Alan simply rocked today!! Where is the 10 star rating? Yet again -- Alan went above and beyond the call of duty. He made sure the dishwasher that we had installed was as perfect as it could be -- in a 100+ year old home (no small task). And while here, I asked him to give me another estimate -- which required getting in a crawl space. He did the job with a smile, precision, and quality -- he treated it like it was his own home. Our townhouse had a bit of negligible leaking in our garage for some years that eventually turned into a flooding of our garage when some of pipes started leaking badly. For about a week, it was a touch and go situation here, with my housemates and I actively checking for flooding just to be able to take (cold) showers.

After the leak specialists and asbestos people came through, and it was finally show-time, Tony, Mark, and Jake were extremely courteous during the course of the all-day repair. They were kind enough to answer some questions I had about their fix and the water configuration, as well as some random questions I had about plumbing (I'm just a tenant trying to push forward) in case things go south.

While our water configuration allowed for all the manifolds to be addressed in the basement / garage, allowing for a contained repair, custom houses and other touch and go situations may be more involved. In all cases big and small, I recommend getting a consultation (possibly from these guys).

Debbie answered my call this morning about 8:30a (on a Monday) after I got told by 6 other plumbers that they didn't have anyone available. John and Steve came out about 3 (earliest they could make it), and were done replacing the cartridge in our new Moen faucet inside an hour (even had to run and get a new part). Super friendly and professional, will call 5 star again, thanks folks!!

I have had called Fred twice for urgent problems.  My AC condensation line flooded during the summer. I tried fixing it with information from Youtube and failed. Fred stopped by the same day and fixed the issue fast.

Today one of my sink water lines began leaking.  I tried fixing it myself with tools from the store and I spent 3 hours failing at it.  Fred stopped by an hour after I called, fixed both of my cold and hot water lines and compression shut off valves in 30 minutes.  

Fred is one of the hardest working guys you'll see. He is super responsive and efficient. I can sleep better knowing Fred is around to assist if I can't fix the problems.

If I could give Fred 10 stars out of 5, I would.  He is great!!

Manny was prompt, professional, and friendly! Solved my clogged sewer line in about 10 minutes for $3,000 cheaper than the scam company that originally came out.

Hello, my name is Shayne and I live in South Park, San Diego. I hired Community Plumbing to move a gas line. When Tony and Eric from Community Plumbing arrived to move the gas line we asked them if they could hook up our sink too. They were more than happy help out. Once they started they found many mistakes a handyman we hired had made, which were obvious once they showed me and explained it in detail. They managed to fix all the mistakes that were made and get our kitchen up and running!. Tony and Eric were professional, helpful and worked very well together. If you want to pay an arm and a leg above market price for friendly service, these are your guys. Got upsold on jetting out my main sewer line for almost $1000 and it on exacerbated the problem. To fix the problem, they wanted $3200 more. It seemed ridiculous, so I asked for a breakdown in parts and labor. Nothing. Tried contacting two more times and nothing. Found a plumber who friends gave great reviews to do for $900. What a waste of $1000...

Very quick and fair priced service compared to other plumbers. Owner over the phone was transparent about pricing and scheduled me right away. The serviceman who came was prompt and went straight away to the issue. The job was finished in less time I thought it would have taken.

Before leaving he tested, described fully once more was was repaired, and offered any further assistance if needed.

Will do business again.

After trying to get 3 other plumbers to help me as my kitchen was flooding and causing severe water damage to my walls for several days yes days nobody was willing to help! They were too busy and rude ...not kidding. Drain Patrol being the worst by scheduling and not showing up and also pretending they didn't know I was waiting ugh so frustrating!! (Drain Patrol will get a negative review go see it on their page) I called Eastlake plumbing at 9 pm to find the most friendly staff not only did they walk me thru a step by step temporary plan to immediately stop the water so I didn't have to pay after hour rates but they showed up as promised first thing in the morning! Forever grateful and will recommend to everyone ! THANK YOU EP!

Kelly installed shelves in a small pantry, repaired a wall that my dog had scratched and several other repairs. She is fast and skilled.  I'll definitely use her again. Happy to support a business owned by a kick ass capable woman.

I've had two experiences with this team.  Omar was the first one to show up on location on both occasions.  My first experience involved his team addressing a laundry room water source leak.  As soon as Omar looked at the issue, he had one of his team members come and address the issue on the same day.  After this experience I remembered their professionalism and, importantly when it comes to water issues, their speedy ability to come out on-site.  When it came time for me to handle some shower faucet replacements, I reached out to Omar.  Not only did he have a day scheduled for me immediately, he also provided some education on the faucets and brands I was looking at.  Jose was the one that came out the day to do the work.  I'm glad he did because the job was more involved than I would have been able to handle on my own.  Jose was kind enough to pull me in and show me when he did some of the replacement steps, which I appreciated in case I ever needed to make changes in the future.  I'll definitely reach out to Omar and his team again for my plumbing needs.

David came out to fix our leaky water spigot and noticed that our washer was leaking some water from the drain, so he offered to fix that as well while he was here! Everything works perfect now. We are very happy with their professional and courteous service and will definitely be recommending them!

This is a couple weeks overdue. I called these guys after a certain pepper plumbing company tried to upcharge me $400+ dollars because they had to bring thier machine to the second floor. Live in Carlsbad and had a backed up kitchen sink. Tried to snake it a few times myself with no luck. Called Team Rooter and Padraic came out and did a FULL assessment before even talking about price. Took the time to explain to me what was likely happening. When he couldnt clear the drain the first time he called his supervisor (Kenny Kniskern) who had a bigger snake. He came out and even stuck a camera down the pipe to make sure they knew what they were up against. They snaked the drain,got it cleared and honored the promotional pricing!! Would definately recommend these guys! Top notch service

I needed a drain added immediately,  RDZ came to the rescue.  They worked into the night to get the job done in a day. I was super impressed with the dedication and quality of the work.  It was a big job, and I wasn't able to be there while the worked,  so they took pictures of the job while it was being done and shared them with me when I got home.  They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with their work.  RDZ plumbing and drains are super professional.

I did a quick yelp search for a plumber in our area and sent True plumbing a request a quote- they got back to me with in mins and had a team here the following day. Fantastic customer service, and the team that came was professional, very friendly, on time, and very helpful. I highly recommend!!

I am very disappointed with Burtech plumbing that has all 5 reviews since they do not provide 5 star service. The business seems to take advantage of elderly clients who depend on the honesty of their service providers. My parents who are both over age 85 contacted them to fix a simple problem -- a toilet that was continuously running into the toilet itself with no leaking outside of the toilet. They received a quote for $160 to fix the problem, but instead charged $269. A week later, the problem returned and then they sent a different plumber Gino who charged an additional $190 to fix the same problem.  However, a few days later, there was water all over the bathroom floor since the toilet tank now started leaking. I went over to their house in the middle of the night to assess the problem and temporarily emptied the toilet tank to stop the leak. The issue was clearly due to the improper attachment of the toilet tank that was caused when Gino had to unscrew the toilet tank.

However, I called them on Monday morning to try to have them fix the issue and the receptionist said someone would return my call right away, but a few hours later, I still did not hear back. When I called again, the receptionist told me that no one was able to come today (even though I called at 7am) and they would potentially charge my parents for another visit to asses the situation the next day. I think that is unacceptable to charge elderly clients 3 times to fix the same problem and another problem that was caused by one of their own plumbers.

I would not recommend Burtech plumbing due to their poor customer service.
