Would absolutely recommend.  I used them for a job as my regular plumbing contact was out of town, and ended up using them for 2 subsequent jobs the following week.  Prompt and professional service, and Jason was extremely courteous and responsive.  Great family run business that I will be using both for my home and rental property going forward

My water main broke on a Sunday afternoon.  All Hours was the only plumber to return my call, and Johnny showed up less than an hour later.  He worked in difficult, dark, muddy conditions for a couple of hours, got the main repaired, and water restored to the house.  There was a small glitch, but when I called about that glitch, Johnny and Eric showed up at my house within a half hour, and worked until they got the glitch fixed - at no charge.  I would sum it up this way:  All Hours is responsive, prompt, professional, and they stand behind their work 100%.  I can't ask for more than that.  I'm confident in recommending All Hours Plumbing, and I'll definitely use them again.

They really are Option 1! Contact them for advice, replacement, repairs or new installation. From Celebrity customers to people like little ol' me, everyone is treated like Gold. Seriously, I felt that. Anyway, Tim came out with a colleague and they both evaluated each of my concerns with both short-and-long term solutions. Consultation and guidance go a long way toward making the best decision for my family. I learned a lot from them and got all my needs taken care of. So glad for their full-service and quick solutions. I have a child with special needs and made some extraordinary requests -- Tim met every challenge with his expertise and became my point-person. I truly am happy, even after paying for new plumbing throughout my home and the tankless water heater and carbon filter. The ability to enjoy my home worry-free is worth all the pennies!!

ER Plumbing came out and gave us an estimate on replacing the main water line to our house. They were quick to arrive and helped provide a fair and accurate estimate of the work to be done. The tech was very informative and helpful. It's always nice when you feel like a company is genuinely trying to help you rather than take advantage of you, and that's how I felt when talking with ER plumbing. The invoice I got said the techs name was Zachary H., but the woman at the office said his name was Garret... so thanks, whoever you were!

I had another company out to deal with a clog on a limited time deal.  They failed to remove the clog, and  told me that I had a collapsed pipe under my slab and gave me a huge quote, wanting to jackhammer up the concrete.  I called Carolina Plumbing Pros and they came out to evaluate and give another quote.  They unclogged it in minutes, let me know it was just a clogged pipe, and were quite honest and professional.  I like straight shooters, and will definitely put them at the top of my list.

Nick was awesome! We just bought an older house so there were quite a few plumbing issues and past 'handyman' fixes to be repaired.

We had cast iron, copper, pex, pvc and he did it all! We removed a wall in our bathroom and he redirected our plumbing to go down a different wall and even crawled up in our tiny attic to secure the cast iron that was falling down.  He also moved our water heater, plumbed in our vanities, set up our shower/handheld valves/diverters.

Can't recommend him and his partner, Burke, enough! Super responsive, punctual, and clean up well after themselves. Plus they were very sweet to our dog who is very curious and all up in their business. We will definitely be using them when we get around to doing our other bathroom!

Great service, would hire again, and recommend to friends. They were very quick to call me immediately after I requested the quote. Very easy to schedule with, and the work was perfect. Had them fix a leaky tub, and a running toilet.

I had an obvious underground water leak in the front of my property. The sidewalk, that divides the the grass along my front curb from the lawn on my property was showing (leaking) water. Angelo from Pure Flow Plumbing in Cover, SC immediately diagnosed the problem. He said it most likely was the main water line that feeds into the house and that a tree root probably damaged the line. He was right. Unfortunately this line was under the concrete sidewalk. Angelo did a great job cutting a narrow path through the concrete, locating the broken section of water line and replacing that section. He then repaired the side walk by poring concrete and smoothing it out. Had it not been for rain, he would have finished the entire job in one day. It was great having an obviously experienced, knowledgeable person who was able to do both repairs. As a bonus, Angelo was also prompt, courteous and professional. I highly recommend Pure Flow!  (Al. We used this company a couple of times, the most recent being to flush a line and reset a toilet.  Each time our plumber (Guitar) was courteous, possessed outstanding communication skills and most important - did a thorough and professional job.  Highly recommended!

