We had a very good experience with Doug. He came out within 20 minutes of our call to repair a copper pipe that broke in the wall. He was reasonable and experienced. Great local plumber, highly recommend.

This is a  top notch drain cleaning service.  Fortunately for myself I have only had to use them 2 times but both times were good experiences. The people who are giving one stars because of the receptionist are missing out.  She is to the point but I'm sure she deals with a lot of people every day.  I was recommended to them by my normal plumber who stopped doing clogged drains as he was to busy but I'm glad he told me about Baird Drain Cleaning.

Words can't express the gratitude I have for Ruben and All Time plumbing. Just when everyone told me I was looking at thousands of dollars in work, Ruben and his professional demeanor came and found not only the source to the original leak and problem but identified another problem we had been curious about with the water heater. His price beat everyone's not by hundreds but as stated before a couple grand. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts Ruben. You have lifted a huge weight off our shoulders. I had this plumber come to install a faucet I'd purchased.  He did it and left, after telling me that it would not be under warranty because he did not supply the faucet.  Read it again- his work in my home had no warranty because the faucet was already there and he didn't middle man it.  Okay.  

It immediately was wobbly.  I called and he said he would try to get over there to take a look at it.  We are talking a day or two later.  He never showed up.  Then he stopped answering my calls.  I gave up at this point and just lived with a wobbling faucet that leaked counter top water into the cabinet below for a while.  

Eventually we got another faucet and attempted to replace it ourselves.  But... it turned out that the hole under the sink where the faucet is clamped down was either too big or too small to get a tight seal.  We ended up having to router out some of the wood underneath to get a good grip and finally get a non wobbly faucet.  

Guess who installed a faucet with the under parts diagonal and knew it wouldn't work?  Tom Dinardo.  Guess who told me it would not be under warranty of any kind before he left my home?  Tom Dinardo.  Guess who is a plumber who should have known that the hole needed to be either bigger or smaller for the parts to be flush under the sink and I'm thinking knew my faucet was not going to work?  Pretty sure it was Tom Dinardo.  

So I guess if you have him get all your parts for you so his work will be under warranty, you could hire this guy.  But if you already got your faucet and are looking for someone to install it, I'd recommend looking some more, his work is not guaranteed and when you want him to fix it, even less than a week later, he won't, even if he didn't do it correctly in the first place

Also, I had read the directions prior to having Tom Dinardo install the faucet- he failed to use a silicon ring upon install.  It was in the directions to do so and I watched him do it and he never put anything down, just faucet on granite with a half ass, diagonal assembly shoved in the hole underneath it.

These guys are fantastic, reasonable and down right honest! We got quotes from them, Black Mountain (they kept changing their price) and Bill Howe (sent an apprentice). So glad we decided to go with All Flow Plumbing in Santee, 619-409-9891. Eric and his assistant, Daniel, replaced our main water line plus built a new irrigation line, no leaks and everything works perfectly!

Had a leak and called them in. Overall experience- customer service lacking, overpriced, and work was average at best. A few items were replaced and about a year later we have experienced similar issues (fitting/seal). Will be calling a different plumbing company in the future. Also recommend all read the 3 star and less reviews for more observations similar to ours

I just love it when you can call and talk directly to the professional who is going to do the actual work!  ...compared to other options (i.e., having to call and talk to a call center or appointment setting person).  I called and got Jesse on the 2nd ring, talked to him about a situation occurring at one of my clients' homes, and he gave me great info and answers upfront.  Knowing he was what I was looking for, I scheduled him to come to the home on the very next morning.  He confirmed again just prior to arrival (which was cool!).  He took care of the issue immediately after quick diagnostics.  Jesse and his son were super professional and smart.

I hired them to do a job in my rental property in Vista. First,  they showed up earlier than what we scheduled (!), did a poor and uncompleted job, charged higher than we agreed, and worst than all they didn't response to any of my calls, emails since then.
I keep receiving their invoice in email with no instruction/address to pay...

Worst experience I had with a plumber.

Phil and Tracy arrived right on time and quickly got to work on the TPR valve piping on my hot water heater.  Excellent job and reasonably priced. Would definitely call again.

Awesome service and quality work! Dominic and crew are super to work with. They have helped with a complete residential remodel, all phases from underground new rough in to the finish trim on the plumbing fixtures, and everything in between. I would highly recommend them!

I've been scammed, ripped off, and the quality of work was shockingly bad. It pains me to have hired Anthem and Gunner to do work for me. He took all of the money with the promise to return to correct and complete the work the following week for what he was hired to do, but never returned, didn't return the money, and left me with 20% of the work done. My walls were left damaged and he left a huge mess behind that took me an hour to scrub clean. He agreed to a list of things to do for me for $500. He tried to save time by hanging heavy metal frames with a single ancho/ bolt by the frame and didn't utilized the d-rings designed to secure the frame well, leaving them dangerously insecure on a stairwell. He placed tape under the frame to claim this made it secure. It didn't. They fell and created more than 3 large and deep holes in my walls and chipped my baseboards. The frames are now broken, too. that's another $150. Thankfully, it didn't harm me or my son. He created significant damage to my walls in 10 places with large anchor holes that will need to be dug out and professionally repaired and marks all over them from the initial hanging, not including the damage created when they fell. (My walls were just professionally painted 1 week before his arrival). I am a single Mom with a 1 year old son. He left me with a repair job that will cost me well over 1K to repair and 80% of the work incomplete that he was paid for. I gave him money in good faith that he was going to return to fix the damage and hang them properly and did so partly because he /and his company were recommended by a close friend. We even had a day scheduled the following week, but he refused to come back after the fact to fix his unsafe and improper hangings, repair the damaged wall, and complete the work list, but he took the money and ran. He tried to do the job quickly for a payday with no conscience in delivering quality work. Unethical and unprofessional! Do not hire this company!!

It is never a happy day when you need to call a plumber, except when you call Greg and have Ramona's Plumber do the job. We have an outdated condo with outdated fixtures, and he was the only one in town able to help us out. The service was quick, his prices are extremely reasonable, and the expertise (and the personality!) is awesome. When we do our remodel and tear out all this old stuff, we will be calling Greg again. Absolutely top notch.

Super prompt and professional. I couldn't believe how quickly they responded. Danny was great! He was very professional and Covid compliant. He was thorough in completing the job and cleaned up very well afterwards. He even explained everything and how it worked. Great job! I would definitely recommend Danny and water heaters only!

We had Blue Bear Plumbing come out and jet our waste line from the sink to the restrooms fearing a underslab broken pipe. Worked through 50 years of gunk on the inside of the pipes and after about 40 minutes, line cleared, sent the camera in and we were not able to locate a break !! Will hopefully don't have to call them again, but if we have another issue, we will be calling Blue Bear Plumbing!

Paul and Tom are awesome--professional, super helpful, and really nice to be around as a bonus. Moved into a new house and immediately needed help with a few leaks and so glad I called Universal Plumbing. They gave me advice on the best and most feasible way to reroute some plumbing. Then had fairly significant plumbing work done ($$$) during a kitchen renovation and they were great. . Very responsive and great to deal with. Thanks guys!
