Super fast response when we contacted them about a backup in our main drain line. Someone was out here to check on it immediately. They weren't able to get the issue fixed at the time, so they scheduled a time for to get the right equipment in and helped up navigate comms with the county. They were really great with their own communications. Would highly recommend.

Second time using and just like the last time our plumbing issue was resolved quickly!  Very quick response to my quote request and was told the time of service would be between 8 and 8:30.  The service tech showed up at 8:15.  Great job! Customer Service was impeccable across the board - called & left message (on a Sunday evening) which was responded to within 10-minutes.  Mike W. followed up with a call to say that he was on his way and on-site service was as good as it gets.  Very satisfied across the board and will use again if need arises.

I was replacing a bathroom vanity on the 1st floor.  I ordered the vanity and bathroom faucet and attempted to install but was having difficulty with the connections as it wasn't reaching.  They came out and fixed the issue.  I really thought their team was professional and even adjusted to an earlier time.  Only drawback was the pricing was steeper than I would have expected.

Nick is the best!! Came out, in between jobs, 45 minutes after I called and a local plumber bailed.
Helped my SO move the vanity and even gave us some nails to put the molding back.

We had a leak coming from our garbage disposal.  Called Service Pro and they promptly came out within a few hours to promptly fix the problem.  Their fees seem fair and maybe even a little lower than the big guys.  They have a $59 service fee so be sure to ask up front if you know what you are having done that this does not include labor or parts.  They seem very honest which I can appreciate and even offer a one year guarantee.  I will keep their name on file in case something comes up again.

It was my first time using Pure Flow plumbing. After calling 12 other companies for an emergency repair they were the only ones to come right out. The guys Taylor Bridges and Corey  that came out to do the repairs were extremely knowledgeable and professional. They cleaned up after themselves when the work was done, and even went the extra mile of pressure washing the road from where mud  had ran off from where they had to dig a pipe up before they left. Highly recommend them if your in a pinch and want it fixed ASAP

Charlotte Plumbing did a great job fixing my leaky toilet! 7R my technician did a great job, place was spotless when he was done. Would highly recommend them.

Quick turnaround service. Had a slow drain that needed some help. Scott snaked the drain bust also quickly recognized our home's cast iron piping could be root of bigger issues. Scott was thorough and walked through options regarding cast iron pipe replacement. Appreciated his expertise and professionalism.

We just bought our home and have had several sub contractors come in and out to make it our own. Chad is at the top of our list for professional quality workmanship. He clearly communicated with us throughout the process, showed up on time, was very detailed and cleaned up. I can speak from experience in saying It is so hard to find this quality level of service. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Mike Garvey Plumbing.  I have called on Mike two times in the past 2 months for work I needed done at my home.  Mike is very prompt, professional and knowledgeable.  I work full time so it's crucial that I can make an appointment and have the service person show up when they say they are going to so my whole day workwise is not shot (on top of a plumbing bill to boot!!)  Mike has been here exactly when he says he will be - And he always calls prior to the appointment letting me know he is on his way which is an added bonus.  He is very friendly (not intimidating) and very knowledgeable and explains things so 'a woman can understand'!  Being a woman -not knowing much about plumbing I always worry service folks will take me to the cleaners as I do not know when something can or can't be fixed or to what extreme the repair should be - aka $$$!   Do not hesitate to call on Mike Garvey Plumbing - no matter how big or small your request is.  He is AMAZING!   And at a very fair price!

We had wire WyattWorks plumbing out to replace a hot water heater and test our gas lines. Very pleased with their responsiveness and professionalism. Would definitely hire again. Brian and Solomon were awesome.

We had Mike Walker with Brian Long Plumbing to our home today. We had a leaking sink fixed and a new toilet and pedastal sink installed. The work, advice and professionalism was outstanding. I highly recommend this company. It is nice to have someone so pleasant and who also really puts pride in his work at the same time.

