I needed a plumber right away and he came out within the hour!!  Did good work which is guaranteed. Made good suggestions for replacement parts and explained what he was doing. Worked quickly. Good prices too I recommend The Plumber

After reading the Yelp reviews, I contacted Michael who was busy (I thought crap, my sinks going to have to wait...) Michael had me text my info to his employee Eric, who instantly called and said he was en route. Upon arrival I found him both professional and easy going.  He promptly fixed my sink situation! If I need a plumber (or anyone asks for a referral) I'm sending them here!

I had a great experience with this company and didn't even have to have the technician come to my house!. Phil helped me troubleshoot my issue over the phone and told me to try  a few things before i pay to have him come out to my place. Low and behold his troubleshooting technique work and my garbage disposal started to work again! I was also very pleasently greeted over the phone by the lady answering calls and she even followed up to see if everything worked out for me! Great customer service! Thanks

Literally came over to my parents Julie past 9pm on Memorial Day weekend to help us move a fridge. It was one of those urgent and important tasks and it was awesome to get his response asap and have the whole situation resolved in an hour. Thank you!

They are price gougers!

I had them work on my water heater - came in and did the work. Two weeks later the same issue re-occurred on a Friday evening. When I called them, they said that they would charge me again - for their night & weekend rate - minimum $176!!! Since the alternative was to go without hot water for the whole weekend, I gave up and paid, but will NEVER use them again. Charging a repeat customer who has already spent 100's of dollars with you for the same service twice in a couple of weeks is just BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE. For the record, it took them 20 minutes to fix the problem the second time...

Luis came thru for us last minute when both of our toilets went out of service! He was at our house within like 15 minutes! It was even on a Sunday. We were in a panic because we had a house full of kids and we were getting ready to have our weekly Sunday Dinner! And every other place we called couldn't make it out til the next day! He was a life saver. Thank you Luis.

On Sunday afternoon both sides of my kitchen sink were completely clogged. I spent hours trying to fix it myself by pouring hot water, vinegar, baking soda with no luck. Most business was closed on Sunday.  I saw Advanced Quality Plumbing open on weekends. I called them, their service guy came within 40 minutes. He took apart the pipe, snaked for almost half an hour, and fixed the issue. I saw lots of black gunk came out from the pipe, it's the grease accumulated over years. The service guy (sorry I didn't get his name,  I kept social distance because of the shelter in place order) was very friendly and professional.  He cleaned up the floor and cabinet afterwards, and gave me tips how to keep the drain clean. Thank you so much for the prompt and excellent service, especially during this difficult time period of covid-19. Really appreciated.

Called Norman on Friday to fix my burnt out electrical outlet. He came the following day and got it fixed swiftly without any hassle. Highly recommend!

I had a leak under my sink so I contacted Avalon to have someone check it out. It so happens that the previous owner didn't connect the drain pipe under my sink correctly.  John came and spent a good amount of time trying to reconfigure the piping up to code.  He recommended a permanent solution moving my drain pipe which required a bigger job to be done at a later time.  I scheduled for the bigger job which was to be completed by another guy, Evan.  John arrived with Evan to do a warm handoff before starting the job (which was really nice).  At first, Evan attempted to try to reconfigure the pipes to potentially avoid the big job completely - which I did not ask for, he made this attempt on his own (looking out for me as a customer).  He took some time but was able to figure it out! He Facetimed with one of the owners to review his work to make sure it was up to code.  The owner commended his good work and the big job didn't need to be completed after all.  They could've just moved forward with the original job a received more money, but they were looking out for me and saved me about half the amount I would've spent.  I can tell this company really cares for its customers and treats them like people.  I'm new to the area and I need a local plumbing company I can rely on.  Avalon Services is saved in my phone for any future plumbing needs. Highly recommend!

Our 17 yr old tankless water heater stopped working.  It was determined that it was time for a new one.  We hired Matt Garber of Smash Plumbing to do the job.  Although we stayed with the same manufacturer, apparently the exhaust system needed updating which made the replacement a little more complicated that we initially thought.  We found Matt not only knowledgeable but professional and a man of great integrity.  We saw a very hard worker who was time efficient and conscientious.  He cleaned up the area well after the job was done and was friendly and courteous from the moment he stepped in the door.  Matt will be at the top of our plumbing services list and we will happily recommend Smash Plumbing to family and friends.

If you need any bathroom or kitchen fixtures or plumbing needs, the Powder Room in Los Gatos is the best.. I will always use them as long as they are around.   Cathy

Let me say first off, don't waste your time with other plumbers, American Home Plumbing is the way to go.

Raheb is super friendly, respectful of your house, takes his shoes off and applies covers to avoid messy clean ups, and super receptive and responsive over the phone and via text.

Raheb first did a regulator for me and was literally half the price of ROTO rooter and other companies I called. I continued to ask for more worked to be done since I was so happy the first time.

He did a number of faucet leaks, cartridge replacements, shower valves, outside hose valve, and RO piping replacements with no problem.

Recommended to my neighbor for some leaky bathroom sink issues involving piping and the cartridges and was literally 1/3 the price of the quote my neighbor got previously from a chain plumbing service.

American home plumbing is fully licensed and I fully recommend their services. No BS, up front with parts costs etc.

It's been over a year since I've used Mauro's Plumbing but I would continue to be remiss if I did not share with others what a wonderful experience it was to work with them. I was replacing my bathroom sink and they helped me with every step during the process. From Amy's kind and considerate communication, to Mauro going out of his way to help, and then the professional, caring demeanor and workmanship of the on-sight plumber. They were honest in their communication, fair - even generous - with what they charged for their time and labor and cleaned up everything when they were finished. And they did it all in a timely fashion. For someone who was a bit nervous about finding an honest, reliable plumbing service and having a physical disability could not work on the plumbing issues myself, Mauro's Plumbing made for a comfortable experience. And my sink continues to function just fine. They obviously have my highest recommendation.

I went to this store looking for an aerator for my kitchen faucet. I had already been to Ace Hardware and Home Depot. Ignacio took my old aerator apart, cleaned it and got it working like new again. For no charge. Everyone was very friendly.

We thought we had a huge leak issue in our bathroom and Savior sent out the best plummer, Timothy who truly cared and worked his heart out to figure out what was going on.  He was honest, respectful and I trusted him!!  He fixed our problem and I will be calling Savior from now on for all my plumbing needs!!!  On a side note, the problem was not as big as we originally thought and Savior saved us a lot of money!
