Nobody else wanted to do the work on a Sunday evening, which was understandable.  Monika answered me very quickly, and had Ahmad here within a half hour.  
 Ahmad was awesome!  He figured out the problem quickly and went right to work.  Within an hour, my stress level went from over the roof to nil.  He was extremely kind, professional and very knowledgeable.  I learned a lot from him.

Darell was available quickly which worked out for my needs. Did a great job fixing a gutter and kept the site clean. Easy to get a hold of, very responsive on keeping me up to date on when he would be able to come by. Was on time and got the job done.

Chris the owner of Acculine Leak Detection saved the day for me.  I had a bad water leak under my house that was costing me $100s a day from the gas and water department.  He came out the day I called him and gave me a competitive bid.  He explained everything to me in easy to understand terms and I trusted him immediately.  I am disabled in a wheelchair on a low income and a severe emergency for me as I had to turn the water off.  He came the next day with the equipment to find the leaks and checked the entire house.   He started work that day with an assistant and they worked two full days to reroute the pipes through the attic which also saved me much money.  It was in El Cajon, CA which is extremely hot so it was a very difficult job.  He is friendly, kind, caring, very respectful, He is  professional and really knows his trade. We could not get our kitchen sink to drain.  Ideal plumbing was able to perform same day service.  They were professional, fixed the problem, and showed us additional trouble shooting techniques we can perform if something similar happens in the future.  The price was $148, which is probably on the higher end; however, like in most cases, you get what you pay for.  We paid more and received a good service.

Carlos was really nice and came to fix the clog in my bathroom in no time! He was able to get to my house asap and the prices were great! Will definitely call Carlos again if i have any future plumbing problems!

We are a local winery and tasting room and in the middle of our day with an establishment full of clients our plumbing needed help.  This company responded quickly, arrived on scene in under 30 minutes, professionally entered the rear of the establishment, rapidly and most importantly quietly solved the problem with no intrusion to our clients!  I don't think the clients knew the plumbers were there.   In addition to their speed and professionalism, they were quite reasonable and fair in the pricing, a plus to all business owners.

I requested an estimate, and the estimator came on time. I was under the impression that I would receive a written estimate via the Housecall Pro service, but I never did. I never heard from PIC Plumbing Services either. Thankfully, I found another plumber to do the work I needed on my sewer line.

True Value plumbing is a class act! My toilet was flooding, and I didn't want to risk any water damage, so I called, and they sent Cody out immediately. He gave me a quick and cost-efficient quote to fix everything. I ended up having to redo piping under my house, which I thought would take a couple of days and cost an arm and a leg. We have used Perry Plumbling now three times in the past couple months. The service has been excellent. They are very professional and on time. They take pride in what they do and it shows. Thank you Alex, Brandon and Roland!! The only down side is the communication with the answering service. On our first repair, just trying to get a call back was a let down. Multiple calls went out to them, we were told someone was gonna call the next day but never did. We were told that the answering service staff is short staffed. Other than that great service!

We had a GREAT experience!!!! Eugene called me back really fast and came out the same day to check out our house to possibly install a reverse osmosis system. The pricing he gave us was WELL below every other quote we got!! He even agreed to help with the drilling of the Granite (which I've seen people charge a lot of money for). He was SO fast and efficient. He agreed to come on a Saturday morning at 7:30am to install a system (only because it was convenient for us!). He was quick, cordial,and very considerate. He even let us buy our own faucet if we wanted instead of pushing us to use his products. I highly highly highly recommend him!!!! Honest, prompt and reliable. Call them- you will not regret it. Two technicians came out to fix a leak in a toilet tank which allowed water to keep flowing into the tank. When they arrived they diagnosed the issue. After doing this they went back to their truck for about 15 minutes sitting in the cab. They came back and gave me a print out of several options ranging from a couple hundred dollars to replacing the entire toilet!  I told them I wanted the cheapest option. After fixing the leak in the toilet tank one of the technicians asked to check the water pressure in the hot water tank. They did and said the water heater should be replaced and asked if I wanted that done. I declined.

The following day, I noticed when using the upstairs shower, a high pitched squeal which would last until I turned off the faucet. In fact, we hear this squeal when my son takes a shower in a different bathroom. There's no way this could automagically happen right after a service call for something totally different, unless one of the repair people tweaked something to cause this. I will never use them again.

I had almost the same experience as Jacob did, except that the detection was done at my home.  They said I had a leak and told me the area to dig.  I paid someone to dig a hole 5 feet long by two foot wide by three foot deep.  After this I discovered there was no leak at all.  When I called the technician, he said to wait a few days and he would call me back.  I waited five days, he did not call, hoping no doubt that I would go away.  After this I called the company and they had him call me.  All he could say was that I was lucky that there wasn't a flood.  I called the company again expecting reparations.  The woman in charge basically told me to pound sand.  So, they have my money and I have a messed up yard where there was no leak.  The people who gave them five stars must be associated with the business.  It is a terrible company, steer clear.

Had been working with the mother company for other projects when unexpectedly SDG&E identified a problem with our water heater after the house was tented for termites. James was able to walk us through options to find the best solution for our situation and timeline. The install team showed up on time, brought and installed the new water heater in a VERY tight closet in a matter of hours. The new heater and closet area looks very neat and clean and all has been brought up to code requirements. The plumber on the job site was also able to answer some related questions pertinent to upcoming bathroom renovations, which was very helpful!
