The Regent5 team was very professional and easy to work with. We needed installation of automated shades and lighting throughout our home. They also helped automate our garage door, sound and lights through a central mobile app. They kept everything quite tidy as they were doing their work and were responsive throughout the process.

Wife and I am fortunate to have found Jeff on Craigslist. We recently acquired a home in the south bay that required a lot of work. Jeff helped us tremendously and we are very happy with the quality of his work and the level of service he had provided.  This guy is very talented and can do just about anything around the house.

Jeff is very easy to work with, honest, and has great communication skills. I appreciate Jeff  being upfront about the costs and how long each project will take. There were a few things I saved money on by doing it myself. Jeff basically showed me what I need to do and how to do it. If you're looking for someone to do high quality work in a reasonable amount of time, go with Jeff.

We initially wanted can lights only, but take a look at what Jeff ended up doing for us. Below are a list of things Jeff had worked on:

* Installed recessed can lights
* Installed tiles
* Installed crawlspace vents
* Replaced toilets
* Replaced all electrical outlets in the house
* Installed bathroom fans
* Installed new sheet rock
* Wall texturing
* Installed smoke alarms
* Installed insulation
* Plumbing

We were without hot water until we could get some drywall up in our external water heater closet.  I contacted Ye Old Handyman for a quote and I got a response minutes later from Nick.  Compared to the several others I reached out to, his cost was more reasonable, and I also appreciate his expertise.  He was able to schedule us even with his busy schedule, knowing we were without hot water and have a newborn!

Nick arrived on time.  Again, since we have a newborn, I had to be precise about how to contact us upon his arrival because didn't want to wake the baby!  He was extra considerate on that point.  After looking at what we needed, he even recognized what the restoration people missed (more mold in the wall) and removed it.  He also straightened and cleaned up the work the restoration people did (they did a poor job).  I was able to go about my business while he went working away, and did do the job quickly and efficiently.  

Overall Nick was knowledgable, trustworthy, explained the process the entire way, and did an amazing job!  I recommend him for any handyman needs!  He also is a Cal State Fire volunteer, and since the drywall was meant for fire safety, I was happy to have him working on it for my family's safety.

Used JLG Electrician J. Lopez for both new construction and remodeling electrical work for my house and mobile home. His work was top notch and very reasonable prices.  Was prompt,  professional and got the job done right. I have recommended to my friends and will use again!

Mike was fast and efficient.
I asked 4 electrical places for a quick quote on Yelp for a 240V socket installed to charge my EV. He told me the starting price and it was better than anyone else in the surrounding area. Most of them won't even give a number, not even a starting price. I was impressed slightly then so I continued the process with Mike. He came out to look at my place to give me the actual quote the next morning. The number was acceptable and on par with the cheaper electricians in the area. I like efficient people who doesn't procrastinate so the positive impression continued. I got a e-signature request on email later that day. And within a week my 240V 14-50 socket was installed and worked as promised. Now I just have to wait for the city inspection. Overall it was a painless process.

Ricky did an awesome job! Even though it was the end of the day, he was quick to respond to our request and came over within 15 minutes. He quickly diagnosed our lighting problem and fixed it immediately.
We were so happy with his knowledge, great communication and friendliness.

When we remodeled our house Chris at Coastline Electric provided excellent suggestions on lighting placement and design. His team was efficient and professional. Four years later we are stilled pleased with the work from Coastline. I strongly recommend this electrician.

I needed a 2nd Level 2 EV outlet.  Ron responded quickly to my phone call.  He came out and did an estimate.  He was kind, friendly, thoughtful and creative in minimizing the work and cost.  He has a great personality.  His quote was very reasonable, much better than I was fearing.  He did the job efficiently.   I will definitely use his services again on other electrical work.  He's a keeper.  You won't go wrong with him; you will be very happy with his services.

about to finish the foundation and framing work with RenoPro, beside their quality work, I'm most impressed with their can-do attitude. They do anything to our satisfaction, regardless our repeated changes. I had a great experience with Dave The handyman. I called him about 10 in the morning and he showed up two hours later to repair my broken patio door. He was on time, courteous, clean and masked. He's a very practical problem solver and didn't give up on my confusing issue until it was solved.

Mark installed the Tesla gen3 charger for me. He did a fantastic job and was excellent from the beginning of the project to the end. He is C10 licensed and does everything correctly. I highly recommend to reach out to Artisan Electrical for your Tesla Charger installations.

Jim and Jake of Jet Electric are getting the highest review from me. Jake came out in a timely manner the same day I called and asked a couple of questions. He went to work  with a great attitude and solved several problems. I would work with Jake any time and Jet Electric is on our list of preferred vendors.

Hourmouz installed recessed LED lights in our living room, office and one bedroom, he replaced all our old LED lights in the bathrooms and kitchen, and he installed a chandelier in our master bedroom. The living room has 20', sloped ceilings, which I thought would be a difficult installation, but he made it look easy! The lights look great, he aligned them perfectly, and installed them in exactly the right place on the ceiling. Hourmouz takes tremendous pride in his work, and he pays attention to all the details. For example, the installation of the recessed lights required opening the drywall to access the wiring. He made the smallest possible holes, and then patched and re-surfaced them perfectly. We had three offers to do this work, and Hourmouz was the only one who included the dry wall repair in the offer (the other two contractors refused to do it). He was also significantly less expensive than the most expensive offer, and competitive with the other. I'd recommend Hourmouz to anyone, and I'm very happy to have his work lighting up our house.

I had some electrical issues that I had no idea was wrong. Called, made an appointment, and next thing you know everything was working great.

So happy to have found a reliable, responsive electrician! Jesse and his team were very responsive and addressed our electrical issues that we have been battling for quite some time. Definitely a number to keep and use as needed.

Gotta give these guys a shout out. I think the techs name was Ryan. My mother in law bought a house that the previous owner did a ton of unpermitted work on and none of it was up to code. One breaker runs more than half the house and surprise! It was fried. Ryan changed it out at a very reasonable price and was able to explain to my mother in law in a way she almost seemed to understand all the reasons she needs to hire a pro to fix the shoddy electrical job. He was also able to convince her to run her regular heater instead of running electrical cords all over the place with her stupid space heaters.

We used Dave and crew to distribute power and advise on the electrical requirements of our new manufacturing facility.  He completed the large job on time and on budget and even went out of his way to come back in and hard wire the electrical into our machines once they were delivered.

Beyond that Dave is a really nice guy and extremely trustworthy and genuine.  Highly recommended for commercial work.  We didn't want to paint over any of his conduit because it was so beautifully done.  We have no need to look for another electrician for future projects.  Dave is the man!

AJ, who provided our annual service for our heating and air conditioning was very efficient, professional, as well as being very personable and friendly. He made sure all our questions were answered, how refreshing it is to see that there is still great customer service still out there! It was a good experience for us.
