Very high review for Cham.  I requested a universal remote setup and was easily able to schedule an appointment.  Cham asked and listened to my needs and not only set up the remote, but went out to Best Buy to purchase a DVD player to replace my dying DVD which also enabled me to access Amazon Prime Video. He patiently showed me how to use the remote and showed me features on Comcast and iPhone I was not aware of.  I highly recommend Cham as he is a one-stop service.  He and is team are knowledgeable in video, audio, computers and more.

My husband and I worked with maybe 8-10 vendors of all kinds as we freshened up our older house before we moved in.  Jeff is the only one who didn't  give us the runaround or cut corners. I've referred him enthusiastically to anyone who will listen!

Jeff is incredibly knowledgable on a huge range of topics and somehow does them all well. Most importantly, he shows pride in his quality of work. For us, he put in a large drywall patch, installed a new medicine chest, put in our tricky kitchen faucet, shimmed floor squeaks, replaced a door casing, and more. He took the time to answer questions not related to the work he was doing (first time homeowners!) and point out things we should know to care for the work he did properly.

Jeff is up front about costs and a friendly and fun personality to have in your home. He was so essential to getting our home situated that my husband and I invited him to our housewarming party. We will certainly continue working with him!

I am so pleased with Nick's advice, resources and specific expertise. He answered my questions and I decided after checking his Contractor License with excellent references. Then he accepted pictures of the fixtures, before I purchased them. (So I send a 5 star review of the our collaboration in progress.)

Nick arrived on time (as planned days in advance) and the work was done as quoted. So here is a second 5 star review. Because I am so delighted. The work looks great. The shower safety grab bars are literally what the Doctor ordered.

Very impressed. George was prompt to respond to my request for a quote. I received 3 quotes and his was right in the middle. I chose to go with him because he seemed more knowledgeable and actually bothered to check to make sure I ordered the right stuff. Dan and Javier (I'm sorry if this is not the correct name) arrived ON TIME and did an excellent job. They were knowledgeable, polite and did a great job explaining everything.

I had an urgent electrical need on a Sunday and Mike came to the rescue! Level headed, honest, and a great problem solver, Mike arrive when he said he would and saved us from spoiling food when the sockets in our kitchen didn't work. I would hire him again in a heartbeat and will do so next time we have an electrical need!

Ricky was very professional in his approach to our problem. We had a forty year old panel and was arcing. This led to power being cut off for a day. Our request was not only for restoration of power but also to upgrade service to 200A. Ricky managed to complete a service upgrade to new panel 200A within a day. It was a challenging project since it involved a lot of work and co ordination with city and utilities. He stayed at our place from morning till evening 9pm to make sure we had power for the night. I'll hire him again for future projects.

We recently had Chris do some work during our kitchen remodel. His quote was competitive and affordable. He was very friendly and even after my husband told him what he would like as far as outlets, Chris took the time to ask me what my preference would be. He gave us different choices for recessed lighting while also sharing what his professional recommendation would be. We felt very comfortable and safe having him in the house and at the end of the day, we were very happy with the final results. We will definitely use Chris' services again in the future.

Problem: some outlets inoperable on the same circuit.
Analysis: did basic troubleshooting such as:
Resetting circuit breaker; checked GFI plug; validated wire continuity in case of an open. Sent Yelp request for assistance.
Resolution:
Ron took time from his busy schedule to call and stopped by the house to troubleshootNTF and provided a couple of suggestions based on his extensive experience. For safety, I replaced the GFI and manually checked all the plugs and mapped to the circuit breaker box.
Thank again Ron. I validated that the kitchen plugs are in a different circuit hence the remap of the CB.
Root cause: User error. Unable for provide a cost value because the lessons I learned from Ron are invaluable. However if cost must be a factor, price is reasonable. I would call on him again should I have electrical issues that need resolution.

Working with Renopro was a pleasant experience throughout the construction. I chose William's team to work on my skylights because William was the only one who gave me very detailed plan and useful suggestion among the three contractors I contacted. We were extremely happy with the result. His team was always courteous, friendly, and professional. The project was completed in a timely manner and at a reasonable price.

