Great response time, communication from Matt at HQ. Mike and Christian showed up on time, did everything we asked and even made suggestions to improve lighting outside that did not require a big expense. Found these guys on Yelp and glad I did. Highly recommend.

Jason is a pro!
He quickly picked up on exactly what we wanted - install a wifi-connected wall socket and a ceiling lamp plus a wifi-connected light switch. A mark of his real professionalism was the vertical alignment of four screw-head slots in the switch wall plate.  Very impressed with his work.

They deserve more than 5 stars. I always prefer to use local businesses instead of chains. They are fairly priced. Everyone I dealt with at Willow Glen Electric was super nice and professional. They performed the work in a workmanlike manner and were very neat. They scheduled all inspections and P.G. & E. All work passed inspections the first time without any corrections. They were always responsive and answered all my questions. I would definitely use them again whenever I need electric work.

Minh helped install a Tesla Wall Charger for me.  I sent him photos of where I would like the conduit to be routed.  He sent me a very reasonable quote; right away.  He and his team showed up on time.  Their work is top notch.  They are meticulous with details, left no mess.  I highly recommend him, he is professional, honest, and prompt.

We are very thankful for the excellent work Julio and his team did on our house. Total professionals. In one day they installed a new electrical panel, a ceiling fan, an outdoor light, and 2 exhaust fans in the bathroom. We would definitely recommend these guys and we will use them again.

Henry and his crew are professional, efficient, affordable, and timely. I had a fuse box upgraded to a breaker box and they surpassed my expectations. They even did things I didn't know to ask about. For example, my power line hung a little low and they raised the pole on my roof and tightened the line so it hangs at least five feet higher than it used to. CPL will now be my go to electricians for my family and I from here on out. Thank you. Much respect.

Nick is extremely professional and very knowledgeable. We wanted a 14-50 outlet installed for our new EV and he helped us with this project. Requested for a quote on yelp and he texted back within 10 minutes. He was very communicative during the whole process. I purposefully asked him a lot of questions and threw a lot of options at him. He clearly explained how everything works, pros & cons and installation costs for each of the options. Gave suggestions about what will work best in my scenario and never pushed me to pick one over the other. Would definitely recommend him for any kind of electrical work.

Dan came out the same day that we called, was able to give us a best guess estimate over the phone. Was super knowledgeable, able to figure out and fix the problem pretty quickly. His estimate was right on, and he took all types of payment.

Did a100A to 200A panel upgrade.  Jim was knowledgeable and patient with my questions.  He and his team showed up on time and finished ahead of schedule.  He did a flawless job with permit and coordination with silicon valley power.

Our place of business developed an electrical fault which killed power to almost half of our studio. Despite my years of experience with telephone company electrical power systems I was unable to locate the fault in this old buildings wiring. Enter Edwin Sanchez, CEO of Fast Handy Electric. After a short evaluation of the problem he decided it would be best to return near our close of business so that he could remove all power and locate the exact location of the fault. Within 30 minutes he had the problem located and repaired! Amazing skills, work ethics, and quality! Edwin brings many years of electrical experience which shows in his work. His father taught him well and his schooling only made him that much better. I have always been very hard to please. Edwin not only pleased me but impressed me immensely! I can't recommend Edwin and Fast Handy Electric highly enough. We are even having them do work at our home that my health issues have put off for about 5 years because I didn't trust anyone but myself to do the kind of quality work that I demand and expect!

I called David on Saturday about a dryer outlet issue and he came out on a Sunday morning for me after I explained how I couldn't take time off of work during the week. He promptly arrived at 8:30 am Sunday morning, found the problem right away, went to Home Depot for the part and fixed my outlet and breaker. (I had a loose wire with cracked breaker) I also had him replace a light outside that hadn't worked for years! He charged a fair price and was very courteous and friendly. I didn't catch his helper's name but he was great too. He offered suggestions for the future to make sure my home stayed safe. I will definitely hire him for future work!

Great company to work with. Kostas fixed our external ducts beautifully. We've had bad ductwork from another company and Kostas from Fuse was prompt and finished the work right. I'd hire them again for any future HVAC needs.

Caio did a great job installing the EV charger and wiring and installing a floodlight camera for us. He provided a reasonable quote and a detailed plan for the installation. He came on time and finished the job with great quality. He answered all my questions to make sure that I understand what exactly was being done. He is a great guy and I am looking forward to having him do future jobs.

Jack was the only person on Yelp, who agreed to get me out of trouble with a mess another contractor created. Hepled fix all the issues (basically redid project completely) and worked with San Jose Permit office to get everything properly inspected. Super fast in communication, always notified me upfront about next steps. We'd be lost without him. Highly recommend!

I was putting up my Christmas lights, and when I plugged in the lights, my porch light came out of the socket! I was worried about leaving wires exposed with the light dangling, and a storm was coming in. This was last Friday, Dec 6th. I looked on Yelp and found a couple electricians, and Carlos was able to come the same afternoon! He was prompt, very professional, and friendly. The service call was reasonable - $165, plus a nominal $4 fee due to me using a credit card. He provided his own ladder and equipment, and also guaranteed his work. The job took only about 25 minutes. The porch light is secure, and I feel much better. Carlos did an awesome job, and I would highly recommend him for electrical jobs. He's awesome!

Right off the bat, I recommend a name change for Courtesy Electric.  Above and Beyond seems a bit more fitting but still doesn't capture the phenomenal service and expertise.  

I found myself facing a power issue, also presenting a potential safety concern if not resolved asap, on a Sunday afternoon, with no idea what to do to fix the issue after trying a couple things on my own.  

After just a few minutes of leaving a message in hopes of getting some help, Mike called back with an unexpected willingness to help immediately. He patiently tried to help me resolve the issue over the phone first, trying a few things that might help.  After no luck over the phone, he said he could be there in 10 minutes.

Even for a 10 minute ETA, he kept me up to date on how far he was, including a 3 minutes away update.  As soon as he got here, I couldn't have asked for a friendlier person to help-he jumped in right away checking a few things out, found the issue showed me exactly what to do if this ever happens again, and resolved it!

From worried to extremely grateful, I really can't say enough about my experience with Courtesy Electric and Mike.  

Warning: if you opt to go with anyone else other than Courtesy Electric, definitely your loss!
