Great experience with Jason and Jeff. They came out within an hour of my call and got down to business. Fair prices and made me feel comfortable through the entire process of my line repair. Found them on Yelp and I was glad I listened to the other reviewers high opinions of them.

Very pleased with this company, and their customer service.  Very committed to customer satisfaction and making sure the problem is fixed correctly.  Service was prompt, and Johnny and David were very friendly.  I highly recommend this company, and plan on using them for all of my plumbing needs.

Got quoted on 5/11, service scheduled for 5/13. Plumber had to leave early on 5/13 due to family emergency, which is understandable. Came back on 5/16 and worked all day but couldn't finish because he didn't have all the parts he needed because of a truck swap; said he'd come back 5/17 @ 8:30am. As of 10am he's still not here and not answering his phone. Three trips and unresponsive for a simple job? C'mon now, had high hopes because of the glowing reviews.

Edit: They went the extra mile to make it right.

First time using E.R. Services on one of my rental properties, and Josh from E.R. Services knocked it out of the park!!!

I was incredibly happy with Josh's analysis of the issue, walking me through the expected solution and potential outcomes and cost if Plan A or B didn't work and that I would be alerted directly if anything should escalate resulting in additional costs.

On top of what needed to be done, he went the extra way without asking to fix the little nuance things just because he was there.

I'm clearly going to directly ask for Josh going forward on any future call.  Assuming that Josh is a direct representation for the rest of E.R. Services, they are my goto plumbing company from here on out!!!

Our kitchen sink broke a few days ago. Called @PlumbersNC at 12:50pm. The plumber arrived by 2pm and by 3:06pm we had a new sink with running water. Thanks so much for the quick turnaround.

I needed a plumber on a Saturday.  Will came highly recommended. Ordinarily he wouldn't came out to Gastonia but I'm glad that he did this for us. I had an obvious underground water leak in the front of my property. The sidewalk, that divides the the grass along my front curb from the lawn on my property was showing (leaking) water. Angelo from Pure Flow Plumbing in Cover, SC immediately diagnosed the problem. He said it most likely was the main water line that feeds into the house and that a tree root probably damaged the line. He was right. Unfortunately this line was under the concrete sidewalk. Angelo did a great job cutting a narrow path through the concrete, locating the broken section of water line and replacing that section. He then repaired the side walk by poring concrete and smoothing it out. Had it not been for rain, he would have finished the entire job in one day. It was great having an obviously experienced, knowledgeable person who was able to do both repairs. As a bonus, Angelo was also prompt, courteous and professional. I highly recommend Pure Flow!  (Al. Minor work done regarding hammer noise from pipes in wall. PRV install. Technician Josh is an absolute Rockstar. He loves his job and takes major pride in his work. If I was to use Charlotte Plumbing in the future, and I will, I will certainly request Josh. Never let this guy go! Give him a raise...whatever. super friendly and knowledgeable. A+++

I called at 8pm they would have came out rite away for a fee but I said it could wait they showed up at the time we agreed on . Lundon was my tech very knowledgable we discussed all my options was a tad pricey but you get what you pay for and it was worth it I got a new well pump new bladder tank and hot water heater took bout 5 1/2 hrs . Loved that they show up in masks!  Mike and his son are great at what they do and very thoughtful.  I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a plumber!  On time and reasonable prices.

We had Mike Walker with Brian Long Plumbing to our home today. We had a leaking sink fixed and a new toilet and pedastal sink installed. The work, advice and professionalism was outstanding. I highly recommend this company. It is nice to have someone so pleasant and who also really puts pride in his work at the same time.

I called because I had a broken sewer main.  Cain's couldn't come until the afternoon, so I called another plumber.  The other plumber told me that I needed to replace the entire sewer main to the street $$$.  
Cain's came as promised.  He and his partner spent time talking with me and diagnosing the problem.
They suggested contacting the city and having the city find and open their cleanout at the street to prove that it was not the city's problem.
The city came and fixed the problem for free.
WOW - I will hire these guys the next time I need a plumber.  If it weren't for Cain's correctly diagnosing the problem and telling me what to say to the City of Kannapolis, I would have had a huge repair bill.
Cudos to Kannapolis City.  They came within a few hours of my phone call.

Had a tub removed in my grandma's house she is 80 and has a hard time stepping over the tub they installed a walk in shower with grab bars for her safety they had the upmost compassion for my mom and remodeled her bathroom for her safety it took a huge worry off my mind i was so worried she would fall but thanks to abetterway for putting me at ease they also followed up a year later for a warranty issue that they took care of at no cost to me! Dustin the owner is a standup guy they have done a few jobs for my friends as well!

I've used Three Way for several years and over 3 major jobs replacing master bath fixtures, a grinder pump, and a hot water heater.  Every time we've used them they have been responsive, fairly priced, and done a good job for our family.  The last time however, they really showed me why they deserved a 5 star rating.  

After having our hot water heater replaced in last 2019, and having loved it for about a year and a half, we began to find that hot water was sporadically not available.  Called in Three Way to take a look since it was still under warranty and they were out within a day to look.  After about an hour of checking, they determined that part of the brains of the heater needed to be replaced.  They contacted the manufacturer and had the part shipped to me directly where it should arrive in a matter of days.  Of course Murphy's Law kicked in, and literally a day after that the hot water heater stopped working completely and we were facing several days of cold showers waiting on the part.  Unfortunately, the day came where the part was expected, and it never showed.  After contacting Three Way and letting them know, they reached back out to the manufacturer, and when they were unable to get the part tracked or any type of assurance that it would be to me as promised, Three Way did something I never expected.  They showed up with a new system completely and had it replaced in less than 3 hours.  They stood behind their work, even when it wasn't THEIR work that was the problem.  Been a long time since I've had a company that was willing to truly go above and beyond, but this is definitely one of those companies.

Thank goodness y'all sent technician Chris Cabana to repair our Trane AC unit.  As Priority Advantage members, we were pleased he came out the same day.  After an in-depth evaluation of our HVAC system, Chris discovered the problem: a bad ground.  So happy that Chris' entire visit was covered fully by our warranty.  Great job Chris, our diagnostic super sleuth!

I have had two recent instances that needed an electrician quickly.  I called Jim Dickerson Co. And they were Johnny on the Spot.  I had appointments within 48 hours both times.  They are great to work with.  Their reps in the office and in the field are both so professional, friendly, and courteous.  They send reminder emails not only about your appointment, but when the rep/tech is on their way to your residence so you can be prepared for them.  

One of the best things is their pricing.  Pricing is in line with others or better.  You certainly get what you pay for, and they do not try to up sell you to items/work you don't need.  Their work is thorough and in my opinion, up to anyone's standards.  

I would recommend them to anyone looking for a first class experience.

I felt that the technician was more interested in upselling instead of listening and diagnosing problem.  We had a clog/blockage in drainage piping under house that was causing backup of septic into house (we believe due to construction materials getting into drain from remodel we had just had done in bathroom). We were wanting likes snakes/scoped to make sure clog was resolved and no further issues.  Technician tried to convince us that we needed to repipe drainage pipe for whole house which was not wanted or needed.  We had lived in house three plus years and no issues prior to bathroom remodel.
