Needed to have service done on all fireplaces in our home to prepare for the cold season and Marco was very responsive to my initial inquiry. Highly professional right on time diagnosed the problems at all locations in the house and went way above the call of duty to contact the vendor to replace a remote control that had gone bad. Followed up very soon after and finished the job.

Robert and his team were very responsive and prompt. A leak was discovered in our bathroom and the Pro's handled it the same day. They were very professional and all repairs were completed within just a few hours. I wouldn't use anyone else for my plumbing needs.

We have used Steve a lot for our old house and the old pipes that need help. Sadly we had to redo the pipes under my kitchen floor. While this was a horrible experiance, as I was pregnant, Steve made it better by being so nice and making it an okay experiance. I would recommend him to anyone

I lost power in two rooms of my house,including my office on Friday. I reached out to a couple electricians. Pt Loma Electric was the first to respond and was able to schedule an inspection/estimate for Monday. No one else had time for me until later in the week. The communication from their office was great before Curtis arrived. They even texted a picture so I would know who would be coming to the house.
Curtis was on time, very friendly, and quickly diagnosed my problem. He quoted me what I thought was a good price and said he could fix it the same day. True to his word, he went and got the part and I had complete power the same day! In addition, Curtis did a quick review of the house and gave me advice on the condition of the other outlets, breaker box, etc.

Bill and Carlos have quickly come and fixed several problems, from water leaks under the house to a water heater whose pilot light wouldn't start. They also installed a new kitchen sink. Good neighborhood guys.

As a property manager, I found Pure Cleaning through one of my Board members. They recommended them for a unique building on the ocean with glass railings. Cade and his staff were always super responsive and did an excellent job. They paid attention to detail and communicated well with onsite residents.

Over time, we had them do more work like specialty metal cleaning and power washing and then I got them involved with other properties I managed. They are super easy to work with, reasonably priced and produce a good result making my company look good as well. I would recommend them to anyone.

Messaged them via Yelp about my home. I needed Newly installed AC, furnace replacement and complete ductwork replacement. From the beginning, they were responsive and accommodating. I worked with Bianca (no longer working here) and she was simply amazing. They made me a competitive offer and their perks are quite nice.

These folks are amazing! I had a major plumbing issue. Pip showed up and told me yes I had a problem but they were two solutions. One involved jackhammering and major pipe replacement. The other involved a $30 fix all but would take a little more time. He recommended the $30 fix. After a month everything was fine! For $30! We all know what we are doing at our individual jobs. Finding someone who will be honest with us in areas we know nothing about, priceless!

They are excellent.  Had a major leak. They were here within 1/2 hour.  Managed the situation for us with the utmost professionalism.  And they didn't  chrage an outrageous fee.  Definitely recommend them.

We have Pacific Drain and Plumbing come to our home twice since we had a kitchen remodel.  We had issues with our sink piping,  cooktop and water pressure. Pacific Drain sent out Carlos to fix these items.  Carlos was very professional and detailed in his work. He really knows his stuff and we couldn't be more pleased.! Steve was able to get to us same day with no hassles at all. I was given a heads up when they would arrive. Steve was friendly and willing to go the  extra mile and try some tricks first to get our water flowing in our bathtub drain. Luckily the tricks worked and it likely saved us hundreds in repairs. Replaced garbage disposal.  Everything went very smoothly.  Professional service.

Just want to tell people to make sure you get 3 or 4 quotes. All plumbers are not the same! I had a situation were the tank was under the 12  year warranty and had to be taken to Home Depot for exchange. Most plumbers did not to bother and doubled the labor cost as did RJB Plumbing. The company I used took out the old tank, returned to Home Depot (for full value), had new tank and materials and out in 15 minutes! They then install it professionally and up to code for over just a little over $600. Be sure to get QUOTES!

I had a problem with my air conditioner freezing over.  I read on-line that it could be due to a lack of coolant (go figure).  

Based on Yelp reviews, I called up Thompson Heating and AC and made an appointment.  Garrett showed up.  I explained the problem to him and he said he'd check it out rather than just proceeding on what I'd told him - this is a really good practice if you actually want to fix the problem.

Sure enough the pressure was low.  Before he charged it, he told me that it was an old system (25 years old) and may still have a leak, albeit a slow leak.  He laid out the options in simple language and the risks/costs associated with each option.  I chose to charge the system.

If there is a leak, they'll be at the top of the list for replacing the unit.  

Bottom line:  friendly, professional, and knowledgeable for a decent price.
