I contacted Brett via Yelp messaging on Sunday when I noticed my very old hot water heater was leaking. He responded within 10 minutes and after a few photos, he was able to quote the project. They came out promptly the next morning and quickly installed my new hot water heater. No mess, no fuss and I am completely satisfied with the quality work. My water pressure has improved, which I was not expecting, but it is a nice plus!  Additionally, my mom had a plumbing issue and they quickly sent someone out to her house the same morning!  Love supporting locally owned businesses. Great work gentlemen and you all are my go to plumbing service!

They say that they are plumbers but they aren't.  A real plumber doesn't put shower fixtures on backwards and can install a hot water heater without having the city inspector fail it.

I had a water line break under my driveway and had multiple plumbing companies bid the work.  ER was the only firm to offer a solution to minimize damage to other utilities and my driveway.  I could have had thousands in concrete work needed following a job like this, but will only have one bag of concrete to mix.  Big job and my water was only off for 3 hours.

The crew, Mike and Jason, were professional, knowledgeable, and considerate of our home.  They went the extra distance to clean up the driveway and yard.  

The entire staff, including office personnel, were wonderful to work with.  I would definitely use them again.

Our kitchen sink broke a few days ago. Called @PlumbersNC at 12:50pm. The plumber arrived by 2pm and by 3:06pm we had a new sink with running water. Thanks so much for the quick turnaround.

I needed a plumber on a Saturday.  Will came highly recommended. Ordinarily he wouldn't came out to Gastonia but I'm glad that he did this for us. He worked quick and got my outdoor line fixed properly.  I would recommend him to anyone and definitely would use again myself! Thanks for the great service Will!

I had an obvious underground water leak in the front of my property. The sidewalk, that divides the the grass along my front curb from the lawn on my property was showing (leaking) water. Angelo from Pure Flow Plumbing in Cover, SC immediately diagnosed the problem. He said it most likely was the main water line that feeds into the house and that a tree root probably damaged the line. He was right. Unfortunately this line was under the concrete sidewalk. Angelo did a great job cutting a narrow path through the concrete, locating the broken section of water line and replacing that section. He then repaired the side walk by poring concrete and smoothing it out. Had it not been for rain, he would have finished the entire job in one day. It was great having an obviously experienced, knowledgeable person who was able to do both repairs. As a bonus, Angelo was also prompt, courteous and professional. I highly recommend Pure Flow!  (Al. Minor work done regarding hammer noise from pipes in wall. PRV install. Technician Josh is an absolute Rockstar. He loves his job and takes major pride in his work. If I was to use Charlotte Plumbing in the future, and I will, I will certainly request Josh. Never let this guy go! Give him a raise...whatever. super friendly and knowledgeable. A+++

We had a pipe leak inside of our walls that all affected our floors.  The person that was initially supposed to come out was stuck on a job so the owner, Justin, came out.  Joe was there for the rest of the project.  They were professional, straightforward, polite and fixed the issue without trouble.  I definitely recommend this company and will continue to use them for any issues in the future.

We just bought our home and have had several sub contractors come in and out to make it our own. Chad is at the top of our list for professional quality workmanship. He clearly communicated with us throughout the process, showed up on time, was very detailed and cleaned up. I can speak from experience in saying It is so hard to find this quality level of service. We will happily will use him again for our future needs which will be many with our older home.

HIGHLY recommend Brian Long Plumbing! I live in an older house and needed major plumbing work done. The first company I called quoted me $2000.  I asked friends for recommendation and they recommended Brian Long.  I called and am so glad I did! They were able to complete the work at a fraction of the quote I received and did it so quickly! Top notch service and professionalism! I had a leak under my kitchen and put a bucket there to catch the water - Hugh was kind enough to dump the bucket of water out for me!

I had a real plumbing emergency upon returning from vacation. My upstairs toilet overflowed severely. Justin provided excellent customer service via the telephone. Walking me through how to shut off my water in my home and advising me that he would be to me immediately to help me get to the bottom of what was going on. He was very polite, helpful, and he educated me on what exactly transpired, very quick and efficient. I definitely would highly recommend this company. Should you experienced any plumbing emergencies highly recommended.

he/they handled my changing my back-flow preventer outside & went above the service required to fix the problem. made it so we can remove the brass preventer in the winter to keep it from freezing. cool fix. loosen a couple of big nuts and take it off!

The estimate that I got to replace both my air and heating systems was 2 1/2 times the amount of other estimates for the same work.  Really, MJ?????    When I asked to have a copy of the estimate I was told that I could get an email copy only - and you guessed it - 2 days has gone by and no copy of the estimate.    
Shame on you MJ - the fun marketing and commercials only go so far!  
I wouldn't be confident on having them be part of my heating and air conditioning needs for years to come - I think the only goal they have is dipping into your pockets.....

Jim Dickerson is a helluva guy. I worked there for nearly four years, and was never asked to do anything illegal or unethical.  You get what you pay for, and the prices we charged were fair by market standards.  I left after a major contract cancelled, but would have stayed otherwise. I hope that the family has continued with his vision since he has stepped back in terms of management.

I felt that the technician was more interested in upselling instead of listening and diagnosing problem.  We had a clog/blockage in drainage piping under house that was causing backup of septic into house (we believe due to construction materials getting into drain from remodel we had just had done in bathroom). We were wanting likes snakes/scoped to make sure clog was resolved and no further issues.  Technician tried to convince us that we needed to repipe drainage pipe for whole house which was not wanted or needed.  We had lived in house three plus years and no issues prior to bathroom remodel.
