Had a leaking toilet - called yesterday afternoon and Ruben was able to come out today and fix it. He called when he was on his way, and diagnosed the problem right away. He worked quickly and professionally, and he and his staff were also friendly. Will be using All Time Plumbing for any future problems, and highly recommend them to anyone!!

Tom showed up on time , and looked over two problems in my older home. He was careful in examining the problem , and suggested another plumber who works in older homes. He gave a quote on another problem in the home. He charged no service call and was extremely honest about costs and his skill set with the problems in my home. What a great honest guy! He is someone who I would have do the work for me in a minute with his honest and ethical approach.

These guys are fantastic, reasonable and down right honest! We got quotes from them, Black Mountain (they kept changing their price) and Bill Howe (sent an apprentice). So glad we decided to go with All Flow Plumbing in Santee, 619-409-9891. Eric and his assistant, Daniel, replaced our main water line plus built a new irrigation line, no leaks and everything works perfectly!

Our home is almost nine years old and are starting to replace/repair appliances and fixtures. We first called Carmel Valley Plumbing to come in and take a look at our water heater and sink piping. We chose CVP because we knew owner Jeff Isber and his wife through our daughter's elementary school, where their daughter is a student. The Isbers are active supporters of the school, and donate generously to the school district's fundraising programs. CVP is a family-owned small business with strong ties to the Carmel Valley community, a good trait for service providers who work on your home.

Jeff came by on short notice to check the water heater and sink piping. He explained clearly why the water heater was OK for the time being, but that we should switch it out at the end of the summer. When we asked why, Jeff said that he thought the heater would make it through the current winter and following summer, but that we shouldn't assume that it would make it through another winter. He recommended that we check the heater regularly for leaks. With our sink piping, Jeff said the problem was with our dishwasher and not the piping. Though CVP does not repair dishwashers, Jeff explained why he thought our dishwasher was not draining properly and generally what needed to be done to get it fixed. After looking at the sink piping and dishwasher, Jeff checked the faucet, noticed it was loose and looking worse for wear, and recommended a highly rated Grohe faucet sold at Home Depot if we wanted to replace it.

We were not charged for this visit.

More recently, our sink dispose-all began to leak from the bottom. I called CVP at 10 am. Jeff arrived shortly after noon, took a minute to determine that the dispose-all was shot, removed the old dispose-all and installed the new one (he had one in his truck), all in 30 minutes. As with the first visit, Jeff took the time to explain what was wrong with the existing dispose-all (leak from bottom of dispose-all means water from the wet upper half of the unit had gotten into the dry bottom half of the unit where the motor and circuitry are housed).

We plan to have CVP install our shiny new Grohe faucet in the near (but hopefully not immediate!) future, replace our water heater this summer, and diagnose/solve the many plumbing related problems that are certain to come up as our home ages.

I'd give CVP 10 stars if I could.

I had Damman's Plumbing install an extension on a shower handle in my guest bathroom. The technicians left the shower handle very loose and it was flopping around and shrugged off the issue when I told him it wasn't correct. He also left behind a huge mess. He installed connections using permanent thread locker (red loctite, evidence in pictures and more info below). Since it's a guest shower nobody uses it, and I'm mechanically inclined enough to fix it myself when I have time. The only reason I hired Dammans was because the extension part is a special order item (not available at your regular hardware store).

Fast forward to now when I went to fix the issue and tighten up the handle. The center bolt pictured was not tight against the assembly which is why the handle was loose and floppy. On top of that it was impossible to remove. I tried multiple different methods to get it off and had to resort to cutting off the bolt head and using a large vice grip to get it off. The bolt nearly snapped as you can see the evidence of it twisting. The culprit? RED LOC TITE. If you're not familiar with what that is, it's designed to permanently install bolts and not be removed. It has no place in this application, ask any mechanic or plumber and they will tell you the same.

Incredible service, almost embarrassingly reasonable rates, and most of all, they have real integrity and creativity in their plumbing solutions. I wouldn't use anyone else.

These plumbing problems always cost more than you expected, but we had our water heater replaced and all the corrections made to make it safe and to bring the installation up to code. They did a fantastic job and were polite and easy to deal with. I would definitely use there services again if needed.

I wanted my water heater replaced and they came right out with 2 hours. Michael was very professional and friendly. He wore his mask and made sure that he answered all of my questions! I would highly recommend him for your water heater needs!!!

We had Blue Bear Plumbing come out and jet our waste line from the sink to the restrooms fearing a underslab broken pipe. Worked through 50 years of gunk on the inside of the pipes and after about 40 minutes, line cleared, sent the camera in and we were not able to locate a break !! Will hopefully don't have to call them again, but if we have another issue, we will be calling Blue Bear Plumbing!

I was a little doubtful looking at all the five star reviews that a plumbing company could wow me, but they did. I needed an inspection done for a property I am purchasing, and while Paul was a few minutes late (he did let us know), he was very thorough and efficient.  He was extremely professional, and seemed to be invested in helping us determine every possible issue and non-issue with the plumbing.  He even climbed up on the roof, checked the water heater, and knew a lot about every system that involved water running through the house.  I was impressed, and felt like I was in good hands.  I will definitely be calling him back to get the recommended repairs.

Jerry's Plumbing came highly recommended by my physician, and I'm so glad we found them!!

We had some major work done to fix what a contractor did (Cal and Milka Costello, who have worked under several names, R&R roofing, NorCal Construction... 562-712-7144. BEWARE!) Everyone at Jerry's Plumbing was wonderful and professional.  They fixed the problem (water leaking thru walls) quickly, even though they had to break into the slab foundation, and professionally.  They protected against debris floating around and left the house very clean.  The price was reasonable too!  Since then, I have only used them and would recommend them to anyone!!  They are great people!!
