Slam dunk choice for plumbing help.  Ken was absolutely straightforward in his analysis of my problem (water heater), creative in trying to find less expensive solutions than a complete replacement.  Equally, if not more importantly, he followed up on each visit he made to make sure we were happy and to answer any questions.  Definitely made us feel we were in good, trustworthy hands.  We recommend him highly.

We had setup an appointment for an estimate on a job involving replacing a toilet and a possible floor repair.  They were available early for the appointment (they called and asked if early was alright).  Their price was fair and the job was completed that afternoon. They cleaned up after themselves and took the trash (including the old toilet) with them.  Very pleasant to work with. No fuss; no muss.  Just a job well done.   Amen is now our Go-To plumbers!

What an amazing company! They went above and beyond to help me when my water heater broke! Joe, the technician that came to fix the water heater was fabulous! He walked me through all the steps and the choices that I had and if I had a question he had the answer for me. We recently hired Brian to fix a leaking  shower and replace a sink drain.  He was prompt, professional and reasonable.  So glad to find a local plumber, will be calling on him again for any of our plumbing  needs.

I had a leak in my outside hose spigot.  They called and offered to come out a day earlier than my scheduled appointment which worked great for my schedule. The plumber Dereck was courteous and professional and explained to me everything that was fixed. The work was done for a very reasonable price. Overall, an excellent experience!

Harvey was recommended to us by a trusted source, and we are so glad that we called him. We had water heater and gas pipe banging issues, and Harvey came on-time, assessed the situation, repaired for a reasonable price immediately, made a few recommendations for future maintenance, and then to top it all off, he came back the next day to discover and repair the source of a nagging pinging sound (gas pipes).  Great job, Harvey! I was able to schedule not only same day, but service within 2 hours of calling.   They sent Adolfo and Derrick, who were both great.   Friendly, professional, and knew what they were doing.    

They cleared the drain and cleaned up after.   Definitely will use them again if I have an issue.

I can't say enough about this company.  I called them Monday morning and they were at my house within an hour that same day.  They cleared my laundry drain quickly and tested it a few times before leaving.  Their price was less than half of the quote I received from a competitor.  I will most definitely be using them again.  In addition, my son said the gentleman that came out was a super nice guy.  Very satisfied customer.  Thank you Pay Less!

Well it is the first time I called out any one that was glad to be here to help us , Joey was very  Happy person, I think he really loved his job. very knowledgeable  of what he was doing. will be using this company, and Joey again.

I have used them for  years and will not use anybody else.   My home is older (almost 100 years old) and they continue to do excellent work.   Very thorough and very professional.

We had a major underground leak in our front yard caused by a tree root that had grown through the main pipe, and because of this needed a total line replacement from the street to the house. We called several plumbers, with one (Benjamin Franklin) even trying to charge us over $6100! Called Queen City Plumbing and they said they would do the entire job for $2500! They were done in a matter of hours, cleaned up after themselves, and even went as far as to lay down new grass seed over the trench they dug. We are very happy with the service, the upfront and honest dealings, and will definitely be using them again for any plumbing needs that arise.
