AV Druids just finished an audio-video upgrade at my home.  Cham offered excellent advice, and implementation was painless and trouble-free.  He and his crew are professional.  Price was right, and they make no $$ on the components you buy.  I plan to use Cham for other services, such as home security.

My husband and I worked with maybe 8-10 vendors of all kinds as we freshened up our older house before we moved in.  Jeff is the only one who didn't  give us the runaround or cut corners. I've referred him enthusiastically to anyone who will listen!

Jeff is incredibly knowledgable on a huge range of topics and somehow does them all well. Most importantly, he shows pride in his quality of work. For us, he put in a large drywall patch, installed a new medicine chest, put in our tricky kitchen faucet, shimmed floor squeaks, replaced a door casing, and more. He took the time to answer questions not related to the work he was doing (first time homeowners!) and point out things we should know to care for the work he did properly.

Jeff is up front about costs and a friendly and fun personality to have in your home. He was so essential to getting our home situated that my husband and I invited him to our housewarming party. We will certainly continue working with him!

Originally I contacted Nick to fix/adjust a stuck frameless shower door.  My son found Nick on YELP and he had good reviews. Nick fixed the shower door quickly but noticed the larger issue was that the tile flooring had areas of missing grout so he came back another day to re-grout and clean things up in our master bedroom shower stall.  He was very professional and did a detailed job as the job took about a half a day.  He cleaned up nicely and now
we can take a nice shower for years to come without worrying that the tile flooring leaks water underneath.  I will definitely keep Nick in mind if I have a list of future work!

Used the Yelp quote process for a quote to have a 15-40 NEMA outlet installed in my garage opposite of the main breaker for my new Model 3 Tesla.  The owner George responded promptly and provided aggressive pricing relative to the others. Decided to go with him and he arranged everything.  Electrician showed up on time and got everything installed within a hour.  There was a mix up with the permitting but it was resolved promptly and didn't affect my car delivery.  After the install George called to follow-up to check how everything was.  I have already provided referrals to my friends and colleagues and will continue to do so without hesitation.

We lost power in part of our home that included the Kitchen. This happened at around 8 PM on a Saturday. The main electric panel looked ok to us and we realized we had to call an Electric company. We found out about Green State Electric and called them. Mike promptly responded to our call and he showed up at our home in 45 minutes. He opened our main electric panel, identified the faulty circuit breaker and fixed the same. We really appreciate his quick turn around on a Saturday night. We also appreciated the fact that Mike was very professional and showed up with a mask on during the pandemic.

Just spoke to Ricky, and he has to be one of the most professional, polite, and honest contractors I have had the pleasure of speaking to; in fact, he explained why I didn't actually need the service for which I was calling! I really appreciate his style and honesty. I will certainly call him when I actually do need help!

Chris is a remarkable electrician!  He has a very strong sense of quality and aesthetic in his work, which is extremely competent anyway.  He really cares about every aspect of the work including good value.  How many times have we asked a tradesman to do something, and think oh great, how much is that going to cost? yet every time he quoted me a price it was below what I thought it might cost.  And it just looks so good!  You can totally trust him with your project.  He and his staff are excellent in every way.  I highly recommend him.

I needed a 2nd Level 2 EV outlet.  Ron responded quickly to my phone call.  He came out and did an estimate.  He was kind, friendly, thoughtful and creative in minimizing the work and cost.  He has a great personality.  His quote was very reasonable, much better than I was fearing.  He did the job efficiently.   I will definitely use his services again on other electrical work.  He's a keeper.  You won't go wrong with him; you will be very happy with his services.

Mark is LICENSED (important for a variety of reasons), certified, communicative, and friendly.  Easy to get a quote and an appointment scheduled with him.  He and Andrew installed the Tesla charger efficiently, and explained everything I needed to know. Don't wait until you receive your Tesla Vehicle; get the wall connector and install it ahead of time with Artisan Electric. Tesla to the moon (and Mars)!  Thank you Mark

Their sales prevention team is fantastic. Takes DAYS to get a call back to provide a proposal and doesn't return phone calls. When they finally do take the time to come out and do a site visit to get an idea of the scope of work involved, they make I think I'm about to poop my pants faces. WHO DOES THAT?! And...apparently they don't do weekends either because they have to pay their crew overtime. Well..yeah that's kind of a given. Brutal...just brutal.

Hourmouz is fantastic to work with - punctual, honest, friendly and just very efficient with the work. I had 25+ recessed (and some pendant) lights installed - some of them were tricky to do because of no attic access - Hormuz was able to cleanly cut through the drywalls, jump through the beams, rewire everything and neatly close all the carvings. He completed the job within the estimated time and if I need any more electrical work done, I'll certainly reach out to him.

I have no words. I called these guys because most of the lighting in my house was going out and I also wanted to invest in LED lighting.

I called their number and Daniel answered. He was at my house in less than 2 hours. He took his time to assess the situation and listen to my concerns. By the end of the day I had the estimate in hand. I approved it and Daniel's crew started the very next day. I had LED can lights installed in the whole house and it's just WOW. Such a big difference.

I had a few jobs, including miswired switches, light installation and bringing an outdoor outlet up to safety code. Flores Electric electricians completed the job well and at a good price.

Dave was very quick to respond to my request for quote. Gave me a good price and came out 2 days later and quickly did the job I needed. Would definitely use him again. Very nice guy too!!

service champions upgraded out outside electrical panel resulting in a change of amperage on our dryer outlet. It should be 240 amps and we are now only gettting 190 amps so the dryer won't dry. after several calls, they say it's a prob with the dryer. But I saw the guy test the outlet and it was reading 190. We took a pic. They need to stop playing games. Terrible customer service. Will be following up again on Monday.

Update: feb 23 2022- revising review to 4 stars. Service champions arrived today to fix the amperage problem on the dryer outlet. Fixed without charge. They also fixed the error we were getting on the hottub which was over and above!  Many thanks to Johnny at Maine Electric for his great customer service and for making things work again!
