Slam dunk choice for plumbing help.  Ken was absolutely straightforward in his analysis of my problem (water heater), creative in trying to find less expensive solutions than a complete replacement.  Equally, if not more importantly, he followed up on each visit he made to make sure we were happy and to answer any questions.  Definitely made us feel we were in good, trustworthy hands.  We recommend him highly.

I called Riverview Plumbing this morning after water was pouring out of hot water heater yesterday. I sent pictures of the water heater to them and they gave a very reasonable quote. They were busy until next week but worked me in today. Scott was very nice and knowledgeable and had an apprentice with him to learn the trade which I find very commendable. He brought my water heater pipes up to code and learned a great deal about how important it is as a homeowner to flush the water heater yearly as I am on well water. Thank you for the the honest and trustworthy work and for the education during the installation!! I am going to recommend you to everyone I know!!

Chris was able to remove and reinstall a  new garage disposal for my property. I was very pleased with his service. He was kind enough to explain what was going on and the cause of the issue. Called and spoke to Brittany. She was knowledgeable and quickly got me a quote in reference to my leaky spigot handle. Her technician saw the quick video of the issue and he came to my house within 30 mins and fixed it, free of charge!  He literally was like a water works ninja. I didn't even see him come by! Amen plumbing really went above and beyond and they didn't even know me. They will be my go to plumbers from now on! Top notch service.

We recently hired Pete and Go Green Plumbing to replace our ailing water pump.  They brought out the new pump, discovered that the old pump was never up to handling the depth of the well, so they upgraded the new pump to a higher horsepower. They installed the pump and everything was great.  Pete answered a lot of questions along the way.  This story should end here but it doesn't.  It just so happened that the new pump was somehow defective. It became apparent a few days after it was installed.  It was at this point that Pete Green and Go Green Plumbing really proved their worth.  Sometimes a perfectly good piece of equipment fails after it's installed; it just happens, but instead of getting the run-around about it, Pete came out, installed a new replacement pump, just happened to discover a non-related issue with our water heater and fixed that free of charge. It's nice to know that Pete Green  and the Go Green Plumbing team not only do great great work, but they are also responsible and go the extra mile to make sure all their customers are happy. Our new pump works great and we won't hesitate to call Go Green Plumbing in the future.

Bearden's Plumbing Service is very professional! Brian, from Bearden's was recommended to me from another plumbing company. He called before he arrived and arrived on time. I received an accurate quote as he was honest about the work and didn't overcharge for anything that did not need to be fixed.

Harvey was recommended to us by a trusted source, and we are so glad that we called him. We had water heater and gas pipe banging issues, and Harvey came on-time, assessed the situation, repaired for a reasonable price immediately, made a few recommendations for future maintenance, and then to top it all off, he came back the next day to discover and repair the source of a nagging pinging sound (gas pipes).  Great job, Harvey! Emailed early this morning and had a technician at my house before 9am. Nealleigh listened to my explanation of what I needed fixed, quickly assessed my list, gave me the costs of the different scenarios for repairing my clogged toilet, and got to work. After a few different tacks, she got to the root of the problem and reinstalled my toilet. She was polite, courteous and personable. Cleanup was thorough, she wore shoe covers at all times inside my home. Will definitely contact Roto-Rooter for further plumbing needs and recommend both the company and technician (Nealleigh) to friends and family in need of their services. Due to her diligence and persistence, she saved me money, left me flush(ing).

I can't say enough about this company.  I called them Monday morning and they were at my house within an hour that same day.  They cleared my laundry drain quickly and tested it a few times before leaving.  Their price was less than half of the quote I received from a competitor.  I will most definitely be using them again.  In addition, my son said the gentleman that came out was a super nice guy.  Very satisfied customer.  Thank you Pay Less!

They repaired a shower pipe, leaky sink, and outside spigot. The later two were easy repairs, but the shower pipe was more complicated as it was broken inside the shower wall. They were able to repair it inside the wall. They explained the repairs needed, were professional, and polite. I thought the fees were reasonable. The only potential issue might be that they were late for both appointments.

Professional.  On-time and will work in during schedule openings.  Reasonably price, towards higher end, but get what you pay for.  Will be a customer as long as I live in Charlotte.  There's literally no need to work with any one else.

Great service today! Tore Pinna came out and installed a gas line so we could hook up our natural gas grill on the patio. Highly recommend this company! I got an appointment right away and they showed up on time!
