If you want your project drawn out over a long period of time. If you want poor workmanship. If you want a person to show you pictures of what caused damage into your condo, then tell the HOA something completely different so he's not responsible. Well, then this is your guy. Our Condo flooded, and this came out and was completely unprofessional. Was on his phone, didn't try to fix the problem, and while he was in our home he called his friend who was close by an off duty security guard to come over, and talked to him outside of our house, talking loud and cussing. The next day he showed up and showed my wife pictures of a broken sprinkler caught in a lateral pipe and said that is what causes black water to come up through our kitchen sink and flood our home. He is the person responsible for the damage, so of course he said it was roots that cause the blockage. Not a single one of my neighbors in our Condo community approves of the work he does, if it weren't for a power hungry board member, this guy wouldn't even be allowed on our property. This guy, is completely unprofessional, dishonest, and is about to be sued by people at our property. Please stay away.

I have now used Mickey on both inside and outside projects. He does quality work.  He installed flooring, paint, as well as completely redoing my guest bathroom.

Awesome, incredibly hard working guys. Could not recommend enough.  We hired them to paint our house to get it ready to sell and they did an amazing job. Every room looks immaculate, the huge drywall repair they did  looks like it was never there, they definitely went above and beyond and were more than happy to do it. If your house painted, look no further.

Our bathroom was so outdated , we hated using it. Bruce came along and transformed our bath to a resort like bathroom we now love! Thank you so much for such a professional job and attention to detail. We couldn't have done it without you!

Jeff, JDR CONTRACTING, has did several remodels for our home in the past. This time he did a Ledger Stone wall with bookcases, and to say it is beautiful. Is not saying enough! He quoted us a time and $ amount and he came in right on schedule Great job. Jeff!

Thierry and his team have helped us with everything from changing lightbulbs (in vaulted ceilings and lights with uncommon bulbs), to installing a pool heater, custom building a pool fence, and fixing our outdoor electrical issues. Whenever there is a need for any handyman and building services, Prestige Building is my family's go to. They are professional, the prices are fair, and the work is done beautifully!

this joker shows up at my house and measured the project. we spoke and he refused to listen to the man to hire him he knew best was the attitude and body language he displayed to me so I shook his hand and said thank you and I look forward to his quote.

So a day later I get a text from Eddie saying:

Labor and material other than what you are supplying is $11,500 and whatever cost of the permit from city to be determined...

So if this idiot would have even listened to the potential customers request he would be a Half of a business man
And as you can see from his short text quote with no break down of cost or anything

So I texted Eddie asking what a

Would have the nerve to get a $11500 job by shitty text and not email with a proper letter head and price breakdown

I got lucky finding this guy!!!!  

I needed walls and floors replaced from an old roof leak.  He was also skilled to handle a hidden water leak in the laundry room.  

Come to find out, George is more than just a handy man.  He's a professional contractor with lots of experience building houses.  

Extremely impressive with how quick George responded to my request.  George is assertive, responsive, friendly, and knows what he is doing.  He is accommodating and helpful.   He also helped me move some items in my house.  Just an overall great and trustworthy guy.

The place is a joke.  The owner takes you around showing some places that he installed awnings/patio-covers.  He tries to impress you with his knowledge, etc.  Had another company install my patio cover at a much lower price.

Abducted by aliens.  The only plausible explanation why Cole has never given  me a quote after walking through my project and not responding to my text requests.
Very receptive to start.  Came out to the property the following day after inquiring through Yelp and we reviewed the project.  Appeared excited to start.  Would email a quote in a few days.  6 weeks later, still awaiting that email.  No response to texts.  
Not found on police blotters nor hospital admission rolls.  Yup, abducted by aliens.
