I was lucky that I found these guys when I needed an emergency job done. Robert came out within the hour and was able to replace my refrigerator shutoff valve (I think that's what it was). Apparently this is a common issue when people replace their refrigerators. We were very eager to get our new frig and once it was delivered we found out it couldn't be replaced due to the valve being frozen and stuck. I sent out a service request thru Yelp around 6pm and Robert responded within minutes and was able to help us out right away. He went above and beyond and even helped me install my new frig and hauled away the old one! I cannot say enough about Robert's customer service and professionalism. He went to the trouble to have booties on the entire time he was in our house. That was a huge plus for us! On top of the refrigerator work We had another existing issue with our sprinkler system and Robert addressed that too AND fixed it. He was here to replace and fix that valve to replace our frig and he did so many other things on top of that and only charged a little more for the extra work. I cannot say enough about Robert and how much he helped us out. I highly recommend using these guys. We will absolutely call them again if we need any help.

So happy I found these guys! They did work on indoor and outdoor lighting today and did an A+ job. My biggest stress was that I was going to have to do drywall repair but none was needed on any of the lights. Hector and his coworker were awesome. Kept me updated the whole time, were transparent about pricing upfront, and pleasant to work with. Definitely will be using these guys again. On the pricier side, but quality work!

First time I called C&C plumbing and will call them again.  I had a couple of toilets that were 19 Years  old and were leaky. Rather than repair, Josh suggested replacing them with new ones.  Josh picked up the new toilets I ordered  from Home Depot while his helper Zach removed old ones.
Work was completed in 2.5 hours.

I called Pure Window Cleaning because they had good reviews. They were friendly on the phone, and we're able to set up an appointment within a couple days. They showed up on time, gave me the price upfront, then did the work faster than any previous window cleaners I've had. The windows were cleaner than ever when they left, so I set up with then to come out 3 times a year to keep the windows looking good. Very satisfied

Pip is the man, just as all the other reviews say. Plus, he English accent makes the crappy plumbing situation much more tolerable.

I called him on Monday @ 8am. He call me back @ 10am and was at my house by 10:20am. The job was much more extensive than I had hoped it to be but Pip took his time and got the job done in a few hours. He was VERY clean and made sure that my house stayed very clean even though he was clearing a HUGE mess out of our kitchen plumbing. I would highly recommend using Pip and his plumbing services...The price was very fair as well.

Shawn is great. Came out quick and fixed our backed up kitchen line. Took his time to make sure it was right and thoroughly explained everything he was doing. Very, very, very reasonable pricing too. He will be my go to plumber from now on.

Very very good experience. We called Pacific asking for a representative to come for a consult regarding the septic system on our property.  We needed a professional evaluation on whether it might be cost effective to go through the process of hooking up to the Escondido City sewer system instead of upgrading our septic system.  Pacific returned my initial call quickly and the rep, Branden was here the next day and on time. He was super knowledgeable and stepped us through what would be for a possible hook-up to City sewer hook and even a rough estimate on what it might cost us. We are so glad to be able to talk through our concerns and receive a professional opinion. We've used Pacific in the past and we'll continue using them. First time using this company and it was OUTSTANDING! Steve's communication from start to finish was exceptional. Between text messages and phone calls I NEVER ONCE had to follow-up a second time or wonder if and when I might hear from him. Absolutely the best communication I have ever had with any plumbing company in the last 20-years. He was so prompt in responding to my initial inquiry I didn't even consider a getting second bid.

Art and Manny who made the repair(leaking drain pipe on my washing machine) were on time, courteous, very professional and left the repair area spotless! As well with each phase of the repair they communicated with Steve as to the progress / status. Again, great communication.

Finally I didn't even have to pay at the time the repair was complete. Steve emailed me an invoice with an online payment option which was fast and simple.

Steve told me his father started the business and he along with his 3 brothers all followed in their dad's footsteps and became plumbers too...so this is truly a family business with old school values of honesty, prompt communication, great customer service and a high level of professionalism.

Technician Steve is highly dishonest & intentionally deceptive in his dealing with us. We were verbally quoted $225 to reset our toilet and at time of invoice it magically went up to $310. He proceeded to correct and accuse me of mishearing him.
Furthermore, he wanted added another $371 to replace the toilet floater hardware which was also not previously agreed on.
I'd expected a bit more professionalism and honesty than the slimey shady tactics that I've experienced. I would recommend all to steer clear of them.

Great service! Robert stopped by as Vanguard was used as the installation service for our Flo by Moen water valve. We are recent new home owners at this location and not only did Robert provide a professional, speedy service, but he also took extra time to show us some things around our water systems that we didn't even know. Super helpful and seems extremely trustworthy. We will definitely call them in the future for any plumbing services needed.

Woke to leaky pipe to toilet in bathroom.  Worse yet, my husband tried to fix it!.  I was lucky that Roby was between jobs and came within the hour.  Quick, neat, friendly and guaranteed work.  Will definitely call again.

Chose this company as had great yelp reviews and local to area and small business.  Not an emergency but easy to get scheduled, responsive on returning call,  on time and able to replace 2 toilets, drain lines 2 baths, washer hoses, 2 shower heads and hot water heater pipe plus check out other concerns in record time same day.  Bob and his assistant were upfront, know their business and no up charging like big companies.  Received some good plumbing education too!  Thanks you guys!  5 star recommendation from me!
