Sunday afternoon while cleaning and preparing for a new washing machine to arrive, I stripped the washing machine tap/valve/bibb/faucet - the turn handle had fallen off (note to self: exercise those valves - twist them occasionally!).  New washer was coming on Wednesday and I needed the valve replaced quickly.  I Yelp-messaged several plumbing places and Huyen from CSR not only replied quickly with a price estimate range, he called me that Sunday evening to arrange for a plumber to come out Monday morning.  Every other plumbing place was unable to schedule on Sunday and I would have had to call on Monday morning.  Mike was prompt, pleasant and efficient - replaced both hot and cold water washer water valves quickly and efficiently.  Price was very reasonable too - it wound up being on the lower side of the estimate range, and also $30 less than another quote (which I also thought was fairly priced).  Highly recommend - thank you CSR, Huyen and Mike!

The customer service is so bad. We have agreed on a Wednesday service, no one came and told me that they were fully booked. Then they told me to schedule a new service on Friday. In less than 1 hour, they told me you didn't respond in time.  No idea what is going on. and I will look for another provider for sure

Aaron was amazing! I had a big problem in my master tub and the house was built over 10 years ago and the fixture has been discontinued. Well come to find out the fixture made by Sigma is over $1,000 brand new. Aaron was very patient in finding the part needed to repair it. It's incredible how difficult some of these small parts are to find.   It's the diverter and that little thing is either too big or too small. Finally Aaron found the right part and it took all of 10 minutes to fix! Whew! So happy about this! Thanks!!!

My tankless water heater decided to die on me the other morning and I found myself in a tight spot. I looked around online for a local/family operated business with solid reviews and was lucky enough to come across Core Plumbing. Don answered the phone and after a few questions was able to upfront and honestly tell me the bad news - the unit was likely not repairable and would need to be replaced. In any case he said he'd have someone out to evaluate the situation in person and give me a quote only a few hours later. I received a text saying that Core Plumbing would be at my house earlier than expected (nice!) and if that worked with me they'd be right over. It turns out the existing unit was not sufficient for the home, not installed to code, and was a health concern as well! Fumes were entering the house as the existing unit had been installed right under a window I keep open pretty much 24/7... I'll be calling the OLD plumber for an immediate explanation.

Core was able to find the perfect new location (in a safe spot and to code) all while taking advantage of some existing lines in order to keep the cost down - something I immensely appreciated. Shout out to Erik who showed up exactly when he said he would, worked diligently the whole time, stopped to answer my questions with patience during the install, and was all around exactly the type of person you would want on your property and working on your home. The new unit works perfectly and he left the job site spotless.

Core Plumbing helped me out of a jam in a hurry, fixed existing issues, and ultimately did exactly what they said they'd do. They have earned this glowing review by exceeding expectations. Nice job, fellas.

I got a new toilet and usually would install it myself but being 66 now makes me think twice about these things so I called Five Star to install it. They came over the same day and Justin did an excellent job. Of course there was a problem (existing Plastic toilet flange was cracked) Justin went out and got a stainless steel flange for me that would Never give me another problem. The new toilet looks and works great. WILL definitely use them again.

3 days without heat, SDGE came out, told us it was the hot surface igniter, easy fix. Called 5 places, given 4-14 days out for service. Called American Ace, 2 days, so I texted  him address and phone numbers, glad I did.  He had a no show, and headed right over! Fixed in less than 10 minutes, we have heat! And then Fred headed back to his no show, to  give him another chance. 1 year warranty for parts and labor, Happy, Happy.
The 5 stars are genuine.

Our community hired TL to redo the cast iron pipes in our garages. We looked at multiple plumbers and decided on TL because of their thorough bid, prompt replies to our messages, and a reasonable price. Some plumbers gave us outrageous bids without any details, however TL was extremely professional and prompt.

The specific plumber we worked with was Manny. Great guy, he responds to all our texts, he let us know promptly about any issues that came up during the re-piping, including problems and we were able to solve each one as they came up.

Manny and his team was also prompt about the post install testing and tightening any pipes as needed.

TL will be the first choice plumber for our future needs.

I am not one to write reviews but in this case I felt compelled. Our water heater is above the garage in a terrible spot and of course it went out. After calling several places, I got the best feeling from these guys. I was so right. Tony and Eric were professional, polite, prompt and honest (& funny). It was a real pain for them, but they got the job done and we can once again take warm showers! I see no reason to ever use another company. Highly recommend them!

