Experienced a property owner nightmare -- ceiling crack that after evaluation turned out to be a leak. Norman from the start was a great advisor from the start guiding and proving helpful information at each step. While we didn't use him for the leak evaluation, he helped directing us to a plumber (when it was urgently needed), then there to help with the repair once leak was repaired.

During the repair process, he set expectations and was always very communicative and through regarding price and information that would help guide in the best decision. Instead of rushing the process, was very patient and committed to completing the very best job. I'm so glad to have found him and will certainly use him again!

We were using an extension cord for our sprinkler timer which was now only a fire hazard, but a tripping hazard with the kids so I asked Jacob if he could install some outlets near the timer using some pre-existing conduit. The results are amazing and Jacob spent quality time to do the job right, going over and above what I expected. Jacob can do both large and small jobs and I won't hesitate to hire him again.

Mikhail was kind, courteous, and quick. He even found a fuse box that we didnt know existed! He first fixed the fuse then started working on a ceiling light that hasn't been fixed in years, so he did the wiring and told me just to by a light fixture of your choice and he will come back!

I needed recessed lighting (along with dimmer switch) installed in the living room and kitchen. Not knowing any electricians, I send a quote request to 5 electricians. Daniel was very quick to respond, texted and setup a time to come take a look. He was very professional, wore a mask and maintained social distancing. His quote was reasonable and offered to pick up the required items from the store as well. On the day of work, his crew arrived on time. Both the crew members wore masks all throughout, and were very professional. They suggested few minor changes which I decided to go with. After finishing the work, they cleaned up the place and moved the furniture back in place. Overall, I am very happy and satisfied with their work.

This is the 2nd time I've used Massis with AMZ Electric.

We had 2 electrical outlets in our backyard that hadn't been working for at least a year (I suspect 2 years but my husband won't admit to 2). Anyway, I let it go because I figured the backyard was my husband's domain and he'd eventually take care of it. Wrong! lol

I finally placed a call to Massis on Mon morning, he said he could come out that afternoon. He did and had the plugs repaired in 20 min.

For over a year, these two outlets didn't work, and Massis had them repaired in 20 min. I was so happy with the service that I started walking around my house trying to figure out what else needed to be done that I could hire someone to come fix! Thanks Massis for another great service!

Nothing speaks more about a good service experience than repeat business.  In late 2017 Mark added a 100 Amp subpanel to my detached garage and wired in 110V and 220V outlets on all the walls.  He also wired in three lighting fixtures on the exterior.  We couldn't have been more pleased with his work.

Yesterday Mark completed another job for us.  Over the last year we did a complete backyard redesign that involved installation of a spa running 220V from a new subpanel, wiring and outlets for an outdoor kitchen, low voltage lighting for the kitchen, and installation of switched and unswitched 110V outlets around the entire yard perimeter.  It was a long project and he was willing to work with us through the summer and winter coordinating his work with our schedules and the schedules of other contractors.  Easy to work with, professional, absolutely trustworthy and his workmanship is amazing.  We couldn't be more pleased.

This is my second review for Rodriguez Electric.  The first was for a problem I had at my house and the second is for a problem my 83 year old mother had at her house.  She had almost a complete electrical outage at her house.  Only lights and outlets in the kitchen.  This happened on a Saturday evening around 7pm.  I did not want her home in the dark so called George immediately.  He was out of town but came home early to repair my mom's problem first thing Sunday morning!  He came right when he said he would and fixed the problem without over charging or anything.  He is the best.  I highly recommend!

I've called Jacky twice to come to our house to fix a few lighting issues and install an outdoor light and outlet.  Very affordable.  He's not the most punctual but he gets the job done for a good rate.

We were introduced to Cham and Regent5 through the builder of our home.  Originally we were talking with them only about a home theater installation for the family room and basic automation with wink. However, after meeting with Cham we decided to have them do all of audio video installations, 4k tvs, new speakers, video surveillance, wifi wireless network upgrade, Sonos audio throughout the house and an alarm package.

Wife and I am fortunate to have found Jeff on Craigslist. We recently acquired a home in the south bay that required a lot of work. Jeff helped us tremendously and we are very happy with the quality of his work and the level of service he had provided.  This guy is very talented and can do just about anything around the house.

Jeff is very easy to work with, honest, and has great communication skills. I appreciate Jeff  being upfront about the costs and how long each project will take. There were a few things I saved money on by doing it myself. Jeff basically showed me what I need to do and how to do it.
