Great customer service!!! I am very satisfied with the prompt responsiveness and value.  Jerry, the technician was very professional and made sure everything was in working order before leaving our residence.

I had a tankless water heater that was leaking. I contacted Fallbrook Plumbing and requested a quote to replace the old water heater with a traditional 40 Gal. water heater. I approved the work and Mitch scheduled me a few days later. Mitch was great to work with, showed up on time, was clearly knowledgeable and did an excellent job on the install. I highly recommend Fallbrook Plumbing.

STOP searching call Victor Lee Plumbing now. VLP has been handling plumbing complaints at my investment property for years. He is very good with customer service I never had a tenant complain about his work, or attitude. I didn't hesitate to call him to fix a leak in my garage. He showed up on time and with a face mask ready to take on the leak. (July, 2020 Covid just shut CA down for the 2nd time) He has been in business for well over 30 years without a single TV commercial. If you're good like VLP is you don't need to spend thousands of dollars marketing. Word of mouth on sites like YELP are what matters. Warning do not use Craigslist, they do not have a rating system.

I have used professional services in different instances in my life, and in all these years One of the best has been with Bob at Neighborhood Plumbing. He really cares and shows great empathy with the clients. He help me with a water leak in the bathroom and changing a few pipes and a regulator. He charged super fair and was very considerate. He went above and beyond to help to solve the issues. I will refer him in a heartbeat. His son was great too. If I were to use three words to describe his service would be:
Fast, Resourceful and Caring. And very than fair with the price

I had really high water bill. My water bill is always around $75.00 and this month was about $289.00 . So I knew I had a leak someplace and I needed to find it.

Andy came out and found the problem in about 20 minutes. My toilet was running water . After that he made sure that was the problem by checking all other possible problems in the house. We wacht the water meter to make sure that was the problem . He even called the santee water district to make sure the meter was reading correctly.

Andy is very honest, trustworthy and I would recommend him to anyone who us looking for a plumber.

Ziggy was very helpful when he didn't need to be! Even though he understandably doesn't do HOA-related affairs that I thought I had, he talked with me for 15 minutes giving me every bit of helpful info and he answered my many, many questions. He definitely knows his stuff - got more helpful info out of him in 15 min than I did with my 10 hours researching on Internet.

This was one of the worst plumbers that I ever picked I bought a water filter to be changed out to put a new one on he changed the valves on the unit and use duct tape I was told by the park these are not the right wires this has to be redone I also had a hose not put on that was lousy too it's still leaking if you want a good plumber please don't use this one all the work that he did was lousy I paid for service that I didn't get please don't use this plumber you won't get your money's worth

for Chris to be Super responsive, knowledgeable, and friendly! He helped with a copper pipe leak in my backyard and he assessed/fixed it in literally minutes. It was awesome. Thank you

I've called Alex a few more times since the last time I wrote this review to fix various things around the house. Each time he has been really responsive (and will respond via text which is great for people like me who have phone anxiety) and has been able to make time to come out within a day. He installed a new toilet for us, which involved fixing a broken flange that our home warranty company pretended was not an issue. The broken part of the flange was really stubborn, but he was able to fix it at minimal cost and minimal fuss. He also fixed a leak in our master bathroom sink. The sink was leaking again six months later but in a different place, but he fixed the leak and wouldn't take my money for the trouble. He is forever our favorite plumber and our go to guy.

I give 5 stars to Bob!!! He is amazing. He didn't over charge and was responsive. He went out of his way to point out that the contractors that did the remodel messed up on my shower.  He didn't have anything to do with the shower but he still checked it and let me know.  He is trustworthy and honest.
I highly recommend him.

Called ASAP They were fast and responsive got the job done within an hour unbelievable pricing for the amount of work that had to perform. I would highly recommend this company for all your plumbing needs.

Bay and Shore is a wonderful plumbing company. Yvonne is always helpful and will honestly tell you if they can't make it out the same day. Oggi does great work and leaves the place just like he found it not a spec of dirt more. They will always be the first company to call on my list!