When our sink was making a gurgling noise on a Saturday night Jose from Discount Plumbing was here on Sunday morning to take a look. Jose was friendly, extremely informative and helped fix our clogged and leaking line. He also gave us good advice on the state of our old pipes and how to care for them in the future.

Matt came to my house of Feb 18 to replace the previous water heater - this was done through a claim with my insurance company.

Matt was on time, courteous, and professional.

What really impressed me was the punctuality!  

Will definitely use again for future plumbing needs.

5 stars... great experience and would use again! My water heater exploded and I needed a new. Thanks to Yelp's quote feature I got quotes from eight water heater companies/plumbers. Express Plumbing was the most responsive and most reasonable. I scheduled with Daniel, the owner, and he showed exactly on time and started working. He was professional, cleaned up after himself, and made the installation look easy. Overall, a great experience and I will certainly reach out to him again in the future!

I had EP put in a new water heater and perform additional plumbing services. To say that they were awesome is an understatement....they were FANTASTIC! Martin and Fernando were very patient with me as I must have asked a million question. Both gentlemen were very pleasant and professional. In addition, they cleaned up so well that I didn't know that they were there.  I encourage you to contact them for your plumbing needs. You will not be disappointed.

I live on the east coast and own a condo in Seattle.  I had a specific repair which looked more difficult than what I would be able to do.  I found Kelley on Yelp and was reluctant to just rely on all of the positive reviews she had received.  But I'm glad I did.  She responded immediately, scheduled the job, did what would have been a fairly complicated job for me in less than the time she anticipated.  The billing was clear, honest and accurate.  The tenant on site said that Kelley was efficient and competent but not in a rush and valued doing good work.  She returned to finish the job but the material had not cured so instead of doing a sloppy job she scheduled another date.  All of these characteristics are in short supply in the world today.

Freddy, Chris and Alan did a wonderful job with my water heater, kitchen drain, ice maker line and main clean out projects on my new house. They addressed all these issues in one day and did a great job. They provided pictures of the repairs made under the house, and cleaned up the areas when they were through. All in all I'm very happy that I went with Plumbing Tree!

These guys are the bomb, period.  From the quick, attentive, and super friendly front desk ladies Jessica and Wendy to the two plumbers I had contact with, to the actual work performed ... highly highly recommend.

I had several estimates for a few plumbing issues to tie up a remodel job that had gone down the drain (pun intended ... a story for another post!).

I had given up hope and finally was referred by a neighbor's daughter to call True Plumbing. Michael came out and quickly did a thorough look for the estimate. There are several ways to contact them (email, phone, even text message!) which made communication smooth and tying up details a breeze!  I did double check on the estimate which was taking a couple days, but they immediately took care of it and I had it in my Inbox within hours. It beat the others.

Once I finally got the estimate back to them, I was scheduled promptly.  Mike Terry came out, who clearly has a ton of plumbing experience (and, as a nice addition, is a super sweet and friendly guy). He worked steadily in no A/C to get all the work done which took most of the day.  The next day, I realized something I had asked to be on the estimate, but then asked them to leave it off the invoice actually still needed service (bathroom tub P Trap leaking ... which had been replaced with the original remodel, and I thought I had been able to tighten it securely, but again ... another story!).  They sent Mike T. back out within 48 hours, he fixed the P Trap in literally 15 minutes, and they charged me the original price which was bundled at a discount in the original project estimate, to boot! This is absolutely unheard of in my experiences of the service industries in California, where most companies charge service fees or service minimums.  AND, most importantly, the work he did is legit and quality, and I have zero doubts that if something should spring a leak in the future, as does happen sometimes, they would honor their warranty and have a reasonable fix.

If you've had enough of dodgy plumbing companies or plumbers, unreasonable estimates, or people not calling you back, do yourself a favor, save yourself some time, and call True Plumbing right away!! Quick do it now!!

I have used Burtech plumbing twice now. They are responsive, polite and conscientous about your plumbing options. Today a man named  BERT came by to clear my bathtub drain. He worked smart and had my problem remedied in about 20 minutes. I have recommended Burtech to some of my friends. I definitely plane to use them next time i have a plumbing issue. Thank you to the entire staff!
