I have used Baird's Drain for many years - I have always been completely satisfied. My kitchen sink & garbage disposal backed up Christmas night. I called Baird's the next morning. I was given a 2-hour window on when someone would be out. As is always the case, someone showed up within the time window. Yesterday it was Rob - super friendly, thorough, & professional. And you can't beat the price. I will always use Baird's!  P.S. My clean-outs are on the roof, which a lot of other companies won't do because of liability. It's never been an issue with Baird's.

Words can't express the gratitude I have for Ruben and All Time plumbing. Just when everyone told me I was looking at thousands of dollars in work, Ruben and his professional demeanor came and found not only the source to the original leak and problem but identified another problem we had been curious about with the water heater. Joe Allen the owner sent me a text message this morning at 9 a. m. and he said he is en route to my house and he should be arrive at my home by 9:30 a.m. today on Tuesday, November 16, 2021.

I saw Joe pull up in this really large Plumbing Truck with really a colorful advertisement that said Allen Wrench Plumbing Company with a man holding a wrench and had a big smile on his face.

I was using the bathroom then I heard my door bell ring twice. I walked up to my front door and I unlocked it from the inside and then I opened up the door. Joe has long dark black hair in a pony tail and he was dressed very casual and was wearing a tee shirt and long pants with shoes. Joe told me Hello and he said he is here to replace the Toilet Flush Lever handle in one of my bathrooms.

Before Joe came inside my front door, Joe said he wasn't wearing these Booties that are called these Shoe Coverings over his shoes. Joe was very polite and he asked me if it was okay with me if he came inside my house without wearing these Booties? I said well I don't mind as long as the bottom of his shoes doesn't have MUD or a lot of Dirty stuck to the bottom of his shoes.  Then Joe looked at the bottom of both of his shoes and Joe said his shoes are CLEAN. I told Joe to come inside I had NO ISSUES with him not wearing these Booties on his shoes. I am a very easy going and down to earth person.

Joe Allen this owner walked into the front door this morning.  I showed Joe this cheap part that I bought at my local Walmart Supercenter Store it was a metal Flush Lever Replacement Handle Part I only paid $4.00 for it last week at Walmart. I asked Joe if he could use this cheaper part today? Joe said sure Frances no problem at all.  Joe and I walked down the hallway toward and into the bathroom. Joe took this Flush Lever Replacement Handle Part with him. I explained to Joe Allen the owner that I tried to flush my toilet twice and when i tried flushing my toilet the black plastic handle part broke in half.

Joe said the reason this older part had broke in half is  because this part is really old. I watched Joe replace the Flush Lever Replacement Part Handle  and it only took Joe less than (5 minutes) to finish this project. Joe removed the broken black plastic Flush Lever Handle Part and then he unscrewed and removed this black plastic part that has this silver flush lever handle that this part is  connected to with his hand. Then the next step in this process I watched Joe Allen (owner) after he inserted this new Flush Lever Handle Replacement Part into the hole where the toilet handle is located at he attached this metal chain to the red flapper in order for this toilet bowl to drain properly when I flush this toilet. I asked Joe to (test out) and press down on the new toilet handle that he replaced for me. Joe agreed to my request and he pressed down on the new toilet flush handle part and the toilet did flush. I was so happy and thanked Joe.

I also asked Joe if he could give me an estimate on this Shower Head that had Hard Water Stains and Calcium Build Up on the front of the holes on top of this shower head in my shower room in this same bathroom. I also told Joe I removed this Shower Head to clean scrub it with a toothbrush to remove the Hard Water Stains and the Calcium Build Up with this CLR Solution. It only had taken me (3o minutes) to scrub off and remove these hard water stains from this large heavy shower head.  

Joe said he examined the Shower Head that I had removed these Hard Water Stains from. I told Joe I would prefer if he replaced this Heavy Shower Head with a lighter weight Shower Head I will of course pay him for this New Shower Head today.  Joe told me that one of his customers last week told Joe that he doesn't want this (lighter weight Water Saver Shower Head Part) replaced in his shower room. This customer gave Joe Allen the owner his shower head part. Joe told me he is going to give me this SHOWER HEAD FOR FREE and not charge me. I was really happy again and I told Joe I really appreciate him saving me a lot of money today.

