I  had a great experience with Julian plumbing.  I had a high water bill and spoke with Jason on 2/1. He informed me that I had a underground water leak in my yard.  We talked about repair and gave me an appraisal.  Repair was scheduled for 2/2, he was prompt and started immediately. He found out that the problem wasn't in the front but backyard that only had to be capped off. I really appreciated the honesty and fixing the problem quickly. I will be telling anyone else looking for a great plumbing service about the experience I had. Thanks again for the great service.

Very prompt, very courteous, wonderful customer service. If you have to call a plumber on a Sunday, you couldn't get better than this company.

They say that they are plumbers but they aren't.  A real plumber doesn't put shower fixtures on backwards and can install a hot water heater without having the city inspector fail it.

The customer service was great and they came out the same night to look at a water heater.    I can't give them a better review because their cost was outrageous.   $2,000 to replace a water heater in the garage was twice what it should have been.   I was out of town and it was for one of my rental properties so I was in a bind.   I would suggest finding someone cheaper if you have time to shop around.

I needed to replace leaking angle valves in my bathroom. Called Carolina plumbing pros and set up appointment. The technician that came was fantastic. Price was more than fair and the quality of work was superior.

I had an obvious underground water leak in the front of my property. The sidewalk, that divides the the grass along my front curb from the lawn on my property was showing (leaking) water. Angelo from Pure Flow Plumbing in Cover, SC immediately diagnosed the problem. He said it most likely was the main water line that feeds into the house and that a tree root probably damaged the line. He was right. Unfortunately this line was under the concrete sidewalk. Angelo did a great job cutting a narrow path through the concrete, locating the broken section of water line and replacing that section. He then repaired the side walk by poring concrete and smoothing it out. Had it not been for rain, he would have finished the entire job in one day. It was great having an obviously experienced, knowledgeable person who was able to do both repairs. As a bonus, Angelo was also prompt, courteous and professional. I highly recommend Pure Flow!  (Al. I called Brian Long Plumbing for a plumbing problem with my toilet. Best call I made! My toilet tank had cracked and I needed a new installation. This company is a hidden gem! I had made a dozen calls, starting with the most highly rated. None could help. Brian is extremely busy but squeezed me in for a 24 hour turnaround time. Extremely knowledgeable and honest to a fault. He has been in business for a decade. He was able to uninstall and install a new toilet in under 90 minutes, was the most reasonably priced and takes extreme pride in his work. I would absolutely recommend Brian to anyone needing a plumber and he will be my first call if ever needed again.

Had a tub removed in my grandma's house she is 80 and has a hard time stepping over the tub they installed a walk in shower with grab bars for her safety they had the upmost compassion for my mom and remodeled her bathroom for her safety it took a huge worry off my mind i was so worried she would fall but thanks to abetterway for putting me at ease they also followed up a year later for a warranty issue that they took care of at no cost to me! Dustin the owner is a standup guy they have done a few jobs for my friends as well!

I had granite countertops installed by Carolina Granite and unbeknownst to me, they do not reconnect the plumbing so I contacted 3 Way Plumbing since they had been to my home from a home warranty issue I had and I was satisfied with the work they completed. I only needed a faucet installed and the plumbing reconnected (dishwasher, garbage disposal and PVC pipes for sink). The PVC pipes were practically brand new since the garbage disposal was replaced last December. I was charged $757 for this work and feel this is highway robbery. I didn't ask for the pipes to be replaced which they were and it took less than an hour and a half to complete the job. My advice after this expensive experience is to hire an independent plumber who doesn't pass their overhead onto the customer as you'll be paying for their high tech work vans and advertising costs.

I owned my 2 AC units for 12 years. The first unit stopped working the summer of 2019 while I was traveling on business. My wife called Morris Jenkins and they told us we needed a new system and new refrigerant due to code. They replaced the 1 unit for over $12K. As luck would have it my 2nd system stopped working shortly after. Tech/rep from MJ came back and quoted us $1K to get us thru the rest of the summer, and $4K to get us thru the year. Luckily my neighbor used to be in the AC business. He quickly diagnosed I needed a $26.00 capacitor replaced that he ended replacing in about 20 minutes on the 2nd unit. This unit has been operating fine since the summer of 2019. Its coming up on 1 year later. I am convinced they train their technicians to upsell and would suspect even commissioned to do so. They took advantage of the fact that I was away and was dealing with my wife on the $12K system. After my experience and feeling swindled with my 2nd system I received quotes from 2 other AC companies for under $8K for the same $12K system installed by MJ. This is a very dishonest company and prey on customers who are at a disadvantage. Buyer beware! Their TV ads gall me because they are smiling at you with their hand in your pocket the whole time.
But don't take my word for it, read the dozens of reviews that have the same theme ....,  DISHONESTY!

I have used Jim Dickerson plumbing over the years, however will not use their services any longer. They over charge for labor and the cost of repairs. I had someone come out for 2 plumbing issues.. A leaking sink and tub. I was charged 3 hours of labor for sealing a leak under the kitchen sink and an attempt to repair the tub leak. The tub leak was not able to be fixed because of the need to replace a valve. The technician spent hours trying to find the water source in the house and then left to go get parts to attempt to repair the tub leak. I was charged 441.00 for labor and the cost of repairing the leak under the sink which was sealed.
After sending a request to speak with the technician to find out exact details of the work, their accounting department sent a return email only that stated they overcharged for the work done and credited 200.00. The total cost still remained at 288.00. I was charged for the time the tech left and attempted to find a part for work that was not completed. After knowing their inconsistency in their work, I will no longer use their services. Very disappointed.

I was having issues and called this place to come out to inspect.  This was on Wednesday and the guy told me someone would be here on Thursday. Great!  Waited all day on Thursday, no one showed. I called them back and they said I was on the schedule for Friday (even though I received my text).  So, whatever, Friday it is.  Now after waiting all day again, no one showed up and I received another text to see we'll see you tomorrow (meaning Saturday).  These people have no clue of what they are doing.  Go somewhere else!
