I always feel tentative when trying to choose a company to work on my house. (I wonder if they have had their friends and distant cousins write reviews.)

These guys are legit. I did not know them beforehand, but I am certainly glad I know them now. I had a main line sewer issue, called Julian's at 6 a.m., and Jason called me back by 6:30. Then Jeff arrived by 8:30 a.m. He fixed the problem, recommended a permanent solution, and went out of his way to reduce my costs because I couldn't afford the one option. They came out this morning on time (!!) and fixed the problem, showed me the work, were professional the entire time. These guys are worth every penny. I feel like I can finally rest easy knowing a chronic problem is not going to keep me up at night (in back-flow water) any more. They are fantastic. I cannot say that enough. Fantastic.

I need to relocate my conventional water heater. I asked him to give me a quote. It was very hot when he showed up but he quickly went underneath crawl space to diagnose the route and finally he recommended to use an external one. I got quotes from several plumbers and he is most knowledgeable so I picked him. He showed up on time. He and his team finished their job before noon. Water heater has being working very well. I can't be any happier.

My fiancé and I bought an older home 6 months ago and realized there was a baseball sized leak in some of the sewage piping leaking under the crawl space. They responded almost immediately and said they would come out that day to give a quote. Once they looked under the house, they gave tiered options so that we could pick the option that worked for us. Lundon was nice and easy to work with. He came out the next day with a partner and stayed until 8:30 pm to get the job done because the piping in the crawl space was a mess. He was prompt, easy to work with, and did everything he could to make sure we had a good experience. We will use them again!

E R Plumbing is a great company with awesome employees.  They came out to fix a water line that was leaking into the garage from outside.  The whole pipe to the street was old steel pipe and it needed to be replaced all the way to the city line.  It only took them one day to fix it and the price was even less than budgeted.  Great job E R Plumbing!

We had issues with a toilet, the less said the better.  Within hours of my phone call to Carolina Plumbing Pros, Bruce arrived.  He diagnosed the problem quickly and efficiently explained both the issue and the fix.
The bill was significantly less than the in-your-face plumbing contractors that advertise and charge crazy high fees.  As a retiree on a fixed income, wow, was I happy!

Nick was awesome! We just bought an older house so there were quite a few plumbing issues and past 'handyman' fixes to be repaired.

We had cast iron, copper, pex, pvc and he did it all! We removed a wall in our bathroom and he redirected our plumbing to go down a different wall and even crawled up in our tiny attic to secure the cast iron that was falling down.  He also moved our water heater, plumbed in our vanities, set up our shower/handheld valves/diverters.

Can't recommend him and his partner, Burke, enough! Super responsive, punctual, and clean up well after themselves. Plus they were very sweet to our dog who is very curious and all up in their business. We will definitely be using them when we get around to doing our other bathroom!

I just have to say that I am soooo happy that I found This on Yelp! My family and I just moved into a rental property and the owner and his wife took jobs overseas so they aren't in the country and there isn't a property management company! Let's just say things have been extremely hectic and stressful with different issues that have come up one of them being that our toilet started backing up on the main floor and then the next day it was leaking into the apartment that's in the finished basement so we panicked and turned off all of the water! Which means we couldn't use the bathroom, shower nothing! The owner subscribed to American Home Shield and I called and reported the plumbing problem right away! They told me that I had to pay $107 for the service request and then wait until the contracted company called and set up an appointment! Well we ended up having to wait 3 days! The plumber finally came out and told us that it seemed to be an issue but that he wasn't able to do anything about it until we removed the mulch ourselves and that we were responsible for doing it and digging up the clean out! We were told once we found the valve and they could get complete access to it they will return!! I started to have a meltdown because I had no idea what or where this clean out was located and I had no idea what steps to take next!! He basically came and did absolutely nothing! At this point, I was so frustrated and desperate for a resolution! I mean I was using a bottle of water just to try and wash my hands and also had waste in the toilet that I couldn't flush! It was a very horrible experience! I found Will and Christine the owners of Service Pro plumbing and when I tell you I'm sooo glad I found them!! Will showed up extremely quick because he knew it was an emergent situation! He was very kind,professional,honest,trustworthy, punctual, thoughtful, caring, attentive patient,compassionate, detail oriented and most importantly competent in his knowledge and skill in the area of plumbing! He went ABOVE and Beyond my expectations and even took the time to educate us along the way! He basically told us that the first plumber incorrectly diagnosed the problem! What he found out was that it was a major issue on the city's side. He noticed that it was backed up which meant that the city had to come and fix it! And guess what Will said next!? He goes well I'll be honest I can do this job for you, snake the drain and get everything unclogged and charge you $400 OR we can call the city and report my findings and they will send someone out right away to fix it for free!! Do you know that Will even took the time to call the city of concord and explain to them what the problem was!?? Before he left, Will also gave me another tip and said to request that the city use a camera to get a better look in order to assess the damages accurately! The city workers showed up within 30min and found out that it was their issue, roots from a tree grew inside of the pipe which caused a blockage, they cleared it right away but unfortunately they will have to come back rip up the driveway and replaced the pipe because it's cracked but most importantly we were instructed to turn the water supply back on and we are allowed to finally FLUSH without worry AGAIN!! Lol He was such a blessing in disguise! He could've easily took complete advantage of the situation and my lack of expertise instead of giving us options! Yes, he could've just fixed it and charged me all of that money but instead he was so honest and definitely cared less about greed and more about saving us money which says a lot about his character and I was soooo thankful for him keeping it real with me! He only charged me $63 for the initial consultation fee and that's it!! I just want them to know how much I truly appreciate what they did for us! I would highly recommend him and his wife for all of your plumbing needs trust me you will not be disappointed!! I would definitely use them again and trust that I now have their business card tucked away for any other future issues with plumbing!