Joe only charged me the $60.00 which is the original Quote he discussed with me last week on Yelp.com through the Text Messaging System. I wrote a personal check out to Allen Wrench Plumbing. Joe gave me his Business Card. I told Joe I will give him a (5 Star - Excellent Review) on Yelp today. Joe said he has been in business for 8 years and it is just him and his wife who own their plumbing business. Joe is married and has 4 children. Joe was very professional, knowledgeable, and he was really awesome I enjoyed my visit with him. I told Joe Allen I will call him again for my future plumbing issues.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! If I could give zero stars I would! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE GUYS! There are so many better plumbers that won't leave you waiting on them! These guys requested my address, said they'd be there within the hour and NEVER showed up or even were professional enough to respond when I asked hours later if they were still coming! Who does that??? I wasted my entire day waiting on them to show up and they can't even answer the phone when I call or respond to text messages asking if they were still coming! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! We own several rental properties throughout the city and they will NEVER get any of our business after wasting our time and not even at the very least letting us know what happened and that they clearly were not coming. We always like to support other small businesses but will not support businesses who operate this way and disrespect their customers by behaving this way. There are too many good plumbers out there that are more than happy to provide actual service to custiner

Follow up to Family Plumbings response... so you respond to my yelp review 25 DAYS later and then call me a liar??? First of all I never removed the time stamp! Anyone with an iPhone knows it only adds a time stamp in when there is a period of hours between messages... I responded to the message with my address immediately and that's why there's no break in that conversation... but that's adorable that you try and blame others for your badly run business... So maybe you can respond to this and not wait 25 days to answer but why did all my calls and text go unanswered? Isn't it funny how you seemed to forget how to answer that phone... The only thing on this message I blocked out was the address...and any idiot knows that you could've modified the times by having your phone set to a different time, for example if I set the clock on my phone ahead by 10 minutes it will show my received text messages at a different time then my sent messages even if they are sent/received within the same minute... you can try and call me a lot of things but I'm not a liar and I support small businesses just not ones that are disrespectful and rude to customers... and it's funny how there's a bunch of other reviews stating you never showed up or responded to them either after getting an address, almost like it's a pattern... Helpful hint, treat others the way you want to be treated and don't waste customer's time! You'll be far more successful that way...

First time that we needed a plumber for the installation of our new fridge. One of the water valves was bad and the appliance installer told us that upon arrival with the new appliance that he wouldn't touch it. We needed a plumber fast and Independent picked up the phone right away and sent someone out in a couple of hours on the same day. Very nice technician and great service. He also helped with an unrelated question to assist in getting our gas range flush to the wall. Awesome all around. Will use this service again and recommend to my friends.

I would say that Gunner is probably the best handyman I have ever used. Along with his excellent well-rounded skillset, he responds quickly to calls/texts, he shows up on time, has highly competitive rates, but most of all, he is friendly, personable and I also feel that I can trust him which is extremely important! I would highly recommend Gunner.

I called Greg because I had water next the foundation of my house.  He spent about 10 minutes with me on the phone listening to the problem, the steps I had taken so far and then he talked me through the potential causes, and a few tests I could do myself in order to troubleshoot and determine the problem.   Turns out I didn't need a plumber and I was able to fix the issue myself.  He did not charge for his time and he did not tell me he could come over to take a look (which would have cost a service call).  

Anyone who answers the phone, spends a few minutes listening and giving advice, and then tells the home owner how to troubleshoot the problem has displayed a level of character and professionalism in a company rarely seen today.  Should I need a plumber in the future, I'll call Greg at Ramona's Plumber.  I suspect I will update my review to 5 stars when I need him to come do some work.  I recommend you give him an opportunity to see how he can help you.

This is our second time using Water Heaters Only. They responded quickly and sent a technician out the next day. Clayton Young did an outstanding job and is an absolute pleasure to work with. He went above and beyond to replace our leaking water heater and bring everything up to code. He kept me posted on his arrival time, explain everything he was doing, and even let me record a video of how to relight the pilot. I would definitely ask for him again should we have water heater issues.

Everyone we dealt with was courteous and professional for this service call to diagnose and fix our tankless water heater issue. Thankfully it was a quick fix, and they even provided documentation as to the cause for our HOA's and development's benefit. We would use this service if needed.

Fast and efficient service. Just a clogged utility sink in our garage but he was great and informative. I'm always afraid of how expensive plumbing issues can be, but it wasn't too bad and I feel he was very honest.     Will call again for future needs :)

They came out same day for an estimate, came back the next day to do the job. We ran into unexpected issues that were quickly resolved and was able to complete the job on time. Very friendly and helpful.
