My shower handle broke and I could not turn off the shower! Called Smart Rooter and Jim came over within an hour (driving through the horrific 880 traffic). He was able to fix the problem and explained what happened with my shower handle. He really saved the day and saved my water bill expense! Thanks Jim!

We hired Flow Masters to do annual maintenance and also install a seismic shut off valve on our gas line.  Connor and Beto did a great job!

Highly recommend. First time needing a handyman in SF. Setup was easy - they ask for a few photos and description. They are very responsive. Hourly pricing is clear, as is the 3hr minimum.

Srdjan showed up on time, and was very professional. Wore booties to keep the house clean. Installed two TV mounts and a bathroom cabinet mirror with some electrical work.  High quality work.  Trustworthy and nice.  And very efficient.  Will be using Srdjan for all my handyman work.

Our toilets were backed up and the first plumber we got spent 6 hours but couldn't figure out the problem.  Luis from Northern Plumbing came in and knew right away what to do- had the toilets cleared quickly.  He also took the time to explain everything to me.  Will definitely call Northern next time we have any plumbing issues!

It's about time we post a review about this company. Ramnar, the owner, installed our radiant heat almost 20 years ago before he even started his company. This is a wonderful cost efficient way to heat our large property (tile, wood and carpet floors) and it never failed us. We never have to think about it, the thermostats are set, there is no dust, no noise, it's just the best! We are thrilled that he now has his own company, he is the best we know, trustworthy and extremely skilled. We just make sure to service the system and water heater once a year this way we also get to see him and his crew and make sure everything keeps working properly. Absolute top notch, efficient, very nice and fair priced, wouldn't think of hiring anyone else!

Tim Collie is an excellent plumber! He is knowledgeable, patient, and completely dedicated to helping solve any plumbing mystery. He cleaned out our system and took the time to thoroughly investigate the problem, as it was not clear when he first arrived. When we had another toilet overflow after his first visit, he came back to investigate again and promised to continue helping us until the problem was fixed. He additionally helped with a lateral line repair. We live in an older house that has its own pipe mysteries, but we know we can count on Tim if another problem arrives. He gets 5 stars!

Woke up to find my water heater leaking.  Called Starboy because he had good reviews and he came right over with an estimate and replaced it the same day.  He also unclogged a sink in the bathroom at no extra charge.  It was nice to have the owner doing the work instead of an employee who may not have the same motivation to do a good job.   The owner, Denver, is friendly and takes time to explain things.  He is now my go-to plumber.

Bennyson is great!! Fast response no waiting, always think about you, offer me the best price. The problem solved 8:00am next morning, within 10 hrs when I reached him the first time. You should try let Bennyson to help you, avoid the SPONSORS, PAY ADS, service.

I had a pretty bad experience and this company. They were able to come out the same day, which was great. But that's where it went down hill. The technician they sent quickly went to work on cleaning my sewer line, but neglected to ask me if i have a sewer ejector system. And because he didn't ask (and I didn't think to tell him), he winds up snaking my pump and severing the power line to it. He then blames me for this mistake because i didn't tell him.

The problem was far bigger than he could handle and he so wound up leaving after he fixed another toilet for me. He winds up charging me $800 basically just for fixing a toilet and cleaning a line that didn't fix the problem. In his defense, the pump could have been broken before he further messed it up, but there are plenty of explanations that wouldn't require such a big expense.

He then tells me he'll replace the broken pump for $1900. For perspective on how absurd this price was, another company came over the following day  and was able to clean out the sewage and replace the pump for $1600.

I called Works plumbing this morning and Jorge was at my house about 45 minutes later!!  He gave me a quote to fix my leaking shower head which was totally reasonable, so he started working right away.

Three hours later he finished.  It turned out the fixture was glued to the tiles and difficult to get off.  Jorge and his assistant got it off and fixed my leaky shower.

We ended spending a little more than the quote, but only for the new part which was reasonable.

They were very polite and neat, cleaned the bathroom after they were done. I would definitely recommend them.

There was a leak in our master bathroom toilet/shower. Technician Nelson came and fixed the problems. Very nice person to talk to. And the young lady I spoke to make the appointment name Kenya is very nice and easy to talk too. I will recommend this company. I give this company a 10 stars.
