I lived in a flat for 7 years with a toilet that clogged a couple of times a month. I got a new toilet, same problem. After I moved out, some friends moved in and the toilet clogged at least once a week. We all became expert plungers. We had numerous plumbers come out to snake the toilet over the years.

Finally, I called Bob and he was the only person in 9 years that fixed the toilet. I've been back in the flat for 3 months and not a single clogged toilet! He's done other jobs for me like installing a dishwasher, fixing leaky sinks, etc, but I am most impressed that it took him 20 minutes to fix a problem that that no one else bothered to figure out.

He's honest, efficient and I highly recommend his work.

So far so good and its been over 3 years since we purchased our Hague system.  Steve is extremely dependable and more than patient with any question I had about my system.  I recently decided to change from salt to potassium chloride pellets and Steve walked me through changing the system settings on the phone at a time that was convenient to me.  His service is is second to none.

Edward did an excellent job reworking the plumbing in my now Condominium to meet San Francisco code when I was converting it from a Tenants-In-Common. He skillfully relocated the plumbing for one toilet and installed a wall-mounted toilet. In addition, he pulled the required permit and ensured that the city inspection passed for the kitchen and both bathrooms.

Previously Edward helped me to unclog a bathroom drain, which has since been working perfectly for the past 2 years.

I'd definitely recommend Edward as a reasonably priced and friendly plumber.

They were clear in communication and professional. Fixed a hose problem and gave good advice about a water heater.

Our toilet in our apartment had been going downhill for a while. It was a saga. Eric came in, took one look, told me exactly what was wrong, gave us a work around, worked with the professional apartment management firm to submit a bid and get approval and then came on by and fixed it - and in so doing ran into even more problems and fixed them. I wasn't even directly his customer, but even so he was nice, hardworking and conscientious. Awesome!

Mark came to my house today to check out a malfunctioning tankless water heater which was experiencing an intermittent problem.  He was courteous, professional, and patiently answered all my questions.  My unit is an older Rheem, and Mark offered several possible courses of action, and gave what I considered to be sound and prudent advice.  He was quite knowledgable.  The fee was quite reasonable.  Should we ultimately need to replace the unit there is no doubt that I will call Superior.  I was very impressed.

Called back quickly, communicated clearly, showed up on time, showed up same day, replaced pipe, worked efficiently, cleaned up, provided invoice with reasonable charge, polite and friendly...great plumbing experience. Charles and Eric are first rate.

Jason was great.  I called 4 other plumbers on Sunday but no one was opened.  Jason came over within 10 minutes and fixed the leak.

I had a problem with an admittedly old furnace that wasn't operating correctly. Turns out there was just a fan limit switch that needed a little  TLC. I hoped Magic Pluming could just swap out the part for reliability.

Instead, the guy that came out took carbon monoxide (CO) readings as part of his inspection (fantastic!). But, he didn't take a flue reading, and rather took a reading a reading not ambient, not ON the vent, but IN the duct (not normal, but ok, sure). This was right when the heater turned on (before reaching normal operating efficiency). Anyway, the result was higher than modern furnaces, but not anywhere near a scary one from our perspective. But he proclaims I need to shut you down now like it's a big emergency, and refuses to touch it, saying we need to replace it immediately. No mention of taking readings at the flue. No mention of adjusting the fuel/air ratio. No mention of how far off we are from ambient urban CO levels (not far!). No talk about options at all. Just a fear-induced sales pitch to drop several thousand dollars immediately. We declined.

Oh, and in shutting us down, he broke and jammed the ball lock valve that supplies gas to the furnace. I used the valve about 5 times the day prior. It worked flawlessly before Magic Plumbing broke it. Now I have to replace that. Awesome.

Paul O'Grady is a cutie and his company has a beautiful logo, nearly impossible to forget or not to recognize it. Their technician fixed my water heater last week and so far it has worked better than when it was new. I also loved the video Paul posting on Youtube agains a competitor who slandered him. Well done mr O'grady.

Not sure why anyone WOULDN'T hire Gee to do what needs doing. He gave a great price for two separate trips (rough and finish plumbing), scheduling and finishing the first round of work within two days, throwing in a leak repair that another plumber had left behind. He also added some copper bits where it matters, at no charge. Our kitchen renovation has some great vibes and reliable people like Gee are the reason why! Just hire the guy already!

Sent by home warranty company on rush order.  Took a week to show up.  Missed appointments.  His VM is full.  He talks like a neandrathal. Plumber.  Then 2 or 3 word sentences; cant have a normal dialogue with him.  Then a week later he shows up and writes a report instead of fixing it.  fyi- issue was only needed a new ptrap under sink.  Didnt know when he could come back.  Offered in advance to pay him to fix faucet while he was there, and he said no, only had an hour before the next appointment. I think a ptrap takes about 3 minutes to fix.  I could do myself but dont have the connector I need.
