Doug came over yesterday and helped me troubleshoot shoot a plumbing problem I was having.  The water to the fridge/ice machine wasn't working. He crawled in my crawl space, searched around the attic, and did his best to help solve the problem.  In the end we had to run a new line.  However, instead of going from the sink which the average plumber would do, he came up with a creative idea where the water line would be hidden by taking the water from the outside and bringing it through the attic and down in the kitchen behind the refrigerator.  I'm super thankful for his quality work and would hire him again.  Also, I liked how it was him and his son that do all the work.  Great plumbers are hard to find, you don't want to regret hiring the wrong one as one leak can cost you.

George's wife answered she was very efficient,sent Travis he came within an hour, he worked hard cleared the drain and left! All in all very quick I am very happy and we can use the shower again! Probably would have spent way more on that terrible stuff to pour down the drain and it wouldn't have worked! Thanks Travis!

Scheduled service visit for backed up drains on a 3rd floor bathroom. Ruben called 30 mins before to let me know he was on the way, and was on time for the appointment. Very polite and professional; assessed the problem and had the right equipment to take care of the job. Was very respectful of the house/carpet/etc. Ruben had a standard form with his rates that he went over before starting the job, which was again, very professional. All in all, top notch experience. Highly recommend Ruben and All Time Plumbing. Will definitely use for any future plumbing needs.

The kitchen sink got clogged on a Friday (go figure) and we needed a plumber as not even drano or a plunger helped. So I had a plumber friend that said he could come in the evening but later said he was going to be caught up on a major leak repair project and couldn't come after all  He referred me to a few people but the earliest availability was on Monday. Clearly we weren't willing to wait so I remembered using a plumber at my last rental property who seemed nice and honest (you need that with plumbers as you know ). Luckily I had his contact info on my phone and gave him a call. When Tom answered I let him know that he did work at my last rental and he remembered me, the house and sealing the toilet which had been leaking (which he did a great job on btw). Anyways, Tom walked me through the potential scenarios and what the cost would be for each and was happy he was able to come within the hour to look at and hopefully repair the clogged sink. Tom came promptly, saw that the sink was clogged and went to work. I watched the entire process from start to finish and even saw the gunk trapped in the p-trap. He took it outside, hosed the gunk off, then snaked the rest to clear any additional or residual debris and voila! Sink unclogged Tom was extremely friendly and walked me through each step as I observed him troubleshoot the problem which I appreciated. He did not try to solicit additional or extra work like some plumbers do and just got the job done as requested. Tom doesn't have any other workers as he is an independent one-man show so I can see why the price is a bit higher. That said, you get what you pay for so although on the pricey side, his quality of work was worth it! I see Tom doesn't get much reviews and the ones on here are a bit old, but my experience was far from what has been said and appreciated his honesty, friendly demeanor and prompt service Thanks Tom for getting the job done quickly and will definitely use you again and refer others, thanks again

These guys are fantastic, reasonable and down right honest! We got quotes from them, Black Mountain (they kept changing their price) and Bill Howe (sent an apprentice). So glad we decided to go with All Flow Plumbing in Santee, 619-409-9891. Eric and his assistant, Daniel, replaced our main water line plus built a new irrigation line, no leaks and everything works perfectly!

This is how I was overcharged by carmel valley plumbing.  I had a leak in my shower knob,  so I called up several plumbers on yelp with good rating.  all other plumbers couldn't do same day appointment except for carmel valley plumbing.  guess that should  have been the canary in the coal
mine. anyway I really appreciated they were able to come on the same day.  they guy assessed the situation and told us he was not sure what the problem was, but it could be very serious.  He might have to knock down the wall and it's gonna cost a fortune.  BUT he also said if he could fix it without knocking down the wall it'd cost much less ,$385.  So after listening to him anyone would believe that $385 didn't seem like a lot.  So he got to work and within less than 20 min the job was done!  WHAT?  apparently the only thing he had to change is the pressure balance spool.  oh boy I am sure he knew the minute he saw it.  So a 20-min job with a $20 part cost me $385.  I guess zero knowledge in plumbing does come with a price.  Lessons learned, trust lost and never will I deal with this company again.

