Jason and this team are the ones you need to go with - end of story.

I know very little about plumbing, and that's being generous, so choosing a team is a difficult thing. These guys had awesome reviews, so I reached out and we started discussing the project via text immediately. I shared photos of our base toilet flange completely destroyed, along with my worry that if they crack the piping during the fix, I could end up with a $3-$5K project on my hands. They reassured me they've done this millions of times, gave me a quote that was extremely fair, and said they could come by TOMORROW to fix it.

I gave them a chance and they completely and cleanly addressed the problem, and my worries, in about 30 minutes (!!). As I said to my wife right after they left - that was the best money we've spent in awhile.

Jason is a very intelligent guy, who not only understands the problem, but how it effects you and your home. He explained things thoroughly and simply. And on top of it, friendly, funny, normal, guy. I was comfortable having him in the house and working on it, which is a huge part of decision making with stuff you don't fully understand.

I'll go with him for every plumbing project I need from here on out. Make it easy on yourself, go with these guys.

Johnny and his colleague replaced the bolts in the toilet tank for me in addition to replacing the gasket. Scheduling was easy and they called half an hour before arrival. They did a great job with fix and the price was much more reasonable than all the other quotes i got. I would definitely recommend them.

Tim came out to feel with overall low water pressure and loss of temperature. After some sleuthing, it was discovered the pressure reduction valve needed to be replaced and that solved both problems. Tim had one in his truck and took care of everything late on a Friday with speed and care. Option One is a great option having worked with some of the larger Charlotte plumbers and gotten the hard sell and high up front costs. He did the job politely and efficiently. Highly recommend.

Dave is honest and a is a top notch professional. I had a plumbing issue in the middle of the night and he is very responsive and got me up and going within a few hours.

I was replacing a bathroom vanity on the 1st floor.  I ordered the vanity and bathroom faucet and attempted to install but was having difficulty with the connections as it wasn't reaching.  They came out and fixed the issue.  I really thought their team was professional and even adjusted to an earlier time.  Only drawback was the pricing was steeper than I would have expected.

Easy and fast install of the tankless water heater.  Price was reasonable, and he helped out with our basement grinder too!  Thanks!

We had a leak coming from our garbage disposal.  Called Service Pro and they promptly came out within a few hours to promptly fix the problem.  Their fees seem fair and maybe even a little lower than the big guys.  They have a $59 service fee so be sure to ask up front if you know what you are having done that this does not include labor or parts.  They seem very honest which I can appreciate and even offer a one year guarantee.  I will keep their name on file in case something comes up again.

It was my first time using Pure Flow plumbing. After calling 12 other companies for an emergency repair they were the only ones to come right out. The guys Taylor Bridges and Corey  that came out to do the repairs were extremely knowledgeable and professional. They cleaned up after themselves when the work was done, and even went the extra mile of pressure washing the road from where mud  had ran off from where they had to dig a pipe up before they left. Highly recommend them if your in a pinch and want it fixed ASAP

Charlotte Plumbing did a great job fixing my leaky toilet! 7R my technician did a great job, place was spotless when he was done. Would highly recommend them.

I called at 8pm they would have came out rite away for a fee but I said it could wait they showed up at the time we agreed on . Lundon was my tech very knowledgable we discussed all my options was a tad pricey but you get what you pay for and it was worth it I got a new well pump new bladder tank and hot water heater took bout 5 1/2 hrs . I cannot say enough wonderful things about Mike Garvey Plumbing.  I have called on Mike two times in the past 2 months for work I needed done at my home.  Mike is very prompt, professional and knowledgeable.  I work full time so it's crucial that I can make an appointment and have the service person show up when they say they are going to so my whole day workwise is not shot (on top of a plumbing bill to boot!!)  Mike has been here exactly when he says he will be - And he always calls prior to the appointment letting me know he is on his way which is an added bonus.  He is very friendly (not intimidating) and very knowledgeable and explains things so 'a woman can understand'!  Being a woman -not knowing much about plumbing I always worry service folks will take me to the cleaners as I do not know when something can or can't be fixed or to what extreme the repair should be - aka $$$!   Do not hesitate to call on Mike Garvey Plumbing - no matter how big or small your request is.  He is AMAZING!   And at a very fair price!

