So grateful for Jason at Julian's Plumbing.  On Christmas our water heater stopped heating water...and with so many people having issues with frozen pipes and other plumbing due to the extreme cold....they were still able to help us get our hot water back today.  Great communication and explanations before and after service. Good upfront work by text before service call to the house. Would highly recommend.

I was very impressed with All Hours Plumbing.  I had a water disaster while I was at work.  I came home on a Friday evening to a flooded dining room and destroyed ceiling as the result of a supply line break upstairs.  I called and spoke to Brett, who came out to look at the problem on a Friday at 8:30pm knowing I was in a bind.  

He knew exactly what to do and fixed the problem quickly.  He also explained to me what had happened so I could better explain to the insurance company.  Brett also told the water disaster crew how it happened and where the floors were affected the most upstairs.  

Definitely a class act.  In addition, the price was very reasonable for a Friday night emergency.

After managing with low water pressure, ongoing shower faucet issues and a kitchen faucet that was letting out a trickle of water, I called around and found Option One.  I am so glad that I did! Ted came out the next day, diagnosed the kitchen faucet issue (not a leak, but a likely replacement), addressed water pressure issues while there and gave me options on the shower faucet issue. What most impressed me is that Ted took the time to explain options, gave me a recommendation on the kitchen faucet and wanted to answer questions.  Did I mention that they give a FREE estimate (no trip fee) and held to it.  There were no surprises, and the work was done quickly and professionally!  What I most appreciated is that before the technician shows up, they text you a picture and name, along with their estimated time of arrival.  After many years trying to find a consistent plumber that provides good service at a reasonable price, I've found Option One!

No one likes dishing out money but the company was quick, priced right, and technician Lance was super professional and nice.  Thank you.  I will call them first next time.

We had issues with a toilet, the less said the better.  Within hours of my phone call to Carolina Plumbing Pros, Bruce arrived.  He diagnosed the problem quickly and efficiently explained both the issue and the fix.
The bill was significantly less than the in-your-face plumbing contractors that advertise and charge crazy high fees.  As a retiree on a fixed income, wow, was I happy!

Nick was awesome! We just bought an older house so there were quite a few plumbing issues and past 'handyman' fixes to be repaired.

We had cast iron, copper, pex, pvc and he did it all! We removed a wall in our bathroom and he redirected our plumbing to go down a different wall and even crawled up in our tiny attic to secure the cast iron that was falling down.  He also moved our water heater, plumbed in our vanities, set up our shower/handheld valves/diverters.

Can't recommend him and his partner, Burke, enough! Super responsive, punctual, and clean up well after themselves. Plus they were very sweet to our dog who is very curious and all up in their business. We will definitely be using them when we get around to doing our other bathroom!

I just want to thank Service Pro for coming out and fixing my hot water today. I was 11 days without hot water trying to go through my warranty and the owners along with John who fixed my water heater saved the day! I highly recommend this company. I had an obvious underground water leak in the front of my property. The sidewalk, that divides the the grass along my front curb from the lawn on my property was showing (leaking) water. Angelo from Pure Flow Plumbing in Cover, SC immediately diagnosed the problem. He said it most likely was the main water line that feeds into the house and that a tree root probably damaged the line. He was right. Unfortunately this line was under the concrete sidewalk. Angelo did a great job cutting a narrow path through the concrete, locating the broken section of water line and replacing that section. He then repaired the side walk by poring concrete and smoothing it out. Had it not been for rain, he would have finished the entire job in one day. It was great having an obviously experienced, knowledgeable person who was able to do both repairs. As a bonus, Angelo was also prompt, courteous and professional. I highly recommend Pure Flow!  (Al. James from Charlotte Plumbing fixed all of my problems in one visit and he did it right THE FIRST TIME.

At first, there was a strange smell in the house. I thought it might've been a natural gas leak.
I bought a meter on Amazon but it wasn't detecting any gas.
As we all know, buying a product like that on Amazon is a hit or miss.
Just to be safe, I called the fire department to have someone come out and make sure everything was alright.
They used a gas meter to try to detect if there was a gas leak, and they couldn't find ANYTHING.
They agreed there was still a strange smell, so I had a company come out and take a look for me.

The gas company that came out turned the gas off to my fireplace since the smell seemed to be concentrated mostly in one area of the house right next to the fireplace.
They said if the smell goes away in a couple of days then that must've been the culprit.
The smell never went away, so they came back to the house to turn the gas back on about 5 days later.

The smell started getting worse.
I was already having migraines everyday, and now I was starting to get nose bleeds.
I asked them if it could be sewer gas since the smell seemed to be worse when I was using the water.
They told me that I should go ahead and call a plumber.

Before I called the Charlotte Plumbing, I looked opened up the door to the crawl space of the house.
It had no smell, and the crawl space is in great shape.
I'm not a professional in gas or plumbing, but I wanted to make sure this plumbing company knew I did my due diligence to narrow the problem down.

I mentioned the fact that the crawl space seemed perfectly fine, and that the smell seemed to be coming from the baseboard downstairs next to the gas fireplace, but also when I ran a lot of water like laundry.

