Cham and his guys came to my home this evening to mount a 70 inch Sony 4k television.  The team did an A+++ job hanging the television and dropping wires behind the wall.  Looks perfect.  Also, Cham took the time to show me how to get the most out of my new TV, how to set-up the remotes, optimize internet/wifi connection, etc.  Icing on the cake .... Cham ended up charging me LESS then his original quote.  Not a stone left unturned.  I will have Cham back for my surround sound job next!  Highly recommended.

My husband and I worked with maybe 8-10 vendors of all kinds as we freshened up our older house before we moved in.  Jeff is the only one who didn't  give us the runaround or cut corners. I've referred him enthusiastically to anyone who will listen!

Jeff is incredibly knowledgable on a huge range of topics and somehow does them all well. Most importantly, he shows pride in his quality of work. For us, he put in a large drywall patch, installed a new medicine chest, put in our tricky kitchen faucet, shimmed floor squeaks, replaced a door casing, and more. He took the time to answer questions not related to the work he was doing (first time homeowners!) and point out things we should know to care for the work he did properly.

Jeff is up front about costs and a friendly and fun personality to have in your home. He was so essential to getting our home situated that my husband and I invited him to our housewarming party. We will certainly continue working with him!

I was looking for a handyman to replace my kitchen faucet because it was leaking underneath the sink.  Nick from Ye Olde Handyman responded quickly and was able to squeeze me into his schedule.  Nick has excellent communication regarding what was needed before, during and after the job.  He is extremely knowledgeable and shares his expertise and opinions freely which I greatly appreciated.  He did a great job on my kitchen faucet and will be returning to tackle another job in my kitchen.  I highly recommend Nick if you need any type of handyman service.

Used the Yelp quote process for a quote to have a 15-40 NEMA outlet installed in my garage opposite of the main breaker for my new Model 3 Tesla.  The owner George responded promptly and provided aggressive pricing relative to the others. Decided to go with him and he arranged everything.  Electrician showed up on time and got everything installed within a hour.  There was a mix up with the permitting but it was resolved promptly and didn't affect my car delivery.  After the install George called to follow-up to check how everything was.  I have already provided referrals to my friends and colleagues and will continue to do so without hesitation.

Ricardo and his team did very well fixing our major issues before we moved in months ago, he had to put ground on 11 outlets and a new panels! Very cool and professional guys plus they always give you reasonable price. I would only go to this guys whenever i need major, even minor electrical issues. Good customer service as well!

That's true but didn't respond to set appointments on timely manner and nor our phone requests

I had an issue with a possible circuit blowing after I bought an electric car and tried charging it at home. Even though it was late in the day, Ricky responded within minutes, came over that same evening and fixed the problem for me on the spot. He was very professional and honest, and I would recommend him to anyone looking for an electrician, without hesitation.

Our front door Smart Lock deadbolt wasn't sliding into place properly, and Dave was able to assess the issue and fix it in a matter of minutes. Adjusted the level of the door, fixed the crashplate position, and now our lock works as good as new. We also brought up our kitchen faucet which had come loose from the counter, and he tightened it up for us. Very happy with his speed and efficiency, and will definitely hire him again for any other issues that come up in the future.

I continue to use Mark for all my electrical and HVAC needs. Today he finished running a new line to my detached garage in law unit, and upgrading my sub panel. He also added a plug for a level 2 EV charger. Always on time and professional, thanks again Mark.

Jim sent Jake out to try and find out why our exterior lights suddenly stopped working.  Seemed that one of the deer had stepped onto an exposed pipe joint breaking the pipe at ground level and in so doing crossed a wire shorting the fixture and three others.  Jake worked the problem backward until we found the broken pipe and spotted the short.  He had some of the grey pic parts and I had the others in stock in my home.  All together and in 45 minutes it was operating just like new.  Jim kept calling and bothering him on the cell phone urging him to work faster ( not popular in view as Jake was working diligently and safely).  Anyway, we had one other circuit that needed attention but since we hadn't put it on the original call, and since Jim the boss was harassing Jake again we just decided to call someone else. Ah well.

After finally ready to have some recessed lighting installed, I started my research for a local electrician who would be the right fit overall. I messaged Hourmouz as he quickly responded back and I scheduled an appt for an in-home estimate. He was very friendly and professional with a cool vibe that makes you feel confident and comfortable. I accepted his estimate that I thought was reasonable and he had very good communication throughout the entire process. The day of installation, he was on time and started work immediately with all of the great preparations including assisting me with moving some furniture out of the way as he also put drop cloth on my wooden flooring which I appreciated. He did have to cut through some drywall to run some new wiring but afterwards, he did patch up and painted as it looked clean and well done.  Overall I was very satisfied with his service as I will definitely call again, I highly recommend Bay Sun Electric.

Do yourself a favor and believe the raving yelp reviews! After hours of searching, the Yelp Gods pointed me in the direction of Alpha Omega Electric...which is why I'm awake at 2 AM on a Sunday morning writing this review to thank them because I have a new-found appreciation for the electricians out there, like Jesse, Albert and Taylor, that are constantly putting themselves at risk to do their jobs safely for people like me. Thank you and I appreciate you! Not to mention Alpha Omegas expertise, professionalism, and attention to detail were evident from start to finish....that also helps too :)

Background:
I just bought a Tesla last week so I needed and EV charger installed asap. I called Jesse and he and his team (Albert and Taylor) were fantastic. Quick turnaround and great work. Jesse walked me through several different options and gave me his honest opinion based on my needs, while saving me on unnecessary costs. In addition to the EV charger installation, they also replaced an old sub-panel.

Why I would hire Alpha Omega again:

They were very professional and arrived promptly at the scheduled time. They adhered to all safety protocols and ensured a seamless transition to the new subpanel.

Throughout the project, they consistently exhibited excellent communication and customer service. I had lots of questions and Jesse addressed ALL my questions and concerns. He provided thorough explanations and ensured I understood every step of the process. He also made recommendations to keep in mind for the future which I greatly appreciate.

They also took great care in protecting my property, leaving the work area spotless once the installation and replacement were completed. They even took the extra step to do some additional patch-up work without charge.

Victor did a great job of switching 2 of my old garage tube lighting fixtures into brand new LED fixtures. He helped me understand the issues with my current lights, explained his process of how he'll fix it, and showed me how we might improve it more by replacing the old light switch to it. He was quick, efficient, and very helpful- would highly recommend their services!

Called cause all my sockets in all my bathroom weren't working at all. After I explained to Dave what my problem was he was nice enough to give me a few things to check on before the service call. I checked what he had described and it was fixed. He gave up his service call money (that I was more than willing to pay) to help a guy out. I can not say enough what a stand up guy he is and if you need an electrician this is the first call I would make.

Start a service request for an estimate and was told that there would be an appointment on Saturday received the notification on June 26th at 9:29 a.m. call back 20 minutes later to confirm appointment and was told the next available appointment was a Tuesday thereafter and unfortunately my schedule does not work with their schedule and I feel this was a bait and switch and that things could have been handled a lot better all I need was just an estimate which would take approximately 30 to 45 minutes but they cannot accommodate me. I understand I'm not the only one but I should not have been told that there was an appointment available I also cannot sit by my phone and wait for them to get a hold of me when I have a business to run.
