We called Five Star to schedule an appointment for electrical work and were told that Tony could come the same day (later that afternoon). Once it was late afternoon, we followed up by text and calling and got no reply all day long. We waited all day/evening assuming he was still coming and also called the main line and they also couldn't get in touch with him. We had to find someone else who was more responsive so was not impressed with how this company does business. Some of us have jobs and can't sit at home all day waiting on someone to never show up. Would not recommend.

Absolutely outstanding, from start to finish. Great office scheduled my appointment quickly, and the electrician they sent was both friendly and a consummate professional. Price was reasonable, and work completed efficiently but no rush. The experience was so ideal, I have moved several home projects that involve electric up the priority list, because I know I have these guys as a resource for the jobs. My absolute highest recommendation!

Outstanding and prompt service with fair pricing!!! My power for my garage door had gone out and before I could call garage door repair I needed to call an electrician.  Within 15 minutes of calling LiveWire, they were out here, they fixed the problem within minutes, and charged a fair and reasonable price for coming out.  Personally, I value expertise and just getting the job done way more than time spent on the problem without fixing the problem, and LiveWire Electrical fixed my problem timely and promptly.  I would definitely recommend!

We have had Gianni come out twice since buying our home and they are wonderful. Really fast response, worked with me to find a good time to come out, explained issues and plan to repair/replace a breaker, and we have had no issues since. Update: After this review was posted Patrick (the company president) came out and listened to our concerns. In a few days, someone was sent out here to make this right. Some things cannot be changed due to county regulations, like the location of the unit. However, I would hope from now on they train their salespeople on where units can be located.  I have added an updated picture of the work, and we are satisfied with the job. Internet connection was added-as promised. I wish it could've been right the without all this drama. I changed my review from 1 star to 4. Would I use them again? Maybe? They done work for us in the past and it was fine, I suppose everyone has a bad day, but this was an expensive job and we expected a professional job.

Bad experience. Do not recommend. We wanted a whole home generator located inside our fence, where it wouldn't disturb our neighbors., We called Roby, the salesperson comes out, says yes! We can put it inside the fence. We make the deal based on this being in our fenced in backyard. A week later the techs get here and decide it can't go in the fence, it must go to the back-beside my neighbor. That's strike one, should've been done then-don't like being lied to or people who just want to sell. It took them almost a month to get it done-I'm being serious. It failed inspection, the plumbers made 3 trips and the job looks crappy. Ashton, the project manager is impossible to talk to, she's always busy-basically useless to me. This place is a friggin joke. I mean it's a rig-see pics. Finally they start it up-and it must run for 30 mins a week. It's loud, like very loud. I tell them to schedule the run at noon on Wednesdays, to minimize the disruption. The next week at 11:30pm the thing runs and wakes up me and my neighbors. I'm livid. To add insult, it's supposed to hook up to my internet via cable-that costs extra, even though I paid them over 10k! I call them and rely my disgust. They send someone out here who agrees that it does look like shi//y work, but there's nothing they can do about it, and insists that there's nothing wrong with it. Just avoid this place. Money hungry and doesn't care about customers.

Evan came to install what I thought would be an easy fix (swapping out our bedroom ceiling fan for a new one) but it turned out to be a hassle! He was able to get it done and he even used materials he already had due to me missing components from my fan! I would highly recommend

I've decided that from now on when contractors either don't show up or don't return calls, I am writing a review.  Previously I have let it slide, but it happens way to often.  Based on reviews here on Yelp, I call Ryan for some help with about 4 electrical problem at my house that I did not feel comfortable doing myself.  I have yet to hear back from him.  I guess he has enough business that he doesn't need mine.

Roman is such a nice guy! He came exactly when he said on a Saturday evening. The business is called Asap and he lives by it. My wife asked him if I needed you at 2:00am would you come ? He said if it was an emergency, sure.  I called him about 7:30pm, he was here and done by 8:45!! Small job, but it needed an electrician. Quick clean professional work! Use this man!

Luis and team did an amazing job grounding our outlets, adding new ones and making the electrical in our old home way safer! They had to cut into our plaster walls to do this and our repair person even commented how clean the cuts were! They wired for a light as well and made the cleanest cut in our ceilings. They were efficient, polite and super professional and we will definitely bring them in for any electrical needs in the future!

I had a tricky electrical job that I wasn't confident in doing myself (and just plain didn't want to crawl around under my house). Chris came out on a Saturday, reviewed my situation, and gave me an estimate. He scheduled a crew to come out to do the work on the next Saturday. They did the work just fine and were a courteous crew. Chris got the work scheduled pretty quickly and the job was done as we agreed, so no complaints on my side. I would definitely use him again.

I called for service on a Saturday morning. I was told that the earliest appointment was Sunday between 1-4. I received a voicemail while in church on Sunday stating that they wanted to move the appointment up to 12. I called back after church and was told that the technician was sick and they had to move the appointment to Monday. Who would wait 48 hours for a toilet to be plunged?

My door shifted due to house settlement making my door unable to open or close properly. I messaged him and he replied very quickly, was able to come next day to give a quote. He diagnosed the problem and explained all the options carefully for me. He was able to complete the job same day for a reasonable price. Door swings better than before. He made sure to leave his work tidy as I had it before. Also very friendly. Will use him again for future repairs.

Don't do business with this company. Once a defective light was installed for $225. They refused to take it down for less than $185. Puts my cost at over $1000 for the light and installation. Do not use this company under any circumstances. If I could give 0 stars I would.  No sir the light was not working well when your technicians were there, and when I needed it taken down you refused to do anything but charge me an additional $185 to have it removed. No offer from you other than full price. No worries though I tripped the breakers and took it down by myself in 5-10 minutes. It was really hard. I can understand the $185 price tag when an unskilled person such as myself can do it in 5-10 minutes. Thank you so much and I will assure no one I know and do business will ever use your service. Your a real gem. Good job.
