Was very professional & got right to the problem & did just what he said it needed to start. This is a very reasonable priced & reliable company. This will be the only plumber you need. The owner, Dave P, did reach out to me.  After a brief discussion he agreed with me that the initial charge was excessive for the particular situation,  and he sent me a partial refund for our agreed amount.

I will use again.  My only reason for not giving 5 stars is that it took my time and the owners extra time to reach a satisfactory price for the work done.

I was replacing a bathroom vanity on the 1st floor.  I ordered the vanity and bathroom faucet and attempted to install but was having difficulty with the connections as it wasn't reaching.  They came out and fixed the issue.  I really thought their team was professional and even adjusted to an earlier time.  Only drawback was the pricing was steeper than I would have expected.

Easy and fast install of the tankless water heater.  Price was reasonable, and he helped out with our basement grinder too!  Thanks!

I just want to thank Service Pro for coming out and fixing my hot water today. I was 11 days without hot water trying to go through my warranty and the owners along with John who fixed my water heater saved the day! I highly recommend this company. I had an obvious underground water leak in the front of my property. The sidewalk, that divides the the grass along my front curb from the lawn on my property was showing (leaking) water. Angelo from Pure Flow Plumbing in Cover, SC immediately diagnosed the problem. He said it most likely was the main water line that feeds into the house and that a tree root probably damaged the line. He was right. Unfortunately this line was under the concrete sidewalk. Angelo did a great job cutting a narrow path through the concrete, locating the broken section of water line and replacing that section. He then repaired the side walk by poring concrete and smoothing it out. Had it not been for rain, he would have finished the entire job in one day. It was great having an obviously experienced, knowledgeable person who was able to do both repairs. As a bonus, Angelo was also prompt, courteous and professional. I highly recommend Pure Flow!  (Al. Very happy with Charlotte plumbing. They answered the phone, which is rare at 6pm, and we're very helpful in getting my situation under control until a plumber could come the following morning.

Ricky was the plumber who arrived on time and answered all my questions courteously while working. The problem has been resolved for a very reasonable rate.

I had a leaky toilet. I put in a request to my home warranty company, who connected me to another plumbing service that I won't name. I tried contacting them 3 times and only got voice mail. Late yesterday evening I finally got a text stating they had no availability before next Tuesday.

A few minutes later, I was on my porch and saw a truck for Option One in my neighborhood, so I gave them a call. They got someone out to see me today..Daniel. Daniel was prompt, thorough,  and even came back in once he left because I had a question. He was very patient with me and explained all he was doing. Will defintely utilize them in the future.

Chad was great! It's so hard to find people who know what they're doing and who actually communicate. Chad was in touch regularly about our job. He showed up on time. Did excellent work. And was just generally a pleasure. There is a good reason he has Professional in the name of his business.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Mike Garvey Plumbing.  I have called on Mike two times in the past 2 months for work I needed done at my home.  Mike is very prompt, professional and knowledgeable.  I work full time so it's crucial that I can make an appointment and have the service person show up when they say they are going to so my whole day workwise is not shot (on top of a plumbing bill to boot!!)  Mike has been here exactly when he says he will be - And he always calls prior to the appointment letting me know he is on his way which is an added bonus.  He is very friendly (not intimidating) and very knowledgeable and explains things so 'a woman can understand'!  Being a woman -not knowing much about plumbing I always worry service folks will take me to the cleaners as I do not know when something can or can't be fixed or to what extreme the repair should be - aka $$$!   Do not hesitate to call on Mike Garvey Plumbing - no matter how big or small your request is.  He is AMAZING!   And at a very fair price!

The plumbing install went great. We added a new water softener. However the installer added a four way plug to an outlet under our crawl. This outlet was connected to our condensate pump for hvac. It's been throwing a breaker daily for 2 weeks. They say they can at fox they aren't electricians. This situation was created by this very statement

Tired of crawling under my house to reset the breaker.

We had Mike Walker with Brian Long Plumbing to our home today. We had a leaking sink fixed and a new toilet and pedastal sink installed. The work, advice and professionalism was outstanding. I highly recommend this company. It is nice to have someone so pleasant and who also really puts pride in his work at the same time.

Small family run business. Awesome service, great price. Cain Jr. and JC were dispatched, they called 45 min out and were there when they said they would be. The two reset a toilet and installed a new sink/vanity in well under an hour. Strongly recommend!

This company installed a water heater for us. Part of their sales pitch is to service and clean/flush for the life of the unit.  Is the heater is having some problems and needs it's first service and this company won't call me back. I have texted Dustin Williams and called, he hangs up on me and tells us we have the wrong number. Don't do business with this company unless you don't care about service after the install. Any implied warranty from them is useless.

he/they handled my changing my back-flow preventer outside & went above the service required to fix the problem. made it so we can remove the brass preventer in the winter to keep it from freezing. cool fix. loosen a couple of big nuts and take it off!

Morris-Jenkins was prompt in answering my calls and sending a technician, despite the Fourth of July holiday. Adam was helpful, patient, and kind. I especially appreciate that MJ doesn't pay commission to their techs so I don't feel taken advantage of. Great company and I will use them again.

Came out quickly to repair a broken water line, which was the only positive.

Negatives:

1. Lost the lock key to my crawl space so I have to buy a new lock.

2.  Did not even attempt to fix landscaping they removed.  They removed lighting, a plant, and a small rock wall and left it scattered in the yard.  

Extremely disappointed with their aftercare for the price I paid for them to come out.

A friend of mine used North Meck Plumming.  I didn't just because they could not get out here as early because we had been without water for 2 weeks. They completely restored his landscaping as close to the original as possible.

I was having issues and called this place to come out to inspect.  This was on Wednesday and the guy told me someone would be here on Thursday. Great!  Waited all day on Thursday, no one showed. I called them back and they said I was on the schedule for Friday (even though I received my text).  So, whatever, Friday it is.  Now after waiting all day again, no one showed up and I received another text to see we'll see you tomorrow (meaning Saturday).  These people have no clue of what they are doing.  Go somewhere else!
