The receptionist rude? No, just super straight to the point. The receptionist never remembers you? Probably, she is fielding 100's of calls. The guys run a little late?
Sometimes, but most the time they arrive on time and happy to help.

Remember people they charge $20 to clear your drain. I have been using them for over 15 years and will continue for the next 15.

After having bad experiences with Tarpy Plumbing, called All Time based on the strong Yelp and other reviews. Ruben was professional and did strong work, but the pricing was somewhat high. Ended up being about $1,100 for four hours of work (including time to go get parts) for some relatively simple plumbing fixes. Not dissatisfied with the quality, but we were looking to find someone who would be our go-to plumber for all future projects, and we'll be continuing the search.

We needed a leaky hose bib valve replaced before moving on in a backyard remodel. Tom had the part we needed in his truck and he quietly & neatly replaced the leaky valve in no time at an excellent price. We had irrigation going in under very expensive pavers and while we were chatting, he gave me some great advice about upgrading the irrigation pipe schedule. I was able to ensure that we have the best possible parts to prevent leaks under our beautiful pavers.  I always see the Dinardo Plumbing vehicle in the San Carlos/Del Cerro/Allied Gardens area and I'm glad to know that I can call and speak to an actual owner/plumber instead of a receptionist.  Thanks so much, Tom!

These guys are fantastic, reasonable and down right honest! We got quotes from them, Black Mountain (they kept changing their price) and Bill Howe (sent an apprentice). So glad we decided to go with All Flow Plumbing in Santee, 619-409-9891. Eric and his assistant, Daniel, replaced our main water line plus built a new irrigation line, no leaks and everything works perfectly!

We are so grateful for this family owned business! A pipe busted out of nowhere on a Sunday night and we had to turn off our main line. In a panic, I reached out to Jesse and he got back to me almost immediately. He asked a few questions, got a few pictures and gave us a fair price. They came out on time, wearing masks and got to work. Jesse and his father found the situation was worse than expected and they were able to fix our issue and get our water turned back on! I booked another plumber because of a faucet and disposal leak. I'd used the other plumber before on two occasions and was really happy with them. When I called this time though I got a price that sounded way too high--and was told it should be higher but I was such a good customer that they discounted it just for me.  So I posted on Escondido Facebook Friends asking what others thought of the price and was given a rave review for Family Plumbing with Phil and Tracy. I checked Yelp and found more stunning reviews. I called and got a price almost half of what I'd been quoted--and they were at my house within a couple of hours fixing my plumbing. It was really hot in Escondido, but they came with great attitudes and went right to work...............very friendly, amazing price, and great work!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am so thankful that Escondido Friends on Facebook steered me their way.

Anthony and Andrea (Office Manager) were outstanding. I was referred to Anthony from a client of mine and I am so grateful for the referral. Anthony was all about follow through...he did exactly what he said he would do, when he would do it (which is key for most clients I assume). Additionally, the contractor that we worked with in coordination made an accounting mistake and Independent Plumbing and Drain rectified that mistake when they did not need to do so. I called Anthem handyman services when a plumber gave me an outrageous quote to replace my pressure regulator. Gunner from Anthem did it for a fraction of the cost and he picked up all the materials. Super professional and honest!

Greg is wonderful! I had taken the day off work to wait for a different plumbing company (through our home warranty) to come by to fix an issue we had, but they decided not to show. I started calling around trying to find someone who could come same day, to no avail. Greg was one of the people I left a voicemail for, and he called me back pretty quickly. He explained that he was very busy for the day but offered to walk me through a few processes to see if I could just fix it myself and save both money and time. It ended up solving our problem, and no further repairs or anything were needed! We are definitely appreciative of his willingness to help and his generosity. We already have and will continue to recommend him to everyone in Ramona we know!

First of all, they lied about taking photos beforehand. The install caused water damage, wall damage, stair damage, and door damage. They then continued to lie about the fact they had taken these photos. If they did, where are they? They don't exist. I however, have over 26 photos of the damage they did cause. Second, the manager is a huge douche who's only job is to deny and lie.
Don't use this company whatever you do. They do poor work and then refuse to take responsibility of the damage they caused.

Great response used twice I really recommend!  Friendly technicians and they look for the cause of the problem and diagnose.  The last visit, we were not even charged.  No company does that anymore.

I have called Universal Plumbing a number of times and have always been very satisfied with their work.  Whether it was a clearing a clogged drain, installing a new toilet or even issues with our garbage disposal, Universal Plumbing has always gotten the job done.  They are very prompt and professional and always willing to give you advice on how to prevent or solve the issues you are having on your own.

The most recent time I needed their service was during the SuperBowl this year.  I had a house full of people and had a plumbing issue which could have put a damper on the party.  I called Universal Plumbing and they came right out and saved the day!

Jerry responded quickly to my inquiries and I was able to schedule an appointment on such short notice. Initially, I was just gonna have our kitchen sink checked (due to clogging/leaking) but his son Miles ended up checking our AC unit as well. They were honest, knowledgeable and professional. Their prices are also fair and decent. They actually didn't end up charging me for the AC inspection, because they said I could use that money towards buying a new one. I didn't feel pressured into using them for future services, but I will definitely call them when I'm ready to replace my AC unit.
