We had 4 different plumbers come to investigate how to fix our broken water heater.  However, it wasn't until Ivan from Aqua Tech Plumbing came out and immediately saw that the heater needed replacement and it was actually covered from the manufacturer. He even assisted me in getting the labor for the replacement water covered under our warranty.

He was professional, polite, licensed and insured. We will be using him for all future plumbing jobs and recommending him to all our friends.

Doug was able to schedule us quickly to replace a rusted ice maker spigot.  He was here on time, quickly made the repair and charged a fair price for the work.  Highly recommend!

Called a plumber around 8:30 am the first day after the Christmas holiday RE: clogged drain.  We had two bathrooms suffering the effects and weren't sure how bad this was going to be.  I knew they might be busy.  They quoted time and a half prices and couldn't come until after 5:00 pm that evening.  So I called Baird.  They'd been recommended to us years ago as a good resource by a retiring plumber.  Baird said someone would be there between 10-12 that day.  Josh showed up at 9:30 and went straight to work.  He had to haul a longer snake to the top of the roof, but he got the drain cleared with a bill of $60.  I think he was there less than an hour and he was working hard the entire time.  Great job.  Baird, and specifically Josh, are our go-to for future drain issues.  Really glad we found them.

Recently needed to determine prognosis and options for leaky fixtures on our kitchen sink and had the fortune of finding Ruben Reyes at All Time Plumbing. He was extremely timely in his communication, and when he came to provide us our free estimate he was very thorough.

He explained the cause of the problems, gave us each of the options of what we could do to repair, what expected short term and long term results would be, and approximate costs of each.  You could tell he is very knowledgeable. He was never pushy and answered all of my questions allowing me to make the best decision for our project goals.  He also took the time to answer questions on other projects we are considering in the future.

On the day of the project Ruben showed up on time, and got the job done quickly. He also left the area cleaner than it was when he arrived. Everything is working great and looks fantastic. The price was very reasonable and we feel we got great value for his services.

I had this plumber come to install a faucet I'd purchased.  He did it and left, after telling me that it would not be under warranty because he did not supply the faucet.  Read it again- his work in my home had no warranty because the faucet was already there and he didn't middle man it.  Okay.  

It immediately was wobbly.  I called and he said he would try to get over there to take a look at it.  We are talking a day or two later.  He never showed up.  Then he stopped answering my calls.  I gave up at this point and just lived with a wobbling faucet that leaked counter top water into the cabinet below for a while.  

Eventually we got another faucet and attempted to replace it ourselves.  But... it turned out that the hole under the sink where the faucet is clamped down was either too big or too small to get a tight seal.  We ended up having to router out some of the wood underneath to get a good grip and finally get a non wobbly faucet.  

Guess who installed a faucet with the under parts diagonal and knew it wouldn't work?  Tom Dinardo.  Guess who told me it would not be under warranty of any kind before he left my home?  Tom Dinardo.  Guess who is a plumber who should have known that the hole needed to be either bigger or smaller for the parts to be flush under the sink and I'm thinking knew my faucet was not going to work?  Pretty sure it was Tom Dinardo.  

So I guess if you have him get all your parts for you so his work will be under warranty, you could hire this guy.  But if you already got your faucet and are looking for someone to install it, I'd recommend looking some more, his work is not guaranteed and when you want him to fix it, even less than a week later, he won't, even if he didn't do it correctly in the first place

Also, I had read the directions prior to having Tom Dinardo install the faucet- he failed to use a silicon ring upon install.  It was in the directions to do so and I watched him do it and he never put anything down, just faucet on granite with a half ass, diagonal assembly shoved in the hole underneath it.

These guys are fantastic, reasonable and down right honest! We got quotes from them, Black Mountain (they kept changing their price) and Bill Howe (sent an apprentice). So glad we decided to go with All Flow Plumbing in Santee, 619-409-9891. Eric and his assistant, Daniel, replaced our main water line plus built a new irrigation line, no leaks and everything works perfectly!

