Had new countertop put in and the plumbing did not match with the new sink.  Tried to fix it myself.  Waste of time.  Called Julian's Plumbling and they called me in ten minutes and said they would be out first thing in the morning.  
Jason was waiting for me when I arrived home and fixed everything in about an hour.  Great service.

I had a kitchen sink leak and another leak in my yard; Bret and the crew came to my rescue again. I even got a repeat customer discount. This company is trustworthy and does great work.

Reached out to Option One for some plumbing work we needed done. Our technician, Christian, came and checked on everything in our house to make sure everything was in working order which it was (didn't try to sell me services I didn't need and assured me that everything was in good shape). He provided three quotes, one of which I asked if he could do same day which he did and started work immediately. Price was best out of three local quotes we have received prior. He got our garbage disposal running and even checked all piping was connected correctly, excellent service. Will be back for the other projects they quoted us on based on the great work,

I was looking to have a water filtration system installed to remove all the chlorine that is in my city water.  Lance at ER came out and did my free estimate and eventually the install. (I research several other companies).  Lance was very professional and did a great job.  There staff is well trained and the company does continuing education for all its employees.  If we ever need plumbing services in the future we will be calling ER.

I called Carolina Plumbing Pros when the toilet backed up into the stall shower next to it. Stefan came out immediately to survey the situation, resolve the clog and then proceeded to investigate the cause of the problem. He was extremely patient with me, answered all of my questions, and spent plenty of time educating me about the major project that needed to be done outside of the house to fix the toilet. Within a very short amount of time, Randy came out, pipes were replaced and new grass seed was planted.  We also had a handful of other items that needed to be taken care of and again, everything was done timely and professionally. Both men were a pleasure to work with and have in the house... under circumstances that were not so pleasant! I would call them again for any plumbing needs and highly recommend them.

Nick was awesome! We just bought an older house so there were quite a few plumbing issues and past 'handyman' fixes to be repaired.

We had cast iron, copper, pex, pvc and he did it all! We removed a wall in our bathroom and he redirected our plumbing to go down a different wall and even crawled up in our tiny attic to secure the cast iron that was falling down.  He also moved our water heater, plumbed in our vanities, set up our shower/handheld valves/diverters.

Can't recommend him and his partner, Burke, enough! Super responsive, punctual, and clean up well after themselves. Plus they were very sweet to our dog who is very curious and all up in their business. We will definitely be using them when we get around to doing our other bathroom!

I just want to thank Service Pro for coming out and fixing my hot water today. I was 11 days without hot water trying to go through my warranty and the owners along with John who fixed my water heater saved the day! I highly recommend this company. It was my first time using Pure Flow plumbing. After calling 12 other companies for an emergency repair they were the only ones to come right out. The guys Taylor Bridges and Corey  that came out to do the repairs were extremely knowledgeable and professional. They cleaned up after themselves when the work was done, and even went the extra mile of pressure washing the road from where mud  had ran off from where they had to dig a pipe up before they left. Highly recommend them if your in a pinch and want it fixed ASAP

James from Charlotte Plumbing fixed all of my problems in one visit and he did it right THE FIRST TIME.

At first, there was a strange smell in the house. I thought it might've been a natural gas leak.
I bought a meter on Amazon but it wasn't detecting any gas.
As we all know, buying a product like that on Amazon is a hit or miss.
Just to be safe, I called the fire department to have someone come out and make sure everything was alright.
They used a gas meter to try to detect if there was a gas leak, and they couldn't find ANYTHING.
They agreed there was still a strange smell, so I had a company come out and take a look for me.

The gas company that came out turned the gas off to my fireplace since the smell seemed to be concentrated mostly in one area of the house right next to the fireplace.
They said if the smell goes away in a couple of days then that must've been the culprit.
The smell never went away, so they came back to the house to turn the gas back on about 5 days later.

The smell started getting worse.
I was already having migraines everyday, and now I was starting to get nose bleeds.
I asked them if it could be sewer gas since the smell seemed to be worse when I was using the water.
They told me that I should go ahead and call a plumber.

Before I called the Charlotte Plumbing, I looked opened up the door to the crawl space of the house.
It had no smell, and the crawl space is in great shape.
I'm not a professional in gas or plumbing, but I wanted to make sure this plumbing company knew I did my due diligence to narrow the problem down.