I called because I had a broken sewer main.  Cain's couldn't come until the afternoon, so I called another plumber.  The other plumber told me that I needed to replace the entire sewer main to the street $$$.  
Cain's came as promised.  He and his partner spent time talking with me and diagnosing the problem.
They suggested contacting the city and having the city find and open their cleanout at the street to prove that it was not the city's problem.
The city came and fixed the problem for free.
WOW - I will hire these guys the next time I need a plumber.  If it weren't for Cain's correctly diagnosing the problem and telling me what to say to the City of Kannapolis, I would have had a huge repair bill.
Cudos to Kannapolis City.  They came within a few hours of my phone call.

I had a real plumbing emergency upon returning from vacation. My upstairs toilet overflowed severely. Justin provided excellent customer service via the telephone. Walking me through how to shut off my water in my home and advising me that he would be to me immediately to help me get to the bottom of what was going on. He was very polite, helpful, and he educated me on what exactly transpired, very quick and efficient. I definitely would highly recommend this company. Should you experienced any plumbing emergencies highly recommended.

I've used Three Way for several years and over 3 major jobs replacing master bath fixtures, a grinder pump, and a hot water heater.  Every time we've used them they have been responsive, fairly priced, and done a good job for our family.  The last time however, they really showed me why they deserved a 5 star rating.  

After having our hot water heater replaced in last 2019, and having loved it for about a year and a half, we began to find that hot water was sporadically not available.  Called in Three Way to take a look since it was still under warranty and they were out within a day to look.  After about an hour of checking, they determined that part of the brains of the heater needed to be replaced.  They contacted the manufacturer and had the part shipped to me directly where it should arrive in a matter of days.  Of course Murphy's Law kicked in, and literally a day after that the hot water heater stopped working completely and we were facing several days of cold showers waiting on the part.  Unfortunately, the day came where the part was expected, and it never showed.  After contacting Three Way and letting them know, they reached back out to the manufacturer, and when they were unable to get the part tracked or any type of assurance that it would be to me as promised, Three Way did something I never expected.  They showed up with a new system completely and had it replaced in less than 3 hours.  They stood behind their work, even when it wasn't THEIR work that was the problem.  Been a long time since I've had a company that was willing to truly go above and beyond, but this is definitely one of those companies.

First - their techs are nice and friendly.  They do the job - when you have to pay for it. But the reason for 2 stars is for their selfishness and lies to me.

We bought a new home and a Lennox system was installed - however, by a competitor.  I chose to go with MJ for the annual maintenance agreement because they have been in charlotte a long time.

After 2 years of monthly payments for them to come out, they found a bad capacitor. They wanted $300 for it. I told them my AC had a warranty through 2022.. That's when the real Morris Jenkins came out. They proceeded to tell me that they can't work on it under warranty since they didn't install it. And I would have to pay the $300.. I called Lennox and was told that is 100% false. Any licensed company can replace the part under warranty and be reimbursed by Lennox. When I called MJ back and told them that and to call the Lennox rep and # - they changed and said it was just company policy that they don't do that. So it's ok to take 2 years of monthly maintenance payments but not ok for you to service the system under warranty.  

Will never use them again - in fact, we are beginning to build a new home next month. That will be a question I ask and will make sure they are not used.

Jim Dickerson came out and said I needed a part they did not have on truck or in stock (1st pm of work off), they come and install that part (2nd pm of work off) and say if that doesnt work I will need another part. I advise it did not work and will need that other part, so I arranged an appt and took time (3rd pm off work). Same technician that told me I needed that part shows up  and when I ask I hope you have that part I need No he replies...why did they send you out here then? I ask?? His response I have no idea

True story of incompetence and now will need to take 4th pm off literally within 2 weeks, and yes it will be with another company.

I felt that the technician was more interested in upselling instead of listening and diagnosing problem.  We had a clog/blockage in drainage piping under house that was causing backup of septic into house (we believe due to construction materials getting into drain from remodel we had just had done in bathroom). We were wanting likes snakes/scoped to make sure clog was resolved and no further issues.  Technician tried to convince us that we needed to repipe drainage pipe for whole house which was not wanted or needed.  We had lived in house three plus years and no issues prior to bathroom remodel.
