Friday afternoon found a leak on a pvc piece connected to the meter. SLV water stated it was beyond the meter so they would not do anything but shut the water off and supply well wishes.  I always try to hire the local person to support our community so I looked at yelp for recommendations.  I called The Plumber who is based in Boulder Creek. James came out and dug out and repaired the section that was leaking. He charged a very reasonable rate for a weekend/after hours call. He will warranty the repair for six months. Thank you James for a job well done.

Called with an issue with my pipes making noise. He gave me some ideas to try to diagnose the problem myself. He was right on the money, was able to fix myself. Good guy! He will get all my business in the future.

Had an issue with a fill valve replacement on our toilet. I had already got the part and was ready. The tech did an extremely good job with a very quick job within a few mins.

Took off a star because the plumber didnt arrive on time. Was 1.5 hours out of the allotted time window given upfront. Had to move my meetings due to this.

These guys are awesome! I called them last minute because my master bathroom toilet was clogged and they came out immediately. I figured since he was already there I might as well pay him to switch out my kitchen sink. He said he had no problem helping because he had a little extra time and he would switch it out for a small additional fee. I will definitely use them in the future. I felt completely safe having him in my home due to the fact he was clean cut and in uniform, he didn't look like the general stereotype of a plumber! NO BUTT CRACK! LOL

Literally came over to my parents Julie past 9pm on Memorial Day weekend to help us move a fridge. It was one of those urgent and important tasks and it was awesome to get his response asap and have the whole situation resolved in an hour. Thank you!

Pros:
  1) Solid fix.  No shenanigans, no skimping on components.
  2) Same-day fix.  From me making the initial call to fix done was under 2 hours.
  3) Professional and courteous.

Cons:
  1) Price was a bit higher than I was expecting, but not by much.

My whole-house water service sprung a fast leak and I was at a loss as how to fix it.  The leak was roughly 6 inches away from my foundation so I knew it had to be fixed ASAP as water can damage concrete foundations.  I like DIY, I can replace a toilet, faucet etc. but as this was a high-pressure line direct from the water main I decided to ask a professional.  I called Allstate @ 3PM on a Saturday and they had a man on-site within 2 hours.  Very friendly over the phone, and the person who showed up was professional and courteous.  He explained what needed to be done and quoted me a flat figure.  I agreed and he got to work.  
  Job was done in under 2 hours total.  Work required was slightly less than hour, but he was missing a critical part and needed to make a run for supplies.  From what I read they do not charge for time spent gathering supplies, but as this was a flat rate it didn't matter.  He took the time to explain what he was doing as he was doing it, something that I appreciate.

Master plumbing sent Jorge to my house. and he's a true plumber, and very good. He knows what he's doing. If I need a plumber im calling master plumbing and asking for Jorge.

Made an appointment over yelp message.

Showed up on time and got the job done.

I made payment over phone.

Overall, a seamless experience.

Excellent service! After calling down the list of highly rated, but unavailable plumbers, Nelson Plumbing referred me to Steve. He was here within an hour, had me text over photos of my leaky shower and sink so he could make sure he the correct parts, quoted a reasonable price over the phone, fixed both in under an hour, and charged me the same reasonable price that he had quoted.  Friendly and reliable.

Had Norman install a new kitchen faucet,was very thorough and detailed on the installation, and reasonably priced.

I've been working on an ADU project for three years, and dealt with many a plumber, contractor, etc.
HAND'S DOWN, Will and his team were the most professional, efficient, cost effective and thorough....my yard looks better now than it did before they got here.
Not only did he quickly repair my sewer lateral (which I discovered late in the project needed to be unexpectedly replaced- yikes-), but he also did sewer clean up from mistakes from the previous plumber hired that didn't pass inspection.
He was my make this problem go away guy, and HE DID IT! We passed inspection within days and I'd been dealing with it for WEEKS.

Thanks to Will and his team...I'm gonna share his info with every relator I know and every home owner who may need to replace the sewer lateral.  SIMPLY THE BEST.

This is the small business family man that you want to give all your money to. Matt is amazingly fast and quick! Defintiely is patient and concerning, making sure everything is explained. I had a water heater that was on is way out, 16 years old. Matt looked it at it, called my home warranty company, it was seamless. Old one was out and new one in record time. He even made sure it was up to code as the previous relief pipe was not to today's standard. Defintiely having Matt come out for all my other plumbing needs. A whole house filtration system is next!

Professional -- that's the best way to describe Raheb.  I am blown away by Raheb's ability to not only solve our plumbing issue but to do so in an efficient, cost effective, and professional manner.  Having dealt with other plumbers in the past, I can confidently say that getting this type of service is unique and hard to come by.  That's the short review; here's a more detailed  one:

My wife reached out to multiple plumbers through Yelp because we had a few leaks in the house.  From the first interaction with Raheb to the last one, he demonstrated the utmost amount of professionalism and expertise.  

When Raheb arrived, he asked a few questions to fully understand the issues we were having.  Raheb went the extra mile and identified other potential issues we could have in the near future.  He communicated everything in a very detailed manner that allowed my wife and I to understand what we were paying for.  He was very upfront with any questions we had and there was no pressure on us to commit to anything.

I'm writing this as Mauro is leaving. I am so pleased that I had to write this review right away.

They had a cancellation so he was here in a flash. Knows his craft, gets it done really quickly, efficiently and has unbelievably reasonable prices. Friendly and honest. My husband was so pleased. Mauro did two jobs for less than what I was quoted for one.

So my water heater had given up.  It started leaking and I was cleaning rust from my faucet every day.  I sent a message on Friday asking for help.  On Saturday 2 workmen showed up and  2 hours,  I had a new water heater.

Overdue acknowledgement of a job well done and here a satisfied customer. The job was to replace our sink incinerator. Technician arrived on time with shoe cover to protect our newly installed flooring (as per my request).  I contacted 5 plumbers around the area and so far Savior has the cheapest cost. Reading the reviews of past customers in Yelp and the cost quoted helped me decide to get their services. Sorry I am bad with memorizing names but surely not with remembering quality work/service. Even the lady answering the phone in the office was very helpful. All these add to making my final decision to try Savior. Will definitely call them again if needed in the future.

The only thing was I requested a quote for my master bath, toilet and shower repairs/renovation. Technician took pictures and never heard a word after that. But that's okay though.
