Great service. These guys did a great job and were a lot more competitive on pricing than the other guys out there. Plumber seemed very knowledgeable and acted very professionally. Would definitely recommend these guys to my friends.

One Call plumbing is professional and timely and do great work.  The staff was responsive and customer oriented.  However, they are extremely expensive!  I contacted several other plumbers to get a quote on an emergency issue at my house.  Two other plumbers in the area were almost 1/2 the cost.  I had to go with One Call Plumbing as they were the only one available.

Robbie and Neal saved the day, or night. We needed a plumber and Fort Mill Plumbing was able to come out right away.

They were fast, courteous and super friendly. They will be our plumber of choice from now on!

Even with all the stay at home orders these guys came out to repair a water leak and got us back in good order quickly. Just so you know I have them on speed dial.

Called about a shower head install. I was blown away with how quick they were able to respond and get the job done. I was hesitant at first with it being a new business but I am a customer for life now. With the quality of work and how well I was treated I'll be sure to always call them first.

My grandparents speaks little to no english and they are elderly so often I have to call around for a contractor to help them. It seems that no one answers their phones. I get that my cell number is from out of state but I do leave a voicemail and still I never hear back right away. I called South End Plumbing and they answered my call!!!!!!  My grandparents didn't have any hot water so they needed a plumber out right away. South End came out to their home and got it fixed that same day. The price was very reasonable but what's more important is time, time is money. They were very happy so I am happy. I had an emergency at the last minute. Both of my toilets wouldn't flush and was running over. Called PF Plumbing the same day. Nick came with a pleasant smile and was very patient with me because I was really stressing. He explained everything he was going to do. He really knows his work. I think he deserves a big fat raise!!! I know I will need more complex work in the future on my plumbing and Nick will have someone to come out and access what I will need to do financially. I recommend this company for all your plumbing needs!!

Seemed great but this really depends on the tech sent to your home. Some may not be trustworthy.

Tech came out and install ductwork and unit, in the process removed my insulation and did not put it back. When I contacted the company and spoke to Maurice Noori (manager) claims that it deteriorated or was never there!  That was the stupidest thing I have ever heard!. He was rude, condescending, and nasty.( he tends to make up stories as to how the insulation was removed as he went along in the conversation,  lots of rambling and nonsense) I have the recorded conversation as proof ! Also, the thermostat is not working and the unit will not shut off and the temperature is at 66 degrees when turn to 73 and 74 on cold days. The company has done nothing to resolve the issue. Maurice Noori is a liar whom story constantly changes as he speaks! I sent pictures of remnants of ripped out insulation and he sent me pictures of ductwork as an attempt to mislead me. When I called Maurice Noori on this, he replied  sayingwe don't have before pictures! Maurice Noori is a BIG liar! I have the email! I have a detailed recording admitting to wrong doing (techs incompetence) as well! Do whatever you feel Maurice Noori,that is your prerogative but I stand by my post. Thank you for calling me by my name because now I know that you know it, will think about it and you'll never forget it.  Also,as everyone can see, this is a so-called manager going back and forth with a former customer. WELL done! And I will not continue to stoop to Maurice Noori's level ,I am well aware of his intentions and it will not work. I stand behind my post wholeheartedly and will not delete it. He's banking on the fact that I will.He's nowhere near knowledgeable at his job and constantly pauses to get answers from the other techs.

I've used Drain Express numerous times at a rental property that has some unique plumbing challenges. While they aren't the cheapest, I gladly spend the money because I get an extremely informed and honest opinion and the work gets done right the first time. They've put two clean-outs in for me and have snaked lines numerous times with one of the longest snakes with a camera in the area. Finally, the first time I used them I had an issue that was a Charlotte Water responsibility and they coached me thru how to interact to get the best outcome.  If you've got a complex problem (or think it may be complex), call these guys first.

Had a toilet issue and expressed my need on YELP.  Waldrop plumbing was one of the first to respond so I gave them a call back.  They were very prompt and courteous with their service and had our problem fixed very swiftly.  Landon was our technician and he was very personable, polite, and professional in demeanor.  I would definitely recommend him (and Waldrop Plumbing, Heating, and Air) to anyone who asks.

Outrageous charges for a house call. $500 to Clear sewer line but it did not fix the problem. Avoid at all cost.

My home warranty sent this company to my house for an issue with one of my toilets. The plumber showed up on time and fixed the issue within 15 minutes. He was however extremely rude and stormed out of my house and slammed the door when I was trying to ask him questions about his pricing. His price contradicted my home warranty's price. Would not recommend.
