I'd hire The Pro's Plumbing and Drains simply for their PROFESSIONALISM. Here's the short, after breaking a 15 plus  year old shower handle/ knob I attempted to replace & install the tub/shower kit (from Lowe's) but after taking off the shower plate I knew this was more than what I bargained for... so I decided to contact a professional.  From the initial contact with TPPAD to the completion of the project I can reassure you it'll be worth your time & effort. Before I continue my review, I'd like to think I'm thorough when it comes to my business search. I'd like to reassure you TPPAD are the real deal. They are a small business truly interested in helping you. When Robert (Plumber) initially responded with a follow up he did with with sincerity, my concern was real and he was eager to help... without knowing if I was going to hire him or not, Robert offered a solution to my project with some options. I didn't need a call back during these hours and our first available times are two-three days from now? At a time most convenient for them, not you! ...and that's what I love about small businesses. They are their own bosses and they care for the person taking the time to reach out to them (in this case, him). He gave me some time to visit options and I concurred with my preference. On the same day, he pulls up in his work truck ready to start the project. He was prompt & courteous! He even put on plastic footies without dragging in any dirt or debris from the outside. After an hour of work, he completed the task that I miserably failed to complete with no complaints. I delightfully have to say, the area looked way better than when I started. Oh, the best part (other than getting my project completed), actually was he offered additional information to fight/ prevent hard water concerns that potentially could plague my home going forward and can possibly help reduce any future unexpected repairs which I greatly appreciated... That's what I call GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE with the emphasis on customer, in mind  I have about three more projects (reverse osmosis/ carbon filter, bathroom and kitchen renovation) so it looks like I have a plumber in waiting to handle my upcoming projects. Great service. On-time and does great work. We have used them numerous times over the last 7 years and they always do great work and clean up after they are done. Use them.

Was really hoping for better service, but did not have a good experience. Called them out to clear a bath drain and investigate a leak in the shower. Once the plumber arrived he let me know they could not honor the $79 drain clean because there was not a proper clean out cap at the shower. I've never seen a residential shower with a clean out cap, but ok, oh well I'll pay the new charge of $189. Now to investigate the shower. The plumber says he cannot look at in unless I pay an additional $279 diagnostic fee. I asked if he could do it on an hourly rate since he's already here and at the property. Nope. Must pay the additional $279 to investigate something that will take no more then 15 min. C'mon guys, really?

We just had Bill and Carlos come out to fix our ridiculously leaking faucet, and I cannot say enough good things about them.  They took a look at it on a Friday, and agreed to come on Sat. to fix it, without charging any after hours fees.  Very friendly, cleaned up everything, and were done in about an hour.  And to top it off-I paid less for it all, including parts, than any of the many places I called first.  Probably one of the few times I have had any work done on my house where I didn't feel ripped off afterwards. Highly recommended!!!

This is the first time I have reviewed someone without actually meeting them!  I was getting screwed around by First American Home Warranty and the morons they sent to me, GV Plumbing.  I finally had enough and called Cameron at C & C Plumbing.  I should have called him 6 days before.  In his own time Cameron hooked me up with a rep from Noritz who in turn sent me a tech to fix my water heater. I paid out of my own pocket but because of Cameron's intervention I wasn't rear ended.
You would be making a massive mistake if you did not use C & C Plumbing.

I called Pure Window Cleaning because they had good reviews. They were friendly on the phone, and we're able to set up an appointment within a couple days. They showed up on time, gave me the price upfront, then did the work faster than any previous window cleaners I've had. The windows were cleaner than ever when they left, so I set up with then to come out 3 times a year to keep the windows looking good. Very satisfied

Troy and Big Adrian were the two installers and technicians that installed my attic fan, replaced my old furnace motor with a new ECN motor and they also placed insulation in my attic as well.  Their service and demeanor was second to none.  They wore face masks and cleaned up very well after the completion of their work.   My wife and I are very satisfied with work they provided and we highly recommend these two young men as well Same Day to anyone that needs any assistance with their heating or AC.

If I could give Tim more stars I would!! He was so responsive and helpful. I coordinated the Backflow inspection for my dad and Tim responded to all of my questions. He also was very helpful, professional and thorough. He took care of the report and will even remind us yearly! We are definitely using TS every year!

Pip is fantastic. I found him randomly from seeing his truck outside at another job and after having a nice chat with him, I looked him up on Yelp and then gave him a call. I am so grateful I found him. I have had terrible luck and experiences with plumbers in the past, and Pip almost seems too good to be true... but he's not! He's the real deal!

Pip shows up on time. He's friendly, professional, courteous, detail-oriented, tidy, and has a fantastic English accent and a dry wit to boot that will keep you in stitches. Just as the name of his company suggests, the prices are indeed reasonable.

You will not be disappointed if you hire Pip.  Oh, and he is definitely British when it comes to his love and passion for tea so make sure you have some English Breakfast on hand with cream and a bit of sugar!  Trust me, he's worth it! ;)

Great company, honest people. The owner is a 100% honest person. Called a few other companies  and got the run around. The people I talked with were very nice, they were straight forward with pricing and offered several solutions. I decided to go with them to fix the problem. Guys showed up on time, clean, professional, and great to work with. I would recommend them to anyone.

These guys were super communicative and easy to reach.  They sent out a plumber to my restaurant within the hour and he had my issue diagnosed and the parts ordered right away.  Waiting for him to come back with the parts and do the install but he was quick and easy to work with.  Would recommend.

Cameron White did a fantastic job fixing our kitchen drain.  He was friendly and knowledgeable, arrived on-time, and was able to quickly fix the issue.  10/10.

We had a great experience with the team at Vanguard today! We called them this afternoon with regards to a clogged toilet. We received a prompt response and had someone on site within the quoted time. Dave Fults was extremely professional and fixed our toilet within a very short period of time. He was also very knowledgeable and shared tips on toilet paper (avoid Charmin Ultra Soft) and also those pesky wipes (they're not actually flushable)! All in all, we had a great, seamless, hassle-free experience today. We will definitely keep their number handy for any future plumbing and drain matters!

We had a mishap with our first contractor in the middle of our bathroom remodel when he couldn't figure out how to reach the drain assembly and squeeze a bathtub into our tiny bathroom.  

George Davis sent over a plumber named Roby for an estimate that was not only on-time but extremely helpful.  Not to mention gave me a detailed explanation and estimate at a great price.  Really happy so far.  Will update once job is finished.

My water heater broke on a Saturday night. Robert took the time to FaceTime with me so he could assess the situation. He came out after 8pm on a Saturday to remove the old water heater to ensure there would be no more damage. He showed up bright and early Monday morning to install the new heater. He was careful, neat and patient as he explained everything and answered all my questions. He was a pleasure to work with and I will definitely call on him with any plumbing issues.

Last Monday I awoke to a strange noise in my garage. It was my water heater making a noise like Niagara Falls and spewing out water along the back of my cabinets. I was unable to turn it off. I called Thompson Plumbing, where I had never been a client before, and in less than two hours hero Ramon showed up. He immediately was able to shut it off, removed the water heater, got a new one and installed it, and cleaned up all the mess that had been created. The whole thing from when I found it to when it was finished was less than six hours. I was very impressed and would call them again in a heartbeat for any future plumbing or HVAC issues. Stellar!!
