We have used CSR several times, most recently to replace our shower fixtures. They are always on time, professional, friendly and most importantly do great work. We highly recommend them. Today, Mike came out, right on time and fixed my shower stopper issue in 10 seconds flat (my fault for not unscrewing properly) and showed me how it works. He then spoke with the boss and graciously left without charging me. That kind of gesture is hard to find these days; CSR will continue to be our go to for our plumbing needs!

Quick, clean, respectful, and knowledgeable.  They called in advance and were very prompt!  The technician walked me through everything he was doing and took the time to explain why he was doing it that way.  He cleaned up after himself when he was finished.

I would not hesitate to call them again for another repair.  Though if it were a really large job, I'd probably bid it out to a couple other plumbers as well.  Their prices were a bit steep but not unreasonable.

Came home from road trip to hear water running inside our wall. Texted with Aaron that morning, James was at our place about an hour later. Opened the wall and diagnosed the problem within minutes. Repair completed less than 2 hours later for much less money than I anticipated. Professional, courteous and capable from start to finish. Highly recommended.

It's not very often when I feel valued and appreciated as a customer, especially from a contractor or contractor company.  Seriously though, Core Plumbing went above and beyond our expectations.  We booked their service online through Yelp and within an hour, they got back to us with an appointment set up during the same week.  On the day of the service, they called us an hour prior to let us know that they were running a couple hours behind due to their current job taking a little longer.  I appreciated that courtesy call.  Although we initially contacted them to replace my kitchen sink with an upgraded stainless sink, they walked around the house to do a more thorough inspection.  They checked all of the water pressures, sinks and faucets, water heater, fittings and regulators, and they found that our 20-year old tank water heater needed to be replaced immediately since it was at the end of its lifespan.  It also needed to be put up-to-code anyway.  We agreed to have it replaced, and the crew had to go out to purchase the water heater for us so they had been in and our of our house throughout the day.  Because they were replacing my kitchen sink, we couldn't use the kitchen at all and we were a little concerned that it might go over a day, but they still promised us that the job would be completed within the day.  As it was getting into the evening, they called for more staff to lend an extra hand.  My house looked like a mad circus with a handful of people there, but they were all so diligent, never complained and had a really good attitude.  We never felt like they were rushing through.  They were done a little after 8 PM.  I really couldn't believe how they managed to function for that long with us.  Needless to say, their service was amazing.  As if I couldn't be more impressed with them, the owners of Core Plumbing (Don and Grant) took the time to also send us a handwritten thank you note for our business.  I really appreciate every single staff at Core Plumbing, and I am definitely keeping them in mind again for any future plumbing work!

Used American Ace when my regular plumbing company couldn't send someone out for three days. I'm very glad that I did. Very responsive, they scheduled me for that day and kept me updated on timing. They were very thorough, taking the time to make sure all problems were addressed - and even cleaned up the sink when they finished a spray bottle of clorox! I would definitely use them again.

This is the best team!! We had our full plumbing done on our home and the team was amazing. Very professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. They completed the job in time and even came back to even do final touches. They even helped us with leveling out our front yard which was a big help. I can't recommend this group enough.... If you want a good team you can trust with your home and to do an amazing job call these guys.

I messaged Community on a Sunday morning and within an hour he messaged me a possible fix. He also quoted me a price if his fix didn't work. This was so incredibly fast, forthright and honest (i.e. here's a way to spend $0 just in case and here's my price). His fix worked. I am so impressed with the honesty that I'm writing a review as I would absolutely trust him with plumbing issues in the future!!

I called Monday morning for drain cleaning and the office staff was extremely helpful in getting same day service and offered services from 12-2pm. At 12:08 pm I received a call that they were on their way. Hansel and Hector took a look at the 3 drains, quoted me and got to work. They were polite and professional and showed me the work along the way. Prices were reasonable, service was great, and the crew was friendly and cleaned up after finishing the project.

Matt has done a ton of work for us over the last year with a new-to-us but old home. He does great work at reasonable prices and on two emergency occasions was there for us. Highly recommend them!

Kelley was great! We had a whole list of things we need help with and Kelley counseled us on all of them. We prioritized a couple of plumbing issues including a leak of unknown origin under our kitchen sink. Kelley diagnosed the problem, proposed a couple of different possible solutions and then executed the repair plan by installing a new faucet and sealing everything up. She left us with a kitchen sink that was in much better shape than when the sink was originally installed. She totally Fixed It !!! We'll definitely call her again.

So thankful for the Yelp request a quote capability! It made finding the right plumber a breeze. Filled out the request on a Sunday and Greg responded within minutes and called to discuss our list of things we needed to be fixed/replaced from a garbage disposal to toilet flushing mechanisms  to faucets. All of them were handled in one visit, in a professional and friendly manner. Thank you! We'll definitely keep your number handy in case anything pops up!

Omar and Josue are life savers!!! I asked for a quote for my clogged bath tub and got a response within minutes! Omar assured me that someone will come in a little before 4 to come fix it.
Josue did a great job! He was very nice and super quick. He fixed our clogged tub in no time. And for $69!? Highly recommend these guys!!!

Found Freddy on yelp yesterday and my plumbing is already fixed. Spoke with him on the phone yesterday and he was very professional and personable. We arranged an appointment  time for today. Freddy was right on schedule and completed the job within an hour. His price is fair and his workmanship is very good. It's great to find an honest business person. He will take care of all our future plumbing needs.

The free estimate was what drew us to choose Team Rooter. Luke came out to snake out a clog in our kitchen drain and explained the process clearly.  It didn't work at first, but he persisted with a different machine and method of attack, and got it cleared in under an hour. Great value, great service, respectful of the property. Definitely adding Team Rooter to the contact list.

Called to request clean-out of drain line under driveway using hydrojetting.  The RDZ team responded quickly to all of my questions and concerns.  Job scheduled right away and team arrived on time.  Work performed quickly and effectively.  Reasonable price! Will plan to call this team again, as this is a recurring need for our house.

Burtech Plumbing was great. I posted a Yelp plumbing request at 10pm and they were at noon the next day.
Mike was our plumber and fixed our issues quickly! Mike also took sometime to teach me a few things as I'm a new homeowner and had lots of questions. Highly suggest using them for any issues.
