Best Plumbing Services in North Carolina
I have nothing but good things to say about the company and their employees that came to work at my home. Decent, honest, and fair pricing. Their quote was accurate and they negotiated changes fairly.

With temperatures in single digits, late Saturday, when no other plumber would respond to an emergency..Jeff Jordan was an Angel. My 94 year old twin aunts, experienced an exploded pipe. Their caregiver discovered the water spraying in the side yard. Had no idea where the cut off valve was. He came to cut off the valve...but could not leave them without water. He worked until after dark and fixed the pipe. God Bless him.

Jason and his team converted a very large fountain into a nice fire pit. The job ended up being bigger than initially anticipated but Jason and his crew worked until everyone was satisfied and he maintained his quoted price, regardless of extra hours/product the project took. Highly recommend

Over the Christmas holidays my hot water went out. They were quick to access the problem and once they had the correct part fix the issue. Restoring hot water. I would recommend Eneco to anyone with plumbing and/or HVAC issues!

This company was very easy to work with. The answered the phone, if I left a message or texted they called me back within a very reasonable amount of time, came when they were supposed to, texted pertinent information, and most importantly fixed my issue in a courteous professional and prompt manner with a very reasonable price. Another local company was going to charge me over twice the amount these guys did just a to show up at my house. I will definitely upgrade Denver Plumbing to my number one plumber for the area for any issues we might have.

The most authentic family owned business. As a sales professional I meet a number of business owners. Eddie and Tawny are immensely kind and care for the community of Charlotte. I highly recommend Heyworth Plumbing for commercial projects.

Brian with ACC Plumbing was courteous and prompt. They charged me the exact amount quoted and were very respectful of my home.

Jerry was from the very beginning extremely knowledgeable. We originally thought we needed to switch from our current working water heater to a tankless because of the long wait for hot water. After hearing our problem he was already brainstorming a more affordable solution. He was quick with responses and very thorough with explaining things to us. His quotes were reasonably priced. Professional written quotes were emailed to us. His work was quick and clean. Very satisfied with the over all experience. We have literally no wait for hot water now at a fraction of the price other places we're quoting us. You can trust Jerry and he takes pride in his work. We will definitely be returning to Jerry for future work.

I am very pleased with this company and with our plumber Lonie! I called this morning and Lonie was here by 12 noon. He fixed the issue within 10 mins and we are now able to do laundry again! We would recommend this company to anyone! Thank you for the speed, your knowledge and your customer service!

Ritchie Plumbing is one of the best. I had a major plumbing job needed to be done, and I called Ritchie Plumbing along with a few others for quotes. John came out and was professional, explained what needed to be done, and had a reasonable quote. He was quick with responses during the whole process, extremely easy to work with, and super friendly. When I had questions, he took the time to explain the answer. John went over and above to make sure the plumbing was done right and timely. I can not recommend the team enough! If you have a plumbing job (no matter small or large), don't go with the big corporate companies, stick with a local and well reputable company like Ritchie Plumbing!

Recently moved to North Carolina and experienced a few plumbing issues in our new rental. Signature Plumbing assisted us in resolving several unexpected issues quickly! They are very knowledgeable, timely, and professional. We couldn't be more happier and will definitely use them in the future when we finally purchase our own home. If you're looking for a reputable plumbing company, no need to look any further. Signature Plumbing can provide you with so much comfort knowing that the work will be done correctly! You will not be disappointed!

I am a rental property owner. I received a couple quotes from local plumbers to replace a hot water heater nearing it's service life. One highly reviewed plumber that I used before, and Eco Home Solutions. Eco Home Solutions was far more responsive and cheaper, but the level of complete communication and professionalism made the choice easy.
My elderly tenants made for some challenges coordinating with scheduling, but Eco Home Solutions completed the project with satisfaction and compassion working with, and around my tenants.
I will call them when needed in the future. And I am confident to recommend them to you.

