After my third phone call to the hag who answers, I still have no appointment. They are closed on Wednesdays, good business plan. If I am lucky, maybe she will call back with an appointment time for next week. This place is a joke.

Had a leaking toilet - called yesterday afternoon and Ruben was able to come out today and fix it. He called when he was on his way, and diagnosed the problem right away. He worked quickly and professionally, and he and his staff were also friendly. Will be using All Time Plumbing for any future problems, and highly recommend them to anyone!!

I had this plumber come to install a faucet I'd purchased.  He did it and left, after telling me that it would not be under warranty because he did not supply the faucet.  Read it again- his work in my home had no warranty because the faucet was already there and he didn't middle man it.  Okay.  

It immediately was wobbly.  I called and he said he would try to get over there to take a look at it.  We are talking a day or two later.  He never showed up.  Then he stopped answering my calls.  I gave up at this point and just lived with a wobbling faucet that leaked counter top water into the cabinet below for a while.  

Eventually we got another faucet and attempted to replace it ourselves.  But... it turned out that the hole under the sink where the faucet is clamped down was either too big or too small to get a tight seal.  We ended up having to router out some of the wood underneath to get a good grip and finally get a non wobbly faucet.  

Guess who installed a faucet with the under parts diagonal and knew it wouldn't work?  Tom Dinardo.  Guess who told me it would not be under warranty of any kind before he left my home?  Tom Dinardo.  Guess who is a plumber who should have known that the hole needed to be either bigger or smaller for the parts to be flush under the sink and I'm thinking knew my faucet was not going to work?  Pretty sure it was Tom Dinardo.  

So I guess if you have him get all your parts for you so his work will be under warranty, you could hire this guy.  But if you already got your faucet and are looking for someone to install it, I'd recommend looking some more, his work is not guaranteed and when you want him to fix it, even less than a week later, he won't, even if he didn't do it correctly in the first place

Also, I had read the directions prior to having Tom Dinardo install the faucet- he failed to use a silicon ring upon install.  It was in the directions to do so and I watched him do it and he never put anything down, just faucet on granite with a half ass, diagonal assembly shoved in the hole underneath it.

These guys are fantastic, reasonable and down right honest! We got quotes from them, Black Mountain (they kept changing their price) and Bill Howe (sent an apprentice). So glad we decided to go with All Flow Plumbing in Santee, 619-409-9891. Eric and his assistant, Daniel, replaced our main water line plus built a new irrigation line, no leaks and everything works perfectly!

Wow!  I have utilized their plumbing services before and they have always been top notch.  Today I called and they fixed my problem on the telephone, referred me to someone else who does a very specific jetting service (Drain Mob) who is fantastic too. These plumbers do not charge you for things you do not need and their customer service is superb.  I appreciate service companies who truly care about their customers and not just generating charges.  5 stars and then some.

I am so wowed by the service I received from Tony! He spent so many hours over two days trying to find the best solution to my back flow issue! Christian joined him for a bit on day 2 and he Is so nice too!

Tony was punctual, super patient, polite, very good at explaining things and just had this energy about him that you know you can trust him. He knows what he's doing 100%! He did the best he could to mitigate my damages. You could tell he really had the best interest of his customers.

So grateful to have found this business and to have Tony (and Christian) sent our way! I hope they can receive some sort of raise for being so great! Those kinds of people are hard to find.

I would say that Gunner is probably the best handyman I have ever used. Along with his excellent well-rounded skillset, he responds quickly to calls/texts, he shows up on time, has highly competitive rates, but most of all, he is friendly, personable and I also feel that I can trust him which is extremely important! Greg is a first class fella.  He solved my problem over the phone without charging me a dime.  He spent at least 15 minutes with me over the phone.  I followed his steps and with that said we were able to solve the issue.  He cares about people and saving his customers money for sure.  In all the years I have used contractors I've never had a guy work so hard for nothing.  Thanks Greg!  We appreciate your kindness and concern.

Quick friendly service! We called for an estimate on a propane water heater replacement and they brought one with them. The price was what we expected to pay for a tank and installation - actually almost $1000 less than the WAG discussion over the phone. My wife signed and paid and we had a functional water heater the same day - within hours of them arriving.

We had Blue Bear Plumbing come out and jet our waste line from the sink to the restrooms fearing a underslab broken pipe. Worked through 50 years of gunk on the inside of the pipes and after about 40 minutes, line cleared, sent the camera in and we were not able to locate a break !! Will hopefully don't have to call them again, but if we have another issue, we will be calling Blue Bear Plumbing!

Fast and efficient service. Just a clogged utility sink in our garage but he was great and informative. I'm always afraid of how expensive plumbing issues can be, but it wasn't too bad and I feel he was very honest.     Will call again for future needs :)

Jerry might be my new go to company for any plumbing needs. Pricing was competitive and scheduling was prompt. Jerry accommodated to our work schedules.