Dave and Taso did great work.  They took care of exterior trim on quite a few doors and windows.  They work fast and produce clean professional results.  Clean everything when done.  Reasonable price.  And fun to have around :)  Need a handyman?  Dave is your guy.

I recently hired Artisan Electrical & HVAC to install a Tesla Wall Connector. Mark arrived at the scheduled time with his coworker and did a quick check on my outside panel. He advised and explained the reason that he would need to add a sub panel in the garage and showed me a photo of what it would be like, with a reasonable price. He had everything done within two hours. Highly recommended.

We had an issue with a couple outlets in our house not working and our washer and dryer constantly going out without any ability to resuscitate it. We are so happy we found Jim, as we placed a call one morning and he was out at our house the next day! He quickly diagnosed our issue as being a burnt circuit peace, and he was able to not only fix it, but install a few more outlets in our garage to ensure that our washer and dryer would safely operate from here on out. It was such a relief to have someone who not only understood exactly what needed to be done, but was also an absolute joy to learn from and talk to  throughout the process. Thank you Jim! We now know who to call if we ever have any other issues!!!

Hourmouz did a great job putting in 28 LED recessed lights (some upstairs, some downstairs) with dimmer switches in our home.  He's professional, meticulous, and communicates well.

At the time, we had gotten another quote from another guy (not licensed), and the prices were relatively comparable. We decided to go with Hourmouz even though his bid was slightly higher.  Basically, his pricing is very fair, and you got top-notch quality work for the money.  Hourmouz is also a licensed electrician, so you can feel more assured about the safety and quality of his work.  He also did a good job patching and painting the areas where he had to cut through our drywall.

He's also done lighting work for my in-laws and some family friends.  We all love working with him, and all of us can wholeheartedly recommend him for your lighting and other electrical needs.

We have all heard the clichés and horror stories of hiring skilled tradesmen and often prefer to rely on personal recommendations from our friends and relatives for fear of getting cheated or mislead. Let me put it this way, I will gladly refer D&C to my elderly parents without any hesitation or my blind uncle with a wonky leg if I had one.

I don't really know where to start or what to say about D&C, they ARE THAT GOOD.

Jesse came out to troubleshoot and fix a melted circuit that caused the breaker to trip. He arrived early, was prompt, professional, and fixed the issue! Check out the wires in the attached photos. He explained the issue in a way that made sense to me (I have zero knowledge of electric other than knowing I don't want to accidentally electrocute myself lol). He also explained some considerations I should take moving forward when it comes time to update the panel. Thank you, Jesse and Alpha Omega!

Flores Electric did a great job trouble shooting my ceiling fan.  It is a new fan installed last year but it was making a grinding noise.  The electrician immediately knew what the problem was and determined that the wires inside the fan were loose.  He repaired the problem and it now works perfectly.  I do like that his price was reasonable.  I will use them in the future.

My wife and I were talking the other day, and mentioned Absolute Electric for their good work.  She asked me if I had written a review and I thought I had, but it turns out I hadn't.  Anyways, as you can tell from my rating of Dave and Absolute Electric, we were impressed with this company.  We had another contractor install lighting in our kitchen, and due to other problems we had, decided we needed another set of eyes to look over their work.  I found Absolute on Yelp and called.  Dave came over and showed me what was done wrong and explained the fire hazards they created.  Needless to say I hired Dave to fix the problems and the difference was night and day (no pun intended).  The wiring was neat and up to code, and we have had no problems whatsoever the past 2 years.  (PS.  I took the money I had to pay Dave out of the final payment to the other contractor).  
About a year later the company where I work needed some electrical work done and I thought of Absolute.  Dave came out and completed the work professionally once more.  A few employees commented that they liked him and his work.  Again, the problems that previously existed are gone and everything looks neat. Thanks Dave!  Sorry I took so long to write this.

Not reliable!!! I scheduled them a week in advance for a Saturday at 10am. They then confirmed with me on Wednesday via voicemail. But then called me on Friday the reschedule. I said I've already schedule my day around this but agreed to have them come at 11am. Come Saturday, the call again saying they can't come. Completely ruined my day since I had cancelled other plans for this.
