Jason and Chase are a great plumbing team, they were quick to respond to my request for service and came out next business day to replace a cartridge in our shower head valve. I would highly recommend using their services moving forward as I have had some less than stellar plumbers come to the house prior to calling Julian's Plumbing. I will be using them on a go forward basis. Thanks guys!

On top of what needed to be done, he went the extra way without asking to fix the little nuance things just because he was there.

I needed a plumber on a Saturday.  Will came highly recommended. Ordinarily he wouldn't came out to Gastonia but I'm glad that he did this for us. I had an obvious underground water leak in the front of my property. The sidewalk, that divides the the grass along my front curb from the lawn on my property was showing (leaking) water. Angelo from Pure Flow Plumbing in Cover, SC immediately diagnosed the problem. He said it most likely was the main water line that feeds into the house and that a tree root probably damaged the line. He was right. Unfortunately this line was under the concrete sidewalk. Angelo did a great job cutting a narrow path through the concrete, locating the broken section of water line and replacing that section. He then repaired the side walk by poring concrete and smoothing it out. Had it not been for rain, he would have finished the entire job in one day. It was great having an obviously experienced, knowledgeable person who was able to do both repairs. As a bonus, Angelo was also prompt, courteous and professional. I highly recommend Pure Flow!  (Al. I am so excited to write this review. We have tried to get HOT water in our house for several years. We bought a new gas hot water heater over a year ago. Still, the water was just warm. We have paid a few thousand dollars for the water heater and several companies to come out to get HOt water. I found Charlotte Plumbing by researching online. They had lgood ratings. We talked to them on Monday and Tuesday morning Nick showed up. In about two hours, which included Nick's trip to Lowe's, we have HOT water. We had to turn the thermastat down, and I wear gloves to wash dishes!
Don't waste money and time calling other companies
And if you get Nick, consider yourself blessed. He is the best plumber you can get!

We had a pipe leak inside of our walls that all affected our floors.  The person that was initially supposed to come out was stuck on a job so the owner, Justin, came out.  Joe was there for the rest of the project.  They were professional, straightforward, polite and fixed the issue without trouble.  I definitely recommend this company and will continue to use them for any issues in the future.

Chad was professional, affordable, punctual, and a pleasure to work with. He did his homework on the project prior to quoting me his rate. My project had layers to it and he communicated effectively. He offered great suggestions on follow up tasks I had surrounding the project, and those suggestions proved extremely helpful. He went above and beyond. Even charging me less once he completed the work. I highly recommend!

I did not need Mr. Garvey's services as I just bought a new home,  but being unfamiliar with North Carolina's winters I thought I would ask him his opinion of how to deal with my water heater through the winter months.

He did a great job answering my questions, very friendly and appreciated his kind attitude and helping demeanor.   If I do need a plumber I would be using him based on that alone -- sometimes what a person does for you without any services in return tells you about their quality before you even need to use them.  Mr. Garvey passed that test with flying colors, and I would recommend him highly.

My last plumber scammed me then left without proper inspection and permit. Luckily i called Seth. His team came out the next day to performed quick service and reasonable price. They're very professional, no BS. 6 stars for Seth and Scott. Thank you

I called Brian Long Plumbing for a plumbing problem with my toilet. Best call I made! My toilet tank had cracked and I needed a new installation. This company is a hidden gem! I had made a dozen calls, starting with the most highly rated. None could help. Brian is extremely busy but squeezed me in for a 24 hour turnaround time. Extremely knowledgeable and honest to a fault. He has been in business for a decade. He was able to uninstall and install a new toilet in under 90 minutes, was the most reasonably priced and takes extreme pride in his work. I would absolutely recommend Brian to anyone needing a plumber and he will be my first call if ever needed again.

I had a busted water line behind my refrigerator on Christmas Day. I called my warranty company and they said it would be a couple of days before they could find someone. Then after 48 hours, they found a plumber, but said that person wouldn't be out for another few days. The Home Warranty company finally let me choose my own plumber. I called Cain's Able Plumbing. I let them know that I had been without water water due to the leak and they came out that day. The plumber, JT was very nice, knowledgeable and helpful. Also this company is very reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

I had a real plumbing emergency upon returning from vacation. My upstairs toilet overflowed severely. Justin provided excellent customer service via the telephone. Walking me through how to shut off my water in my home and advising me that he would be to me immediately to help me get to the bottom of what was going on. He was very polite, helpful, and he educated me on what exactly transpired, very quick and efficient. I definitely would highly recommend this company. Should you experienced any plumbing emergencies highly recommended.

he/they handled my changing my back-flow preventer outside & went above the service required to fix the problem. made it so we can remove the brass preventer in the winter to keep it from freezing. cool fix. loosen a couple of big nuts and take it off!

We have a service contract with MJ, so we received a call and email to schedule our Free maintenance appointment. Both times they came out, our system was working perfectly fine before they came, and then stopped working immediately after they leave. I had to call them back out to get it working again and we were told it was coincidence both times. They try to make it seem like they are cutting us a break by not charging us a fee to come back out, just charging for parts and labor. Seems shady to me!!!

I have used Jim Dickerson plumbing over the years, however will not use their services any longer. They over charge for labor and the cost of repairs. I had someone come out for 2 plumbing issues.. A leaking sink and tub. I was charged 3 hours of labor for sealing a leak under the kitchen sink and an attempt to repair the tub leak. The tub leak was not able to be fixed because of the need to replace a valve. The technician spent hours trying to find the water source in the house and then left to go get parts to attempt to repair the tub leak. I was charged 441.00 for labor and the cost of repairing the leak under the sink which was sealed.
After sending a request to speak with the technician to find out exact details of the work, their accounting department sent a return email only that stated they overcharged for the work done and credited 200.00. The total cost still remained at 288.00. I was charged for the time the tech left and attempted to find a part for work that was not completed. After knowing their inconsistency in their work, I will no longer use their services. Very disappointed.

I was having issues and called this place to come out to inspect.  This was on Wednesday and the guy told me someone would be here on Thursday. Great!  Waited all day on Thursday, no one showed. I called them back and they said I was on the schedule for Friday (even though I received my text).  So, whatever, Friday it is.  Now after waiting all day again, no one showed up and I received another text to see we'll see you tomorrow (meaning Saturday).  These people have no clue of what they are doing.  Go somewhere else!
