All For One Plumbing has taken care of a few issues that I've had and they are fast , reliable, and efficient. I've had my water lines replaced from my well to my house and I now have the best water pressure since I've bought my house. Definitely will call them if I have any other plumbing needs....

I called on same day I needed plumbing help and Dawn the wife tried to accommodate me into their schedule. She was super nice and very helpful. After asking me for symptoms she spoke with her husband who gave me tips on fixing the issue myself. They didn't want to come and charge me for a simple jiggle.

I Called Huff plumbing to come over to check a leaky sink a couple weeks ago. We had a tech Michael that showed up right on time got to the sink and found the problem ! fixed it in a little under 30 minutes. Now that's what I call service! Thank you Huff  plumbing for your prompt service ! We highly recommend Huff plumbing!!

Stephen was a spectacular worker and a knowledgeable guest to have in our home. We called him in to redo our kitchen tile and backsplash and we couldn't be happier with his work. Always kind and willing to work with us, I fully recommend him for any future work.

FANTASTIC job by Mr. Gary. Don't let the low number of reviews fool you. Mr. Gary is a veteran to this game! He is simply just recently getting started with online advertising to expand his horizons. In action plumbing since 1977! Extremely nice, easy to talk to, follows COVID precautions, very educational (I like to learn when I get someone out to help so I can do it myself if it ever happens again) and knocked this job out (tub that would not drain after trying snake, drano, boiling water, etc) in a cinch! Was confident and calm from the get go. Does not play the pay me to just come out diagnostic fee all the others do. Gave me out right quote and told me if it isn't that he won't charge me a dime. CONFIDENCE. Punctual, professional, very well priced (better than competitors), and got the job knocked out with no surprises? It's a no brainer give him a call!

Mr Jordan promised to get back to me after my initial call but did not in spite of me calling him a 2nd time and leaving a vm.  Not such great customer service in my case.

Joey was great to work with on our full plumbing redo. Replaced all the existing waterlines, drains, plumbed the hot water heater, two bathrooms and the kitchen. Joey works efficiently and is very professional. Two years later and not a single problem with any of their work. Pleasure to work with.

We have had a water heater and water softener put in by Lake Norman Plumbing and they did a great job. They came on time, cleaned up well and completed the job in the estimated time. The guys doing the work were pleasant and well-spoken. Steve, the owner, is a great guy and we would recommend them.

Excellent Company!  Great Service!  A year ago (Mar '20) i had to replace my two HVAC units.  I contacted several local companies and an independent contractor.  Travis Crawford offered me the best overall option (Price, Follow up check ins, Annual Maintenance Plan, Service and Warranty).  Their warranty was the best, 10 year parts (manufacturer) and 10 year Service ( Travis Crawford).  

Installation - No issues, Travis did a great job.
Inspection - They scheduled everything with the county and rectified a couple of things the inspector found.
Filing - They filed all the paper work including the capital improvement form with the county.
Post Installation Service - they do two free post installation services.  
Customer Service - Awesome!  I usually speak with a lady called Paige.  She is very sweet and professional.  And most of all, she is efficient.  She was super helpful during the installation process and scheduling the various appointments.

First Service - 6 months after installation.  No issues.  Technician was great.  Very professional and courteous.

Today I had my second service check up.  My technician was Jason.  I only have kudos for him.  He found an issue with the equipment that apparently occurred  during installation.  First of all, I am please with the fact that they offer two services.  Sometimes things happen or cannot be caught right away.  So this in my mind is a good protocol to ensure the equipment and installation are correct.  Jason spent 4 hours (until 7pm) working on the issue.  He was very professional and thorough.  He did not want to leave until the problem was solved.  This is going above and beyond!

Dealing with this company was wonderful from start to finish - the lady that took my call was wonderful and friendly and the service tech - I believe his name is Alex - was wonderful - helpful and fixed the problem !! Great company to deal with and I will definitely call them from now on - thank you !!

These guys are great!!! Had a stoppage in my house and called Charlotte Plumbing and Repair.  They came out an hour after I called. Fixed my stoppage and even gave me advice on a future project and told what to do to save a thousand bucks. The price was just right too. They actually fixed a botched job that Roto-Rooter did. If you have a plumbing job and you want the job done right at a reasonable price, call Charlotte Plumbing. You won't be disappointed.

Terrible experience! I bought a dishwasher through Lowe's. I had two conformation calls that R&R Plumbing would be at my house to do the installation between 1 and 6 PM. I stepped outside onto my front porch to have a conversation with a neighbor and I didn't hear the phone. I returned the call to find the technician cancelled the appointment because I missed the call. For reasons beyond my understanding they wouldn't turn the tech around or provide the service at the end of the day. I was told by Lowe's that protocol is to come to the door even after a missed call. I was on the phone all afternoon trying to get someone to the house so I wouldn't have to miss another day at work. It cost me a days work plus I need to try this all over again with a different contractor tomorrow.

I better not take a shower between now and then for fear of missing a call again! If I continue to buy through Lowe's I will definitely refuse R&R  plumbing as a subcontractor.

David Hargraves ghosted me after we set up a time for a septic inspection.  He gave me a price, we set a date and time, then he never showed up.  He has not replied to my further emails. I wouldn't recommend him for any work if your time is valuable.

Ive seen some bad flooring jobs online and this one is right up there. Horrible quality flooring and a horrible job installing. They Even left cut marks on my deck where they were cutting the flooring.

Was told $57 over the phone and I thought that WAS diagnostic. Turns out it was just for showing up. Ok, fine. Turns out $155 for diagnostic. $227, and after 30 seconds of work by the plumber at least the water was off at my tub but I still have to hunt down the part to fix it myself. They wanted to replace all the fixtures in the tub but I just don't have 700 for that right now. I'm really unhappy because I feel the $57 I was quoted was extremely misleading it's more like $200 for the house call. In addition, the plumber kinda danced around how much he was actually charging me. I wasn't sure until I checked my balance how much I had been charged. Spoke with an unapologetic manager, I just don't have $227 to spend on a 30 second visit! Avoid!

Over priced is and understatement.  I could not remember if I used Ben Franklin or another group 8-9 years ago when we had the exact same issue- a leaky pipe in the basement ceiling.  Adam from BF wanted to charge me $480 if I did not buy the BF membership.  If I bought the membership, it only cost $460.  The last plumber charged me less that $100, no membership needed.  Just like the last time, when Adam arrived, I had the water off and drained, the floor cover in plastic, the ceiling sheetrock cut and the pipe exposed.  I was floored he wanted to charge me so much.  .
