Great and knowledgeable employees and wonderful staff. Unfortunately I have had to use them more than once, the do a great job are very kind, courteous and helpful.

Called last night for help replacing bathroom sink fixtures which I had bought at Lowes and also tighten up a kitchen sink faucet.  One Call Plumbing stated that they could help me the very next morning at 8:00 o'clock!  The plumber came after double checking by phone that I would be available at the stated time.  He quoted me a competitive price and when approved, he started immediately to work on the project.  After removing the old fixture and installing the new fixture, he saw that the Lowe's Delta product had stripped threads.  So he had to remove the new fixtures and as I went back to Lowes for a replacement, he worked on the kitchen sink.  Now realize that this plumber had to remove fixtures twice to install correctly new fixtures.  No complaints by him.  Immediate response from One Call Plumbing, no increase installation pricing for what was not their fault and everything was left cleaner than when the gentleman arrived.  We now know who we will call upon needing such services again.

Robbie and Neal saved the day, or night. We needed a plumber and Fort Mill Plumbing was able to come out right away.

They were fast, courteous and super friendly. They will be our plumber of choice from now on!

Even with all the stay at home orders these guys came out to repair a water leak and got us back in good order quickly. Just so you know I have them on speed dial.

Peace of mind Plumbing is by far the most honest and cost effective plumbing services I have ever came across in the 35 years that I have been a landlord.  Recently while I was in Charlotte I called to have a  laundry drain klog dislodged at one of my rental homes and I was told that the company was extremely busy at the time but if I can wait a few weeks they would be happy to service my unit. Since it was not an emergency I agreed. Best decision I ever made!  Rick came out and not only professionally repaired the drain but corrected a problem a previous plumber made at little or no cost.  He was very polite, knowledgeable, and very professional. I was beyond pleased with the cost and service.  After getting quotes for two to three times    what I had paid for even more work I was truly amazed to find such an honest and very fair service company!  If you hire any other plumbing company I guarantee you paid too much!  On behalf of myself and Guarino Rentals we wish to extend a deep appreciation to Rick and Peace of Mind Plumbing of Charlotte N.C. for a job well done!     Joseph P. Aspire is a very professional company. From quote to completion,  they did the job quickly, without great mess or upset to our living space, and the job works and looks great. Additionally it is rare to find a company with such decent, caring people.  I really felt like they treated us as if this was their own home and own family they were working for. It's hard to find a company that does the job and cares about the people. Aspire did both well.

Called about a shower head install. I was blown away with how quick they were able to respond and get the job done. I was hesitant at first with it being a new business but I am a customer for life now. With the quality of work and how well I was treated I'll be sure to always call them first.

I called Piedmont Plumbing about my water heater, they answered my call right away, scheduled me right away, and were just as sincerely nice and competent as could be.

The plumber that arrived knew what he was doing, was super friendly, repaired all the parts that needed to be repaired, everything and was quick!  Our water heater is completely up to speed and working great now.  HIGHLY recommended - they will do you well!

Started off a little rough but James jumped in and got everything taken care of quickly.

I was vowed impressed with the knowledge and ability of Sam and Tim. They diagnosed the problem and in a short amount of time they fixed it and were on their way. Ashleigh at the Front Office was very friendly and had a team scheduled and called me when they were 20 minutes out. Thanks PF Plumbing!

Seemed great but this really depends on the tech sent to your home. Some may not be trustworthy.

I was discussing plumbers with my realtor and drain express came up. He told me he didn't think they were a good fit. so then I was curious what he meant by that and took a look at the owners social media. If you are a POC or a part of the LGBTQ community I would spend youre money somewhere else. The owner has made his opinions on these groups known on his socials. Uploaded photos for examples.

I am a Waldrop comfort plan customer for 14 years now.  I am selling my house and buyers had some issues they wanted addressed with our HVAC units.  Waldrop came out at no charge to take care of.  However I did choose to repair on thing that was not out of code when the units were installed.  So they did have to charge me to fix that.  As usual they did what they said, came when they said and as always very professional.   Nick is a great guy, very nice, does great work.  Highly recommend.

Outrageous charges for a house call. $500 to Clear sewer line but it did not fix the problem. Avoid at all cost.

This company was recommended by my home warranty company , the tech was loud , lack knowlegde , and was very unprofessional. He state over and over what the home warranty didnt cover and he didnt know where to find the parts, asked questions unrelated to the job.  I dare to say he was GHETTO, I would never use or recommend this company. The home warranty sent another company two days later that fixed the problem in 30mins with Zero issue.
