I had an issue with the plumbing set up in my laundry room. I was frustrated with the contractor who worked on the house, and initially didn't receive much help. Jeff came to the rescue and was so helpful, just over the phone. Anytime I need some plumbing help, I will definitely be calling these guys at Julian's.

Johnny and his colleague replaced the bolts in the toilet tank for me in addition to replacing the gasket. Scheduling was easy and they called half an hour before arrival. They did a great job with fix and the price was much more reasonable than all the other quotes i got. I would definitely recommend them.

Option One Plumbing helped me with a clogged drain in my kitchen sink and I am very happy with the service. From arranging the visit to the actual work, the whole process went very well. The customer service was great and they came out the same night to look at a water heater.    I can't give them a better review because their cost was outrageous.   $2,000 to replace a water heater in the garage was twice what it should have been.   I was out of town and it was for one of my rental properties so I was in a bind.   I would suggest finding someone cheaper if you have time to shop around.

I needed to replace leaking angle valves in my bathroom. Called Carolina plumbing pros and set up appointment. The technician that came was fantastic. Price was more than fair and the quality of work was superior.

Nick was awesome! We just bought an older house so there were quite a few plumbing issues and past 'handyman' fixes to be repaired.

We had cast iron, copper, pex, pvc and he did it all! We removed a wall in our bathroom and he redirected our plumbing to go down a different wall and even crawled up in our tiny attic to secure the cast iron that was falling down.  He also moved our water heater, plumbed in our vanities, set up our shower/handheld valves/diverters.

Can't recommend him and his partner, Burke, enough! Super responsive, punctual, and clean up well after themselves. Plus they were very sweet to our dog who is very curious and all up in their business. We will definitely be using them when we get around to doing our other bathroom!

I just want to thank Service Pro for coming out and fixing my hot water today. I was 11 days without hot water trying to go through my warranty and the owners along with John who fixed my water heater saved the day! I highly recommend this company. It was my first time using Pure Flow plumbing. After calling 12 other companies for an emergency repair they were the only ones to come right out. The guys Taylor Bridges and Corey  that came out to do the repairs were extremely knowledgeable and professional. They cleaned up after themselves when the work was done, and even went the extra mile of pressure washing the road from where mud  had ran off from where they had to dig a pipe up before they left. Highly recommend them if your in a pinch and want it fixed ASAP

Charlotte Plumbing fix my problem in one day. They did not waste time, did not have to call and see if something match something else. They came to my house (on time) yanked out the thing that was broken and brought back a new unbroken thing and installed said thing.The job was done quick and the plumber was courteous, taking off his shoes before entering without being asked! Charlotte plumbing operates with attention to detail, these people are the real deal!

I called at 8pm they would have came out rite away for a fee but I said it could wait they showed up at the time we agreed on . Lundon was my tech very knowledgable we discussed all my options was a tad pricey but you get what you pay for and it was worth it I got a new well pump new bladder tank and hot water heater took bout 5 1/2 hrs . Chad was professional, affordable, punctual, and a pleasure to work with. He did his homework on the project prior to quoting me his rate. My project had layers to it and he communicated effectively. He offered great suggestions on follow up tasks I had surrounding the project, and those suggestions proved extremely helpful. He went above and beyond. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Mike Garvey Plumbing.  I have called on Mike two times in the past 2 months for work I needed done at my home.  Mike is very prompt, professional and knowledgeable.  I work full time so it's crucial that I can make an appointment and have the service person show up when they say they are going to so my whole day workwise is not shot (on top of a plumbing bill to boot!!)  Mike has been here exactly when he says he will be - And he always calls prior to the appointment letting me know he is on his way which is an added bonus.  He is very friendly (not intimidating) and very knowledgeable and explains things so 'a woman can understand'!  Being a woman -not knowing much about plumbing I always worry service folks will take me to the cleaners as I do not know when something can or can't be fixed or to what extreme the repair should be - aka $$$!   Do not hesitate to call on Mike Garvey Plumbing - no matter how big or small your request is.  He is AMAZING!   And at a very fair price!

