Cham is truly great to work with. He is excellent at problem solving and figuring out exactly what you need based on your situation. His prices are very reasonable and always seems to find a way to do extra work for you without charging for every little thing. He recently completed a several zone music system and home theater project for me. The wires are all hidden away for the ultimate clean look. Highly recommend.

Wife and I am fortunate to have found Jeff on Craigslist. We recently acquired a home in the south bay that required a lot of work. Jeff helped us tremendously and we are very happy with the quality of his work and the level of service he had provided.  This guy is very talented and can do just about anything around the house.

Jeff is very easy to work with, honest, and has great communication skills. I appreciate Jeff  being upfront about the costs and how long each project will take. There were a few things I saved money on by doing it myself. Jeff basically showed me what I need to do and how to do it. If you're looking for someone to do high quality work in a reasonable amount of time, go with Jeff.

We initially wanted can lights only, but take a look at what Jeff ended up doing for us. Below are a list of things Jeff had worked on:

At the time of this review, Nick is currently replacing some light fixtures at my home. He was prompt, professional, and explained everything he was doing. I will definitely be contacting him again for future work.

JLG was quick to respond, easy to schedule, and reasonably efficient with their work.  I would use them again and wholeheartedly recommend to others looking for a licensed electrician.

Highly recommend!  Had friends and boyfriend do some electrical work, and of course it started acting up.  Found george and his company on yelp, called and he came out right away.  Fixed all the issues that day and even recommended fixes that were less expensive rather then trying to get more money out of me, very refreshing!  I feel safe knowing he's looked over my wiring, and will definitely call him if I ever have any new projects!

This review is long over due. Ricardo has been my go to electrician for the past two years for all of my commercial properties, apartment complexes and as well as my own personal home. No job has been to small or too big for him! He is reliable, easy to reach, knowledgeable and most importantly he has very reasonable rates compared to other electricians that I've used in the past. Mike was quick to respond, knowledgeable and very helpful. He gave me detailed breakdown of the issue I had with my electrical panel. He co-ordinated with PG&E and had my power functional in a few hours from the first call! Highly recommend

Ricky is very experienced and knowledgeable, able to do the work of multiple electricians by himself, and able to quickly troubleshoot problems that would leave other electricians struggling for many hours.  Due to his expertise and efficiency he was able to do some major work on my commercial property at a fraction of the cost of other electricians.  I would strongly recommend Ricky for any type of electrical work, but especially those that might require technical expertise or with problems that might be difficult to diagnose.

Chris has been great to work with! We had him replace our breaker box and he did a great job. He has been professional, punctual, and totally transparent and knowledgeable throughout the whole process.

He and his employee also completed the job in the time frame they said it would be done in. They showed up in the morning and the lights were back on before dark.

He also was more affordable then all the other bids that came in.

All in all he is the electrician we will call when we need electric work done. He's honest and thorough and I think that's what you want in someone who is working on your home.

Was looking for a structural contractor to help inspect the foundation of a home we were closing escrow on. I talked to William who was excellent at providing information and estimate cost of repairs needed which helped put our minds at ease. Highly recommend the company for their quick response time. Even on a holiday weekend!

My ceiling fan broke and most places I called weren't interested in such a small repair job, and only offered to install a replacement unit. Dave was willing to take a look however. Took a little bit to nail down a date and time, but once we got that sorted I found him to be very knowledgable and friendly. Dave arrived on time and quickly figured out the problem. The price was also very reasonable. I'll definitely give him a call next time I need something done.

Mark proactively engaged me when I listed my inquiry to his help on installing a Tesla charging port.  He gave me information very efficiently through text and gave me good guidance and recommendation.  From first contact to finish the job it took him only a few days (including waiting for Tesla to ship me the charging hardware).  Mark and Andrew showed up to our appoint on time, and get right to the job.  The work was done and testing / paper work were done flawlessly.  I will hire Mark for other work in the future, and had a very professional and pleasant working experience with him and Andrew.

These guys are always professional, provide patient explantations when asked, and are as honest as the day is long.

Hourmouz was able to arrive same day that I called him and started the work.  I needed an electrical plug for a clothes dryer installed.  It was a brand new home and the laundry was plumbed for a gas dryer only.  I had been given a quote of $1050 by Maine Electric and thought that was high so I got a second estimate.  Boy am I glad I did.  Not only did Hourmouz quote me a price for the same exact work at 1/3 the cost but he also took care of installing a couple other outlets in the master and even still was less than $600.  (Maine Electric would have charged $378 for each of the two additional outlets, bringing their total to $1800.)

Hourmouz did the work in a very professional manner.  He had to cut holes in the dry wall in order to run the wires and he was able to patch and paint in a way that one could never tell the wall had been cut into.  That was very important to me since this was a brand new home.

I was super impressed with Hourmouz and have referred him to two of my friends.  I hope they call him and I know I will if ever i need an electrician again.

I had some electrical issues that I had no idea was wrong. Called, made an appointment, and next thing you know everything was working great.

Flores Electric did a great job trouble shooting my ceiling fan.  It is a new fan installed last year but it was making a grinding noise.  The electrician immediately knew what the problem was and determined that the wires inside the fan were loose.  He repaired the problem and it now works perfectly.  I do like that his price was reasonable.  I will use them in the future.

I think his is a very good company the service tech AJ was super nice and professional however he didn't do a complete service that I paid for because the cooling coil box may have asbestos because our house is old and he didn't want to open it... he said another tech would probably do it but he personally did not feel comfortable opening the box. Now I have to request another tech to come to complete the service I paid for... will let you know if they send someone and finishes the inspection I paid for....

So even though it was assumed  asbestos not confirmed be aware you will pay for full inspection with no compensation or reduce rate it the tech decides the they prefer NOT to clean the coiling system due to possible asbestos box. No solution no outcome no cleaning no discount FYI beware
