Came out on Sunday to work my shut-off valve replacement and bidet install.  Quick and courteous.  

The downside was it was a pricey quick job...  But I'm not knowledgeable about plumbing prices.  It's not something I would kill a star for in that case.  If you're paying for a pro - be prepared.

Otherwise, highly recommend.!

Brett and Johnny replaced a water heater for me. They arrived when they said they would and did the job quickly and efficiently. They left a clean work area and made sure I understood the operation and warranty details before they left.

I would definitely use All Hours Plumbing again.

Ted worked diligently on my long list of repairs - fixing drains, fixing faucets, and replacing a toilet.  I am thankful for his identification and repair of a gas leak in my hot water heater.  I am a repeat customer for this business and would hire them again.

No free estimates. $69 to get a simple estimate. No thanks pal. In the age of competitiveness, that's not at all competitive. I don't have to know anything else about the company. If you start by charging what should be your company trying to get more business and customers, that's a very bad start. I'm definitely going somewhere else and keeping my $69 just for you to show up to my house and NOT do anything.

Called for estimate only. Cost: $49 just to come take a look.To snake main line was $295. Thought it  pricier than I felt the job warranted, but he was pleasant-spoken.Plumbers in Charlotte are amazingly high for an hour's work it seems.

SUPER SUPER SUPER Service. Great guy, fantastic work, excellent problem solver and very very fair price. ( much better than anybody)!  You can't go wrong!!!

Great service, would hire again, and recommend to friends. They were very quick to call me immediately after I requested the quote. Very easy to schedule with, and the work was perfect. Had them fix a leaky tub, and a running toilet.

It was my first time using Pure Flow plumbing. After calling 12 other companies for an emergency repair they were the only ones to come right out. The guys Taylor Bridges and Corey  that came out to do the repairs were extremely knowledgeable and professional. They cleaned up after themselves when the work was done, and even went the extra mile of pressure washing the road from where mud  had ran off from where they had to dig a pipe up before they left. Highly recommend them if your in a pinch and want it fixed ASAP

Charlotte Plumbing fix my problem in one day. They did not waste time, did not have to call and see if something match something else. They came to my house (on time) yanked out the thing that was broken and brought back a new unbroken thing and installed said thing.The job was done quick and the plumber was courteous, taking off his shoes before entering without being asked! Charlotte plumbing operates with attention to detail, these people are the real deal!

I called at 8pm they would have came out rite away for a fee but I said it could wait they showed up at the time we agreed on . Lundon was my tech very knowledgable we discussed all my options was a tad pricey but you get what you pay for and it was worth it I got a new well pump new bladder tank and hot water heater took bout 5 1/2 hrs . Great job Lundon

Loved that they show up in masks!  Mike and his son are great at what they do and very thoughtful.  I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a plumber!  On time and reasonable prices.

They came out within a few hours of our plumbing backup and promptly figured out the issue. They immediately got started digging and replacing the damaged portions of the line and limited the repair to the necessary sections. They went above and beyond and replaced an extra portion of the old pipe without charging us extra. We felt very confident in their knowledge and ability and they put our minds at ease. They made a very stressful problem as smooth as it could possibly be. Brian was especially helpful and took the time to make sure we understood the issue along the way.

We had Mike Walker with Brian Long Plumbing to our home today. We had a leaking sink fixed and a new toilet and pedastal sink installed. The work, advice and professionalism was outstanding. I highly recommend this company. It is nice to have someone so pleasant and who also really puts pride in his work at the same time.

We called Cain's a few months ago to re-pitch the sewage line in our crawl space so that our chronically backed up toilet would function properly. They were quick to respond, completed the work in FAR less time than I expected and came in a couple hundred $ less than a large name plumbing company. We called Cain's because we suspected that other company was trying to gauge us saying it would cost $1,000. We were so glad to get a second estimate . It cost around $600 with Cain's.

Now to today, we had our disposal clog after hours Tuesday night and also noticed that the sink was leaking when it was filled with the backed up water from the disposal. They weren't able to make it out Wednesday and we were fine with that. Ours wasn't an emergency. Yes it was plugged up and inconvenient but we understood that there were more urgent jobs than ours. We scooped the water out of the sink and put a bucket under it and were fine.

Before they arrived, we realized that there was a loose hot water handle on our bathroom spigot and that the tub was draining slowly. I know plumbers must roll their eyes that one request turns into multiple issues by the time they get there but since we have to pay the expense, we might as well get it all fixed rather than pay for another visit.

Cain's guys were awesome about the extra requests. No attitude, no acting like it was a problem. They were totally professional.  Their plumber and another plumber in training came out Thursday around 11:45 and were gone by 1pm. In just over an hour they
- cleared the jam in the disposal
- had to replumb under that sink to fix the leak
-cleared the hair out of the slow draining tub (I blame my husband)
- tightened a hot water handle
- secured a tub handle

All in just over an hour and it cost around $211. Absolutely reasonable and their guys are great. It's such a relief to have a company that we can call in a pinch.

And they came in wearing masks without us having to ask. I am an immune suppressed person and was stressed that it would be awkward if I had to ask them to wear a mask but they were already masked when they arrived. THANKS GUYS!!!

I had a real plumbing emergency upon returning from vacation. My upstairs toilet overflowed severely. Justin provided excellent customer service via the telephone. Walking me through how to shut off my water in my home and advising me that he would be to me immediately to help me get to the bottom of what was going on. He was very polite, helpful, and he educated me on what exactly transpired, very quick and efficient. I definitely would highly recommend this company. Should you experienced any plumbing emergencies highly recommended.

Ask for Tom. A real pro and you don't see that very much these days. He is very knowledgeable and friendly.

Tech was on time and did a great job. I knew what had to be repaired but I didn't say anything because I was waiting on the typical oh you need this and this and this from him but he didn't do that. He pointed out what needed to be replaced which is what I already knew. It was very nice to know that he didn't try to scam me. A little pricy but it was worth it because he got the job finished with no attempt to upsell me on unnecessary parts.

Jim Dickerson came out and said I needed a part they did not have on truck or in stock (1st pm of work off), they come and install that part (2nd pm of work off) and say if that doesnt work I will need another part. I advise it did not work and will need that other part, so I arranged an appt and took time (3rd pm off work). Same technician that told me I needed that part shows up  and when I ask I hope you have that part I need No he replies...why did they send you out here then? I ask?? His response I have no idea

True story of incompetence and now will need to take 4th pm off literally within 2 weeks, and yes it will be with another company.

I felt that the technician was more interested in upselling instead of listening and diagnosing problem.  We had a clog/blockage in drainage piping under house that was causing backup of septic into house (we believe due to construction materials getting into drain from remodel we had just had done in bathroom). We were wanting likes snakes/scoped to make sure clog was resolved and no further issues.  Technician tried to convince us that we needed to repipe drainage pipe for whole house which was not wanted or needed.  We had lived in house three plus years and no issues prior to bathroom remodel.
