Raul at R & J Plumbing has helped me out several times this year with plumbing issues! He installed a new toilet and fixed another issue at my work and today had his colleague Jerry come to my house to fix a drain/sewer problem. They are super responsive, get the job done the first time, charge a reasonable price, and have come out same day or next day each time I've called. Thank you both Raul and Jerry- will continue to call you as my go to moving forward!

Great service, reliable call-backs and communication (which you don't always find anymore) and totally affordable!  You can't beat it.  I even got a Thank You card in the mail after my service.  I called other companies just because the short notice meant Ray's couldn't come out right away and I couldn't even get a call back.  Ray's called me back shortly after each of my calls and kept me in the loop of their availability.  Gary came out and provided speedy, friendly and cordial service - you just can't beat that.  Great customer service is sadly so hard to find these days. I definitely recommend Ray's Plumbing!

Showed up on time, on a Saturday -no extra charge, price as quoted.  Polite, clean, professional.  Couldn't expect anything better.  Far and away the best plumbing solution I have experienced. Would recommend him highly.

This team came in and took care of a slow draining toilet problem I had. Other plumbers were quoting me $1000 just to replace a toilet, Sd Rooter Co did it for less. On top of that a root problem was discovered this was going to be a more expensive fix I didn't have the extra money they let me know they would do what they can do and by the end result I was majorly impressed. 5 stars would recommend

THA gave me an honest and competitive quote.  Showed up on time and sent their technician Oliver to install 3 new toilets.  Oliver and THA were consummate professionals, answered questions, explained the job details, wore a face mask and booties and did a perfect job with all the clean up.  Outstanding service.  Don't bother looking for a better quote or another plumber.  Make sure you ask for Oliver (and by the way - I am not related to this guy, nor am a paid spokesperson for THA).

Our shower stem valve broke off and Tino came out on his day off (the day before the Super Bowl) and fixed it. Very nice guy, knowledgeable, detailed and gave us a very reasonable price to complete the job. No question, we will hire him again! If I could give more than 5 stars I certainly would!

Getting estimate and scheduling for our shower valve & fixtures install was a breeze and both Darin & Sean were very pleasant to deal with.  They provided quick accurate quote and followed through.  Sean went above and beyond to proactively address other concerns (water hoses connected to two valves we had them replace at the same time).  Recieved an estimate while he was here for another home project we plan on scheduling soon!

Robby with Akamai Plumbing is an outstanding professional. He and his crew are prompt and do great work at reasonable prices. We recommend them and refer them to anyone.

I had concerns that we had a leaky pipe behind a wall of our master bedroom shower.  Thankfully, this wasn't the case but Frankie still made it out in a timely fashion, walked me through everything he was doing, and re-caulked and cleaned up better than before.  While there is an initial visit/diagnosis fee, it is deducted from any final repair quote provided if I choose to move forward with the recommended repairs.

He provided options,  showed up on time, and was very polite. I would use him again in the future.

Ruben showed up right on time. He was going flush out the tankless water heater they had installed last year as the manufacturer recommends. But he quickly realized that we had a water softener installed and said there was no need to have it flushed out as the soft water doesn't have any scale build up. I really appreciate that. He could have just done it  and I would never known the difference. That's why I have used these guys for years, at both my business and at home. Highly recommended! 5 stars!

Our beautiful home in Coronado has renters in for the month of July. Yesterday morning an upstairs leak caused a call to Genesis.. water was pouring out of the walls. Carlos and his crew not only came over and fixed it, but had the Sheetrock removed and replaced and painted so that the renters could enjoy the 4TH of July.. Genesis will be my plumbing company for life now. Not many people move heaven and earth to help others.. we are very grateful!!

Second time using Trusted Water Systems.  After we had them come out to replace our old water heater, we decided to have a water filtration system installed.  Called Jacob and he installed it for us.  Gotta say he knows his stuff.  He came to our house and installed it in a few hours.  Like l said in my other review he was polite, knowledgeable and left my garage area neater than when he showed up.  Give him a call if you need anything done, he's the Man for the job!!!  Thanks again Jacob for another job well done.

James Kelly from Pass 2 Pay came out and performed the annual test on the backflow system at Chabad of Poway/Chai Preschool & Infant Center, my place of employment. When I contacted James for a quote, he was very responsive. He arrived a bit late, but he called prior to the appointment time to see if it okay to be late--it was. He was professional, courteous, and he and his business, Pass 2 Pay, do a great job at an affordable price, and I highly recommend them.  

This is my  2nd year using Pass 2 Pay - overall, it was good responsive service by the owner, James Kelly.  My additional feedback for the 2nd year is that when I called the office, I did not receive 5-Star, professional and courteous service. Perhaps, this is just a need for additional training. I believe with additional training, that this portion of the Pass 2 Pay business will be again be 5-Stars! I look forward to working with Pass 2 Pay again next year.

I tried to fix a leak on the front sprinkler valve installed incorrectly into the water main by the previous owner of my house. I broke the pipe and needed help quick. I called a few places that wanted a arm and leg to come out right away. Found Ron on Yelp, glad I did. Ron came out right away and did a great job at a fair price. If I ever need help again I will only call Hendricks Plumbing! You should too.

He installed our water filter system which was reverse osmosis, and since I live at the beach it was rusted and really difficult to install. He did it quickly and effectively and with a smile on his face. Clearly he knows what he's doing as well as a professional plumber.

He mentioned he used to install big plumbing systems for big labs up in La Jolla. It's clear that he knows what he's doing and I would definitely use his services again.

Chris was easy to get a hold of, prompt to schedule an estimate and get the work done, and very fair priced. I couldn't be happier with his service and professionalism. I will be using him for all plumbing needs going forward.

Needed a garbage disposal yesterday (Easter Sunday).  Made several calls but after the job was finished, I realized I only needed to make one call.  This guy (Mark) responded nearly immediately and the job was completed within 90 minutes of my call.  Mark had a new unit on his truck when he arrived and was prepared, neat and organized.  The one plumber that came thru for me today.  Thanks again Mark

FANTASTIC customer service... we had a major sewer back up and as you can imagine we were in a panic and needed some help QUICK!  After reading a few reviews, I choose to call Powers Plumbing, over the 'big name, recognized' cooperate companies.  I was VERY impressed with the entire process.  I firmly believe that small businesses deserve recognition, and even more so when they do an outstanding job!  Our clean out was not a simple task, and yet the plumber returned on day #2 to make sure we were up and running again. I can not thank them enough. They have certainly gained a costumer for life!!  Thank you to Janet and the team!
