Had really high water bill past couple of months, more than double my normal usage. After I check all the faucets and toliets found that downstairs restroom toliet was running this whole time. Julian's plumbing super quick responds and text me quote. Situation wasnt an emergency but they were able to come out same day. They texted me when 7 min away. Arrived on time as promised. The repair was done super fast and he showed me what the problem was. Bonus it turn out to less repairs than thought and gave me discount from original quote, save me time,headache,and alot money. Highly recommend will be calling Julian's plumbing for all my future plumbing repairs. A++++

I was very impressed with All Hours Plumbing.  I had a water disaster while I was at work.  I came home on a Friday evening to a flooded dining room and destroyed ceiling as the result of a supply line break upstairs.  I called and spoke to Brett, who came out to look at the problem on a Friday at 8:30pm knowing I was in a bind.  

He knew exactly what to do and fixed the problem quickly.  He also explained to me what had happened so I could better explain to the insurance company.  Brett also told the water disaster crew how it happened and where the floors were affected the most upstairs.  

Definitely a class act.  In addition, the price was very reasonable for a Friday night emergency.

I have used Option One on several occasions now and I have yet to be dissatisfied with a single aspect of anything they have done for me!!! They have responded late at night and early morning, and they respond quickly!!

I paid nearly $500 parts and labor for a simple kitchen sink faucet to be replaced. Same make and model as one already there and not even with a separate sprayer. That seems terribly high to me. Took under an hour. Installation no complaints at all, but the price?! Does that seem excessive to anyone else?

Not professional at all. Long story short with out naming people the tech said  he would do our job. Called him to set it up and he said to me on the phone he would do it no problem and to call the office to schedule. Called the office after going over everything we needed done for our remodel she got our address and said she would have to call the tech to verify. Guess she told him not to do it cause she called me back and said we live to far away. We are only 25 minutes from their office. What a joke. They did our friends house which is less than 10 minutes away. Not very professional to tell me and the contractor you would do the job just to have just to have a secretary change your mind. On a better note you want professional service from the office to the tech's coming out call FatMan Plumbing Pros in Waxhaw. They had no issue coming to our house and we are further away from their office. Also according to Carolina Plumbing Prwebsite they go all the way to Gastonia and further but you can't come to Marshville in the same county your office is in. That 25 minutes into Charlotte may take you a hour to drive when the 25 minutes to my house will only take you 25 minutes. You realize how much gas is now and we weren't even getting estimates we were giving you the work. Would have been easy money.

Nick is the best!! Came out, in between jobs, 45 minutes after I called and a local plumber bailed.
Helped my SO move the vanity and even gave us some nails to put the molding back.
Can not recommend this gentleman more. Seriously, we are moving to Cornelius in two weeks and he saved us not coming in to a master bath without plumbing. Will only recommend and use this guy going forward.

I just have to say that I am soooo happy that I found This on Yelp! My family and I just moved into a rental property and the owner and his wife took jobs overseas so they aren't in the country and there isn't a property management company! Let's just say things have been extremely hectic and stressful with different issues that have come up one of them being that our toilet started backing up on the main floor and then the next day it was leaking into the apartment that's in the finished basement so we panicked and turned off all of the water! Which means we couldn't use the bathroom, shower nothing! The owner subscribed to American Home Shield and I called and reported the plumbing problem right away! They told me that I had to pay $107 for the service request and then wait until the contracted company called and set up an appointment! Well we ended up having to wait 3 days! The plumber finally came out and told us that it seemed to be an issue but that he wasn't able to do anything about it until we removed the mulch ourselves and that we were responsible for doing it and digging up the clean out! We were told once we found the valve and they could get complete access to it they will return!! I started to have a meltdown because I had no idea what or where this clean out was located and I had no idea what steps to take next!! He basically came and did absolutely nothing! At this point, I was so frustrated and desperate for a resolution! I mean I was using a bottle of water just to try and wash my hands and also had waste in the toilet that I couldn't flush! It was a very horrible experience! I found Will and Christine the owners of Service Pro plumbing and when I tell you I'm sooo glad I found them!! Will showed up extremely quick because he knew it was an emergent situation! He was very kind,professional,honest,trustworthy, punctual, thoughtful, caring, attentive patient,compassionate, detail oriented and most importantly competent in his knowledge and skill in the area of plumbing! He went ABOVE and Beyond my expectations and even took the time to educate us along the way! He basically told us that the first plumber incorrectly diagnosed the problem! What he found out was that it was a major issue on the city's side. He noticed that it was backed up which meant that the city had to come and fix it! And guess what Will said next!? He goes well I'll be honest I can do this job for you, snake the drain and get everything unclogged and charge you $400 OR we can call the city and report my findings and they will send someone out right away to fix it for free!! Do you know that Will even took the time to call the city of concord and explain to them what the problem was!?? Before he left, Will also gave me another tip and said to request that the city use a camera to get a better look in order to assess the damages accurately! The city workers showed up within 30min and found out that it was their issue, roots from a tree grew inside of the pipe which caused a blockage, they cleared it right away but unfortunately they will have to come back rip up the driveway and replaced the pipe because it's cracked but most importantly we were instructed to turn the water supply back on and we are allowed to finally FLUSH without worry AGAIN!! Lol He was such a blessing in disguise! He could've easily took complete advantage of the situation and my lack of expertise instead of giving us options! Yes, he could've just fixed it and charged me all of that money but instead he was so honest and definitely cared less about greed and more about saving us money which says a lot about his character and I was soooo thankful for him keeping it real with me! He only charged me $63 for the initial consultation fee and that's it!! I just want them to know how much I truly appreciate what they did for us! I would highly recommend him and his wife for all of your plumbing needs trust me you will not be disappointed!! I would definitely use them again and trust that I now have their business card tucked away for any other future issues with plumbing!

