I want to give another shout out to Jesse. I have done a review for my own property and now he just helped me in a situation where I am renting. My landlord may be the most confrontational person I have ever met when it comes to services and Jesse, out of a favor, worked with him. Not only was he extremely patient (and I mean extremely) he also got the job done. I don't even bother getting secondary quotes with Jesse as he is not only a true professional but a fantastic plumber. Will give him my business no matter what plumbing incident comes my way. I called THA because the furnace would start the immediately turn off. Enrique made the call and showed me where the fan motor was not spinning because the ball bearings were shot. Fan motor must be replaced with the entire assembly for $550 but he recommended the whole furnace be replaced for $2000!

I was rather stunned but after he left I looked at the fan motor and I could see an accumulation of saw dust. Upon vacuuming and lubricating the shaft of the fan it now works fine.

I called the shop wanting to talk with the owner but he will not return my calls.

It was a rip off that failed

Three months ago, Tino did a once-over of the plumbing for me. Got an old house, that's just something one should do every few years.

Replaced a few toilet 'guts', repaired a leaky hose bib, found/replaced washing machine lines, installed a pressure regulator and presto!  My water usage dropped by a third. Yep!

Went from 6K gal/ month before to 3-4 K gal/ month now.  That's been the case for three water bills now.  AND I read the water meter to be sure they were actually reading it. AND no, I haven't adjusted my water usage one bit.  

So pleased about this!

Prices very, very fair.  And Tino is so very friendly, professional and caring about the customer.  Wonderful feeling!

We woke up yesterday, on a Saturday, to realize there was water under our floorboards in the kitchen and realized there was some sort of leak happening in one of the pipes. We were scrambling to find a solution and started reaching out to many different plumbing companies. I must have reached out to over 20+ plumbing services and everyone was booked for a couple days.

Darin at BDP services ended up being the greatest help! He was fully booked for the day and was unable to come out, however, Darin sent me the 2 best referrals that ended up being the only lights of hope in a dire situation. One referral was unable to come out as he was on a big job but he took the time free of charge to FaceTime with me to address the initial problem. The other referral ended up being the biggest blessing and fixed our problem with great pricing and positive energy!

The fact that Darin was busy and still took the time to send me 2 referrals and both of those referrals had the most positive energy and ended up being so helpful and fair and genuine speaks volumes to Darin's character and how he runs his business. I can assume without a doubt that his services are as solid as his character and we are so grateful for him because without his referrals we would not be here less than 24 hours later with a fully functioning water supply!

Although my water heater was working fine, it had started to leak at the inlet hose due to the seal disintegrating. I looked around for a few quotes and my wife reminded me of Premier, who had helped us in the past. I gave them a call and they came out that day. Fixed the hoses, and because I wanted a different water heater, they came back the next day to install it for me.
We like to keep our business local, and Premier are honest, reliable and on our doorstep, so it was an easy choice. A great friendly team that we highly recommend.

Excellent service & professional company!  I had a clogged kitchen sink  due to eroded garbage disposal.  Genesis Plumbing came out and installed new garbage disposal very fast and professional.  Now I can use my sink again! Carlos was quick to respond and text me with accurate time frame of my appointment on a Sunday.  Genesis Plumbing saved the day because I had appointment with another company which did not honor the appointment. I'm so happy I found Genesis on Yelp and they were able to do same day service.  I look forward to using them again for other projects.  Highly recommend them.

My servicer Jacon from Trusted Water Systems was absolutely wonderful! He was so polite, respectful and patient with all of my questions as this was the first time my water heater has ever died on me. He was super competitive with his prices and very honest, which I absolutely appreciate. He made sure the work area was clean before he left and my new water heater is working perfectly. I also referred him to my aunt for a water filtration system and she was very impressed with his work as well. Thank you again Jacob for the great work!

They have the worst response of any company I have ever tried to do business with. I called several times for over 2 weeks to schedule an appointment. Each time I am told they will call me right back or within the day. I never hear back. Second time I called they had the excuse that they forgot to send the technician my phone number so that must be what happened. Then it was we will make sure he calls you back. The next time they were going to stay on the line to reach them but they couldn't get a hold of him since he was on a job. This last time was to let them know not to bother with an appointment. I understand they might be short handed and busy but to not even call or message your customer is just bad business.

Ron Hendricks did an amazing job for us.  I found Hendricks Plumbing by searching on Yelp.  I actually had another plumbing company scheduled to do the job and canceled them after reading Ron's positive Yelp reviews.  We spoke on the phone, Ron gave me a quote and we set up a time.  He showed up a half hour early and successfully completed the job.  The quote he gave me was the exact amount he charged me.  Hendricks Plumbing is a company that I'd recommend to everyone.

John is an elite plumber. 30+ years experience in both new construction and maintenance work. He has done a few projects for me but most recently helped me renovate my shower/bath with all brand new plumbing and hardware. Thanks a lot for being a reliable and high quality contractor.. A breath of fresh air!

We used city plumber for several plumbing jobs at home. Chris arrived on time, expertly handled the job, cleaned up after himself, And charged us a reasonable price. I definitely recommend CITY PLUMBER. I understand they guarantee their work although we have never had to call him back twice on the same job.

Needed a garbage disposal yesterday (Easter Sunday).  Made several calls but after the job was finished, I realized I only needed to make one call.  This guy (Mark) responded nearly immediately and the job was completed within 90 minutes of my call.  Mark had a new unit on his truck when he arrived and was prepared, neat and organized.  The one plumber that came thru for me today.  Thanks again Mark

Over the last six months we've had the unfortunate experience enlisting Powers Plumbing to conduct multiple jobs on our home.

In summation we spent over three thousand dollars, they sent six different guys out in as many trips, and never solved the problem.  We are young home owners of an old house and aren't terribly handy or knowledgeable, but not dummies. My wife is a young and successful physician and I'm a national leader for one of the fastest growing publicly held technology companies in the world. We feel Powers took advantage of us.

We first called them to fix a blockage on a weekend. Two plumbers spent several hours trying to troubleshoot the problem. They fixed the issue eventually after several hundred dollars worth of service. Shortly thereafter the issue resurfaced and they came back to resolve the issue. We live in an older home with some remaining g older cast iron so we understand these issues can arise. However, Powers insisted we install a clean out which was an expensive installation. Two months later, when we other plumbers come and they pointed out that a clean out was already in place only ten feet up the line. Did we need the clean out Powers insisted on installing? According to 3 other reputable plumbers, NO.

We eventually decided to proactively replace the cast iron under our house. Powers became unresponsive when it came time to actually solve the issue. Do yourself a favor, save yourself some money, and call Bill Howe or Monty's Plumbing.
