Slam dunk choice for plumbing help.  Ken was absolutely straightforward in his analysis of my problem (water heater), creative in trying to find less expensive solutions than a complete replacement.  Equally, if not more importantly, he followed up on each visit he made to make sure we were happy and to answer any questions.  Definitely made us feel we were in good, trustworthy hands.  We recommend him highly.

I had Chris come over to install a garbage disposal today.   He brought an associate as well.  Together, both were professional, clean, worked swiftly and most importantly, made sure we were happy with the completion.  From a personal experience, I would recommend him/associate for those seeking service.

We recently hired Pete and Go Green Plumbing to replace our ailing water pump.  They brought out the new pump, discovered that the old pump was never up to handling the depth of the well, so they upgraded the new pump to a higher horsepower. They installed the pump and everything was great.  Pete answered a lot of questions along the way.  This story should end here but it doesn't.  It just so happened that the new pump was somehow defective. It became apparent a few days after it was installed.  It was at this point that Pete Green and Go Green Plumbing really proved their worth.  Sometimes a perfectly good piece of equipment fails after it's installed; it just happens, but instead of getting the run-around about it, Pete came out, installed a new replacement pump, just happened to discover a non-related issue with our water heater and fixed that free of charge. It's nice to know that Pete Green  and the Go Green Plumbing team not only do great great work, but they are also responsible and go the extra mile to make sure all their customers are happy. Our new pump works great and we won't hesitate to call Go Green Plumbing in the future.

They replaced 2 master bath faucets for us.  Work was done quickly and effectively.  The guys were friendly and even took time to replace an unrelated drain cap that was broken.  I would recommend!

Edy-Mac came to our house at 830 PM to look at a water main leak. After a hard rain. Found the leak and had it fixed in about an hour!!! Very reasonable charge for the work at night. First plumber wanted to dig up our yard and run a whole new line for $3500.  Was a leaking fitting. He saved us thousands of dollars!!!  They replaced a water heater for us a few years ago with the same great service. We highly recommend them!

My rental management company sent Mr. Brian to fix my plumbing issues. He was on time, very professional, respectful and extremely thorough in his work. I'm very happy to have him as my plumber. His work was spectacular and I'm now plumbing issue free!

Harvey was recommended to us by a trusted source, and we are so glad that we called him. We had water heater and gas pipe banging issues, and Harvey came on-time, assessed the situation, repaired for a reasonable price immediately, made a few recommendations for future maintenance, and then to top it all off, he came back the next day to discover and repair the source of a nagging pinging sound (gas pipes).  Great job, Harvey! Much appreciated.

A tree root broke into our sewer line, cracked the pipe & caused a blockage late on a Friday night. So I called first thing Monday morning and scheduled a plumber to come on Tuesday at 11:30. My first bit of advice would be if you use Roto-Rooter, schedule the plumber to come first thing in the morning, so you are the first appointment. Otherwise you will be fooled into thinking your plumber will actually come at your appointment time! I understand that it is normal for a plumber to be late or a little behind, but not almost 4 hours behind, there is definitely a scheduling issue here. Honesty is important to me, I have things to do, so I was waiting around Tuesday for 3 hours for no reason. They should have just told me the truth, I would have rescheduled and done something else with my day. I kept getting calls with false updates and then finally I got the call at 2:30pm saying the plumber was on the way (not knowing if they are another 15, 30 minutes... or 1 hour away) but by that time it was too late, I had to go back to work, duh!

They apologized and scheduled me first on Wednesday morning, the plumber did arrive as promised around 9am. The blockage was fixed & the plumber was happy to share the details of what he would be doing and answer my questions.

It was a hefty $305 to unblock the pipes, then its another $60 for a big bottle of organic drain cleaner. Then I was quoted a ghastly $3400 to repair the problem, I cannot even process that right now. Overall, I gave 3-stars because the blockage was cleared and the plumber was friendly. I suppose if I was given more honesty on Tuesday and if the labor was more affordable I would have given more stars.

I can't say enough about this company.  I called them Monday morning and they were at my house within an hour that same day.  They cleared my laundry drain quickly and tested it a few times before leaving.  Their price was less than half of the quote I received from a competitor.  I will most definitely be using them again.  In addition, my son said the gentleman that came out was a super nice guy.  Very satisfied customer.  Thank you Pay Less!

Terrible!!! They were called for a sewage backup in my house. They busted our sewage pipe inside our house. Did $10,000 worth of damage and not a apology, not a offer to pay for the damage. Also gave us a quote for $4,200 for $800 worth of work.

DISHONEST! DO NOT TRUST THEIR SERVICES. My property manager had hired them to come out to one of my rentals for a garbage disposal and shower faucet repair. They had quoted me over $500 to replace the entire garbage disposal and replace the shower faucet. He said there was a leak & that it was no longer working. My husband & I thought the charges were absurd so we decided to replace it ourselves. We ended up buying a new disposal for $89 from Home Depot and when we went to replace it, it turns out the existing garbage disposal was working just fine & it was only a jam! Very simple fix & we were very upset that we almost paid $500 for a misdiagnosis!! When we tried to call them to file a complaint, they did nothing to compensate for the inconvenience. Not only are they dishonest but their customer service is poor. So glad we decided to look at it ourselves and we will NEVER use their services again. I would recommend staying away from this company.