First to respond, came quickly, and best pricing. Allen was very professional and did a great job. We will definitely call him in the future for any other plumbing needs as he was very trustworthy and all around great guy who did an excellent job.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! If I could give zero stars I would! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE GUYS! There are so many better plumbers that won't leave you waiting on them! These guys requested my address, said they'd be there within the hour and NEVER showed up or even were professional enough to respond when I asked hours later if they were still coming! Who does that??? I wasted my entire day waiting on them to show up and they can't even answer the phone when I call or respond to text messages asking if they were still coming! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! We own several rental properties throughout the city and they will NEVER get any of our business after wasting our time and not even at the very least letting us know what happened and that they clearly were not coming. We always like to support other small businesses but will not support businesses who operate this way and disrespect their customers by behaving this way. There are too many good plumbers out there that are more than happy to provide actual service to custiner

Follow up to Family Plumbings response... so you respond to my yelp review 25 DAYS later and then call me a liar??? First of all I never removed the time stamp! Anyone with an iPhone knows it only adds a time stamp in when there is a period of hours between messages... I responded to the message with my address immediately and that's why there's no break in that conversation... but that's adorable that you try and blame others for your badly run business... So maybe you can respond to this and not wait 25 days to answer but why did all my calls and text go unanswered? Isn't it funny how you seemed to forget how to answer that phone... The only thing on this message I blocked out was the address...and any idiot knows that you could've modified the times by having your phone set to a different time, for example if I set the clock on my phone ahead by 10 minutes it will show my received text messages at a different time then my sent messages even if they are sent/received within the same minute... you can try and call me a lot of things but I'm not a liar and I support small businesses just not ones that are disrespectful and rude to customers... and it's funny how there's a bunch of other reviews stating you never showed up or responded to them either after getting an address, almost like it's a pattern... Helpful hint, treat others the way you want to be treated and don't waste customer's time! You'll be far more successful that way...

I've used Independent Plumbing and Drain a few times now and I am always incredibly happy with their service and professionalism.  The first time I contacted them was because of a large leak in our crawlspace which ended up being a much bigger deal than we had originally thought.  We had to get someone to pump out all of the water and then Tony (from Independent) crawled around in the mud until he found the source of the leak and replaced it.  They have done other plumbing jobs for us and they are always great!!  I also have had them do some work at my mother's condo and they always do an incredible job.  Andrea, the scheduler, is a delight to work with.  I've used a lot of plumbers over the years and this company will always be the first one I call.

We used Anthem to repair a ceiling that collapsed from another vendors repair of our  AC drip pan leak. Gunner responded right away, came out the same day to evaluate and had us back to new within a day.

Very knowledgeable and friendly, we will definitely be using Gunner on future projects.

This is the second time I have utilized Greg's services. Of course the result was the same as the last. Great! If you are a thin skinned pansy you might find his demeanor a little gruff. He is a straight shooter and does not sugarcoat anything. Upfront honesty is hard to find these days. Very accommodating when there was a hiccup in my schedule. I had two issues needing his expertise, he explained them fully. Completely repaired one and once I realized I could do the other after his explanation, he stated the entire (rare) fixture did not have to be purchased  equaling $500. We ordered the innards at 1/10 the cost. When all was said and done, did not gouge me in the pocketbook.      Recommended

We just purchased a new home and it came with an aging and unsafely installed water heater. John B in San Diego saved the day! He replaced the water heater, updated our gas line and removed uncoded piping. I'm so glad we found this company and highly recommend this company. (Veteran serviceman too!)

Great response used twice I really recommend!  Friendly technicians and they look for the cause of the problem and diagnose.  The last visit, we were not even charged.  No company does that anymore.

Paul was awesome in trying to get someone out to help me with my problem. When Dan came out, he was unbelievably informative, and helpful. I had to fix an old shower problem and am planning on getting more work done on my parents house.... I am definitely going to use these guys again...A+++++

Jerry's Plumbing came highly recommended by my physician, and I'm so glad we found them!!

We had some major work done to fix what a contractor did (Cal and Milka Costello, who have worked under several names, R&R roofing, NorCal Construction... 562-712-7144. BEWARE!) Everyone at Jerry's Plumbing was wonderful and professional.  They fixed the problem (water leaking thru walls) quickly, even though they had to break into the slab foundation, and professionally.  They protected against debris floating around and left the house very clean.  The price was reasonable too!  Since then, I have only used them and would recommend them to anyone!!  They are great people!!
