Sohail Hossini and his partner knocked out a kitchen demo in a day and a half.  He moved the gas connector for my new stove coming in.  He'll be back in two weeks to do the tiling of the backsplash.  This is a no nonsense contractor who gives you a quote in writing, comes on time, does the work quickly, and we couldn't be more pleased.  Thank you

Dr Rooter was great! I called him the night before because my main sewer line was clogged. He came up the very next morning at 7am to diagnose the problem and gave me a Free estimate and a much more affordable price than other plumbers in the lemon grove area. He would've came the same night but due to a recent work order already scheduled he was able to fit me in the following morning. He was very honest and reasonable when it came to pricing and assured me of a warranty for  any of his work. He has a great team that are very friendly and I will not hesitate to use his service again when I need him. Thank you! Great work!

Called at 2pm on a Saturday, they were at my house by 4pm (as they said they would be).  Their guy was friendly.  He thoroughly explained what needed to be done and what the problem was.  He even knocked a few bucks off their quote since the job wasn't too difficult.

One of our 2 water heaters started leaking and we didn't know who to call.  We went to Nextdoor Santa Luz and other sites-one name stood out-Pacific Tankless. We shopped for quality, service and price, and again one name stood out-Pacific Tankless.
AJ was professional, punctual and courteous. We are very happy that we chose Pacific Tankless.
I plan to replace our water purification system next. He provided me advice on models to explore and where to shop.  I have total faith in AJ and his company Pacific Tankless.  Great company to work with!

We didn't end up going with this company.. but they did provide white glove service from start to finish.  Our heater broke during the prior winter.  They set up an appt quickly.. and sent someone out to evaluate at cost.  (You pay for the consult and - if you decide to go with them - they deduct from the overall quote.)  In the end, we felt the quote was a bit on the higher end.. but the evaluation did provide a spectrum of options.

There was great email communication.. automated.. but nonetheless detailed with photos of the individual we would meet, etc.  The individual reviewing the unit didn't seem completely knowledgeable (since we cross checked and received a second opinion).. but knew enough to identify some issues. They seemed conservative in their solutions to replace the entire system since ours was a bit dated.. which in the end could have translated into cost savings.. but we weren't ready for a complete redo of HVAC.  They tried to sell us on throwing in an additional unit since there was a sale.. which I will chalk up to strong marketing.. but precariously on the edge of being a bit too aggressive.  

I would recommend them for the communication, top of the line products, broad solutions.. and relatively nice guys that came out to help us.

This complany had super fast response time, Joshua was very courteous and professional. I was impressed with how quickly and efficicently Joshua worked.  He showed up on time (on a Sunday even!) He was able to do some trouble shooting and diagnose a major plumbing issue, helping me look at options.  I was very comfortable with him in my home, and highly recommend him. Bruce and crew came to look at repair a cracked drain line in the bathroom. Bruce said he couldn't repair the crack based on it's location and that damage could be done to the main line as it is 60 years old. He contacted his buddy Rick at Matrix Plumbing to come out and put a camera down the main line to have a look. I looked on as they did this. Interesting thing that I found out a day later was that Rick looked at a plumbing issue at my brother's house. The initial response since his camera was BROKEN was to bust open their walls to find out what was going on. Glad my brother called for a second opinion since his problem was solved by snaking the line.

Back to my problem.. .Bruce and now Matrix Plumbing said they needed to trench inside my house, from one end to the other and replace the main line based on what they saw on the camera that suddenly worked. In an earlier conversation, Bruce said that you'd never want to trench your house and gave me several reasons why. But all of the sudden, trenching needed to be done immediately. Bruce said the line couldn't be sleeved or washed/cleaned out because it was too brittle and could crumble if we went that route.  Bruce and Matrix Plumbing said that this would take approximately two weeks and that my floors would be ripped up and drywall removed. After an insane estimate of approximately $30,000 from Bruce,  we obviously got a second and third opinion. Both of those companies allowed me to watch as they put the camera down the line. First off, what I saw on their cameras (which turned out to be a very good thing) looked nothing like what I saw from Rick's camera.

BOTH COMPANIES SAID I HAD NO ISSUES OR DAMAGE TO MY MAIN LINE! Yes, it is a 60 year old cast iron pipe. Both companies provided us with guidance to be proactive and preventative with the old aged pipe and it was nothing remotely close to $30,000!

Do your research and get several quotes when thinking about getting work done by Robertson plumbing.

I schedule service for Saturday. On Friday evening, I get a call saying they overbooked their own employees and they want to show up on Monday instead.

Nice to see that an inability to keep your own workforce managed constitutes an inconvenience on my part. Recommend going with any other of the reputable services in this area. Avoid at all costs, otherwise they'll find a way to avoid showing up to your appointment.
