I've had him help me with two jobs at my house in San Mateo, CA now and would recommend him for the quality of his work, his professionalism, and attention to detailed craftsmanship.  

We were using an extension cord for our sprinkler timer which was now only a fire hazard, but a tripping hazard with the kids so I asked Jacob if he could install some outlets near the timer using some pre-existing conduit. The results are amazing and Jacob spent quality time to do the job right, going over and above what I expected. Jacob can do both large and small jobs and I won't hesitate to hire him again.

The other day our neighbor pointed out a part of our roof looked to be sagging. I called a few roofers out to investigate and they said that the trusses and supports inside the attic space was not strong enough for the roof and that I would need a general contractor. The builder of the home did not support the plywood properly!  I called at least 5 different contractor companies and RB Handyman was the only one that called me back. That very next day they had someone come out and look. He provided me a reasonable quote and described in detail what needed to be done. I felt very confident that they new what they were doing. I agreed to the quote and a crew was out the very next day! The work they did was great and I am confident that my roof is now supported properly.

Massis and his team have excellent customer service, efficient and he knows what he is doing. I would call him again for any electrical needs in my home without hesitation. Very professional and easy to work with. Installed an electrical car charger for me and came in way lower than other quotes I received. Job was completed in a timely fashion!

Unexpectedly lost power to part of our upstairs area with lights dimming and outlets not working.  Contacted Mark and he came out the next business day.  Within a couple of hours, he identified and fixed the issue. Reasonable price, great communication, and excellent service. Definitely recommend and will refer him to my real estate clients.

This is my second review for Rodriguez Electric.  The first was for a problem I had at my house and the second is for a problem my 83 year old mother had at her house.  She had almost a complete electrical outage at her house.  Only lights and outlets in the kitchen.  This happened on a Saturday evening around 7pm.  I did not want her home in the dark so called George immediately.  He was out of town but came home early to repair my mom's problem first thing Sunday morning!  He came right when he said he would and fixed the problem without over charging or anything.  He is the best.  I highly recommend!

Great electrician. Responsive and reliable.

He came within one day of requested time and was honest. He said I could fix four of my problems but the fifth one could not be resolved. He finished the work ahead of schedule and on budget.

We hired Cham and team to redo our home theater setup.  We moved an existing free standing setup to a hidden in-ceiling speaker system (with in wall subwoofer), and mounted TV.  In addition, all of the wiring was rerouted to a nearby closet where the equipment was mounted/stored (receiver etc).

Project went great, it took about 3-4 days, the team was very professional, and cleaned up each day.  End product was fantastic, sounds and looks great, and the process Cham and I went to arrive at the final build list was good - he presented ideas/ranges and I ended up selecting what I wanted.  Where he considered something not a great fit he would tell you (which turned out to be right), so he guidance was great and appreciated.

My husband and I worked with maybe 8-10 vendors of all kinds as we freshened up our older house before we moved in.  Jeff is the only one who didn't  give us the runaround or cut corners. I've referred him enthusiastically to anyone who will listen!

Jeff is incredibly knowledgable on a huge range of topics and somehow does them all well. Most importantly, he shows pride in his quality of work. For us, he put in a large drywall patch, installed a new medicine chest, put in our tricky kitchen faucet, shimmed floor squeaks, replaced a door casing, and more. He took the time to answer questions not related to the work he was doing (first time homeowners!) and point out things we should know to care for the work he did properly.

Jeff is up front about costs and a friendly and fun personality to have in your home. He was so essential to getting our home situated that my husband and I invited him to our housewarming party. We will certainly continue working with him!
