Lifesaver! Thank you for your emergency service at around 10pm on a Sunday evening. It's a huge relief to not have to worry about the clogged bathroom sink going into the workweek. Your technician was very kind, polite, and accommodating. I would recommend this company. The reason that I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that I had to clean up the mess that was left on my bathroom floor from the technician's equipment. After paying $175 for a 20 minute emergency service, I would think that should be included. Overall I am very grateful. Thank you!

When our water heater broke, my husband started making phone calls in the evening and Dimitri was the one who responded fast and came the next morning. He brought and changed the water heater for us. Later when we needed his help due to some other issue, despite the fact that he was on his vacation, he arranged someone to come and check it out for us. Later he came and fixed our issue and was extremely helpful and on time with all he promised. I appreciate his professionalism and his work ethic on taking care of his customers. I have used Rayne Water systems since I moved to arizona in 2008, they have always been there for me and my family. I can tell you from experience that a water softener is a must have in arizona due to the heavy mineral content in the city water. It will extend the life of you appliances and especially your water heater. The gentleman that sold me my house did not use a water softener, his water heater lasted only a year with Arizona city water running through it, the calcium and magnesium content destroyed the water heater after a years use. Just to give you a idea of how effective Raynes water softeners are, I have had the same water heater in my home for seven years and it is still going strong.

Needed help with bathroom fixtures and drains. Was highly recommended to  Jonathan at Pure Plumbing. I texted him for help and he responded quickly. David came out to access the situation and told me what it was going to entail and cost. He answered several of my other plumbing questions too.

I ordered Moen fixture from Home Depot and once received, scheduled installation.

David was here on time, did outstanding work and left nothing for me to cleanup. He was extremely knowledgeable and had outstanding communication skills.

Next time I need plumbing expertise that I can trust and depend upon, I'll be reaching out to these guys.

VIP to the rescue again!!! Found water on my floor under my washer today and realized my  wall pipe where drain hose enters was overflowing when it was on the drain cycle!!!! I called Nick and he sent the guys within the hour! Nick Chavez and Jorge were awesome as usual! It was a really tight squeeze to get to the drain pipe with the snake but Jorge worked his butt off and got it done!!! Thank you so much both of you! Always fun chatting with you too while we waited. You guys ROCK! Merry Christmas!
By the way, the plumber that the home warranty sent 3 years ago for a similar issue said they couldn't snake the drain pipe because too tight of a squeeze! But Jorge got it done!

I have a very large and heavy barn door installed. The installers did an amazing job! When the proper tools weren't included, they even went to Lowes to get what I needed. They definitely went above and beyond.

Certified Restoration is a 24hr. Water Removal and Remediation Co. in San Diego. We are constantly calling out plumbers to fix pipes so we can dry-out a building or home. ***BUYER BEWARE*****  

I spoke to Devin in late December as I had a leak in a pipe that was accessible through the stucco of the exterior of my home.  Devin assured me that they were a 1 stop shop.  They could fix the leak and re-stucco the wall.   His partner even said you wouldn't even know we were here.   If this business had comedians, it would get 5 stars.    This was the biggest lie I was ever told.  

Day 1 Devin's team shows up late.   They cut open the wall and then assess the issue.   They then took at least 5 trips to Home Depot for parts. After hours of trying to correct the problem, they had to admit they did not know what they were doing and call what I am hoping was a real plumber to finish the job.   This took almost 10 hours.

The following day, they again showed up late, and knowing they were there to do stucco work, they still had to make a trip to Home Depot.   When I went to check to see how the work was going, I could tell they had no idea what they were doing.   They had retrieved a Lucky Charms box out of the recycle can and were using it as a trowel to apply the stucco and to get it to stick to the wall.  

I was told by his brother that they would be back the next day to paint.   They had even gone to Home Depot again and got matching paint.    Well, I contacted Devin because they didn't show up the next day.   Devin told me they need the stucco to dry, and they would be by to paint in a few weeks.   We'll that has now turned into 4 months.   The stucco is awful. There are cracks everywhere from where they applied it.    

I did get ahold of Devin once since and he promised me that he would come out himself to look at the issue.    Well, he was a no-show to our appointment.  

I attempted to settle this issue privately and allow Devin to remedy this situation.  Yet Devin continues to ignore my calls and texts.  

Please save your hard earned money and time and if you have a plumbing issue select someone who is more reputable and takes pride in their work.

I usually can fix basic plumbing problems but had a very stubborn tub spout that refused to be removed and replaced. I checked Yelp and called Monty's, expecting to get scheduled for next week. KC was here the next day, replaced the tub spout and even regrouted around the shower water handle fixture when he noted that it could cause serious problems in the future. BOOM! Work done, he cleaned up after himself, we chatted, I paid a fair price. He is definitely our San Diego plumber for life!!

Still working through a sewer project with Get Rooter, but so far communication has been great!
