I made my first contact to Aqua Tech Plumbing through Yelp.com.  They were one of several I contacted for a water heater replacement.  When you work with Aqua Tech you work with Ivan.  There was no waiting for return calls, no one to tell you that someone would get back to you - it was Ivan.  Ivan came out when he said he would and made schedule from the very start.  
He was able to find a unit for us and install it as requested.  He answered any question and concern I presented and in the end gave us a very fair price for the unit and installation, during which he maintained open communication with me with any detail I questioned.

His customer service is exceptional.  And at the job completion I immediately had an invoice in my email in box.  

You will not go wrong using Aqua Tech for your plumbing needs.  Service, attention to detail, and quality work can be expected.

Doug was able to schedule us quickly to replace a rusted ice maker spigot.  He was here on time, quickly made the repair and charged a fair price for the work.  Highly recommend!

I have used Baird's twice over the years now. You can't beat the $20 a drain price without a service charge and friendly service. The lady answering the phone, sure she is straight to the point, no unnecessary yapping and no I don't need a hug, I need my drains unplugged and YES they get it done without delay, arriving as promised, even if a little late is fine with me. Outstanding workmanship.

We had an issue with low water pressure. Our water regulator was about 20 years old and needed to be replaced. Unfortunately, that didn't solve the pressure issue in the kitchen. We decided to replace the faucet and still had an issue. Well, Ruben investigated some more and found a couple tiny gaskets  lodged in the water lines. How they got there? Who knows? Ruben truly saved the day. He is very professional, knowledgable and courteous. We recommend him 100%

We have used Tom for so many years ......at least 12. He is always professional....tells it like it is and yet you feel at ease since he knows what the issues are and if he can remedy them. So yesterday we had a leak in a wall coming from the bathroom to the garage....small but mighty...and so after thinking well it may be this...or that...I said time to call Tom....we had already called Traveler's Insurance...the BEST....they said you  have many options....l. call you favorite plumber.. 2. we can send out our agent, 3. Hey we can take out excess water...oh 10 grand.....4. rent you a place to say...all these options FREE...so I said why not let our trusted plumber take charge....they said turn off the water and wait for our further instructions.....Tom called back...that night and morning...by 1pm he was able to take care of the situation and leaks and more are gone since I thought why not have him check this and that...which he had already had done on his own...since he said......just wanted to make sure all is fine...you love this...this was FREE.....why just doing the right thing....and so thanks Tom....you made our day by simply being a Old School guy....loving your work...taking time to listen and most of all knowing that customer service is the one thing that seperates you from from the rest....why...?....Retired corporate Nordstrom employee for thirty years....thanks TOM.......you the MAN.....

These guys are fantastic, reasonable and down right honest! We got quotes from them, Black Mountain (they kept changing their price) and Bill Howe (sent an apprentice). So glad we decided to go with All Flow Plumbing in Santee, 619-409-9891. Eric and his assistant, Daniel, replaced our main water line plus built a new irrigation line, no leaks and everything works perfectly!

Contacted Jeff Isber After reading great reviews on Nextdoor. We had a kitchen faucet that was leaking, not functioning properly. We had a handyman check it out who was not able to fix the problem. Jeff contacted me soon after I left him a message, helped to troubleshoot by phone, and came out promptly .Unfortunately, the replacement  parts that the manufacturer had sent were defective. He made a great recommendation of what replacement faucet I should order and came back out to install it today. Very happy to find an excellent and dependable local plumber!

Father and Son are honest and provide an excellent service. Our pipe in the bathroom was leaking on the wall, but there is no particular area where to identify the only way to precisely detect or locate the leak is to use a guided machine cost 300 to 400. I end up never hiring a person to track the leak. He asked me a permission to bore a hole, which I knew I will need a drywall anyway if i hire someone to use a machine tracker to locate a pipe leaking.His expertise, it took him only twice to locate a needle size hole in the pipe. I save money and fast service to fix the problem. BTW, I rarely make a reviews, father and son deserve this positive review. BZ

Independent Plumbing is awesome. Our work started with the owner Dominick coming out the same day to assist with a refrigerator install and copper piping for the water/ice maker cause Home Depot didn't know how to do it. Scott came out to convert the gas lines to support a new gas range and give our newly purchased home a plumbing check up. And Trevor came out several weeks later because we thought we smelled gas and found no problems. The office manager Amy is also awesome in getting the right plumber out right away to solve our plumbing problems. They're fast, courteous and get the job done right.  I'd recommend them to anyone including my close friends and family.  They are what all contractors should be!!!!!!!!!!

