Called Julians plumbing and had Jeff and Jason come over within 24 hrs to look at a couple sinks, a finicky disposal, and poor water pressure. They knocked out the work quickly, kept me informed of all of the options, and did a great overall job. Definitely will use them for any future plumbing needs.

Second time using and just like the last time our plumbing issue was resolved quickly!  Very quick response to my quote request and was told the time of service would be between 8 and 8:30.  The service tech showed up at 8:15.  Great job! And thanks for the consistent professional attitude and attention to details!

Daniel came out right away, diagnosed the problem & was able to fix and update the toilet at the same time! Yay!!

No free estimates. $69 to get a simple estimate. No thanks pal. In the age of competitiveness, that's not at all competitive. I don't have to know anything else about the company. If you start by charging what should be your company trying to get more business and customers, that's a very bad start. I'm definitely going somewhere else and keeping my $69 just for you to show up to my house and NOT do anything.

Called for estimate only. Cost: $49 just to come take a look.To snake main line was $295. Thought it  pricier than I felt the job warranted, but he was pleasant-spoken.Plumbers in Charlotte are amazingly high for an hour's work it seems.

Nick is the best!! Came out, in between jobs, 45 minutes after I called and a local plumber bailed.
Helped my SO move the vanity and even gave us some nails to put the molding back.
Can not recommend this gentleman more. Seriously, we are moving to Cornelius in two weeks and he saved us not coming in to a master bath without plumbing. Will only recommend and use this guy going forward.

We had a leak coming from our garbage disposal.  Called Service Pro and they promptly came out within a few hours to promptly fix the problem.  Their fees seem fair and maybe even a little lower than the big guys.  They have a $59 service fee so be sure to ask up front if you know what you are having done that this does not include labor or parts.  They seem very honest which I can appreciate and even offer a one year guarantee.  I will keep their name on file in case something comes up again.

I had an obvious underground water leak in the front of my property. The sidewalk, that divides the the grass along my front curb from the lawn on my property was showing (leaking) water. Angelo from Pure Flow Plumbing in Cover, SC immediately diagnosed the problem. He said it most likely was the main water line that feeds into the house and that a tree root probably damaged the line. He was right. Unfortunately this line was under the concrete sidewalk. Angelo did a great job cutting a narrow path through the concrete, locating the broken section of water line and replacing that section. He then repaired the side walk by poring concrete and smoothing it out. Had it not been for rain, he would have finished the entire job in one day. It was great having an obviously experienced, knowledgeable person who was able to do both repairs. As a bonus, Angelo was also prompt, courteous and professional. I highly recommend Pure Flow!  (Al. I've used Chad multiple times for projects around my house and cannot recommend him highly enough.  He is responsive, shows up on time every time, does great quality work and his pricing is fair.  I've had him complete a variety of projects to installing hardware on my walls, electrical work (new lights, outlets), assembled/installed furniture and a variety of other projects around the house.  He is a true professional and you won't regret leveraging him for your projects!

I did not need Mr. Garvey's services as I just bought a new home,  but being unfamiliar with North Carolina's winters I thought I would ask him his opinion of how to deal with my water heater through the winter months.

He did a great job answering my questions, very friendly and appreciated his kind attitude and helping demeanor.   If I do need a plumber I would be using him based on that alone -- sometimes what a person does for you without any services in return tells you about their quality before you even need to use them.  Mr. Garvey passed that test with flying colors, and I would recommend him highly.

I called Brian Long Plumbing for a plumbing problem with my toilet. Best call I made! My toilet tank had cracked and I needed a new installation. This company is a hidden gem! I had made a dozen calls, starting with the most highly rated. None could help. Brian is extremely busy but squeezed me in for a 24 hour turnaround time. Extremely knowledgeable and honest to a fault. He has been in business for a decade. He was able to uninstall and install a new toilet in under 90 minutes, was the most reasonably priced and takes extreme pride in his work. I would absolutely recommend Brian to anyone needing a plumber and he will be my first call if ever needed again.

We called Cain's a few months ago to re-pitch the sewage line in our crawl space so that our chronically backed up toilet would function properly. They were quick to respond, completed the work in FAR less time than I expected and came in a couple hundred $ less than a large name plumbing company. We called Cain's because we suspected that other company was trying to gauge us saying it would cost $1,000. We were so glad to get a second estimate . It cost around $600 with Cain's.

Now to today, we had our disposal clog after hours Tuesday night and also noticed that the sink was leaking when it was filled with the backed up water from the disposal. They weren't able to make it out Wednesday and we were fine with that. Ours wasn't an emergency. Yes it was plugged up and inconvenient but we understood that there were more urgent jobs than ours. We scooped the water out of the sink and put a bucket under it and were fine.

Before they arrived, we realized that there was a loose hot water handle on our bathroom spigot and that the tub was draining slowly. I know plumbers must roll their eyes that one request turns into multiple issues by the time they get there but since we have to pay the expense, we might as well get it all fixed rather than pay for another visit.

Cain's guys were awesome about the extra requests. No attitude, no acting like it was a problem. They were totally professional.  Their plumber and another plumber in training came out Thursday around 11:45 and were gone by 1pm. In just over an hour they
- cleared the jam in the disposal
- had to replumb under that sink to fix the leak
-cleared the hair out of the slow draining tub (I blame my husband)
- tightened a hot water handle
- secured a tub handle

All in just over an hour and it cost around $211. Absolutely reasonable and their guys are great. It's such a relief to have a company that we can call in a pinch.

And they came in wearing masks without us having to ask. I am an immune suppressed person and was stressed that it would be awkward if I had to ask them to wear a mask but they were already masked when they arrived. THANKS GUYS!!!

I had a real plumbing emergency upon returning from vacation. My upstairs toilet overflowed severely. Justin provided excellent customer service via the telephone. Walking me through how to shut off my water in my home and advising me that he would be to me immediately to help me get to the bottom of what was going on. He was very polite, helpful, and he educated me on what exactly transpired, very quick and efficient. I definitely would highly recommend this company. Should you experienced any plumbing emergencies highly recommended.

Ask for Tom. A real pro and you don't see that very much these days. He is very knowledgeable and friendly.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Our HVAC went out last year, having a new born in the house in the middle of summer; we decided to act quickly to get it replaced. We called Morris-Jenkins! To make a long story short. We just found out , that when you finance your HVAC, they also take a Lien out on your home. That's not cool and we were not told. Of course we should have read the contract but that's something you should also be informed of during purchasing

I have had two recent instances that needed an electrician quickly.  I called Jim Dickerson Co. And they were Johnny on the Spot.  I had appointments within 48 hours both times.  They are great to work with.  Their reps in the office and in the field are both so professional, friendly, and courteous.  They send reminder emails not only about your appointment, but when the rep/tech is on their way to your residence so you can be prepared for them.  

One of the best things is their pricing.  Pricing is in line with others or better.  You certainly get what you pay for, and they do not try to up sell you to items/work you don't need.  Their work is thorough and in my opinion, up to anyone's standards.  

I would recommend them to anyone looking for a first class experience.

I was having issues and called this place to come out to inspect.  This was on Wednesday and the guy told me someone would be here on Thursday. Great!  Waited all day on Thursday, no one showed. I called them back and they said I was on the schedule for Friday (even though I received my text).  So, whatever, Friday it is.  Now after waiting all day again, no one showed up and I received another text to see we'll see you tomorrow (meaning Saturday).  These people have no clue of what they are doing.  Go somewhere else!
