I hired them for several jobs. At the beginning they are ok. After few job, I realize their technical knowledge is not up to the level I expect. For example, I have a ceiling leak, I paid them $250 to identify the leaking, their first technician told me I need seal around upstairs bath tube. I did exactly what they told me, it still leak. The owner Jason came and replace a small tube. He said it will take care the leak but it is still leaking. So, Jason came the third time, finally find its bath tube overflow hole is leaking. I paid more than $500 and took them 3 trips to fix this tiny problem. Recently I have a leak at cross base and the pipe behind living room wall may have leak too, so, I ask Jason to identify the leak, he said it's the pipe in the living room leak and charge me $300 just put cramp on it ( just temperature fix). Next day, my cross base still leak, Jason refuse  come back to fix it. I talked to several plumbers,  they all said $300 for just put a cramp is overcharging. Their technical knowledge is not up to their price, their service is far below their price. I will not recommend this company to any one.

Have used Ron Cunningham's service 3 or 4 times over the past 20 years. Prompt and reliable service. Reasonable rates also.

Having new shower installed old copper pipes were a mess even found leaks. Had water shut off and called All About Drains. Came over and capped the pipes returned and installed all new flex pipes. Service was fantastic and done in professional friendly manner. Inspected all water lines to make sure the job was done properly and in a timely manner and very affordable.

What a great crew. We had our septic get blocked up causing shower tub not to drain and toilet wouldn't flush.  I called Ben Franklin plumping. After waiting 10 hours and they kept saying we're next I gave up and called yaro.  Within 45 minutes a crew was on scene cleaning it out and verifying it with the camera.  They were so pleasant to talk to as well telling us what they were doing every step of the way.  Thanks for the help guys!!!

They came out to fix my moms plumbing and ended up breaking her toilet and shower. Then they refused to cover the costs of repairing what they broke.  She had to have someone else come out to fix everything, and it ended up costing less than they were going to charge to fix their own mistakes.

Absolutely the worst experience ever... They are quick to take your money but it's been over 30 days and the job is still not complete... We had all the ductwork replaced in our rental property and they have left two areas that are opened and you see the ductwork as shown in the photos provided... We've called several times and we keep on getting them run around... They dropped off all the word needed to do the repairs and like I mentioned above it's still over 30 days and they have not come over and done anything... Will never use this company again

I bought 2 A/C units and had my heating system replaced as well. Accent was helpful at first, but that quickly declined during the two month saga of installing my heating and cooling system. They required 8 trips to my house which made me use 7 days vacation.

Day 1. Installed some of the system, but couldn't finish because they brought the wrong units.
Day 2. Finished 75% of the work. A/C units working. Roofer not available to install heating
Day 3. A/C unit no longer working, technician sent to find root cause.
Day 4. Fix problem with A/C. Again roofer cancels
Day 5. System Completed.
Day 6. Inspector scheduled for visit - NO SHOW
Day 7. Inspector shows up, states the gas was never turned on.
Trip 8 (after work). Technician turns gas on and tests the systems. System Complete...for now.

I would recommend holding the payments until the system is fully inspected and functioning properly. Also make sure you have a plethora of vacation days since they only come during weekdays. If you factor in the 7 days i needed to stay home (@30/hour) that is an additional $1680 spent.
