After using a plumber that professed to be licensed, I hired Laidlaw Plumbing to replace the work. I could not be happier with the work Mr. Laidlaw's team performed in my home. Thank you!

Ok at first and then turned not so good.  Chris addressed a leak issue in the kitchen drain that was tricky to access. After cutting holes in the crawl space ceiling, they needed to access it from the outside of the condo wall.  They patched the leak and I thought we were done with the problem.  Two days later our kitchen sink is backing up with debris, dirty water etc.. to the point that the pipe under the sink burst open and flooded the kitchen floor.  I called Chris twice, texted several times and finally he answered IN A TEXT with a very uncaring, hands off attitude.  Telling me it sounds like there's a backup somewhere... Yeah -- you think?!  He forwarded me some guy's name that could come snake drain and that guy couldn't get out to us.  After telling Chris how unprofessional he was, he offered to come out and connect the pipe.  I don't want anyone back in my house who clearly doesn't care.  Come to find out by a 2nd plumbing company that same day, that there was a pipe, about 10 feet long that was sagging terribly, where all the water was settling and getting stuck, causing the backup.  If Chris had just stuck his head into the hole that he had cut and further investigated, he would've seen this.  He misdiagnosed the root cause of the issue to begin with.  We are scheduled with another plumber to fix the actual cause of the problem now.  San Diego's Finest Plumbing,  NOT SO FINE.

Our household had a plumbing emergency with our shower cartridge being stuck. We had called another plumber previously who wanted to charge us $280 an hour because it was an emergency. They claimed they had to cut a hole into our bathroom wall and replace the entire valve which would have been a 4 hour job.

Christian from the Pipe Bros fixed the problem within 20 minutes without having to do any invasive work whatsoever. My family really appreciated the honesty which is truly rare these days.

If I needed a prescription for plumbing I would definitely be calling these guys. Absolutely professional, customer service savvy and catered to some of our business requirements for service. Speedy service and speedy invoice. If you are looking for a service vendor that you can trust to be there and on time, don't pass up these guys.

Quality of the work was good and he appeared to be quite knowledgeable. We called ahead and he was pretty straightforward about the labor charge and how long he thought it would take to fix the issue. However, I was really disappointed in the amount he charged for parts and materials. Basically charging a 500% markup. Perhaps I should have asked beforehand but I wasn't expecting such a  significant charge for parts that I know the retail cost. I think he would have been honest if asked beforehand so just make sure you do so as the work was done well, but just felt that he took advantage of us not asking. Oh well!

Needed to have a tub and sink snaked, and a check on the water pressure. Called Plumb365 and a few hours later Dustin was here. Reasonably priced, very professional, no upselling, they just did the job I asked for. Finding a plumber you can trust is about as difficult as finding a trustworthy mechanic. I think I've found mine!

Porfirio wa súper profesional, he was on time and when we call him Friday around 7:30 pm he answered the phone right away.  He is super reasonable and friendly. I highly recommend!!!!! And really reasonable prices! Thank you Diaz pluming!

Jared was incredible - came over, saw what he needed to do, made some great suggestions - He got all the right parts for a large job, the first time (this never happens). Have recommended to contractor friends and family members. Amazing guy!

Thank you to Jonathon...he did a great job at identifying and fixing the clog in our drain lines! We have been having an issue with frequent clogging since we moved into our home almost a year ago. The other plumbers that have come out, got the toilet unclogged but not truly unclog the line. Jonathon worked until he got everything resolved. I hope I won't  need them out for a while, but whenever I need help again I won't hesitate to call Xtreme Drainworks. Their dispatcher/office manager (?), Karen, was as nice as they come too...she not only assured me that they would be out, but followed up to make sure that everything was satisfactory. Lastly, their fee ($310 for camera detection, snake/cable and the work to find a second cleanout, seemed very reasonable for the amount of time and effort spent fixing the problem.

I had a major issue with the old cast iron sewage pipes at my house.  My bathtub drain was completely plugged up, and a snake could not clear it.  First I had a couple of the big guys (Mr. Rooter, etc.) come out and they did a camera inspection.  I had leaks and roots inside the sewage pipes.  They suggested replacing the pipes with ABS pipes using pipe-bursting.  The pipes will be replaced, but they will still be located under the house and under the concrete slab. They wanted a lot of money to do that.  The other big company suggested relining the pipes, but then I found out they can only reline 3 inch pipes, not 2 inch pipes which is half of my pipes.  Also with lined pipes, you can not use a snake to clear clogs anymore. The snake will actually damage the liner.  I then called Just Plumbing and they rerouted the sewage pipes underground on the outside of the house using ABS pipes.  They did a great job at a fraction of the price of the big guys.  The best thing about rerouting the plumbing outside is that now I have easy access to the pipes in case there is another issue with my sewage pipes in the future.
I will always use JUST PLUMBING from now on.  Great service at a fair price.
Oh yes,  one of the Big Guys called me back and asked if I have decided to do the job.  I told her I decided to use a smaller company that will do it at 1/3 of your cost.  She said: Oh yes, we run into that a lot. That's because we are a large company and we have a lot of over head.  At lease she was honest.

Response was quick and we're here the next day to complete the work. Professional and not pushy a big plus in my book.

Fernando at AR plumbing is absolutely WONDERFUL. We had a leak from an upstairs bathroom down to our family room and kitchen. I called 5 different businesses and Fernando was the first person to say I can be over whenever you're home.   From the moment he came to our door he was polite, professional, competent with his profession and communicated the problems I had with the leak so I could understand how it happened, how he could fix it and what it would end up costing.  He encouraged me to contact my insurance company right away to make sure we were taken care of and if there was a different company the insurance company wanted us to use, to just let him know. Now let's talk about his workers. They showed up on time, every day and were very professional, polite and very hard working. I never felt like the job was dragging on or had doubts about the quality of workmanship. Fernando has very knowledgeable people on his team who were able to answer any questions I had and they would communicate my concerns with him so he was kept in the loop at all times. From start to finish with this project, Fernando made the whole situation easy and accommodating for our family and I am so thankful for his time and help. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for quality work at a fair price as well as will be contacting them for any future plumbing repairs or upgrades we may need.

We had a pinhole leak in the wall of our restaurant. They arrived quickly and repaired the issue quickly. We are super appreciative for their help and will definitely use them in the future for any plumbing needs.

Our experience with Guardian was great, our plumber was on time and completed several repairs quickly and accurately, the pricing of their work was very reasonable, for sure we will use Guardian in the future.

I noticed a leak in our rental's garage near the water main which was also leaking on the other side of the wall outside our home. I made some calls and put out a project request on a Friday afternoon as businesses were closing for the day. The soonest return window I'd received was Wednesday next week.

I left for a few minutes and came back to Danny and his colleague switching off the main to my house to prevent further leaking and to help reduce the inevitable hit on our water bill. He explained how to operate the switch and was ready to diagnose the leak next day.

He was professional, proactive, and friendly. He let me know about a deal running through the weekend too, and we worked together to contact the homeowner and get the work started.

He came back Monday to evaluate the water main and Tuesday to repair. He installed a diversion line since the slab leak would have been a major operation. He was done within a few hours and restored water to our home.

Had a plumber scheduled to install a water filter today.  He cancelled because something came up so I call north county water heater.  He came over and  installed the system within one hour of the call.  He is  my go to plumber.  Thanks for getting it done for me.
