My kitchen helper pushed a bunch of potato peels down the garbage disposal not knowing our disposal couldn't handle it. The sink instantly clogged so we chose this plumber kind of randomly. He did fix the clog in quick time, but he charged $250 and left the kitchen floor muddy where he was working. I was ill and my husband was just out of the hospital so I agreed to the charge rather than shopping around, but it seemed unreasonably high for a simple inside the home clog. I would do more comparisons in the future.

Efren fixed my leaky faucet and its wonky handle. He was polite and professional. I'm thrilled with my old/new faucet.

I had a mysterious leak on an exterior wall. Caleb showed up timely, diagnosed my issue and provided me updates. He went out of his way to explain the issues, lead me through the various options of next steps and was very transparent during the entire process. He was professional and efficient with his time. I had Jerry install a new water heater for me. He did an outstanding job. There was a lot of sediment in the bottom of the heater, and he very patiently waited for it to drain. This slow draining added time to his estimate, and he didn't charge any extra. Jerry is very personable, knowledgeable, and professional. Our dishwasher was leaking from within our island and I was so nervous we had a disaster on our hands!  James was able to come out the morning after I contacted the company and immediately discovered an old hose that had been worn by time and use and become kinked causing the backup.  He replaced the hoses quickly and all is good!  James was professional, timely and knowledgeable.  Rates are reasonable and we will be choosing this company from now on for our plumbing needs!

It was 10am on Tuesday and I get a call from my tenant, our toilet tank has a huge crack in it and is leaking all over the floor. I rush home from work to assess the situation. As we all know when you work full time your time off is valuable. Plus I had to get a new toilet installed ASAP otherwise I would have to find an alternate place for my tenant to stay that evening.

That's when I called Gabriel Jay. I left a message and he returned my call within minutes. I was in luck! Lucky for me he was down the street and had just finished another job. In less than 10 minutes he was at my condo and we were headed to Home Depot to select a new toilet. I purchased it, and he was able to take it straight to my house and swap out the old toilet for the new one. Meanwhile I was able to head straight back to work. That night my tenant was able to come home to a brand new shiny toilet.

I'm so glad Gabriel was right there when I needed him. I'm not quite sure what I would have done without him. I highly recommend and trust him. I will definitely be calling him for any future plumbing needs!

Nathan flushed our water heater and now our water gets hotter faster. It saves us a lot of time and money not waiting for hot water. After the flush was done he stayed to make sure that it was working and I really appreciated that.

Very quick response from Jeff, one of the owners. They give a 10% discount for military, first responders etc. An employee, Joe arrived within two hours. We had a clog in our kitchen sink. Joe called prior to arrival, was personable and professional. Got the clog cleared out and was on his way. A little pricer than advertisements on TV for clogged drains but worth the quick response and did not get oversold on anything. I would use them again.

I used this company for backflow testing for the city requirement and it could not have been more easy or convenient. Everything was done smoothly and quickly and the price was less than $50. You can't ask for a better service than what these guys offer. I'll definitely be coming back!

Sergio was referred to me by a good friend and mentor and has lived up to the full expectations of that referral. He's attentive, responsive and extremely crafty. You can tell he takes great pride in his work and cares about his clients. I've had him do just about everything under the sun so far on this project and he takes it all in stride and just gets the job done. He's extremely skilled at drywall repair, door hanging, plumbing fixes, and general construction. He's one of the most reliable contractors I've ever hired and worth every penny.

Just echoing the other 5 star reviews yelpers have given Bob.  He's been our plumber for 7 years, and our only concern is that if he retires, it's gonna be hard to find someone else.  He's done faucet repair, toilet installation, water softener removal, pickup & installation, garbage disposals removal&installation, and drain clearing for us. The only plumbing emergency we've had since we've worked with him is when we were notified while we were out of town that we had a large pool of water in our backyard. He doesn't do irrigation systems, but he came over anyway and fixed it. Service above and beyond.  He and his wife are a great team. And, as many people have said, he's responsive and his service is fairly priced. Can't ask for anything more.

Castillo Works has come through for us at least four times in the last couple of years. I am one of those people that researches companies on yelp and other sites prior to reaching out to have estimates done and Castillo Works always popped up on searches with excellent reviews. They have fixed our AC unit at least three times and most recently fixed our plumbing issues. They are always quick to respond to phone calls and texts and are always polite and professional. In addition, they are usually able to fix the problem within a couple of days, if not the same day!! Castillo Works will always be our first phone call with any house issues our dads cannot fix. Thanks guys!!!

Jose came early Sunday more and assisted us with our main line clog. He was friendly and knowledgeable! While he was unable to clear completely, he got us up and functioning at little until the next tech came come flush the main line