Really good experience with the team here! Very quick to respond (via Yelp, text AND phone) and were very detailed and clear in their responses, pricing and suggestions. They were competitive with the handful of other quotes we got as well.

We thought our water heater needed replaced and they were going to be able to get someone out same day! Even with the influx of business during the Covid madness, they were very accommodating with scheduling since we had no hot water.

Our technician (Mike) arrived when scheduled and was very friendly and a pleasure to work with. Turns out we had an issue with our pilot light and was able to get us hot water back in minutes! He did a thorough inspection before just proceeding with the replacement and was very honest. We didn't even question that we needed a completely new tank (which would have cost us a significant amount of money) and could have easily been taken advantage of us. Instead, it was a small trip charge and we were back in business. Also, if that fix doesn't hold up, that charge is applied to the work if they need to come back out!

Not sure how much time the fix will buy us since we have an older unit, but when the time does come for a replacement or any other plumbing needs, we will be sure to call the team at WyattWorks Plumbing right away! Grateful to have found an honest plumber here in Charlotte and would recommend!

I called Brian Long Plumbing for a plumbing problem with my toilet. Best call I made! My toilet tank had cracked and I needed a new installation. This company is a hidden gem! I had made a dozen calls, starting with the most highly rated. None could help. Brian is extremely busy but squeezed me in for a 24 hour turnaround time. Extremely knowledgeable and honest to a fault. He has been in business for a decade. He was able to uninstall and install a new toilet in under 90 minutes, was the most reasonably priced and takes extreme pride in his work. I would absolutely recommend Brian to anyone needing a plumber and he will be my first call if ever needed again.

I've used Cain's twice after moving into my new home. They helped with a leak in my shower drain and installing a new toilet. Both times were super easy to setup an appointment with and they met their time window. Each tech was super helpful and quick. I was super impressed and will be using them for all future plumbing work.

Had a tub removed in my grandma's house she is 80 and has a hard time stepping over the tub they installed a walk in shower with grab bars for her safety they had the upmost compassion for my mom and remodeled her bathroom for her safety it took a huge worry off my mind i was so worried she would fall but thanks to abetterway for putting me at ease they also followed up a year later for a warranty issue that they took care of at no cost to me! Dustin the owner is a standup guy they have done a few jobs for my friends as well!

I was calling to get a RFP for swapping out a black flow preventer. Would not give an estimate unless came out to the sight for a 90 dollar estimate fee.
It's an above ground device which is standard. Have two other companies who gave estimates and one of which is coming without a fee.

I want to thank David Dupuy, technician, for his fast and efficient service.  Our A/C quit working on a Saturday night.  I went online to make an appointment and was able to get an appointment on Sunday.  David checked the A/C and it needed a new fan which had to be ordered.  He contacted me on Monday and advised he had received the fan and would be over to repair it.  David also did the Winter checkup while he was here to repair the A/C.
David was a very nice person.  He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and very caring.  He followed all Covid19 rules.  Great service.

Awful experience!! The technician did not provide an estimate for replacing a fill valve in my guest bathroom. He went ahead and put one in the toilet while I was talking with a customer on the phone. He did not give me an estimate and I did not authorize that price. He charged me $145.00 for labor plus a $65.00 service fee for 10 minutes of work. Then he put owner supplied materials and no warranty on the receipt. I never gave him a fill valve!! I called the company and spoke with Debbie. She was argumentative, disrespectful and did not listen to what I had to say!! They're the worst!!

Becareful this company, they overcharge you and not handle business  professionally. I had sewer emergency on 6/1/22, they came and gave me estimate $12,000. They accepted cash for $9000 but I paid similar repair $4500 year ago. It only took a little more than half day and 2 people. $9000 is way overcharged. They gave me invoice but my insurance company asking for just part of the invoice for the excavation  the detection of the leak  and  the put back for the cement not the entire invoice. I requested it more than a month ago, my insurance company requested it through email and I called them 3 times. They still didn't generate the part invoice I need as today 8/2/22. This company is not professional handled and they will scam you if you let them.
