Yevgeny recently installed a new water heater and completed some related plumbing work at an apartment I own. He took the time to explain the options, costs and his recommendation, was always available to answer any questions and promptly completed the work. I will definitely be using him for any future plumbing or electrical work.

Came to fix leaky sprinkler mess left by paver company and stayed past dark to get it right. Super nice guy and hard worker. I love seeing younger people going into skilled trades. It's something we will always need, unlike HTML programmers. Remember them? Yea, that was the last tech boom. Every kid was told to learn HTML. Oops. Now it software engineering. Soon there will be a glut of them as the latest tech boom goes bust, but there won't be anyone to fix your toilet.

He quickly diagnosed the the problem with our broken shower faucet and fixed it right away. Highly recommend his service!

Dave was very responsive to my request for someone to update a small bathroom.  Everything but the shower was replaced, including the flooring, paint, vanity, etc.  This is an older home and remodels can be tricky when floors are not level, etc.  Dave has the experience to know how to handle unexpected issues.  I will hire Dave again for our next project.

I had a great experience with Andy at Gator Plumbing. He answered the call on a Sunday and was at our home on Monday to install a new washer drain pan. We had called several plumbing companies and none of them were going to do this service. Andy was very patient and worked with many limitations of the space. He uninstalled the machine, removed it, installed the new pan and reinstalled the machine. He made sure the area was cleaned before installing the new pan and left it spotless before leaving. I will definitely work with him again.

Daniel and his his team is the only plumber I rely on, and I've been working with him for the good part of a decade. Tried others, but nobody is a thorough as he is and will never gouge you. Gas, water, troubleshooting, or extensions/construction, he is a complete pro for all of those situations. He is worth the wait if you don't have an emergency but will always prioritize you if you have one. Easy 5 star rating.

I contacted Paul for help, and he recommended a solution I could do without an electrician.

I tried it, and it worked. I was inspired that he was willing to offer his advice rather than try and charge me for a service. It convinces me that he's concerned about getting the job done, rather than billing as much as he can. I'll be coming here for all my electrical needs from now on!

We had Water Heaters Only come out to take care of our 20 year old water heater and they sent out Steve Burlison to do the swap.

Steve was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable and when we realized the new water heater we had ordered would not fit (my fault) he immediately had one of his associates bring out a different unit - not the next day, not later in the week, but within an hour!

He had the new unit in quickly, and while the installation required extra work to accommodate an existing return line and pump, his work was neater and cleaner than what was there before.

Excellent job! You get my vote for future references and work!

Our water heater started leaking and we went through our home warranty to find a plumber that could help us out.  After some back and forth with the home warranty company, they were able to find Tavor Plumbing that was local and able to help us out.  Within a day, Rick was able to come over to my place, check out the leaking water heater, and verify that we needed a new one.  Rick literally took care of all the communication with the home warranty/insurance company and even made sure that the home warranty know that our water heater wasn't a normal one and a powervent one.  Once insurance approved the work order, Rick was able to put in an order for the water heater and got it within 48 hours (which was a lot faster than the Home Depot or Lowe's delivery times - 1~2 weeks).

Once the water heater was received, Rick picked it up early in the morning and got to our place around 745am to start working on it.  The work Rick performs is seamless and he's really thorough about everything he does.  I'm sure there were some points of the installation that were frustrating, and he has every right to get frustrated, but he never showed his emotion and kept it professional.  Throughout the process, Rick was great is showing me exactly what he was doing and didn't mind explaining the process and why he was doing what he was doing.  Literally have no complaints.  Rick is essentially a one-man operation team and he gets the work done.  He addressed all of our concerns during our consult appointment and made sure all the work completed would pass the necessary inspections needed for the permit.  Rick was also very transparent with various plumbing laws and what the inspectors may look for.  

Overall, I'm extremely happy with the work and professionalism that Tavor Plumbing provided.  I was quite puzzled at some of the negative reviews because the service I received was the total opposite.  Will definitely reach out to Tavor Plumbing/Rick with any future issues and will definitely recommend to others.

I am managing my friend's house in Hercules, CA and we had a leaking problems. It's a two story single family house has been built-in almost 8 years now. Somehow, tenant reported kitchen ceiling is leaking. I called MR. HANDYMAN but they did charged $600 for silicon jobs of bath tub but still we had leaking problems. So I called them again. They charged me $170. We had a arguement for a week. Finally, they didn't charge me for 2nd job. Anyway, I contacted contractor, they estimated $3000 for pipe work. They thought we had a broken pipe. I found Honrath & Stacey plumbing from the google web so I arranged for estimation. They came, did replaced bath spout only. OMG! no more leaking problems any more and they charged me only $210. It's not about the money. It's about their knowledge of their work and honest. They did exactly what they can do and charged me reasonable price. I will be their regular customer from now on. You are not going to disappointed! Trust me.

Not sure about the services they provided to others on this forum, for me..this guy from this company came and GOD knows what they told my insurance company that they denied my insurance claim and I was in the mess of plumbing issue (with water overflowing over my new carpet) for a week.  Although another plumber who we called earlier had no problem with my insurance company and my insurance company approved him to do whatever he wanted to fix it. I guess these people want to make more money on other's expense/problems. I will not recommend this company to anyone else. They gave us so much run around with our insurance company and didnot fix our problem.

They are definitely a life saver. I called in a panic and the man who answered the phone talked me through it and dispatched someone to my home within 20 minutes during an emergency. Prices are reasonable! Thanks again!

This is a money-hungry business.  I requested a bid for a residential sprinkler installation for work since the owner wants it & not mandated by the city.  The owner, Humphrey stated he can't afford me.  I guess he doesn't want any business.

Lutz is by far the best plumbing service I have used in the Bay Area!  Lutz came highly recommended by a friend of mine and I couldn't be happier with the quality of their service and the ease with which I was able to carry out my transaction.  They helped me choose a beautiful new Keuco fixture for my bathroom and installed it in a timely and caring manner.  With Lutz being a family business, it is no surprise that they put their full pride and hard work into what they do.  Keep up the great work Jerry, Susie, Phil, and the rest of the Lutz company and I will definitely be doing business with Lutz in the future!

They really are half price I got a quote from another company for 2400 and they charged 1300 for the same job.  They took care of the problem right away. I am very satisfied with their work. I found my new plumber whenever I need one. I also needed some other work done and he referred me to the right people that also have the best price.
