I have used Don Laidlaw for a number of plumbing issues.  He stands by his work and always does a fine job.  

The last time I used him I had a whole house water filter installed outside the house.  After he left we noticed a small leak that night and called Don back.

It turns out that when Don manipulated the pipe outside a small hairline crack formed inside the wall.

Don came back immediately the next day (which turned out to be Father's Day) and discovered, cut through the wall and fixed everything.

The thing that impressed me most was the quality of his cuts through the wall, the replacement of everything, and the initial work he did.

I know that he was excited about spending Father's Day with his kids and I respected that he took a part of that day and followed through to make sure the job was complete and of good quality.

When it comes to hiring a professional to work for you, you can't ask for more than that.

They weren't able to do what we needed.  Said his wife would call me. She never did. When I tried calling, no-one answered and it said they hadn't set up their voicemail yet. Somebody has got to get their act together.

When all other plumbers were booking weeks out, Pipe Bros sent someone out right away. And he was GREAT! Nice, competent, reasonable.

Travis with Prescription Plumbing is wonderful! He installed a fire pit in our back yard and did a great job. He was friendly, professional, affordable, got the job in one day and even explained how to use it properly and safely after he was done installing it. Funny enough, one of our pipes sprung a leak the following week just before we were supposed to go out to town. He came over just a couple hours after calling him and fixed it for us! My ex-wife and I owned a house that had old pipes and we were constantly calling plumbers to come fix the problem.  When I met Cal and called him to help me fix my problem, his estimate was higher than what I had been used to paying. When I questioned him on it, he said that the difference is that with him I pay once and get the job done right so it is much cheaper in the long run. And he was absolutely right. After he was done fixing the problem, we were truly done with it. So the reality is that while his initial outlay was a bit higher, the true cost was MUCH lower. Cal has integrity, knowledge and exceptional service. I have recommended him to many of my friends and clients and they all rave about him.

I just had Boston Dave and Richie out to clear a blockage in my mainline. They did an amazing job and were super friendly and helpful with everything. They went above and beyond with the cleaning and checked to make sure there was just the one problem area. I hope I don't have plumbing problems again, but if I do I'll be calling Plumb365 back.

I highly recommend calling Diaz for any plumbing services you need done. We had our sink and bathtub clogged up several times and Diaz was fast and friendly and got the job done.

We were so grateful to Jared at Pipe and Plumb for replacing our water heater.  They came immediately and assessed the water heater situation and offered us the absolute BEST price and installation for our new water heater. It was a little complicated because we live in a condo and required a double power vent water heater. We compared the cost to 4 other companies, and they beat the price by hundreds of dollars.

Jared was prompt and responded immediately.  He showed up exactly on time, and completed the service in the time he said he would.

Xtreme Drainworks provides Xtreme service!!! After struggling the entire weekend with a stoppage somewhere in our pipes, we finally called Brian on a Sunday evening. He called us back 10 minutes after we left a message and we were set up with an appointment for the next morning. We were so relieved to get an estimate of $86 to (worst case scenario) $116. Imagine our surprise when, after all was said and done, the job cost us just $66! When does that happen???

In San Diego. Excellent work. Recommended. 3 visits: first was to assess the problem,, 2nd to remove all plumbing fixtures under the kitchen sink including the disposal, and 3rd to reinstall the plumbing including a new disposal unit after the kitchen sink had been refinished. Plumbing cost was reasonable and was charged for just the 2 visits. Appointments were on time within the window provided.  Tim did an excellent job of plumbing and provided a lot of good information about plumbing and repair work in general.  Also recommended a good sink refinishing company who also did a good job. I was pleased with the work and would recommend Tim and his company to others. I expect  to be in touch with him again if new future problems occur.

These guys are simply awesome! I called and got a same day appointment, they showed up on time when they said, and even called prior to arriving. They went above and beyond to make sure the issue at hand was fixed accurately and promptly and when done you couldn't tell they were even there. Had a great experience with Agape Restoration! They came to the rescue when our house had a major leak below the house for almost 2 months! Fernando was great to work with, professional and got the job done at our home for a wonderful price. We can't thank them enough!

Despite the hustle and bustle of the holiday season, Done Right responded   promptly and professionally from first contact.  Every person that contacted me was very understanding - from the dispatch agent to the general manager (Juan).  I cannot say enough how they made themselves available and followed-up either a Yelp conversation, text or phone call.  They are committed to upholding their company name Done Right!

My problem was the Master double sinks drained slowly and smelled of sewage.  I first went with the $40 drain clean (aka snaking).  After a mix-up on the appointment (my error), James still managed to arrive at my place.  Geez their snake is industrial length!  After putting in some serious time and energy, it first appeared successful.  But it was not, and also, a new leak appeared because of the old pipe was plastic and the seal was no longer good.  James recommended jetting which turned out to be what was needed.

Done Right made no delay in scheduling the jetting.  This time it was Juan who diagnosed the problem more closely prior to jetting.  He showed examples while explaining what the pipes most likely looked like.  And he's right knowing that the pipes have not had a jetting in probably decades!  I'm lucky that the pipes did not need to be replaced.  Needless to say, the pipes completely cleared.  The water will be running smooth for another 8-9 years now!

Other details worth mentioning is they applied the $40 drain clean to my jetting, which I thought was generous since the 1st visit (James) required intensive time and labor.  Also, they wore booties, kept the work area covered to protect your floors, and cleaned up after the job is finished.

All said, Done Right takes every step to ensure that their work is beyond reproach.  While I hope not to need a plumber anytime soon, I know who to call when I do!

The best to be expected. They were prompt, smart and knew exactly what my project needed with their knowledge. Plus they were very fair with the pricing.

We were having problems with our water heater. We called guardian plumbers, because they had a good review in Yelp. The tech came out to give us an estimate for a new water heater. It was replaced that afternoon. We have a pump that pumps the hot water through the house, so we have hot water around 30 to 40 seconds. We took a shower that evening and it took about three minutes to get hot water. I call them up to tell them what was a going on. They sent out a tech to check out the problem, he said your pump could of been run dry when the water heater was installed. They had someone from the company come out in the evening to replace a part to the pump, now we're get hot water in about 30 to 40 seconds. I happy to find a company that stands by there work. I would give them six to seven stars, but you can only give them five. I would differently recommend guardian plumbing to anyone that needs a honest plumber.

I noticed a leak in our rental's garage near the water main which was also leaking on the other side of the wall outside our home. I made some calls and put out a project request on a Friday afternoon as businesses were closing for the day. The soonest return window I'd received was Wednesday next week.

I left for a few minutes and came back to Danny and his colleague switching off the main to my house to prevent further leaking and to help reduce the inevitable hit on our water bill. He explained how to operate the switch and was ready to diagnose the leak next day.

He was professional, proactive, and friendly. He let me know about a deal running through the weekend too, and we worked together to contact the homeowner and get the work started.

He came back Monday to evaluate the water main and Tuesday to repair. He installed a diversion line since the slab leak would have been a major operation. He was done within a few hours and restored water to our home.

Would never think of using another plumber. House is 32 years old and this is the 4th time I've needed Mike and/or his great team. Problems with toilet leaks, shower issues, valve replacements, etc. and every time I've had prompt terrific service. Can't recommend this company enough!!

Very reliable.  So glad that my dad had a positive experience with this company so I would know who to contact.  Our water heater broke down and the water was starting to leak through the walls, and this company sent someone the same day to fix the problem.  I would highly recommend this company.
