Best Plumbing Services in San Francisco, CA
Fantastic. Arrived on time, replaced three toilets, Hauled away old toilets and all packaging, and figured out an alternative to the waxless seals I had purchased.
Note that they install mainly Toyo Drake toilets. I had purchased these separately but need not have bothered. Would happily use them again.

Mike came to my house within 20 minutes to unclog a main drain line. He worked for approx and hour, fixed the issue and cleaned up and was on his way. He explained what was happening along the way. Would highly recommend.

First of all, how many of you got the clever name? I'm a dad so puns and dad jokes come to me naturally. Right Handyman, not the Wrong one. Also, Right Handyman, not the Left Handyman. Love it.
Needed to fit my refrigerator in a tight cabinet space, and needed the wood leveled and shaved a small amount.
Got a response from Kate within the afternoon, along with an estimate cost, and appointment availability. Because of the urgency, she was able to get me in within 2 days. Uses both text and Yelp to communicate, a huge plus.
The work was fantastic, and the best part -- SUPER CLEAN. Left no mess, used shoe covers, and Mike was both skilled and friendly. He showed me several options and we went with the best one. Didn't feel pressed for cost even once.
Would definitely recommend.

Eddy saved the day! Our disposal and piping was clogged from years of funk. He was patient, diligent, responsive, and did great work...and, cost was under what he initially quoted us.

Great plumbers. Honest, responsive, and fair prices. I'm a residential small property owner and manager in SF and I've been using Ace to keep the water flowing at my three properties for seven years, doing jobs big and small. Jim is my go-to plumber at Ace but Jim was unavailable today so Franco came out today. Late this morning I received a leak-alert warning for a duplex. I called Ace and met Franco at the property within an hour. Franco assessed the situation and knew what to do. He asked that the tenants not use the water for a few minutes, and checked the water meter to see if it was still turning. After that, he carefully inspected the toilets and sinks. Crisis averted! Franco recommended that I monitor the usage through my account online, and said he would return and do a complete inspection if warranted.

Bellows just replaced my furnace with a new Lennox model. I had 3 bids and Bellows was very competitive. Working with them was easy. Chelsea was our main contact and she coordinated everything. We appreciated how responsive she was, always following up and letting us know where we were in the process. She was a pleasure to work with.
Trey did the installation, and again, great guy with great skills. He was on time and got the job done faster than estimated. All houses are different and can bring different challenges in replacing a furnace. Trey was able to calmly assess the situation and figure out the best way to make the furnace work with as much of the existing ducting and space available. Bellows does not consider the job done until I was completely satisfied. Great people, great service, great products. Highly recommended.

Water heater gave out late evening. I requested some quotes the same night, Mario responded at 4 am and was at my door by 8 am. He diagnosed the issue and called the technical support of the manufacturer who was then able to set me down the right path. No charge. He's a stand-up guy. Highly recommended.

After reading everyone else's review, I almost feel like I am talking about a completely different roofing company. But then I read more carefully and realize that others are talking about having a totally new roof done. If that is what I thought needed to be done, Eco Smart Roofer may have been a company for me to work with. Having had a new roof done ten years ago and El Nino approaching, I wanted a roofer to look and see the condition of the roof. Instead, Armand came, sent a drone up to take images (which he refused to share), and then said that he recommended a completely new roof of the materials that he used rather than the tar and gravel there now. With a cost of $40,000, this did not make sense. Since the roof had been completely replaced ten years ago and without any clear reason for replacing it again other than the type of materials, we have decided to wait for other roofers to clearly explain why our roof would need to be replaced because of its condition, especially since imaging done a year ago to detect possible leaks showed no roof damage. I may have misunderstood thinking that Eco Smart would help with a tar and gravel roof rather than jump quickly to replacement with their own materials, but I am certain that I explained initially that we had recently had it torn off and replaced and were just looking for any possible problems like drain clogs or specific trouble spots. Perhaps a drone can tell all, but then let the customer know where and why there is a problem rather than saying it just needs to be replaced just because. . . . Did I use the words totally replace or reference to that too many times? If you need a new roof, maybe this is the company for you. But if you need someone to take a serious look at the condition of your roof, I recommend looking somewhere else.

Had a minor issue with the fill ball getting stuck in the toilet tank. Efrain was able to come out quickly and resolve the issue without any problems. He even wiped down the toilet area to get any water left, which was appreciated. Great job!

I've worked with Mark for the last 5 years. He is one of the most professional folks in the business. We have had him work on multiple projects from residential to commercial.
I'd strongly recommend him for large or small scale projects. He is a true pro.

