Poor customer service.

When scheduling this appointment, I requested a 30 minute courtesy call (since I would be coming from work). They assured me this wouldn't be an issue. When the phone rang, it was not the courtesy call I was anticipating, but rather the technician, standing at my door, frustrated and wondering why nobody was answering the door. I offered to reschedule, but he agreed to wait. Upon my arrival, he kept complaining about how long he had to wait (30 min), although the requested courtesy call was not provided. The company seems unorganized, with clear disregard for their customers.

Dimitar did a great job on replacing our water heater and main water shut valve. Responded in minutes and gave me the lowest quote after posting on Yelp. The job started as a routine water heater replacement but when I told him that my water pressure inside the house was bad, he fixed the problem. I was surprised when he handed me the bill which is very reasonable. I'm so satisfied with his job that I highly recommend Maxx Water Heater Services for your plumbing needs.

We had a leaking/rusted over valve in our backyard that was welded on. Luis came out the next day and replaced it QUICKLY. He was friendly and knowledgeable.  It's been 3 months and no leaks detected. Highly recommend, we will use Montiny Plumbing for everything going forward.

I owe Henry an apology. I've neglected a proper Yelp review. He's been our 'goto' plumber since we bought our house in 1991. I don't remember how I found him, but happily we have had the absolute pleasure in his ongoing repairs. Inevitable in home ownership, right?! He always zeroes in on exactly what the problem or proposal is, and has his way of guiding you to the right decision. Nope, he won't do just ANYTHING. It has to be done RIGHT or not at all. OH, and that rightness comes at a fair price. I appreciate when he says NO and I've come up with some oddball ideas over the years. Seriously, there probably are other good plumbers out there. Sorry to those other guys and gals, Henry is IT as the plumber for us at my house.

Carlos and his company aims to provide going above and beyond customer satisfaction. I stumbled upon their website in a desperate need of a plumber as my sink clogged and noticed some foul smell and dirty water coming out of the sink when i tried to use a plunger. As to my luck , Carlos came in like a few minutes after i called and fix it. I am so lucky that their business is very near my place. He is very professional and very attentive to very small details. He is not just about the money you pay for the service, but he is all about the quality of service he provides the customer. He makes sure that i am satisfied with the outcome and went above and beyond thus exceeded my satisfaction. To you Carlos and the other guy, thank you so much .You are all amazing and thank you for doing your job with great passion and dedication..

Very disappointed with their service. They only have installation during weekdays which makes it hard for full-time workers. I had to take a day from work so they would install the water purifying system. Not only are they not punctual, but they said they couldn't do it since they were not well equipped!!!! So that day was a waste of effort and money. Someone else already came by before the installation day to review my sink and give me a price quote but didn't adequately take notes for the big day. They have yet to call to reschedule or apologize for their lack of customer service. Be ready to accommodate and be flexible with their schedule if you want to move forward with this company.

I was very impressed with the professional service I received from Griffin plumbing.  Mike showed up on time, was able to diagnose the leaking issue quickly and had it repaired at a very reasonable price. I definitely recommend Griffin plumbing and will use Mike for future plumbing issues.

Bob is great. We have used Cobra about three times now. He is always punctual and professional and never overpriced. We called on a Friday and he came on Saturday with no extra charge for a weekend visit. I highly recommend Cobra Rooter!

Our water heater leaked and caused damage to our hallway, floor and bedroom. Called Pure Plumbing and Jonathan came within an hour.  He installed a Navien tankless heater in a day and connected us to a water restoration company for damages done. Jonathan was efficient, honest and did a great job.  We will definitely use him again.

I was most impressed by the service and expertise from the licensed VIP Sewer and Drain Service. They were timely, expert, efficient, and meticulous about the quality of their work. While we were told previously that our pipe was broken and needed extensive repair, they were able to show us that the previously characterized mud was actually sludge and that, through scoping, the line was intact. They cleared the pipe of hardened sludge with jet treatment and showed us afterwards a clean line all the way to the main sewer on the street. They also placed an outside inlet to facilitate line cleaning in the future. Everything was so clean and orderly when they left! I was most satisfied and impressed with their professional service.

Conscientious with a quiet demeanor. He hung some blinds, adjusted lighting and did some light plumbing for me.  Underpromises and overdelivers -- nice guy.

Gordon has always been very helpful and professional.  He has fixed our issues every time and always gets the job done correctly!  Highly recommended.

