Great company..

Fallbrook plumbing once repaired minor leak in the copper piping  in my property, his price was reasonable, and I had no problems with his repair. But when I contacted him later for different plumbing jobs,  I started noticing strange pattern: after making appointment ,the owner would call  back and change things, he would say that he could stop by to take a look, but wouldn't be able to actually do the job right away, I would have to  wait  a week or two.
It didn't happen just ones, it happened on 3 different projects. Even when I agreed to his  next week  appointment, he didn't even  call and I end up wasting my time.

I can't praise Victor enough.  After trying many different plumbers over the years, I finally found someone who is efficient, knowledgeable, reliable, reasonable, and personable.  Victor has had some tough jobs at our house (massive tree roots in pipes!), I've found that there's nothing he can't do.  He will tell you if you need something to be done, he'll also tell you if what you're asking is unnecessary or can be done a different way.  I recommend Victor to everyone, and anyone who has used him stays with him.  It's so wonderful to have a dependable, pleasant plumber!

Wow. I found Andy at Lowes; his vehicle was parked outside with the business name on it and something just clicked. Maybe it was the name Andy -- have you ever met an Andy you didn't like? But mostly I have been worked over by some plumbing contractors (you know who you are!) with recommendations for things I don't need, and with high prices for basic installs like a bath faucet. So now that I have had Andy do work for me twice, I can safely say he is extremely cost effective and he is now my plumber of choice. I have a 1929 house so I'm going to need him a bit, that's part of life in an old house. Some things beyond the excellent price are his service -- he takes the time to explain what he is doing (or not doing because it's beyond his scope). Finally, the neatness of this guy is incredible. He rolls out thick painters cloth from the doorway to where he is working (for me it's been the kitchen) That way he doesn't scuff my hardwood floors or get dirt in the house. Need I say more?

I learned about Chihuahua Plumbing from a neighbor who was having a pressure regulator installed. Our community of townhomes apparently has an issue with extremely high water pressure coming from the city. I asked if Chihuahua Plumbing could come later that same week to install one for my home also. The work was done well and was at a very reasonable price point.

Chihuahua Plumbing is now my go-to for plumbing needs!

I used Canyon Hills Plumbing for a hyrdojetting service I needed. They had the best prices but I also didn't feel like I was being sold to, instead they explained all of my options and the pros and cons of each. I'll definitely use them again.

Fantastic service and quick service!!  The response time has always been immediate.  Thomas, the owner, was very knowledgeable and informative. We appreciated the time he takes to explain stuff.  Fair pricing makes his services less stressful.  We don't always take the time to do reviews, but after using his services for about the 4th time now, on our properties, I feel we can be very confident in giving a review! It's a well deserved one!

Ziggy was very helpful when he didn't need to be! Even though he understandably doesn't do HOA-related affairs that I thought I had, he talked with me for 15 minutes giving me every bit of helpful info and he answered my many, many questions. He definitely knows his stuff - got more helpful info out of him in 15 min than I did with my 10 hours researching on Internet.

Steve and his worker showed up at 11 was out at 12-30 with the job done.  I had a leak from the ceiling and called Steve.  He was here the same day, didn't take very long and quoted me a hell of a lot less than anyone out there, and did a great job.  He found 3 different spots in my copper piping and another one forming on a different pipe.  He cut those pipes out, replaced them with brand new pipes, cleaned up after the job was done and took off.  He was fast, honest, didn't waste time and gave a great deal.  Thanks again Steve and his worker.

Excellent service! Me and my husband recently talked about about changing our old water heater for a tankless water heater. Unfortunately it came sooner than we planed when our heater decided to take a dump on us. We called Generations plumbing and they where able to fit us in quickly. Not only do they bring the tankless water heater, they also took our large heater with them. Alex with Generations advices us into looking at rebates with So Cal Gas, and gave us all information needed to apply, I am currently waiting on a possible $1500 rebate back thanks to his advice. I highly recommended this family own company. Great guys, great service, can't ask for more!

Had a main water leak in front of the house so I knew I was in trouble.  Water was seeping out into the cracks of the sidewalk so I knew I was in double trouble.  Time to call an honest plumber.  Read the glowing reviews on Plumber Bob so I knew who to call.  Made a call to him on Monday and had an appointment on Wednesday between 8 - 9am.  He showed up at 7:58 am.  Didn't even had time to brush my teeth.  H got out of the truck and immediately went to the main water meter tank and saw the problem.  Asked me if I had a bigger shovel and started digging the area where the soil was saturated.  Once he found the leak, got up and gave me a decent quote which I was pleasantly surprised to hear, shook hands and he went to work right away.  During small talk, I mentioned to him that my wife was in New York and she asked me last night if the leak was fixed.  I told Bob that I lied and said yes that it was and he laughed and said, $100 more for 'lying to your wife'.  Bob has a great sense of humor as well and likes a good joke.  Anyways, within 30 minutes, the piping was cut, new piping was glued and installed.  Unbelievably fast and professional.  Bob is the man and will always call him for a plumbing repair.

Bob was able to give me an estimate when I was still at work so I didn't have to drive home and back.

Their bid came back so much lower than the other two I got that I was a little skeptical that I might be getting quoted for inadequate hardware. But Bob stood by his quote and ensured me that if I was not happy with the performance, his company gave a 1 year satisfaction guarantee on top of the 15 year warranty on the Navien.

The more I looked into the specs of the unit these guys were recommending the more I could tell that Personal Plumbing were giving me a very fair price, for exactly what I needed (plus an inline ion filter that the other companies weren't offering), whereas the other two were deliberately overselling me, and one even insisted that I replace the pressure regulator and overflow tanks for another $2,000, which Personal Plumbing told me were not necessary.

I am now writing this as John and Tim are in my garage, carefully and expertly replacing my cracked 15 year old standard water heater with a state of the art Navien tankless. The fact that they even put oil catch mats underneath their vehicles in the driveway shows how much they go above and beyond what is expected. And Tim even came inside and fixed two stuck faucets for free!

If 5-stars on Yelp signifies as good as it gets, then Personal Plumbing is the epitome of 5-stars.

We love Kerry and he is always friendly and available to help us with out 60 year old pipes.

David, from ASAP Drain Guys,  is professional, polite, knowledgable and adds a little levity when you have a serious plumbing problem on your hands. This is a great company and I have had my two showers, kitchen sink, bathroom sinks, vanity sink, two toilets repaired and a gas leak to the furnace taken care of. They are so professional that I can feel they will fix the problem right the first time. Dan, the dispatcher, is also very competent and has a great memory. He doesn't have to look up your name on a computer to remember you.
New review of 2014: Unfortunately, there have been staff changes here. Inferior service by inexperienced plumbers for the most part. I would not recommend them now. After using them for 10 years, I was sorely disappointed by the number of hours it took to put in shower valves. Should have been 5-6 but it took 11 hours.

Horrible clerk.

Front desk was so rude to my aunt.  Looking at the reviews, not much has changes since 2011.  Management should try to hire and train more customer oriented employees.  I probably won't be back and if I'm with people might even steer them away.  There are plenty of great gift shops in Coronado to chose from.
