Jason from Julian's is a great guy. I've had them come out a couple times to replace a fill valve, and had them out again to replace polyurethane line running to another toilet. Had an issue with the fill valve just outside of the typical warranty, and they worked with me to make sure we rectified the problem.

The main reason I leave this review is the customer service experience and follow up. Jason genuinely cared and wanted to make sure I was taken care of. You just don't find customer service like Julian's Plumbing does.

Very prompt, very courteous, wonderful customer service. If you have to call a plumber on a Sunday, you couldn't get better than this company.

They say that they are plumbers but they aren't.  A real plumber doesn't put shower fixtures on backwards and can install a hot water heater without having the city inspector fail it.

Highly recommend E.R. Services! Their plumbers are highly trained and experienced. Customer service is second to none! Will be using them for life and will recommend them to everyone!

I absolutely recommend Carolina Plumbing Pros.  They were timely, knowledgeable, professional and reasonably priced.  I emailed in a non-emergency problem on a Sunday and they said they could be at my house the next day.  When they were at my house, I mentioned several other problems like slow drains and a problematic tankless water heater.  They fixed all my issues on the one visit and the price wasn't bad at all!

Nick was awesome! We just bought an older house so there were quite a few plumbing issues and past 'handyman' fixes to be repaired.

We had cast iron, copper, pex, pvc and he did it all! We removed a wall in our bathroom and he redirected our plumbing to go down a different wall and even crawled up in our tiny attic to secure the cast iron that was falling down.  He also moved our water heater, plumbed in our vanities, set up our shower/handheld valves/diverters.

Can't recommend him and his partner, Burke, enough! Super responsive, punctual, and clean up well after themselves. Plus they were very sweet to our dog who is very curious and all up in their business. We will definitely be using them when we get around to doing our other bathroom!

I needed a plumber on a Saturday.  Will came highly recommended. Ordinarily he wouldn't came out to Gastonia but I'm glad that he did this for us. He worked quick and got my outdoor line fixed properly.  I would recommend him to anyone and definitely would use again myself! Thanks for the great service Will!

It was my first time using Pure Flow plumbing. After calling 12 other companies for an emergency repair they were the only ones to come right out. The guys Taylor Bridges and Corey  that came out to do the repairs were extremely knowledgeable and professional. They cleaned up after themselves when the work was done, and even went the extra mile of pressure washing the road from where mud  had ran off from where they had to dig a pipe up before they left. Highly recommend them if your in a pinch and want it fixed ASAP

Highly recommend! Quality service and the best price in town. After our hot water heater went out a week ago I started price quoting different companies and having them come look at the situation to evaluate themselves. My hot water heater being in the attic of a two story home, I started getting extra $ quoted for this that and the other as necessary or up to worst case scenario. Charlotte Plumbing did not. Staff was very upfront about pricing and possible needs without gouging me. The job ended up costing a whole $1000+ less than what I was quoted by one of the Top Guys in Charlotte!!!!!! From the beginning to the end of my experience, the quality of customer service provided by Damien, Christina, James and Justin should be the industry standard. Great job guys, and thank you!

I called at 8pm they would have came out rite away for a fee but I said it could wait they showed up at the time we agreed on . Lundon was my tech very knowledgable we discussed all my options was a tad pricey but you get what you pay for and it was worth it I got a new well pump new bladder tank and hot water heater took bout 5 1/2 hrs . We just bought our home and have had several sub contractors come in and out to make it our own. Chad is at the top of our list for professional quality workmanship. He clearly communicated with us throughout the process, showed up on time, was very detailed and cleaned up. I can speak from experience in saying It is so hard to find this quality level of service. We will happily will use him again for our future needs which will be many with our older home.

I did not need Mr. Garvey's services as I just bought a new home,  but being unfamiliar with North Carolina's winters I thought I would ask him his opinion of how to deal with my water heater through the winter months.

He did a great job answering my questions, very friendly and appreciated his kind attitude and helping demeanor.   If I do need a plumber I would be using him based on that alone -- sometimes what a person does for you without any services in return tells you about their quality before you even need to use them.  Mr. Garvey passed that test with flying colors, and I would recommend him highly.

Jeremy did an awesome job finding the source of the leak in my home. Even though it turned out not to be plumbing related, he took his time to locate the source and even speak to my HOA. I highly recommend Jeremy and WyattWorks Plumbing!

