E-Drains was able to come same day and help us with a clogged kitchen drain that we needed fixed. We were leaving the next day and I needed repaired before our house sitters arrived. They were very helpful at getting us in same day, kept us updated on arrival times and were friendly.  I will definitely call them again next time we have an issue.

Good service,after we realize out hot water pipe was busted, I called couple of companies, Darell was quick to respond, he came out about 1AM fixed it, and I was able to sleep peacefully, and not have to worry about leaking pipe.

We had an emergency water slab leak which was costing us $100s a day in electrical and water bills.  We called several people and got several estimates some competitive but others  300% higher!  After interviewing Chris and finding him to be a very honest, caring person, charging the going market rate, with the best solution for rerouting with new Pex pipes through the attic, we chose him to do the work.  He and his brother came out and worked two days 8 hours straight up until 9 at night in 110 degrees in the attic.  They do not fix the holes they cut or clean up the mess but they stated this up front and they wrote a professional estimate with a written guarantee (something that many service people do not do).  He had the equipment to find the leaks anywhere in the house and did a great job locating and  repairing them.  As a retired realtor and interior designer I've hired 1000s of contractors and service  people in my 40 year career and Chris the owner of Acculine Leak Detection  is the epitome of a professional,
honest, on time, returns calls, keeps in constant communication, works extremely hard and fast, competitive prices, explains so you understand,  and a caring kind respectful person.  Wish everyone was like this in business!!!  J.H. El Cajon

I recently called out Ideal Plumbing to repair a leak in the restroom at my business. They arrived on time, had the needed parts on their truck and their charges were very fair.

I had some issues at home with my drains backing up and I called 805 plumbing and explained my issue and Carlos was extremely knowledgeable and knew what my issue was. His company has a very quick response time and I appreciated that. The problem was fixed within an  hour !! I will definitely be using his services in the future!

Worst plumbing experience ever. I booked an appt for 8am-12pm. At 12 pm I called to ask why no one showed up. Blah blah. Now I have been waiting over 5 hours and made about 4 phone calls. They keep saying they will have technician call, he's finishing up in the neighborhood, etc etc but, nothing. It's only a clogged kitchen drain. I would cancel but I want this done today. No one knows what is going on and no one cares. This is a nightmare. DON'T use this company.

Just moved into a new house and found out I had a clogged shower and toilet. Ugh the worst! I Yelped a few places in the area and based on the reviews I called this place first. Got a call back rather quickly and was told he could come out the same day. Franco showed up around 7pm, I was told they provide 24hr service and no additional charges are added for late hours which I know some companies charge premiums for that. Such a perk! Franco was friendly, and upfront about the issues, costs, etc... he was professional and I felt the price was fair. He was in and out in about an hour and so far so good with the work he did, no clogs! If such an issue arises again I will call this company.

Could not be happier. On time. Fixed the problem quickly. Extremely professional and did not make a mess. Literally could not have asked for better service. The only company I will use going forward. Great work all the way around.

Wow! 5 stars out of 5. We needed new support posts on our patio replaced. Alejandro is an artist at what he does. He came up with the perfect solution for our water damaged support posts, and put in a top quality product. He is professional, intelligent, kind, and fairly priced. He called us back almost immediately upon putting it out there we were looking for handyman services. I am so glad we took a chance with hiring someone new. We will use him again. He is a rarity out there. I recommend him to anyone wanting reliability, professionalism, and a great finished product.

Ok, back to 5 stars.   As with any business, sometimes mistakes can happen and best intentions fail. BH showed solid accountability and was extremely responsive to my complaint.  They solved my problem in only 2 days.  Thank you listening!

We have had Isaiah out twice now to help us in our house.  Both times he has been extremely helpful and knowledgeable.  He is a wealth of knowledge about all aspects of plumbing and is able to identify and solve the problem in a professional manner very quickly.  He is extremely competent and courteous.  I don't think you'll find a better plumber out there and I highly recommend him and Plumbing Plus to anyone in need of a plumber.

San Diego Backflow was great!  We had a leak with our backflow on Saturday which meant turning off the water to the pool. I sent them a request and within 10 minutes Jen had emailed me back and within an hour of us exchanging emails/texts, Adam was out fixing the problem.  It probably took less than an hour and they called to let me know when it was done since I was offsite.  Extremely professional and I was so grateful they came out so quickly.

While they were awesome with scheduling and immediate availability, I see why now. Their prices are OUTRAGEOUS!

To simply replace an already existing toilet, they offered one of the 3 different packages.

Guess what package starts at to replace a toilet.

$670!!

That doesn't even include the toilet that you must install yourself!!

Stay away and find someone more local and way more reasonable. Not cool to take advantage of something that will take a plumber less than an hour of work.

I cannot say enough good things about Jason and the company.  I live in an apartment and we haven't had hot water in two days.  A slab leak was suspected so Jason was on the scene to investigate.  He was extremely thorough, but most importantly he obviously cares about the people he has to deal with on the job. Checking 5 apartments and even worrying about peoples pets. Thank you so much for quickly finding the issue!

Called and they responded and fixed our kitchen faucet problem within 2-1/2 hours. Next competitor was almost 48hrs later. Service was quick and professional- wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