I called at 8pm they would have came out rite away for a fee but I said it could wait they showed up at the time we agreed on . Lundon was my tech very knowledgable we discussed all my options was a tad pricey but you get what you pay for and it was worth it I got a new well pump new bladder tank and hot water heater took bout 5 1/2 hrs . Chad was great! It's so hard to find people who know what they're doing and who actually communicate. Chad was in touch regularly about our job. He showed up on time. Did excellent work. And was just generally a pleasure. There is a good reason he has Professional in the name of his business.

Our hot water heater burst and Garvey's Plumbing was out the same day to assess the damage and quote a replacement. The following day they replaced my water heater in a couple of hours. A few months ago, they installed natural gas lines for my gas oven, and it's a similar story: punctual, kind, and quality work.

I called Brian Long Plumbing for a plumbing problem with my toilet. Best call I made! My toilet tank had cracked and I needed a new installation. This company is a hidden gem! I had made a dozen calls, starting with the most highly rated. None could help. Brian is extremely busy but squeezed me in for a 24 hour turnaround time. Extremely knowledgeable and honest to a fault. He has been in business for a decade. He was able to uninstall and install a new toilet in under 90 minutes, was the most reasonably priced and takes extreme pride in his work. I would absolutely recommend Brian to anyone needing a plumber and he will be my first call if ever needed again.

I tried to fix something on my own (on a Friday afternoon) but didn't actually have the right part and put a hole in the pipe... YouTube fail. So I called 8 places, they were the only ones that answered! They were able to get someone out in a timely manner and the problem was fixed in less than 20 minutes. They also charged significantly less than another local place we recently used! I will definitely call them again!!

Had a tub removed in my grandma's house she is 80 and has a hard time stepping over the tub they installed a walk in shower with grab bars for her safety they had the upmost compassion for my mom and remodeled her bathroom for her safety it took a huge worry off my mind i was so worried she would fall but thanks to abetterway for putting me at ease they also followed up a year later for a warranty issue that they took care of at no cost to me! Dustin the owner is a standup guy they have done a few jobs for my friends as well!

I was calling to get a RFP for swapping out a black flow preventer. Would not give an estimate unless came out to the sight for a 90 dollar estimate fee.
It's an above ground device which is standard. Have two other companies who gave estimates and one of which is coming without a fee.

We signed up for a year service contract.  When it came time to check out our furnace for the winter, the first tech was polite and very efficient he noted our furnace was very old and needed to be replaced at some point (no surprise to us).  The first tech checked the furnace before leaving and it ran just fine.  The next day we tried to fire it back up, and it wouldn't turn back on.  We called them back out, and another tech showed up, he was up in the attic for awhile.  Per the tech the door wasn't shut completed, which prevented it from firing up (odd).  He said we have very big problems and excused himself to go to his truck, again this took awhile.  He comes back with an Ipad that has a bunch of pictures on it.  He claimed it was our furnace not so sure it was.  He said its not safe to fire back up (firmly) and wanted to give us a quote on a new unit.  There is no doubt he was trying to pressure us in buying a new unit urgently.  He was so pushy and when looking at him it clearly led us to believe this is a pressure to buy tactic.  We canceled our annual check up and made note (verbally) to the company as to why.  We haven't heard back on our complaint which is why I am taking the time to write this review.  Oddly enough a few months later the same guy in on the new commercial!!!!!

Was told needed new ac unit but was only a $165 dollar part when I got a second opinion also was told that the freon was to low but the inside unit was never on to actually check it and when the other guy came out and checked it it was completely fine but bc they didn't have the inside unit on it wouldn't read right called and asked why they said I needed a new unit and was told that when a units so many years old they just replace rather then fix

Becareful this company, they overcharge you and not handle business  professionally. I had sewer emergency on 6/1/22, they came and gave me estimate $12,000. They accepted cash for $9000 but I paid similar repair $4500 year ago. It only took a little more than half day and 2 people. $9000 is way overcharged. They gave me invoice but my insurance company asking for just part of the invoice for the excavation  the detection of the leak  and  the put back for the cement not the entire invoice. I requested it more than a month ago, my insurance company requested it through email and I called them 3 times. They still didn't generate the part invoice I need as today 8/2/22. This company is not professional handled and they will scam you if you let them.
