Such amazing service! I called yesterday and they were out first this this morning and fixed so fast! We're so appreciative to have a company that still cares about their customers and makes us a priority and does an amazing job at amazing prices! We will definetly call them again if we need them!!

I have used this plumbing service twice now.  The latest was for a replacement gas water heater.  This was a 75 gallon behemoth for a residence.  All hours not only procuredvyhe water heater in one day but could have installed in that time frame also, if not for us not at home.  Regardless, they installed that gas water heater in two hours and with no disruption to our routine.  They are extremely professional in attitude and skills.  I recommend them for any of your plumbing needs.

I hired them to give me a quote for plumbing and moving some gas lines, since I was going from electrical stove to gas range and going from water heater to gas tankless system. I didn't hire them for the plumbing side after all but they did my gas lines the very next day after they came out to give me the quote. The tech was professional and didn't try to upsell me anything at all. He showed up on-time and communicated with me throughout the process. I'm very happy with the outcome!

No free estimates. $69 to get a simple estimate. No thanks pal. In the age of competitiveness, that's not at all competitive. I don't have to know anything else about the company. If you start by charging what should be your company trying to get more business and customers, that's a very bad start. I'm definitely going somewhere else and keeping my $69 just for you to show up to my house and NOT do anything.

Carolina Plumbing Pros came to our house on a last minute emergency last evening. The gentleman was courteous did a great job in a very quick time was very helpful and informative as to how we should proceed in correcting the rest of the damage. I would highly recommend this company for all of your plumbing needs both emergency and renovation restoration. I just have to say that I am soooo happy that I found This on Yelp! My family and I just moved into a rental property and the owner and his wife took jobs overseas so they aren't in the country and there isn't a property management company! Let's just say things have been extremely hectic and stressful with different issues that have come up one of them being that our toilet started backing up on the main floor and then the next day it was leaking into the apartment that's in the finished basement so we panicked and turned off all of the water! Which means we couldn't use the bathroom, shower nothing! The owner subscribed to American Home Shield and I called and reported the plumbing problem right away! They told me that I had to pay $107 for the service request and then wait until the contracted company called and set up an appointment! Well we ended up having to wait 3 days! The plumber finally came out and told us that it seemed to be an issue but that he wasn't able to do anything about it until we removed the mulch ourselves and that we were responsible for doing it and digging up the clean out! We were told once we found the valve and they could get complete access to it they will return!! I started to have a meltdown because I had no idea what or where this clean out was located and I had no idea what steps to take next!! He basically came and did absolutely nothing! At this point, I was so frustrated and desperate for a resolution! I mean I was using a bottle of water just to try and wash my hands and also had waste in the toilet that I couldn't flush! It was a very horrible experience! I found Will and Christine the owners of Service Pro plumbing and when I tell you I'm sooo glad I found them!! Will showed up extremely quick because he knew it was an emergent situation! He was very kind,professional,honest,trustworthy, punctual, thoughtful, caring, attentive patient,compassionate, detail oriented and most importantly competent in his knowledge and skill in the area of plumbing! He went ABOVE and Beyond my expectations and even took the time to educate us along the way! He basically told us that the first plumber incorrectly diagnosed the problem! What he found out was that it was a major issue on the city's side. He noticed that it was backed up which meant that the city had to come and fix it! And guess what Will said next!? He goes well I'll be honest I can do this job for you, snake the drain and get everything unclogged and charge you $400 OR we can call the city and report my findings and they will send someone out right away to fix it for free!! Do you know that Will even took the time to call the city of concord and explain to them what the problem was!?? Before he left, Will also gave me another tip and said to request that the city use a camera to get a better look in order to assess the damages accurately! The city workers showed up within 30min and found out that it was their issue, roots from a tree grew inside of the pipe which caused a blockage, they cleared it right away but unfortunately they will have to come back rip up the driveway and replaced the pipe because it's cracked but most importantly we were instructed to turn the water supply back on and we are allowed to finally FLUSH without worry AGAIN!! Lol He was such a blessing in disguise! He could've easily took complete advantage of the situation and my lack of expertise instead of giving us options! Yes, he could've just fixed it and charged me all of that money but instead he was so honest and definitely cared less about greed and more about saving us money which says a lot about his character and I was soooo thankful for him keeping it real with me! He only charged me $63 for the initial consultation fee and that's it!! I just want them to know how much I truly appreciate what they did for us! I would highly recommend him and his wife for all of your plumbing needs trust me you will not be disappointed!! I would definitely use them again and trust that I now have their business card tucked away for any other future issues with plumbing!

