Jim was quick to respond, and correctly identified the root cause of my problem. Jim worked with me to find a work address the overflow issue and was able to replace the ejector pump in less than 24 hours from when I called him.
Not only did Jim fix my problem quickly, he was honest on time and materials.

Jason was fantastic!  Even though he was very busy, he made the time to install the firepit gas line as well as coming back to install the burner.  He was able to accommodate schedules even though there was a problem with the original burner size.  He is very professional and dedicated to doing an excellent job.

Judy is exceptionally sweet. I had an issue with my garbage disposal and she guided me onto fixing it myself instead of ripping me off for such a small thing that could have been a DIY. This is one of my worst quote experience. They only offer a 2 hours window for an appointment for the reason of traffic delay. That reason is a joke.

I made an appoint last week. I told the staff that I don't live in the house which would get a quote. I told her that please arrange my appoint in a day that it is the first job in the morning, and give me a time that we can both of us be there on time. She told me please allow 2 hours traffic time. My appointment was 9-11 AM. From Warm Springs, Fremont, to my house takes less than 15 minutes. I waited for 30 minutes, and called 9:35 AM. Asked when can the staff arrive. She told me that he has another job, and he will arrive at 11 A.M. I need another hour for quote. Which means I need to spend a morning on this quote.

This company may did a good job in plumbing, but there's plenty of room for improvement.

Luis was responsive from the start of our conversation.   He promised to come by and investigate the dripping leak at a property in Tracy.   He showed up as promised and immediately diagnosed the problem, took pictures and text them to me.  We set up another time for yesterday when he would get the part and meet me at the house.    He did exactly as promised.   He brought the part with him, and took quite a while to get the old part removed but he stayed focused and get it all taken care of.  Yes, it took two trips and more time than expected but he fixed the leak.   He was very professional and followed through what he said he would.   We would definitely use his service again in the future for other houses that we manage in the Central Valley.

Look how different the previous and new looks like! My house hasn't been taken care for quite a long time, the paint starts to get peel off. Also the outer wall has some cracks on it. We are worried about the next year raining season, as a wood house the waterproof is always very important.

Now the story-
My washer had been leaking water for the last 1-2 loads. And I had been looking for help. I had identified the issue to an extent, but was unable to fix it, because I have fractures on my back.
So I 'YELPED' for help, and looking at the best reviews, I called up Raheb. Even though he was away from work on Personal family event, he took time to answer my call, and later messaged me an appointment time for Sunday.
He came right on time, and looked at the problem. Helped fix it, and checked it again. I was already impressed at his work.
I was expecting some labor cost, but he did not take a single penny from me, saying 'I did nothing'. He did this free.

WoW! I called Mauro's Plumbing for the first time ever. at 3:13pm today. I spoke to Amy who understood my needs & was quick to assist.  By 3:48pm the thermocoupler in my water heater was replaced & Mauro was packing up his tools. 35 minutes. $115. That's all it took. I wonder if that is some kind of record -- shortest turn around time for fixing a water heater, perhaps? Had a leak outside the house.  They scheduled a plumber within 48 hours.  He arrived on time, quickly identified the problem as the sprinkler valve, picked up the part and did the job promptly and demonstrated the result.  The price was fair.