I had an obvious underground water leak in the front of my property. The sidewalk, that divides the the grass along my front curb from the lawn on my property was showing (leaking) water. Angelo from Pure Flow Plumbing in Cover, SC immediately diagnosed the problem. He said it most likely was the main water line that feeds into the house and that a tree root probably damaged the line. He was right. Unfortunately this line was under the concrete sidewalk. Angelo did a great job cutting a narrow path through the concrete, locating the broken section of water line and replacing that section. He then repaired the side walk by poring concrete and smoothing it out. Had it not been for rain, he would have finished the entire job in one day. It was great having an obviously experienced, knowledgeable person who was able to do both repairs. As a bonus, Angelo was also prompt, courteous and professional. I highly recommend Pure Flow!  (Al. Charlotte Plumbing fix my problem in one day. They did not waste time, did not have to call and see if something match something else. They came to my house (on time) yanked out the thing that was broken and brought back a new unbroken thing and installed said thing.The job was done quick and the plumber was courteous, taking off his shoes before entering without being asked! Charlotte plumbing operates with attention to detail, these people are the real deal!

Third time and it just keeps getting better as these guys are the definition of excellence of execution as Daniel Payne showed up ten minutes early, identified the issue with my water heater, explained it in an easy to understand fashion without making me feel like an idiot haha, didn't try to upsell me on a new heater, and last but not least, fixed the issue no problem.  I will continue to recommend these guys to everyone I know as they are honest, fair, personable and trustworthy.  Fantastic work option one!

Chad was professional, affordable, punctual, and a pleasure to work with. He did his homework on the project prior to quoting me his rate. My project had layers to it and he communicated effectively. He offered great suggestions on follow up tasks I had surrounding the project, and those suggestions proved extremely helpful. He went above and beyond. Even charging me less once he completed the work. I highly recommend!

I did not need Mr. Garvey's services as I just bought a new home,  but being unfamiliar with North Carolina's winters I thought I would ask him his opinion of how to deal with my water heater through the winter months.

He did a great job answering my questions, very friendly and appreciated his kind attitude and helping demeanor.   If I do need a plumber I would be using him based on that alone -- sometimes what a person does for you without any services in return tells you about their quality before you even need to use them.  Mr. Garvey passed that test with flying colors, and I would recommend him highly.

Jeremy did an awesome job finding the source of the leak in my home. Even though it turned out not to be plumbing related, he took his time to locate the source and even speak to my HOA. I highly recommend Jeremy and WyattWorks Plumbing!

We had Mike Walker with Brian Long Plumbing to our home today. We had a leaking sink fixed and a new toilet and pedastal sink installed. The work, advice and professionalism was outstanding. I highly recommend this company. It is nice to have someone so pleasant and who also really puts pride in his work at the same time.

We called Cain's a few months ago to re-pitch the sewage line in our crawl space so that our chronically backed up toilet would function properly. They were quick to respond, completed the work in FAR less time than I expected and came in a couple hundred $ less than a large name plumbing company. We called Cain's because we suspected that other company was trying to gauge us saying it would cost $1,000. We were so glad to get a second estimate . It cost around $600 with Cain's.

