I have been extremely impressed with everyone at Ron Steele Plumbing.  In preparing my home to sell and working through an inspection report, they were thorough, fully explained options and finished work in a timely manner.  I wouldn't call anyone else!

Would recommend to anyone! We had a great experience working with MKB Plumbing to replace our old hot water heater. They were prompt, professional, courteous, and respectful. They came out for a free estimate, stuck with the estimate, and were able to schedule us within a week after the quote, sooner if it had worked for my schedule. Mike does great, efficient, and high quality work, and he stands by his labor. PLUS his price was 1/3 that of the big name Charlotte area plumbing giant with annoying radio ads. Would recommend to anyone looking for a quality plumber in the Charlotte area.

I called Jason and he replied to my request in a timely manner. Jason stayed within his quote. He cleaned up any mess. I would call Jason for all my plumbing needs.

Poor customer service, had a water leak under sink, contacted Price brothers after hours Friday, did not make an emergency out of it out of respect for there workers over the Easter weekend. My home is brand new and they did the plumbing install, 2-weeks living in it. I received a text from an employee Price Brothers send me the address and neighbor will send someone out Monday try not to that sink not my grammar copied and pasted from my message. I replied We will be home around 4:30 Monday, thanks. address was included, removed for privacy.
Continuing, had a young lady call me around 8:00 am Monday and advised they would have someone come out Tuesday. I replied that would not work, needed to be today. She advised would take care of. The manager called me back and worked to my schedule, great customer service.

This business was originally recommended by our builder in Huntersville. I was  fortunate to have had a reference when the time came. I have used them on a few occassions and they have always been respectful, thorough and affordable. Keep up the great work ethics.

Good service and quick response which is why I gave them 3 stars, but overpriced. They charge by the service not the hour. I had 2 shower cartridges replaced and 1 shutoff valve knob replaced. $150 worth of parts $325 for labor. The technician was here for a total of 55 minutes.... The price is after I called and talked to the owner because it started at $650!!!! I should have checked the labor charges before the technician started however he also should have told us the rates prior to having it done.

We needed to have a new toilet installed.  Peyton responded to our request quickly.  Cost for the work was reasonable. He was prompt, pleasant, neat,  did a good job with the installation, and answered all questions that we had.  In addition, he helped us with a leaky faucet.

RicK and his crew are the high standard of professionalism and understanding that all plumbing customers look for. We were referred to McCoy by another highly recommended plumber after they could not do our repair. AT&T severed our main water line during their neighborhood installation. AT&T repair only held for a few months. Our yard was soggy. We were not happy. Not only did McCoy answer the call, were very truthful about the level of repair needed, but executed what they said they'd do, even going beyond. Dillon and Josh were terrific, knowledgeable and polite. We had another repair pop up on the second visit and they were able to quickly diagnosis and repair free of charge. Great service. I'd highly recommend this company for any plumbing needs. It is so nice to have this kind of service still around in our lovely city. The city of Greensboro stopped by my house to let me know I was having a plumbing problem, on my backside neighbors house. The bright before I called Doug. He was out the next morning advocating for me with the city of Greensboro and the drainage in my neighbors yard. He not only fixed the issue but let the city know their part needed work also. Saved me hundreds of dollars. Friendly, honest and hard working. He is now my go to plumbing guy!!

I had an awesome experience !!! Not only did Danny show up on time, but he was in and out in less than 20 mins. He checked a few times to make sure that everything was working properly before he left... not to mention the cost was very affordable!! Thanks guys

Four stars because we ended up not having to have plumber come to our home.  They were pleasantly nice and prompt in response.  If we end up needing a hoe service call Forrest will be the one!  If all goes as thought I will  be back giving star #5!

I am extremely pleased with the service I received. Alex was super nice and very professional. It's obvious that he knows his job and knows it well. I will definitely keep your number on file and call if I have any other plumbing needs.

We recently found Joel, who has since helped us with several plumbing projects.  He was unbelievably fast and very knowledgeable in all the areas we asked him to work on, including tankless hot water heater, installing shower diverter and drain in renovated bathroom and replacing a broken exterior faucet.  It's hard to find a good plumber, even harder to find one you can trust, that can take care of your plumbing issues and charge a very fair price.

Great service!! The initial call asked for all the right information so they came prepared to address my concerns about a leaky faucet that was not due to a cartridge failure.
Kenny installed two upstairs toilets and replaced a faulty water pressure value. He was personable, neat and obviously excellent at his craft. I highly recommend his services!

We would definitely use Mike again . He spent a lot of time with us investigating a leak and wouldn't take any money when it turned out it was coming from the roof. If I need a plumber I hope to use him so we can pay him next time!

My door shifted due to house settlement making my door unable to open or close properly. I messaged him and he replied very quickly, was able to come next day to give a quote. He diagnosed the problem and explained all the options carefully for me. He was able to complete the job same day for a reasonable price. Door swings better than before. He made sure to leave his work tidy as I had it before. Also very friendly. Will use him again for future repairs.
