this review is way overdue!! matter of fact, ivan came by before covid19 hit. i had my tub redone and wanted to have new fixtures. he was so kind enough to come by for a 'free' estimate. what a gentleman!! i asked if he could extend the shower head so that the flow would hit in the middle of the tub, not close to the wall. ivan provided a new shower are that was the cutest thing ever!! it had moveable pieces and fit right into my decor!!!! when ivan was fixing the faucet, he noticed some outdated plumbing. without further adieu, ivan took his time to go to home depot and pick up the needed pieces!!! what a guy!!! everything went perfectly!! wouldn't hesitate for a moment to hire ivan again and again and again!!!

Doug was able to schedule us quickly to replace a rusted ice maker spigot.  He was here on time, quickly made the repair and charged a fair price for the work.  Highly recommend!

I have been using Baird's Drain Cleaning ever since I bought my house 12 years ago.  Got the recommendation from a neighbor, and am so glad I did!  Their results are outstanding, and their prices are incredibly affordable.  I love being able to use a local small business and know that I am receiving superior quality service.  Their receptionist Carol is no-nonsense, but I don't mind at all - and that's coming from a very chatty native Californian!  She gets the information she needs and that's that.  She not unfriendly, she's just very efficient!  I have older cast iron pipes, and they keep everything flowing!

Contacted Carmel Valley Plumbing to help with drain service in our rental home this summer. The tenants said he was quick, knowledgeable and cleaned up after himself; they also said he was easy to work with. Family-owned, trustworthy, and reasonably priced. I'm so thankful when they came to help me when I got too ambitious and tried to fix some plumbing on my own. They came in the following day and did a full repair. I even called them back when I needed a new kitchen sink and bathroom sink replaced. They are so friendly and great people to chat with. I hired Gunner at Anthem to do some custom upgrades to our back porch. He was very quick to pick up on my plans and helped to fine-tune them and he performed the work as promised on time and on budget. It went so well that I was confident to hire him for my next job, which required some customization of cabinets in the kitchen. Again he did a fantastic job under unique circumstances. Our water heater broke on a Saturday afternoon and within an hour Pat arrived at our house to replace it. He was very knowledgeable. The pricing was very fair. The job required replacement of pipes, valves and repositioning. Everything went smooth and quickly. Pat was thorough in explaining how the new water heater worked and emergency shut off procedures. We are very happy with the service we received and I would recommend this company. This unpleasant situation of a broken water heater quickly turned into a hassle free experience. We had Blue Bear Plumbing come out and jet our waste line from the sink to the restrooms fearing a underslab broken pipe. Worked through 50 years of gunk on the inside of the pipes and after about 40 minutes, line cleared, sent the camera in and we were not able to locate a break !! Will hopefully don't have to call them again, but if we have another issue, we will be calling Blue Bear Plumbing!

Based on the other reviews here, I pulled the trigger and called them to help me with a leaking toilet issue, which had flowed into the living room (huge potential problem). Not only did they solve the problem and replace the toilet for a reasonable price, the guy gave me advice on how to dry the carpets and underlying padding myself to avoid mildew and thousands of dollars in costs. I will call them first next time I have a problem.

Jerry and his team were awesome to work with. I had two sinks that were leaking and needed to be fixed ASAP. Not only did they return my call within 30 minutes, they were able to schedule me the next day. They showed up when they said they were going to and fixed the sinks at a good price. The plumbing technician Juan was very personable and thorough with his work, making sure everything was right before he left. I would strongly recommend using Jerry's Plumbing to anyone.
