Cham and the crew were absolutely great: knowledgeable, efficient, and neat. I had several TVs mounted and a camera system installed. Cham was very helpful in designing the systems. The crew was professional and awesome. Small things like tying up wires in the crawl space instead of letting them laying all over where chances are no one will see it or cared demonstrated the level of training and expectation of good work. Highly recommended.

Wife and I am fortunate to have found Jeff on Craigslist. We recently acquired a home in the south bay that required a lot of work. Jeff helped us tremendously and we are very happy with the quality of his work and the level of service he had provided.  This guy is very talented and can do just about anything around the house.

Jeff is very easy to work with, honest, and has great communication skills. I appreciate Jeff  being upfront about the costs and how long each project will take. There were a few things I saved money on by doing it myself. Jeff basically showed me what I need to do and how to do it. If you're looking for someone to do high quality work in a reasonable amount of time, go with Jeff.

We initially wanted can lights only, but take a look at what Jeff ended up doing for us. Below are a list of things Jeff had worked on:

Nick has been extremely helpful with our home repairs. He is extremely knowledgeable, thorough and takes pride in his work. He's always willing to take the time to explain things and offer helpful suggestions or ideas. I will continue to use him for any needs moving forward and highly recommend his expertise.

JLG did a great job removing an old inverter from my home solar system.   He correctly installed a new inverter to replace the old broken inverter.  They know their wiring.

Stay clear from this business! If I could give them ZERO stars, I would. They charged me $770 to trouble shoot my garage breaker that lost electricity and they couldn't even diagnose a simple problem! Way overpriced!  If you have a trouble shooting job, I do not recommend calling this company.  Find another electrician as there are better ones who are more knowledgeable.  I have used other electricians who were not as much and more fair/upfront in their pricing/practices. I understand that this was a trouble shooting job, but boy did I not feel good after they left and paying them $770 for hardly anything. There were no parts involved.  $770 was just labor time and they didn't even fix the problem!  I just wanted his crew to turn my garage power back on as there was a short.  Dan and John continued to work after an hour to find the wires that were shorting, but I wish they just left after fixing the breaker within that hour, or told me what exactly they were going to do and how much it was going to cost me!  I should have put a cap on the amount BEFORE they came, which is what I was trying to do when I made the initial call to George.  I tried asking George for a cap at the initial phone call, but he told me that most problems are resolved in that first hour with two experienced electricians and therefore would not give me a cap.  Be sure to insist on a cap!  George came at the end of the job to check on his two guys in the last 15-20 min or so and started chatting to me and had the gall to say, By the way, it'll cost you another $90 more than what Dan already invoiced you already. (REALLY??? for YOU to chat with me, trying to rally more business for yourself, informing me that I could make my house Smart, explaining to me exactly what Dan/John had already explained to me and leaving without a diagnosis! What a RIP OFF! Unethical!  So uncool.)  LEARNINGS:  Always get a cap (max amount) of what you are willing to pay for the job BEFORE they come.  And don't chat unnecessarily to them as they will be charging you by the minute for nothing! Recommend going elsewhere that has better business practices. It's one of those situations where you feel like a FOOL by paying this much for not much about anything!

UPDATE:  I called my regular electrician and realize how inexperienced Dan and John truly are at trouble shooting.  My regular electrician diagnosed the problem within 15 minutes, not hours!!!  He fixed EVERYTHING and then upgraded all my parts in one hour--parts and labor for $150!  So WARNING, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AS THEY WILL OVERCHARGE YOU FOR NOT EVEN FINDING THE PROBLEM AND THEY ARE NOT AS GOOD AS THEY SAY THEY ARE!!! $770 vs $150, you judge.  After speaking with my electrician, I realize Dan and John were not efficient with their time or my time.  They had no idea what they were doing.

Ricardo was able to come out the same day I called to look at my problem. I needed three new circuits installed for outdoor outlets in different locations. His communication was clear and easy to understand. My particular work needed to be permitted and Ricardo took care of the permit process completely. The city inspector said he was very impressed with the quality of the work. Very happy with High Voltage Electric. Would call again for future work.

Quick, good work and a good price. Found ways of doing what I wanted that were cheaper than what I had in mind. I would not hesitate to use them again.

