We had our water heater tank blow out and it caused some water damage.  Ivan came out and did a temporary installation of the new water heater while the water damage was repaired.  He returned later to complete the installation to the permanent location after repairs were finished.  He was great throughout the entire process.  He is very thorough, calm and professional at his craft.  You can't go wrong with Ivan and Aqua Tech.

Doug came over yesterday and helped me troubleshoot shoot a plumbing problem I was having.  The water to the fridge/ice machine wasn't working. He crawled in my crawl space, searched around the attic, and did his best to help solve the problem.  In the end we had to run a new line.  However, instead of going from the sink which the average plumber would do, he came up with a creative idea where the water line would be hidden by taking the water from the outside and bringing it through the attic and down in the kitchen behind the refrigerator.  I'm super thankful for his quality work and would hire him again.  Also, I liked how it was him and his son that do all the work.  Great plumbers are hard to find, you don't want to regret hiring the wrong one as one leak can cost you.

These guys are fantastic, reasonable and down right honest! We got quotes from them, Black Mountain (they kept changing their price) and Bill Howe (sent an apprentice). So glad we decided to go with All Flow Plumbing in Santee, 619-409-9891. Eric and his assistant, Daniel, replaced our main water line plus built a new irrigation line, no leaks and everything works perfectly!

Called Jeff after our water heater starting leaking and he came out same day and brought the other people we needed to get things fixed, including the people to dry out the water and repair the walls.  He set up a new water heater in a temporary spot so we would have hot water while everything was dried and fixed, which was great since this was all happening a few days before Christmas.

They came out on short notice and did an awesome job! It was a mess and they cleaned up nicely. I highly recommend them. The price was reasonable as well.

Family-owned, trustworthy, and reasonably priced. I'm so thankful when they came to help me when I got too ambitious and tried to fix some plumbing on my own. They came in the following day and did a full repair. I even called them back when I needed a new kitchen sink and bathroom sink replaced. They are so friendly and great people to chat with. I had used Mike in the past and he did a good job but for some unknown reason to me he cancelled on me today without even letting me know! When I called his office assistant she told me I was taken off the schedule yesterday and when I asked why she called to ask him and he said he just didnt want to help me. This appointment was made on Monday and if he didn;t want to do it why didn;t he tell me at the time?

This is highly unprofessional of a plumber and he not only wasted 2 hours of my day in which I had to stay home to wait for him, but I could have had this plumbing problem fixed by someone else by now!

How can a professional person be so uncaring and rude? Very bad behavior.

I've been scammed, ripped off, and the quality of work was shockingly bad. It pains me to have hired Anthem and Gunner to do work for me. He took all of the money with the promise to return to correct and complete the work the following week for what he was hired to do, but never returned, didn't return the money, and left me with 20% of the work done. My walls were left damaged and he left a huge mess behind that took me an hour to scrub clean. He agreed to a list of things to do for me for $500. He tried to save time by hanging heavy metal frames with a single ancho/ bolt by the frame and didn't utilized the d-rings designed to secure the frame well, leaving them dangerously insecure on a stairwell. He placed tape under the frame to claim this made it secure. It didn't. They fell and created more than 3 large and deep holes in my walls and chipped my baseboards. The frames are now broken, too. that's another $150. Thankfully, it didn't harm me or my son. He created significant damage to my walls in 10 places with large anchor holes that will need to be dug out and professionally repaired and marks all over them from the initial hanging, not including the damage created when they fell. (My walls were just professionally painted 1 week before his arrival). I am a single Mom with a 1 year old son. He left me with a repair job that will cost me well over 1K to repair and 80% of the work incomplete that he was paid for. I gave him money in good faith that he was going to return to fix the damage and hang them properly and did so partly because he /and his company were recommended by a close friend. We even had a day scheduled the following week, but he refused to come back after the fact to fix his unsafe and improper hangings, repair the damaged wall, and complete the work list, but he took the money and ran. He tried to do the job quickly for a payday with no conscience in delivering quality work. Unethical and unprofessional! Do not hire this company!!

Greg is wonderful! I had taken the day off work to wait for a different plumbing company (through our home warranty) to come by to fix an issue we had, but they decided not to show. I started calling around trying to find someone who could come same day, to no avail. Greg was one of the people I left a voicemail for, and he called me back pretty quickly. He explained that he was very busy for the day but offered to walk me through a few processes to see if I could just fix it myself and save both money and time. It ended up solving our problem, and no further repairs or anything were needed! We are definitely appreciative of his willingness to help and his generosity. We already have and will continue to recommend him to everyone in Ramona we know!

Our water heater broke on a Saturday afternoon and within an hour Pat arrived at our house to replace it. He was very knowledgeable. The pricing was very fair. The job required replacement of pipes, valves and repositioning. Everything went smooth and quickly. Pat was thorough in explaining how the new water heater worked and emergency shut off procedures. We are very happy with the service we received and I would recommend this company. This unpleasant situation of a broken water heater quickly turned into a hassle free experience. Everyone we dealt with was courteous and professional for this service call to diagnose and fix our tankless water heater issue. Thankfully it was a quick fix, and they even provided documentation as to the cause for our HOA's and development's benefit. We would use this service if needed.

I don't do many reviews, but let's put it this way.. If you have a plumbing or HVAC problem and you aren't calling Jerry's plumbing its your lost :D
As a local real estate investor, I always use Jerry's Plumbing for all my job's. They are fair in price but more importantly very honest and always does great work.  The first time I met up with the crew was because of a slab leak in my house... I called them the next day they came out and then he gave me a price quote on the slab leak at the same time told me that this is just a temp fix and I should really do a Repipe.. I thought they were just like every other plumber trying to upsell me so I said no.. Well, guess what.. 2 months later, another slab leak at another location... This time I opted for the full package Repipe... They did it as fast as they could and left my house super clean..  (as clean as a repipe job can be).  A few days after the re-pipe I get a call from the  owner Jerry he wanted to come down personally to take a look at the property to make sure everything was done right and no shortcuts were taken... I have used them ever since. They are my go to  crew for all my HVAC and Plumbing jobs.
