Jason was great to work with. He texted me right away and we were able to get him out within a day or two. Although we had no real issue, it seemed to be an affordable expense to diagnose and have the knowledge of what was going on. He was very friendly and we will definitely use him again.

They dont actually serve Charlotte.  Called to try to get an appointment time for North Charlotte... NoDa... just a couple miles north of 277 and they don't serve that area.

Ted worked diligently on my long list of repairs - fixing drains, fixing faucets, and replacing a toilet.  I am thankful for his identification and repair of a gas leak in my hot water heater.  I am a repeat customer for this business and would hire them again.

Woke up to a flooded kitchen after washing clothes. My mother used ER in the past and she said to give them a call. I was connected to a plumber within 10 mins of my call. Jason H immediately knew what the issue was and was at my house in an hour. He spent about 20 minutes at my house and recommended some treatments to help assist me in the future. He also gave me pricing/estimates if they needed to come back out and fix what he thought were tree vines growing into the septic line. He was super friendly in my time of crisis and it was much appreciated. Being a homeowner things will go wrong, but its nice to have a friendly face let you know everything will be okay. I highly recommended ER!

Really good folks. Better than the other plumbers--they're not here to just slap another brand new piece of equipment at full price at you. They actually diagnose the problem and give you options. Will only use them from here out.

Nick is the best!! Came out, in between jobs, 45 minutes after I called and a local plumber bailed.
Helped my SO move the vanity and even gave us some nails to put the molding back.
Can not recommend this gentleman more. Seriously, we are moving to Cornelius in two weeks and he saved us not coming in to a master bath without plumbing. Will only recommend and use this guy going forward.

Great service, would hire again, and recommend to friends. They were very quick to call me immediately after I requested the quote. Very easy to schedule with, and the work was perfect. Had them fix a leaky tub, and a running toilet.

I had an obvious underground water leak in the front of my property. The sidewalk, that divides the the grass along my front curb from the lawn on my property was showing (leaking) water. Angelo from Pure Flow Plumbing in Cover, SC immediately diagnosed the problem. He said it most likely was the main water line that feeds into the house and that a tree root probably damaged the line. He was right. Unfortunately this line was under the concrete sidewalk. Angelo did a great job cutting a narrow path through the concrete, locating the broken section of water line and replacing that section. He then repaired the side walk by poring concrete and smoothing it out. Had it not been for rain, he would have finished the entire job in one day. It was great having an obviously experienced, knowledgeable person who was able to do both repairs. As a bonus, Angelo was also prompt, courteous and professional. I highly recommend Pure Flow!  (Al. Highly recommend! Quality service and the best price in town. After our hot water heater went out a week ago I started price quoting different companies and having them come look at the situation to evaluate themselves. My hot water heater being in the attic of a two story home, I started getting extra $ quoted for this that and the other as necessary or up to worst case scenario. Charlotte Plumbing did not. Staff was very upfront about pricing and possible needs without gouging me. The job ended up costing a whole $1000+ less than what I was quoted by one of the Top Guys in Charlotte!!!!!! From the beginning to the end of my experience, the quality of customer service provided by Damien, Christina, James and Justin should be the industry standard. Great job guys, and thank you!

I called at 8pm they would have came out rite away for a fee but I said it could wait they showed up at the time we agreed on . Lundon was my tech very knowledgable we discussed all my options was a tad pricey but you get what you pay for and it was worth it I got a new well pump new bladder tank and hot water heater took bout 5 1/2 hrs . Great job Lundon

We just bought our home and have had several sub contractors come in and out to make it our own. Chad is at the top of our list for professional quality workmanship. He clearly communicated with us throughout the process, showed up on time, was very detailed and cleaned up. I can speak from experience in saying It is so hard to find this quality level of service. We will happily will use him again for our future needs which will be many with our older home.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Mike Garvey Plumbing.  I have called on Mike two times in the past 2 months for work I needed done at my home.  Mike is very prompt, professional and knowledgeable.  I work full time so it's crucial that I can make an appointment and have the service person show up when they say they are going to so my whole day workwise is not shot (on top of a plumbing bill to boot!!)  Mike has been here exactly when he says he will be - And he always calls prior to the appointment letting me know he is on his way which is an added bonus.  He is very friendly (not intimidating) and very knowledgeable and explains things so 'a woman can understand'!  Being a woman -not knowing much about plumbing I always worry service folks will take me to the cleaners as I do not know when something can or can't be fixed or to what extreme the repair should be - aka $$$!   Do not hesitate to call on Mike Garvey Plumbing - no matter how big or small your request is.  He is AMAZING!   And at a very fair price!

