SERVICE SERVICE SERVICE!!! What a great experience. I contacted Julian's this morning via a Yelp! message, got a response within 15 minutes, and scheduled an appointment for this afternoon. Jeff text me when he was on his way and showed up RIGHT ON TIME! WHAAAAAT?!? Jeff did not mince words - he when straight in, discovered the problem with our toilet, and fixed in in quite a timely fashion. All told, he was in and out in 30 minutes max AND ALSO SUGGESTED I CHECK IN ON YELP! TO GET A $50 COUPON! AND WHO DOESN'T LOVE FREE MONEY?!?

I'm going to have my wife write a review as well, then petition Yelp! to combine the two so that we can give Julian's Plumbing TEN STARS!

We were told by our HVAC repair man that we needed a new hot water heater. Brett came and checked it out and said everything is fine.  We appreciate his honesty....

Option One Plumbing was excellent in every respect! Ted, their tech, was efficient, professional, and even friendly late on a Saturday after what must have been a long day. I really appreciate the work of the entire team, from the initial scheduling, regular updates throughout the day to let me know of changes in the tech's ETA, and ultimately fix my tankless water heater without trying to upsell me something I didn't need. They initially quoted me a $99 fee for the after-hours weekend visit, and in the end that is all they charged since Ted was able to fix the heater without additional parts. Thank you, Ted and Option One!

Woke up to a flooded kitchen after washing clothes. My mother used ER in the past and she said to give them a call. I was connected to a plumber within 10 mins of my call. Jason H immediately knew what the issue was and was at my house in an hour. He spent about 20 minutes at my house and recommended some treatments to help assist me in the future. He also gave me pricing/estimates if they needed to come back out and fix what he thought were tree vines growing into the septic line. He was super friendly in my time of crisis and it was much appreciated. Being a homeowner things will go wrong, but its nice to have a friendly face let you know everything will be okay. I highly recommended ER!

I needed a plumber on a Saturday.  Will came highly recommended. Ordinarily he wouldn't came out to Gastonia but I'm glad that he did this for us. He worked quick and got my outdoor line fixed properly.  I would recommend him to anyone and definitely would use again myself! Thanks for the great service Will!

It was my first time using Pure Flow plumbing. After calling 12 other companies for an emergency repair they were the only ones to come right out. The guys Taylor Bridges and Corey  that came out to do the repairs were extremely knowledgeable and professional. They cleaned up after themselves when the work was done, and even went the extra mile of pressure washing the road from where mud  had ran off from where they had to dig a pipe up before they left. Highly recommend them if your in a pinch and want it fixed ASAP

Had an excellent experience with Charlotte Plumbing. They came out today, the day after Thanksgiving, and our plumber, James, was fantastic and fixed my toilet and replace the entire valve within an hour for an extremely reasonable price. Excellent service, great quality.

Third time and it just keeps getting better as these guys are the definition of excellence of execution as Daniel Payne showed up ten minutes early, identified the issue with my water heater, explained it in an easy to understand fashion without making me feel like an idiot haha, didn't try to upsell me on a new heater, and last but not least, fixed the issue no problem.  I will continue to recommend these guys to everyone I know as they are honest, fair, personable and trustworthy.  Fantastic work option one!

Chad did a fantastic job of fixing a patio door that was very difficult to open.   He responded to texts and emails promptly, and showed up on time for the job.  It was a pleasure doing business with him.   Chad will be the first person I call for any future home jobs.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Mike Garvey Plumbing.  I have called on Mike two times in the past 2 months for work I needed done at my home.  Mike is very prompt, professional and knowledgeable.  I work full time so it's crucial that I can make an appointment and have the service person show up when they say they are going to so my whole day workwise is not shot (on top of a plumbing bill to boot!!)  Mike has been here exactly when he says he will be - And he always calls prior to the appointment letting me know he is on his way which is an added bonus.  He is very friendly (not intimidating) and very knowledgeable and explains things so 'a woman can understand'!  Being a woman -not knowing much about plumbing I always worry service folks will take me to the cleaners as I do not know when something can or can't be fixed or to what extreme the repair should be - aka $$$!   Do not hesitate to call on Mike Garvey Plumbing - no matter how big or small your request is.  He is AMAZING!   And at a very fair price!

We had Mike Walker with Brian Long Plumbing to our home today. We had a leaking sink fixed and a new toilet and pedastal sink installed. The work, advice and professionalism was outstanding. I highly recommend this company. It is nice to have someone so pleasant and who also really puts pride in his work at the same time.

Very professional. Provided cost savings ideas and suggestions for how to maximize our budget for future projects. I would highly recommend this firm.

This company installed a water heater for us. Part of their sales pitch is to service and clean/flush for the life of the unit.  Is the heater is having some problems and needs it's first service and this company won't call me back. I have texted Dustin Williams and called, he hangs up on me and tells us we have the wrong number. Don't do business with this company unless you don't care about service after the install. Any implied warranty from them is useless.

I had granite countertops installed by Carolina Granite and unbeknownst to me, they do not reconnect the plumbing so I contacted 3 Way Plumbing since they had been to my home from a home warranty issue I had and I was satisfied with the work they completed. I only needed a faucet installed and the plumbing reconnected (dishwasher, garbage disposal and PVC pipes for sink). The PVC pipes were practically brand new since the garbage disposal was replaced last December. I was charged $757 for this work and feel this is highway robbery. I didn't ask for the pipes to be replaced which they were and it took less than an hour and a half to complete the job. My advice after this expensive experience is to hire an independent plumber who doesn't pass their overhead onto the customer as you'll be paying for their high tech work vans and advertising costs.

I have used Jim Dickerson plumbing over the years, however will not use their services any longer. They over charge for labor and the cost of repairs. I had someone come out for 2 plumbing issues.. A leaking sink and tub. I was charged 3 hours of labor for sealing a leak under the kitchen sink and an attempt to repair the tub leak. The tub leak was not able to be fixed because of the need to replace a valve. The technician spent hours trying to find the water source in the house and then left to go get parts to attempt to repair the tub leak. I was charged 441.00 for labor and the cost of repairing the leak under the sink which was sealed.
After sending a request to speak with the technician to find out exact details of the work, their accounting department sent a return email only that stated they overcharged for the work done and credited 200.00. The total cost still remained at 288.00. I was charged for the time the tech left and attempted to find a part for work that was not completed. After knowing their inconsistency in their work, I will no longer use their services. Very disappointed.

I was having issues and called this place to come out to inspect.  This was on Wednesday and the guy told me someone would be here on Thursday. Great!  Waited all day on Thursday, no one showed. I called them back and they said I was on the schedule for Friday (even though I received my text).  So, whatever, Friday it is.  Now after waiting all day again, no one showed up and I received another text to see we'll see you tomorrow (meaning Saturday).  These people have no clue of what they are doing.  Go somewhere else!
