Just had a stellar service experience with 2 very knowledgeable and pleasant plumbers with this company! Kyle C & Steve M were very thorough and patient in not only addressing my issues but also in educating me on preventative maintenance. From the Mr. Rooter doormat they lay at your door when they arrive to making sure you're happy with the services rendered before they leave. I was extremely pleased! Highly recommended!

A really good company! Quality work and priced by the book! Guy Informed me well and I signed to have the work done and it was done very well! I owned a Construction outfit in NC and this company really impressed me! They are now my go to Professional Plumbing Company! Did I mention their not only Licensed but they have performance bonds and general liability insurance in place! That's something that can't be said for a few outfits in the Spartanburg area. Aspire is a very professional company. From quote to completion,  they did the job quickly, without great mess or upset to our living space, and the job works and looks great. Additionally it is rare to find a company with such decent, caring people.  I really felt like they treated us as if this was their own home and own family they were working for. It's hard to find a company that does the job and cares about the people. Aspire did both well.

Called about a shower head install. I was blown away with how quick they were able to respond and get the job done. I was hesitant at first with it being a new business but I am a customer for life now. With the quality of work and how well I was treated I'll be sure to always call them first.

I paid this company over $1600.00 to repair several plumbing issues in our home including the installation of a water pressure reducer valve. We began having problems with low pressure coming into our home so I phoned the City inspector who said we just needed to adjust the pressure reducer valve which involved the turn of a screw. When my husband and I were unable to find where to make the adjustment I asked Southend to send someone out when they were in our area and make the adjustment. I was told the valve was no longer under warranty and I'd have to pay for a new system to be installed at the cost of $750.00. Apparently the valve should have been installed under our home in the first place and not at the street to prolong the life of the valve and avoid problems with low pressure on our irrigation system.

P.F. Plumbing has done two major jobs for us: a new sewer line the day after Christmas (!) and a new water heater. In all instances they were clear, prompt, professional, and focused. They are contractors, which means they may not be the best call for small repairs -- they are excellent for big jobs. I highly recommend.

I have been without heat for 10 days and I am still waiting for the technician to call me surrounding a part that was supposedly order on 12/9/2019.

Today was my first time using Michael & Son.  It was a great experience.  Jonathan came out. He was friendly,walked me through the issue and provided me with multiple options. Once repairs were completed he walked me through everything he had done and answered all my questions.

I've used Drain Express numerous times at a rental property that has some unique plumbing challenges. While they aren't the cheapest, I gladly spend the money because I get an extremely informed and honest opinion and the work gets done right the first time. They've put two clean-outs in for me and have snaked lines numerous times with one of the longest snakes with a camera in the area. Finally, the first time I used them I had an issue that was a Charlotte Water responsibility and they coached me thru how to interact to get the best outcome.  If you've got a complex problem (or think it may be complex), call these guys first.

We had our HVAC system replaced and all the technicians couldn't have been more knowledgeable and accommodating. There was no standing around other than a quick lunch and morning break. They worked constantly and professionally. After the work was all done they took plenty of time to go over all the components and demonstrated how to change the filter and how to use the new thermostat.

Outrageous charges for a house call. $500 to Clear sewer line but it did not fix the problem. Avoid at all cost.

We had a small leak in our upstairs bathroom. Thankfully it's over our garage. The home warranty people went out this company. What a mistake!

Plumber did show up as promised. He was polite. But... that's all I the positives I can give to the company.

Plumber told us that the leak was in our drain. He cut a hole in my ceiling, torn apart our drain.
Then said we must get a contractor out to cut a hole in our subfloor since it was part of the structure of the home. Then he left. Didn't reach out to us for weeks! He didn't follow up with the home warranty company. Before his service call I had a working bathroom with a very small leak. After he left I had a bathroom that couldn't be used.  

I had to call the home warranty people and complain. Thankfully they sent out a different plumbing company. The new company told us that First company completely misdiagnosed the leak, cut a hole in our ceiling for NO reason. The leak was coming from our shower head. That the shower head didn't have enough teflon tape. He had to replace PVC pipe in our drain since the first plumber damaged our home.

The second company told us how many times he's had to go out after J and E plumbing and repair their mistakes. I am thankful this is the end of my horror story. Thankful he admitted he didn't know what he was doing.
