Tim was easy to book, professional. prompt and friendly. Not only did he expertly repair a range of broken items, but I had the most delightful conversation with him. I will definitely be booking him for more tasks in the upcoming months.

My project, which was to replace the rotted trim around the entry doors of a rental property proved more challenging than was initially anticipated. Tim came up with a solution, and executed the work to my complete satisfaction.
He arrived on time, and somehow survived a trip to Home Depot to pick up supplies, when half of Chicago had decided to spend their Memorial Day there!
I would definitely hire him again

He also took time to review and understand the project needs before beginning any work. Tim was wonderful! Patient and kind, yet also quick-moving and respectful of time. He's refreshingly nice and a great listener for what you're trying to accomplish. His work was topnotch itself, jumping from project to project in my home flawlessly with expertise -- (i.e. fixing closet doors, painting, helping with light fixtures) asking if I needed anything else frequently along the way! I would highly recommend him for various handyman needs.

Ally Handyman came to install an attic door. He did not install in the place I asked. Unfortunately I paid before the work was performed. The door opened directly into piping and could not be used. When I called back to have the issue of a nonfunctional door addressed my calls and voicemails were entirely ignored. I would hate for anyone else to experience the same problem of wasted money.

I got tired of trying to have my contractors finish all the little details that are left after a remodel, so I looked for 'a handyman' to just be able to tie up all those details* I picked Tim because his location was close to me..Boy did I get lucky!!! Tim is on time, professional and very experienced, he thinks on his feet,comes up with creative solutions to details left by 'the other guy:(  Did wonderful work in a timely manner,Basically I gave him a punch list from leveling a floor to rehanging stainless shelves, that were not level..I have started my next punch list for him to take care of, I am thrilled to have found him and will be using his services for all my future handyman projects*

Had a problematic front door that wouldn't close properly.  Tim picked up the phone right away - and just happened to be in the neighborhood.  Stopped by and fixed the problem in about 15 minutes.  Rates were very reasonable and I would definitely recommend him as he will now be our one stop shop going forward when needing a friendly neighborhood handyman!  Thanks again!
