I needed a new faucet install and sink/disposal reconnect and decided to go with Julian's since I had work done by them before. I was given a fair warning that it might not be done the next day, but to my surprise they came in the next morning and quickly got the job done! They were super friendly and courteous and also wore masks. Very grateful to have my sink back so I can start cooking again!

Johnny and his colleague replaced the bolts in the toilet tank for me in addition to replacing the gasket. Scheduling was easy and they called half an hour before arrival. They did a great job with fix and the price was much more reasonable than all the other quotes i got. I would definitely recommend them.

They sent a guy out same day to give a free estimate to fix a problem with my septic tank. Problem is, the estimate was ridiculous. Guy was a fast-talking wheeler dealer and I suspected their estimate was WAY too high and even then they hinted it could possibly go higher. Called two other places to get comparable estimates and ended up getting the same repair done for exactly HALF of what this company wanted to charge me. Saved thousands of dollars by not dealing with Option One.

This would be a five star rating if they would have taken their coupon. E.R. Plumbing had a $50  off your $200 repair web coupon. My bill was over $280 dollars. The plumber had to call his boss to see if they would take the coupon. They would not take the coupon because the repair part of the bill was only $195.00. Refusing the coupon was not a great way to gain customer loyalty.  If the repair was 5 more dollars I would have been able to use the coupon. What stops them from always setting the repair price just below the coupon price. This is my second time using E.R. Despite the plumbers great service and work I will think twice before calling them next time I have plumbing need. Because by them not taking the coupon it just left me with bad feeling.

Nick was awesome! We just bought an older house so there were quite a few plumbing issues and past 'handyman' fixes to be repaired.

We had cast iron, copper, pex, pvc and he did it all! We removed a wall in our bathroom and he redirected our plumbing to go down a different wall and even crawled up in our tiny attic to secure the cast iron that was falling down.  He also moved our water heater, plumbed in our vanities, set up our shower/handheld valves/diverters.

Can't recommend him and his partner, Burke, enough! Super responsive, punctual, and clean up well after themselves. Plus they were very sweet to our dog who is very curious and all up in their business. We will definitely be using them when we get around to doing our other bathroom!

I recently purchased a home with a busted water heater :(....Service Pro Plumbing came highly recommended! They were flexible with my schedule and installed a new water heater in less than an hour. They even took the old one away! Couldn't have asked for a better experience

It was my first time using Pure Flow plumbing. After calling 12 other companies for an emergency repair they were the only ones to come right out. The guys Taylor Bridges and Corey  that came out to do the repairs were extremely knowledgeable and professional. They cleaned up after themselves when the work was done, and even went the extra mile of pressure washing the road from where mud  had ran off from where they had to dig a pipe up before they left. Highly recommend them if your in a pinch and want it fixed ASAP

James showed up on time and did a wonderful job replacing my shower valve!  He cleaned up the whole work area and left the bathroom better than he found it.  Please don't hesitate to call this honest and clear pricing company for any of your plumbing needs.  They called ahead and let us know James was on his way. I contacted this company because I was having water leaks from my upstairs. When they came out they indicated to investigate the problem was going to start at $249 which would be applied to the cost of my bill if chosen to perform the work. After 4 hours of investigation the tech claimed that my water leak was from old caulking around my tub. He re-caulked my tub and charged me an additional $249. He explained to me that he would remove my ceiling fan because it was damaged with water, patch the hole and replace my ceiling fan. He was also going to refer me to another company to file the repairs on my home insurance.  Come to find out recalling wasn't the problem at all because the tub started leaking again. I was left with a leaking tub and a huge hole in my ceiling from this company.

We just bought our home and have had several sub contractors come in and out to make it our own. Chad is at the top of our list for professional quality workmanship. He clearly communicated with us throughout the process, showed up on time, was very detailed and cleaned up. I can speak from experience in saying It is so hard to find this quality level of service. We will happily will use him again for our future needs which will be many with our older home.

I did not need Mr. Garvey's services as I just bought a new home,  but being unfamiliar with North Carolina's winters I thought I would ask him his opinion of how to deal with my water heater through the winter months.

He did a great job answering my questions, very friendly and appreciated his kind attitude and helping demeanor.   If I do need a plumber I would be using him based on that alone -- sometimes what a person does for you without any services in return tells you about their quality before you even need to use them.  Mr. Garvey passed that test with flying colors, and I would recommend him highly.

