Nor-Cal Painting does everything, not just painting.  They handled the wiring & grounding for two ceiling fans.  They fixed broken cabinets.  Address issues with my stove top and yes, painted my entire apartment, garage and sealed my garage floor.  The work was perfect, no issues at all.  

Vinh was amazing and kept me informed along the way.  I consider him a friend now and will absolutely reach out to him and his team in the future.

Dan is one of the most conscientious, smart, qualified, professionals on the coast I have met. He has been a go-to for me on several houses over my 30 years a resident. Even now as I get my last home ready for sale he is there for me.  Definitely recommend them. I have tried others from over the hill. They didn't do the same quality and always seem to want a huge project. Dan is different.

Finding an electrician or a specialist for networking gear can be challenging.  Luckily for me, I was able to connect with Felipe from Almighty Electric, Inc.  From our first conversation, I knew I was dealing with someone that was honest, fair, and very professional.

My project entailed installing indoor access points, and one outdoors.  Cutting into sheetrock, running CAT6 cable in-wall, and in my attic is no easy feat.  I knew that selecting the right company/installer would be critical to not only my wireless network but also the overall aesthetics of my home.

After discussing all the logistics of the installation with Felipe, he provided me with a very competitive quote as well as a detailed list of the materials needed.  We agreed on a date and time to kick things off, and the rest is history!  Felipe and his crew arrived on time, executed their plan, and got my network up and running.  They work efficiently and very meticulously.  They covered all of their work areas to make sure my floors were protected at all times.  If you are looking for an honest electrician that does great work, give AEI a call.

Job Description: Update outlet near gas stove  from 240 to 110 for new gas range

Gave estimate over the phone, his rates were very reasonable. He was busy but took out time for job in the evening and finished job including changing breaker.

Called for an Electrician & they came out the next day on time and fixed the problem.  Not cheap; but not over priced either & reliable.  The person was very nice too.

Sonny came highly recommended by many of my neighbors in the Midtown / Rose Garden part of San Jose, and he's local to the area so it was an easy choice to enlist his help for our upgrades. Of four electricians called, he was also the first to return my call, and one of the others had done work at our place previously!

I can say now, after completing this project, working with him has been a pleasure. Sonny is prompt to return calls, straight up about the work, his approach to it, and the expected cost. Most importantly, his work is well done and on schedule.

We appreciated his ability to fit us into his schedule, his familiarity with older home wiring (knob and tube for our 1940's home), plus his thorough knowledge of the building/electric code, City of San Jose requirements, and what it takes to upgrade our system safely and correctly.

When setting up the job, we laid out a clear scope of work which made it easier for him to price. He helped us finalize our specifications so we knew exactly what we were going to get and would be happy with the result:

--Laundry room: hang new ceiling light fixture (we provided fixture)
--Bathroom: ventilation fan/light: Cut out and install in ceiling over shower; New GFCI and switch. New home run to panel; duct as necessary to attic vent. (we provided vent fan and duct.)
--Bedrooms: New electrical outlet and dedicated run to panel in each room. Adjust depressed outlet in northwest bedroom closest to bathroom.
--Living room: Fix 3-way outlet with new switch (we provided replacement switch). Install new outlet in corner opposite front door with new home run to panel.
--In old exterior panel box remove old doorbell transformer. Install GFCI outlet to support front yard sprinkler control.
--Backyard: New run to panel for new exterior GFCI outlet and light on exterior wall; install 3-way light switch underneath fixture and in laundry room at existing switch. (we provided light fixture.)

He also spotted a few unsafe conditions left by a previous electrician that could have resulted in electric problems or even a fire, and he helped correct those issues immediately. (Specifically a 40 amp breaker was installed by the other guys on a 30 amp wire, which could have resulted in burning wire long before a breaker tripped, the whole reason circuit breakers exist in the first place!)

I give Sonny my highest recommendation and will hire him again -- there's a lot of work to do around this place.

I found Gustavo completely by accident through Request-A-Quote...I was sending a quote request to an electrician our real estate agent had recommended and sent the request to him and to a few other electricians as well. He responded first (within a 30 minutes) and offered to come out that weekend to take a look at our bath fan replacement and rewiring project.

We needed three bath fans installed, two as replacements and one completely new installation. Gustavo came out (arrived right on time), provided a detailed, itemized bid that was lower than the other electricians we had provide estimates and he was willing to do the work on the following weekend.

Gustavo and his assistant (whose name I don't recall) showed up on time and immediately set to work. The project was actually more complex than we initially thought as they also had to install ducting in our attic to connect the upstairs fans to the attic vent, which was not part of the original scope of work. Gustavo purchased the needed materials and completed the work in one day. He did an excellent job with rewiring the two bathrooms and did a thorough job cleaning up after himself.

He is extremely professional, a quiet and very polite individual, and his responsiveness and promptness really stood out to me. I plan to use him for future electrical work and would highly recommend his services.

Khalif upgraded my 110 outlet to a 240. He was punctual, responsive, friendly and knowledgeable. They also worked very fast, cleaned up and did a wonderful job. Two young guys trying to make their business a success.... Don't hesitate to hire them and I in fact will use them again for another project

I called today about working in my funky house, I need odd work done quickly.. And I got a call back within an hour, Todor was polite and knowledgeable. And even though I'm not be able to work with him because I need the work done sooner than he's available Im giving  him five stars for his response time and his good nature.

I've had Matt and Matt do 2 jobs for me now and both times I couldn't have been happier.  They are great to work with and very knowledgeable.  Seriously - service with a smile.
