Our experience with Kevin was great.  Could not have asked for anything better. Very professional.  Kevin was also very flexible as we changed our original schedule due to a conflict and he adjusted with no issues. He fixed all our issues.  We had a leaking toilet and 2 faucets that had broken components.  All resolved on-time and the cost was reasonable.

Alex was great to work with. Fixed some electrical problems quickly and for a fair price. Would use him again.

My friend's dad, a naval captain, says There's only 5 minutes between half a$$ and first class. I chose J's because they have an A+ rating from the BBB. They lived up to their rating. The receptionist told me I'd get a call from the plumber on Wednesday. True to her word, Zach called me Wednesday at 0820, arrived shortly after, and thoroughly completed 4 projects. He went above and beyond by CLEANING UP AFTER HIMSELF and putting my belongings back after moving them. THAT was impressive in and of itself. My bath tub is fully functional, my toilet no longer runs, and no more leaky sink under my new sink. Grateful for the good service. I highly recommend J's Plumbing. They're FIRST CLASS!

Called TSmith plumbing  they were at my house quickly, three crew members took care of my facet repair, moving and connecting water line to my fridge, checked all my water lines and corrected drainage issues.  
I could not be more pleased with their courteous  employees and their professionalism.  Reviewed the work the performed with me and completed the tasks efficiently.  Very reasonable.

I'm a new home owner so when my first plumbing problem came up of course i freaked and then I came here and Yelp didn't disappoint. I called in the morning and 2 gentlemen were at my house in the afternoon and everything was fixed and perfect in about an hour. I had a broken bathtub faucet and a clogged drain in a sink.

The nice part was the tech telling me that Moen will send me free parts in the future so I could save a little money that way. I'm a Fort Mill teacher and highly highly highly recommend. I thought the price was reasonable and the techs (plumbers) did a wonderful job.

Beware, these guys are crooks.  Do not use this company or Dean or Dustin for work, ever. They did an incomplete, shoddy job on a bathroom remodel. Refused to fix or complete the job. We had to hire others to repair and complete the project. Prior to things going south, we planned to have them build a deck as well and had prepaid 50% for materials and labor. Dean Burns refused to deliver the materials or do the job, and would not refund the money, close to $10,000. He is a thief. I understand he also has a judgment against him for another job in the amount of close to $9000 for doing the same thing.

If you need a tankless water heater expert, call them. Thank you Shelly for sending me to the right person to solve my issue and quickly scheduling the service call. Thank you Matthew and Denny for your professionalism and solving my problem. Great team.

I called these people for service.  After leaving a message, they didn't even care to return my call.  Nice.

As far as the end result, I have water throughout my house.  I recently needed my entire home re-piped.  The crew was very friendly.  I enjoyed their presents.  

However, if you use these people for large jobs I highly recommend you get an actual contract with a start and completion time.  Also lock in the price.  I was charged $400 more than the written estimate.  I was told I needed a special air tank for my hot water heater.  Cost to install was $288.  The tank itself only cost $39.  

I am in the wrong business.  Plumbing is one hell of a mark-up.  But then again I don't have it in me the cheat my customers.

Uh...charging me 100.00 to fix a hole in the wall he charged me to make in order to troubleshoot a leak? The hole was about 14 inches square and could have been just 3 inches square. Another 65.00 to mount a shower rod...jeezus no! Also wants to charge an extra 2% just for using a debit card....Uh...Uh!

These guys did come out quickly but did not inform me of the cost until a week after it was completed I got a bill in the mail I asked the guy how much it was going to be he said we will bill you they did not tell me he charges for drive time was at my house for 30 minutes and charge me $156 in labor plus materials will never use again

So I had a leak from upstairs and called HomeServe to report it. They sent out IRV Plumbing. The tech showed up and stated that they were not allowed to cut into the drywall where the leak was. IRV then sent out a company called Restopros. Their job was to prep my home for the HVAC guys. They came into my home during a rain storm and tracked in dirt, mud and dry-vac machines. They cut a hole in the drywall, ripped up carpet and remove the flooring in both bathrooms. I never heard from Restopro again. I home was left in shambles and no one returned my calls. My insurance agent even called to get an estimate and....nothing! I finally had to call IRV and ask what the hell was going on. IRV sent the same tech back only for him to say that my condensate line was running into the home instead of outside and the cost to re-route would be over $3000. I never agreed or disagreed with the amount but to this day never heard from either company again. I later found out that the line was clogged and happily paid someone to unclog the line. What's with all the runaround!!! Be open and honest with your customers. I wish I could convince HomeServe to remove you and Restopros as service providers.
Your customer service really SUCKS!!!  I will never use either company again!!!!!!!!!!
