If there was a way to give no stars that would be my selection. I called on a Monday to make an appointment for 9:30am Friday morning. Wednesday received a phone call to change to 1:30pm on Friday. Still no issue. Friday comes and I get a call at 12:45pm that they can't come. I asked the issue and they said technician did not come in today. I asked why I am just getting a phone call if he didn't come in this morning. No explanation, no apology for the inconvenience. I took a day off of work for nothing. Bad customer service. Not sure how good their service is because I can't get them to show up.

We discovered Johnathon through Google.  We called to make an appointment for a free estimate.  The person who answered the phone was very friendly and professional.  Once the appointment was made Johnathon arrived on time.  We wanted to install an outdoor fan.  He performed a thorough  inspection of the area and recommended different options for us to consider.  Once we decided on the best option for us Johnathon returned and installed the fan in a very professional and efficient manner,  Never once did he try to sell us something we .didn't want.  He also did an amazing job installing can lights for us.  We highly recommend this company.  BTW... He is reasonable.

Honest and reliable. Very close to estimate. Confirmed material cost with me prior to purchasing, as it was a little more than expected.

I'm currently doing some minor renovations to my townhouse to include painting an replacing old worn out light fixtures. I can replace circuit breakers, light switches and receptacles but don't like dealing with wiring new fixtures in because of the involvement with different wiring configurations such as 3way, 4way, etc.    I did a quick search online last Thursday, July 22, 2021 and ran across Shawn's profile and past jobs and was impressed. I communicated with Shawn and he responded back quickly. He came the next day and on time as we agreed. He was very knowledgeable as I'm in the construction industry and I have worked with many tradesmen. He installed a ceiling fan and light fixture for my dinning/living room space. My wife and I are very, very, very satisfied with his work. I will be using Shawn for my upstairs project if he likes and any other referrals I pass along to him.

Bob was great.  He was able to squeeze us into his schedule the day after I called and his pricing was more reasonable then the others I spoke to.  He even fixed a few extra things at no additional charge which was awesome.  He will be my first call for electrical needs moving forward.

Jesse and Jose installed outdoor string lights in our backyard and did an outstanding job. I highly recommend their services.

Chad did a fantastic job of fixing a patio door that was very difficult to open.   He responded to texts and emails promptly, and showed up on time for the job.  It was a pleasure doing business with him.   Chad will be the first person I call for any future home jobs.

I have called on Dove several times for both my home, daughter's home, and business.  They are just the best.

We used Roby Electric this past week to have an extra outlet installed up in our attic to wire a security camera system. We had the first appointment of the day and Donald and Kyheem came, on time, to work on it and knocked it out in no time. Donald provided a few options to us before just installing and described what they would actually do before doing it. They left our home nice and clean and we installed our cameras this weekend so can say that everything is working as expected. Thanks Roby!

We gave Evan a massive list of electrical jobs and he completed the work to absolute perfection!!  His electrical knowledge, diligence and work effort is outstanding and he was a pleasure to work with!! He's always on time, cleans during and after,  thinks the jobs through and communicates potential changes.  We were able to stay within our budget and everything looks great.  Here's a list of the work Evan completed for us:

First floor
1 - install a garbage disposal air switch
2 - install 3 pendants over the island
3 - install fixture over kitchen table

Family room:
1 - install fixture and switch in closet under the stairs
2 - install outlet that can hold six plugs in closet under the stairs
3 - replace laundry room fixture
4 - mount TV above fireplace

Second floor
1 - move ceiling fan in master to sitting room
2 - install light over bed in master
3 - repair or replace ceiling fan in corner bedroom

We have a few more jobs lined up for Evan in the coming weeks.  He's a professional and completely exceeded our expectations.  We can't wait to start the remaining work!!

Ryan Hanlon is the Man-lon, FORREAL! Only contractor in the history of my lifetime to show up early, clean up after himself everywhere he went, and take the time to explain my options and the work he was doing.