Here's the story:
We bought a natural gas grill for our new house on Sunday morning. The line was already in place so we figured it would just be a few snaps and we'd be on our way to delicious grilled meats--- we were wrong.
The connection from the grill was not the same size as the line. At a loss for what to do we searched the internet trying to find out how to fix it, nothing; went to Home Depot to try and get help, nothing. We called Weber and they said we need to call a plumber. At this point it's 5:00 on a Sunday, the reality is setting in that we will most likely not be enjoying grilled meats for a few days.
As a last ditch idea I quickly searched plumbers on my Yelp app and Mike the Plumber was the first one that showed up. I gave my husband the number thinking we would receive an answering service- nope. The phone was answered by Mike's wife and after a 10 min conversation, Mike was on his way to our house, one a Sunday evening!
Mike and his wife (they are a team- he does the work and she does the billing and serves as his helper) showed up, he looked at the connection and within a few mins said that he was off to Home Depot for a part and that he would be able to fix it!!
Off they went and a few minutes later they were back with the part and within a few more minutes it was working, the grill was working and all of my dreams of grilled meats were coming true!
For what I consider a very reasonable $80 the grill was hooked up on a Sunday evening and I was not forced to wait to fulfill my craving. And to top it all off Mike and his wife are super friendly which made the experience that much better!
Hopefully I won't find myself in need a plumber again anytime soon, but if I did, I wouldn't hesitate to use Mike!

Asked for a quote to replace 2 toilets with ones that have comfort height seats and elongated bowls. Taylor came out, looked at the toilets and sent a quote for expensive toilets and cheaper toilets. Asked for confirmation that one or both toilets had my requirements. Received the same quote with manufacturers names attached to each category, but no mention of my requirements.
Called and asked for my requirements to be stated in the quote. Ashley said she would take it to the owner, instead of Taylor. As I write this a week later, I have not heard back from them.
Work with them at your own risk.

TLDR: Work was good, service was quick friendly, price seems high and he said the $150 coupon on the website was included in the quoted price, 3% credit card fee is dumb. Would suggest shopping around, wish I had.
They came same day and replaced our water heater. They did not give price beforehand over the phone but were able to give it 30 seconds into looking at the old water heater, that was a little frustrating. Service man was nice but the price seems steep now that I have looked around more. FYI: $2,550 for a 40 gallon water heater replacement and the $150 coupon on the site was allegedly included in that. Receipt did not break out charges. What drove me to Yelp this is that when I went to pay there was a 3% credit card fee...I understand the need for that at a 7/11 but that seems ridiculous for a larger expense.
UPDATE: I was annoyed by the 3% charge so I called the main line and asked generally if they charge anything extra to use a credit card. She said No. I advised that I had been charged 3% yesterday and she said Yes, that is what we charge for credit card. When confronted on the instantaneous change she said that Well, we don't tell everyone that. Shady. Updated rating from 2 to 1 star.
UPDATE #2: Saw response from the business. Don't agree with their assertion that the operator lied about the 3% charge so that a plumber could discuss payment options but I appreciate their response regardless. Per above, service was quick and well done and the warranty is good but concerns still linger about billing practices. Updated to two stars.

It's a shame that solid work can be negated by GREED. Buyer beware of Ultimate Plumbing's FLAT RATE PRICING. We were charged over $600 for about 30 minutes of work (plus a quick trip to the office 3 miles away for a filter).
Never rely on verbal estimates, even if you are trusting you will receive a fair quote. AFTER THE WORK WAS DONE, this company's representative (Adam) had my wife sign a work completed computer document and then slipped in a separate pre-work quote, work start to be signed. Now they are hiding behind that signed quote document and won't reconsider a fair resolution.
I spoke briefly with Adam by phone and he told me he was tired of people telling them how much they were going to pay. He even suggested that he did me a favor and could have charged me double with their FLAT RATE PRICING because he worked on 2 filters (he relocated one we already had in about 10 minutes- he installed another small filter by my well in 20 minutes). As I said before, BUYER BEWARE! (or you might get taken advantage of like we did). Don't fall for this- GO ELSEWHERE!
10/3 update... After 2 requests they sent me an itemized invoice. They say they charged me for 3 hours work plus about $150 in parts. Really, 3 hours work? I should also mention that I spent part of Saturday afternoon and Sunday morning fixing a leak under the house where the filter they moved had collapsed. Did it myself. Guess I saved about $600!

We bought an older home and soon found out we needed to replace our sewage system. Called all plumbers in the Rock Hill phone book, but only 3 returned my call. Two came out and gave estimates and one gave an estimate over the phone. Thomas with 1st Choice gave me the best estimate and my neighbor gave 1st Choice a good recommendation. My yard has old established azaleas and Thomas worked hard to place my new system around existing plants and trees.
Thomas' coordination with the city was outstanding, plus he seemed to have a great working relationship with the city employees. Thomas was able to get the city to agree with him as to where the sewerage tie-in needed to be so as little damage as possible would be done to my landscaping. My neighbor, an engineer by trade, said he watched the men from 1st Choice work and he commented that they did an outstanding job. No payment was due until all work was completed including reseeding my yard. I
highly recommended Thomas and 1st Choice.