As soon as James stepped in the house, he immediately agreed that the smell was off.
Within 5 minutes he detected a gas leak and opened up the wall.
He said that the gas leak was so bad the whole house could've blown if I lit a candle or anything in the house.
He said the reason why the plumbing seemed tied to it was because the pipes have little vents that suck in air from the crawl space to operate properly.

Within 4 hours he fixed the gas leak entirely, and even fixed 3 of my slow running drains in the house.
James said, That surprises me that the gas company couldn't figure this out. They're usually a really good company that's really cautious. The guy that came over must've been new or something. All you have to do is actually listen to the customer and they'll tell you exactly what and where the problem is.

I am so impressed by Charlotte Plumbing. James was courteous, respectful, clean (he even wore little protectors over his shoes to protect my wood floors), punctual (they gave me a window of 8:00 AM - 9:00 AM) and James was knocking on my front door at 8:02 AM), and he is a real pro.

TLDR: I recommend this company to everyone. 10/10 experience.if you want the job done right the first time, call these  guys. They'll save you money, your house, and in my case my life!

I had a leaky toilet. I put in a request to my home warranty company, who connected me to another plumbing service that I won't name. I tried contacting them 3 times and only got voice mail. Late yesterday evening I finally got a text stating they had no availability before next Tuesday.

A few minutes later, I was on my porch and saw a truck for Option One in my neighborhood, so I gave them a call. They got someone out to see me today..Daniel. Daniel was prompt, thorough,  and even came back in once he left because I had a question. He was very patient with me and explained all he was doing. Will defintely utilize them in the future.

I did not need Mr. Garvey's services as I just bought a new home,  but being unfamiliar with North Carolina's winters I thought I would ask him his opinion of how to deal with my water heater through the winter months.

He did a great job answering my questions, very friendly and appreciated his kind attitude and helping demeanor.   If I do need a plumber I would be using him based on that alone -- sometimes what a person does for you without any services in return tells you about their quality before you even need to use them.  Mr. Garvey passed that test with flying colors, and I would recommend him highly.

They came out within a few hours of our plumbing backup and promptly figured out the issue. They immediately got started digging and replacing the damaged portions of the line and limited the repair to the necessary sections. They went above and beyond and replaced an extra portion of the old pipe without charging us extra. We felt very confident in their knowledge and ability and they put our minds at ease. They made a very stressful problem as smooth as it could possibly be. Brian was especially helpful and took the time to make sure we understood the issue along the way.

I called Brian Long Plumbing for a plumbing problem with my toilet. Best call I made! My toilet tank had cracked and I needed a new installation. This company is a hidden gem! I had made a dozen calls, starting with the most highly rated. None could help. Brian is extremely busy but squeezed me in for a 24 hour turnaround time. Extremely knowledgeable and honest to a fault. He has been in business for a decade. He was able to uninstall and install a new toilet in under 90 minutes, was the most reasonably priced and takes extreme pride in his work. I would absolutely recommend Brian to anyone needing a plumber and he will be my first call if ever needed again.

Small family run business. Awesome service, great price. Cain Jr. and JC were dispatched, they called 45 min out and were there when they said they would be. The two reset a toilet and installed a new sink/vanity in well under an hour. Strongly recommend!

I had a real plumbing emergency upon returning from vacation. My upstairs toilet overflowed severely. Justin provided excellent customer service via the telephone. Walking me through how to shut off my water in my home and advising me that he would be to me immediately to help me get to the bottom of what was going on. He was very polite, helpful, and he educated me on what exactly transpired, very quick and efficient. I definitely would highly recommend this company. Should you experienced any plumbing emergencies highly recommended.

Ask for Tom. A real pro and you don't see that very much these days. He is very knowledgeable and friendly.

Morris Jenkins AC install team just left my house, it already feels great.  All of the installers were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient.  We were presented with several air conditioning options for our house and we worked with the salesperson to determine the best one.   I am very impressed with how quickly they were able to work me into their schedule and complete the job.  
Definitely impressed!

After paying them $300 to repair a hot water heater that is only 6 years old I was still having the same issue shortly after the plumber left.  I was then told when I spoke with them that the plumber would be back the next day, a Saturday.  When he never showed I called them and they told me he didn't work that day and he could come on Monday and replace the entire unit.  I asked about the $300 in parts and labor that I already paid and they said that was paid for the work they did and not relevant to replacing the unit.  I refused and decided to look at the unit myself.  I discovered that the unit was not getting any air as the intake was covered with dust and dirt.  The plumber had said he cleaned this area out and DID NOT.  After cleaning it myself I am back up and running but still out the $300 in un-needed repairs that they performed.

I felt that the technician was more interested in upselling instead of listening and diagnosing problem.  We had a clog/blockage in drainage piping under house that was causing backup of septic into house (we believe due to construction materials getting into drain from remodel we had just had done in bathroom). We were wanting likes snakes/scoped to make sure clog was resolved and no further issues.  Technician tried to convince us that we needed to repipe drainage pipe for whole house which was not wanted or needed.  We had lived in house three plus years and no issues prior to bathroom remodel.
