Would highly recommend Velazquez for the quality of work they do. They were very careful and detailed with tearing up a portion of our outdoor tile, overgrown bushes and installing a fence, sprinkler system and sod. Everything was exactly how we described we wanted!

We had a clog that kept happening at our condo complex, another plumber had failed to explain the problem and suggested a costly repair.  I called Ray with American Roto for a second opinion he was very knowledgeable and willing to show us where the problem was.  He suggested a similar repair but was more affordable and willing to explain all the work involved and what to do next.

I called Jerry @ Dr Rooter on Sunday late afternoon for a sewer line back up! He answered & came over within the hour! Jerry was very sweet, helpful, knowledgeable, & inexpensive! Called to schedule to request an appointment and left a message since no one answered. No one ever returned my call.

After an amazingly frustrating experience contacting a number of highly Yelp-reviewed plumbers, some of whom left me waiting for weeks without return appointments or call backs, I finally struck gold!  I placed a call to Clairemont Plumbing yesterday and I must say, I am thoroughly impressed!!! My shower pressure was feeble at best and all of the water was flowing through the tub spout after pushing on the knob to divert the flow.  After suffering through the confused and unintelligible explanations from young, inexperienced plumbers who didn't bother to unscrew the shower head, I had tired of waiting weeks for the supposedly required new divertor to arrive from two different plumbers in town.  Luckily, after a call to Clairemont Plumbing, Marshall, a plumber with a degree in Wild Life Sciences, and a whole lot of common sense and know-how, arrived at my home within 24 hours of my call and had both of my showers functioning with full water pressure in a matter of ten minutes!!! His fee was extremely reasonable.  I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending him over any of those clowns with 600 5 star recommendations and a bunch of young bumbling idiots working for them!!!!

We have had no hot water in our new home's kitchen and it has gone on for 7 months.  We have been dealing on/off with our warranty company and also have had companies come, at our own expense--SIX different companies, plumbers, contractors-you name it (2 originally referred by warranty company) have tried to figure out what was going on with our tankless water heaters!!  I was so fed up and wondering what else I could do when I was referred to AJ by someone high up at our warranty company.  Today, I am writing this review because we finally have hot water in our kitchen and we have AJ to thank for that!!  AJ has been a pleasure to work with. He is professional, his follow-up is amazing, he is ON TIME and most importantly, he is knowledgeable with all the top tankless water heaters.  He figured out the problem, ordered the parts and came back today to fix them--all of this happening during a pandemic, mind you.  I felt that I needed to post this review because we had so many issues with other companies and were told everything from one of the water heaters was not turned on!!????!!! to maybe they did the plumbing wrong when the house was built.  Trust me when I say, you need to have someone that REALLY knows what they are doing when it comes to working on your tankless water heaters.  Do not waste your time looking for other companies out there to do it--we have already done the legwork for you and it's AJ at Pacific Tankless!

Their installers were courteous,  on time and always cleaned up after themselves every day. The only one in particular whose name I remember was Eddie, and he was great. The two stars is for the front office and sales people. No one did an accurate load calculation on my home, and as a result I got an undersized unit and a house not as cool as I was promised. When this was discussed with the management they never provided any real remedy or admitted fault for the sizing issue. It should be noted that Sherlock did not provide the lowest bid for my project. However, I thought I would spend a little more to get better customer service and support in case there was a problem. Giess I was wrong.

Joshua Plumbing and Drain Service saved the day on Saturday!  I met Joshua and his crew at a plumbing store on Saturday morning and asked if they worked in the Carmel Mountain area.  Most definitely was their answer and after explaining my AC/Plumbing nightmare Joshua said he could come by in between two appointments that morning!!  

They showed up right on time and got to work accessing the problem and had it fixed (and a few other small problems) just as promised!  They were courteous, put down plastic and cleaned up after the job was complete.  Joshua was very patient with me as I asked numerous questions, answering them all without making me feel dumb for asking.

Mauricio is the best plumber for your plumbing needs. Very competitive and reasonable pricing. First of all Mauricio will come out same day or following morning to inspect the situation. And give a prompt diagnostic and pricing. No travel fee what's so ever. If you think he is reasonable you hire on the spot and if not you move next company of plumber who typically charges $99 dollars to inspect your situation.

I have contact Mauricio for no job  big or small always came through promptly and delivered on his word.

Bruce is amazing! He came out for a free quote and really made me feel at ease as he explained what needed to be done. I could definitely tell he cares about his work. His quote was more then fair, especially for the quality of work he did. I now have new pipes from the main to every fixture, a new water heater, and new pressure regulator. Everything is working great and the work was impeccable. I will be recommending Bruce with Robertson Plumbing to anyone I encounter looking for a great plumber!

The ol' kitchen sink clog the day before Thanksgiving. Luckily for us, Javier at Mr. Rooter came out and got us up and flowing before the marathon of holiday dish-cleaning. Javier was friendly, helpful, and informative. Not only did he clear out the clog in our old cast iron pipes, but he walked me through a couple of informative tips about the plumbing in my house, for which I'm grateful. The only reason I'm giving a 4-star is because I technically called Mr. Rooter last night (they said they operated 24/7), but the technician couldn't come until the following afternoon. I'd definitely use these guys again.
