The lady on the phone was polite & found someone to come out the same day. Marcellino came, found the source of the leak that another plumber didn't & fixed it the following day. I appreciate the fast & professional service. I would would this company again for future needs & would recommend to others.

My feelings are complicated. It feels a little like the plumber came over and then charged me $199 just for advice. He didn't have the materials needed to fix my toilet. I know that he snaked it and then he said you need to go to Ace Hardware and pick up a  tube this size. I am just feeling kind of like a sucker, let's be honest. I teach public school so $200 just for an opinion about the problem, which doesn't actually fix the problem, is a problem for me. Plus I picked up said tube and the toilet still smells funny and doesn't flush correctly. Sad face.

Tromborg came right away, assessed the work that needed to be done and made an appointment to fix our plumbing two days later.  A big section of our kitchen plumbing needed to be replaced due to a leak, corroded pipes and incorrect plumbing design (is that what you would call it?).  Anyway, it took them nearly all day to replace (it was a lot of work) plus they found a blockage in our pipes and cleared it!

If you need a 5 star plumber, Nick Bobos is from Advanced Plumbing and Drain is the person to call! We had several major plumbing problems in the master bathroom that needed repair a.s.a.p.! We gave Nick a call, and he came by on Thursday to our rescue!

When Nick arrived, I was impressed right off that his appearance and presentation was clean and very professional. I really appreciated that he had great communication skills, and made sure the information wasn't going over my head. He is very knowledgeable and able to describe to me what needed to be done and why in a way that I was able to understand. Plus! Nick noticed faulty plumbing that had been done prior by someone else and repaired the plumbing so that it is connected correctly.

A job - more than- well done! There was -no- mess left behind and everything is working perfectly!

Two weeks ago, our old water heater stopped working. It was pretty old (15+ years) and was in dire need of replacement. Our landlord called up Garcia Plumbing, they're known for doing great work. Garcia Plumbing Co. showed up quickly with an associate and was able to fix the problem really quickly; they did a full water heater replacement within a few hours. Greg did a great job explaining the problem clearly to us. In addition, he notified us of a latent problem with the old exhaust pipe: it was broken and fumes were entering our garage. This problem was fixed as well. In addition, they were very mindful of the shelter in place order and kept two meters distance. Greg also clearly explained to me how to restart the heater in the event the flame goes out. Nice people.

We've had warm water for two weeks now and we're happy with the job they did! Would recommend to anyone.

Edgar has been out to my house four times in the last year:  once to troubleshoot a toilet, once to fix a tenant-discovered leak while I was on vacation, once to install a dishwasher, and today to install a hot water heater.  I'm a retired general contractor and have been around more than a fair share of incompetent tradespeople.  This guy, Edgar, knows his shit.  He is an absolute pleasure to deal with.  5 stars all the way.

Over 5 years ago Vincent's crew replaced my sewer lateral quickly and neatly, and I got my certificate taken care of without a single worry. The cost was the most reasonable of ALL my estimates, and my confidence in Vincent was fully earned.

Fast forward to now.  Our house is for sale and an issue with a permit threatens to create a real problem for potential buyers.  The permit had been originally pulled prior to lateral replacement in case it was needed (but it wasn't in the end).

You can imagine my concern...  I had paid these guys five years ago now. Why would they lift a finger for me, right?   Wrong!   Vincent reminded once again why I instantly felt at ease with him. He found our records, and told me he would need to go to city hall himself to straighten things out.  I work with contractors all day every day, and in my experience if one of them says they'll do something on your behalf that doesn't earn them money...  well, you know how that usually goes. Well Vincent is not those guys.  His integrity and good nature are exactly what every one like me is hoping to find when you're in over your head. Vincent will get the job done right and he will stand behind his word.  Outstanding!

Piccolo Plumbing is as good as it gets! Great service, superior quality and attention to detail. From remodels to service work. I have used them a few times over the years and the experience has always been positive.

Sears came out to my home with a new range but wouldn't install it as the gas valve was old and would shut off the gas.  I needed a plumber immediately but all I called could not come out for days.  Mr. Hassett was able to come out shortly after my call, replaced the old pipe and gas valve, AND installed the stove for me.  He is a pleasant and friendly fella and I would recommend him for any plumbing needs you might have.

Gavin is professional, very responsive and gave me a reasonable quote. He arrived on time today and even helped us flush the pipe before actual backflow testing. The test went very smooth. I'd recommend him.

Luis was quick and knowledgeable. He and his staff are polite and explain to us clearly what happened to our bathroom backflow issue.

The hassle-free handyman did a phenomenal job mounting a TV in a challenging spot alongside indoor wire concealment. All that for a more than reasonable price point. Something hard to find in the Bay. Already have additional projects in mind and I will hire him again. Super responsive, knowledgeable, and an outright nice person. A++

I have known Bill for over 6 years.  He has done extensive plumbing for the remodeling of our home, including three bathrooms and a gas fireplace.  We have also had him come back for some routine maintenance during this time.  He is honest, efficient, competent and a joy to work with.  His fees are reasonable and he guarantees all the work that he does.  I would not hesitate to recommend him to my friends and family.   Bill gets top praise from me.

I came here looking for a few items. The guys here are very helpful and knowledgeable. After going and calling multiple supply stores I'm happy I found this place. I will be coming back here from now on for all my plumbing needs.

Joyous day- our household no longer leaks!

We first asked Zayah over to replace a pair of showerheads that were installed forty years ago and completely stuck on. He took care of us rapidly and efficiently, then took a look at the seven sinks we had that all were leaking. Based on his advice, we ordered appropriate faucets for all of them and asked him back.

That's where his work began. Our plumbing was a DISASTER. We had drains that fell apart when touched and handles that broke when turned. Significant time spent cutting out old drains, replacing angle stops, and having to go out to the local hardware store for necessary parts. (Such as the unexpectedly new drain. We'd already planned to replace four of the others and were prepared for those. Sigh.)

Zayah was amazing and worked us into his schedule as he could, especially given the expected and unexpected needs of our project. His rates are phenomenal and his work ethic top notch. We can't recommend his work enough!

This review is based on my experience calling for estimates on a copper re-pipe in Oakland. I called four different companies out (one never showed up) and hired these guys because their estimator, Marcus, was friendly, went over the details carefully AND came back with the best price. I was in a hurry to get the job done and he started and finished on time. I'll call them back.
