Plumbing issues are usually sucha nightmare but I was so relieved when Mike showed up and swiftly addressed the issue. Mike was informative, competent and very skilled. It was definitely the best experience I've had! He has even pointed out potential issues I may experience from the pipe which had some early corrosion and provided up front estimate in less than 2minutes just by looking at his iPad! Definitely recommend these guys for any plumbing needs!

What a find!  As a new resident to North County, it's been a real c--- shoot finding good, reliable tradespeople.  This was my THIRD attempt looking for a plumber.
I'll attempt to make my story short.

I bought a very large home in Aviara back in August 2012.  It was to be my haven from Los Angeles, eventually becoming my permanent residence when I stopped working at Executive Producer of JUDGE JUDY.  When the escrow closed many, little plumbing issues were to have been addressed and were not.  I rode it out the first year fixing things I was capable of doing myself - new toilet flushers, aerators - that kind of thing.

Recently the faucet in the laundry room looked as though the handle for the valve was going to break off from corrosion and rust.  I picked up a new fixture at Home Depot with full intention of installing it myself.  When it was time to do the deed, and I risked a huge issue by procrastinating one more day, I used the app, HOUSE CALL, I recently downloaded on my phone.  I plugged in all of the information requested and within minutes I received a call from Byron Hoch, the ower/proprietor of All American Plumbing.  He gave me an ETA and arrived at my house at the appointed time!!!
Minutes passed and the new fixture was installed.  Done.

Feeling pleased, I discussed a few issues with Byron who stopped me mid-sentence, You know we offer a FREE home inspection of all your plumbing and drains - including your water heater.  What?  A free home inspection?  As I waved goodbye I was dialing his office on my phone.

The inspection was set for the following week - a day and TIME of MY choosing.
At the appointed hour, Byron, and an apprentice, arrived and spend three hours inspecting my home.  At the end he presented me with a comprehensive list of items which needed attention.  (Experience on JUDGE JUDY has prepared me for con jobs.)  Since I had the printed inspection report from my escrow, I knew he hadn't missed an issue.  However, as he pointed out, HIS list was prioritized so that issues that needed immediate attention would be addressed first, and costs for other repairs were itemized.

Most important was a pressure regulator which, left unattended, could have led to an unhappy pipe bursting at any hour day or night.  However, my previous home inspection mentioned nothing.  Before he left, we set an appointment to address the most urgent of the issues on his list.

Once again, he arrived on time....with an apprentice, David.  Within three hours a list of, roughly, 25 issues were addressed.  For some of the smaller things, he didn't even charge me...like clearing a drain, or reconnecting the thingamajig to stop the drain in the bathroom sink.

Have I said too much?  Honestly, my neighbors have asked if I was happy 'coz their home is the same age with the same issues.  We're going to keep him busy for a few more days.  

All American Plumbing is FIRST RATE!!  And, their not ol' geasers who're goin' anywhere soon.  They'll be around to rely on them for years.

I have been using Collins Pacific Plumbing for the last 10 years. The work is done professional  they always arrive on time or early and the cost is always fare. I have nothing but good things to say about this company. I have had a few emergency situations and they have been there every time and the problem has been taken care of perfectly. I recommend them highly the work always right and on time.

Core Plumbing spent the day at my house replacing a toilet and a water heater. They also upgraded my pressure valve. They were courteous, clean and did a great job.

Bought a new place and had Justin come out to install several faucets in the bathrooms and kitchen. As always he was super helpful, fast and efficient. He does great work at a reasonable price. We are glad we have a plumber we can rely on!

I needed a water heater replaced and Ivan did the job correctly flawlessly and fast. The initial water heater that was install came broken from the manufacturer which was under warranty but not for the labor coverage that Manny the owner had gladly cover for me since this came out to be a charge for me. I was very grateful when I spoke and handle this situation of the additional cost with Manny that they came and fix the problem with no stress or cost what so ever. I am very confident to recommend TL Premier Plumbing for their work and commitment.

These guys are awesome, had an issue where hot water wasn't getting to one of my showers but was still available to all other places.  Called on a Tuesday and they setup an appointment for the next day.  Unfortunately I couldn't take it due to HOA rules, but they basically gave me the first appointment possible that complied with regulations.  They showed up on time and corrected the issue, then upon testing found a problem with the exit spout, which they went ahead and fixed since they were already there.  Super quick, efficient, and very reasonably priced.  I will be calling these guys first with any plumbing concerns in the future.

Me and my wife recently bought our first house and needed a gas line capped in our kitchen to properly install an electric stove in the area the previous gas stove was.  One of their plumbers came by and quoted us $1200 for capping a gas line!  $1200! We ended up getting the job done from a different local plumbing shop for just over $150. Be very careful with this business, especially to you first time home buyers that are new with these sort of things. Don't get scammed- avoid this business, get multiple quotes.

We have worked with this plumbing company throughout the years and they never disappoint.  Fair Prices, high quality work, and superb customer service.

Best. Handyperson. Ever. Kelley is a no-nonsense, get-to-work, get-it-done professional. All with a pleasant, easy-going demeanor. I would hire her again in a heartbeat. I got in over my head trying to DIY an LED strip install in my teenage daughter's bedroom. I watched a number of YouTube videos trying to figure it out, landed on trying to copy a professional install with mounted aluminum L-channels, bought all of the pieces, then realized this was a much bigger project than I could do on my own. Kelley came in, saved me from myself, it took us several tries to figure it out as I had not purchased the right parts but she was patient as we worked through it and at the end of the day I have a super happy daughter and an awesome looking LED track along the ceiling, that I can easily remove without stripping the paint or wallpaper whenever this latest teen LED trend is over. Thank you Kelley!!!

Couldn't say enough positive things about this company. We were in the middle of a master bathroom remodel when I stumbled across Plumbing Tree because of their ratings on Yelp. I originally spoke with Miguel who was able to quote me over the phone for the work. Over time, I had the pleasure of also speaking with Freddy. Both Miguel and Freddy were easy to get ahold of and extremely transparent about their pricing (which was also very affordable). I typically bid out several contractors for jobs and they won on their pricing and professionalism. On the day of work, we had Gilbert come to our home. My wife happened to be home while I worked and she said Gilbert was respectful and worked hard to finish the job on time. We had several issues come up in our bathroom that nobody could foresee but Gilbert was extremely helpful in making recommendations and giving guidance on what we needed to do. Needless to say, we will be using Plumbing Tree as our go-to plumbers from now on. We will also be recommending them to our friends and family!

I am so glad to get RDZ helping me unclog a few water drainage pipes (very old, 27+ years, pipes laid under the ground). The pipes were filled with muds and rocks all the way. They showed up at my place in an hour after I called them and took care of the matter in half an hour! Very professional and trustworthy. I am really grateful for the service they provided to me.

Phillip came out to install a new water reducing pressure valve and new spigot on the same line. Showed up prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. Got right to work and when done everything looked great and worked well. First time using them but will definitely look to them for any future needs.
