Came out on Sunday to work my shut-off valve replacement and bidet install.  Quick and courteous.  

The downside was it was a pricey quick job...  But I'm not knowledgeable about plumbing prices.  It's not something I would kill a star for in that case.  If you're paying for a pro - be prepared.

Otherwise, highly recommend.!

I was very impressed with All Hours Plumbing.  I had a water disaster while I was at work.  I came home on a Friday evening to a flooded dining room and destroyed ceiling as the result of a supply line break upstairs.  I called and spoke to Brett, who came out to look at the problem on a Friday at 8:30pm knowing I was in a bind.  

He knew exactly what to do and fixed the problem quickly.  He also explained to me what had happened so I could better explain to the insurance company.  Brett also told the water disaster crew how it happened and where the floors were affected the most upstairs.  

Definitely a class act.  In addition, the price was very reasonable for a Friday night emergency.

Option One Plumbing was excellent in every respect! Ted, their tech, was efficient, professional, and even friendly late on a Saturday after what must have been a long day. I really appreciate the work of the entire team, from the initial scheduling, regular updates throughout the day to let me know of changes in the tech's ETA, and ultimately fix my tankless water heater without trying to upsell me something I didn't need. They initially quoted me a $99 fee for the after-hours weekend visit, and in the end that is all they charged since Ted was able to fix the heater without additional parts. Thank you, Ted and Option One!

Terry from ER Plumbing was outstanding. He was prompt, very courteous and professional. Our plumbing issues were handled quickly and professionally. He also took time to provide info and estimates on some work we're not quite ready to do, but will be shortly.

We needed new insides for our 20-year-old toilet tank and a repair to the water supply. We called Carolina Plumbing Pros and had their serviceman out just a few hours later! Jordan was very straightforward and quoted $289 for the tank flush mechanism replacement. He went about replacing the parts expeditiously, cleaned up after he performed the repairs, and even had a few words of advice. We very much appreciated the company's responsiveness and Jordan's professionalism. Thank you Carolina Plumbing Pros!

Nick is the best!! Came out, in between jobs, 45 minutes after I called and a local plumber bailed.
Helped my SO move the vanity and even gave us some nails to put the molding back.

I needed a plumber on a Saturday.  Will came highly recommended. Ordinarily he wouldn't came out to Gastonia but I'm glad that he did this for us. It was my first time using Pure Flow plumbing. After calling 12 other companies for an emergency repair they were the only ones to come right out. The guys Taylor Bridges and Corey  that came out to do the repairs were extremely knowledgeable and professional. They cleaned up after themselves when the work was done, and even went the extra mile of pressure washing the road from where mud  had ran off from where they had to dig a pipe up before they left. Highly recommend them if your in a pinch and want it fixed ASAP

Charlotte Plumbing did a great job fixing my leaky toilet! 7R my technician did a great job, place was spotless when he was done. Would highly recommend them.

Third time and it just keeps getting better as these guys are the definition of excellence of execution as Daniel Payne showed up ten minutes early, identified the issue with my water heater, explained it in an easy to understand fashion without making me feel like an idiot haha, didn't try to upsell me on a new heater, and last but not least, fixed the issue no problem.  I will continue to recommend these guys to everyone I know as they are honest, fair, personable and trustworthy.  Fantastic work option one!

I've used Chad multiple times for projects around my house and cannot recommend him highly enough.  He is responsive, shows up on time every time, does great quality work and his pricing is fair.  I've had him complete a variety of projects to installing hardware on my walls, electrical work (new lights, outlets), assembled/installed furniture and a variety of other projects around the house.  He is a true professional and you won't regret leveraging him for your projects!

Our hot water heater burst and Garvey's Plumbing was out the same day to assess the damage and quote a replacement. The following day they replaced my water heater in a couple of hours. The first company I called quoted me $2000.  I asked friends for recommendation and they recommended Brian Long.  I called and am so glad I did! I had a leak under my kitchen and put a bucket there to catch the water - Hugh was kind enough to dump the bucket of water out for me!

Small family run business. Awesome service, great price. Cain Jr. and JC were dispatched, they called 45 min out and were there when they said they would be. The two reset a toilet and installed a new sink/vanity in well under an hour. Strongly recommend!

Had a tub removed in my grandma's house she is 80 and has a hard time stepping over the tub they installed a walk in shower with grab bars for her safety they had the upmost compassion for my mom and remodeled her bathroom for her safety it took a huge worry off my mind i was so worried she would fall but thanks to abetterway for putting me at ease they also followed up a year later for a warranty issue that they took care of at no cost to me! Dustin the owner is a standup guy they have done a few jobs for my friends as well!

he/they handled my changing my back-flow preventer outside & went above the service required to fix the problem. made it so we can remove the brass preventer in the winter to keep it from freezing. cool fix. loosen a couple of big nuts and take it off!

I have used Jim Dickerson plumbing over the years, however will not use their services any longer. They over charge for labor and the cost of repairs. I had someone come out for 2 plumbing issues.. A leaking sink and tub. I was charged 3 hours of labor for sealing a leak under the kitchen sink and an attempt to repair the tub leak. The tub leak was not able to be fixed because of the need to replace a valve. The technician spent hours trying to find the water source in the house and then left to go get parts to attempt to repair the tub leak. I was charged 441.00 for labor and the cost of repairing the leak under the sink which was sealed.
After sending a request to speak with the technician to find out exact details of the work, their accounting department sent a return email only that stated they overcharged for the work done and credited 200.00. The total cost still remained at 288.00. I was charged for the time the tech left and attempted to find a part for work that was not completed. After knowing their inconsistency in their work, I will no longer use their services. Very disappointed.

I felt that the technician was more interested in upselling instead of listening and diagnosing problem.  We had a clog/blockage in drainage piping under house that was causing backup of septic into house (we believe due to construction materials getting into drain from remodel we had just had done in bathroom). We were wanting likes snakes/scoped to make sure clog was resolved and no further issues.  Technician tried to convince us that we needed to repipe drainage pipe for whole house which was not wanted or needed.  We had lived in house three plus years and no issues prior to bathroom remodel.
