Our experience with Kevin was great.  Could not have asked for anything better. Very professional.  Kevin was also very flexible as we changed our original schedule due to a conflict and he adjusted with no issues. He fixed all our issues.  We had a leaking toilet and 2 faucets that had broken components.  All resolved on-time and the cost was reasonable.

Alex was great to work with. Fixed some electrical problems quickly and for a fair price. Would use him again.

My friend's dad, a naval captain, says There's only 5 minutes between half a$$ and first class. I chose J's because they have an A+ rating from the BBB. They lived up to their rating. The receptionist told me I'd get a call from the plumber on Wednesday. True to her word, Zach called me Wednesday at 0820, arrived shortly after, and thoroughly completed 4 projects. He went above and beyond by CLEANING UP AFTER HIMSELF and putting my belongings back after moving them. THAT was impressive in and of itself. My bath tub is fully functional, my toilet no longer runs, and no more leaky sink under my new sink. Grateful for the good service. I highly recommend J's Plumbing. They're FIRST CLASS!

Tony was able to send out a duo of workers to help me with an unexpected increased water pressure issue. They arrived on time, early actually, and stayed approximately 1.5 hours to repair some parts to my well. Tony was in constant contact via telephone to make sure the job was completed smoothly. Would definitely use again and recommend to others.

While I was initially pleased with the office and arrangement for a quick appointment for our water heater the technician spent less than 10 minutes I our house, claimed it wasn't possible to replace the faulty part and tried to sell us a whole new system. Not what I'd consider service.

Hard to find a good plumber Dustin and Dean worked hard all day and stayed till job was done.
I will be using them again for the rest of my kitchen install.

The worse professional experience.  Home warranty company contracted with them.  They replace a water heater that failed. They claim to repair a part that was defective and they have had several complaints about it.  The water heater is still not working and they are not returning or answering my call.  they acknowledged that the repair wd be t no cost but still attempted to collect a fee from me and the home warranty company.  Unbelievable!!! Stay away deceptive trade practices.

I had no say in hiring them  because of the home warranty and that is why they do not care about performance because they will be paid.  Not getting away with this!!!

Prompt, efficient, and friendly. Would highly recommend! From the initial phone conversation to the work completed, I was extremely satisfied!

Good luck with this company. I'm not sure what others are talking about when it comes to service received from this company. They have every excuse in the book when it comes to providing an estimate. You may want to question where the Good reviews come from.

Uh...charging me 100.00 to fix a hole in the wall he charged me to make in order to troubleshoot a leak? The hole was about 14 inches square and could have been just 3 inches square. Another 65.00 to mount a shower rod...jeezus no! Also wants to charge an extra 2% just for using a debit card....Uh...Uh!

These guys did come out quickly but did not inform me of the cost until a week after it was completed I got a bill in the mail I asked the guy how much it was going to be he said we will bill you they did not tell me he charges for drive time was at my house for 30 minutes and charge me $156 in labor plus materials will never use again

50 yr old home, spent time explaining the needs for updating electrical work and the costs. Very impressed with IRV!!!
