I asked Sam to fix two small things (faucet and a tile repair).  
He showed up within an hour and did a great job on both projects.  Highly recommend.

I found Larry through my realtor's annual vendor referral guide, which only gets folks with pretty much perfect reviews.  I still checked Yelp as well, and it was as solid...so I asked Larry to come over and help me troubleshoot some old wiring I couldn't figure out as I was installing a new bathroom vent fan.   Larry was polite and clear on the phone, prompt in arriving (with a 20 minutes away warning call!) and sure enough fixed the problem quickly and easily, and did not terribly mind the questions from the DIY guy trying not to feel foolish. ;)
..so then I asked him about a theoretically speaking project I'd been considering, and Larry looked, said no problem, and set a date to come back.   Again, prompt and great work, a lot of consideration for my house and pets, and I couldn't be happier.   A fair price, he always checked to make sure I was getting what I wanted, and I'd call Larry again without hesitation.  Thanks again!

We highly recommend Martin and Fitch Electric. We needed some fans replaced, can lights replaced and some repairs to our outdoor electrical. Martin and Santiago came out, were extremely professional, and did the work in a timely manner, and the price was very reasonable. Martin is very friendly and knowledgeable and made some great recommendations for different options for us! And Scott was great too with the scheduling and follow through. Highly recommend them and we will definitely be using them for our future electrical needs.

I was about to give up till I got to Mopia Electric.  Randy was great. By the time I got to him I have had 3 other electricians from Yelp come over to look at the electrical problem .  Saying that i wasn't impressed with any of them would be a gross understatement.  Randy gave me a fair and competitive estimate. He was always on time and got the work done as expected. He followed up with all my concerns and questions. I intend to use his services again.

He installed an EV charger professionally and quickly, and offered the best rate out of everyone on Yelp! Great service would book him again!

I highly recommend Antonio for his services. My bathroom exhaust fan was not working and I reached out on Yelp for quotes. He responded right away with a very reasonable rate on labor. He even sent me pictures of the replacement part with prices at Home Depot and said he would charge exactly what it would cost.  He didn't try to overcharge me like other places which I extremely appreciate.  We ended up not needing the part because it was just an electrical issue.  So he only charged me for labor, in which he ended up discounting.  He is honest, reliable, and efficient. He also goes out of his way to find me parts on another repair that I needed and said he would move his other schedules around to fit me in as soon as possible.  Again I highly recommend him to anyone who needs a great handyman.   Thank you, Antonio!!

A couple of month in this late review, had to give them the recognition they deserve; normally I don't write reviews. They resolved my issue quickly given their experience and was patient in explaining. Trust worthy person to do business with.

The light circuit in my kids rooms were out, I tried to reset it from the main panel and failed. I called many electricians trying to get it fixed but nobody has time to come out. Norman from San Mateo Handyman referred me to Dan at Bay Area Maintenance. Although Dan is busy, he called me right back and gave me advice when I asked. I fixed the problem following his advice! Got Watts replaced my main panel and subpanels in my 65 yr old home.  They also installed 2 ventilation fans and lighting in my bathrooms plus updated circuits in the bedroom.  I highly recommend them, they were a pleasure to work with.  Our work was scheduled to start the day the atmospheric river hit the bay area.  PG&E had many emergencies and canceled on us 4 times.  Mallory, Brian, Alexander and their team showed up on time and did all the work they could up to the point where PG&E had to turn off our power.  The team worked efficiently minimizing the times they needed to turn my power off.  Brian always warned me when the power would be going off and for how long.  He even offered a generator if I needed it.  PG&E finally showed up one morning unexpectedly, I called Alexander and he was at my house within a half an hour. I am very happy with my new electrical boxes, lighting and upgrades. The team was very professional, was never late, friendly and hard working.  I will deffinitely use them again.

We called Hancock to install a 220v outlet and our JuiceBox 40 amp EV charger.  He came out the same day (within an hour!) and quickly installed it at a reasonable price.  He was very friendly and explained everything to us.  Also very professional.  We highly recommend him for your electrical work.

We recently had Southwest make extensive upgrades to our new home, including a 200 amp upgrade to our panel. They showed up on time, offered excellent observations/insights/ideas (also bringing up things that I'm really glad they pointed out, without being pushy at all), and were meticulous about their work. Steve, Mike and John are a company of three (I think), so you always know who you're dealing with, and they could not be nicer or more professional. I have complete peace of mind in the high quality of the work, and also the knowledge that if I ever did have a problem I could call and it would be taken care of promptly.

If you want responsiveness, reliability, excellent work, reasonable prices and really nice guys you'll enjoy having in your home, Southwest Electric is as good as it gets.

Michael fixed our AC problem! Finally called Bellows after the guy who installed for us could not get things fully working on our mini split. Michael worked quickly and got it figured out. Thank you!

I tried 5 different electrical company's before finally going with Oak Electric.  Kolie and Christine are hands down the best people and company for all your electrical needs. They were very professional, on time, everytime. They ensured our satisfaction  before, during, and after the job was completed. They went above and beyond at every phase of the job.  I cant say enough good things about this company. We couldn't be happier with the skills and workmanship that they provide. We will definitely be using  them in the future.

We had the majority of our outdated (1980s) lights replaced. Brian helped us select various lighting options throughout the house. Brian and his worker were here for 2 1/2 days and did their jobs cleanly, quietly, and efficiently. We would call BMH again for electrical work.

My is the best. Honest. Fair. Don't even bother calling anyone else now that I know My. He has done all the remodel work for me.

Francisco sent his crew back to retest the system, found out that the micro inverters were the issue. Since they are still under warranty  the manufacturer will replace all 24 micro inverters for me. It will take 2-4 weeks for them to ship. But for now I have 3 new inverters working that Francisco was kind enough to let me use it while waiting for the replacement.

Binh Lam came to the rescue again this past weekend. A kitchen appliance circuit breaker or two popped at an inconvenient time thereby limiting my plans for entertaining that evening. Specifically, some kitchen appliances or their circuitry were faulty.
As a seasoned older couple, we always have one person we can call for help when in need. So right away we called Binh. For electrical matters, Binh is # 1 on the list. Always eager to please, he adjusted his busy daily schedule to help me out of a jam. He is more flexible than most electricians. Right away he came some distance to my home and went to work. After assessing the situation he reviewed with me the set of options and I approved one.
As he predicted, in less than an hour, he fixed the problem and cleaned up the area. What a relief! He did buy some parts and provided me with the receipts. His labor costs were quite competitive and reasonable. Customer satisfaction is an objective of his business. He aims to please!
Lam approaches all tasks enthusiastically and confidentially. His work is meticulous, focused and efficient. If you find yourself in a jam with either electrical or gas related problems, don't hesitate to call Binh. We did, and we do not regret it. You won't either.
