All For One Plumbing has taken care of a few issues that I've had and they are fast , reliable, and efficient. I've had my water lines replaced from my well to my house and I now have the best water pressure since I've bought my house. Definitely will call them if I have any other plumbing needs....

Carolina Pines Plumbing did our Gas connection from the street, our dryer and our stove. Their professionalism, reliability and Costumer service are top notch. Dawn was great scheduling our service calls, updating us with arrival times and letting us know when the inspector was coming. Their price was fair for the quality of service received. We highly recommend them.

I Called Huff plumbing to come over to check a leaky sink a couple weeks ago. We had a tech Michael that showed up right on time got to the sink and found the problem ! fixed it in a little under 30 minutes. Now that's what I call service! Thank you Huff  plumbing for your prompt service ! We highly recommend Huff plumbing!!

When I get great service at a restaurant I leave a generous tip in appreciation. I don't usually write reviews but I felt compelled to this time.

My old hot water heater failed and started flowing over the edge of the drain pan and leaking to the ceiling below.  I immediately call my home warranty companies 24 hour line and was on hold 40 mins and no one answered.

I really hate trying to finding contractors here because they either don't show or are very late for their appointments. Frustrated I started searching online for local plumbers.  After reading reviews I decided to give Freedom Plumbing a call and glad I did.

They walked me through turn off the water to the hot water heater to prevent anymore leaking. They scheduled to come out 9:00 am the next morning.  Their quote was very reasonable. I was really expecting a lot more.  

I was pleasantly surprised Freedom Plumbing because they actually arrived on time. They were very polite. They did a great job.  They cleaned up after themselves. I was charged exactly what I was quoted. But what was even more impressive was I had a previous contractor come out to replace my AC unit that went out earlier and the didn't clean up afterwards there were piles of rust trailed across the room and down the stairs.  Well not only did Freedom Plumbing clean up after themselves but also cleaned up the mess the other contractor left behind.

This review is my tip to them for outstanding service and going above and cleaning up someone else's mess.  These guy are all around terrific. I recommend them if you ever need any plumbing work done. I know I will definitely be using them again.

Stephen was a spectacular worker and a knowledgeable guest to have in our home. We called him in to redo our kitchen tile and backsplash and we couldn't be happier with his work. Always kind and willing to work with us, I fully recommend him for any future work.

Had corroded nipple on hot water heater from a leak. Brian came fast, fixed the problem and had informative informations to my questions I had on the subject. Quick, efficient and cost effective.

Called Gary a little after 6:00pm and he was at my front door within the hour. Explained the drain issue I have having and Gary got to work. Pricing was clear, service was great, issue was solved same day. Happy to support a local business especially on that offers great service and clear and fair pricing.

We contacted him to help us with our old water valve and he was kind, efficient, and prompt.  He explained what he was doing and what to expect, he was great.  Will recommend him to friends who need a good plumber.

Joey was great to work with on our full plumbing redo. Replaced all the existing waterlines, drains, plumbed the hot water heater, two bathrooms and the kitchen. Joey works efficiently and is very professional. Two years later and not a single problem with any of their work. Pleasure to work with.

Called them to fix knocking in my pipes. Showed up quick (which is rare these days).  They replaced a PRV valve, didn't fix it. They replaced a shower valve, didn't fix it. Told me These things are tricky, could be anywhere. Gave me the bill, which I paid. I think of them every day when my pipes knock. Nice guys, not good plumbers. At least not in this case.

After being told by Brothers Air that I had a cracked heat exchanger in my 2008 Trane furnace I decided to get a second opinion. I have been doing business with Brothers for years but something just didn't feel right about this in as much as the Brother's technician was only in my attic for about 10 minutes. At the urging of my daughter & son in law who have been customers of Travis Crawford since they built their home 12 years ago, I called to get a technician to my home asap. The next day, Joey Trawell arrived with tools and testing equipment. I showed him the report from Brothers, he went up to my attic to test my furnace. After about 40 minutes and performing two combustion tests he informed me that there was no leak. He also took extra time to pull the blower to take photos and a couple of short videos. Joey went above and beyond and I am forever grateful! Travis Crawford HVAC has a new loyal customer going forward!! I called Brothers to report the findings and ask for a refund of $200 they charged me to do this inspection. The manager I spoke with (Jason Stilwell), was arrogant and condescending, he flatly refused a refund. He offered to come out to my home with his technician to meet with Joey Trawell (Travis Crawford) and show him how to find a cracked heat exchanger.  While on hold with Brothers listening to their on hold messages I heard we will refund your money if you're no happy, no questions asked - that's a joke. I'm done with Brothers! Thank you Travis Crawford HVAC and Joey Trawell.