We had wire WyattWorks plumbing out to replace a hot water heater and test our gas lines. Very pleased with their responsiveness and professionalism. Would definitely hire again. Brian and Solomon were awesome.

I called Brian Long Plumbing for a plumbing problem with my toilet. Best call I made! My toilet tank had cracked and I needed a new installation. This company is a hidden gem! I had made a dozen calls, starting with the most highly rated. None could help. Brian is extremely busy but squeezed me in for a 24 hour turnaround time. Extremely knowledgeable and honest to a fault. He has been in business for a decade. He was able to uninstall and install a new toilet in under 90 minutes, was the most reasonably priced and takes extreme pride in his work. I would absolutely recommend Brian to anyone needing a plumber and he will be my first call if ever needed again.

This company installed a water heater for us. Part of their sales pitch is to service and clean/flush for the life of the unit.  Is the heater is having some problems and needs it's first service and this company won't call me back. I have texted Dustin Williams and called, he hangs up on me and tells us we have the wrong number. Don't do business with this company unless you don't care about service after the install. Any implied warranty from them is useless.

My girlfriend called these guys and the people are polite, capable and courteous, but their pricing for a simple sink drain cleanout is insane.  $89 for a trip charge (not credited into the job) + $473 to snake the drain for a pre tax total of $562; with tax a total of  $602.75. This job was less than an hour onsite.  
They claim upfront pricing, but do not give even rough pricing over the phone and will tell you that a knowledgable technician will call you and schedule an appointment.  The upfront pricing comes when they are on site and the clock is running with, in our case, an intimidated lady feeling trapped into the deal.
I have over 25 years in the construction industry as a licensed general contractor/remodeler/inspector and while I appreciate trade work and the cost to value as it relates to skill and overhead expense, there are some things that are way out of line. I would have done this myself, but my girlfriend was trying not to worry me with a simple problem leaving me to find out after the fact when I saw the invoice.

Once again these guys get the job done, but for a simple drain cleanout it would be in your best interest to shop elsewhere.

Though they did come out when I was having trouble getting someone to check out my unit, when I got a quote the cheapest that they could do was $17,000 for unit and new duct work. I literally think my jaw hit the floor. The salesperson proceeded to claim the tariffs that had gone into place were driving prices up. Btw almost $800 for disposal and if you rent a truck and take it to a scrap yard you will get about the cost of renting the truck for scrapping. When I said I would dispose sales guy actually said he could just take that completely off and do it. Shady. I looked into my guy and told him i could do it whenever he was available and he did all the work for $10,000 less!  Sure it took 3 more days, but i think I can sweat for $3,333 a day. Morris Jenkins is a total rip taking advantage of people that are desperate. Furthermore, they offer the worst financing in the world and try to sell it hard. Over 9% interest for financing!!!

Awful experience!! The technician did not provide an estimate for replacing a fill valve in my guest bathroom. He went ahead and put one in the toilet while I was talking with a customer on the phone. He did not give me an estimate and I did not authorize that price. He charged me $145.00 for labor plus a $65.00 service fee for 10 minutes of work. Then he put owner supplied materials and no warranty on the receipt. I never gave him a fill valve!! I called the company and spoke with Debbie. She was argumentative, disrespectful and did not listen to what I had to say!! They're the worst!!

I was having issues and called this place to come out to inspect.  This was on Wednesday and the guy told me someone would be here on Thursday. Great!  Waited all day on Thursday, no one showed. I called them back and they said I was on the schedule for Friday (even though I received my text).  So, whatever, Friday it is.  Now after waiting all day again, no one showed up and I received another text to see we'll see you tomorrow (meaning Saturday).  These people have no clue of what they are doing.  Go somewhere else!
