I had planned to have electrical work done and turns out I decided to do it in phases.  Even though the job was smaller, Joey came out right away and gave me a quote which I found reasonable.  He scheduled the job and two days later came out and completed the work that day.  We found them to be very professional and courteous.  I definitely recommend Main Stream Electric and plan to use them for my future projects.

The home I purchased needs lots of love. Yelp has rarely done me dirty and these folks deserve 10 stars. Within a few hours of my inquiry Joshua had already sent me a response asking for an appointment time. I worked primarily with Jesse and he was an absolute pleasure. He came out and provided me with a reasonable quote, talked about the company and their values. As promised within an hour I had an estimate. Within a few days Team totally came through and in one day redid my switches and updated items to code. They also provided recommendations for other companies in the area as I am remodeling. Jesse has been nothing but immediately responsive during the whole process and I highly recommend AOE as your electrician for your next job. I called Greg to install an outdoor motion security light above the garage door. He came by and gave me a reasonable estimate and booked the install the following week. He called to confirm and to tell me he was on his way prior to the appointment time. He completed the work with no fuss. The garage was left clean as though he was never there  I really appreciate people that clean up behind themselves. Greg was professional an timely. He told me everything that would be involved with the job and he did it. No surprises! I will definitely call him for any future electrical needs.

Ro is efficient in communicating; since he couldn't made it - Andrew & his team came for service. After I showed my problems at the house for service; item2 after his inspection - he suggested for professional plumbing service. Item1 supposed to be easy & fast - it turned out that my pre brought item didn't include replacement part that needed.
Andrew team went out night time to look for the part an hour, since Sat night most stores already closed. They finished up what they could have done with part and finished up the task. Monday - they went extra mile to look for the replacement and came back to finish up the complete task - which was more than I could have asked for it

Really clean job by an experienced worker. Mark installed lights outside our garage door that go on automatically when it's dark. We originally wanted to hook up lights to a motion sensor above the garage door but he recommended against drilling through a support beam and the extra hardware needed. Other electricians either had elaborate plans or way higher estimates. The LCD setup we have is very power efficient and probably the better solution anyways. Highly recommended!

Seems I am the first one writing reviews for Mega Power.  They actually had more reviews for the LA branch.  I read those reviews and I can tell that Gary really cares about his reputation.

OK, my story.  I was thinking of installing solar in early 2022, after learning NEM 3.0 in California would be delayed indefinitely.  I started my journey with energysage.com, and got quotes from 6 local installers, including Mega Power Electric Inc.  I've also reached out to SunPower, and left my contact at Sunrun in Costco.  I finally decided to work with Mega Power for these reasons: 1. many positive reviews; 2. their price is very competitive; 3. I work directly with the owner German (Gary), who actually does the job.  No sales; no project managers.  While those sales people are nice and professional, the process is just as as efficient as talking directly with Gary.  Mega Power does everything very fast.  Gary came to our house and took some pictures; went back and shared his initial plan; we wanted two additional panels; Gary revised the plan (within 24 hours).  One or two weeks later, Gary and his people were on my roof.  Installation of 24 panels was done within one day.  City inspector initially had questions about the ground wire.  Gary and his team came back another time, and finished #4 ground wire upgrade within a couple of hours.  Passed city inspection.  Getting approvals from PG&E (final step) was a long story.  Gary and Mega Power did whatever they could to help and I appreciate that.  Overall experience with Mega Power was quite positive.  Definitely recommend Mega Power for their efficiency, work quality, and communication.  Additional data points I would like to share: while Gary and his team worked on installation, I was busy filing complaints with another company for their no show activity in the very first scheduled meeting. Oh, my wife and I already recommended Mega Power to another lady.  I probably should collect some referral fee from Gary.

I had them come to my home today to do some work. They were prompt and got the job done quickly. I know it wasn't cheap but it was reasonable. I have paid much more for other electricians in the area. Highly recommend Al Smith Electric.

Natalie was available quickly for a quote, was very professional and seems knowledgeable.  It was a larger job, which led to 2 negatives (minus 1-star for each):
1) She's an independent electrician with no team, so the job would have taken more time start to finish
2) Her quote, compared to 3 other similarly reviewed - 5-star - electrician firms was more than double (several thousand $$).  Obviously, people are welcome to charge what they want, but it may be worth getting a 2nd quote just in case.

We had to install a video doorbell and floodlight camera. Reached out via yelp for a quote. Tyler was quick to respond, came the next day and gave quotes which were better than others I had received. He was responsive after that when I had to schedule the appointment and coordinate the follow-up. He showed up on time, was professional and did a good job. Will use his services again if needed in the future

I bought their service maintenance package which entails the company to come out and service and maintain the HVAC system even if the system was not bought and installed by Champion.  Devin Spivey was my service man. He is such an informative and thorough young man!  He took detailed pictures and explained what was needed or missing, and what could be improved on. He was very easy to talk to, had lots of patience -- I'm sure he was busy and had a list of clients to see, but I never felt rushed. Devin is definitely very passionate and knowledgeable about his profession. I can see why the company is named Champion! Thank Devin Spivey!

I had used Hope electric before and they did the job.  This time I called about installing a chime button for a musical doorbell.  It is a unique button as it has to have a diode attached to make the music play.   He wasn't familiar, but no problem.  Never heard from him again, even though i called several times.  Doesn't matter the reason, not either setting a time to do the work or calling back to say can't do it is a bad business practice.

Wilson is very professional and efficient. He helped me solve some issues with my rigid conduit requested by PG&E for my electrical panel upgrade. I needed help fast because this problem blocked my house remodel inspection.  Wilson is very flexible to support my timing needed. And he did a great job fixing the issue.  Highly recommended!

Sam was terrific helping me fix the issues created when we had a PG&E transformer blow up on  our street. It blew out my garage door opener, my doorbell, 2 GFI outlets, my Keurig coffee machine, my Sonicare toothbrush and several other things in my house.  Sam came in and quietly and efficiently fixed everything, and at a very reasonable price.

Theo tok a service charge of $100 before committing to coming out to give a quote. They didn't come until 3 days later. They took ages to do the job. I then realized they disconnected our AC without checking if we had one. This meant we had to call another electrician out today to fix it. They charged us way too much!
