I had one of those stressful days where I discovered flooding in my basement the day before I was about to travel out of town for a couple of days.  I called Pipe Bros for an emergency same day appointment and explained the situation; they were very kind about the situation and set up an appointment later that afternoon.  Christian came out within the two-hour appointment window and promptly figured out the issue with the flooding.  He was very professional and nice as well; he was explaining everything as he went along.  Christian also was super honest about the issue and didn't try to offer services that I didn't need, which I really appreciated.  Seriously, this a great company and I highly recommend them if you have a plumbing issue.  I will definitely be using their services in the future!

Recently we needed a lot of work done at our home. We called prescription plumbing because they had great reviews. We needed to replace our bathtub and soon afterwards we had a leak under the slab. Travis replaced the tub and rerouted the pipes with pex A piping. Travis was very professional and did a great job. The work was done almost a year ago and we have had no problems with the plumbing ever since. I highly recommend this company for any plumbing needs.

Had a tenant call the other day, said his shower was clogged. Called Cal to see when he could get out there and said he happened to be in that neighborhood. Called my tenant that he would be over in a few. Cal swung by and unclogged the shower in a jiffy. Tenant happy, I'm happy, all is good. Can always count on Cal to take care of my tenants. Was struggling to find an available plumber to take care of a toilet blockage on New Year's Eve. Plumb365 tried to find an available technician to fit me in, but was unable to. Although they couldn't provide me with service, they referred me to a drain specialist they contract out to, who contacted me immediately and came by within the hour to fix the problem. On Christmas Eve I could hear a weird hissing noise in my laundry room. I called Jared and he was able to come out right away was able to determine a leak in one of my hot water pipes under the laundry room floor. He took care of everything for us promptly the day after Christmas, cutting the floor, fixing the pipe, replacing our water heater and making sure to recommend best courses of action. I've worked with him many times on multiple different jobs for me and he is always courteous,  replies promptly, is on time and does a great job.

What a great company!  I'm a landlady.  I got a call late on a Saturday evening, that the toilet and tub were backing up with sewage, which means there was a clog in the main line.  Turns out we had roots in the pipes.   They came out, fixed the drain and noticed the toilet seal was leaking.  They took care of that, as well and charged a VERY fair price!   Thanks, Xtreme!  You rock!

The company replied quickly to my request. The quote was within reason and adhered to. He was knowledgeable about the different valves and brand names. It was installed and restored our water quickly and clean.

I will absolutely call Fernando from ARS Neighborhood Rooter & Plumbing again and will recommend him to others.  He is communicative, kind, honest, and skilled.  I sent a message requesting a quote at about midnight and he responded by 8 AM the next morning.  He came to my home and repaired my toilet before lunchtime that day, charging exactly what he quoted and getting the work done quickly.  When I called later that day about a subsequent problem he was back within 20 minutes to fix it, and everything's working as it should now. Great experience working with Chad and James. Professional and friendly gentlemen, who know what they are doing. I needed to disconnect the heaviest ceramic sink in the universe and they got it done in no time. Not to mention they agreed to work on a Saturday morning. The worst i have ever seen.my outside faucet had a little leak coming out of the handle. i went to Lowes and bought a new on & off valve for $7.50 to put into the pipe. it still had a small leak. the plumbers wanted $395.00 to put the whole new hose bib that i bought on. i said no, just take the new valve's washer out & put in the old valve and see if that works. so i gave him my pliers to remove the valve and insert new washer and no leak, yeah ,the little drip was fixed. then with my disabled veteran & senior discount they charged me $150.00. my tools, my parts their labor 20  minutes. the real water problem was coming from the 83 year old lady's motorhome's water tank, it needed a new plastic hose attached to the holding tank that i fixed for her yesterday on 4-11-21

I noticed a leak in our rental's garage near the water main which was also leaking on the other side of the wall outside our home. I made some calls and put out a project request on a Friday afternoon as businesses were closing for the day. The soonest return window I'd received was Wednesday next week.

I left for a few minutes and came back to Danny and his colleague switching off the main to my house to prevent further leaking and to help reduce the inevitable hit on our water bill. He explained how to operate the switch and was ready to diagnose the leak next day.

He was professional, proactive, and friendly. He let me know about a deal running through the weekend too, and we worked together to contact the homeowner and get the work started.

He came back Monday to evaluate the water main and Tuesday to repair. He installed a diversion line since the slab leak would have been a major operation. He was done within a few hours and restored water to our home.

After doing a through review of Yelp/Google/Next door reviews I gave Plamen a call to inspect my 10+ year old Water heater that was leaking and likely needed replacing. He answered my call straight away. After reviewing the issue over the phone via texts/pictures, he gave me a quote to replace the heater (thankfully better than I expected) and promised he'd be there first thing the next morning...maybe later that day.  Well I was pleasantly surprised when he squeezed me in later that same day.  He and his son came over - fully masked up, and replaced my unit with no issues at all and left the area cleaner than it was when he started.  Hopefully I don't have to use him again for another 10 years !!... but I highly recommend him to others.