COMPLETELY SATISFIED!!! WORK and PRICING was top notch. I reached out about a toilet issue this morning around 7am. I was contacted back within seconds. Rebecca set everything up and was very knowledgeable she kept me posted on the arrival of my plumber through email. And before 10am the job was done and cleaned up like they were never even here, and our men's toilet is finally FIXED. Mike Orlando was amazing and so easy to deal with, quick worker and very professional. Mike knows what he's doing and you can tell he takes pride in his work. HIGHLY recommend Brian Long Plumbing! I live in an older house and needed major plumbing work done. The first company I called quoted me $2000.  I asked friends for recommendation and they recommended Brian Long.  I called and am so glad I did! They were able to complete the work at a fraction of the quote I received and did it so quickly! Top notch service and professionalism! I had a leak under my kitchen and put a bucket there to catch the water - Hugh was kind enough to dump the bucket of water out for me!

We called Cain's a few months ago to re-pitch the sewage line in our crawl space so that our chronically backed up toilet would function properly. They were quick to respond, completed the work in FAR less time than I expected and came in a couple hundred $ less than a large name plumbing company. We called Cain's because we suspected that other company was trying to gauge us saying it would cost $1,000. We were so glad to get a second estimate . It cost around $600 with Cain's.

Now to today, we had our disposal clog after hours Tuesday night and also noticed that the sink was leaking when it was filled with the backed up water from the disposal. They weren't able to make it out Wednesday and we were fine with that. Ours wasn't an emergency. Yes it was plugged up and inconvenient but we understood that there were more urgent jobs than ours. We scooped the water out of the sink and put a bucket under it and were fine.

Before they arrived, we realized that there was a loose hot water handle on our bathroom spigot and that the tub was draining slowly. I know plumbers must roll their eyes that one request turns into multiple issues by the time they get there but since we have to pay the expense, we might as well get it all fixed rather than pay for another visit.

Cain's guys were awesome about the extra requests. No attitude, no acting like it was a problem. They were totally professional.  Their plumber and another plumber in training came out Thursday around 11:45 and were gone by 1pm. In just over an hour they
- cleared the jam in the disposal
- had to replumb under that sink to fix the leak
-cleared the hair out of the slow draining tub (I blame my husband)
- tightened a hot water handle
- secured a tub handle

All in just over an hour and it cost around $211. Absolutely reasonable and their guys are great. It's such a relief to have a company that we can call in a pinch.

And they came in wearing masks without us having to ask. I am an immune suppressed person and was stressed that it would be awkward if I had to ask them to wear a mask but they were already masked when they arrived. THANKS GUYS!!!

Had a tub removed in my grandma's house she is 80 and has a hard time stepping over the tub they installed a walk in shower with grab bars for her safety they had the upmost compassion for my mom and remodeled her bathroom for her safety it took a huge worry off my mind i was so worried she would fall but thanks to abetterway for putting me at ease they also followed up a year later for a warranty issue that they took care of at no cost to me! Dustin the owner is a standup guy they have done a few jobs for my friends as well!

Ask for Tom. A real pro and you don't see that very much these days. He is very knowledgeable and friendly.

This business is such a rip off.  They came out and identified that my air handler was sitting in water and correctly diagnosed that my clogged drain pipe was underground, but they failed to find the drain and dig it out.  They just left me that way, after charging nearly $600 to replace a small part and adding 2 lbs of freon.  I had to have someone else come out yesterday and correct the problem, and it was only one third of the price.  Don't use this company.  SHAME ON THEM FOR RIPPING PEOPLE OFF WHO ARE IN A BIND!

I have used Jim Dickerson plumbing over the years, however will not use their services any longer. They over charge for labor and the cost of repairs. I had someone come out for 2 plumbing issues.. A leaking sink and tub. I was charged 3 hours of labor for sealing a leak under the kitchen sink and an attempt to repair the tub leak. The tub leak was not able to be fixed because of the need to replace a valve. The technician spent hours trying to find the water source in the house and then left to go get parts to attempt to repair the tub leak. I was charged 441.00 for labor and the cost of repairing the leak under the sink which was sealed.
After sending a request to speak with the technician to find out exact details of the work, their accounting department sent a return email only that stated they overcharged for the work done and credited 200.00. The total cost still remained at 288.00. I was charged for the time the tech left and attempted to find a part for work that was not completed. After knowing their inconsistency in their work, I will no longer use their services. Very disappointed.

I was having issues and called this place to come out to inspect.  This was on Wednesday and the guy told me someone would be here on Thursday. Great!  Waited all day on Thursday, no one showed. I called them back and they said I was on the schedule for Friday (even though I received my text).  So, whatever, Friday it is.  Now after waiting all day again, no one showed up and I received another text to see we'll see you tomorrow (meaning Saturday).  These people have no clue of what they are doing.  Go somewhere else!
