Awesome.  Ken gave me a quote to replace a couple of traps and repair a leaking faucet in my old West Hartford house.  His quote was very reasonable and I had been given his name as a referral so I hired him for the job.  He was easy to schedule, showed up early (after calling to make sure it was OK), and came in with a final bill significantly lower than his already reasonable initial quote!  Ken is an honest, hardworking local businessman and I'd highly recommend you give him a call if you are shopping for plumbers.

Very professional service and quick response. Scott was willing to come out on a Sunday afternoon to fix a frozen pipe. 10 minutes after I called Riverview Plumbing the frozen pipe must've thawed because the water came back on in the house. By the time I called Riverview to cancel the service call, Scott was already pulling into my drive. That means they made it to my house 30 minutes after I called him the first time. Dominos isn't even that fast!

Scott didn't charge me a single penny for showing up and not having to do any work. He still did a walk around the outside of the house and found where the problem area was on the pipe. He gave me a few tips on how to prevent this from happening again and with a handshake he was off.

Chris was able to remove and reinstall a  new garage disposal for my property. I was very pleased with his service. He was kind enough to explain what was going on and the cause of the issue. Bad experience. I made a request for service on Yelp. Had three reply's. Go Green waived it's service fee so I cancelled another appointment(smart way to get rid of the competition) then they cancelled on me saying that they would come after hours for an additional $169.00 after stringing us along all day with texts. Didn't have an option but to reschedule for the next day.

Tech quoted me $2000- $2500 for 5lbs of 410a and to redo a few flare connections. They had prior knowledge of what needed to be done and the tech came unprepared. So, Even if I was willing to pay the unrealistic quote he was  not prepared to do the work. Wasted two days. The unit was a mini split that cost $900 new and comes fully charged. They wanted $2500. Wow just Wow

They misdiagnosed the problem as well. It was just a loose nut at the flare connection. $2500 to tighten a nut and $150 in coolant.

They replaced 2 master bath faucets for us.  Work was done quickly and effectively.  The guys were friendly and even took time to replace an unrelated drain cap that was broken.  I would recommend!

Eddie was the best. Had another plumber come out and made a mess of things. My sister who's a real estate broker referred me to Edy-Mac since they are her go-to. He came through after hours and was very well priced. I can't say enough good things. Thanks Eddie!!

We recently hired Brian to fix a leaking  shower and replace a sink drain.  He was prompt, professional and reasonable.  So glad to find a local plumber, will be calling on him again for any of our plumbing  needs.

We had a major plumbing problem Super Bowl Sunday at 6:20! We had water flying out of our sewer line in the basement and coming through our shower floor. I had several phone calls out to our builder, plumbers I have used before, and random names I had Googled. There were some companies that wouldn't even help me since I was not an existing costumer....really?
All About The Pipes (Dan) was courteous, knowledgeable and came out within the hour...UNBELIEVABLE!  He fixed our immediate problem. Now that's a company to call on again. Thank you!

Harvey was recommended to us by a trusted source, and we are so glad that we called him. We had water heater and gas pipe banging issues, and Harvey came on-time, assessed the situation, repaired for a reasonable price immediately, made a few recommendations for future maintenance, and then to top it all off, he came back the next day to discover and repair the source of a nagging pinging sound (gas pipes).  Great job, Harvey! After a week of attempts to alleviate a kitchen sink/washing machine/garage sink clog ourselves, we ended up with stinky water all over our kitchen floor. This was on Sunday of Memorial Day weekend so we figured we were doomed. Wrong! One call to Roto Rooter of Charlotte and a tech was at our house within 90 minutes. Hlei the plumber was methodical in addressing the issue, figured out the problem, and fixed it. Fair price and guaranteed work. I have used Roto Rooter of Charlotte before and would do so again. You should to.

We have had Hefner Plumbing out for three or four problems after we moved in. They always showed up the same day (except once when we called on a weekend) and handled the situation efficiently. No fuss, no mess -- and the plumbers took their shoes off before entering the house.

I called and made an appointment, prior to appointment I received a call asking if I would mind changing from Friday to Monday. Since my plumbing problem was not urgent I agreed.
Well monday came and at nood when I not received call I called them and the lady I talked too didn't seem to know about my service request but said she would contact plumber. I didn't hear from plumber and they simply were a no show. I would not suggest use of this service
