Woke up to a flooded kitchen after washing clothes. My mother used ER in the past and she said to give them a call. I was connected to a plumber within 10 mins of my call. Jason H immediately knew what the issue was and was at my house in an hour. He spent about 20 minutes at my house and recommended some treatments to help assist me in the future. He also gave me pricing/estimates if they needed to come back out and fix what he thought were tree vines growing into the septic line. He was super friendly in my time of crisis and it was much appreciated. Being a homeowner things will go wrong, but its nice to have a friendly face let you know everything will be okay. I highly recommended ER!

I was replacing a bathroom vanity on the 1st floor.  I ordered the vanity and bathroom faucet and attempted to install but was having difficulty with the connections as it wasn't reaching.  They came out and fixed the issue.  I really thought their team was professional and even adjusted to an earlier time.  Only drawback was the pricing was steeper than I would have expected.

Nick was awesome! We just bought an older house so there were quite a few plumbing issues and past 'handyman' fixes to be repaired.

We had cast iron, copper, pex, pvc and he did it all! We removed a wall in our bathroom and he redirected our plumbing to go down a different wall and even crawled up in our tiny attic to secure the cast iron that was falling down.  He also moved our water heater, plumbed in our vanities, set up our shower/handheld valves/diverters.

Can't recommend him and his partner, Burke, enough! Super responsive, punctual, and clean up well after themselves. Plus they were very sweet to our dog who is very curious and all up in their business. We will definitely be using them when we get around to doing our other bathroom!

I just want to thank Service Pro for coming out and fixing my hot water today. I was 11 days without hot water trying to go through my warranty and the owners along with John who fixed my water heater saved the day! I highly recommend this company. I had an obvious underground water leak in the front of my property. The sidewalk, that divides the the grass along my front curb from the lawn on my property was showing (leaking) water. Angelo from Pure Flow Plumbing in Cover, SC immediately diagnosed the problem. He said it most likely was the main water line that feeds into the house and that a tree root probably damaged the line. He was right. Unfortunately this line was under the concrete sidewalk. Angelo did a great job cutting a narrow path through the concrete, locating the broken section of water line and replacing that section. He then repaired the side walk by poring concrete and smoothing it out. Had it not been for rain, he would have finished the entire job in one day. It was great having an obviously experienced, knowledgeable person who was able to do both repairs. As a bonus, Angelo was also prompt, courteous and professional. I highly recommend Pure Flow!  (Al. James showed up on time and did a wonderful job replacing my shower valve!  He cleaned up the whole work area and left the bathroom better than he found it.  Please don't hesitate to call this honest and clear pricing company for any of your plumbing needs.  They called ahead and let us know James was on his way. Third time and it just keeps getting better as these guys are the definition of excellence of execution as Daniel Payne showed up ten minutes early, identified the issue with my water heater, explained it in an easy to understand fashion without making me feel like an idiot haha, didn't try to upsell me on a new heater, and last but not least, fixed the issue no problem.  I will continue to recommend these guys to everyone I know as they are honest, fair, personable and trustworthy.  Fantastic work option one!

I did not need Mr. Garvey's services as I just bought a new home,  but being unfamiliar with North Carolina's winters I thought I would ask him his opinion of how to deal with my water heater through the winter months.

He did a great job answering my questions, very friendly and appreciated his kind attitude and helping demeanor.   If I do need a plumber I would be using him based on that alone -- sometimes what a person does for you without any services in return tells you about their quality before you even need to use them.  Mr. Garvey passed that test with flying colors, and I would recommend him highly.

I waited 2 hours for an appointment no call back not even after I called back asking for appointment.  Just moved on to another plumber.

HIGHLY recommend Brian Long Plumbing! I live in an older house and needed major plumbing work done. The first company I called quoted me $2000.  I asked friends for recommendation and they recommended Brian Long.  I called and am so glad I did! They were able to complete the work at a fraction of the quote I received and did it so quickly! Top notch service and professionalism! I had a leak under my kitchen and put a bucket there to catch the water - Hugh was kind enough to dump the bucket of water out for me!

Fast, responsive, affordable, kind. Everything I look at when trying to find a service provider. They arrived on time and were very nice, quick and efficient. I will be using them for any other plumbing issue we have!

This company installed a water heater for us. Part of their sales pitch is to service and clean/flush for the life of the unit.  Is the heater is having some problems and needs it's first service and this company won't call me back. I have texted Dustin Williams and called, he hangs up on me and tells us we have the wrong number. Don't do business with this company unless you don't care about service after the install. Any implied warranty from them is useless.

he/they handled my changing my back-flow preventer outside & went above the service required to fix the problem. made it so we can remove the brass preventer in the winter to keep it from freezing. cool fix. loosen a couple of big nuts and take it off!

We had them replace an old bathtub and tile surround.  Should have done my homework.  Ended up being way more expensive than other groups would have charged.  They created much more damage to the walls than necessary.  When I talked to the main office, all I got was according to our contract, we are not responsible for damage done to walls.  The damage they did was unnecessary.  Lesson learned...will do my homework next time!

Came out quickly to repair a broken water line, which was the only positive.

Negatives:

1. Lost the lock key to my crawl space so I have to buy a new lock.

2.  Did not even attempt to fix landscaping they removed.  They removed lighting, a plant, and a small rock wall and left it scattered in the yard.  

Extremely disappointed with their aftercare for the price I paid for them to come out.

A friend of mine used North Meck Plumming.  I didn't just because they could not get out here as early because we had been without water for 2 weeks. They completely restored his landscaping as close to the original as possible.

I was having issues and called this place to come out to inspect.  This was on Wednesday and the guy told me someone would be here on Thursday. Great!  Waited all day on Thursday, no one showed. I called them back and they said I was on the schedule for Friday (even though I received my text).  So, whatever, Friday it is.  Now after waiting all day again, no one showed up and I received another text to see we'll see you tomorrow (meaning Saturday).  These people have no clue of what they are doing.  Go somewhere else!
