Same situation and same experience as Jon R. We had a water leak and needed the water heater relocated to make room for repairs and then restored afterward. Ivan did a great job, communicated very well, and was easy to work with. Solid guy - highly recommended.

We had a very good experience with Doug. He came out within 20 minutes of our call to repair a copper pipe that broke in the wall. He was reasonable and experienced. Great local plumber, highly recommend.

Always helpful and inexpensive. The office staff is direct and to the point. I'm happy to refer them and do all the time. I always call them to do the drains at the properties I manage as well as our home and our pet hospital

We had an issue with low water pressure. Our water regulator was about 20 years old and needed to be replaced. Unfortunately, that didn't solve the pressure issue in the kitchen. We decided to replace the faucet and still had an issue. Well, Ruben investigated some more and found a couple tiny gaskets  lodged in the water lines. How they got there? Who knows? Ruben truly saved the day. He is very professional, knowledgable and courteous. We recommend him 100%

I had this plumber come to install a faucet I'd purchased.  He did it and left, after telling me that it would not be under warranty because he did not supply the faucet.  Read it again- his work in my home had no warranty because the faucet was already there and he didn't middle man it.  Okay.  

It immediately was wobbly.  I called and he said he would try to get over there to take a look at it.  We are talking a day or two later.  He never showed up.  Then he stopped answering my calls.  I gave up at this point and just lived with a wobbling faucet that leaked counter top water into the cabinet below for a while.  

Eventually we got another faucet and attempted to replace it ourselves.  But... it turned out that the hole under the sink where the faucet is clamped down was either too big or too small to get a tight seal.  We ended up having to router out some of the wood underneath to get a good grip and finally get a non wobbly faucet.  

Guess who installed a faucet with the under parts diagonal and knew it wouldn't work?  Tom Dinardo.  Guess who told me it would not be under warranty of any kind before he left my home?  Tom Dinardo.  Guess who is a plumber who should have known that the hole needed to be either bigger or smaller for the parts to be flush under the sink and I'm thinking knew my faucet was not going to work?  Pretty sure it was Tom Dinardo.  

So I guess if you have him get all your parts for you so his work will be under warranty, you could hire this guy.  But if you already got your faucet and are looking for someone to install it, I'd recommend looking some more, his work is not guaranteed and when you want him to fix it, even less than a week later, he won't, even if he didn't do it correctly in the first place

Also, I had read the directions prior to having Tom Dinardo install the faucet- he failed to use a silicon ring upon install.  It was in the directions to do so and I watched him do it and he never put anything down, just faucet on granite with a half ass, diagonal assembly shoved in the hole underneath it.

These guys are fantastic, reasonable and down right honest! We got quotes from them, Black Mountain (they kept changing their price) and Bill Howe (sent an apprentice). So glad we decided to go with All Flow Plumbing in Santee, 619-409-9891. Eric and his assistant, Daniel, replaced our main water line plus built a new irrigation line, no leaks and everything works perfectly!

After dealing with my home warranty company, which was less than helpful, I found Jeff on Yelp.  He was fast, literally within a half hour was at my garage looking at my stripped valves that lead to the washing machine.  He fixed it without having to rip out drywall, like Resurrection Plumbing said would be required and saved me money and time.  I am happy to have found a local plumber that is professional and FAST!  Thanks Jeff~

The main sewer line was rotted out from being about 80 year old cast iron pipe and crapped out on us.  All of sudden one day we had sewage leaking out in the basement. After the normal panic I called a few place that gave me an appointment days away and finally I called Bill Howe plumbing (major rip off and not joking) The guy came in I showed him what the issue was and he said we will have to repair 10 feet of pipe, it would take 2-3 days ($1700/day plus $700 in materiel). After I got over the sticker shock I thought to myself how can 10 feet of pvc pipe and a few clamps cost so much.. So I told the guy that before I commit I am calling a couple of people just to check around. Someone told me to call Jesse and his dad Ayoub, Made the call, they came out in 45 mins and I had a written quote for $500 for labor and $82 for material. They changed out the same exact 10 feet of pipe in about 5 hours and and a total of $582 were gone. The other company is honestly fraud. Ayoub & Jesse are the best in town.

