Doug came over yesterday and helped me troubleshoot shoot a plumbing problem I was having.  The water to the fridge/ice machine wasn't working. He crawled in my crawl space, searched around the attic, and did his best to help solve the problem.  In the end we had to run a new line.  However, instead of going from the sink which the average plumber would do, he came up with a creative idea where the water line would be hidden by taking the water from the outside and bringing it through the attic and down in the kitchen behind the refrigerator.  I'm super thankful for his quality work and would hire him again.  Also, I liked how it was him and his son that do all the work.  Great plumbers are hard to find, you don't want to regret hiring the wrong one as one leak can cost you.

Garage sink backed up Saturday.   I called and left message (finding out they don't work Sunday).  I got a call back Monday at 9am, and had fellow at my house at 11am.  Young man asked questions, got on roof, snaked the drain and he made recommendations on possible causes.  20 minutes later he was back in truck with $30 fee he charged.  AWESOME!!!!

You don't know how hesitant I was calling a new plumber to replace the faucet and shower head in my bathroom. Previous plumbing jobs have always been a dirty and expensive experience; Why do they always have to leave such a disaster area? Ruben was the complete opposite. I know it wasn't easy replacing the shower head and faucet without going through the drywall in the back, but Ruben did it! It's always a relief when you find the right professional for the job; Ruben is now officially in my contacts. Phew.

We have used Tom for so many years ......at least 12. He is always professional....tells it like it is and yet you feel at ease since he knows what the issues are and if he can remedy them. So yesterday we had a leak in a wall coming from the bathroom to the garage....small but mighty...and so after thinking well it may be this...or that...I said time to call Tom....we had already called Traveler's Insurance...the BEST....they said you  have many options....l. call you favorite plumber.. 2. we can send out our agent, 3. Hey we can take out excess water...oh 10 grand.....4. rent you a place to say...all these options FREE...so I said why not let our trusted plumber take charge....they said turn off the water and wait for our further instructions.....Tom called back...that night and morning...by 1pm he was able to take care of the situation and leaks and more are gone since I thought why not have him check this and that...which he had already had done on his own...since he said......just wanted to make sure all is fine...you love this...this was FREE.....why just doing the right thing....and so thanks Tom....you made our day by simply being a Old School guy....loving your work...taking time to listen and most of all knowing that customer service is the one thing that seperates you from from the rest....why...?....Retired corporate Nordstrom employee for thirty years....thanks TOM.......you the MAN.....

These guys are fantastic, reasonable and down right honest! We got quotes from them, Black Mountain (they kept changing their price) and Bill Howe (sent an apprentice). So glad we decided to go with All Flow Plumbing in Santee, 619-409-9891. Eric and his assistant, Daniel, replaced our main water line plus built a new irrigation line, no leaks and everything works perfectly!

Contacted Carmel Valley Plumbing to help with drain service in our rental home this summer. The tenants said he was quick, knowledgeable and cleaned up after himself; they also said he was easy to work with. From the landlord perspective, I'm glad to have vendors I know I can rely on to fix uses when I'm not there. His pricing was competitive.

Called up Jesse today and he saved the day. Very professional, and straight forward. I will be calling next time I have an emergency.

After requesting help and quotes on Yelp for a low water pressure situation in an upstairs bath/shower with two faucets (the guest bath)  that had apparently occurred within the last two months,  Joe came by to give a free estimate.  This was at my mother-in-law's house where my wife and I are staying while her mother recovers from surgery.  To diagnose the problem, and after turning off the water at the street, he took out both valves and stuck a wire into the connecting pipe to see if there was any sediment or buildup but nothing was apparent.  He reinstalled the valves but there wasn't any improvement.  He gave us a quote for a single-control Moen temperature-balancing faucet, complete with a trim plate that would cover the holes left by the original faucets, for $325.  Now that he had diagnosed the problem, he urged us to ask for quotes for this job on Yelp to see what others would charge.  We were fine with this estimate but had other plumbers coming and wanted at least a second opinion.  But Joe didn't charge for this initial diagnosis.

