Great service. These guys did a great job and were a lot more competitive on pricing than the other guys out there. Plumber seemed very knowledgeable and acted very professionally. Would definitely recommend these guys to my friends.

One Call plumbing is professional and timely and do great work.  The staff was responsive and customer oriented.  However, they are extremely expensive!  I contacted several other plumbers to get a quote on an emergency issue at my house.  Two other plumbers in the area were almost 1/2 the cost.  I had to go with One Call Plumbing as they were the only one available.

Robby has taken care of crazy plumbing issues at my rentals for many years.  He's a sweetheart who is always polite, professional, and thorough.  I highly recommend him.

Even with all the stay at home orders these guys came out to repair a water leak and got us back in good order quickly. Just so you know I have them on speed dial.

Peace of mind Plumbing is by far the most honest and cost effective plumbing services I have ever came across in the 35 years that I have been a landlord.  Recently while I was in Charlotte I called to have a  laundry drain klog dislodged at one of my rental homes and I was told that the company was extremely busy at the time but if I can wait a few weeks they would be happy to service my unit. Since it was not an emergency I agreed. Best decision I ever made!  Rick came out and not only professionally repaired the drain but corrected a problem a previous plumber made at little or no cost.  He was very polite, knowledgeable, and very professional. I was beyond pleased with the cost and service.  After getting quotes for two to three times    what I had paid for even more work I was truly amazed to find such an honest and very fair service company!  If you hire any other plumbing company I guarantee you paid too much!  On behalf of myself and Guarino Rentals we wish to extend a deep appreciation to Rick and Peace of Mind Plumbing of Charlotte N.C. for a job well done!     Joseph P. Called about a shower head install. I was blown away with how quick they were able to respond and get the job done. I was hesitant at first with it being a new business but I am a customer for life now. With the quality of work and how well I was treated I'll be sure to always call them first.

I called a few plumbers my friends recommended and one said he was too busy to come out for a small job. The other set an appointment but didn't show and had an automated survey sent by text to ask how he did!
I see negative reviews on price but I didn't mind paying more for someone to show up on time, do what I was asking and do it in a quick and professional way. I don't write many reviews but these guys impressed me.

Just DONT DO IT! I actually called this company by mistake after surviving a very bad experience with this company in the past I vowed to never use them again. I forgot the name of the company and mistakingly called them again! Well, since they arrived I decided to use them. Long story short, it was a VERY EXPENSIVE waste of time. We were lied to by the technician as he didn't contact their sister company to give us an estimate to fix some collapsed pipes that need repair and upon further investigation, he didn't even do what what he said that he did and we paid almost $1,000 for basically nothing! It is what it is. It's just really sickening that companies are so desperate for money that they do anything to get it. Another bad and costly experience.... God sees all.

Seemed great but this really depends on the tech sent to your home. Some may not be trustworthy.

Called Michael & Son to have annual AC check in Rowan County. They sent a polite technician from Charlotte.  Said I needed 2.5 lbs of freon and would cost $500 because prices had so drastically increased. Temps outside in 90's and tech said ac would freeze up if I did not add.  Bill was over $560. He said I had to pay for full 5lbs of freon because that is how it came.  Called 3 other local ac techs while he was doing work. Gave them age, make, model of my unit and was quoted approx $240-$260 for 2.5lbs of freon. They said I would pay for ONLY what was needed NOT 5lbs. Too late...when I told tech to stop work he said he had already added freon.  Ask him to call his office to adjust price and he said 'No, it won't change price. This company a huge ripoff. Guess they sold the other 2.5 lbs of freon in that container to Another unsuspecting elderly widowed female for $500!!

Outstanding guys! They thoroughly explained the problem to me and how to prevent it in the future. Fast, friendly and reliable. Will definitely use again!

After calling Waldrop for an A/C issue I had last month their tech arrived at my home 2 HOURS later and began resolving the issue.  The tech quickly diagnosed the problem and resolved the issue.  Other HVAC companies I called needed 2-3 to even visit.

Outrageous charges for a house call. $500 to Clear sewer line but it did not fix the problem. Avoid at all cost.

This company was recommended by my home warranty company , the tech was loud , lack knowlegde , and was very unprofessional. He state over and over what the home warranty didnt cover and he didnt know where to find the parts, asked questions unrelated to the job.  I dare to say he was GHETTO, I would never use or recommend this company. The home warranty sent another company two days later that fixed the problem in 30mins with Zero issue.
