The Willow Glen Electric EV team is outstanding. They were able to install a new NEMA 14-50 outlet below the main breaker box inside the garage- almost no new conduit required and it makes it super convenient to charge my car in the driveway or the garage. The office staff were friendly and knowledgeable and kept me up to date on all appointments and inspections. Even better, all the paperwork was digital signatures and online forms. I handled the whole thing on my iPad!

We were so appreciative of this company when part of our power went out on Christmas Day. Super responsive and instead of charging a massive fee assessed the situation and gave us the right advice to call PG&E. Indeed it was a system issue which PG&E was able to fix. Will definitely call on Absolute Power again when we need an honest and professional electrician.

My master panel doesn't work anymore. Called Roger for a quote, he quickly respond me on the same day. Once we got the city approval, the installation only take 1 day. I highly recommended Roger. He is professional and communicative

We recently had an electric car charger installed, which necessitated a panel upgrade from 150 amp to 200 amp service for our home in Saratoga.  We chose Duke Electric to do the work and we are extremely happy with the result.  Duke is experienced and organized and conducted this very complicated process perfectly.  He told us what was going to happen and at each step and it went just as described and on-time.  Also his team members are great: hardworking, knowledgeable and friendly.

His team visited 3 times for the purposes of the electrical panel upgrade:
1.  First visit 2 weeks ahead of the upgrade to open up the stucco around our old panel so he would have time to find a larger panel to fit in the same area between the studs with minimum impact to our wall and roof
2. Second visit one day ahead of the upgrade to do all possible prep work
3. Third visit the day of actual panel installation which involved coordinating inspections by PGE and the city and turning the power off and on

Since we are working from home, Duke brought a portable generator for our wifi and PCs so we could keep working during the hours the power was off.

The upgrade went so well that we asked him to come back again to do more work around our house including replacement of fluorescent can lights with LED can lights, installation of another electrical outlet and replacement of some bathroom vent fans and light fixtures.

At all times Duke and his team bent over backwards to make sure we got what we wanted.  Just one example - was the LED can lights.  Duke put 2 types in his bid, one type for the kitchen and one for the bathrooms.  I thought the number of lumens per fixture in the bid was too low in comparison to the fixtures they were replacing.  Duke thought I would find the ones in his bid appropriate and I would find higher lumen fixtures to be too bright. He wanted to make sure I was happy so he brought all 3 types (the two he recommended and one with the lumens I thought I wanted) and temporarily installed them in the same room in our home so I could see them all at the same time in comparison to my old fixtures and make a choice.  Of course he was completely right!

We will continue to call Duke Electric when we need any electrical work done in the future.

I originally contracted with Henry through Emberwest to install an electrical outlet flush mounted in the fireplace to accept a gas system that requires power. His crew did an excellent job and during that work noticed I had a Zinsco electrical panel. He mentioned concerns regarding Zinsco panels and encouraged me to research it on-line. Sure enough, those panels installed decades ago had fire hazard issues and would be stupid to ignore and take a chance to not remedy the situation.
I decided to have the electrical panel replaced and upgraded to 200 amps.
Henry and Mike did a fantastic job with the replacement and upgrade. They arrived promptly as scheduled and completed the job along with the PG&E inspection, all in the same day. I had power by late afternoon and was back in business. Also kudos to Raul for his excellent stucco repair required after the electrical panel was installed.
I cannot more highly recommend Henry and his staff. They are professional, knowledgeable, and very polite. Thank you Henry!

Nadav helped us change the dinning room lighting and all the old wall plugs (near kitchen sink and bathroom vanity) to GFCI.

And he climbed up to our roof top to check how we can change our bathroom vent system. His work is very professional.

On another day, I went to Home Depot to buy a wall plug cover for our patio and bumped into him there. He greeted me and even helped me choose the perfect cover. I will definitely come back to him if I have additional electrical project. Thanks, Nadav.

Nick did a great job replacing our old ClipperCreek and replacing it with a Tesla Wall Charger. He responded very quickly and came out on the same day to provide an estimate. I appreciated that he went over various options and worked with me to find a good solution. I would have no problems reaching out to him for future electrical work.

The offered virtual meeting for giving estimate and they offered many ways to connect. It was comfortable and assuring that they will be able to do the job as estimated.

I needed to convert CFL socket to LED which means to remove ballast.

They gave the best esimate by far and charged exactly that. They also included the new LED lamps.

They did the job quickly, they cleaned up and everything looks better than expected.

Just had Dan out to my house for the 4th time doing some  light fixtures put up over a stairwell. I can say Dan is honest. reliable, and hard working nice gentleman . I will use him for any kind of electrical work i need done in the future.

My bathroom light was broken and there was a small explosion at the light switch. Sergio from JR Electric came to the rescue on a Saturday. Sergio was extremely helpful. He was courteous, friendly, and most importantly very knowledgeable. JR Electric's prices are reasonable and their service is phenomenal. They are also very accommodating (Saturday appointments). Technician showed up during the allotted time. He wore a mask properly and was very professional, which was appreciated. Our AC unit had been leaking a ton of water and he explained it was due to a clogged line. He was able to fix it right then and there. Very happy with the services provided.

The owner CAIO is very responsive and friendly. I requested for a quote for installing a 240 volt outlet in the garage yesterday, he was able to come in this morning and have the job done within 2 hours. Highly recommend him for your electric works :)

We reached out to Jack to add recess lighting in our living room. Jack and his partner did an incredible job and I'm very happy with the final outcome. We had contacted a few other electricians but they refused because of our wooden ceiling. Jack and his team did an incredible job. The cutting in the wood was precise and no damage was done. He also took precautions to make sure the floor did not get dirty/ damaged while they were working.

The entire communication with him was smooth and easy! I highly recommend his work. You won't be disappointed.

Our place went out of power one evening at close to 11pm, I wasn't able to get it back on even after resetting the electric panel. I tried to text a few 5 star rated electricians on Yelp, hoping to hear back from one of them so I can book the next day appointment asap. Mike was the first to respond to us even in this late hour, genuinely trying to help us solve the problem first. He was so kind to even get on a quick call with my husband to help us do a quick trouble shoot. I can't thank Mike enough for his help, especially in such late hours.