Two hours later, another plumber responding to our request on Yelp showed up.  I didn't tell him what Joe had done previously.  This time we turned off the water using the valve in the garage, the only difference.  He pretty much determined the same problem but wanted $150 to remove the valves and fish the connecting pipe.  I pressed him on what the next step would be if that didn't work (which I already knew it wouldn't).  He said that he could install pretty much the same single-control faucet that Joe had recommended for $600-$800!  I then told him that Joe had already done what he wanted $150 to do and also told him Joe's estimate for the same type of faucet.  He was amazed and asked if Joe was a real plumber and he kept pressing and pressing and I told him, no, I wasn't interested, I thanked him for his time and effort but told him that I was ending this.  He protested all the way out the door and then told me he might be able to do it on his time for less.  No thanks!

But wait, here's the best part!  After he left, I turned on all the faucets in the house and then opened the valve in the garage.  Lots of noise and banging and the sound of water whooshing.  I started to turn off all the faucets downstairs and my wife called from upstairs saying that water was gushing out of the tub spout in the upstairs bathroom!  Apparently, whatever Joe did had resolved the problem, it just took a complete flushing of the faucets and the upstairs bath/shower was now working just fine.  My wife and I finally got to take decent showers again!  

Since Joe actually fixed the problem and it didn't cost her anything, my mother-in-law decided that she wanted to reimburse him for his time and effort, so she called and said that she wanted to send a check for $100.  A very nice woman (Joe's wife?) answered and when she explained the call to Joe, they both said that this wasn't necessary.  If we have any future plumbing problem at either my mother-in-law's house or at our house, we will definitely call Joe!

Family Plumbing was able to come the same day even though it was last minute and not only that, did an amazing job in no time at all. I was experiencing a mainline blockage and the waste water would pile up in the bath tub. They didn't try to trick or lie to me and was extremely professional. Worth every penny and we look forward to calling them back of something like this may happen again.

Dom and his crew are awesome. We have used them in both emergency and non emergency plumbing situations. They are always very responsive, honest and on budget. They have gotten us out of some plumbing jams and have helped us figure out the best way to safeguard for the future after watching all our neighbors tear up their front yards to fix their pipes. I highly recommended them, you will not be disappointed.

We recently moved into a new house with an extremely complex circulation, solar and heating system.  As I was trying to identify how everything worked, I noticed that there was a sticker by Ramona's Plumber on the heating unit.  After 2-3 months of trying to figure out how the whole system worked, i finally decided to call the installer, from 2 years prior to us owning the home.

Greg was extremely knowledgeable and willing to walk me through how the system works. Even though his original business was not with me, this is the kind of customer support that stands out. He obviously took pride in the high quality work he put into this house.  I would highly Ramona's Plumber to anyone who is in need of his services.

Aja from Water Heaters Only replaced our broken water heater on 9.19.18 and he could not have been more helpful, knowledgeable, or professional. Urgent situations like these can be stressful but he came out within an hour of us calling WHO and within another couple hours had the new heater all ready to go. Aja was so flexible, even when we had to put him on standby so we could sort our a mess with our terrible property manager. He completely accommodated our situation and once he had the green light, we had hot water again in our home within 2 hours. He thoroughly went over everything he did and even informed us of additional steps we should take to prevent strain on the new heater and how to follow up with our HOA/property manager to accomplish that. Like I said, theses urgent and unexpected situations can be stressful and sometimes you are at the mercy of whichever company is available but we could not be happier that we chose Water Heaters Only and had Aja attend to this matter- such a relief. We found out that they have been in business for about 50 years and it is not surprise- professional, reliable, quality company.

Great response used twice I really recommend!  Friendly technicians and they look for the cause of the problem and diagnose.  The last visit, we were not even charged.  No company does that anymore.

Contacted Universal Plumbing who requested pictures to bid on a job. Sent pictures and contact information as requested within hours. Followed up daily for four days with no response. Finally left a message we were going with someone else and suddenly we got a pissed off and unprofessional call from the owner Paul. Apparently we were supposed to know he was in a different time zone and disturbed him during his conference when following up to his lack of response. If you need something done in a timely matter who won't use profanity because he dropped the ball go elsewhere.  If you want someone you won't hear from anytime soon and has a colorful vocabulary Paul and Universal is the way to go.

I called Jerry's plumbing and hvac due to having hvac issues. Miles showed up on time and fixed the issue in no time. The honesty and integrity of work Miles showed was unmatched. I wouldn't recommend any other company!