Really appreciate that Joe and Michael showed up on time. They came ready with their  PPE on, and did a great job in relocating a gas line I need moved. They made sure to clean up completely after the job was done. Highly recommend Monkey Wrench for any plumbing needs you may have. I know they will be my first call next time I need plumbing work.  Thanks for a job well done!

I wish every business was run like family plumbing. They were kind, friendly, and honest. They arrived on time, loved my animals and my kids. They did an awesome job for much less than most plumbers and guaranteed their work. I will definitely be calling them again.

I called Independent Plumbing & Drain after receiving a notice from the city that we had to fix a leak before they could change the water meter at the street. These guys are as honest as it gets. After reviewing the notice from the city and doing an inspection from the house to the street they informed me the leak was not where I had thought it was (which would've required tearing out concrete) and was in fact as simple as tightening something at our main hook up. They will definitely be my go to guys for all my plumbing needs in the future!

My wife and I were in the middle of a remodel and had bee using another handyman service. The job turned out to be too much for one crew and I called Gunner to help finish up the project. I started to give him  more work when I saw the quality of his work  and professionalism . Very good all around knowledge. We contracted Gunner for some electrical work and ended up having hime finish our garage with drywall, texture and paint. Will be using Anthem again soon on another project. Have already recommended him to my neighbors.

This is the second time I have utilized Greg's services. Of course the result was the same as the last. Great! If you are a thin skinned pansy you might find his demeanor a little gruff. He is a straight shooter and does not sugarcoat anything. Upfront honesty is hard to find these days. Very accommodating when there was a hiccup in my schedule. I had two issues needing his expertise, he explained them fully. Completely repaired one and once I realized I could do the other after his explanation, he stated the entire (rare) fixture did not have to be purchased  equaling $500. We ordered the innards at 1/10 the cost. When all was said and done, did not gouge me in the pocketbook.      Recommended

August 17, 2016. Quite satisfied with Water Heaters Only. We discovered the pilot light was out on our 12-year-old water heater, and would not light again. The tech on the phone was very helpful with problem solving, and was very courteous. Pat came out right away, and we had a brand-new water heater installed within 3 hours of calling. He was professional, and installed all new hoses and connections, without an extra charge. The price was a bit high, but within range of competitors.

Never do any service from this company. They lie and never be on time on communication and service. I am not happy with this company service not professional. They ordered the water heater to my shop and I agreed with the price and I deposited $360 and the rest I would pay the installed day and then Megan told me that the order would take 4 weeks to receive and would have to install on 072522 but it did not come on time and I installed for me on August 1 without letting me know when I was out of town. Then I talked Adam on Viber on that day to pay him the rest on the phone $3240 that we both agreed. Adam told me that he sent my old water heater back to Home Depot that I wanted to get credit from the old water heater under 4 year warranty. He lied and did not return my old heater to Home Depot and stole it. I went back to Home Depot and showed them the RMA#, stayed there for 3 hours but the tech did not find the heater returned there. Also, they charged separate charge of $126.36 in my credit card without telling me. I called and texted Megan, Adam and nobody returned my calls. I lost my old water heater that I told the tech to return it to Home Depot after the installment . Bad service, not professional and overcharges that not telling the customers, NOT recommend this company.

Great service on a Saturday morning.  Efficiently and cleanly took care of both our clog issues.  Even showed how to do a bit of the work ourselves and left a tool for the garbage disposal.  Terrific Job!

Jerry was amazing to work with! From initial quote request all the way to install of my faucet, he was extremely thorough in providing background info and pricing. Also, he was very diligent of COVID-19 precautions. Great guy, great team, happy customer!
