling and asking for Stan and his crew.

Love this plumbing company! They come when you call and get the job done. Their prices are very reasonable too. I had forgotten to review them on this site, but had to call them for my daughters plumbing problem and that reminded me...so better late than never I guess. I warned Justin that he is now our go to guy for all of our plumbing needs.

Was estimated $275 for a job, but charged $440 even though not all the quoted work was performed. They didn't tell me when they'd be able to do the work.  I had to call multiple days to see when they were coming. They randomly show up one day to do the work claiming my phone number wasn't on file. Guy left our house smelling like an ashtray. They only accept cash or check.  I tried supporting a local business, but this entire process was an absolute nightmare.

We had a major underground leak in our front yard caused by a tree root that had grown through the main pipe, and because of this needed a total line replacement from the street to the house. We called several plumbers, with one (Benjamin Franklin) even trying to charge us over $6100! Called Queen City Plumbing and they said they would do the entire job for $2500! They were done in a matter of hours, cleaned up after themselves, and even went as far as to lay down new grass seed over the trench they dug. We are very happy with the service, the upfront and honest dealings, and will definitely be using them again for any plumbing needs that arise.
