He took the time to do some extra precautionary work with the old wooden frame removal that showed damage.

I had a plumbing emergency where my sewer lateral backed up all the way from the street into our home. I was referred to Plein Plumbing and they were excellent. They fixed what they could but unfortunately I had to get it check with a camera and they referred me to a great guy that helped me out. If you need any plumbing job done, these are the guys to do it!

Requested a quote for some electric work which they were happy to provide for a fee.  Part of the service included a free plumbing inspection.   Ultimately their prices were nearly 3 times  what other licensed electricians charged for the exact same work.   Chandelier install.  We did not use them for electrical. It we ended up having some plumbing work done by Point Loma which I am sure we over paid for as well but needed done in a hurry.  At the end of the day the electrician and plumber were great folks and performed completely fine work.

Bill and his partner Carlos are reliable, timely and knowledgable about plumbing. We have a small house in NP with a tight crawl space. Carlos has been under there multiple times when others refused. They are friendly and if they can't take care of your problem right away (which they often do), they triage  and fit you in, all the while reassuring you with their calm and friendly attitude. They are wonderful and charge less than most other plumbers. I consider them my friends.

This Company is AMAZING!!! I have used them at least 4 times in the last 6 months, they have handled numerous plumbing issues for myself and several of my family members. Chris, Ryan and Josh have all been phenomenal to say the least, they show up same day, super professional and always able to tackle the issue in a timely fashion and are very thorough in explaining what was done as well as the the cause to ensure that a clear understanding of the problem was presented. I had a great experience with Same Day from start to finish for a Mini Split system, beginning with Alex who came to my home for an estimate and discussion of how the system works. They were able to schedule installation for the following day. The team that came out,  Jamie and Lamar quickly figured out the best place for the unit and presented their plan in a clear way, so that at the end of the job it looked exactly how they described it. For a person like myself, who needs and appreciates understanding of technical things, I was happy with the level of communication. They were very considerate in working around my house, another important thing. And at the end, they gave me some review on the operation, care and warranty. Excellent experience with TS Backflow!  Tim was quick to respond to my request and made it extremely easy to get on his schedule.  He arrived as promised, performed the back flow test, and took care of the paperwork with the city within hours.  I very much appreciate him taking the time to explain how the valve works when I asked as well.  Highly recommend TS Backflow, I'll certainly have them out for next year's check!

Pip is AWESOME! He was able to see me quickly and fix a repair that another contractor did incorrectly. His pricing was reasonable. I work M-F so I left my key for him and trusted him 100%. He completed the work; cut into the drywall to re-route a pipe under my new bathroom sink. He even replaced the drywall piece so all I had to do was complete the drywall repair. He left the invoice, locked the house up and I mailed him my payment.

These guys were great. John and Jay showed up on time, did exactly what had to be done on our bathroom shower plumbing leak, cleaned up (cleaner than how they found it!), and charged a very reasonable price to do the work. I would have these two back without question, to deal with any plumbing issues. They are experienced and take the time to explain the options. They even spotted another problem and gave us a free quote on it.   Thanks much!

This company came through for us. We needed someone on short notice. The person who came out, Renee, was not only timely, professional and used time efficiently, but also was very personable. If our home becomes in further need, we will definitely turn to this company for service.

First time using this company and it was OUTSTANDING! Steve's communication from start to finish was exceptional. Between text messages and phone calls I NEVER ONCE had to follow-up a second time or wonder if and when I might hear from him. Absolutely the best communication I have ever had with any plumbing company in the last 20-years. He was so prompt in responding to my initial inquiry I didn't even consider a getting second bid.

Art and Manny who made the repair(leaking drain pipe on my washing machine) were on time, courteous, very professional and left the repair area spotless! As well with each phase of the repair they communicated with Steve as to the progress / status. Again, great communication.

Finally I didn't even have to pay at the time the repair was complete. Steve emailed me an invoice with an online payment option which was fast and simple.

Steve told me his father started the business and he along with his 3 brothers all followed in their dad's footsteps and became plumbers too...so this is truly a family business with old school values of honesty, prompt communication, great customer service and a high level of professionalism.

Incredible service at a very reasonable price.  You couldn't find a more competent and thorough plumber!  Richard is the model of professionalism and honesty.  I would recommend this company to anyone without hesitation!

Dave came out to fix a plugged toilet for which I paid him $125.  That was on Thursday.  On Sunday the toilet was reclogged.  Monday morning I called and they sent Dave out again.  I confirmed with the person on the phone that there would not be an additional charge and she indicated that unless it was apparent that something new had clogged the drain there would not be any additional charge.  

When Dave came, he looked at the toilet and said the charge would be another $125 and he proposed that he repeat what he had done on Thursday. I indicated that if the drain had been cleared correctly it should not be plugged again so soon.  He said that their warranty is only for 3 days and since the call came in on the 4th day (despite the fact that the 3rd day was a Sunday when they were closed!).  there would be a $125 charge.

I had used Dave/Vanguard previously for more major service plus he was already in my house, it seemed that he would at least repeat the 1 minute snake process.  He refused.  I called the office  and  the owner  apparently told  him not to do it unless I paid an additional $125.  I declined.  This whole process took more time than it would have taken to put the snake in the toilet!

Subsequently my neighbor used his  snake and the issue was resolved. This verified that Dave's 1st attempt was incomplete.  I will not  use Vanguard again and will find a plumber willing to stand behind his work.

We've used George Davis (specifically Roby) several times at our home.  they are punctual, reasonably priced and the work is excellent.  They are clean when they perform the services and the actual cost is usually quite close to the written estimate.  I highly recommend this company.

If you need a plumber he's the one!! We found him on Yelp he replied within minutes, was out to our house in 30minutes. Stayed until after 7pm and figured out we needed a new shower valve and pressure regulator. He said he could be back at 8:30 am on Saturday morning. He was here on time, finished the job and did an amazing job. We have a family friend who is a plumber but he was out of town, he agreed with all the services and said he was being more than honest with the price. Thank you again and if you need a plumber he's the one!!
