These guys were the best.  Shane the technician was very nice and really knew what he was taking about.  His price seemed competitive but he told me to go ahead and have other companies out to bid the job.  I had two other companies out , there prices were about 5% higher and i did not trust that they could do the job.  I used Main Stream electric and will use them again in the future.

I got a bid for an EV charge point installation fir 3K vs Teo other bids for $1.8k and one for $450. Did the $450 bid instead and the work was immaculate; it took 3 hours. I know people have to make a living, but this is ridiculous.

Just fantastic! Was able to come out right away and then spent an extra 2 hours that he wasn't planning on, and didn't even charge me! Stuck to his original quote. Will be calling again and would recommend in a heart beat. Call this guy he's great!

I needed a TV Mount to be installed, along with bike racks, curtain rods and fixing the toilet flush tank.

Rostislav and Vlad were very professional and did a great job with all the installations. They were on time and completed the work as promised. The TV mount installation took longer than promised but they did not charge me for the extra time.

I feel I am pretty lucky to find this Great electric company in Tri-Valley. I actually met several electricians for two of my properties' electric repairs recently. Overall, Mark is the Best! He really knows his field and he is very efficient. He does honest small businesses and he provides the highest quality services he can provide. I trust his judgement and I like to support local small businesses. I think his price is very reasonable comparing to the quality service he provided. Jesse came and gave me a free estimate to install 12 can recess lights in my home and install one celling fan. He also added dimmer switches. We spoke on a Tuesday and was able to come that weekend. He was honest,friendly, and very enthusiastic about the job. I quickly hired him and he was able to come back less than a week later to do the job. The job only took one day which included texturing the ceiling. It was beautifully done and I absolutely loved it. The texture wasn't what I pictured but I did end up liking it overall. I will definitely use Jesse again for any future jobs I have and I do recommend him.

I've been looking for an electrician for 6 months with broken promises and frustration so I sen my father to Yelp when he had a problem.  He found Archbold and immediately liked the owner on the phone.  The amazing thing is that HE SHOWED UP and DID THE WORK!  

My dad had never used Yelp before and he let me know how happy he was and what a find Archbold is.  He also personally like the owner and said he was an interesting guy.

Seems I am the first one writing reviews for Mega Power.  They actually had more reviews for the LA branch.  I read those reviews and I can tell that Gary really cares about his reputation.

OK, my story.  I was thinking of installing solar in early 2022, after learning NEM 3.0 in California would be delayed indefinitely.  I started my journey with energysage.com, and got quotes from 6 local installers, including Mega Power Electric Inc.  I've also reached out to SunPower, and left my contact at Sunrun in Costco.  I finally decided to work with Mega Power for these reasons: 1. many positive reviews; 2. their price is very competitive; 3. I work directly with the owner German (Gary), who actually does the job.  No sales; no project managers.  While those sales people are nice and professional, the process is just as as efficient as talking directly with Gary.  Mega Power does everything very fast.  Gary came to our house and took some pictures; went back and shared his initial plan; we wanted two additional panels; Gary revised the plan (within 24 hours).  One or two weeks later, Gary and his people were on my roof.  Installation of 24 panels was done within one day.  City inspector initially had questions about the ground wire.  Gary and his team came back another time, and finished #4 ground wire upgrade within a couple of hours.  Passed city inspection.  Getting approvals from PG&E (final step) was a long story.  Gary and Mega Power did whatever they could to help and I appreciate that.  Overall experience with Mega Power was quite positive.  Definitely recommend Mega Power for their efficiency, work quality, and communication.  Additional data points I would like to share: while Gary and his team worked on installation, I was busy filing complaints with another company for their no show activity in the very first scheduled meeting. Oh, my wife and I already recommended Mega Power to another lady.  I probably should collect some referral fee from Gary.

I had them come to my home today to do some work. They were prompt and got the job done quickly. I know it wasn't cheap but it was reasonable. I have paid much more for other electricians in the area. Highly recommend Al Smith Electric.

Natalie took care of my list of several projects excellently including but not limited to, installing a digital remote control unit and wall switch for the ceiling fan, and moving power and cabling for an articulating wall mount TV to hide wiring and still allow the mount to snug up close to the wall.
She was efficient and professional, and a joy to work with. I have already recommended her to several friends, and she is the one I'll call whenever I need help again.

We are adding recess lights in two rooms. Better Electric is the first reaching us and also provide the best deal! Chris is the guy doing the job. He completed everything in one day and it was done beautifully. I highly recommend Better Electric!

I have been using Services Champions to service my furnaces (I have 2 furnaces and 2 ACs) and ACs for several years and each time, Services Champion technician did an excellent job of tuning my systems as well as cleaning up their jobs once done.  This year, Jimmy Sassen, the technician even making me more happier for his provided services to me.  Jimmy was very nice and courteous and professionally done his job and I ended up purchasing Services Champion annual service program for that reason.  I would recommend Services Champion.

I spoke with Katrina about an electrical problem I was having at my condo.  She was extremely knowledgeable and didn't charge an arm and a leg to fix it.  I will never use another electrician in the Sana Cruz area.  The place really IS as good as it gets!  GIve them a call.

Wilson is very professional and efficient. He helped me solve some issues with my rigid conduit requested by PG&E for my electrical panel upgrade. I needed help fast because this problem blocked my house remodel inspection.  Wilson is very flexible to support my timing needed. And he did a great job fixing the issue.  Highly recommended!

I really put Sam and his helpers through their paces in the past month: a serious underground conduit repair, establishing a new appliance circuit, adding a 220v outlet to a workshop, and finally, a subtle and difficult maneuver involving connecting a built-in appliance to a box that was just a few inches in the wrong place, inside a tight-as-a-drum installation space. While working in the main panel he proclaimed the work space too dark (which it was), so he threw in a utility light while he was in there. I'm completely satisfied with the work, the prices, and Sam's optimistic, can-do spirit.

The most difficult job, finding and fixing an underground electrical line that traveled partly under the driveway, partly right through the roots of a tree (the line having arced, melted and burned while underground!), was fixed durably and beautifully. Another electrician had refused to even attempt it, saying we should bypass the underground line and just string an ugly overhead line to the workshop. Not Sam: he had it diagnosed, found, dug up and repaired before the day was out.

A neighbor referred Alpha General Electric to me, saying Sam maintained a number of her rental properties. Which said to me that he's seen it all, and become resourceful at finding problems and fixing them quickly and on a budget. I was not disappointed.

Jim went above the call of duty to install my new hot tub.  He stayed late and came over on Sunday, all to complete the challenging job on time.  He is extremely trustworthy and professional.  He also fixed some minor items in my house at no charge.  I highly recommend Jim for any electrical work.
