uinreal. my moms water heater started leaking on tuesday afternoon. cross was 1 of 4 companies we called . they stateted they were busy but would get someone there to look within an hour. the other companies pretty much said they were too busy and would get back to us. well jessie from cross was there within the hour, diagnosed that she needed it to be replaced ordered a new one, drained the old one and was gone in about an hour. as promised the new one was installed before ten wednesday and at the price quoted. my mom was estatic and i would have no problem letting jessie work on any issue any of my family would ever come across. for a recap two of the companies still have not got back to us and the 3rd wanted to quote us a price that was nearly double and they never even looked at it. they wanted to make sure we were serious as they were so busy and didnt want to waste time . we will no longer ever need to call 4 as we will only be calling cross from here on out.

Fallbrook Plumbing is awesome! I called yesterday afternoon and spoke to Mitch, the owner. I needed my hot water heater replaced ASAP! It shorted out because of a leak (12 years old, electric). I was heading of of town the next day and would be gone for a while, didn't want to come home to a cold shower. He was immediately available to pretty much diagnose my problem over the phone in a matter of minutes. I even sent him a picture message so he could see my problem before he came. Mitch was able to schedule me the very next morning, first thing, so I could skip town and would have to postpone my plans! Plumber Kyle showed up promptly on-time with all the right tools and supplies need for the job. He even pointed out and fixed a rather large hole in my water closet behind my old heater that was for sure a welcome mat for pests. Kyle knocked out the installation in no time. I called to schedule a garbage disposal and new kitchen faucet installation and Anthony at Chihuahua was able to come out the very next day.  He arrived ahead of schedule which was awesome, completed both jobs, and even checked the internal parts of my toilet to make sure everything was operating correctly.  All this perfectly done in under an hour.  He was extremely professional, friendly, neat, organized, and very knowledgeable.... even my little, sometimes very hyper dog liked him and let him do his job with being annoying.
I highly recommend Anthony and Chihuahua Plumbing.  The staff in the office is always very friendly and will take good care of you too.

It doesn't get better than Canyon Hills Plumbing.  Great customer service, great pricing, fast response time, etc.  I've used them twice and they have been great to work with. I won't use another company that's for sure.  Keep up the great work guys.

Ziggy was very helpful when he didn't need to be! Even though he understandably doesn't do HOA-related affairs that I thought I had, he talked with me for 15 minutes giving me every bit of helpful info and he answered my many, many questions. He definitely knows his stuff - got more helpful info out of him in 15 min than I did with my 10 hours researching on Internet.

Steve was great! I contacted several plumbers. We are starting to remodel things and need a plumber for several components.  Steve was fair with his price, very honest and extremely helpful.  He even offered advice for things we were doing ourselves to help us out! We will absolutely be having him come back for some more work as we get through our projects!  They did a great job on raising our shower, replacing all the flanges & valves and helping with the water shut off for the house!  I'm looking forward to working with him again.

If you need a plumber - don't call anyone else! He is definitely the guy to go to! I'm very particular about who we use for work especially growing up with a dad who did everything himself.  Steve is the best plumber we've used by far!

It is very hard to find an honest plumberWe talked about a couple of projects, and he informed the entire scope.

Needed a new water heater at my home...called Generations Plumbing due to them being based in the Murrieta/Temecula area and Alex quickly got back in touch with me to arrange a suitable appointment time. He was extremely professional and efficiently removed the old one (and hauled it away) and installed the new one. I got a quality water heater installed for far less money than the big box store wanted to charge including an outside company's installation.   Alex seems like a pleasant and trustworthy family man and a very proficient plumber. I recommend him highly.

My faucet stopped working one day. I called my usual plumber and he told me to buy a new faucet, and he can install it for $200. Feeling the pain in my pocket, I yelped and found Plumber Bob. Well that was a good decision! Bob told me the manufacture should be able to replace the faucet for free, and then called the customer service right then and there to get the replacement sent out. After I received it, he came in and did the install for less than $100. Needless to say I was very happy!

A few months later I had to install a set of washer/dryer in a tight space, and I called Bob again. This is a rather challenging job that required some improvisation, but Bob got it to work without any problem.

Overall, highly recommended.

Our garbage disposer stopped working and the flushing mechanisms on three toilets were ready for new replacements, and the base of one toilet seemed to be leaking.  Fortunately, we had a referral for Personal Plumbing, Inc. and the owner sent a very competent and very personable plumber, within a matter of hours after my call for help.  Their prices were more than fair.  Also, their plumber discovered that the bolts securing the kitchen sink in place, were very loose and the sink was in danger of dropping completely out.  So he tightened them with an appropriate tool, and needless to say, this was the potential for a very expensive accident.  I have used many plumbing firms over the years and I give this company my very highest praise and definitely recommend them as your go to Plumbing Company.

Kerry is reliable, moderately priced and does excellent work in the Clairemont area. He is straight forward, and does not try to sell you a service or something you do not need. He will even fix items or situations made worse by an DIY enthusiast without judgment. Installs parts you purchase if you prefer, or will provide. We recommend him highly.

Jack B. was amazing with replacing my water heater. Even though I had to wait a week for the other restoration company to get everything dried with dehumidifiers, Jack made sure that I had hot water. He not only set up the water heater in a temporary place so I had water, he made sure everything was perfect when he was able to put it back in it's place.

Very knowledgeable and professional about everything. He made sure I knew where the valves were and even the gas valve.

I would recommend him to anyone.
