The power of my parents' home went out with the recent rain storm. I called GeneralSF to schedule an appointment. Yevgeny showed much care and concern for my elderly parents and kindly went to their home within an hour's time to assess their situation. He was able to quickly provide the possible explanations for their power outage. Rather than recommending his professional services, he first suggested that my parents call upon PGE to do a service call (free of charge) to check their power lines. Yevgeny was right. PGE came and ended up changing out the power line from the electrical pole to the house. This saved my parents thousands of dollars. He is a very kind and professional gentleman. I would trust his judgment.

I haven't written a Yelp review in over a year, but Moe was good enough to bring me out of retirement. A completely professional TV/sound bar installation (hidden wiring) from start to finish. Moe was responsive, friendly, and accommodating while scheduling and even better in person.

I'm reasonably sure his comprehensive equipment was from the future complete with multiple laser levels stored in his 4 boxes of tools (yes he has 4 large boxes of tools). In all seriousness though his demeanor, knowledge, and professionalism all made this a seamless experience from an incredibly friendly guy.

No complaints and very much recommended.

Highly recommend this plumber.  Boris responded to an evening call and was able to come right away to fix a bad clog.  He was professional, polite, responsive, friendly and a pleasure to work with.  We are very grateful for his service.  Reasonable rates too.

I hired David Gallegos through yelp for miscellaneous projects at my home.  David was very responsive on yelp and later text message.  We set a date and he showed up on time.  The work he completed was professional.  

However, he stated he did not have time to finish the final two projects and he would return at a later date.  I know it is hard to run a small business so I paid David in full anyway, trusting his character that he would return.  David cashed the check shortly after.  Later via text message David mentioned he would be a few weeks out because he is working on another large remodel.  

Later on, David stopped responding to text messages once that time had elapsed.  Most troubling, he is active on Yelp and responded promptly to a friend who also required handyman services - he is actively ignoring my attempts to contact.  

All told, I paid David in full for projects he did not complete, and he is actively and knowingly shutting out contact.  It's really unfortunate how any contractor would take advantage of a new homeowner like this.  Please be wary.

David - I'm willing to amend this review if you get back to me and finish the project as agreed.

Flawless installation, good communication, helpful, and professional. I will definitely come to these guys again when we need plumbing work done.

It's easy to say that Daniel and Gateway Rooter are a solid company with a professional staff. We are very pleased with the scheduling and the job itself. During this last visit, he installed a new kitchen faucet, garbage disposal, and an ADA toilet. In the past, we have also had him installed a water heater and fix exterior sewage pikes. We will continue to use Gateway Rooter. He also was very respectful about safe practices during Covid 19.

Leo just left my loft and all those great reviews that I used to find him are absolutely true. He gets the highest ratings from me as well. And what a total gentleman and honest professional! I have found my plumber and will certainly refer him to all of my friends.

Paul was excellent to work with. Pricing was great and he was very punctual and efficient. He did a great job. I would definitely hire him again and refer him to friends and family.

Marin was absolutely amazing.  He knew exactly what to do and was very efficient in using his and our time.  I highly recommend him to anyone with windows and door projects!

Our water heater died on a Sunday, so I called Water Heaters Only first thing on Monday morning. The person I spoke to was professional, friendly and knowledgeable, and they were able to get me set up with an appointment that morning. The installer called 15 minutes ahead of time to let me know he was on the way, and he arrived well within the scheduled window. His name was Will and he went over everything he was going to do, along with giving me a quote. Less than three hours later he was all done, with a minimum of noise and mess. Water heater looks great and works just fine! Will went over a few things I had questions about and then went on his way. I've used this company a couple times in the last 25 years and they've always been fast, friendly, professional and very efficient. Two thumbs way up and five stars!

I have a Takagi tankless water heater.  Performance Plumbing came during their 2 hour appointment window, were fast and courteous, fixed the problem and charged a very reasonable rate.  I would most definitely use them again.

I had an major plumbing issue a few weeks ago. I took a chance with Almighty Plumbing because I was impressed how fast Michael got back to me. The work started the next day. Javier did a super job. What I really liked was that he explained everything he was doing. All work done as stated. I'm very pleased with Almighty Plumbing and will use them in the future. So glad I followed my gut. This is a money-hungry business.  I requested a bid for a residential sprinkler installation for work since the owner wants it & not mandated by the city.  The owner, Humphrey stated he can't afford me.  I guess he doesn't want any business.

The show room is well decorated with a variety of options for your bathroom needs.

Phil, at Lutz, was extremely helpful with showing us different products and in processing our order.  He was patient in sending us numerous quotes to meet our tastes and budget.  Moreover, Phil went out of his way to get us a brand new vanity even though we had paid floor model pricing.

In short, I highly recommend Lutz and Phil.