Now to today, we had our disposal clog after hours Tuesday night and also noticed that the sink was leaking when it was filled with the backed up water from the disposal. They weren't able to make it out Wednesday and we were fine with that. Ours wasn't an emergency. Yes it was plugged up and inconvenient but we understood that there were more urgent jobs than ours. We scooped the water out of the sink and put a bucket under it and were fine.

Before they arrived, we realized that there was a loose hot water handle on our bathroom spigot and that the tub was draining slowly. I know plumbers must roll their eyes that one request turns into multiple issues by the time they get there but since we have to pay the expense, we might as well get it all fixed rather than pay for another visit.

Cain's guys were awesome about the extra requests. No attitude, no acting like it was a problem. They were totally professional.  Their plumber and another plumber in training came out Thursday around 11:45 and were gone by 1pm. In just over an hour they
- cleared the jam in the disposal
- had to replumb under that sink to fix the leak
-cleared the hair out of the slow draining tub (I blame my husband)
- tightened a hot water handle
- secured a tub handle

All in just over an hour and it cost around $211. Absolutely reasonable and their guys are great. It's such a relief to have a company that we can call in a pinch.

And they came in wearing masks without us having to ask. I am an immune suppressed person and was stressed that it would be awkward if I had to ask them to wear a mask but they were already masked when they arrived. THANKS GUYS!!!

This company installed a water heater for us. Part of their sales pitch is to service and clean/flush for the life of the unit.  Is the heater is having some problems and needs it's first service and this company won't call me back. I have texted Dustin Williams and called, he hangs up on me and tells us we have the wrong number. Don't do business with this company unless you don't care about service after the install. Any implied warranty from them is useless.

he/they handled my changing my back-flow preventer outside & went above the service required to fix the problem. made it so we can remove the brass preventer in the winter to keep it from freezing. cool fix. loosen a couple of big nuts and take it off!

We just moved into our new house about a week prior. The air conditioner stopped working one night so we called Morris Jenkins. They came out the next day when I was at work, but my wife and 2 4 year olds were home. The technician told my wife that it was a blown fuse and that it was fixed but that he was almost knocked down with the smell of gas coming from our crawl space. At no point did he call the gas company, emergency services or even ask my family to leave until it could properly be ventilated. They turned the gas off until an estimator could come out that night. The estimator stated that the furnace was not operational and that it needed to be replaced and was very forceful in trying to get us to replace the second zone heating and air conditioning also. We could not afford it so we agreed to replace the first zone furnace because they made us fear for ours and our children's lives with the gas leak. Work was performed the next day. While an obviously new person showed my wife how to operate the new thermostat, she asked him about the gas leak. He clearly had no idea what leak she was talking about. When she asked him again, he remembered, oh yeah, I was almost knocked down with the smell. He used the same exact wording, like it was a script. How could it smell under there if it was turned off and ventilated so it was safe for us to stay in the house? I've worked in emergency services for over 10 years and the answer is that there was no leak. They would have had my family exit the house , called the fire department and gas company until the house was ventilated and deemed safe. I called Piedmont Natural gas and confirmed that if a contractor smells gas, they must call the gas company. The next day, I asked for a very detailed invoice detailing absolutely everything that was done. I received that invoice and no gas line work was done, especially no pressure tests for anything to determine where the leak was. I asked the technician to send me pictures of the old furnace which they stated had a burnt out mother board, blower motor that didn't work because it was covered in dust. I received the pictures and they showed some dust on the blower wheel and no discoloration on the circuit board, whatsoever. Moreover, the previous homeowners were meticulous and had all the units serviced often and kept all of the records. As a side note, we had two plumbers in the crawl space earlier that week to give us estimates on stove work and there was no gas leak. I had the pictures reviewed by hvac techs and they stated that there was no overheating on that circuit board. Morris Jenkins used fear mongering to get us to spend $8400 on a new furnace.

Jim Dickerson is a helluva guy. I worked there for nearly four years, and was never asked to do anything illegal or unethical.  You get what you pay for, and the prices we charged were fair by market standards.  I left after a major contract cancelled, but would have stayed otherwise. I hope that the family has continued with his vision since he has stepped back in terms of management.

I was having issues and called this place to come out to inspect.  This was on Wednesday and the guy told me someone would be here on Thursday. Great!  Waited all day on Thursday, no one showed. I called them back and they said I was on the schedule for Friday (even though I received my text).  So, whatever, Friday it is.  Now after waiting all day again, no one showed up and I received another text to see we'll see you tomorrow (meaning Saturday).  These people have no clue of what they are doing.  Go somewhere else!
