I thought the price was on the high side to install a couple outdoor flood lights, but I have nothing but good things to say about workers. The owner came and gave me a quote on the same day. He also pulled a couple guys to work on my project right away in his busy work schedule. When they arrived, I was asleep and didn't hear them, and they waited outside for me for about 30 min. They were not only nice about the whole situation, the three young fellows were respectful and polite. They completed the job in timely fashion, removed left over wirings and clean up when the job was completed. One of the fellows, who happens to be the owner's son, went above and beyond to remove a couple old attachments after he overheard a conversation I had with my wife. I will gladly hire them for any future electrical work.

Moises did a great job installing my light fixture. He was quick and had all the tools to get the job done! I highly recommend him!

We've been shopping around for an electrician to install an outlet for our new electric vehicle based on recommendations and were getting a lot of run-around with filling out forms online and talking over the phone with different people about estimates/what they think can be done based on our wiring configuration. We were getting outrageous quotes compared to what we had expected from reading/researching online so we decided to expand our search.

We found Penguin Electric on Yelp and decided to give them a try since they're local. As soon as we contacted Roman, he immediately responded and offered to come on-site to check out our house - I was shocked as no other electrician had offered this option!

Throughout the entire process, Roman was very responsive, straight-forward, and accommodating. He gave us a very reasonable quote for the job so we decided to go with him. We are SO glad we found him - will definitely call him again in the future if we ever need an electrician!

We used Dalcon a few years ago and were super happy with the job!  We had LED lights installed in the ceiling along with dimmer switches.   Happy to report all are functioning just fine!   We needed some followup paperwork for our HOA and dealt with Carlos Figueroa - he was very helpful and got what we needed in a very timely manner - super polite and communicated very well.

Would definitely use Dalcon again in the future!

We're not ones to write many Yelp reviews, but we felt the need in this case. Emanuel not only did a wonderful job installing new recessed lighting and switches (without damaging our old lathe and plaster), but he also walked us through issues we were having with the city, PG&E, and work done by a past electrician.  He was patient, responsive, and did excellent work. Emanuel was always on-time and communicated very well throughout the entire process. We can't recommend him enough!

Henry is an expert electrician that does top-notch work. He has just completed a panel upgrade and everything was performed as described and the quality of his work is exceptional. Henry understands what building inspectors look for and he is able to anticipate potential problems when working on my project. I've worked around many trades and by far, California Power and Light is the one you want on your project.

Fred recently helped me to setup under Cabinet range hood and fix kitchen cabinets with handles. He has great work ethics..he arrived on time and stick with original estimate and didn't charge me anything extra which normally others do.

He was very professional and great customer experience, he even came back next week to check if everything is good.

He even helped me mount my tv for no extra cost.

I will definitely recommend him for handyman services.

David came on an early Friday night to fix a problem with our outdoor outlet. Price was fair and he was professional and courteous. I will definitely use him again.

Yong is awesome.  I needed an electrical charger for my new Tesla.  Contacted over 20 electricians.  All of them asked a bunch of questions and said they couldn't give me an approximate quote.  Several electricians gave me quotes. One said this and that and I have to do something before he can work on it. Yong came after giving me an approximate quote and finished the job immediately and charged me at the lower end of the quote range. His quote was much lower than everyone else's.

I wish I had called him in the past when a different electrician charged me arm and leg for what appeared to be one hour job.

I'm saving his contact info for all my future electrical work. He is honest, straight forward, efficient, and pleasant.  He's trustworthy.

And he even re did my electrical panel without charging me because it was easy for him to do while installing an electrical charger. He is the best.

All the lights went out in my kitchen and I couldn't figure out what to do. I called up these guys and they responded super quick and came by and helped me out right away. I never leave reviews but Ronnie was super professional and helpful that I had to say something. U don't get quality honest help like this now a days. Definitely give these guys a shot.
