These people get an excellent job on putting in my water heater they only charge$250 dollars and they are reasonably  price they don't charge an arm and leg to have services done by them
I highly recommend them to come in and do plumbing services for anybody who needs one
Don't they don't take the water heater they don't charge extra if you don't they don't have to fly here but I would highly recommend it but they do like I said they did an excellent job and it was took a little while but it's done thank you for helping me and the services you did

Happy plumbing helped us with a bathroom plumbing issue and actually found a leak in the wall that had been the source of a musty smell for some time. Also helped with a blocked drain in the kitchen after a shoddy home warranty company couldn't fix the issue.

The man himself, John, replaced a broken, corroded, obsolete water shutoff gate valve in my condo's garage with a new ball valve. The direct communication via text was great. He gave different options, advantages, and disadvantages for the types of shutoff valves (import vs domestic) and the price differences. He arrived when he said he would. It only took him about 30 minutes to do the job. He was true to the price he quoted. He even took care of a minor toilet issue I had asked him about while he was here. John is very knowledgeable about his profession. Nice to talk to as well.

Finding a good plumber is like finding a good mechanic. No easy task. It definitely needed to be a licensed plumber for this job. After that, it came down to price, reviews, and reputation.  I had quotes from a half dozen other plumbing outfits. The Yelp reviews were very helpful but it was also the gut feeling I got when I started communicating directly with John as well what I read on the company website. I will recommend Joyce Plumbing to family/friends.

These guys where great hired them for 2 different projects to cap one gas line from wall oven and to lower another line  for a newer style gas slide In range we purchased that would not fit .

We called R & R Plumbing to have 5 new faucets and a garbage disposal installed after new countertop installation. We needed some drain work done as well. Our technicians, Raffi and Adrian,
arrived on time, were knowledgeable and cleaned up after themselves. If we need plumbing in the future, we will be sure to contact R & R.

I had a draining issue with my sink. I have two sinks in my kitchen and the main side I use, the water was not going down properly. Had water overflowing up the sink on the other side and just didn't know how else to fix it. Reached out to Home Pro plumbing and they were able to send a technician out for the same day. He was able to get our sink running and draining properly! These guys work great and have good clear communications.

Gabriel just left, having fixed a clogged toilet and a toilet which used to run every few hours. The last time he came, he totally rebuilt a toilet in the master bedroom, which had been running for years and which no one else could fix. That toilet has continued to work perfectly for some time now.

Gabriel is THE BEST PLUMBER I have ever used. He takes off his shoes before entering the house; he works quietly and efficiently; he explains the problem and how he plans to fix it; then he explains how to avoid the same thing from happening in the future; and his work is excellent. I can't recommend him highly enough. I live in LJ, and there might be closer options, but I will never call another plumber.

I woke up to a water leak in my kids bathroom this morning. I went on Yelp to find a plumber. Edgar responded quickly & arrived at my home in less than an hour. He & Charlie were fast & efficient. They replaced my damaged pipe, and explained everything as they were doing the work. Very professional & informative. I highly recommend this company. Nice work guys!!

I have to start by stating that this is not a review for services performed but that is my fault. This is a review of the people involved.

I scheduled this appointment but then found another provider that could come out sooner and forgot to cancel.

Carl could have not been more friendly and understanding of the situation. I would absolutely give them a call again when I have other plumbing needs.

I haven't been happy with my garden. Watersedge came and quickly figured out the problems and worked to efficiently and cost effectively fix the problems. I highly recommend. And now my garden is beautiful and better than ever!

I haven't been working with them too long but they have done an amazing job every single time. After the fantastic job they did on my ceilings, I had him and his crew back to remove a rotting porch and replace it with a redwood deck around my guest house. They did an AMAZING job - it's more beautiful than I imagined! They were again very easy to work with, fast, conscientious, and came in at the price quoted.

I had called Bob to help me with a problem I was having with a clogged sink. Also mentioned to him I have a toilet that kept running.  He not only fixed those items but looked over the other two toilets as well.  Very professional, and FAST!

New A/C and furnace Installation.

Keegan and Matthew did a fantastic job on the install. They were courteous and explained the new setup patiently. They took extra time to correct a faulty drainage system which could have been overlooked. Tarpy provided a military discount and a free maintenance service on my new a/c and furnace plus a free plumbing service as well. They also cleaned up nicely afterward. Customer service was super responsive and everyone was very professional. Very happy with my purchase and highly recommend Tarpy.

This company is true to its name. They saved me a ton of time and headache! If I ever have future issues, I won't hesitate to call them.

Excellent service!
I called this company on Thursday and they came out on Friday and fixed the problem, completing it the same day.  Their quote was $1300 less than my first quote from another plumber for the issue, a tree root into the main sewer line. Alex and Ortiz were extremely friendly. And Eli worked with my payment plan.  I am extremely pleased and will definitely use them in the future if I have any other plumbing issues.

I highly recommend this company.

We've used Anderson three times.  Needless to say, although they can do the job technically well, they are priced too high and are too focused on the sales of service plans.  The prices often have multiple add ons which can make a job which should cost perhaps $500-$700 up to $1,100.

You can possibly expect to pay:
1. evaluation fee $68
2. service install blower $700 (online the blower may cost 1/3 of this) good idea to ask if you can purchase your own and then they install
3. limited access equipment $122 (to spend 10-15 min removing the motor from the blower)
4. special order fee $83 (to pick up an item 1/2 a block from their facility)
5. replace capacitor $104

So all in $1,077 to replace a blower and a capacitor.
In fairness, although the freon was initially showing low pressure, they didn't try to get me to buy that for $660 (their asking price) as the pressure showed higher after the fan was blowing temporarily.  

We have six properties and even though we have purchased the VIP plans in the past, that has no impact on another system or property.  I realize I need to find a reliable local HVAC contractor who I can call regularly without having the feeling of being gouged every time.  It just leaves this odd feeling like they are just doing a money grab.  The sad thing is, I don't really think it's the technician but just how they manage them.  Being a repeat customer with multiple properties doesn't seem to matter for any particular transaction.

I'd rather pay a $125-150/hour labor rate plus parts at cost as that would be fairer.  
The labor portion of this job was at most 3 hours and the material cost was perhaps $300, so they effectively charged $250/hour for the labor or $200/if drive time if factored.

Even if their overheads are 50%, if they pay their technician $100,000 year, they are $50/hour too high.

As I explained to the technician, we only use this unit about 20 days of the year as we have an upstairs AC unit for more frequent use.  

So my advice, get a detailed quote in writing and then call one or two others to shop before authorizing the work.

I've had VIP maintenance contract with them for years, in July I called to schedule regular maintenance on my AC system and was told Summer was a black out.  Yesterday I receive a text stating that they will disregard the black out and that I was owed my maintenance and ask if I want to schedule (see attached screen capture)  Today I call and they tell me that it had already be done in April, it has not and to disregard the text If it had been done it would show as a schedule in my outlook and I would have receipts, I don't).
On another subject also related to my AC.  After a previous maintgenance when they removed some of the refrigerant one of my units started making a loud sound when  starting, they came back twice and could not fix the issue so they decided it was normal that one of my units did that loud sound and not the other.  They also recommended the addition of a hard start capacitor (over $400)  A year later I had a different local contractor I met at a networking meeting come for a second opinion he looked at the other unit, it already had a hard start capacitor.  he did not think adding one on the other unit would fix the issue, I decided to give it a try anyway (he charged me half of what Anderson quoted me) and he was right it did not fix the issue, the refrigerant was a little low and he thought that would improve the isse and it did.  I had a similar experience when they quoted me twice the other quotes on my water heater.