Johnny is no question an excellent serviceman. He cared about responding to our water heater problem quickly & it was installed & operating in no time! His rates are very reasonable because he is an honest man. From beginning to end of his visit, he is a complete professional at his work. Thank you Johnny for rescuing us from not having the modern conveniences of good plumbling. We enjoy the priceless worth of having peace of mind after Johnny's service call.

I've used Handy Plumbing Man twice to fix various toilet issues and they've always been great. Branston is punctual, polite, and always wears a mask and booties to keep things clean! I've compared their prices to other plumbers and they're a little pricer, but you get what you pay for. Would recommend!

I had a broken shower handle component that had suddenly snapped off due to a lot of usage over the last 30 years. I messaged Echo Plumbing and Rooter with a picture and they were able to give me a reasonable quote within a few minutes. Although the job wasn't urgent, they were able to dispatch a tech to my home within an hour or so. Miguel, their tech, was courteous and had the replacement parts with him already. As he took out the old parts, he identified a stuck broken cartridge that could have led to a more costly repair. Fortunately, with some elbow grease, he was able to remove the cartridge without having to cut through any pipes or valves. He then replaced the broken parts with the new parts and still able to honor the original quote. I will be using them again for my plumbing issues.

I truly can not say enough about these guys. They EARN their 5 stars rating. I stand by my word and would give them 100 stars if I could. It says a lot about a company on how they treat their customers AFTER the job is completed. So, they completed the repipe to my new house in Feb. 2015 and some time in August we noticed a leak coming from the 2nd story master bath down into the laundry room. They didn't just send someone out once, but three times to make sure the issue was resolved. Leaks are tricky. Some of them quite obvious, others are not so much. We had the latter. So, it took three tries to figure it out. Each time the employees were professional and made sure they wore shoe covers and they did their best to find the leak. Turns out, the leak wasn't even a pipe or drain issue, but a bad tile job. The last time Joe came out himself and was so patient and thorough in helping me find the cause of the leak once he established that it wasn't the pipes or drains. For each time they came out, they didn't charge me a dime. NOT ONE DIME. That says a lot about the company. They truly stand by their work and CARE about their customers. My main source of contact has been with James and I just can not say enough about how great he handles everything! Everything was always done in a timely manner. I really felt like I had family taking care of me. I would never hesitate to recommend them! To the Gladiator team: THANK YOU SO MUCH for taking such good care of me! I love you guys!! I'm your #1 fan girl!!

Billy was great!! Very thorough, knowledgeable and explained everything. Even told me about the yelp discount if I checked in and also about getting a water bill refund from the city now that leaky toilet was fixed :)

Sam Anderson was great. Our shower leaked through the wall down into the bathroom of the neighbor below. Turned out there were two problems: the cartridge behind the handle was spraying water into the wall, and the drain had a small hole. Sam easily fixed the first problem. The second took a while and looked hard, including sawing out stuck parts. Then he got the new drain assembly in there and tested everything and it does not seem to leak anymore. Total cost was $823 ($175/hour + $300 of parts). Sam does tend to run a little behind, he was usually about 30 minutes later than planned. We just started planning for that and it wasn't a problem. Seems like a thorough repair.

Best plumber in Alameda bar none. I've tried many of them and always return to Todd for all my plumbing needs and will do so for the foreseeable future.
Todd stands by his work, is very professional and having grown up around the construction business it is clear to me that he is at the top of his trade.
Todd works around my schedule, is responsive and communicative and gets sh*t done!
Couldn't ask for more. It's hard to find good professionals and when I done, I am loyal loyal loyal. When we move to a bigger house, and turn our current house into a rental, you can be sure we will be using Todd for our plumbing needs in both our rental and our residence.

I am so happy I found them! I called on a weekend morning a bit desperate as I couldn't find anyone to fix our thermostat. We had a sick 1 year old at home and the place was freezing. He was able to help me diagnose via text and then came within two hours with the right replacement and fixed it in no time! The price was right and the communication was perfect. My new go-to. My mom happened to be over and is now hiring them for work needed at their home. Five stars!!

The plumber was supposed to be at my house between 1 and 2pm. I got a call at 11am from a technician named Kyle confirming that he would be at my house between 1 and 2pm. I scheduled my day around this appointment. 4:30 pm came around and, despite several messages I left both with the company and the technician himself, I had not heard from Bragg Plumbing.
I am never trusting this company again!