Thankfully my need to hire a plumber wasn't due to some catastrophic event here this time around.  Just needed a filtration system installed under my sink.  I called Almco and Paul called me back within 15 minutes.  Came out to my home to scope out my little project about an hour after that and then sent his Team over here to install the filtration system as soon as the hardware arrived.  A very very good experience.  Extremely helpful and professional from start to finish.  I will definitely call Paul again when I replace my clogged-up bathroom faucets.  Thank you Paul.  Very much appreciate a job well done.

It started with a leak. With a 40+ year old home, we knew it would be the first of more if we didn't repipe. Might as well do it while some of our walls were torn out. Of the few companies we received quotes for, Simpex was not the cheapest or the most expensive, however they were the most professional. Their sales person Dante made us feel comfortable with the process from the very first conversation on the phone. He arrived on time for our in person quote, took his time and explained the process throughly, and made sure he answered any questions we had, plus offered options that other companies didn't. He assured us all new lines would be insulated vs another company only offering hot line insulation. He also did NOT try to confuse us with Zurn vs Uponor bs. If you get a quote from that company beware. We were offered a new box for our washing machine, and they even addressed our old cast iron drain in the laundry room that needed to be changed out.

Day one a team of around 6 arrived on time and taped and tarped everything off well before changing out the old piping. Day 2 inspection which they scheduled at our convenience. Day 3 patch and texture walls and ceilings. This was a 3 person team that worked efficiently and had everything done before 5pm. They tarped and taped everything off again, and were friendly and left things as neat as clean as possible. Day 4 final inspection which they coordinated again at our convenience. We are happy with the whole process and would not hesitate to recommend them. Our shower fixture was broken (before they came), and they even fixed it for us as a courtesy. I had to call the office a couple times and the customer service was always on point. They did offer to swap out any fixtures at no additional charge, however we're getting ready to remodel and didn't need. We did upgrade to the whole house filtration system, and our tap water is delicious now! Thanks Simpex! These guys are repiping specialists, don't hire a plumber like our neighbors did. We had VERY different experiences.

Daniel has been our plumber for five (5) years now and we consider him to by our primary plumber. very reliable, fair, friendly and especially knowledgeable in his profession as a plumber. He has worked on plumbing in our previous condo and replaced our water heater at a very reasonable price. Daniel is currently helping us with our plumping in our new home as we are currently renovating our kitchen and bathrooms. I highly recommend!!!

***BUYER BEWARE*****  

I spoke to Devin in late December as I had a leak in a pipe that was accessible through the stucco of the exterior of my home.  Devin assured me that they were a 1 stop shop.  They could fix the leak and re-stucco the wall.   His partner even said you wouldn't even know we were here.   If this business had comedians, it would get 5 stars.    This was the biggest lie I was ever told.  

Day 1 Devin's team shows up late.   They cut open the wall and then assess the issue.   They then took at least 5 trips to Home Depot for parts. After hours of trying to correct the problem, they had to admit they did not know what they were doing and call what I am hoping was a real plumber to finish the job.   This took almost 10 hours.

The following day, they again showed up late, and knowing they were there to do stucco work, they still had to make a trip to Home Depot.   When I went to check to see how the work was going, I could tell they had no idea what they were doing.   They had retrieved a Lucky Charms box out of the recycle can and were using it as a trowel to apply the stucco and to get it to stick to the wall.  

I was told by his brother that they would be back the next day to paint.   They had even gone to Home Depot again and got matching paint.    Well, I contacted Devin because they didn't show up the next day.   Devin told me they need the stucco to dry, and they would be by to paint in a few weeks.   We'll that has now turned into 4 months.   The stucco is awful. There are cracks everywhere from where they applied it.    

I did get ahold of Devin once since and he promised me that he would come out himself to look at the issue.    Well, he was a no-show to our appointment.  

I attempted to settle this issue privately and allow Devin to remedy this situation.  Yet Devin continues to ignore my calls and texts.  

Please save your hard earned money and time and if you have a plumbing issue select someone who is more reputable and takes pride in their work.

Roughed in our bathroom quickly and perfectly.  Then 6 months later our hot water heater broke.  He took my call late on a Sunday afternoon, came over the next morning and had the old one out and the new one in w/in 24 hours.  EXCELLENT customer service!  Friendly, fast - the type of person you want to give business to.

Had a toilet leak last Saturday got a few quotes here on Yelp this was the only company that would come same day and didn't charge me for a weekend rate. Their quote was inline with the others. Plumber came on time and did the job quickly. Overall great service.
