This is an update.
Finally HD was able to install the new dishwasher on Sat. However, it leaked everywhere when ran the test.... So we called Ivan. Ivan responded IMMEDIATELY and was available when we were. Ivan fixed the problem (again, he sent reminder and was on time), and, without charging us anything- even the mistake was made by the husband (who forgot to remove a tag when installed a food disposal earlier). Ivan's reason: It only took him two minutes to fix the problem. Wow... Happily we found out that Ivan also works in our area (North County, San Marcos). We will call Ivan First from now!!

Doug came over yesterday and helped me troubleshoot shoot a plumbing problem I was having.  The water to the fridge/ice machine wasn't working. He crawled in my crawl space, searched around the attic, and did his best to help solve the problem.  In the end we had to run a new line.  However, instead of going from the sink which the average plumber would do, he came up with a creative idea where the water line would be hidden by taking the water from the outside and bringing it through the attic and down in the kitchen behind the refrigerator.  I'm super thankful for his quality work and would hire him again.  Also, I liked how it was him and his son that do all the work.  Great plumbers are hard to find, you don't want to regret hiring the wrong one as one leak can cost you.

We had someone from Baird's out today and they had our drain cleared in less than 10 minutes for just $30! Couldn't be happier and we very much appreciate the great service at an amazing price. Thanks so much.

Although more expensive than the average, the service was excellent. Easy, clear, and timely communication. Showed up on time, did a very good job, very professional, neat, and clean. Everything was thorough, efficient, and professional.

We've had Tom out a couple of times for a leak then a drain issue. He's responsive, reliable and professional. I would highly recommended. He's now our go-to plumber.

These guys are fantastic, reasonable and down right honest! We got quotes from them, Black Mountain (they kept changing their price) and Bill Howe (sent an apprentice). So glad we decided to go with All Flow Plumbing in Santee, 619-409-9891. Eric and his assistant, Daniel, replaced our main water line plus built a new irrigation line, no leaks and everything works perfectly!

Called Jeff after our water heater starting leaking and he came out same day and brought the other people we needed to get things fixed, including the people to dry out the water and repair the walls.  He set up a new water heater in a temporary spot so we would have hot water while everything was dried and fixed, which was great since this was all happening a few days before Christmas.

Excellent SAME DAY service! Every other plumber I called in San Diego said they can't come in the next two or three days.Jesse and his father Are very friendly and personable and their work is very efficient and quick they were done in less than an hour! Payment was very easy and no hassle! I will definitely use this business again in the future and refer them to all my friends thank you guys!

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! If I could give zero stars I would! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE GUYS! There are so many better plumbers that won't leave you waiting on them! These guys requested my address, said they'd be there within the hour and NEVER showed up or even were professional enough to respond when I asked hours later if they were still coming! Who does that??? I wasted my entire day waiting on them to show up and they can't even answer the phone when I call or respond to text messages asking if they were still coming! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! We own several rental properties throughout the city and they will NEVER get any of our business after wasting our time and not even at the very least letting us know what happened and that they clearly were not coming. We always like to support other small businesses but will not support businesses who operate this way and disrespect their customers by behaving this way. There are too many good plumbers out there that are more than happy to provide actual service to custiner

Follow up to Family Plumbings response... so you respond to my yelp review 25 DAYS later and then call me a liar??? First of all I never removed the time stamp! Anyone with an iPhone knows it only adds a time stamp in when there is a period of hours between messages... I responded to the message with my address immediately and that's why there's no break in that conversation... but that's adorable that you try and blame others for your badly run business... So maybe you can respond to this and not wait 25 days to answer but why did all my calls and text go unanswered? Isn't it funny how you seemed to forget how to answer that phone... The only thing on this message I blocked out was the address...and any idiot knows that you could've modified the times by having your phone set to a different time, for example if I set the clock on my phone ahead by 10 minutes it will show my received text messages at a different time then my sent messages even if they are sent/received within the same minute... you can try and call me a lot of things but I'm not a liar and I support small businesses just not ones that are disrespectful and rude to customers... and it's funny how there's a bunch of other reviews stating you never showed up or responded to them either after getting an address, almost like it's a pattern... Helpful hint, treat others the way you want to be treated and don't waste customer's time! You'll be far more successful that way...

Good job. Came out for a drain emergency within 30 minutes. They were very polite and helpful to our tenants. Couldn't fix the night we called, but came back the next day and fixed the issue. Good communication. I'd definitely recommend

Gunner came out on time and took care of the minor plumbing problems we had. His pricing was very reasonable and I will not hesitate to call him again if needed. Definitely recommend.

Very responsive and helpful. Even though I didn't have enough money to hire him he helped give me tips on how I might be able to complete some of the simpler aspects of the job on my own!

I usually don't write reviews for companies I haven't personally dealt with, but I've been on hold for over 30 minutes with my home warranty company after the dispatcher called to tell me they don't service tankless water heaters and I should call to get another company dispatched more quickly.

Really? A company called Water Heaters ONLY doesn't service tankless units? Not believing this could be true, I visited their website. Want to know what's listed under their specialized services? Tankless water heater service and repair. Waste of time, and feel like I was lied to. Now I'm still waiting to get another company to come out and help me get hot water for my family (two kids, three and under). If they lie about this, what else do they lie about?

Great response used twice I really recommend!  Friendly technicians and they look for the cause of the problem and diagnose.  The last visit, we were not even charged.  No company does that anymore.

This review is long over due! We first hired Paul about 2 yrs ago when we were remodeling our kitchen and needed an estimate to move water & gas lines and to install the new dishwasher, sink, faucet and garbage disposal.  We got 3 estimates which were all about the same price but Paul just made us feel at ease. The work was a multi visit process and both Paul and Tom were so nice and professional even when my schedule would change and all of a sudden I needed someone there ASAP.  He always came through for us and with a good attitude.

About 6 months later we needed a toilet replaced.  They provided the toilet and Tom installed it.  I have to say Tom is the nicest service person I have ever dealt with. He's on time, professional, friendly and cleans up after himself.

Then yesterday we discovered a small pipe leak in the ceiling of our bathroom.  I called this morning and Paul answered immediately.  Tom came out this afternoon, located the leak and repaired it for us. Then he cleaned the bathroom of all the mess.

I would give them 10 stars if possible and highly recommend them. You don't see service like this much anymore. Their prices are also reasonable.