I called Brian Long Plumbing for a plumbing problem with my toilet. Best call I made! My toilet tank had cracked and I needed a new installation. This company is a hidden gem! I had made a dozen calls, starting with the most highly rated. None could help. Brian is extremely busy but squeezed me in for a 24 hour turnaround time. Extremely knowledgeable and honest to a fault. He has been in business for a decade. He was able to uninstall and install a new toilet in under 90 minutes, was the most reasonably priced and takes extreme pride in his work. I would absolutely recommend Brian to anyone needing a plumber and he will be my first call if ever needed again.

I've used Cain's twice after moving into my new home. They helped with a leak in my shower drain and installing a new toilet. Both times were super easy to setup an appointment with and they met their time window. Each tech was super helpful and quick. I was super impressed and will be using them for all future plumbing work.

I had a real plumbing emergency upon returning from vacation. My upstairs toilet overflowed severely. Justin provided excellent customer service via the telephone. Walking me through how to shut off my water in my home and advising me that he would be to me immediately to help me get to the bottom of what was going on. He was very polite, helpful, and he educated me on what exactly transpired, very quick and efficient. I definitely would highly recommend this company. Should you experienced any plumbing emergencies highly recommended.

I've used Three Way for several years and over 3 major jobs replacing master bath fixtures, a grinder pump, and a hot water heater.  Every time we've used them they have been responsive, fairly priced, and done a good job for our family.  The last time however, they really showed me why they deserved a 5 star rating.  

After having our hot water heater replaced in last 2019, and having loved it for about a year and a half, we began to find that hot water was sporadically not available.  Called in Three Way to take a look since it was still under warranty and they were out within a day to look.  After about an hour of checking, they determined that part of the brains of the heater needed to be replaced.  They contacted the manufacturer and had the part shipped to me directly where it should arrive in a matter of days.  Of course Murphy's Law kicked in, and literally a day after that the hot water heater stopped working completely and we were facing several days of cold showers waiting on the part.  Unfortunately, the day came where the part was expected, and it never showed.  After contacting Three Way and letting them know, they reached back out to the manufacturer, and when they were unable to get the part tracked or any type of assurance that it would be to me as promised, Three Way did something I never expected.  They showed up with a new system completely and had it replaced in less than 3 hours.  They stood behind their work, even when it wasn't THEIR work that was the problem.  Been a long time since I've had a company that was willing to truly go above and beyond, but this is definitely one of those companies.

Thank goodness y'all sent technician Chris Cabana to repair our Trane AC unit.  As Priority Advantage members, we were pleased he came out the same day.  After an in-depth evaluation of our HVAC system, Chris discovered the problem: a bad ground.  So happy that Chris' entire visit was covered fully by our warranty.  Great job Chris, our diagnostic super sleuth!

I have used Jim Dickerson plumbing over the years, however will not use their services any longer. They over charge for labor and the cost of repairs. I had someone come out for 2 plumbing issues.. A leaking sink and tub. I was charged 3 hours of labor for sealing a leak under the kitchen sink and an attempt to repair the tub leak. The tub leak was not able to be fixed because of the need to replace a valve. The technician spent hours trying to find the water source in the house and then left to go get parts to attempt to repair the tub leak. I was charged 441.00 for labor and the cost of repairing the leak under the sink which was sealed.
After sending a request to speak with the technician to find out exact details of the work, their accounting department sent a return email only that stated they overcharged for the work done and credited 200.00. The total cost still remained at 288.00. I was charged for the time the tech left and attempted to find a part for work that was not completed. After knowing their inconsistency in their work, I will no longer use their services. Very disappointed.

Becareful this company, they overcharge you and not handle business  professionally. I had sewer emergency on 6/1/22, they came and gave me estimate $12,000. They accepted cash for $9000 but I paid similar repair $4500 year ago. It only took a little more than half day and 2 people. $9000 is way overcharged. They gave me invoice but my insurance company asking for just part of the invoice for the excavation  the detection of the leak  and  the put back for the cement not the entire invoice. I requested it more than a month ago, my insurance company requested it through email and I called them 3 times. They still didn't generate the part invoice I need as today 8/2/22. This company is not professional handled and they will scam you if you let them.
