Cham is the tech whisperer...and a super nice guy as well. He and his team assessed my home for security vulnerabilities, recommended a video surveillance system, and installed it quickly and seamlessly. They also upgraded my WiFi and cell phone reception, with excellent results; installed a Sonos wireless sound system in my home and back yard; and rewired for and installed a flat screen TV in a tricky spot. I no longer call anyone else for my technology needs - truly, Cham's expertise is mind-boggling. Wife and I am fortunate to have found Jeff on Craigslist. We recently acquired a home in the south bay that required a lot of work. Jeff helped us tremendously and we are very happy with the quality of his work and the level of service he had provided.  This guy is very talented and can do just about anything around the house.

Jeff is very easy to work with, honest, and has great communication skills. I appreciate Jeff  being upfront about the costs and how long each project will take. There were a few things I saved money on by doing it myself. Jeff basically showed me what I need to do and how to do it. If you're looking for someone to do high quality work in a reasonable amount of time, go with Jeff.

We initially wanted can lights only, but take a look at what Jeff ended up doing for us. Below are a list of things Jeff had worked on:

Nick repaired the front door and fire door going from the kitchen to the garage in my mom's house.  I submitted a quote request on Yelp to 4-5 handymen, and Nick was the first to respond.  Both doors in my mom's house are quite old and did not close properly.  Nick did an amazing job and gave me options we could take along the way.  When he was done, both doors were completely fixed to my satisfaction.  

Additionally, I asked him for guidance on maintaining the doors and he provided some great tips for me while he was doing the work.  Nick is very friendly and personable as well.  Nick obviously has a broad set of skills and I would highly recommend him for handyman work.  In fact, before he left, I booked time for him to do some work on my house in Pacifica pertaining to evaluation of mold in a wall in one of my bathrooms.    Thanks Nick!

Not enough room to say how nice it was to work with them. Jaime is wonderful and so responsive. We were having flickering lights and I had several electricians out to take a look. No one took the time and effort to troubleshoot that Jaime did. He oiled and checked the connections in our entire box instead of just guessing and telling me we needed a new box, which every other electrician had. We needed to switch out the light switches themselves to be compatible with LED lights. He didn't even charge us for that. Earned my trust immediately with the care he took.
Next, we have called him for two other jobs- one inside and one outside and he and his partner stayed late into the evening to get the task done. It is so rare to see that kind of work ethic I feel and I have just been very impressed with this company and how they explain issues and go about solving them. Call them now!

Late in the evening, the power in our house began to act very strange, with some circuits working and others not.  Sometimes they flickered on and off.  I made an appointment with GE Richardson and they showed up on schedule.  After 20 minutes or so, they identified the problem, not with the circuits in the house, but instead, a short on the PGE side with the line coming in from the pole rubbing against a tree branch.  They stayed with me and helped me place the call and use the right terminology to inform PGE.  PGE came later in the day, quickly fixed the problem and showed me the frayed line.  GERE was dependable, accurate and friendly and I appreciated their professionalism because stress is already high enough with home quarantine.

Needed to replace two panels on a house we just bought.  Ricardo was quick, explained everything, handled the permits, and knocked it out.  No muss, no fuss.  Even came back for a follow-up question we had and checked it out for us.  Highly recommend.

Mike and his team were great! I called them during a pretty busy part of the year and he was very accommodating. He quickly provided a quote, scheduled an appointment and voila! My charger was up and running without issues! Will certainly do business again!

Ricky did an excellent job with the wiring for a set of new appliances, including an oven, microwave, cooktop and warming drawer.  For the oven, he took it upon himself to call the manufacturer to make sure he got the electrical box in the right location.  As it turned out, they still gave him the wrong information, but he figured out a way to get it where it needed to go and moved it there quickly, nicely patching up the wall he needed to get behind.  On the day before the ovens were to be installed (literally the day before Thanksgiving!) we discovered that one junction box was protruding too much (by less than 1/2), which would have prevented the oven from going in.  I called Ricky in a panic and he happily offered to come that evening; he did and took care of the problem in about 5 minutes.  I highly recommend this guy!

Chris and his team were fantastic. The electrical wiring both for several ceiling fans and for 2 motorized shades was done in a timely, professional and trustworthy manner.

Very professional work. Ron and his assistant installed a 220volt outlet in the room where my commercial Hobart mixer is in. They were very fast and clean. No damage to my walls. Installation was very clean. Ron is a very friendly electrician and very experienced. Hire him if you need electric work done.

My house is built on a slightly sloped grade and the floor was not even throughout the house, in some rooms, the difference of the floor height is over 3 inches. I interviewed three contractors and selected Renopro to work on my project. They replaced the original wooden posts with the permanent screw jacks in the crawl space in a professional and fast way and then adjusted the unevenness utilizing an electrical leveling gauge. I am extremely happy and amazed by the result. Thank you Renopro Construction!

Just had Dave out to replace my leaking P-Trap on bathroom sink,very professional and quick,very nice guy and will use him for any other projects I might need and his price is good,was the cheapest out of 3 estimated.

I chose Artisan to install my Tesla Wall Charger because of all the great reviews. After messaging Mark on Yelp, he promptly responded to my quote request. Mark quoted me $750 and detailed all the work and supplies that would be covered. I was able to make an appointment for the very next day and had to send him a photo of the main electrical panel. On the appointment day, Mark was able to respond earlier than expected. Although I wasn't home for the install, my wife said that Mark and his brother were professional and polite. They completed the work quickly and without any problems. So far so good, the wall charger is working perfectly. I have recommended Mark to a couple of other new Tesla owners looking for wall charger installation.

Jim the owner was very helpful, sent his partner out within hours to help us out a and identify our grounding.  Three other companies couldn't come out for weeks to months.  One company was going to charge us to find our grounding.  Jim is knowledgeable, kind and efficient.  We so appreciate your quick response and help.  Thank you both.

Hourmouz was able to arrive same day that I called him and started the work.  I needed an electrical plug for a clothes dryer installed.  It was a brand new home and the laundry was plumbed for a gas dryer only.  I had been given a quote of $1050 by Maine Electric and thought that was high so I got a second estimate.  Boy am I glad I did.  Not only did Hourmouz quote me a price for the same exact work at 1/3 the cost but he also took care of installing a couple other outlets in the master and even still was less than $600.  (Maine Electric would have charged $378 for each of the two additional outlets, bringing their total to $1800.)

Hourmouz did the work in a very professional manner.  He had to cut holes in the dry wall in order to run the wires and he was able to patch and paint in a way that one could never tell the wall had been cut into.  That was very important to me since this was a brand new home.

I was super impressed with Hourmouz and have referred him to two of my friends.  I hope they call him and I know I will if ever i need an electrician again.

I have no words. I called these guys because most of the lighting in my house was going out and I also wanted to invest in LED lighting.

Dave was an absolute joy to work with-- very responsive and very timely. I contacted him via Yelp in regards to getting some wiring done for our house built in the 60s so we could connect some security cameras around the house. He contacted me within 24 hours and informed me all that he needed to give him a better idea of what was needed. My husband and Dave corresponded over a week since we needed quite a bit of work done.

Dave was very easy to talk to and very personable. He also gave us information about parts of the house that we were thinking of redoing, which turned out we didn't need to do, so that saved us a ton of money. He also gave us a great deal for all the work he did. He spent about 8 hours at our house and was super respectful and communicative the entire time.

Oscar , Carlos and Andrew were very efficient setting up our new system ! I appreciated the great communication given by Oscar , Carlos and Andrew .We had a complete clean out from the ducts , installation , unit and furnace.
