Needed to have service done on all fireplaces in our home to prepare for the cold season and Marco was very responsive to my initial inquiry. Highly professional right on time diagnosed the problems at all locations in the house and went way above the call of duty to contact the vendor to replace a remote control that had gone bad. Followed up very soon after and finished the job.

We purchased are tankless water heater two years ago and it started to leak . They didn't just repair the water heater they replaced it ! Not only that they repaired the water damages from potential mold and mildew and followed up with us every step of the way. We were so impressed with the professionalism they displayed we hired them to install our electrical components for our sauna. We are 110% satisfied with their above average customer service. I can't say enough great things about their business practices they made us whole with no unnecessary out of packet expense. They treated us better than FAMILY!

Bill and Carlos have quickly come and fixed several problems, from water leaks under the house to a water heater whose pilot light wouldn't start. They also installed a new kitchen sink. Good neighborhood guys.

Booked through Home Depot to give me a second opinion on my HVAC issue.  My original installer no longer is in the AC business and the company I hired to assess my system didn't do much except tell me I have a leak. No troubleshooting or diagnostics. Just a simple look at my refrigerant pressures then costs to go further. SAME DAY sent Erick and Reyez out. Fantastic pair of technicians!  Conducted a thorough diagnostic of my system, walked me through each step of their analysis, determined that I had a very small leak and presented me with their recommendation for repair. Excellent experience with TS Backflow!  Tim was quick to respond to my request and made it extremely easy to get on his schedule.  He arrived as promised, performed the back flow test, and took care of the paperwork with the city within hours.  I very much appreciate him taking the time to explain how the valve works when I asked as well.  Highly recommend TS Backflow, I'll certainly have them out for next year's check!

We've hired Pacific Drain & Plumbing multiple times to do sewer camera inspections on homes in Santaluz, Rancho Santa Fe, and the Meadows Del Mar.  It's an added layer of buyer confidence when there is no blockage found, or a non intrusive repair for the seller if there is attention needed.  We were impressed with their customer service, invoicing, and time frames as there usually isn't much flexibility in a short escrow.

Robert was fantastic. Returned my call immediately, even though it was after hours. Came promptly and repaired the bathtub faucet that wouldn't turn off. Checked other plumbing issues in my house that I just hadn't gotten around to calling a plumber for yet, and came back two days later to take care of them.  Accommodated my schedule and was completely professional.  I now have my go-to-plumber!