Priced medianly between the other electricians I called and met with (Roby Electric being the most expensive), Ryan quoted fair prices and offered to provide all the materials at cost OR send me a shopping list that I could take to Home Depot/Lowes. Being a DIY girl as much as possible, I took the list and made my merry way over to Home Depot on Wendover, where Ira the Electrician Guy told me that this guy knew what he was doing once he saw the complete list Ryan had emailed me.

Arriving not a second past 9:30, Ryan took time to go over all the projects I wanted done in the home overall, and then started work on installing 4 outdoor outlets for my home. Along the way, there were some issues with my older home and the set up of the wiring, but he took the time to not only communicate what he was doing but also to educate me more on my home and the wiring of it (who knew I had a fuse box that was a fire hazard? go me!).

Anyway, 6 hours later I had everything I'd requested and a few more things done by Ryan and I was already making plans for him to put in recessed kitchen lighting and change out a fan and chandelier. I can't say enough how impressed I was with him - I'm telling everyone I know! Definitely a contractor I'm going to keep on file for years to come (I know I'm rambling, but he was really that great!).

Roman is such a nice guy! He came exactly when he said on a Saturday evening. The business is called Asap and he lives by it. My wife asked him if I needed you at 2:00am would you come ? He said if it was an emergency, sure.  I called him about 7:30pm, he was here and done by 8:45!! Small job, but it needed an electrician. Quick clean professional work! Use this man!

Luis was fantastic! Asked questions during the estimate, took great notes because he never asked me the same question twice. His workers took great care in making sure the work area was spotless when they were done. We had just moved in and had 12 fixtures we wanted to replace. 4 were high ceilings and the foyer fixture was very high. Luis had no problem! Job came in on estimate no surprises and all were finished the same day. We'll be doing some work in the house this year and will definitely use Honesty Electric again.

For a doorbell install - recd a callback within a hour saying they would contact me later that day - never heard back again - I realize a doorbell is a small job but sad that things happen this way - moving on to another company

Here is an honest review from a guy who has worked years in the plumbing service industry and knows how all of this is supposed to go.  I had a serious issue with a meter box that was shorting and melting my electric meter on my house.  It was really dangerous. The power company reps who were awesome left partial power but most everything major had to be shut down.  It was Saturday, 90 degrees, no AC, you get it?  Well after calling the usual people and getting vagueness and BS all around, I called Michael and Sons.  Big ad, expensive? yes.  But a great girl answered the phone, was clear, concise and friendly.  She set the emergency call up, went through pricing, had a guy out in 1 hour.  Folks you have to understand, in an emergency, these guys are going to give you great customer service, excellent knowledge and dedication to boot.  You are going to pay top dollar for that. Jonathan Crispin was my tech and he knew exactly what he needed to do and he communicated excellently.  He is an asset to your organization.  He showed up in a brand new truck with brand new gear and worked in the rain and dark until my power was back up fully.  The 900 dollars it cost, in that moment, was well spent even though it was aggressive pricing.  But taking into account the circumstances and all aspects of the job, I can't say it wasn't proper money spent.  The 5 year service warranty is a good guarantee.  If you ever have an electric emergency and need someone reliable to be there and do the job right at any time of the night or day, call these guys.  You get what you pay for.

I cannot comment on the quality of the work done by H Dee, as I never received a call back after leaving a voicemail request about work I needed done.

Don't do business with this company. Once a defective light was installed for $225. They refused to take it down for less than $185. Puts my cost at over $1000 for the light and installation. Do not use this company under any circumstances. If I could give 0 stars I would.  No sir the light was not working well when your technicians were there, and when I needed it taken down you refused to do anything but charge me an additional $185 to have it removed. No offer from you other than full price. No worries though I tripped the breakers and took it down by myself in 5-10 minutes. It was really hard. I can understand the $185 price tag when an unskilled person such as myself can do it in 5-10 minutes. Thank you so much and I will assure no one I know and do business will ever use your service. Your a real gem. Good job.
