I have used this service for years and found it satisfactory, in spite of the grouchy receptionist (it's the owner's wife I suspect). This time I called Monday morning and was told that they were very busy (the Monday after Thanksgiving) and I said I can wait until Tuesday. Calling again on Tuesday, I had to wait for her to call back and tell me the technician would be out between 2:30-4:30. No show and no call.

Wed. morning, again a call to Baird's. Oh,he didn't show up? No apology. When I asked why he didn't call, she said he didn't have your number and I left early. What technician drives around without the customer's phone number? Again she said, I'll call you between 9-10. No call. Finally called at 10:40 at which time I told her there was someone already on route from another provider.

Scheduled service visit for backed up drains on a 3rd floor bathroom. Ruben called 30 mins before to let me know he was on the way, and was on time for the appointment. Very polite and professional; assessed the problem and had the right equipment to take care of the job. Was very respectful of the house/carpet/etc. Ruben had a standard form with his rates that he went over before starting the job, which was again, very professional. All in all, top notch experience. Highly recommend Ruben and All Time Plumbing. Will definitely use for any future plumbing needs.

We've had Tom out a couple of times for a leak then a drain issue. He's responsive, reliable and professional. I would highly recommended. He's now our go-to plumber.

These guys are fantastic, reasonable and down right honest! We got quotes from them, Black Mountain (they kept changing their price) and Bill Howe (sent an apprentice). So glad we decided to go with All Flow Plumbing in Santee, 619-409-9891. Eric and his assistant, Daniel, replaced our main water line plus built a new irrigation line, no leaks and everything works perfectly!

My review is based on respone time and in this case yes response at all. my wife called and left a message about 3 weeks ago and we haven't gotten a call back as of this review. We called to have 3 toilets, a sink garbage disposal and a garden faucet replaced. Does anyone know any plumber that can respond appropriately? I do not wish any negative repercussions as a result of this review for Carmel Valley Plumbing...I just wanted to post my experience.

Damman's plumbing team is wonderful! It's just my mom and I in the house so we are selective of who we trust to walk into our home and help us out. Jesse made my mom feel at ease the second we spoke on the phone. The pride Jesse and his team carry when it comes to customer service and quality work is unmatched. We wish we tried them out sooner, but we take great comfort in knowing we have an experienced and trustworthy plumping team we can reach out to anytime.

What a great experience having Phil & Tracy take care of a long-term nagging plumbing issue we had.  They replied back to us within 30 minutes to say they would be at our house in 45 minutes to assess what would be needed. Once they determine the parts needed for our somewhat unusual plumbing issue, they were back the next morning to take care of the issue and the charge was minimal.  This is a very nice husband and wife team and we'll be sure to use them again. They are SO polite, and they even take their shoes off when coming inside.  My wife & I can't recommend them enough, you'll be very happy with them and the quality work they do at a fair price. Not to mention they won't find extra unnecessary work to do or say something needs to be totally replaced instead of repaired like some of the big television plumbers do.  Five stars!!!

Independent Plumbing is awesome. Our work started with the owner Dominick coming out the same day to assist with a refrigerator install and copper piping for the water/ice maker cause Home Depot didn't know how to do it. Scott came out to convert the gas lines to support a new gas range and give our newly purchased home a plumbing check up. And Trevor came out several weeks later because we thought we smelled gas and found no problems. The office manager Amy is also awesome in getting the right plumber out right away to solve our plumbing problems. They're fast, courteous and get the job done right.  I'd recommend them to anyone including my close friends and family.  They are what all contractors should be!!!!!!!!!!

Wish I had found you sooner!

We used Anthem to repair a ceiling that collapsed from another vendors repair of our  AC drip pan leak. Gunner responded right away, came out the same day to evaluate and had us back to new within a day.

Very knowledgeable and friendly, we will definitely be using Gunner on future projects.

Greg may be a good plumber, I dont know.  But I did email him and he was quite rude in his response, maybe he was just having a bad day but I found him to be VERY unprofessional!

Smooth experience especially on a Sunday where the price was the same as during the week. They worked with us on the pricing and warranty and our mechanic Pat was a straight shooter from the start. Great experience and you know they know what they're doing since this is all they do.

Everyone we dealt with was courteous and professional for this service call to diagnose and fix our tankless water heater issue. Thankfully it was a quick fix, and they even provided documentation as to the cause for our HOA's and development's benefit. We would use this service if needed.

Our kitchen sink was badly plugged and our toilet kept running randomly.  

I called these guys based on their great YELP! review, and I must say I am NOT sorry that I did.  

Talked to Paul and told him what was up, he said they were pretty busy but would call me back and let me know if they could get someone out to my house that day, and if he could I'd know around 3-4PM otherwise they'd come tomorrow.  

Well around 3PM I get a call saying they'll be here in 20 minutes.

Tom showed up, fixed my toilet very quickly (the flapper was old and leaking so he replaced that) then moved on to my kitchen sink.  

He spent about 2 hours here trying to unclog my sink in every way imaginable.  Snaking through the wall multiple times and then through the vent on the roof multiple times.  I could see he was getting frustrated but he maintained a really great sense about himself the entire time he was here.  

In the end it was to plugged up he couldn't unclog it, and apologized and said this is only the second time in his career he couldn't unclog a kitchen sink, and that it probably needed a jetter to clear the line but their company didn't have one but he would give me the name and number of another company they referred people to for really bad clogs.  

He gives me the number to the guys with a jetter, and tells me since he couldn't unclog the sink he wouldn't charge me...but he would still charge me for the toilet.  I was in such disbelief, I mean who does that in this day in age?

This place will be the first place I call next time I need a plumber!  Not only impressed with how fast they got someone out to my house, but Tom showed true integrity and for that alone this place should get a 5 star rating.  

I will definitely be recommending them to EVERYONE and ANYONE I know needs a plumber.  So impressed with these guys their number ended up on our GO-TO GUYS Home Repair Phone List and that rarely happens.

Just wanted to Thank You for sending out both Miles and Juan to unclog and fix our dual bathroom sinks.   They did great work and were very efficient & friendly.

Miles is a very honest young man and after seeing that the work was more complicated than the great price he had given me, he still insisted on just charging me that amount even with that higher degree of difficulty.  Miles said that they take care of their customers always and not to worry about it.  The integrity and good service mean a lot to me since it's very hard to find good and honest service people that will not rip you off.   I've been ripped off by other plumbers and AC guys that come out and charge you a lot more than what they originally quoted you.  

Jerry you and your wife did a great job raising Miles and also taking Juan under your wing and teaching them both the skills and knowledge of your business.  I'm sure that both Miles and Juan will carry on the Legacy of Jerry's plumbing even after you retire.