It is never a happy day when you need to call a plumber, except when you call Greg and have Ramona's Plumber do the job. We have an outdated condo with outdated fixtures, and he was the only one in town able to help us out. The service was quick, his prices are extremely reasonable, and the expertise (and the personality!) is awesome. When we do our remodel and tear out all this old stuff, we will be calling Greg again. Absolutely top notch.

Called and was told they will not come out to inspect and give a quote without a $65.00 charge. The manager Dave was very nice about. It said that he needs to charge an estimate charge because it is expensive to send a van out for emergency services. If it's an emergency and your water heater is leaking when they show up for the estimate, they can take care of the problem immediately which is helpful so it might be worth it to you if you have an emergency water heater, replacement or repair situation.
And $65 will be credited towards your fee for repair or replacement

Great response used twice I really recommend!  Friendly technicians and they look for the cause of the problem and diagnose.  The last visit, we were not even charged.  No company does that anymore.

Let me start by saying how much I hate to be on the computer on the weekends, but absolutely feel it is necessary to write this review.  It was by reading the reviews of others, that I called Universal Plumbing, so I want to make sure I do the same to let others know how fabulous these guys are.

I had problems in both bathrooms and was in desperate need of help: tub spout with diverter was stuck and could not take a shower in one bathroom; and, the 2nd bathroom shower hadn't been used for years, so the shower knob wouldn't pull out.  I was first going to make an attempt at replacing both myself, but after trying to remove the tub spout with diverter and couldn't get it to budge and removing the shower knob in the 2nd bath and seeing the cartridge/stem was stuck, I realized how much damage I could do myself, I decided to call a plumber.

I called several plumbers that had great reviews and all of them could not give me a quote or even an approximate dollar amount, without seeing the job. And they said the work would be charged hourly, which would be approximately $80.00-$100 per hour and that it would take several hours.  Oh, and several others were pretty rude on the phone.  I was discouraged and frustrated.  Then, I called Universal and the first thing that I liked, was that Paul quoted me a dollar amount for the entire job, site unseen.  No extra charges would be added.  WOW.....the second great part about calling Universal, was that they would send someone (Tom) to my home that day.  I was beyond happy about both, I had been having to take a bath each day before work.  And let me tell you, washing my hair in the tub and having to wait for the tub to fill each day, was quite time consuming.

Tom showed up that same day at the end of his route.  I believe they put me on the schedule, so I could have the work done that same day.  Tom was amazing!  I also asked Tom if he would replace my shower head in the bathroom that hadn't been used and he said sure, no problem.  Well, as I suspected, the shower in the 2nd bath proved to take quite a long time due to old stuck stem and cartridge.  He was at the house working for about 2 1/2 hours, the day before the 4th of July.  I felt terrible that it took so long, but he was just as friendly when he left, as he was when he arrived.  He told me to wait 24 hours before using the shower, because something needed to dry.

Well, I waited about 48 hours, since now had the other bathroom back to working order.  When I tested the 2nd bath shower, there was a leak and it was coming from the faucet head.  I called Tom on that Monday and he came right over after work, which was the only time I could meet him.  The pipe in the wall had a crack, so he had to do additional work.  He was again working for about 1.5 hours to repair the pipe, which he explained would be the cheapest way to go.  If the putty (or whatever he said) didn't hold, then the next step would be to remove the tiles and replace the pipe behind the wall.  I definitely did not want to do that, since I knew that would be a costly job.  He never asked for additional money from me and actually had to run to ACE hardware to pick up something that was needed.  After several days of letting the putty dry, I needed to test for a leak.  Well, being a female and not at all familiar with what to do, I ended up texting Tom on Sat. morning, with several questions I had. He called me right back and walked me through what I needed to do.  He also said he would stop by on his way back from the morning job he had and do it himself if needed.  

Everything is working GREAT and I have 2 fully functional bathrooms! I will NEVER use any other plumber, other than Universal Plumbing.  The professionalism, the service, the cost and the work done would actually get 10 STARS if I could give them.  Universal isn't going to rip you off and isn't going to jack up the price to make a buck.  I think these guys are doing what they do and trying to give a price that people can afford!

We had some major work done to fix what a contractor did (Cal and Milka Costello, who have worked under several names, R&R roofing, NorCal Construction... 562-712-7144. BEWARE!) Everyone at Jerry's Plumbing was wonderful and professional.  They fixed the problem (water leaking thru walls) quickly, even though they had to break into the slab foundation, and professionally.  They protected against debris floating around and left the house very clean.  The price was reasonable too!  Since then, I have only used them and would recommend them to anyone!!  They are great people!!