Toilets got clogged up at 9 pm Sunday night and we went into panic mode! Called so many places that said they were 24 hours and they really weren't at all or were way over priced! So frustrating! Damman's PLumbing saw a post a made and reached out and was able to come unclog my toilets in less than one hour on at Sunday night!! Absolutely amazing! great service, and great price! Damman's plumbing really came to the rescue! Highly recommend to anyone and everyone ! Can not thank them enough!!!!

First to respond, came quickly, and best pricing. Allen was very professional and did a great job. We will definitely call him in the future for any other plumbing needs as he was very trustworthy and all around great guy who did an excellent job.

I had a broken garbage disposal thats needs to be replaced. I called several plumbers in the area and got different quotes. I came across with Family Plumbing, spoke with Phil and he gave me the best deal/quote. So, I made an appointment with him to replace my broken garbage disposal the following day. I work during the week and Phil understand that so he told me that they can come to see me after I get off work. Phil and his wife Tracy showed up ready for the job. They were very polite and professional. After they installed the garbage disposal, they tested it to make sure it's working, and that there's no water leaking. Phil even showed me how to troubleshoot the newly installed garbage disposal in the event it will get clogged and gave me tips on how to maintain it. My faucet needs to be replaced soon and Phil even gave me a free diagnostic check.  I highly recommend Phil and Tracey for your plumbing needs. They are reliable, affordable and easy to work with. I have his business card and they even told me to give them a call or text in case i have questions about anything. I will definitely recommend them to my family and friends. These guys are the only plumbers I'll use. They are timely, clean, and very reasonable with prices! I have used them multiple times and have referred them multiple times. They have always done a great job, and that is why they get an easy 5-star rating from me! A+

I called Anthem Handyman Services to fix a leaking water pipe in my wall. Gunner showed up in a timely fashion to repair the leak. He even came back the next day to repair the drywall that was damaged during the leak and repair process. It was such a relief to deal with one company during this ordeal. I would totally use this company again.

I called Greg because I had water next the foundation of my house.  He spent about 10 minutes with me on the phone listening to the problem, the steps I had taken so far and then he talked me through the potential causes, and a few tests I could do myself in order to troubleshoot and determine the problem.   Turns out I didn't need a plumber and I was able to fix the issue myself.  He did not charge for his time and he did not tell me he could come over to take a look (which would have cost a service call).  

Anyone who answers the phone, spends a few minutes listening and giving advice, and then tells the home owner how to troubleshoot the problem has displayed a level of character and professionalism in a company rarely seen today.  Should I need a plumber in the future, I'll call Greg at Ramona's Plumber.  I suspect I will update my review to 5 stars when I need him to come do some work.  I recommend you give him an opportunity to see how he can help you.

In 3 hrs and in sweltering heat within our garage Danny labored away and gave us a great brand new 75 gal water heater that replaced a way past it's prime Rheem that was giving off rust colored water. He worked at all times with mask and made sure to bring our new water heater up to code by adding in the necessary accessories during installation. After install he spent a lot of time walking us thru maintenance tips and how to operate it. We also saved a good chunk of $ by going with this company compared to other bids I received. I think in large part it has to do with the large volume of tanks they install - they can source their tanks at a better price and then share some of that cost savings with customers. Couldn't be happier!

We had Blue Bear Plumbing come out and jet our waste line from the sink to the restrooms fearing a underslab broken pipe. Worked through 50 years of gunk on the inside of the pipes and after about 40 minutes, line cleared, sent the camera in and we were not able to locate a break !! Will hopefully don't have to call them again, but if we have another issue, we will be calling Blue Bear Plumbing!

We called Universal plumbing to help with a slow kitchen drain. The problem was pretty far down the line since it took a few minutes of dishwashing before the water started coming up in the sink.
 The guys came over, run the snake, told me that all was fixed, charged ~$100 and left.  After a few days, doing a big load of dishes, we found that nothing changed and the water was still coming up.  The receipt said 30-day warranty so we called the guys again.
They refused to come!
Said they there were not under any obligation or warranty, and that was entirely our problem.

Great company . They are honest , reliable , respectful , and very knowledgeable . They have serviced my HVAC and today switched out my unit for a more efficient one . My old one was only 36 years old !!! Miles and his crew are great ! I highly recommend this company if you need their services .