I mentioned the fact that the crawl space seemed perfectly fine, and that the smell seemed to be coming from the baseboard downstairs next to the gas fireplace, but also when I ran a lot of water like laundry.

As soon as James stepped in the house, he immediately agreed that the smell was off.
Within 5 minutes he detected a gas leak and opened up the wall.
He said that the gas leak was so bad the whole house could've blown if I lit a candle or anything in the house.
He said the reason why the plumbing seemed tied to it was because the pipes have little vents that suck in air from the crawl space to operate properly.

Within 4 hours he fixed the gas leak entirely, and even fixed 3 of my slow running drains in the house.
James said, That surprises me that the gas company couldn't figure this out. They're usually a really good company that's really cautious. The guy that came over must've been new or something. All you have to do is actually listen to the customer and they'll tell you exactly what and where the problem is.

I am so impressed by Charlotte Plumbing. James was courteous, respectful, clean (he even wore little protectors over his shoes to protect my wood floors), punctual (they gave me a window of 8:00 AM - 9:00 AM) and James was knocking on my front door at 8:02 AM), and he is a real pro.

TLDR: I recommend this company to everyone. 10/10 experience.if you want the job done right the first time, call these  guys. They'll save you money, your house, and in my case my life!

We just bought our home and have had several sub contractors come in and out to make it our own. Chad is at the top of our list for professional quality workmanship. He clearly communicated with us throughout the process, showed up on time, was very detailed and cleaned up. I can speak from experience in saying It is so hard to find this quality level of service. I had a real plumbing emergency upon returning from vacation. My upstairs toilet overflowed severely. Justin provided excellent customer service via the telephone. Walking me through how to shut off my water in my home and advising me that he would be to me immediately to help me get to the bottom of what was going on. He was very polite, helpful, and he educated me on what exactly transpired, very quick and efficient. I definitely would highly recommend this company. Should you experienced any plumbing emergencies highly recommended.

he/they handled my changing my back-flow preventer outside & went above the service required to fix the problem. made it so we can remove the brass preventer in the winter to keep it from freezing. cool fix. loosen a couple of big nuts and take it off!

My Central AC wasn't working properly so I called Morris Jenkins and the guy they sent out was nice enough. He said I needed a new motor that controlled the air flow to each zone.... I said okay. After he was done I noticed the AC in my TV room never went off..... then I got a little suspicious that he asked me several times if the air flow was okay. I called Morris Jenkins back and had them send out a different tech. Not only had they guy NOT replaced the motor but he moved one motor over and lock the other zone so that it was always open. Obviously I was upset. The manager of the company... after some hand wringing... agreed to replace both of the motors but assured me this was somehow it was either a honest mistake or that I had tinkered with it somehow. Now I paid for a motor that wasn't there and I don't know the least bit about fixing an AC... I can't even hang a picture frame. I was informed that him and the first tech were friends and that he would never do that. The motor was never found and I could never get confirmation that he actually obtained a motor from his warehouse. So I would not recommend them or their associates under any circumstances. To be fair the second tech that came out was excellent but he did toe the company line. He was very resistant about giving me any information. He would basically answer yes, no or I don't know to any questions I had but he would not elaborate or point out any of the issues unless I asked. I was not refunded any part of bill and I didn't asked for one. I just wanted the job done right and not to be accused of fraud.

Awful experience!! The technician did not provide an estimate for replacing a fill valve in my guest bathroom. He went ahead and put one in the toilet while I was talking with a customer on the phone. He did not give me an estimate and I did not authorize that price. He charged me $145.00 for labor plus a $65.00 service fee for 10 minutes of work. Then he put owner supplied materials and no warranty on the receipt. I never gave him a fill valve!! I called the company and spoke with Debbie. She was argumentative, disrespectful and did not listen to what I had to say!! They're the worst!!

Becareful this company, they overcharge you and not handle business  professionally. I had sewer emergency on 6/1/22, they came and gave me estimate $12,000. They accepted cash for $9000 but I paid similar repair $4500 year ago. It only took a little more than half day and 2 people. $9000 is way overcharged. They gave me invoice but my insurance company asking for just part of the invoice for the excavation  the detection of the leak  and  the put back for the cement not the entire invoice. I requested it more than a month ago, my insurance company requested it through email and I called them 3 times. They still didn't generate the part invoice I need as today 8/2/22. This company is not professional handled and they will scam you if you let them.
