this was our first time using this company, very professional,very knowledgeable. He
went above our expection of what was needed , went the extra mile  to get job done .
we had  water leaks under the house and in a wall, other company i had used for 15 yrs  said it would take 2 days or more to fix. Adam Skiscim did all the work in 31/2 hrs, he never stop moving and kept us informed  about the jobs the whole time. I would recommend him highly and will be using him again .

Both my bathrooms clogged overnight, and the emergency plumber I called came out and quoted me nearly $800 to dig up my septic tank lid and clear the main drain line. I said no thanks. Contacted Lowery Brothers for a quote the next morning, and got a response in less than 10 minutes saying they'd be able to be there that evening. They contacted me later in the day confirming they would be there when they said, and they arrived right on schedule (and wearing masks, which was appreciated). They ended up pulling off one toilet and snaking the drain, clearing the clog, then reseating the toilet, which had a leak at the base. Their price was less than half of the other quote, and they were professional, friendly, and fast. I am going to be calling these guys for all plumbing services I'll need in the future, and will be recommending them as well.

This company was a no-show TWICE for scheduled appointments....not even a courtesy call to explain why.  I called and complained on business voicemail....no one even bothered to call me back.  I called again and office lady assured me plumber would call....never happened.  Steer clear, folks.

Terry's plumbing has previously been very good to work with, but two weeks ago we had a plumber come out and to give an estimate that we paid a service fee for and we never received the estimate.  When I called back several times to ask when the estimate would be available I was told the bathroom remodel person was on vacation.  When I called today the person answering the phone wasn't very friendly or kind.  I am disappointed that I had to pay for a service and estimate that I did not receive.

This is absolutely the best plumbing company in the area. Whenever I contact them,they are quick to reply. If I call and get the voice mail,they quickly return my call. Jessica knows her customers and makes them feel comfortable. They have done lots of work for us and our neighbors. Their work is top notch.  The staff in the office to the guys they send out first rate. I recommend them 100%.

Spencer came out to quote repiping my home. I agreed to the price as he was about $300 cheaper than another vendor and he said they would start in 2 to 3 weeks. It is now 2 months later (not exaggerating) and haven't heard from him. I've called numerous times. The woman who answers their phone might be the most rude and unprofessional front office person I've ever spoken with. They may do okay work, but I'll never know. Terrible customer service and overall experience, so have no choice but to give this review to help others who are searching for plumbing companies.

We had a TERRIBLE experience with this company.  We were charged $295 for less than half an hour of work to snake a line when we were having a backup into our house. The receipt stated that the work is covered by a 60 day guaranty.  A little over a month later we had the exact same issue.  We called the company back and told them it should be covered under a 60 day warranty. They agreed and came back out. However, after they had snaked the line again (once again less than half an hour of work) they handed my husband a bill for $275. My husband explained that we shouldn't be receiving a bill as they were performing work under a warranty.  The man (Joe) then told him that he had performed additional work that was not covered by the warranty when he put a camera in the line to determine what the problem was. We informed the company that we would not be paying the second bill as 1) it was our understanding there would be no charge for the second service call, 2) if any work outside the scope or the warranty was going to be performed, they should have notified us, and 3) the actual problem was never fixed. Our communication from the company has been extremely hostile and threatening.  At this point, we will likely be taking them to court.  Worst experience EVER with a service provider and would give them zero stars if I could. Do not use this company.

This is a great plumber and service.  He always comes to the rescue when needed, is ready to work and pricing is very competitive and good.  I highly recommend Ray and his work.

Had a sewer issue, Mike came out on Sunday to diagnose the issue and had it repaired quickly.  Excellent job.

We called at 9:30 am for service on Saturday June 1st.  They kept calling to let us know the service tech was running late.  He didn't show up until 10:30pm.  That's 13 hours later.  He said he was really tired and asked if he could just cap the leak off and call it good.  Five minutes later he was done and charged me $200.00.

He also gave me an estimate to re-plumb my entire home due to faulty fittings.  He quoted me $9,100.00.   Thank fully I got a second opinion.  The job is done at $5,600.00.  

This vendor needs to learn about customer service and fair pricing practices.  Good luck to you if you need a plumber!

After scheduling an appt last week that was cancelled same day, I tried again. Today the technicians showed up for a few electrical issues and when they couldn't quick fix them (they tried for about 5 mins) , they said their manager needed them to install a generator for someone else so they had to leave. When I asked when they could come back he said they were really busy and it could be weeks and suggested I call another company. And then he wanted $111 for the gas/trip fee.  WHAT?!?!

I asked to be placed BACK on their schedule and if/when they show back up and fix the problems, I'll happily update this review (and pay them the one time $111 gas/trip fee).

I don't know about the degree of work these folks do... They never showed up. They were supposed to come out one day, they called me as requested and confirmed the time... that time came and went, an hour later I called to see what happened. He said he was about to call me and could we reschedule for the next day. I said sure and he confirmed time and date. He never showed up and never called.
Don't waste your time... call someone else that will actually show up to the job.

$875.00 for a 2 hour job unclogging a drain pipe. Really? If a  person promotes themselves as a Christian that is a moral and fair minded person, as Randy Scribner did to me, they are not. Learn from my expensive mistake and move on to another service provider. Buyer beware. Dave Cope, Stanley, NC
