Our kitchen faucet was faulty and had a leak that was pooling up under the sink cabinet.  I called Bill, he told me a good brand to get (Moen), I picked it up at Home Depot and he came over that same day and installed it.  Good advice, fast service!

Pip was responsive, capable and reasonable.  I called him late on a Friday night and he came to our rescue Saturday morning.  
We ended up calling him back a week later for a completely separate job.   We will keep his info and pass it along to our friends and family should the need for a Plumber arise.

I am a first time client and will be keeping them as my go to plumbers in the future!  We needed immediate service on a Sunday afternoon. The operators were very pleasant, spoke clearly and were quick to take the necessary information. Next I waited for a technician to call. I received a call back within an hour saying he'd be at our home in 20 min. He arrived on time, fixed our clogged toilet/plumbing and wasn't outrageously priced!
I felt very happy with our overall experience and would highly recommend them.
**Note: Had to call them back at midnight the following day, for a much worse issue, and again they were VERY QUICK to respond and fix our problems. I give them an A+ so far!

My call was answered right away and Steve was very professional and courteous. They were able to come out right away, diagnose the issue and fix it in the same day. He left the sink area where he had worked very clean after he fixed the problem and charged a very fair rate. Would definitely recommend working with Daniel's Plumbing & Son in San Diego.

I must say that dealing with Jim onsite, as well as communicating with the office staff at Pristine Plumbing, was a very pleasant experience. I never felt like they were here just to take my money. Jim was honest and appeared to genuinely care about what was best for our facility. I would definitely recommend them.

Over the past several years we've had numerous occasions to call a plumber; I just wish we had known about Robert Dixon of Vanguard Plumbing & Drains!  

This Monday morning I called Robert about a clogged kitchen sink drain.  He gave me a 2 hour window (1-3) and actually showed up at 1:15 pm!

He immediately went to work on a drain that had been supposedly cleaned out 10 months ago; obviously not very well.  Robert used his cable snake with 2 different bits and also used his camera to observe whether the drain was clear.  The first 3 times it wasn't but water was able to go through; any other plumber would have stopped.  Robert didn't!  Using his camera again he persisted in making sure the drain was clear before he left; extraordinary effort on his part.

We will use Robert and Vanguard Plumbing for ALL of our future plumbing needs!

I will definitely call these guys again!  Easy to make an appointment and service guy, Roby, was on time.  He fixed my problem in a manner of minutes and we had a pleasant conversation afterward as well.  Super easy process and very nice to work with.
