We've been using Baird for years.  They can usually come out the same day.  They are fast, very reasonable and great.  Other plumbers charge WAY more and aren't as good.  I own several properties and use them all the time.

These guys are fantastic, reasonable and down right honest! We got quotes from them, Black Mountain (they kept changing their price) and Bill Howe (sent an apprentice). So glad we decided to go with All Flow Plumbing in Santee, 619-409-9891. Eric and his assistant, Daniel, replaced our main water line plus built a new irrigation line, no leaks and everything works perfectly!

Contacted Jeff Isber After reading great reviews on Nextdoor. We had a kitchen faucet that was leaking, not functioning properly. We had a handyman check it out who was not able to fix the problem. Jeff contacted me soon after I left him a message, helped to troubleshoot by phone, and came out promptly .Unfortunately, the replacement  parts that the manufacturer had sent were defective. He made a great recommendation of what replacement faucet I should order and came back out to install it today. Very happy to find an excellent and dependable local plumber!

We just moved into a new house and our main line was backing up. Jesse and the team at Damman are exceptional. They showed up quickly, diagnosed what was going on right away, helped us find our cleanouts so we'd know what to do in the future should we ever have troubles, and explained what they were doing and why certain things were happening as they went about resolving the clog.

They are respectful, mindful of cleanliness as they go in and out of the house, communicate their arrival ahead of time and also wore masks while working, even in the heat. We even have a couple of noisy dogs and they were very understanding.

If you're dealing with any plumbing issues, Damman is who you should be contacting. We've got their card on the fridge now.

He was very helpful, responded right away to my message on here and told me the estimate and what he needed to do and the next day in the morning my leak was fixed!!!! Definitely recommend. This husband and wife team installed two low flush toilets for me a couple months ago, were quick and efficient.  Two weeks ago i had my sewer back up i called Family Plumbing again they said they could fix it but Phil had the flu so he said he would try to come out the next day, they did just that, but it was obvious that Phil still wasnt  feeling very good and he needed to run the snake into the pipe via the roof vent, he dragged a heavy machine with an electric motor up a ladder onto a two story building by himself (one tough dude) then he ran a 100 foot snake down the pipe and had my drain flowing again in no time. Thanx  guys i will recommend

I had used Mike in the past and he did a good job but for some unknown reason to me he cancelled on me today without even letting me know! When I called his office assistant she told me I was taken off the schedule yesterday and when I asked why she called to ask him and he said he just didnt want to help me. This appointment was made on Monday and if he didn;t want to do it why didn;t he tell me at the time?

This is highly unprofessional of a plumber and he not only wasted 2 hours of my day in which I had to stay home to wait for him, but I could have had this plumbing problem fixed by someone else by now!

How can a professional person be so uncaring and rude? Very bad behavior.

I've been scammed, ripped off, and the quality of work was shockingly bad. It pains me to have hired Anthem and Gunner to do work for me. He took all of the money with the promise to return to correct and complete the work the following week for what he was hired to do, but never returned, didn't return the money, and left me with 20% of the work done. My walls were left damaged and he left a huge mess behind that took me an hour to scrub clean. He agreed to a list of things to do for me for $500. He tried to save time by hanging heavy metal frames with a single ancho/ bolt by the frame and didn't utilized the d-rings designed to secure the frame well, leaving them dangerously insecure on a stairwell. He placed tape under the frame to claim this made it secure. It didn't. They fell and created more than 3 large and deep holes in my walls and chipped my baseboards. The frames are now broken, too. that's another $150. Thankfully, it didn't harm me or my son. He created significant damage to my walls in 10 places with large anchor holes that will need to be dug out and professionally repaired and marks all over them from the initial hanging, not including the damage created when they fell. (My walls were just professionally painted 1 week before his arrival). I am a single Mom with a 1 year old son. He left me with a repair job that will cost me well over 1K to repair and 80% of the work incomplete that he was paid for. I gave him money in good faith that he was going to return to fix the damage and hang them properly and did so partly because he /and his company were recommended by a close friend. We even had a day scheduled the following week, but he refused to come back after the fact to fix his unsafe and improper hangings, repair the damaged wall, and complete the work list, but he took the money and ran. He tried to do the job quickly for a payday with no conscience in delivering quality work. Unethical and unprofessional! Do not hire this company!!

Greg may be a good plumber, I dont know.  But I did email him and he was quite rude in his response, maybe he was just having a bad day but I found him to be VERY unprofessional!

Recently my Propane water heater started leaking and was in need of immediate replacement. This water heater is part of a two tank solution for my solar hot water system and is fed by a large storage tank that gets heated by the solar panels and pre-charges the smaller water heater that feeds the house.  With that said, energy efficiency is EXTREMLY important to me.
I always get at least three bids so that I can asses both the cost AND the competency of the contractor. Of all the people I called, including the plumber who I had worked with for may years and who had in fact installed the unit I was replacing, only Water Heaters Only was truly responsive to my requests and inquiries. In point of fact, Matt, was  the ONLY one who said, I completely understand... this is not how most people go about this, but this is how I would do approach the process. Every one else was only interested in their personal agenda and the specific water heaters THEY wanted to sell, regardless of performance or my needs. On this basis I gave them the contract OVER my long term plumbing contractor.
What was more, the installer, Jim G., not only contacted me in advance to let me know the exact time he was going to show up on the job site, but also was nothing but cordial, efficient, and cooperative the whole time he was at my site. In point of fact, I placed a follow up call the next day over a specific solder joint in the system that I was concerned about and he contacted me immediately to follow up. It turned out it was only a venting joint that was never under any pressure, so it was a non-issue. Once again.. professional, cooperative, and supportive of my requests instead of dismissing me off hand.
I would have to say that I would recommend this organization and their crew without reservation..... NICELY DONE!

Never do any service from this company. They lie and never be on time on communication and service. I am not happy with this company service not professional. They ordered the water heater to my shop and I agreed with the price and I deposited $360 and the rest I would pay the installed day and then Megan told me that the order would take 4 weeks to receive and would have to install on 072522 but it did not come on time and I installed for me on August 1 without letting me know when I was out of town. Then I talked Adam on Viber on that day to pay him the rest on the phone $3240 that we both agreed. Adam told me that he sent my old water heater back to Home Depot that I wanted to get credit from the old water heater under 4 year warranty. He lied and did not return my old heater to Home Depot and stole it. I went back to Home Depot and showed them the RMA#, stayed there for 3 hours but the tech did not find the heater returned there. Also, they charged separate charge of $126.36 in my credit card without telling me. I called and texted Megan, Adam and nobody returned my calls. I lost my old water heater that I told the tech to return it to Home Depot after the installment . Bad service, not professional and overcharges that not telling the customers, NOT recommend this company.

Awesome company. I asked Paul to come out and fix some old copper piping that I wanted re-worked with a manual shutoff for my irrigation system. He was very nice on the phone and email and communicated very well about when he would show up. He not only fixed my problem but was kind enough to replace some other old parts. He did a lot more than I asked for and still charged me the quoted price.  He gave me some advice on how to hookup the new sprinkler valves and answered all my questions, even those unrelated to the specific job at hand. Some people are just good people and Paul is one of them.   I highly recommend them.

Removing our old garbage disposal was difficult because of a low porcelain sink in a shallow cabinet, but Miles patiently chipped away at it so the sink wouldn't fracture.  He successfully cleared a kitchen pipe to the main line and is coming back today to hydroflush it to postpone having to repipe and dig up the kitchen floor.
