I have used them twice! For electrical and plumbing. They are great and have awesome prices. He found a supplier that had materials needed for my very old shower faucet. Thank you.

It's hard to find a good electrician, but Johnathon Brown Electric is so great, I'm already trying to find more lighting projects.

After 12 years of tolerating the fluorescent light in the kitchen, the fella and I finally decided it was time to enter the 21st century. I emailed Johnathon Brown Electric to get a quote on putting in recessed lights along with pendants over the kitchen counter. They emailed me back within an hour and had an electrician out later that same day - a Friday, no less - for a quote.

Ryan was really great at walking us through everything we wanted, what it would take to do it, how long it would take, and how much it would all cost. I asked a million questions, and he had to answer me like I know nothing about lights and wiring... because I don't. But he was so patient! He was able to give us a quote when he came out, and we got on the schedule within a couple of weeks. Each time he came out, we got an emailed schedule reminder along with a call when he was on his way.

The job itself couldn't have gone better. The lights look amazing, and Ryan cleaned up everything perfectly after he was done. The cost was exactly what he quoted us, and you definitely get what you pay for.

Honest and reliable. Very close to estimate. Confirmed material cost with me prior to purchasing, as it was a little more than expected.
Showed up as agreed.
We have referred him to friends and he will return to perform other work for us.

I needed a chandelier installed very last minute and Shawn responded and came to my house immediately. He was so nice and did a perfect job! Will definitely call him in the future.

Bobby from  LiveWire Electrical came out to help us after me calling him on a Saturday. He was able to work us in quickly. We help out an elderly and it was for her. She had a blown outlet which caused the Window AC unit to not work during the hot August summer. Bobby was prompt, courteous, professional, and his work was exceptional. We appreciate him so much and will only be calling him for all of our needs in the future! Thank you again from the bottom our our hearts!!!

We have had Gianni come out twice since buying our home and they are wonderful. Really fast response, worked with me to find a good time to come out, explained issues and plan to repair/replace a breaker, and we have had no issues since. I'm so glad we found them, definitely will be calling them for any future needs and HIGHLY recommend!

Bill Ambrose is fantastic!  He works very hard and communicates very well in person, by phone and text.  He is courteous and should put you at ease quickly about any job you have.  I was so pleased to call this guy first after a trusted recommendation from someone else.  I don't leave a lot of reviews, but I am so impressed. Chad was professional, affordable, punctual, and a pleasure to work with. He did his homework on the project prior to quoting me his rate. My project had layers to it and he communicated effectively. He offered great suggestions on follow up tasks I had surrounding the project, and those suggestions proved extremely helpful. He went above and beyond. Even charging me less once he completed the work. I highly recommend!

What a great company! We contacted Roby Electric for a couple of jobs that we needed done.
 We live in an older home, and the fuse box on the outside of our house was in poor condition.  And, the power lines  themselves were actually pulling away from the house.  We also requested that a transfer switch be installed so that we can plug in a generator to the house if we ever lose power.
Roby sent a technician to come and assess the problem and gave us an estimate. The estimate was very reasonable and we scheduled an appointment.
In a total of 3 days everything was done. They had replaced our fuse boxes and rewired the power cords to the the corner of the house where they would be more stable.  They also installed a new box with a transfer switch with room to add a bigger generator down the road if needed.
Every single person we dealt with was  pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional.

We will definitely use them again!

Had a fantastic experience with EM Electric this morning. I was having some electrical issues and Evan not only responded immediately, he resolved my problem over the phone. Many companies would have made sure to come out so they could charge me, but not Evan. I will absolutely be using him for future work!

I've decided that from now on when contractors either don't show up or don't return calls, I am writing a review.  Previously I have let it slide, but it happens way to often.  Based on reviews here on Yelp, I call Ryan for some help with about 4 electrical problem at my house that I did not feel comfortable doing myself.  I have yet to hear back from him.  I guess he has enough business that he doesn't need mine.

Roman is such a nice guy! He came exactly when he said on a Saturday evening. The business is called Asap and he lives by it. My wife asked him if I needed you at 2:00am would you come ? He said if it was an emergency, sure.  I called him about 7:30pm, he was here and done by 8:45!! Small job, but it needed an electrician. Quick clean professional work! Use this man!

Luis and team did an amazing job grounding our outlets, adding new ones and making the electrical in our old home way safer! They had to cut into our plaster walls to do this and our repair person even commented how clean the cuts were! They wired for a light as well and made the cleanest cut in our ceilings. They were efficient, polite and super professional and we will definitely bring them in for any electrical needs in the future!

After having another electrician fail to show up twice, I was fortunate to find Christopher on Yelp. I wanted an outlet installed in what seemed like a tricky spot (an outdoor patio), but Chris's crew had no trouble making it happen. The two guys were friendly, courteous and very professional. Will definitely go to this company first for future electrical services.

Called Michael & Son to have annual AC check in Rowan County. They sent a polite technician from Charlotte.  Said I needed 2.5 lbs of freon and would cost $500 because prices had so drastically increased. Temps outside in 90's and tech said ac would freeze up if I did not add.  Bill was over $560. He said I had to pay for full 5lbs of freon because that is how it came.  Called 3 other local ac techs while he was doing work. Gave them age, make, model of my unit and was quoted approx $240-$260 for 2.5lbs of freon. They said I would pay for ONLY what was needed NOT 5lbs. Too late...when I told tech to stop work he said he had already added freon.  Ask him to call his office to adjust price and he said 'No, it won't change price. This company a huge ripoff. Guess they sold the other 2.5 lbs of freon in that container to Another unsuspecting elderly widowed female for $500!!

My door shifted due to house settlement making my door unable to open or close properly. I messaged him and he replied very quickly, was able to come next day to give a quote. He diagnosed the problem and explained all the options carefully for me. He was able to complete the job same day for a reasonable price. Door swings better than before. He made sure to leave his work tidy as I had it before. Also very friendly. Will use him again for future repairs.

Don't do business with this company. Once a defective light was installed for $225. They refused to take it down for less than $185. Puts my cost at over $1000 for the light and installation. Do not use this company under any circumstances. If I could give 0 stars I would.  No sir the light was not working well when your technicians were there, and when I needed it taken down you refused to do anything but charge me an additional $185 to have it removed. No offer from you other than full price. No worries though I tripped the breakers and took it down by myself in 5-10 minutes. It was really hard. I can understand the $185 price tag when an unskilled person such as myself can do it in 5-10 minutes. Thank you so much and I will assure no one I know and do business will ever use your service. Your a real gem. Good job.
