Jim is fantastic. He returns calls, shows up when he says he will and is very clear about what he can and cannot do. He will not  try to bluff his way through something and quit halfway through and leave you in the lurch. He will also tell you what you can do to prevent the problem from happening again. He  is honest and good at what he does. I highly recommend him.

Michael is the best.  :)  Seriously.  Our kitchen sink had been blocked up and all my do-it-yourself fiddling wasn't making any impact, so I finally gave in and admitted I wasn't doing it myself and called Xtreme Plumbing.  Michael was able to fit me into a busy schedule and came on out and not only got to the bottom of my issue (40 feet into the pipes! No wonder I wasn't able to do it myself o.o) but also took out an old filter system under the sink that was just taking up room, redid the pipe connections in a true professional way with good materials, and showed me how to work with it in the future.  While he was out here, I also asked about our bathtub spout leaking like the other reviewer a few months back.  He was able to quickly diagnose and repair that issue as well, and told me how to take care of it if it happens again.  I really appreciated Michael's professionalism and get-it-done attitude, while giving me the options and knowledge for the future.  Definitely recommend Xtreme Plumbing!  :)

Had an issue with a fill valve replacement on our toilet. I had already got the part and was ready. The tech did an extremely good job with a very quick job within a few mins.

Took off a star because the plumber didnt arrive on time. Was 1.5 hours out of the allotted time window given upfront. Had to move my meetings due to this.

Highly recommended!! It's a Friday late afternoon and our toilet was clogged beyond our capabilities to clear it via plunger. I called and Judy was so nice and immediately found one of their plumbers that was finishing another job in the area. She scheduled him, and right away I started receiving texts with updates on his arrival as well as a picture introducing our plumber to us prior to arrival. Within a few minutes, Phil called us saying that he was 10-15 minutes away and arrived well before the 10 minute mark. Phil was courteous, he covered his shoes with shoe covers before coming in. He assessed the issue and gave us a flat price for snaking the clog. He proceeded working on the clog and was successful within a few minutes. He cleaned up and carefully took the auger back to his vehicle and returned for payment...He easily processed our credit card and was on his way. This was probably the most easy, stress free, well worth the totally fair price, plumbing experience I have had...even though we have another amazing plumber we usually turn to, but was already fully booked today, led us to calling The Plumbing Company...Soon to be Miracle Plumbing. Now I'm excited to know we have 2 awesome choices in plumbers that we can rely on!!! Awesome job and the experience was easy as pie!! Now we can enjoy our weekend...truly felt 100% the Miracle Plumbing that they are :-) Thank you!!

We had to get hammock chair fixed indoors on my ceiling for my kid. I reached out to Nikolai, he was very responsive. Showed up and was able to get the job done on time and professionally. I'm planning to call him back for some other work at home as well.

We had a really bad clog in the kitchen and in the laundry room.  After reading other peoples review on them, we decided to get they a call.  They came out that morning  and they clear the clog.   They checked the kitchen and fix the small leak in the kitchen.  The cost was higher than I expected, but he gave us a discount when we mentioned yelp which help with the cost.  We have mention about the leaky sink in the laundry room, but it would have cost us more the cost of removing the clog.  So, I give them 4 1/2 stars not quite 5.

I used this service to install some shower trim that required drilling into the tile and assembly.  Great communication, on time, friendly and professional.  Did a perfect job and reasonably priced.  Happy that I went with this company.

On Sunday afternoon both sides of my kitchen sink were completely clogged. I spent hours trying to fix it myself by pouring hot water, vinegar, baking soda with no luck. Most business was closed on Sunday.  I saw Advanced Quality Plumbing open on weekends. I called them, their service guy came within 40 minutes. He took apart the pipe, snaked for almost half an hour, and fixed the issue. I saw lots of black gunk came out from the pipe, it's the grease accumulated over years. The service guy (sorry I didn't get his name,  I kept social distance because of the shelter in place order) was very friendly and professional.  He cleaned up the floor and cabinet afterwards, and gave me tips how to keep the drain clean. Thank you so much for the prompt and excellent service, especially during this difficult time period of covid-19. Really appreciated.

This person farmed out my request for Electrician help to some other random person he supposedly works with. That person responded, confirmed an appointment with me to provide an estimate and then cancelled the day of to work on something else more time sensitive. He mentioned he would be in contact to reschedule and then never reached out.

I had to reach out to him 5 days later only for him to respond he was no longer interested as he's out of town. Is it too much to expect professional and proactive communication? I can't recommend working with these people based on this experience.

Best part: Really smart and concise communication.  This company would be great for an HOA big job because Will would probably explain to the HOA board well.   I had called several plumbers before I talked to Will.  He was the most communicative of all.  He explained what my options were including the most comprehensive way to fix my water heater issues as well as several other options.  So I chose an option and Juan was to come out the next day. He did and that went fine.  They were both very professional.  However there ended up being a mistake with the heater size that was picked up.  There was some compensation after discussion for the inconvenience.  Juan returned the next day with the right sized heater.  The rate was priced for the job and it was for a special sized heater unit that was shorter than the average 40 gallon.  1750.00.  According to my conversations I had with other plumbers, that is about right for a heater that did include the extras and an odd sized heater.  I bought a pan for underneath too.  And Juan did say he did something for me that was to do with the pipe and that was part of the package pricing / job price.  That was nice.  I would use and recommend in a heartbeat.

My Tankless water heater basically blew up after years of working great.  Aaron and Matt picked up the phone be the first ring and immediately trouble shooter the symptoms with me.  

Without me asking they were on the phone with Navian ordering me replacement parts.  Unfortunately the parts took a week to get her because of a holiday.  Instead of me being without hot water for a week they came and set up a temporary water heater at no charge while we waited for the part.  

I was shocked at the great level of service and care that I received from smash plumbing.

I am very impressed that he goes to Home depot to guild me to purchase the correct and high quality faucet. He truly cares his customer. He also gives 3 years warranty for his jobs.

We were required to have a water heater installation upgraded as a result of an required inspection by Berkeley City. The city sent us a list of requirements for all the upgrades. Mauro's team did the work quickly and efficiently. When the inspector came for the re-inspection, he told us that not only did they meet the requirements but they also installed a sensor that was not requested. The inspector said that because it was installed, the next inspection period had been satisfied and date extended. Thank you Mauro!

Been home during the lockdown with nothing to do. Decided to pick up a few projects to keep myself busy and they had everything I needed and they were open during the lockdown too which was a plus.

I called to get a quote for adding a gas line. Tom showed up on time (with mask :) ), listened to what I was looking to have done, asked great questions and we went over how the line would be routed.
I received the quote the next day.
When it came time to scheduling the work they were very accommodating.
The Savior team showed up on time and reviewed what the plan was with me then got to work.
They did an amazing job, were quick and thorough.
I am very pleased with the work they did and would definitely call them again!
