Mike was on-time, quick and efficient. I called 3 other places and they wanted to charge me over $200 starting for a hot water valve replacement so I could get my dishwasher installed. CSR quoted $180-$200. My total was $180 I will always use CSR for my plumbing issues. Great company.

I called Byron and his crew when I had a big underground pipe leak in my backyard under concrete.  Not your run-of-the-mill, call-any-plumber kind of problem.  They came over to my house and I showed them where the leak was (I had called Cable Pipe and Leak Detection earlier in the week to locate the source of the leak).  I asked them How would you recommend this be fixed?  It turns out they had all the tools needed to cut through the concrete, dig down to where the busted pipe was, and repair the leak.  He even included patching the hole in the concrete as part of the estimate, but also offered to refer me to a professional concrete person in case I wanted it to look nice.  Since it was in the back yard out of sight by the gate, I didn't really care that much, but I appreciated the offer.  After having my main water shut-off for a whole week due to the leak (there was no intermediate shut-off between it and the main water shut-off at the curb), they had the leak repaired and my water turned back on within a couple of hours.  They were courteous and professional, and I also appreciated that they would describe exactly what they were doing when troubleshooting a problem, and even gave me tips on stuff I could do myself if I felt brave enough.  I was so impressed that they were the first call I made the next time I had a plumbing problem that I couldn't handle myself.

The only surprise I had when working with the team at Collins Pacific Plumbing was how simple the whole process was! After a week of chasing home warranty over my broken water heater, I gave up on that headache and found Collins Pacific Plumbing as a local and alternative solution. They were able to install a new water heater within 24 hours of contact, and provide competitive pricing. Aaron, Jose, and Michael were all responsive and professional, they were a pleasure to work with and I am very happy with their service, thank you!

Came out to my house, wasted a lot of time trying to find a leak... said they fixed it and then began leaking again. After my landlord made a negative review online, the owner met my landlord at my home and inspected it and was going to give us a quote to get a new tub installed. Supposed to get a quote today and then my landlord got an email from the owner saying since he made a negative review, he was not willing to do the work with us. My landlord and I gave him the opportunity to right the situation and change the review from a one star to a five star. Instead he decided not to try and right the situation that they put us in. This is what we are left with...  Something that is still leaking that they said they fixed and they charged us $1000 but no repair was actually made and we have a huge hole in our ceiling. Very immature ownership/management. I would never treat any of my customers like this. I would stay far far far away from these people.

UPDATE: even look at the response from the owner. This is what you will get with core plumbing. Immature response to an issue that they left a customer with. The facts are exactly this.

They wasted our time coming out to our house many times and we had to take a lot of time off of work because they came back to fix the leaks 4-5 times.

They left us with a hole in our ceiling and a leaking bathtub that they said they fixed. Insane.

I had a bathroom sink leaking underneath and clogging up that I was worried would be a huge problem. Having used Five Star Plumbing a couple of months earlier for a separate bathroom issue, I decided to use them again. They were able to fix the issue and ease my concerns in a very professional and reassuring manner. Having had such positive experiences these last couple of times, and knowing how valuable it is to have an honest and competent service provider like a plumber, I'll be sure to use them in the future for any plumbing needs that arise, and I would strongly recommend them to anyone else as well

It was a sudden emergency! In the morning, I noticed that our 36 year-old water pressure regulator in the garage had started dripping. By afternoon, a steady stream of water was pouring out of it, so I closed the main water shut-off valve and then turned to Yelp to find a plumber in our general area who could come pronto.
The first three were unable to send a plumber for several days, then I got in touch with Fred of American Ace Plumbing. He is local and said he could come soon, but in the meantime asked that I text him a photo of the failed device. A few minutes later, he texted back with an estimate. I don't know whether or not it was competitive, but I had nothing to compare it with and quick action was needed anyway, so I accepted. Fred showed up less than 2 hours later with a replacement regulator and got to work. It was necessary for him to replace the copper pipe into which the old regulator was installed, which he did in a professional manner (I've done a little copper pipe soldering in my time). He finished the job in a little less than an hour and I am pleased with finished job. The new regulator is all metal as opposed to the original which was plastic. I must say I was impressed with his forethought in asking for a photo and his efficiency in bringing a replacement.

