We requested an emergency response for our leaking kitchen sink drain.  We had no idea why it was leaking and how much it was going to cost.  Raul was the first person to call and is the best plumber I could ask for.  He was very professional and understanding he treated us like family!  He resolved our issues quickly and explained everything throughly.  Highly recommend his services he's our plumber.

When Gary was not able to do our under-the-building repair job he referred us to another service who came a did it quickly and efficiently.

Mark is quick, honest, and reliable.   I had a leaking pipe and a broken toilet.  I texted him, he responded within the hour.  He gave me an appointment via text within 24 hours.  He arrived at the time he said he would, Quoted a price for my job immediately and upon me approving the quote in less than an hour later all was fixed....Truly reliable and professional I recommend him for all your plumbing needs.

I've had a great experience with this company.  They explained the issues and were able to replace my water heater and disposed of the old one within a few days.  I've not had any issues and will continue to use SD Rooter's services in the future.

Of course our AC breaks during a heat wave.  Matthew was able to add us on their schedule for the next morning after our call (despite a busy schedule).  Other places gave us estimates of 5 days away.  He quickly diagnosed the problem and now we're back online and we are extremely grateful!  Thank you!

Our shower stem valve broke off and Tino came out on his day off (the day before the Super Bowl) and fixed it. Very nice guy, knowledgeable, detailed and gave us a very reasonable price to complete the job. No question, we will hire him again! If I could give more than 5 stars I certainly would!

Great Service, Quick and Professional Response, and Reasonable pricing. BDP Service fixed main line leak and Water Pressure Valve, and they were available and fixed it very quickly and with reasonable price.

We had a leak in the garage and didn't know where it was coming from. They came out very quickly, diagnosed the problem, and installed a new water heater. They were very knowledgeable and answered all of my many questions(and I had a lot). Once they told me the price I immediately hopped online and started making phone calls to compare. The price was very reasonable and the work was done quickly. The technician was very meticulous in his work and cleaned up after himself. I couldn't happier with both the customer service and quality of work performed. We have been planning a bathroom remodel and after looking at their website I will definitely be using them for any future projects.

We used city plumber for several plumbing jobs at home. Chris arrived on time, expertly handled the job, cleaned up after himself, And charged us a reasonable price. I definitely recommend CITY PLUMBER. I understand they guarantee their work although we have never had to call him back twice on the same job.

I accidentally snapped off a pipe when trying to change a garden hose (needing to use a vise grip should have given me pause.) Mark responded right away - though it was the end of the day and I caught him shopping for dinner - and he came out within half an hour. Down to earth, direct and responsible. I am relieved to finally have a excellent plumber I can trust.

We used Powers plumbing for the first time because of some good reviews on Nextdoor.  We had a couple leaky toilets which are simple inexpensive repairs except for the labor which we expected. What we felt was excessive and increased our bill a lot , was the driving charge.  We only live about 10 min from their  Mission Hill office.  They made two round trips because they had to come a second time. We were charged $125 extra labor with a total bill of $404.35.  Thank god they didn't get stuck in a traffic jam!
