ER Plumbing came out and gave us an estimate on replacing the main water line to our house. They were quick to arrive and helped provide a fair and accurate estimate of the work to be done. The tech was very informative and helpful. It's always nice when you feel like a company is genuinely trying to help you rather than take advantage of you, and that's how I felt when talking with ER plumbing. The invoice I got said the techs name was Zachary H., but the woman at the office said his name was Garret... so thanks, whoever you were!

Friday afternoon 4:45 pm we had a leak in our hot water heater,  we called and they had someone out at our house within 30 minutes!   They did a quote and were out at 7:30 am the next day, Saturday, to install a new hot water heater.  So so professional; great pricing, expert installers.  I am so happy we called them.  Very knowledgeable and up to date options and advice was given.  Call them!!!!! Very happy.

Nick is the best!! Came out, in between jobs, 45 minutes after I called and a local plumber bailed.
Helped my SO move the vanity and even gave us some nails to put the molding back.
Can not recommend this gentleman more. Seriously, we are moving to Cornelius in two weeks and he saved us not coming in to a master bath without plumbing. Will only recommend and use this guy going forward.

I needed a plumber on a Saturday.  Will came highly recommended. Ordinarily he wouldn't came out to Gastonia but I'm glad that he did this for us. I had an obvious underground water leak in the front of my property. The sidewalk, that divides the the grass along my front curb from the lawn on my property was showing (leaking) water. Angelo from Pure Flow Plumbing in Cover, SC immediately diagnosed the problem. He said it most likely was the main water line that feeds into the house and that a tree root probably damaged the line. He was right. Unfortunately this line was under the concrete sidewalk. Angelo did a great job cutting a narrow path through the concrete, locating the broken section of water line and replacing that section. He then repaired the side walk by poring concrete and smoothing it out. Had it not been for rain, he would have finished the entire job in one day. It was great having an obviously experienced, knowledgeable person who was able to do both repairs. As a bonus, Angelo was also prompt, courteous and professional. I highly recommend Pure Flow!  (Al. What appeared to be an easy job after watching a YouTube video then turned into a weekend nightmare. We had to call Option One over the weekend due to a stuck cartridge in our shower handle. We couldn't run the water back into the house as we weren't sure if any parts had fallen behind the wall. Scott came out in about a 2 hour window after we called and rescued us and put our mind at ease. It was absolutely worth the extra weekend fee to have peace of mind from this company. This is the second time we've used them and we will call them back for any further plumbing needs.

I've used Chad multiple times for projects around my house and cannot recommend him highly enough.  He is responsive, shows up on time every time, does great quality work and his pricing is fair.  I've had him complete a variety of projects to installing hardware on my walls, electrical work (new lights, outlets), assembled/installed furniture and a variety of other projects around the house.  He is a true professional and you won't regret leveraging him for your projects!

COMPLETELY SATISFIED!!! WORK and PRICING was top notch. I reached out about a toilet issue this morning around 7am. I was contacted back within seconds. Rebecca set everything up and was very knowledgeable she kept me posted on the arrival of my plumber through email. And before 10am the job was done and cleaned up like they were never even here, and our men's toilet is finally FIXED. We had Mike Walker with Brian Long Plumbing to our home today. We had a leaking sink fixed and a new toilet and pedastal sink installed. The work, advice and professionalism was outstanding. I highly recommend this company. It is nice to have someone so pleasant and who also really puts pride in his work at the same time.

I tried to fix something on my own (on a Friday afternoon) but didn't actually have the right part and put a hole in the pipe... YouTube fail. So I called 8 places, they were the only ones that answered! They were able to get someone out in a timely manner and the problem was fixed in less than 20 minutes. They also charged significantly less than another local place we recently used! I will definitely call them again!!

Had a tub removed in my grandma's house she is 80 and has a hard time stepping over the tub they installed a walk in shower with grab bars for her safety they had the upmost compassion for my mom and remodeled her bathroom for her safety it took a huge worry off my mind i was so worried she would fall but thanks to abetterway for putting me at ease they also followed up a year later for a warranty issue that they took care of at no cost to me! Dustin the owner is a standup guy they have done a few jobs for my friends as well!

I had granite countertops installed by Carolina Granite and unbeknownst to me, they do not reconnect the plumbing so I contacted 3 Way Plumbing since they had been to my home from a home warranty issue I had and I was satisfied with the work they completed. I only needed a faucet installed and the plumbing reconnected (dishwasher, garbage disposal and PVC pipes for sink). The PVC pipes were practically brand new since the garbage disposal was replaced last December. I was charged $757 for this work and feel this is highway robbery. I didn't ask for the pipes to be replaced which they were and it took less than an hour and a half to complete the job. My advice after this expensive experience is to hire an independent plumber who doesn't pass their overhead onto the customer as you'll be paying for their high tech work vans and advertising costs.

We had a leak in our ceiling in the bathroom they were prompt and coming out right away. However they put a hole in our ceiling and told us that it is not a plumbing or pipe issue and that we needed to call a roofer and it must be rainwater well the leak persists even when it's not raining we get a roofer who comes in and says the roof has no problem but he has found a problem with a pipe. Do not trust this company they will come out charge you to tell you that there's nothing they can do and ignore glaring issues that they are supposed to be fixing.

Came out quickly to repair a broken water line, which was the only positive.

Negatives:

1. Lost the lock key to my crawl space so I have to buy a new lock.

2.  Did not even attempt to fix landscaping they removed.  They removed lighting, a plant, and a small rock wall and left it scattered in the yard.  

Extremely disappointed with their aftercare for the price I paid for them to come out.

A friend of mine used North Meck Plumming.  I didn't just because they could not get out here as early because we had been without water for 2 weeks. They completely restored his landscaping as close to the original as possible.

I felt that the technician was more interested in upselling instead of listening and diagnosing problem.  We had a clog/blockage in drainage piping under house that was causing backup of septic into house (we believe due to construction materials getting into drain from remodel we had just had done in bathroom). We were wanting likes snakes/scoped to make sure clog was resolved and no further issues.  Technician tried to convince us that we needed to repipe drainage pipe for whole house which was not wanted or needed.  We had lived in house three plus years and no issues prior to bathroom remodel.
