Fallbrook Plumbing is awesome! I called yesterday afternoon and spoke to Mitch, the owner. I needed my hot water heater replaced ASAP! It shorted out because of a leak (12 years old, electric). I was heading of of town the next day and would be gone for a while, didn't want to come home to a cold shower. He was immediately available to pretty much diagnose my problem over the phone in a matter of minutes. I even sent him a picture message so he could see my problem before he came. Mitch was able to schedule me the very next morning, first thing, so I could skip town and would have to postpone my plans! Plumber Kyle showed up promptly on-time with all the right tools and supplies need for the job. He even pointed out and fixed a rather large hole in my water closet behind my old heater that was for sure a welcome mat for pests. Kyle knocked out the installation in no time. Needed to replace a tricky kitchen faucet and based on the good reviews I decided to give Neighborhood Plumbing (Bob) a try.  Right from the first call I knew I had made the right decision.  Bob was very helpful over the phone and he was able to come out right away.  During the installation Bob explained exactly what he was doing and before I knew it he was finished.  He even took a few minutes to look at a running toilet and fixed that as well.  Service was great and the price was very reasonable.  I would definitely recommend Neighborhood Plumbing.

I had Thomas (the owner of Fitzgerald Plumbing) replace an old water heater at our house. There were some complications but none of them were problems for Thomas. He explained my options, gave me the cost and benefits of each option, And then did the install all in one afternoon. I really appreciated his honesty, expertise and professionalism. I will be calling Fitzgerald's for all of my plumbing needs!

Ziggy was very helpful when he didn't need to be! Even though he understandably doesn't do HOA-related affairs that I thought I had, he talked with me for 15 minutes giving me every bit of helpful info and he answered my many, many questions. He definitely knows his stuff - got more helpful info out of him in 15 min than I did with my 10 hours researching on Internet.

This company helped us and advised us on many future problems that may occur in our future. (We have had our suspicions of our plumming issues). He is VERY informative!!  I highly recommend this company! Fast, courtious and he DOESN'T price gouge.

My yelp search led me to Plumber Bob.  My bathroom is flooded and my boyfriend who fixes everything is of course out of town.  Unfortunately, Bob is on vacation, however he was SO helpful!!  He took my call and walked me through several steps to try to figure out where the problem is and then referred me to someone that could come out. He was so pleasant and said I could call back if I had any questions, which I did.  He didn't answer, but called me back a couple minutes later even though I didn't leave a message.  I was looking for a main cap and found another pipe with no cap so I called to ask him if it could be the main cap even though it didn't meet the description he gave.  He said to send him a photo and he'd call me back. He called right back to let me know what it was.  If I ever have another plumbing issue I will definitely use Plumber Bob!!  His customer service was outstanding! Thank you Bob! Enjoy your vacation!

I needed a plumber on a Sunday and called about 15 that I found on Yelp. No one could get out same day. Personal Plumbing answered the phone immediately and had someone out there within 2 hours. It was for our vacation rental so it needed to be fixed immediately. The plumber took care of a shower head issue and clogged drains. He was polite and communicated the entire time via video and text while in the unit fixing the issues. Highly recommend and will definitely use again!

Kerry is reliable, moderately priced and does excellent work in the Clairemont area. He is straight forward, and does not try to sell you a service or something you do not need. He will even fix items or situations made worse by an DIY enthusiast without judgment. Installs parts you purchase if you prefer, or will provide. We recommend him highly.

another gouged customer  here these guy will drain your wallet ....outrageous  prices and they take advantage of the situation don't call these a holes

Provided an inaccurate estimate and then over-charged me. Very rude when I followed up to discuss the charge being more than I was quoted.  Nice owner but not friendly business practices and would not use them again. Please be sure to get a quote in writing before you begin work with this company or you may be over charged as I was.
