All For One Plumbing has taken care of a few issues that I've had and they are fast , reliable, and efficient. I've had my water lines replaced from my well to my house and I now have the best water pressure since I've bought my house. Definitely will call them if I have any other plumbing needs....

I highly recommend Daryl and Dawn, Daryl recently plumbed in our remodeled bathroom, installed shower tray, valve etc, toilet and wash hand basin and relocated waste lines. Service was swift, professional and hassle free, with superb attention to detail and great communication from Dawn even dealt with all the code and inspection paperwork. I will definitely use Carolina Pines again, great team.

We had an issue with water coming into our unfinished basement from the main sewer line on New Years Eve.  We called a national plumbing chain; they were able to unclog the line.  They then sent over a nice sales guy to assess the issue.  He ran a camera through our line and told us we had roots in the pipe.  We live in an older neighborhood and they said we needed to either treat our main line to the street with a rosin coating that would cost $17k (and last a max of 10 years with no warranty) or replace the line (and tear up our yard as our pipes are 8 feet underground) at a cost north of 50k.  Wow.  We asked a lot of questions about the roots/break in the line and never felt like we completely understood the problem.  We then called  Jason Huff at Huff Plumbing to come out and get a second opinion.  Jason ran the camera through our main line to the street.  He said there was some evidence of roots in our line.  He said we could replace the main line to the street at a cost of $10k - much more palatable than north of $50k.  He also thought the rosin coating that had been recommended by the other plumber was not effective.   We talked to him a lot and he patiently answered all our questions. decided that we had lived in the house for 35 years, this was our first problem with backup and we had an unfinished basement.  Our decision was to do nothing until it happened again.  He said, if I were you, I would do the same.  So grateful for his candor.  We have found our forever plumber.  It scares me to think that I would have a torn up yard and could be out over $50,000 if I had not gotten his help .

Okay, so I called these guys and was immediately met with fantastic customer service. Yes sir and no sir was how I was answered. This is how I was raised. These guys did a completely repipe of my house. They did it with class and aplomb. Everything was perfect when they finished. Additionally, something was weird my sink before they even got to the house and the weirdness continued after they finished. I asked for them to look at it and they fixed it free of charge.

These guys were the bomb. They treated me with respect and they were generous with their time.

Stephen was a complete professional. We have a walk-in shower that needed the tile floor demolished and re-installed after a plumbing issue was fixed. Stephen took care of us like we were his own family. Whenever our horrible plumber (assigned by our soon-to-be-fired home warranty company) threw a kink into the pre-set plans, Stephen worked it out for us. His estimate beat everyone else's by a mile, he showed up when he said he would, did excellent work, and stayed in contact with us the entire time. I have no regrets whatsoever. There were no secrets or surprises.

Had corroded nipple on hot water heater from a leak. Brian came fast, fixed the problem and had informative informations to my questions I had on the subject. Quick, efficient and cost effective.

Called Gary a little after 6:00pm and he was at my front door within the hour. Explained the drain issue I have having and Gary got to work. Pricing was clear, service was great, issue was solved same day. Happy to support a local business especially on that offers great service and clear and fair pricing.

Mr Jordan promised to get back to me after my initial call but did not in spite of me calling him a 2nd time and leaving a vm.  Not such great customer service in my case.

Joey was great to work with on our full plumbing redo. Replaced all the existing waterlines, drains, plumbed the hot water heater, two bathrooms and the kitchen. Joey works efficiently and is very professional. Two years later and not a single problem with any of their work. Pleasure to work with.

Just plain great plumbers.  Do exactly what they say they'll do for what they say it will cost.  NO Bull.  My water heater finally died after 15 years.  Called a couple other places that were either too busy or thought my situation could get them a ridiculous price.  Steve answered the phone personally.  Asked a few simple questions, guided me to find any info he needed to make a recommendation, gave me a bottom line price, had his guys there same day, hot water by dinner.  On Time, On Budget.  You could not ask for any better.

Great company with well-rounded workers. I got to talk to Brian and he is a nice sales person.  Simple and straight to the point. Would definitely recommend to check this company out!

I would recommend Charlotte Plumbing & Repair to everyone in Charlotte. I found a professional plumber I trust for emergencies and for plumbing repair jobs that I don't want to do. My cost for service and repairs are always reasonable and I know exactly what I am getting from the get go. They show up when they say they will. They have been respectful and take the time to explain everything so there are no surprises on the invoice. They are courteous and respectful to you and your property, cleaning up thoroughly after the job.

We called Charlotte Plumbing & Repair in a plumbing emergency, and they were on the job in just about an hour. Their fast response time saved us from additional damage-- that's why we will always call them first.

Plumbers doing electrical work whoda thunk?!  The guys were great came in and got the chandelier up and looks great

David Hargraves ghosted me after we set up a time for a septic inspection.  He gave me a price, we set a date and time, then he never showed up.  He has not replied to my further emails. I wouldn't recommend him for any work if your time is valuable.

Ive seen some bad flooring jobs online and this one is right up there. Horrible quality flooring and a horrible job installing. They Even left cut marks on my deck where they were cutting the flooring.

Do not use this company ! The charged me $592 and did nothing! Had a small leak at the meter box, I dug down to the leak, they came out and put a cap on a 3/4 in pipe they said was leaking. It continued to leak and they wanted more money to come back, tried to sell me a pressure reducing valve that I did not need at a cost of $1000. since I did not buy it they refused to warranty their work! Basically they are thieves! No customer service and overcharge for everything they do! F- rating in my book ! Find another plumber, If you use this one you will be truly sorry!

This company is way overpriced 549.00 to clear a main line at my home. You are required to pay a trip charge on top of the high fees.  They refuse to honor the online coupons offered on their website. Even after talking with the office personel asking them to honor their website coupons, I was not given a refund for the $99 online coupon. Buyer beware. I thought Rotorooter was high until dealing with this company. There are more reasonable and honest companies out there doing the same job.
