Shane came out on time today and fixed the toilet that was running.  I had had nothing but good experiences from this company and I would recommend.

With temperatures in single digits, late Saturday,when no other plumber would respond to an emergency..Jeff Jordan was an Angel.  My 94 year old twin aunts, experienced  an exploded pipe.  Their caregiver discovered the water spraying in the side yard.  Had no idea where the cut off valve was.  He came to cut off the valve...but could not leave them without water.   He worked until after dark and fixed the pipe.   God Bless him.

Jason and his team converted a very large fountain into a nice fire pit.  The job ended up being bigger than initially anticipated but Jason and his crew worked until everyone was satisfied and he maintained his quoted price, regardless of extra hours/product the project took.  Highly recommend

Yesterday ENECO  came from Hickory to tweak my HVAC, which he did a fantastic job on.  I really didn't expect them to come out on a Saturday and figured they would wait till Monday, but I got a call back quickly and he said he could be here shortly. The young fellow was named Adam and had been with the company for 9 years. To get to my attic access we had to walk around bins and big bags of decorations from Christmas.  I apologized for the mess and said it just needed to go in the attic when I got help.
He was so kind and gracious and offered to put all that stuff in the attic for me!  And it was a lot!   Then he gave me a few tips to make extra storage space with some of the plywood boards I had stacked up there. Adam was quite the professional during all this and I thanked him.  What an asset he is to his company,  and a blessing to me, to go above and beyond!

Jerry was from the very beginning extremely knowledgeable. We originally thought we needed to switch from our current working water heater to a tankless because of the long wait for hot water. After hearing our problem he was already brainstorming a more affordable solution. He was quick with responses and very thorough with explaining things to us. His quotes were reasonably priced. Professional written quotes were emailed to us. His work was quick and clean. Very satisfied with the over all experience. We have literally no wait for hot water now at a fraction of the price other places we're quoting us. You can trust Jerry and he takes pride in his work. We will definitely be returning to Jerry for future work.

I am very pleased with this company and with our plumber Lonie! I called this morning and Lonie was here by 12 noon. He fixed the issue within 10 mins and we are now able to do laundry again! I had the pleasure of having John Ritchie do some plumbing for me today. First of all what a pleasant man and very honest. I had two issues a leak in the kitchen and a leak in my bathroom. When he first started with the kitchen he checked like crazy for anything leaking.  He checked the dishwasher, garbage disposal, and obviously the sink no leak. Now a few years back I had another plumber install a garbage disposal. So actually I believe we were dealing with an old leak, because there  was no leaking to be found.  The bottom of the cabinet was messed up and and the wood was warped I believe from a previous leak. I am redoing my kitchen and I did not want to have that  problem come back. Now he did make reference to the plumbing being over 25 years old and we could re pipe with new piping but we actually both decided that it really was not really necessary at this time. Okay on with the bathroom. Actually he knew what it was right away, the faucet itself was leaking. So down to Lowes he goes.  He picked out an attractive faucet installed it in no time and voila no leaks. Now I need a handyman to fix the wood in the kitchen and the bathroom. So as you can tell I was quite pleased with John of Ritchie Plumbing and his personable, honest, and knowledgeable  business ethics. I have his card and I would recommend him to anyone with plumbing issues. Oh and very important I was very happy with the cost.

I am a rental property owner.  I received a couple quotes from local plumbers to replace a hot water heater nearing it's service life.  One highly reviewed plumber that I used before, and Eco Home Solutions.  Eco Home Solutions was far more responsive and cheaper, but the level of complete communication and professionalism made the choice easy.  
My elderly tenants made for some challenges coordinating with scheduling, but Eco Home Solutions completed the project with satisfaction and compassion working with, and around my tenants.  
I will call them when needed in the future. And I am confident to recommend them to you.

I had a very poor experience with Mike the Plumber.  Upon meeting him, he seemed friendly and knowledgeable, was willing to come out during the evening, and priced reasonably.  He came to fix a leak in a sewer pipe underneath my house that was connected to my kitchen sink.  Later that evening my kitchen sink ended up leaking and I had to call another plumber to come fix that.  I'm not sure if that was a coincidence or the result of his work from earlier that day.  However, while he was fixing the first leak, he clumsily spilled a bottle of acid he was using to clear the drains onto my brand new washer and dryer.  His wife, the business manager, claimed that they were going to see what they could do about replacing or fixing what was ruined.  Calls or texts to him or his wife either go unanswered or the response is that he will call back later that day and I would never hear anything.  I wish I had seen that review before hiring him.  In addition to all the money I spent on plumbing repairs, I had to replace my brand new washer ($750) because the acid he spilled ate holes in any clothing that was washed after I thought it was cleaned out.  Luckily the acid spilled on the dryer was only cosmetic and I did not have to purchase a new dryer too.  This 'business' is clearly unaccredited, does not have insurance, and does not take responsibility for their actions.  Do yourself a favor and check Angie's list or the Better Business Bureau before hiring an emergency plumber - do not trust the glowing Google reviews that Mike so quickly mentions.  If something goes wrong, he does not end up saving you any money.  This is the first review I have ever written, but I feel strongly that people need to know what kind of people/business they are dealing with in the event something goes amiss during a plumbing repair.

They said they would be here at 8:30 they were saw our problem and fixed it all within 25 minutes the builder who once before put nail in our water pipe and when precision checked the leak in the ceiling another pipe had two nails in it I would give this company 5 star ratings if any one has a plumbing problem they are reasonable and being a Korean Vet I got 10percent off, thank you precision.

AAA City Plumbing 704 544-1909 / 803 327-5171 Technician Waide replaced my kitchen faucet.  He  arrived on schedule, worked very efficiently & neatly.  The faucet works & I am quite satisfied. I highly receommend AAA City Plumbing and ASK For WAIDE!!!

This a belated review but, better late than never.  I don't live in NC right now, but I still have a condo in Charlotte. I have to say that Joe and his crew are the best!! My condo is in a building built in 1940 that had some issues with old pipes. He worked on the condo a few years ago. I was very impressed!! There is a maze of pipes under the building and no one knew where the shut offs were, but, he was able to find them. He is very knowledgeable, efficient and neat. He had to break through concrete and wire mesh to get to the pipes for the shower. He not only fixed the pipes, he repaired the wall and cleaned up all the broken concrete and wires. Joe's company is the only plumbing company I trust to work on these old pipes. Thank you Joe, I really appreciate you.

Great plumber if you can get him to your house. We used him for a couple small warranty repairs with no issues. When I tried to get him to come complete a job and write an estimate for a large job he would not show up. We had 3 appointments that he no showed for and when he finally came, he never provided me the written estimate.

Save your patience and call someone else. It doesn't matter how good a plumber is if they miss appointments without calling. I was very disappointed in this company.

I honestly thought  damn $75.00 just to walk through the front door  is highway robbery
I mean seriously less than  a four minute drive $75.00  

Boom  we were charged a whopping $101.65 for Matt to tell us it wasn't their job!
Wow it stated the charge was for the plumbing  job how is it a fckn plumbing job when the man never actually touched anything and was here a total of 2.1 minutes????