I had an obvious underground water leak in the front of my property. The sidewalk, that divides the the grass along my front curb from the lawn on my property was showing (leaking) water. Angelo from Pure Flow Plumbing in Cover, SC immediately diagnosed the problem. He said it most likely was the main water line that feeds into the house and that a tree root probably damaged the line. He was right. Unfortunately this line was under the concrete sidewalk. Angelo did a great job cutting a narrow path through the concrete, locating the broken section of water line and replacing that section. He then repaired the side walk by poring concrete and smoothing it out. Had it not been for rain, he would have finished the entire job in one day. It was great having an obviously experienced, knowledgeable person who was able to do both repairs. As a bonus, Angelo was also prompt, courteous and professional. I highly recommend Pure Flow!  (Al. James showed up on time and did a wonderful job replacing my shower valve!  He cleaned up the whole work area and left the bathroom better than he found it.  Please don't hesitate to call this honest and clear pricing company for any of your plumbing needs.  They called ahead and let us know James was on his way. Chad was professional, affordable, punctual, and a pleasure to work with. He did his homework on the project prior to quoting me his rate. My project had layers to it and he communicated effectively. He offered great suggestions on follow up tasks I had surrounding the project, and those suggestions proved extremely helpful. He went above and beyond. Even charging me less once he completed the work. I highly recommend!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Mike Garvey Plumbing.  I have called on Mike two times in the past 2 months for work I needed done at my home.  Mike is very prompt, professional and knowledgeable.  I work full time so it's crucial that I can make an appointment and have the service person show up when they say they are going to so my whole day workwise is not shot (on top of a plumbing bill to boot!!)  Mike has been here exactly when he says he will be - And he always calls prior to the appointment letting me know he is on his way which is an added bonus.  He is very friendly (not intimidating) and very knowledgeable and explains things so 'a woman can understand'!  Being a woman -not knowing much about plumbing I always worry service folks will take me to the cleaners as I do not know when something can or can't be fixed or to what extreme the repair should be - aka $$$!   Do not hesitate to call on Mike Garvey Plumbing - no matter how big or small your request is.  He is AMAZING!   And at a very fair price!

I called Brian Long Plumbing for a plumbing problem with my toilet. Best call I made! My toilet tank had cracked and I needed a new installation. This company is a hidden gem! I had made a dozen calls, starting with the most highly rated. None could help. Brian is extremely busy but squeezed me in for a 24 hour turnaround time. Extremely knowledgeable and honest to a fault. He has been in business for a decade. He was able to uninstall and install a new toilet in under 90 minutes, was the most reasonably priced and takes extreme pride in his work. I would absolutely recommend Brian to anyone needing a plumber and he will be my first call if ever needed again.

I had a busted water line behind my refrigerator on Christmas Day. I called my warranty company and they said it would be a couple of days before they could find someone. Then after 48 hours, they found a plumber, but said that person wouldn't be out for another few days. The Home Warranty company finally let me choose my own plumber. I called Cain's Able Plumbing. I let them know that I had been without water water due to the leak and they came out that day. The plumber, JT was very nice, knowledgeable and helpful. Also this company is very reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

Had a tub removed in my grandma's house she is 80 and has a hard time stepping over the tub they installed a walk in shower with grab bars for her safety they had the upmost compassion for my mom and remodeled her bathroom for her safety it took a huge worry off my mind i was so worried she would fall but thanks to abetterway for putting me at ease they also followed up a year later for a warranty issue that they took care of at no cost to me! Dustin the owner is a standup guy they have done a few jobs for my friends as well!

I had granite countertops installed by Carolina Granite and unbeknownst to me, they do not reconnect the plumbing so I contacted 3 Way Plumbing since they had been to my home from a home warranty issue I had and I was satisfied with the work they completed. I only needed a faucet installed and the plumbing reconnected (dishwasher, garbage disposal and PVC pipes for sink). The PVC pipes were practically brand new since the garbage disposal was replaced last December. I was charged $757 for this work and feel this is highway robbery. I didn't ask for the pipes to be replaced which they were and it took less than an hour and a half to complete the job. My advice after this expensive experience is to hire an independent plumber who doesn't pass their overhead onto the customer as you'll be paying for their high tech work vans and advertising costs.

We had them out for our annual heating inspection.
They had scheduled between 10 and 2 and we received a call around 9:45 that they would arrive in 20 minutes and Lee arrived within that time.
It is refreshing to have people who think about time and hold to it.
Lee was friendly and courteous. I love that they wear covers on their shoes when they come inside
He inspected and cleaned the coils as well as changed all of the filters and checked the batteries in the smoke detectors.
It took him about an hour to do everything.

Jim Dickerson came out and said I needed a part they did not have on truck or in stock (1st pm of work off), they come and install that part (2nd pm of work off) and say if that doesnt work I will need another part. I advise it did not work and will need that other part, so I arranged an appt and took time (3rd pm off work). Same technician that told me I needed that part shows up  and when I ask I hope you have that part I need No he replies...why did they send you out here then? I ask?? His response I have no idea

True story of incompetence and now will need to take 4th pm off literally within 2 weeks, and yes it will be with another company.

I was having issues and called this place to come out to inspect.  This was on Wednesday and the guy told me someone would be here on Thursday. Great!  Waited all day on Thursday, no one showed. I called them back and they said I was on the schedule for Friday (even though I received my text).  So, whatever, Friday it is.  Now after waiting all day again, no one showed up and I received another text to see we'll see you tomorrow (meaning Saturday).  These people have no clue of what they are doing.  Go somewhere else!