WyattWorks is the go to plumbing company for all of your plumbing needs! From the moment they pick up the phone through to the completion of the project they are a great organization to work with. Timely, friendly and pleasant is how i would describe them in three words. We had them install a gas line and regulator for our outdoor gas grill. It works like a charm and the finished project looks clean. Highly recommended!

HIGHLY recommend Brian Long Plumbing! I live in an older house and needed major plumbing work done. The first company I called quoted me $2000.  I asked friends for recommendation and they recommended Brian Long.  I called and am so glad I did! They were able to complete the work at a fraction of the quote I received and did it so quickly! Top notch service and professionalism! I had a leak under my kitchen and put a bucket there to catch the water - Hugh was kind enough to dump the bucket of water out for me!

I tried to fix something on my own (on a Friday afternoon) but didn't actually have the right part and put a hole in the pipe... YouTube fail. So I called 8 places, they were the only ones that answered! They were able to get someone out in a timely manner and the problem was fixed in less than 20 minutes. They also charged significantly less than another local place we recently used! I will definitely call them again!!

This company installed a water heater for us. Part of their sales pitch is to service and clean/flush for the life of the unit.  Is the heater is having some problems and needs it's first service and this company won't call me back. I have texted Dustin Williams and called, he hangs up on me and tells us we have the wrong number. Don't do business with this company unless you don't care about service after the install. Any implied warranty from them is useless.

We had been having an ongoing issue with a slow and stopped up drain in one of our downstairs bathroom sinks. No matter how much liquid plumber I pour down the drain, the issue would persist! Decided to call in a plumber and was given 3-Way Plumbing as a recommendation from a neighbor. I called late (after hours) on a Saturday and expected to not hear anything until Monday. But on Sunday I received a call from a nice lady that helped me set up an appointment for the next day. They arrived within the 2 hour window I was given, diagnosed and fixed (snaked the drain) the blockage, and all at a price I was happy to pay. I hope I don't have to, but I will definitely use them again for any future plumbing needs.

I called M-J to give me a price on replacing the gas fired water heater in the attic with a tankless in the garage. When their very nice tech Chris and I looked at the old WH, there was a gas smell. We both agreed that it was the water heater, so I turned off the isolation valve. Chris said he could get a plumber out later that day to repair, so I agreed. We continued on the tankless project. Chris quoted $7300 to put in a  Rinnai tankless system. This is outrageous as you can buy the heater for under $1500 at a big box store or online. Nearly $6000 to install? Then he recommends another $2500 for a whole house water filter. So I declined and let them know the local gas company quoted at least 25% less (and I thought they were high).   Ok, so then the plumber shows up and looks at the water heater gas leak. He determined that the little Maxitrol gas regulator on both the water heater and adjacent furnace are both leaking. He quoted me $356 to repair. EACH. I question this,  $700 to replace these two little regulators, but ultimately agree as I can't have had leaking, right. He works for no more than a hour. The bill comes to $897. It seems he had to repipe a tiny bit of black pipe on one unit that added $50, and then there is the $89 trip charge and tax. By the way, Amazon sells the Maxitrol regulators for about $25. He might have used another $10 in black pipe fittings. So if we back out the tax and the trip charge, the work was $750-60( for parts) or $690 per hour for the labor. Not reasonable. Avoid these thieves.

Jim Dickerson came out and said I needed a part they did not have on truck or in stock (1st pm of work off), they come and install that part (2nd pm of work off) and say if that doesnt work I will need another part. I advise it did not work and will need that other part, so I arranged an appt and took time (3rd pm off work). Same technician that told me I needed that part shows up  and when I ask I hope you have that part I need No he replies...why did they send you out here then? I ask?? His response I have no idea

True story of incompetence and now will need to take 4th pm off literally within 2 weeks, and yes it will be with another company.

Becareful this company, they overcharge you and not handle business  professionally. I had sewer emergency on 6/1/22, they came and gave me estimate $12,000. They accepted cash for $9000 but I paid similar repair $4500 year ago. It only took a little more than half day and 2 people. $9000 is way overcharged. They gave me invoice but my insurance company asking for just part of the invoice for the excavation  the detection of the leak  and  the put back for the cement not the entire invoice. I requested it more than a month ago, my insurance company requested it through email and I called them 3 times. They still didn't generate the part invoice I need as today 8/2/22. This company is not professional handled and they will scam you if you let them.
