I had high hopes for Arkadiy based on the reviews here, but was unfortunately not so lucky.

After coming by to estimate the job we scheduled a date two weeks out. A couple hours before our scheduled time I messaged Arkadiy to confirm. He said he might be an hour late. No further word, but he showed up five hours late and said it was too late and we'd need to reschedule. I asked for the following day, but he said we had to book out a week.

Today I messaged him again two hours before planned arrival. He responded he couldn't make it today. I asked if we could do tomorrow as we have guests in town next week. He replied that tomorrow would not work and he had availability next week (exactly when I said we couldn't do the work).

So, my experience is one of poor communication and missed appointments. I hope you have better luck.

The technician Yovani is very responsive and the communication is straightforward. He arrived job on time, quickly understood the issue and started working on it right away. He is very knowledgeable and skilled. He was able to get the work done quickly with high quality. I would definitely use his service again if I have any electrical problems.

We live in San Jose and need to remove a fan and install a chandelier, so we called JJ Electric, and they have a good online messaging system so that I can leave my contact info and memo there. From this little web site, I can see how organized JJ Electric is.

The quote was fair and Jay, the electrician was not late, furthermore, the best part is when we found the new chandelier is missing a part, and almost gave up, he proposed to go to a local store to bought the missing part for us.

The job then was well done and he didn't even charge for the unexpected trip to the store. I think Jay is a very responsible guy who deserves five stars! He cares about your problem, that's so cool.

Miro was amazing - took my call on a Saturday, while he was driving and listenedto all my troubleshooting, gave me tips and in the end - he was right, it was the light bulbs. He actually said it's probably you're light bulbs and I said no way, there are two and they could not have gone out at the same time. I over complicated, over engineered, over thought and over worked the problem. Miro was patient, knowledgeable, professional and let me try and dazzle him with all that I knew. I hired Gustavo to install a JuiceBox EV charger in my garage.  I received four quotes, two of which were higher than Gustavo's.  Gustavo delivered a reasonable quote and completed the install without any complications: when we said he would (less than a week out from the quote), on time, no hidden costs, no mess.  What you see is what you get - a guy who takes pride in delivering high quality.  I would absolutely rehire Gustavo.

Got the 14-50 outlet installed for our EV.  Nice, clean conduit work.  Efficient, honest, knowledgeable, professional, courteous, punctual, and really responsive. Cleans up afterwards. It feels great to be able to support a local small business who works hard and delivers high value for your dollar.  We're working professionals in the Bay Area and do some DIY ourselves.  We've used many contractors from Yelp and K Wise is one of the best we've hired for a long while.  Definitely would re-use K Wise again and recommend them to our friends and family without hesitation.  Wishing K Wise all the successes.

I highly recommend Todor and his team!  I can't say how many electricians we have been through (we have a very old Victorian which has needed lots of fixing).  Todor is the first electrician I've used that really knows his stuff -- he's efficient, professional, timely, etc.  He installed a new 240v EV charger in our garage and new heaters in our backyard.  I will definitely be using him again!
