They were quick to respond to my project however, I reached out to them 30 mins passed the time frame to cancel because I only have the HOA's permission to turn off the water for a period of time.

This person is a total flake. Tried calling the phone number, but it rings no answer and no voicemail available. Initially respond to text messages then never followed up with responses to questions. When we did get a hold of him, he provided us with a 1 hour window to come to our house for an estimate, then never showed up. My husband took off from work so he could meet him, and he never bothered to call or respond to texts. Not only is this behavior unprofessional,  but completely irresponsible. I would question his work ethics and assume his work is half ass too.

First time I had to ever call a plumber since living in La Mesa for over 12 yrs. Naturally skeptical of being gouged since my problem was an emergency and required immediate repair. Well, my experience and service received was beyond pleasant. Price was right, customer courtesy was phenomenal. So if you're reading reviews in search of a plumber, stop right here because you have found the most honest and knowledgeable plumbing service around.

I came home from work in the evening and found water leaking down from the ceiling. Being concerned for mold and worsening leaks, I wanted it looked at immediately. I called around but couldn't find anyone to come the same day. I got a hold of Willis Brothers Plumbing, and Nathan came within the hour. He quickly found the source of the leak and fixed it the same day. The price charged was fair and the job was done well. In addition, Nathan was very professional and courteous. We definitely recommend this business and will be calling them again for our plumbing issues.

Christian of R&R Plumbing came out on time and spent two hours diagnosing the problem with my shower. As it turned out he needed to order some parts that he didn't have on his truck. He came back as promised the next day and fixed the problem in a little over three hours. We discussed the coast on the first day before any work was done so I knew it was going to be expensive. All in all, I am satisfied with the way the job was done.

I had Jerry install a new water heater for me. He did an outstanding job. There was a lot of sediment in the bottom of the heater, and he very patiently waited for it to drain. This slow draining added time to his estimate, and he didn't charge any extra. Jerry is very personable, knowledgeable, and professional. I highly recommend Gunning Plumbing for all your plumbing needs. Thank you, Jerry. It's good to know there are still people who are honest and take pride in their work.

On Sunday afternoon, all of our bathtubs and toilets had a backflow issue.
I requested a quote from yelp and got a very first response from James.
I was hesistant first but after reading other reviews, I decided to give it try.
James received a call. After listening to my problem, he gave me the cost up front in detail.  He patiently answered all our questions and told me he would arrive in an hour. He arrived on time and he immediately diagnosed the issue. (It was the tree root that got into our main pipe!) James cleared out all those roots thoroughly.  He made sure everything is working. He kept his words on the price. If I ever need any plumbing services in the future, I will definitely call him again.

I highly recommend Accolade. Unfortunately we had to have to get Jay out here 4x in one year but he always explains exactly what is going on and gives options for resolution. Jay is very knowledgeable and experienced and makes sure you are satisfied with his work. He's also very friendly.

We're located in Clairemont, San Diego, but Nathan w/Plumbing 101 had no problem driving the distance. They just completed a dual bathroom sink clog for us as we've been brushing teeth in the kitchen sink for over a week now. His services come highly recommended! Nathan is thorough, skilled, professional, timely and polite. As home owners we feel relieved we've found such a reliable plumbing company to help us with all future plumbing related needs.

Jeff-N-Carl's Plumbing lived up to its 5-star reputation. Their Saturday availability made the repair convenient with my schedule. Their pricing was competitive and they were able to complete the repair same day.

Was referred but a trusted and professional company.  Took off from work early and had my husband take off from work early to meet George for a quote for landscape and maintenance.  After 30 minutes of waiting and waiting I called his cell multiple times.  He didn't answer, never showed up and never bothered to even return the call despite a few attempts to reach him.  Clearly not a company who cares about the clients, or at least prospective clients.  Even if he had just answered and said he forgot and apologized, or even called the next day easily forgivable.  But just leaving someone hanging using vacation hours away from both our offices to be there is just inexcusable.

Sergio, did an amazing job. Called several people and he was the most responsive! I will definitely use him again in the future.

My bathtub drain plugged completely after some clearing attempts with a plunger.  Tried my hand crank snake and got nowhere.  Checked Yelp and liked what I saw about Bob.  I  called late afternoon and got an appointment for 9 next morning.  Bob quoted $85-100 based on my problem description.  Bob arrived at agreed time, cleared the drain in short order and also took the time to answer my questions.  The charge was $85 which is very reasonable considering the overhead (truck, supplies, tools, travel time) involved.  Highly recommended.

On Sunday, I noticed my bathroom sinks backing up with water and I already knew what it was: a clogged condensation line in my AC. While I had experienced it before, I had never mastered the art of PREVENTING it. I called Tarpy and got an appointment scheduled for a few days later. Their communication was awesome: sending out appointment reminders the day before and letting you know when the technician is on his way on the day of.

I feel like the issue was pretty straightforward and just about any technician could have resolved it. What made me come here and leave a review on Yelp is how awesome Scott was with my pets. I have 6 dogs, all rescued, and all a little weird given their various past lives and traumas. Whenever a stranger enters my home, there is always a lot of barking to start and it eventually (mostly) dies off and then everyone is quiet. I always make sure to put the dogs away when someone is here working in the house, but Scott ended up needing to go into the room that the dogs were in.

He handled them all like an absolute rockstar, knowing how to greet them (holding out the back of his hand for them to sniff) and was SO patient and nice to them as they helped him (I think in their minds they were) with his task. Even Prince, my super nervous Schnauzer warmed up to him after a few minutes and was so happy to have him here working on the AC.

Scott did talk me through how I can clean the line in the future so I can prevent it from getting stopped up again, which I so greatly appreciate. I don't know how long he has worked for Tarpy or how much you're paying him but give this guy a promotion because his customer service is stellar.

Signed up for a maintenance package with Tarpy and will be using them moving forward.

This company is true to its name. They saved me a ton of time and headache! If I ever have future issues, I won't hesitate to call them.

Fast response and excellent workmanship from Ely  the owner and the his workers to get the job done! Highly highly recommended for water heater replacement and drywall repair!! Everything done today in a timely manner hot water back on and running.

Our bathrooms both flooded and we needed help asap because the toilets wouldn't flush. I called and made an appointment and Tony was here 35 minutes after the call.

Tony was poised and professional. Everything was well explained at a pace anyone would be able to understand.

We weren't able to remove the blockage from the clean out, and Tony suspected that we'd be able to get to it from the toilet. He was right.