Manny is great, he is professional, courteous and does quality work. He was able to come the day after I called him. As a new home owner Manny provided plenty of maintenance tips and made sure I knew how everything worked.
I needed a few faucet installations, a garbage disposal installed and my bath faucet fixed. Everything was done in a timely manner and everything works as it should.
I will definitely be going back to TL Premier Plumbing for any future plumbing needs.

Very very happy with the job Daniel and his team completed. They came out the very same day I requested a quote and did a wonderful job. I will definitely be using him again when my water heater needs replacing and for whatever pops up in our rental property. I like to do business with the small business owners and you can tell he has pride and experience. Oh and his rate was Great too, will recommend him to my friends and family!

We found Eastlake Plumbing after a very highly rated plumbing company skipped out on our appointment, twice. Eastlake Plumbing really did a professional job fixing our tub and giving us an estimate on our toilets. They were in and out and got everything done super quick. The other plumbing company said they had to order 'special parts' and charge us extra for a shower stem that Eastlake didn't even mention as a potential problem; they just fixed it with a generic one that fit perfectly. They are very nice people and we'd gladly do business with them again. Very affordable, too!

Had a few small projects around the house. She did an amazing job and love the quality of the work. Notified us of additional work we should do in the future and was cautious not to cause unnecessary damage. Would definitely recommend, and will be hiring for future projects.

Awesome experience. Provided quote up front. We were fixed into allowing another plumber come to to provide a quote and when he was here he said it would be $585 to change out the garbage disposal. Troy did it for &250! Honest and reliable.

Omar is absolutely wonderful to work with! He is honest, reliable and friendly guy. He helped figured out leak in laundry room, happened 4am in morning. It was nightmare to deal with and bit tricky to figure out -- Issue turns out to be due to RO line not connected to drain pipe properly and not washer/dryer!!! Really appreciate going extra mile by Omar (owner) to find  root cause and being very patient/approachable throughout the process. Highly recommend him to whomever needs service!

We have been a customer of Plumbing Tree for a few years now.  All of the folks have very polite, hard working, and provide quality plumbing work.

I had previously used Team Rooter for a blocked sewer line. So, when I had a leaking water heater I called Steven A. as he was my previous contact. On a Saturday Steven called me back almost immediately to say he was sending a technician and would be there within an hour.
The water heater needed replacement as thought so a new one brought in and replaced the same day. As usual, this technician was also neat clean and wore shoe protection over his shoes .
So refreshing to work with people who really know the business and treat you like family.
I can't say enough good things about this company and te hnicans like Steven A. set the example of great workmanship and a proud employee.

Like everyone in construction, they're super busy, but yet responsive. Saw that they were a family local business and turned out happy with their customer service. My problem turned out to be a bigger one after addressing the main drain clog up. I made sure to pay attention to them while they explained how it could happen and saw their honesty. Love supporting local businesses, keep up the good work!

We had to re-pipe our house.  It took four days to complete the job.  The workers cleaned up every day after putting in a long day.  I highly recommend the company.

This may not apply to all their work, but their home plumbing services are fantastic. We had two other plumbers come to our residence to try and fix a clogged drain, but both were unsuccessful. Both of these plumbers said that to fix the clogged drain that they would need to crawl under the house and cut out the affected pipes to replace it with updated parts. Our property manager contacted Burtech Pipeline to come and determine if the pipes truly needed to be replaced. Their associate Storm Linden arrived at our house within an hour of us calling, and then proceeded to fix the clog in ten minutes. All in all I was very satisfied with their work, and would definitely call them again for my home plumbing needs.