These guys are great. Honest and trustworthy people. You won't find a better company to deal with. If only every company operated like they did.

I would recommend Charlotte Plumbing & Repair to everyone in Charlotte. I found a professional plumber I trust for emergencies and for plumbing repair jobs that I don't want to do. My cost for service and repairs are always reasonable and I know exactly what I am getting from the get go. They show up when they say they will. They have been respectful and take the time to explain everything so there are no surprises on the invoice. They are courteous and respectful to you and your property, cleaning up thoroughly after the job.

We called Charlotte Plumbing & Repair in a plumbing emergency, and they were on the job in just about an hour. Their fast response time saved us from additional damage-- that's why we will always call them first.

We worked with R&R to install a dishwasher after purchasing it from Lowe's.  The initial install tech was prompt, very friendly, and we were happy with the experience.  However, immediately after he left, we noticed the water pressure in our kitchen sink had dropped drastically.  To make sure it wasn't a larger problem, we checked all other faucets, showers, etc.  The kitchen sink was the only issue.  Thankfully, the technician had left two cards - one for R&R plumbing and another that included a message from the President of the company, along with his personal phone number, which we were instructed to call if we had any quality issues.

Four messages later, I still had not heard from anyone at the company or the President.  I finally received a response via a web ticket I submitted and had someone scheduled between 1p-6p (!) the next day.

The second technician showed up and mentioned that he thought our water pressure issue was due to the kitchen sink faucet being dirty and gummed up.  I told him I thought it was a pretty weird coincidence that the same day the dishwasher was installed that the faucet became so clogged that it barely worked - the technician didn't think so, though.  He also informed me that the first technician SHOULD have installed another line/valve so that we could cut the water to the dishwasher if it leaked, but also still use the sink, refrigerator ice maker, etc.  But before he could remedy that mistake, he needed to head to his truck to call it in.  My wife and I thought he was just making a call and coming back, but when we looked outside again, he was gone.

After two MORE calls and another web ticket, I still had not heard back from R&R.  Finally, I called Lowe's over the weekend and let them know.  They put me on hold and reached out to R&R directly.  Lowe's came back on and said I'd hear from someone at R&R within 24 hours (since it was a weekend).  We're now two days later and I've still not heard from anyone at R&R.

This place gets two stars because the two technicians were friendly and on time.  But in my opinion, neither performed the jobs they were sent to do.  The customer service and response time for this company is terrible and NEVER call back.  As for the President - don't list your phone number for quality issues if you never intend to respond to any of them.

Dave was very professional and clean and efficient!  He gave recommendations but focused on the requested service.  Very pleasant and good value.

Ive seen some bad flooring jobs online and this one is right up there. Horrible quality flooring and a horrible job installing. They Even left cut marks on my deck where they were cutting the flooring.

I would never use this company again it is a big rip off and a scam. Wanted to charge me $1,500 for a job which I got a second opinion and it cost me $300. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

For the last few days our toilet in one our bathrooms would not flush. I tried a plunger and a Auger but no luck. I reached out to Home Advisor and Ben Franklin responded. The plumber came out, looked at the toilet and said that our grinder pump was not working. He quoted us a price of over $8000 to replace the pump and all of the wires( completely not needed). My wife and I decided to get another opinion and called AAA plumbers. Within 5 minutes, they found the circuit breaker for the pump was off. Once we turned the breaker on the pump began to work and the toilet was able to flush. It is a shame that the Ben Franklin plumber completely overlooked such a simple step and we still had to pay them $199. Never Again!!!!
