Excellent job all around. I noticed a drain pipe leaking in our crawl space at 7pm, so I called Jason. Him and is son were at my house first thing the next morning.  They removed and replaced roughly 40 feet of old cast iron piping by lunch time.  Very professional, fair pricing and quality work.  Would highly recommend and use again in the future.

All Hours indeed! They came out and assisted me at like 6:00am. I am not a morning person but the fact that they were able to accommodate filled my morning with joy. Timely, friendly and highly recommended.

Initial communication through yelp seemed promising from 'Larry- owner. I was provided a quote in person by a plumber. On the day of scheduled work a different plumber shows up 1.25 hours into the 2 hour window they were supposed to show up in and says the old quote is invalid and they need to write up a new one. Keep in mind this is after I had to go through a lengthy process to have water shut off in my building, during which I called Option One numerous times to touchbase and/ or reschedule. They never mentioned ONCE that the old qoute was invalid. I am of the opinion that this was a bait and switch. I do not recommend this company AT ALL. To change the quote at the start of service on the day of a scheduled service without any notification is completely wrong. It's bad business practice. The lack of communication ahead of time and the drastic change in price, meant that all my other dependent projects and the listing of my property was delayed. I wish I would have never reached out to this company.

I had my hot water heater quit working and it was out of warranty, so, I looked on Yelp and found this company.  I called them up and they had somebody out within a couple of hours.  They also did a call back to let me know the technician was on his way.

My technician, Jeff, was very friendly and knowledgeable.  He checked over the water heater, explained the issue very thoroughly and gave me my options.  

I was very happy to do business w this company and will use them again next time.

Our kitchen sink broke a few days ago. Called @PlumbersNC at 12:50pm. The plumber arrived by 2pm and by 3:06pm we had a new sink with running water. Thanks so much for the quick turnaround.

I needed a plumber on a Saturday.  Will came highly recommended. Ordinarily he wouldn't came out to Gastonia but I'm glad that he did this for us. I had an obvious underground water leak in the front of my property. The sidewalk, that divides the the grass along my front curb from the lawn on my property was showing (leaking) water. Angelo from Pure Flow Plumbing in Cover, SC immediately diagnosed the problem. He said it most likely was the main water line that feeds into the house and that a tree root probably damaged the line. He was right. Unfortunately this line was under the concrete sidewalk. Angelo did a great job cutting a narrow path through the concrete, locating the broken section of water line and replacing that section. He then repaired the side walk by poring concrete and smoothing it out. Had it not been for rain, he would have finished the entire job in one day. It was great having an obviously experienced, knowledgeable person who was able to do both repairs. As a bonus, Angelo was also prompt, courteous and professional. I highly recommend Pure Flow!  (Al. I contacted this company because I was having water leaks from my upstairs. When they came out they indicated to investigate the problem was going to start at $249 which would be applied to the cost of my bill if chosen to perform the work. After 4 hours of investigation the tech claimed that my water leak was from old caulking around my tub. He re-caulked my tub and charged me an additional $249. He explained to me that he would remove my ceiling fan because it was damaged with water, patch the hole and replace my ceiling fan. He was also going to refer me to another company to file the repairs on my home insurance.  Come to find out recalling wasn't the problem at all because the tub started leaking again. I was left with a leaking tub and a huge hole in my ceiling from this company.

Chad did a fantastic job of fixing a patio door that was very difficult to open.   He responded to texts and emails promptly, and showed up on time for the job.  It was a pleasure doing business with him.   Chad will be the first person I call for any future home jobs.

I did not need Mr. Garvey's services as I just bought a new home,  but being unfamiliar with North Carolina's winters I thought I would ask him his opinion of how to deal with my water heater through the winter months.

He did a great job answering my questions, very friendly and appreciated his kind attitude and helping demeanor.   If I do need a plumber I would be using him based on that alone -- sometimes what a person does for you without any services in return tells you about their quality before you even need to use them.  Mr. Garvey passed that test with flying colors, and I would recommend him highly.

WyattWorks is the go to plumbing company for all of your plumbing needs! From the moment they pick up the phone through to the completion of the project they are a great organization to work with. Timely, friendly and pleasant is how i would describe them in three words. We had them install a gas line and regulator for our outdoor gas grill. It works like a charm and the finished project looks clean. Highly recommended!

I called Brian Long Plumbing for a plumbing problem with my toilet. Best call I made! My toilet tank had cracked and I needed a new installation. This company is a hidden gem! I had made a dozen calls, starting with the most highly rated. None could help. Brian is extremely busy but squeezed me in for a 24 hour turnaround time. Extremely knowledgeable and honest to a fault. He has been in business for a decade. He was able to uninstall and install a new toilet in under 90 minutes, was the most reasonably priced and takes extreme pride in his work. I would absolutely recommend Brian to anyone needing a plumber and he will be my first call if ever needed again.

This company installed a water heater for us. Part of their sales pitch is to service and clean/flush for the life of the unit.  Is the heater is having some problems and needs it's first service and this company won't call me back. I have texted Dustin Williams and called, he hangs up on me and tells us we have the wrong number. Don't do business with this company unless you don't care about service after the install. Any implied warranty from them is useless.

I was calling to get a RFP for swapping out a black flow preventer. Would not give an estimate unless came out to the sight for a 90 dollar estimate fee.
It's an above ground device which is standard. Have two other companies who gave estimates and one of which is coming without a fee.

They just came out and fixed my heat pump. They diagnosed the issue fixed everything and were gone in less than an hour and did not overcharge me.  For that, they made a loyal customer

Was told needed new ac unit but was only a $165 dollar part when I got a second opinion also was told that the freon was to low but the inside unit was never on to actually check it and when the other guy came out and checked it it was completely fine but bc they didn't have the inside unit on it wouldn't read right called and asked why they said I needed a new unit and was told that when a units so many years old they just replace rather then fix

I felt that the technician was more interested in upselling instead of listening and diagnosing problem.  We had a clog/blockage in drainage piping under house that was causing backup of septic into house (we believe due to construction materials getting into drain from remodel we had just had done in bathroom). We were wanting likes snakes/scoped to make sure clog was resolved and no further issues.  Technician tried to convince us that we needed to repipe drainage pipe for whole house which was not wanted or needed.  We had lived in house three plus years and no issues prior to bathroom remodel.