It was my first time using Pure Flow plumbing. After calling 12 other companies for an emergency repair they were the only ones to come right out. The guys Taylor Bridges and Corey  that came out to do the repairs were extremely knowledgeable and professional. They cleaned up after themselves when the work was done, and even went the extra mile of pressure washing the road from where mud  had ran off from where they had to dig a pipe up before they left. Highly recommend them if your in a pinch and want it fixed ASAP

We used this company a couple of times, the most recent being to flush a line and reset a toilet.  Each time our plumber (Guitar) was courteous, possessed outstanding communication skills and most important - did a thorough and professional job.  Highly recommended!

I had a leaky toilet. I put in a request to my home warranty company, who connected me to another plumbing service that I won't name. I tried contacting them 3 times and only got voice mail. Late yesterday evening I finally got a text stating they had no availability before next Tuesday.

A few minutes later, I was on my porch and saw a truck for Option One in my neighborhood, so I gave them a call. They got someone out to see me today..Daniel. Daniel was prompt, thorough,  and even came back in once he left because I had a question. He was very patient with me and explained all he was doing. Will defintely utilize them in the future.

Chad was professional, affordable, punctual, and a pleasure to work with. He did his homework on the project prior to quoting me his rate. My project had layers to it and he communicated effectively. He offered great suggestions on follow up tasks I had surrounding the project, and those suggestions proved extremely helpful. He went above and beyond. Our hot water heater burst and Garvey's Plumbing was out the same day to assess the damage and quote a replacement. The following day they replaced my water heater in a couple of hours. We had Mike Walker with Brian Long Plumbing to our home today. We had a leaking sink fixed and a new toilet and pedastal sink installed. The work, advice and professionalism was outstanding. I highly recommend this company. It is nice to have someone so pleasant and who also really puts pride in his work at the same time.

Used these guys for the first time.  Tried to fix the problem myself assuming a plumber would cost a lot as they have with others I used. I was wrong about that with Cain's. They charged me about half of what I thought it would be and did an excellent job.  Plus they showed up when they said they would. Very polite and professional.  They cleaned up so you can't even tell they were here. Other then the leak is gone. I highly recommend them.

I had a real plumbing emergency upon returning from vacation. My upstairs toilet overflowed severely. Justin provided excellent customer service via the telephone. Walking me through how to shut off my water in my home and advising me that he would be to me immediately to help me get to the bottom of what was going on. He was very polite, helpful, and he educated me on what exactly transpired, very quick and efficient. I definitely would highly recommend this company. Should you experienced any plumbing emergencies highly recommended.

I had granite countertops installed by Carolina Granite and unbeknownst to me, they do not reconnect the plumbing so I contacted 3 Way Plumbing since they had been to my home from a home warranty issue I had and I was satisfied with the work they completed. I only needed a faucet installed and the plumbing reconnected (dishwasher, garbage disposal and PVC pipes for sink). The PVC pipes were practically brand new since the garbage disposal was replaced last December. I was charged $757 for this work and feel this is highway robbery. I didn't ask for the pipes to be replaced which they were and it took less than an hour and a half to complete the job. My advice after this expensive experience is to hire an independent plumber who doesn't pass their overhead onto the customer as you'll be paying for their high tech work vans and advertising costs.

I called Morris Jenkins to get someone out to replace the whole HVAC system in my home. The 28 year old system we had died while it was 95 degrees last week. I was told that someone would call me back that afternoon to schedule someone to come out and give me an estimate. I'm still waiting 4 days later for someone to call me.  After I told the person I spoke with that I know I needed a furnace and air conditioner as well as duct work - I would have thought that I would at least get a call back. Apparently,  they have way too much work and $$$ and didn't need another customer. Too bad - I called Brothers Heating and Air and they came out the same day and within 2 days I have a complete new system. I wouldn't recommend Morris Jenkins to anyone that wants customer service - these guys are HORRIBLE.

We had a true EMERGENCY tonight and the woman who answered the phone not only seemed disinterested but she was annoyed. She first quoted me $150 an hour (which I wrote down amongst all of my notes from trying to reach a reputable plumber) but then as I was trying to see if she was going to get someone here faster than another company who gave me a 3 hour window, she told me it would be $175/hour. Now that's dishonest, tacky and inexcusable. I would have paid whatever. I found a great company who came directly out and helped us. No thanks to Dickerson....

I was having issues and called this place to come out to inspect.  This was on Wednesday and the guy told me someone would be here on Thursday. Great!  Waited all day on Thursday, no one showed. I called them back and they said I was on the schedule for Friday (even though I received my text).  So, whatever, Friday it is.  Now after waiting all day again, no one showed up and I received another text to see we'll see you tomorrow (meaning Saturday).  These people have no clue of what they are doing.  Go somewhere else!
