We had a bunch of our emergency lights out in our business. We replaced batteries but still ended up with many that were not working. Since they were over 12 years old, we decided to replace them. I reached out to our usual electrician on many occasions trying to get something scheduled (they even penciled me in but never showed up) so I decided to look for other options through Yelp.  Best Electrical Services was one of the respondence.

They were lower in price then some of the others that could provide proof of insurance which was necessarily since this is a business. Their reviews looked good, so I took a chance. They responded to my questions quickly, booked me for the following week, and actually showed up on time. They were very easy to work with and handled the installation quickly. I didn't have enough of the lights on premises so they told me to text them when they came in and they would fit them in. All in all, I'm very satisfied.

We have worked with Gary for over 5 times over the past 3 years, so this is a long overdue review for his high quality services. After the first time he helped us install the EV charger, we immediately knew he will be the to-go person for any electric needs from then on.

Communication and scheduling was a breeze. For the most recent job, he helped us diagnose and fix the exterior lights that stopped working after we redid our roof. During the diagnostic visit, he was able to effectively found out the root cause and came up with a solution and quote. During the repair visit, he carefully fixed the issue and double and triple checked to make sure everything was working as expected. Before he left, he also pointed out that we should get our gutter downspout (damaged during the reroof project as well) fixed as the electric meter box was right under the downspout. I am really glad we were able to do it before the following storm hits.

We have been very happy with Gary's work. He is professional, detail oriented and comprehensive. Having a peek into his van, you will be impressed by the how organized and clean it is. We highly recommend Gary. We needed our recessed kitchen lights fixed and Gary was responsive and came the same day (there was a cancellation). He was punctual, polite, and wore a mask/shoe coverings. We were impressed at how fast he was able to troubleshoot the problem, install new lights and fix our wires (did the job in two hours). Our Whirlpool double oven went kaput....not a good thing so close to the holiday. Gary was responsive and provided excellent service. He was diligent in troubleshooting from panel to oven. Will absolutely use and recommend his service.

I contacted Gary after finding him on Yelp and he gave me a competitive quote for replacing a water damaged Amazon Ring light fixture. He arrived on time and installed a new weatherproof junction box and added sealant to prevent rainwater leakage. He also helped adjust the camera and lights so the driveway would be properly monitored and illuminated.

Gary was very helpful when we approached him many months back. We put the project on-hold at the time, and when we were ready, we contacted him again and he was very accommodating. He helped replace our recess lightings in a relatively short period of time.

I contacted Gary via Yelp after submitting a request for an electrician to add two new high current circuits to my existing electrical panel.  Gary was very responsive and came by relatively quickly to quote the installation.  His pricing was very competitive and he did a great job with the installation, which was quite complex due to the long distance and many turns between the panel and the desired location of the outlets.  I've since gone back to Gary for additional electrical work and each time he has been responsive and professional, with excellent results.  Highly recommended.

Gary did an amazing job installing a wall charger for us. To help me figure out the best plan, he visited first to look at the site, the panels we have in place, and explained to me the pros and cons of a few different options. There was a power outage on our rental property and we made an appointment with Best Electrical Service. Gary arrived on time at the appointment. Listened to what we wanted, then gave reasonable  recommendations, and were honest with pricing. They even gave options for lower cost methods or items, if I wanted.
One days work: Finished full install of recessed lighting in 2 bedrooms with no ceiling lights completed with dimmer switch, two hallway lights switched out for recessed lights and ran a new line to the master bath so we can later have a higher powered exhaust fan. When ever an aesthetic decision was to be made they asked before doing the work.

Our dryer outlet stopped working so I reached out to Gary at Best Electrical and he responded immediately. We set up a time for him to come troubleshoot and he was punctual. He was professional and thoroughly explained the issues. Our breaker was burnt and he resolved it on the spot. Overall, I was very pleased with the service.
