I wanted to wait a few months to evaluate the systems that Regent5 installed at our Woodside residence and that moment has arrived. Cham and his crew upgraded both our alarm/fire and network systems as they were over 10yrs old and problematic. We have a fairly extensive property with 3 buildings all networked together but that did not phase Regent5! I was so pleased at the quality of workmanship and detail used by this crew especially on the alarm end of things where Tony had to build the entire system main board from scratch due to it's size and complexity - it didn't fit their standard enclosure. I got to watch some of this and was amazed at how professionally done it was and how great it all looked with the new touch screen system. So much easier to understand and use than any previous system we've had. Just love it!

Same story on the network upgrade - all work done professionally and correctly the first time. Where we had some long runs between buildings required determination to replace an older, slower fiber optic line but the guys got it done and now we have excellent coverage overall where in some places it was missing before. So glad Regent5 was using the same commercial mesh routers I had specified for the job when I first spoke with them. We replaced a lot of hardware and after almost a year everything is operating perfectly, as I expected it should. I couldn't be happier that I used Regent5 for our project and would recommend them for any home large or small. They proved their value and were a very courteous, attentive group.

Wife and I am fortunate to have found Jeff on Craigslist. We recently acquired a home in the south bay that required a lot of work. Jeff helped us tremendously and we are very happy with the quality of his work and the level of service he had provided.  This guy is very talented and can do just about anything around the house.

Jeff is very easy to work with, honest, and has great communication skills. I appreciate Jeff  being upfront about the costs and how long each project will take. There were a few things I saved money on by doing it myself. Jeff basically showed me what I need to do and how to do it. George, Dan and team are seriously the best! We had made an appointment for them to move a light switch, change a light to recessed lighting, add an outlet and move our 2 vanity lights in the bathroom. We had a few things go wrong (on our side) and the team was so helpful and patient. They ended up having to come back three times since our vanity lights arrived late, but they made it work since we had the painters there and needed them to patch up the walls from the electrical work. We had such a great experience that we will definitely be using them for all of our future electrical needs.

This review is long over due. Ricardo has been my go to electrician for the past two years for all of my commercial properties, apartment complexes and as well as my own personal home. I was replacing our outlets + switches and got about half to turn on, and was stuck on where the problem was. I got in touch with Mike and he was very responsive, offering to come out that evening to get our house up and running. Mike was able to fix the problem quickly and give me a few tips for next time. I would definitely hire Dave again.  He did a wonderful job. He was on time, easy to talk with, knowledgeable and did everything I wanted.  I needed some caulking done around the bathtub, he dug out the messed up old caulking and put down a nice new line of caulk. He also did some grout work and replaced an o-ring on the toilet. I have finally found my go to guy. It was a pleasure to work with him. You will not be sorry if you have him do a job for you

After reading the reviews, I gave JET a call and left a message.  Call was returned in a very timely manner.  Jim came to the house as promised (on a very short notice), surveyed the situation, made some recommendations, and it was full steam ahead.  Very pleased with the quality and timeliness of the work.  Highly recommended!!

After finally ready to have some recessed lighting installed, I started my research for a local electrician who would be the right fit overall. I messaged Hourmouz as he quickly responded back and I scheduled an appt for an in-home estimate. He was very friendly and professional with a cool vibe that makes you feel confident and comfortable. I accepted his estimate that I thought was reasonable and he had very good communication throughout the entire process. The day of installation, he was on time and started work immediately with all of the great preparations including assisting me with moving some furniture out of the way as he also put drop cloth on my wooden flooring which I appreciated. He did have to cut through some drywall to run some new wiring but afterwards, he did patch up and painted as it looked clean and well done.  Overall I was very satisfied with his service as I will definitely call again, I highly recommend Bay Sun Electric.

Flores Electric replaced our attic fan last winter.   They were very responsive,  got the work done quickly and since I was still working from home at the time,  quietly.   Once they were done,  they demonstrated the fan working.    Now that it's getting warmer,  the new fan is working well and it's much quieter than the old fan.

Service was FAST, ON TIME, explained the work comprehensively and was just plain nice! Thank you.

I enjoy the quality of the technicians and the thoroughness of their inspections.  The techs, including Thomas who came yesterday/last night have been respectful, and totally committed to ensuring I understood what they're talking about.  They've been to my house twice.  The company could improve if they told me how long to expect a visit to take.  Yesterday's visit went from 3:15 until 8:45, which is a bit long.  Some of that time was the inspection, and the rest was identifying potential solutions.  Previous visit was also lengthy due to training a person, but I appreciate the robustness of their training program.  I also appreciate the knowledge each tech has about heating, and air conditioning, and the company's network of internal consultants available to the tech should they need assistance during their service.
