Best Electricians in Charlotte, NC

If there was a way to give no stars that would be my selection. I called on a Monday to make an appointment for 9:30am Friday morning. Wednesday received a phone call to change to 1:30pm on Friday. Still no issue. Friday comes and I get a call at 12:45pm that they can't come. I asked the issue and they said technician did not come in today. I asked why I am just getting a phone call if he didn't come in this morning. No explanation, no apology for the inconvenience. I took a day off of work for nothing. Bad customer service. Not sure how good their service is because I can't get them to show up.

Incredibly fast response time.  I submitted a request on-line at the end of the day and they still had two electricians to my house by 5:00.  My issues were addressed quickly.  The electricians were very knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly.  They were very professional and  courteous.  I will not hesitate to call them again in the future.

Just wanted to say that I have a regular electrician that I absolutely love but was unable to make it and I couldn't wait 7 weeks to rewire the switch outlets I needed to install some smart switches.  Ronnie showed up and realized that the issue I was having wasn't as clear cut as we thought and definitely needed some electrical expertise.  After rewiring and installing these smart switches, I was able to program them and secure them on my home network and they are functioning as intended.  We are having him back in 3 weeks to finish the rest of the house once the remaining switches arrive.  Ronnie is now my second favorite electrician and will be using him and highly recommending him to everyone in the Charlotte area who needs a dependable, reasonable and properly priced electrician.

His price to do my small bathroom renovation was $3000 more than the very expensive team I hired a year ago. Crazy. And nothing on paper. No details. Nice guy though and came on time.

Wow!  I called and they were able to come out within two hours.  On the phone I explained what was wrong and sent a photo of the light switch I was having issues with.  They arrived and fixed promptly.  Gave great advice too for future electrical needs.  Would totally be calling these guys for any electrical work needed in the future.

We have used Gianni quite a few times for different electrical projects and they have been fabulous. Quick response time and all have been perfect gentlemen. So polite and easy to work with and back up there product. They are the only call we make for electric work.

I've used Chad multiple times for projects around my house and cannot recommend him highly enough.  He is responsive, shows up on time every time, does great quality work and his pricing is fair.  I've had him complete a variety of projects to installing hardware on my walls, electrical work (new lights, outlets), assembled/installed furniture and a variety of other projects around the house.  He is a true professional and you won't regret leveraging him for your projects!

Had appointment for 2pm to 3pm on 9/7/17 no call no show.  Called the bussines at 3pm receptionist apologized and said she would have the tech call me.  When 4:15pm rolled around I called back and just told the company not to come. Other then me calling them I never heard from the tech or the company.

We needed several things done:  Our custom ceiling fan and light were not working, lights in kitchen needed to be checked, lights in living room needed to be changed (20 ft ceiling) and estimates on floor plugs and several things on our wish list. Evan notified  me when he was on his was (he came early)way to our home.

He patiently listened to our needs and proceeded to give his assessments.  Nothing we asked was too small of a job. He also got right to work. We are ecstatic! We now have an electrician we know we can count on. His pricing is more than fair and we know we are going to use Evan's services again

I found Ryan through other Yelp reviews in the spring right before moving everything down from Chicago. Ryan installed recessed lighting in my formal living and dining rooms and also in my kitchen. We had a miscommunication but Ryan was more than willing to make things right and came out two more times to make me completely happy, going above and beyond what I had originally asked him to do. Ryan made me feel like a priority even after not being the nicest and he's the kind of guy I trusted to be at the house when I was out of town; you can trust him with your grandma, folks.

Roman is such a nice guy! He came exactly when he said on a Saturday evening. The business is called Asap and he lives by it. My wife asked him if I needed you at 2:00am would you come ? He said if it was an emergency, sure.  I called him about 7:30pm, he was here and done by 8:45!! Small job, but it needed an electrician. Quick clean professional work! Use this man!

Y'all, if I could give Josh from Blue Collar 10 stars, I would! We had an electrical issue on Sunday of Memorial Day weekend. I just went down the line on Yelp and called 15 different electricians... Josh responded quickly, and was over at my house within a couple hours. Quickly got to the bottom of the issue, which was with power IN to the house, helped me call Duke Energy to explain the problem and make sure they dispatched a lineman, and followed up several times over the afternoon and evening to make sure we were okay and all squared away. And even though he could have gouged me on a holiday, he charged me a more than reasonable rate while providing great service. I would absolutely recommend them for all your electrical and HVAC needs (he is licensed for both)!!

Luis was fantastic! Asked questions during the estimate, took great notes because he never asked me the same question twice. His workers took great care in making sure the work area was spotless when they were done. We had just moved in and had 12 fixtures we wanted to replace. 4 were high ceilings and the foyer fixture was very high. Luis had no problem! Job came in on estimate no surprises and all were finished the same day. We'll be doing some work in the house this year and will definitely use Honesty Electric again.

They fixed a hall light with a 3 way switch. I tried to fix it myself but couldn't find the issue after 2 trips to Lowe's. I needed an expert. He got there at 7:30 and was done by 8am. He even fixed the things I broke. Now the light it working great! I would definitely recommend them. Very easy to work with as well.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had! I had the displeasure of having them come out to my home to see why my air conditioner was blowing hot air. He came in and went outside for less than 15 mins and came back in and said my coils in the attic are leaking...WITHOUT GOING IN THE ATTIC, and proposed almost 3000.00 to go up and replace them. Then went on to say that I should honestly just buy a brand new system and forget about the repairs. Me and my boyfriend were so upset because it was clear he saw two gay men and figured we were incompetent and he could scam us. I unfortunately paid for Freon to get my a/c working until I could get an actual professional to come look at it. And surely enough it turns out my coils weren't leaking but my condenser had rusted a hole in it and needed to be replaced and he didn't need to go in the attic to see that! The first person just needed to do his job and do an actual inspection of my system which is what I though I was paying for! These are not professional technicians they are professional homophobic scammers!! And I want my money back and I will drag this company on every corner of the internet until I do! Because the way I was treated was unacceptable!

My door shifted due to house settlement making my door unable to open or close properly. I messaged him and he replied very quickly, was able to come next day to give a quote. He diagnosed the problem and explained all the options carefully for me. He was able to complete the job same day for a reasonable price. Door swings better than before. He made sure to leave his work tidy as I had it before. Also very friendly. Will use him again for future repairs.

Don't do business with this company. Once a defective light was installed for $225. They refused to take it down for less than $185. Puts my cost at over $1000 for the light and installation. Do not use this company under any circumstances. If I could give 0 stars I would.  No sir the light was not working well when your technicians were there, and when I needed it taken down you refused to do anything but charge me an additional $185 to have it removed. No offer from you other than full price. No worries though I tripped the breakers and took it down by myself in 5-10 minutes. It was really hard. I can understand the $185 price tag when an unskilled person such as myself can do it in 5-10 minutes. Thank you so much and I will assure no one I know and do business will ever use your service. Your a real gem. Good job.
