I had procrastinated on a lot of plumbing issues at my house, and when I called Mike with Cross Plumbing, he was able to get Jerry and Mike out to my house right away. Jerry was able to answer all of my questions and fixed everything with no problems! Mike and Jerry worked as a team to get the job done quickly and efficiently. THANKS FOR ALL THE HARD WORK!!

Came on time and replaced laundry valves and a pressure regulator in no time.  It was a year ago and it still works great - no leaks.  Price was surely according to my urgency situation.

Victor knows his stuff, and you can tell that he likes what he does. I called him for a running toilet, no problem.
That night I had a river in my garage. My water heater busted and was gushing water everywhere.

The next morning I gave him a call, and he advised me on what to do to make sure my home had water, but the water heater was no longer leaking.
He also gave me options on repairs and was upfront about pricing and labor.

The next day I was told by my insurance that I'd have to arrange a temporary set up. Without missing a step, Victor figured it out without any notice and took care of us.

I had really high water bill. My water bill is always around $75.00 and this month was about $289.00 . So I knew I had a leak someplace and I needed to find it.

Andy came out and found the problem in about 20 minutes. My toilet was running water . After that he made sure that was the problem by checking all other possible problems in the house. We wacht the water meter to make sure that was the problem . He even called the santee water district to make sure the meter was reading correctly.

Andy is very honest, trustworthy and I would recommend him to anyone who us looking for a plumber.

Previous homeowner hadn't serviced the septic in almost a decade so I was scrambling to find a company that specializes in septics. I found Canyon Hills Plumbing and I am so thankful I did.

Jorge Nunez was the technician that came out and provided a breakdown of recommended services and each process.  Jorge not only helped me find the septic but was able to dig the system up, inspect the lines in and out, and put some risers to provide easier access in the future.

Jorge was professional, courteous, knowledgeable enough to provide some recommendations. Overall 10/10.

I highly recommended Thomas! He is our go to plumbing expert and is always available when we need him. We use him for our residence as well as maintenance issues for our rental. He has access to a network of other service experts in his industry, should a plumbing problem require additional work to be done.

Ziggy was very helpful when he didn't need to be! Even though he understandably doesn't do HOA-related affairs that I thought I had, he talked with me for 15 minutes giving me every bit of helpful info and he answered my many, many questions. He definitely knows his stuff - got more helpful info out of him in 15 min than I did with my 10 hours researching on Internet.

Steve is great! He has worked on several of my properties and takes the time to explain my plumbing issue to me in a way I can understand. He is personable and professional. I call him for all of my rentals and even my personal home. His pricing is fair and I'm always happy to support small local business.

Andrew did a fantastic job in fixing our toilets and shower. Also, we had him check our kitchen garbage disposal since it wasn't operating like it should. Sure enough, he ended up finding the cause as to why our garbage disposal was sounding the way it did every time we turned it on. He saved our situation!!!

Before calling him, we had the first plumber work on a miner leak of our shower and the plumber found out we needed a bigger project by going through the wall for a very high price. We looked up Yelp and called him, and decided to have him for a cheaper quote he gave us. Next day I called him on accident (my finger touched his number) and we randomly started talking. He told me he would charge us less than the half of the original estimate because he believed he could do the job without going through the wall, and he would let us choose if we wanted just a small fix of the valve, not to replace the whole thing for higher price when we dont really need it.

He came in on the scheduled day and took no time to finish the job that the other plumber couldn't do taking 2 days. Then he replaced the shower head, the valve and other parts that happened to have been left in the kit he had for no charge. Plus he replaced the kitchen disposal (we purchaed the disposal itself) and fixed a couple of leaks we just found when he was doing the job. He fixed them and the total charge came out a little bit more with the original estimate. Especially after having a nightmare with another plumber company (Cal D E Inc fka SD Drain), he showed us how a plumber can be honest, professinoal, and super considerate for customers. I called on a Thursday , requesting Friday Morning Visit , I was informed as to the time they would arrive . Upon arrival , they were professional , knowledgeable, kind and reasonable.
In our case the part was not on their truck . But as promised they returned Monday as arranged .
Our issues was fixed . Just so happened that I need to be out of town , their billing process was super easy to navigate from another state .
When our past plumber passed away last year, I was terrified that I would never find another honest, easy to deal with plumber . Personal Plumbing was awesome !
I will call on them for all my plumbing needs in the future .

Provided an inaccurate estimate and then over-charged me. Very rude when I followed up to discuss the charge being more than I was quoted.  Nice owner but not friendly business practices and would not use them again. Please be sure to get a quote in writing before you begin work with this company or you may be over charged as I was.
