We hired Flow Masters to do annual maintenance and also install a seismic shut off valve on our gas line.  Connor and Beto did a great job!

Handyman Heroes did a great job repairing the framing of our garage door.  It was a small 1 day job, so it was difficult to find a contractor who was interested and qualified.  Handyman Heroes did a great job at a reasonable price.  I did have some trouble scheduling a date for the repair, but that was partly my fault because I didn't see one of their emails.

Mike is straightforward and honest. He is very detail oriented and take time to do finish the job.

We needed a faucet installed in an existing sink. Also the garbage disposal, which the company advised us to replace. This was done efficiently. Also our new cooktop had to be connected to the existing gas line. all was done correctly.
Communication was excellent and the tech showed up on time.
My only concern is that the fee seemed high. We were charged $850 for these two projects which took under two hours. I didn't get competing quotes so I can't be sure. Maybe plumbers make $400 an hour now but I doubt it.

Marco has not only performed routine plumbing tasks, he has installed whole new systems in our one hundred twenty five years young two family Victorian residence in the center of San Francisco. The new plumbing lines for the natural gas feed for gas inserts in the fireplaces and all of the new copper plumbing for the conversion from hot water heater tanks in the basement to tankless heaters mounted on exterior walls. The only major conversion he hasn't done for us is radiant floor heating, which I believe he does also. Based on performance in our households, I highly recommend Marco Polo for your plumbing needs.

Our toilets were backed up and the first plumber we got spent 6 hours but couldn't figure out the problem.  Luis from Northern Plumbing came in and knew right away what to do- had the toilets cleared quickly.  He also took the time to explain everything to me.  Will definitely call Northern next time we have any plumbing issues!

Great find in the city! The entire staff is really helpful my plumbing needs. Their parts selection has a solution for every situation. And their prices are very good!  Much better then Home Depot in service and price.

Woke up to an ice cold house this morning.  Found innovative Radiant Heating on Yelp and called them. Was fortunate to get a same day appointment. Ramnar arrived right within the anticipated time window, and proceeded to (1) test our radiant floor system (2) diagnose the problem (a broken pump from too much air in the system) (3) call the parts dealer (4) pick up the part (5) replace the broken pump and (6) show me what to do if the system starts gurgling too much and pressure drops.  All of this accomplished in 2 hours and 15 minutes!  
Ramnar was very professional and friendly, and we will definitely call them a gain for any future issues.

Tim to the rescue today! He responded to my call immediately and fit me in to his packed schedule at the last minute. He cleared a bad clog in my toilet as well as the shower and gave me helpful tips and education that will help prevent and problem solve in the future. He was extremely polite and gave me fair warning about the prices ahead of time, and it ended up being extremely reasonable. It was also extremely easy to pay - he takes PayPal. I am so thankful I found Tim and will be using him for all my plumbing needs in the future! Highly recommended, don't hesitate to use his services!

Called Denver on a holiday and within 45 minutes he arrived to help out with my plumbing which was way before the promised arrival time. Denver was really professional and explained what he was doing.

My wife and I moved from the Central Valley to Petaluma two years ago, during the Pandemic.  Our new  house is about 20 years old. We knew that we wanted new appliances but it's difficult to do everything at once on a fixed income. So, long story short; we finally saved up and went out and bought all new kitchen appliances. We found a good price at a big box store near us. The appliances were delivered and some installed, but the house was not set up to accommodate some of the hookups for the gas and/or water requirements. That which could be installed and hooked up, was installed and hooked up. The workers indicated that I was going to need a plumber. I called Gotelli and they sent a man out the same day.
    Tom Anderson arrived and assessed our situation. He also diagnosed a leak inside the garage wall and installed a new water heater! The problems with the appliances were fixed with an expertise and level of ability that is rare in this present day. Along with that, Tom noticed that one of the new appliances had been installed incorrectly. Suffice it to say; Tom did everything right. His affable, easy to like personality stands in the shadow of his old school work ethic, attention to detail and 100% dedication to customer satisfaction and quality service. We could not be more pleased and satisfied with the job and work performed by Tom Anderson beneath the umbrella of the Gotelli Plumbing Company. In this world, you get what you pay for. Gotelli Plumbing is worth a little extra because of the quality and customer service provided. I would not hesitate to call them again for any plumbing related needs.

Travis diagnosed the problem and given me options to clear the plumbing w bathroom sink drain pipe I tried to do the Job myself but didn't have the heavy duty electric snake, it took a few moinutes and the Job was done Great Job

He came the same day that I contacted the company on Yelp, and was very efficient. He was polite and professional.
