I've been doing business with Cham for two years and he continues to provide excellent service. His knowledge and professionalism are refreshing.  There isn't anything he can't wire or install. His work is A+ and the fluidity that he is able to achieve for you in your office or home is incredible.

My husband and I worked with maybe 8-10 vendors of all kinds as we freshened up our older house before we moved in.  Jeff is the only one who didn't  give us the runaround or cut corners. I've referred him enthusiastically to anyone who will listen!

Jeff is incredibly knowledgable on a huge range of topics and somehow does them all well. Most importantly, he shows pride in his quality of work. For us, he put in a large drywall patch, installed a new medicine chest, put in our tricky kitchen faucet, shimmed floor squeaks, replaced a door casing, and more. He took the time to answer questions not related to the work he was doing (first time homeowners!) and point out things we should know to care for the work he did properly.

Jeff is up front about costs and a friendly and fun personality to have in your home. He was so essential to getting our home situated that my husband and I invited him to our housewarming party. We will certainly continue working with him!

Nick is not just a handyman, he is a licensed electrician and plumber. Having all this knowledge and years of experience in a single contractor makes him a time saver and unique professional in this business. Everything that's sometimes wrong with contractors he got it right: 1) He communicates by txt and is very responsive. 2) Once you're on his schedule you can count that he will be at your home by the time he promised or you will get a txt in advance if his prior job is taking a bit longer. 3) Although he charges by the hour he is super good at estimating how long it would take and therefore you won't run into surprises at the time of paying him. 4) He drives a big van full of supplies, so he is not one of those that either use time during the job to buy what he needs or requires you to provide it unless you want to. 5) He is very thorough and pays a lot of attention to details. He will clean everything after he finishes and he will ensure you're happy with the job before he leaves. If not, he will rework it until you're happy.

At my house he fixed leaking toilets, fixed patio doors that were misaligned and stuck, patched and re-attached a towel rack, fixed a back yard gate, sealed a bath tub and a shower and finally re-grouted a bathroom floor.

You cannot go wrong by contacting Nick, I was very lucky in finding him at Yelp.

JLG did a great job removing an old inverter from my home solar system.   He correctly installed a new inverter to replace the old broken inverter.  They know their wiring.

This is a revisit of the review I wrote for George Richardson Electric.

George called me and we discussed the billing I received for the 10 min work performed at my home.
George offered his apologies and a full refund.
Needless to mention, I refused his offer of refunding my monies, but accepted his apologies.
Oftentimes a good character supplants the dollar remuneration and after discussing his employees misunderstanding of George's direction together
with Georges eagerness to correct this situation.............
Speaks volumes to character.
George impressed me with his eagerness to correct my situation and used this incident as a learning tool for his employee, all the while accepting full responsibility as should the owner/manager of any business.

I cannot say enough great things about Ricardo and his work!! We needed to update our recessed lights, add pendants and swap out a chandelier and not only did he complete the work in a timely manner, he gave recommendations along the way when I wasn't sure how bright I wanted the lights or where they should go. For covid safety he always had a mask on in the house, booties for the carpeted areas and cleaned up before he left. He's fabulous and worked around my and my husbands WFH schedule. I'd work with him again without question :)

Mike and his team were great! I called them during a pretty busy part of the year and he was very accommodating. He quickly provided a quote, scheduled an appointment and voila! My charger was up and running without issues! Will certainly do business again!

Just spoke to Ricky, and he has to be one of the most professional, polite, and honest contractors I have had the pleasure of speaking to; in fact, he explained why I didn't actually need the service for which I was calling! I really appreciate his style and honesty. I will certainly call him when I actually do need help!

Chris did a great job installing an electrical outlet for our plug-in car.  He did the troubleshooting so we had just what we needed without spending too much.  He's also just a really nice guy!  Highly recommended.

Problem: some outlets inoperable on the same circuit.
Analysis: did basic troubleshooting such as:
Resetting circuit breaker; checked GFI plug; validated wire continuity in case of an open. Sent Yelp request for assistance.
Resolution:
Ron took time from his busy schedule to call and stopped by the house to troubleshootNTF and provided a couple of suggestions based on his extensive experience. For safety, I replaced the GFI and manually checked all the plugs and mapped to the circuit breaker box.
Thank again Ron. I validated that the kitchen plugs are in a different circuit hence the remap of the CB.
Root cause: User error. Unable for provide a cost value because the lessons I learned from Ron are invaluable. However if cost must be a factor, price is reasonable. I would call on him again should I have electrical issues that need resolution.

Was looking for a structural contractor to help inspect the foundation of a home we were closing escrow on. I talked to William who was excellent at providing information and estimate cost of repairs needed which helped put our minds at ease. Highly recommend the company for their quick response time. Even on a holiday weekend!

I contacted Dave to do a stairs repair, with no idea what was in store for me. (Completely clueless) he asked if I could send some pictures and when I was available for him to come take a look, with in a few days he stopped by gave me a very responsible quote and got the job DONE! My stairs look brand new and amazing.

We got Hourmouz to install recessed lights in three rooms, two with attic access and one without. Hourmouz visited the place and gave us a quote. The quote was very reasonable. He finished the work on time. Hourmouz and Alan did an excellent job. We were extremely satisfied with their work. They even patched the dry wall and ceiling, textured and painted it. They even fixed a three way switch which wasn't working correctly (I didn't even have to ask for it) Hourmouz and his crew are very professional and excellent in their work. I strongly recommend them to anyone looking for an electrician. Thanks Hourmouz and Alan!

We have all heard the clichés and horror stories of hiring skilled tradesmen and often prefer to rely on personal recommendations from our friends and relatives for fear of getting cheated or mislead. Let me put it this way, I will gladly refer D&C to my elderly parents without any hesitation or my blind uncle with a wonky leg if I had one.

I don't really know where to start or what to say about D&C, they ARE THAT GOOD.

So happy to have found a reliable, responsive electrician! Jesse and his team were very responsive and addressed our electrical issues that we have been battling for quite some time. Definitely a number to keep and use as needed.

Ray and Victor were incredible. Ray excepted a lower quote I received than theirs, they excepted it. Came NEXT DAY, did I emphasize that! Not we'll schedule you next week or at end of month, the NEXT DAY, in masks, on time, knocked it out and done. Fast, clean, quiet as a mouse. Incredible. Did I tell you they came out the next day? We've hired David quite a few times to do electrical work at our house and hands down he is the best of the best! He is friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and does an all around great job. David is also very honest when it comes to his work. If you don't need to spend the extra money he will let you know.

I will continue to hire David for all our electrical needs.

I enjoy the quality of the technicians and the thoroughness of their inspections.  The techs, including Thomas who came yesterday/last night have been respectful, and totally committed to ensuring I understood what they're talking about.  They've been to my house twice.  The company could improve if they told me how long to expect a visit to take.  Yesterday's visit went from 3:15 until 8:45, which is a bit long.  Some of that time was the inspection, and the rest was identifying potential solutions.  Previous visit was also lengthy due to training a person, but I appreciate the robustness of their training program.  I also appreciate the knowledge each tech has about heating, and air conditioning, and the company's network of internal consultants available to the tech should they need assistance during their service.
