We have a small restoration company and we called Ivan out to do a temporary water heater set up for us. Very reasonable price was fast and efficient and a good communicator I really appreciate what you've done for us thank you Ivan.

We had a very good experience with Doug. He came out within 20 minutes of our call to repair a copper pipe that broke in the wall. He was reasonable and experienced. Great local plumber, highly recommend.

Make sure you know who they are sending to your home. They subcontracted someone out who was supposed to do an easy fix, they broke the toilet in the process, collected the $200 fee from my tenant (which I provided) then told us after they would come back in a Day or two to fix what they broke. After a month of trying to track them down to fix the toilet I finally asked for a refund. Here we are weeks later and I've still been unable to get my money back. It's always an excuse and the women who takes all the incoming calls couldn't care less. She has me tracking down their subcontractor for the refund. It's absolutely ridiculous that it's been close to two months with no resolve. It's a shame because they have done good work for us in the past with snaking drains. I now question their ability to send trustworthy people into my home. I believe I was robbed of $200.

I had a failed water pressure regulator that was causing problems throughout my house. I called several plumbers on Saturday AM looking for an emergency repair. All Time returned my call almost immediately and Rueben showed up that morning and completed the repair in an efficient and professional manner. I was impressed with the quality of the work and his attention to detail. These guys are my go-to plumbers going forward!

We needed a leaky hose bib valve replaced before moving on in a backyard remodel. Tom had the part we needed in his truck and he quietly & neatly replaced the leaky valve in no time at an excellent price. We had irrigation going in under very expensive pavers and while we were chatting, he gave me some great advice about upgrading the irrigation pipe schedule. I was able to ensure that we have the best possible parts to prevent leaks under our beautiful pavers.  I always see the Dinardo Plumbing vehicle in the San Carlos/Del Cerro/Allied Gardens area and I'm glad to know that I can call and speak to an actual owner/plumber instead of a receptionist.  Thanks so much, Tom!

These guys are fantastic, reasonable and down right honest! We got quotes from them, Black Mountain (they kept changing their price) and Bill Howe (sent an apprentice). So glad we decided to go with All Flow Plumbing in Santee, 619-409-9891. Eric and his assistant, Daniel, replaced our main water line plus built a new irrigation line, no leaks and everything works perfectly!

This is how I was overcharged by carmel valley plumbing.  I had a leak in my shower knob,  so I called up several plumbers on yelp with good rating.  all other plumbers couldn't do same day appointment except for carmel valley plumbing.  guess that should  have been the canary in the coal
mine. anyway I really appreciated they were able to come on the same day.  they guy assessed the situation and told us he was not sure what the problem was, but it could be very serious.  He might have to knock down the wall and it's gonna cost a fortune.  BUT he also said if he could fix it without knocking down the wall it'd cost much less ,$385.  So after listening to him anyone would believe that $385 didn't seem like a lot.  So he got to work and within less than 20 min the job was done!  WHAT?  apparently the only thing he had to change is the pressure balance spool.  oh boy I am sure he knew the minute he saw it.  So a 20-min job with a $20 part cost me $385.  I guess zero knowledge in plumbing does come with a price.  Lessons learned, trust lost and never will I deal with this company again.

We have had Damman's Plumbing out to our house twice and they are now our go-to plumbers. They are responsive, efficient, and do quality work. They were also very understanding and accommodating when we asked for a contactless service visit due to COVID precautions. Thank you !

Cannot recommend this company. Very friendly but miscommunicated what I needed and charged me for no service done. Specifically said I needed a shower head removed and replacement installed and the guy who showed up thought I had a broken shower. Wanted to charge me the full $145 for nothing but ended up only charging $65; The only reason I didn't give one star

I had a broken garbage disposal thats needs to be replaced. I called several plumbers in the area and got different quotes. I came across with Family Plumbing, spoke with Phil and he gave me the best deal/quote. So, I made an appointment with him to replace my broken garbage disposal the following day. I work during the week and Phil understand that so he told me that they can come to see me after I get off work. Phil and his wife Tracy showed up ready for the job. They were very polite and professional. After they installed the garbage disposal, they tested it to make sure it's working, and that there's no water leaking. Phil even showed me how to troubleshoot the newly installed garbage disposal in the event it will get clogged and gave me tips on how to maintain it. My faucet needs to be replaced soon and Phil even gave me a free diagnostic check.  I highly recommend Phil and Tracey for your plumbing needs. They are reliable, affordable and easy to work with. I have his business card and they even told me to give them a call or text in case i have questions about anything. I will definitely recommend them to my family and friends. Thank you Phil & Tracy for a job well done.

I would say that Gunner is probably the best handyman I have ever used. Along with his excellent well-rounded skillset, he responds quickly to calls/texts, he shows up on time, has highly competitive rates, but most of all, he is friendly, personable and I also feel that I can trust him which is extremely important! I would highly recommend Gunner.

This is the second time I have utilized Greg's services. Of course the result was the same as the last. Great! If you are a thin skinned pansy you might find his demeanor a little gruff. He is a straight shooter and does not sugarcoat anything. Upfront honesty is hard to find these days. Very accommodating when there was a hiccup in my schedule. I had two issues needing his expertise, he explained them fully. Completely repaired one and once I realized I could do the other after his explanation, he stated the entire (rare) fixture did not have to be purchased  equaling $500. We ordered the innards at 1/10 the cost. When all was said and done, did not gouge me in the pocketbook.      Recommended

We had our water heater installed by Danny this is our second heater installed by this company the first one lasted over 13 years! Think no further call this company they are honest great customer service i give them 10 stars ask for Danny he was amazing  thank you  thank you!

Never do any service from this company. They lie and never be on time on communication and service. I am not happy with this company service not professional. They ordered the water heater to my shop and I agreed with the price and I deposited $360 and the rest I would pay the installed day and then Megan told me that the order would take 4 weeks to receive and would have to install on 072522 but it did not come on time and I installed for me on August 1 without letting me know when I was out of town. Then I talked Adam on Viber on that day to pay him the rest on the phone $3240 that we both agreed. Adam told me that he sent my old water heater back to Home Depot that I wanted to get credit from the old water heater under 4 year warranty. He lied and did not return my old heater to Home Depot and stole it. I went back to Home Depot and showed them the RMA#, stayed there for 3 hours but the tech did not find the heater returned there. Also, they charged separate charge of $126.36 in my credit card without telling me. I called and texted Megan, Adam and nobody returned my calls. I lost my old water heater that I told the tech to return it to Home Depot after the installment . Bad service, not professional and overcharges that not telling the customers, NOT recommend this company.

We called Universal plumbing to help with a slow kitchen drain. The problem was pretty far down the line since it took a few minutes of dishwashing before the water started coming up in the sink.
 The guys came over, run the snake, told me that all was fixed, charged ~$100 and left.  After a few days, doing a big load of dishes, we found that nothing changed and the water was still coming up.  The receipt said 30-day warranty so we called the guys again.
They refused to come!
Said they there were not under any obligation or warranty, and that was entirely our problem.

They came right on time and they knew what they were doing. Jerry and Miles are professionals and fixed my older AC in an hour. Thank you!!
