They had the quickest response, I was able to get someone out to to my house the next day! Edy was great, he was communicative and fixed my sink very quickly. Will definitely be coming back for any problems in the future!

This plumber/ handyman never got back to me!

Texted his number in the AM Sat, 4/30/2022, hoping that the plumber asked details, told me he was booked, or he couldn't help or didn't want this little job... I got NOTHING!

In the end I did not hire the plumber due to non communication/ disinterest... But for me...

Acculine has been and will always be my leak detection for water and gas, Chris has been done a great job when I needed him the most on many of my emergency calls when I been flooded with calls in my business, I will continue to work with ACCULINE LEAK DETECTION.

Yesterday we turned on our 16-year-old air conditioner for the first time since your installation of our new conduit. The difference was dramatic. Not only was cool air coming out of each vent at least twice as forcefully as it ever had before, but the hot air exhaust from our compressor seemed like the business end of a jet engine!

I've come to fully appreciate that in your business what you do is out of sight, and consumers need to trust that a conduit install is completely sealed and efficiently designed. I've learned the hard way that out of ignorance or indifference many HVAC companies fall woefully short of this trust. Even one of SDG&E's approved HVAC companies failed us miserably.

In spite of the fact that this job, in our shallow under-house crawl space, proved far more difficult and took longer than planned, your installers took no shortcuts. They made the point that the owner of Ideal Plumbing directed them to always do their jobs correctly, as if they were doing it for their own home. Refreshing to experience such a work ethic.

I had some issues at home with my drains backing up and I called 805 plumbing and explained my issue and Carlos was extremely knowledgeable and knew what my issue was. His company has a very quick response time and I appreciated that. The problem was fixed within an  hour !! I will definitely be using his services in the future!

Great service. Thankfully, he was available the same day to fix a problem with our shower. Was friendly and polite. Fair pricing for same day service. Would definitely recommend to others.

they came out within 40 min of scheduling. (earlier than we expected).
The tech Jose R. was very nice and diligent about getting our drain cleaned out. He had a shorter drain snake and couldnt reach the plug. He then drove from La Mesa to Solana Beach to pick up a longer one. Not one complaint from him, very professional. Came back and unplugged our drain.

Cody and Chris are professional, friendly and great! We had an under the sink setup where our sink had cracked and needed to be replaced.  They successfully replaced our sink within a very tight space.  We appreciate the work they did and highly recommend them!  Thanks Cody and Chris!

Alejandro reattached a towel rack that had been ripped out of the wall.  Great, quick job, fair price, nice guy!

We had a great experience resolving our clogged sink. The client services person was great working with both my husband and I playing phone tag while we were at work.  They scheduled quickly around our schedules, then I was really impressed with Gilbert, the technician they sent out.  He was friendly, polite, well dressed and resolved the issue quickly.  I though their price was reasonable.  Their rate was a bit higher then the other two I checked with, but it is worth it to have someone professional and respectful in your home.

This was the best rip off of the month. Needed to instal a bidet and they ended up charging $230 for a 5 minute job!

In contact with Constantin in the beginning and once we decided to go with this company, Eugene came to install. He's great! Very nice, knowledgeable, friendly. He took off his shoes without me asking. He told us step by step what to do if there are issues, etc. We are pretty excited to use our reverse osmosis!

You can't access HR via phone. Only via text. That's hella shady. Clearly they're doing things they're not supposed to and covering it up. Classic.

Please save yourself time and money..DO NOT use Cable Pipe & Leak Detection! First, they charge $2.00 per minute and the minimum is two hours=$240.00. We suspected a hot water pipe leak under our concrete slab (water running with nothing turned on and warm spot on floor. A young man came out and claimed he had found the leaking pipe. NOPE, wrong pipe which led to an additional $1,000.00 plumbing charge to undo his error.

Very friendly and reliable service. As a Realtor I have referred Mastercraft to many of my clients and they also have been very satisfied. They will work hard to get the job done and come out to service quickly.