We had some issues getting some outlets in our kitchen working. Ron contacted us quickly and was able to get out to our house within a couple of days. He showed up right on time and was able to quickly diagnose and repair the issue. He walked through the problem with me, and also identified some other issues that we may want to address with our electrical system. My garage side door and surrounding walls were damaged due to roof leaking. Dave and his friend came to fix the damages and as well as they replaced and installed a new gutters. They are very professional and did a great job. I am very happy with their service. I will contact them again for future work.

Mark and Andrew were great. They walked me through the steps of how they intended to install my Tesla Wall connector. Furthermore, they are very knowledgeable, easy to talk with, and patient with answering questions.

I called Jim in the AM was here before noon. I asked for lights to be put in the concrete steps/walkway. Jim was very honest in stating this was not his expertise and recommended that I call a landscaper. I was very impressed and appreciated his honesty.

Hourmouz was able to arrive same day that I called him and started the work.  I needed an electrical plug for a clothes dryer installed.  It was a brand new home and the laundry was plumbed for a gas dryer only.  I had been given a quote of $1050 by Maine Electric and thought that was high so I got a second estimate.  Boy am I glad I did.  Not only did Hourmouz quote me a price for the same exact work at 1/3 the cost but he also took care of installing a couple other outlets in the master and even still was less than $600.  (Maine Electric would have charged $378 for each of the two additional outlets, bringing their total to $1800.)

Hourmouz did the work in a very professional manner.  He had to cut holes in the dry wall in order to run the wires and he was able to patch and paint in a way that one could never tell the wall had been cut into.  That was very important to me since this was a brand new home.

I was super impressed with Hourmouz and have referred him to two of my friends.  I hope they call him and I know I will if ever i need an electrician again.

I have no words. I called these guys because most of the lighting in my house was going out and I also wanted to invest in LED lighting.

I called their number and Daniel answered. He was at my house in less than 2 hours. He took his time to assess the situation and listen to my concerns. By the end of the day I had the estimate in hand. I approved it and Daniel's crew started the very next day. I had LED can lights installed in the whole house and it's just WOW. Such a big difference.

Jesse came out to troubleshoot and fix a melted circuit that caused the breaker to trip. He arrived early, was prompt, professional, and fixed the issue! Check out the wires in the attached photos. He explained the issue in a way that made sense to me (I have zero knowledge of electric other than knowing I don't want to accidentally electrocute myself lol). About a month ago I had Carlos from Flores Electric come out to fix a grounding problem.  (Previous workers, not qualified electricians, (my fault,) installed some lights in the garage.  People from the house, picking up the mail would get an electric shock if they touched the garage door.)  Carlos fixed it without any fuss and for a reasonable price.

Last week I had Flores Electric come out again to install some lighting in a bedroom.  They were patient with me and were careful to pay attention to the persnickety layout that I wanted.  They did a good job.  Rey, the owner came out to check on their work and I'm happy with the results.   Not only was the estimate reasonable but Rey's final price cut some off the estimate because the work had been easier than anticipated.   I'm saying this not to get you haggling with him, but to let you know that I trust their honesty.

Moved to East Bay in December 2013. Dave came to us through a trusted channel - a referral from our A/V Consultant. We initially hired Absolute Electric as a 3rd party contractor to wire our home theater (surround speaker wiring, Plasma TV wiring/mounting and providing the correct power to run the system). When we realized that our new home had limited recessed lighting and what was here was old incandescent, Dave removed all the existing lighting, retrofitted new LEDs and also installed over a dozen new LED recessed lights. Dave is a pro, his work is clean and he delivers on your expectations.

One of the recessed lights started flickering (bad LED Driver) 5 months after install, we contacted Dave and he was out to replace the fixture w/in days. He guarantees all his work. We'll be reaching out to Dave next time we need electrical work. He is the best.

Our installation team was excellent!  Especially Carlos Maningo and Oscar Gil-Morlaes.  Actually the whole team that was dispatched to our home was excellent.  Our installation took an entire day and a half.  From the moment the team arrived until the evening the job was completed this team had the utmost consideration for our home and the project they were committed to.
