Flushed a toilet paper holder (the springy white plastic thing) down the toilet. Yep, sure did. lol
I called yesterday afternoon and Mike came out the very next day. Mike called to let me know he would be there in about 20 minutes.. He was very professional and courteous. He explained everything very thoroughly, which I appreciated. He had to remove the toilet to retrieve the TP white spring thing.. I was really expecting a mess of foot prints and water (hopefully, only water)- which with previous plumbers have been a staple of their finished work. :) Yet- the bathroom was left clean! Very please! Thank you Mike!!

These guys impressed the hell out of me - said my husband after the plumbers promptly showed up, fixed our toilet and gave great advice.
The details: we called All American Plumbing at 11:30am on Saturday, they promised to stop by 12-12:30, showed up at 12:00, friendly professional young guys, quickly fixed our toilet. It's been a problem toilet for a while and we struggled with it for several months! My husband even bought a snake for fixing it! But All American Plumbing had now problems with the troublemaker toilet! They even gave a 1 month guarantee for their work!
Impressive indeed!
Definitely adding their number to our emergency numbers! Thank you, guys!

My home's overhead plumbing sprung a leak and we had a reservoir of water in the ceiling dripping down the walls and outside. First people I called was Collins who came out and although they are not water damage restoration or drying experts, they did everything They could to help. They also thankfully knew their limitations and did not cause any damage to the house by cutting into the wall because we had asbestos we found out about later, and it ended up being a $50,000 project that needed to be handled with my insurance company but we didn't know that and Collins came out twice , two work trucks, to try to Assess our needs and after all that work, in the end, charged us nothing. And recommended the company we did end up hiring to help. That in my book is wonderful service.
If I have plumbing needs--, normal plumbing needs like most people have-- I will definitely call Collins again.

I highly recommend Core Plumbing. We had been using them for minor repairs for a few years, then we had a major leak in our garage and they came out immediately, isolated the issue and helped us with the repairs and getting a restoration team in. They really were a godsend. Don is so knowledgeable, honest and a joy to work with. In fact, the entire team is wonderful (Don, Grant, Zach, Aaron). When we needed to repipe our entire house, we chose Core. I am so glad that we did. They are honest, hard working and simply awesome! I was really worried about the stress and mess from a repipe but they did an amazing job and they left everything immaculately clean. Lastly, they finished when they said they would. They may not be the least expensive option, but I guarantee they are totally worth it. They do high quality work and they are the nicest people.

Our heater wasn't working properly and I called American Ace Heating and Plumbing and got a call back in 10 minutes. Fred sent Travis out the very same day and he solved the problem very quickly and was so pleasant and professional. I would highly recommend this company.

My experience with TL Premier Plumbing's High Pricing & Incorrect Diagnosis. Be careful if they find more than one leak.
1. They insisted that I sign a document on their laptop agreeing to a $250 leak detection.
2. Leak detection usually involves specialized equipment to detect leaks in concrete slabs and walls, where access is limited. I was surprised that they didn't use detection equipment, but just felt the walls for moisture. Because there was a little moisture on the drywall under the sink, they opened it up, but couldn't find a leak at that location. They opened another drywall area behind the dishwasher and finally found the leak. I've never had a plumber charge me to open drywall and then give me a separate price for repairs. Most plumbers charge for a leak search and apply it to the final repair bill.
3. TL Premier Plumbing determined there were three leaks. Their estimate to fix all three leaks and replace the kitchen faucet was $1,250 as long as I provided the faucet. In addition, they stated that they would need to open the stucco on the exterior wall to repair the leaks, which would have added an additional stucco repair bill. They clamped the leak and wanted to return the following day. Thankfully, they wanted come back. I trusted their diagnosis and would have agreed to the repair of those three leaks on the same day, because I trusted them.
4. I called another plumber, #2, for another quote. When they arrived, they only found one leak. The primary leak was dripping to a connecting pipe further down, which is why it appeared as if there was a second leak. The kitchen faucet was not leaking at all. The condensation from the primary leak made it seem as if there was a third leak. Plumber #2 fixed the leak at an hourly rate of $105. There was no need to open the stucco exterior wall either. All the repairs were done from the interior of the house. If Plumber #2 were to do a leak search (not detection), they would charge a $150 flat fee, and then apply that fee to the final cost of repairs.
Bottom line: The correct appraisal by Plumber #2 led to the leak being fixed for $295.00 - total. TL Premier Plumbing would have charged $1250.00 - four times the cost! Based on my experience, I do not recommend TL Premier Plumbing.

I very rarely leave bad reviews. I'm a property manager who double checks what contractors say. I needed to pressure check my gas line. These guys went under my house and said that the gas line was really old metal pipe that was covered in black tape and couldn't see where it was leaking so the ENTIRE house piping needed to be replaced.
They originally said $3-5K to repipe the house and dig a trench. Then it went up to $8-10K after looking at the house.
I ended up going under and verified that the pipe has NOTHING covering it. You could definitely find a leak if you tried.
So they completely lied and tried to be manipulative over email. I just feel bad for others who need plumbing because if you don't know how to check for yourself you could easily fall for what they're saying and pay an outrageous price.
I'm getting everything done for less than $2K. I'm sorry but I'm not happy being lied to.

Absolutely wonderful! Cody and Victor got to my place within half an hour and were so nice, fast, and helpful. My kitchen sink was completely clogged and not draining at all, and now it works perfectly. Very reasonable pricing as well, especially for a last minute fix on a Sunday before the holidays. I'd definitely call them again. Thanks guys!

Thanks to Matt for the fast, friendly service! He came in, fixed our under-the-sink valve problem quickly and efficiently, gave us some advice about a possible future issue, and even helped me scoot the new fridge into its home. I would definitely use this company again.

Outstanding, professional, friendly, and fast service. They showed up right on time Monday morning. They even called ahead. Martin and his son (also named Martin) quickly got to work. In no time the job was done. We paid exactly as quoted. Very reasonable. I wouldn't go anywhere else for plumbing.

Quick to respond and give bid, but then bid went up, because of confusion as to where the water line was, I agreed, but then after work was completed our washer was Not getting water, and he charged another 487. To fix it. Then we did not have cold water at kitchen sink, and he said another 487. To fix that. I said no, and days later he agreed to fix it for no charge. I feel like I should not have paid even the extra 487., since the bid had already gone from 1500. to 3500., and I felt like they were taking advantage of the fact that we had no water until it was fixed. I suggest to always check with better business bureau and if you have any issues, contact the contractors board. Because the issue was addressed, I did not have to move forward with that action. When you sign the contract, be sure you agree that the work will be done properly for the money, and no problems caused by the work will be charged extra. I am not happy about the additional charge, and feel it should be refunded.

It was Saturday and we had a small toilet leak at a rental I own. Went to Yelp and requested a quote from my usual plumber and 5 or 6 other plumbing companies. RDZ Drain Services responded first with a reasonable quote. Checked their rating (excellent) and called them. Sal came that afternoon and fixed the problem. Thought it would be a simple wax ring replacement, but it turned out after careful inspection that the entire toilet had to be replaced because of an almost invisible hairline crack in the water tank. I was amazed that he was able to find the real problem. Anyway, we got a new toilet at Home Depot and Sal installed it that very afternoon. Everyone happy! Fair pricing, fast response, excellent work, and they're nice people. RDZ is now my go-to plumber.
