Best Plumbing Services in San Diego, CA

A couple months ago I sent out a couple messages to unclog our sink, they were the one of the first to respond! They came by to help us unclog our sink, turns out it was far deeper than we realized and a simple snake would do. He took the time to explain to me exactly what was going on and Alex actually went all the way back home to get the supplies he needed to basically power wash it all the way through to unclog it. Like I said this was a couple months ago, and we haven't had any problems since! And after he even helped me locate where our pipes were (we live in a condo), he definitely didn't need to do it especially because it was already late, but we really appreciated it! Great customer service!

Edit: Almost forgot to add, we ask everyone to take off their shoes when they enter and we also have shoe covers we give out, but they actually brought their own! Very well prepared.

This person is a total flake. Tried calling the phone number, but it rings no answer and no voicemail available. Initially respond to text messages then never followed up with responses to questions. When we did get a hold of him, he provided us with a 1 hour window to come to our house for an estimate, then never showed up. My husband took off from work so he could meet him, and he never bothered to call or respond to texts. Not only is this behavior unprofessional,  but completely irresponsible. I would question his work ethics and assume his work is half ass too.

John came to my house immediately on a Saturday afternoon when we had a mainline backup. He worked hard and fast, getting the rusty cap off a clean-out and snaking out the mainline in about 15 minutes. He turned a bad afternoon into a nice one. And he didn't charge too much. I recommend him.

We've had Willis Brothers Plumbing out to our house several times in the last  2 months, and every experience has been positive.  They helped to diagnose and unblock a sewer main, as well as relocate a gas valve for our stove.  Jason and Caleb were quick to respond, provided good insight and advice, and left our house just as they found it, all while being affordable.  We'll be using them for all of our plumbing needs moving forward!

Our water heater broke down and my husband called around for multiple quotes. He said a lot came out sounding like salesman, and the only ones he felt comfortable with was R&R Plumbing. Raffi came out, gave him a quote, thoroughly explained to him the options, and we agreed to proceed. They came the very next morning and got it all set up. Raffi showed us the upgrades, and he made sure that we weren't left with any questions. Highly recommend them, very reasonably priced and good people!

Very professional and timely service! Gerry was really easy to work with and provided us with detailed explanations to our issues. We would definitely hire him again.

We had a great experience with Nathan when our shower drain clogged! It was a more serious issue than we thought and he was super helpful and explained everything well. Would definitely recommend.

A  job well done, Christian came to my home to help with a clogged drain. He was extremely professional and informative about the job. Hands down, Go Plumbing is one of the best in San Diego. We will definitely be calling them for the next job.

Jeff reached out to me to address my problems and after informing him about what had occurred we came to an understanding. I am very satisfied with the work on the HVAC unity and if I had called them back to address the toilet problems I am certain they would have gotten those sorted as well.

I used Watersedge for my backflow testing.  They were thorough, efficient and fairly priced.  I recommend  them without reservation.

Sergio is awesome! We had wanted some custom fence and door. He did exactly what we had wanted and helped improve things along the way! Made great suggestions about why something would and wouldn't work, which I very much appreciate since I don't know anything about home improvement.

Bob was great! Called him around 9am with a broken water heater. He quoted be way less than the other 4 places I called. He was here about 45 minutes later with a new water heater. Even with having to go get an additional part because the old one wouldn't come off of our old heater, he was done by 1pm when I had told him I had to leave for work. Fast, efficient and reasonably priced!

I highly recommend Dan Phillips the operating manager and JD and Ozzie the installers of my ductless mini split system!!. they have integrity, competence, and personal consideration... Top notch!!

This company is true to its name. They saved me a ton of time and headache! If I ever have future issues, I won't hesitate to call them.

I had serious leak problem with my toilet. The tank was leaking and the metal piece coming out of the wall was totally open. I had to turn all water of in the house or water would go all over the place. I called a couple different companies, I went with Castillo Plumbing because they were very nice and courteous. They had affordable prices and were able to make it out fast. I do not really ever write reviews but with the service, affordability and professionalism that they provided I knew I had to write one.

I Called Anderson Plumbing for shower valve not shutting off. I was charged $551 for replacing the entire valve assembly; in less than 90 days the valve leak reoccurred, on the second visit under warranty the tech replaced the knobs, which worked for only 5 days and the leak continued, on the third visit the technician discovered the valve assembly was never replaced by the first technician, only the rubber washers on the stem was replaced and at last replaced the valve with a new kit that include stem, valve seat and knobs. After learning the scandal,  I placed few phone calls to Erin customer Service manager to discuss the ordeal, she never answered the call, finally two weeks past in a letter blaming the water pressure regulator faulty and drumming additional $700 business, while generating/fabricating a second bill for $593 - waved under warranty. Despite having witnesses she ignored the entire incident.
Anderson Plumbing is Overpriced and a CHEAT!!! Do not use them.

In all fairness; Since posting the review, I received phone call from Anderson Plumbing customer service manager. Apologizing that she had been misinformed on the issue and the matter was addressed internally. She apologized more than once and refunded the full amount.

from the 1st call to schedule the work... to the 1st plumber ...to James Blacker.... to the guys that dug the trench.,...... just very impressed with the people that work for Anderson. I felt confident in their work and will continue to use Anderson plumbing. Thank you!
