Mr. Tony was great! He came early to us for an urgent issue with our circuit board and fixed up everything. Would highly recommend him to anyone in the Charlotte area.

OMG!  These people are PHENOMINAL!!  From the first conversation with Michelle, the office manager I was hooked!!  First introduction really does make a difference; meaning the first person that picks up that phone can make or break your business!  I can't say enough for the knowledge, skills and ability starting with Michelle.  My technician was Brandon.  I was skeptical when I first saw him because he looked so young!  But he knew his stuff and saved me alotttttttt of money simply by not only fixing the issue, but EDUCATING me, which is invaluable!  This is my electric company from now on praise God!!  Thank you Michelle and Brandon for great customer service from the initial phone call until Brandon finished the job!  GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE and EDUCATORS!!!  Thank you so much for taking away my worries with this electrical issue!

Bobby has been our go-to electrician for years now - he not only does the job quickly but does it correctly (anyone who's ever had a poor electrician knows the utter mess they can make of your wiring). He is particularly good with older houses that have had multiple generations of electrical work done on them: he cuts through the nonsense and finds solutions within a few hours that can fix six decades of bad wiring.

Bobby is an absolutely trustworthy gentleman who knows his worth and does not waste time. Anyone who can get onto his schedule will be lucky to have him on the job.

Jesse and Jose installed outdoor string lights in our backyard and did an outstanding job. I highly recommend their services.

My electrical switches needed to be changed out as some of them were getting hot and my circuit breaker kept popping. I called Ambrose and their response time was same day. They came out and had all that they needed to take care of those issues and found other safety hazards I was not aware of.  They took care of everything I needed in a few hours.. they cleaned up after themselves and were very careful not to let my animals out. I was very impressed and would definitely recommend them!!

We just bought our home and have had several sub contractors come in and out to make it our own. Chad is at the top of our list for professional quality workmanship. He clearly communicated with us throughout the process, showed up on time, was very detailed and cleaned up. I can speak from experience in saying It is so hard to find this quality level of service. We will happily will use him again for our future needs which will be many with our older home.

Courteous and efficient.  We moved into a new home and the good people at Roby made numerous repairs in short order.

More importantly, we did have one piece of wiring that was done incorrectly.  After I called (approximately 4 weeks after the original appointment), someone was dispatched immediately and corrected the error free of charge.  Roby stands by the quality of their work, and I would highly recommend their services to a friend.

Roman is such a nice guy! He came exactly when he said on a Saturday evening. The business is called Asap and he lives by it. My wife asked him if I needed you at 2:00am would you come ? He said if it was an emergency, sure.  I called him about 7:30pm, he was here and done by 8:45!! Small job, but it needed an electrician. Quick clean professional work! Use this man!

Honesty Electric was.  I must place the emphasis on HONEST! In this industry, that is rare to come by.  I woke up the next morning after an intense thunderstorm and realized that 1 of my bedrooms didn't have power in the light fixtures or the outlets.. I looked up-and-down on Google trying to find the right company to resolve this for me.  I appreciate it more than ever the honest diagnosis made by Lewis and his efficiency in getting it repaired right away! I cannot thank him enough for what he did for me in such a reasonable amount of time.  I highly recommend Honesty Electric and I will absolutely call them for all my electrical needs. As a new property owner, I anticipate future work and they will absolutely be the ones I call to complete it for me. You won't disappointed.

Chris took two days just to get back to me.  His unprofessionalism during our phone conversation made me realize this is definitely not someone I want working on or in my home.

Very unprofessional customer service. I made an appointment for a clogged drain line. Requested line to be jetted.  I got a 8-10am confirmation.  Called at 9:30 am i was told tech was loading equipment and would call with eta. At 11:15 am I received a call saying the don't have a jetting machine but they could get someone out next week two days away. after I told them I was a business and i needed service before start of work week. she told me that appointment has been cancelled. Unacceptable!

My door shifted due to house settlement making my door unable to open or close properly. I messaged him and he replied very quickly, was able to come next day to give a quote. He diagnosed the problem and explained all the options carefully for me. He was able to complete the job same day for a reasonable price. Door swings better than before. He made sure to leave his work tidy as I had it before. Also very friendly. Will use him again for future repairs.

Don't do business with this company. Once a defective light was installed for $225. They refused to take it down for less than $185. Puts my cost at over $1000 for the light and installation. Do not use this company under any circumstances. If I could give 0 stars I would.  No sir the light was not working well when your technicians were there, and when I needed it taken down you refused to do anything but charge me an additional $185 to have it removed. No offer from you other than full price. No worries though I tripped the breakers and took it down by myself in 5-10 minutes. It was really hard. I can understand the $185 price tag when an unskilled person such as myself can do it in 5-10 minutes. Thank you so much and I will assure no one I know and do business will ever use your service. Your a real gem. Good job.
