Just moving into Lompico on Saturday and all drains were plugged.  The HoneyBucket Man said we were at least a year away from needing that so try snaking it.

I called 18 different plumbers in the area in the first 2 hours of the day 0800-1000 (90% claimed to be open Saturday, Emergency or 24 hour service).  Only one answered the phone - but I would assume they would be busy so didn't pay any attention to that at first.  The one that answered said yes we have 24 hour and emergency service what do you need?  When I said we need to have my line snaked he said he needed to check the technician schedule.  After tapping on a keyboard for a few seconds he says, Sorry my technicians are all on a commercial project for the next 2 weeks!  What the ?!?!  How can you offer emergency 14 day service?  Didn't offer any suggestions or referrals.

Next call was to The Plumber!  I left a message and within about 15 minutes Jim called back and said he would come this afternoon - not sure what time but I'll be there today.  He called and said he'd finished up and would be here within the hour.  He was!!!  He knocked it out and price was reasonable enough for weekend emergency service.  He took the time to explain what he found and how we can correct it in the future.  He gave us his 30 day guarantee and was very polite and professional.

I couldn't be happier with his service!  Looks like I've found my plumber for future needs . . . THE PLUMBER!

We had a leak from an upstairs bathtub that leaked through the ceiling into the living room below. Isaiah and his assistant Joel did a great job. They worked diligently and carefully, keeping us informed of what they were doing. They are polite and respectful. Upon completion, they checked the system and cleaned the area where they had been working. The price was reasonable. We will definitely call Xtreme Plumbing again should we have future plumbing issues.

Got my water heater replaced. Ameer was fantastic to provide an estimate after hours through Yelp. Next day Brian handled the communication and it was very smooth. He is super responsive, patient to answer all noob questions I had and helped clarify everI needed to get the job done within 24hours.

We had Phil come out and help us. He is really nice and honest, he took time to explain to us everything and in the end he saved us a lot of $$$$$. Really good people we made friends  with Judy at the office and they even helps to find other vendors.

We had to get hammock chair fixed indoors on my ceiling for my kid. I reached out to Nikolai, he was very responsive. Showed up and was able to get the job done on time and professionally. I'm planning to call him back for some other work at home as well.

Just finished another job with ALLSTATE Plumbing Company. Marie is exceptional and a true professional treating their clients like family. I met with Paul Reeder and he listened and figured out what the issue was within minutes. He really took the time to make sure there were no others issues as well. He was so professional and you could tell he's a great plumber. We won't call any other company. We've worked with them for several years so we know they are the best out there. Had a main line back up that literally was going to the front yard.    I have used EJ several times in the past but I will use Master going forward.   The technician Jamar was friendly, professional, and more importantly you know what you are getting with Master.  They charge a flat hourly rate, they will give you an estimate of time but if they work more or less that is what you get charged.   Most importantly they answer their phones so you are not stuck waiting for a call back.      Their rates are very competitive and for my last job the tech worked a full hour and there was no efforts to nickel and dime me for more time.   I was even offered advice on calling the city if the same problem occurs because the problem occurred due to street trees blocking the line out.    That does not seem like a company / service that is not looking out for the customers best interest.     The only risk is with larger companies you may not get the same service consistently but my experience with Jamar and Master was a breath of fresh air.

Luis is so kind and prompt with his service. Two times he has saved me coming out quickly to repair the sink in one bathroom and a shower in another bathroom. He gives options for repairs and explains everything. I 100% trust and recomend him.

Have called on Advanced Quality Plumbing for several issues in my home over the last year. They have been responsive and friendly. Work is completed on time and to my satisfaction.  There have been no issues with the work completed.

I have found a handyman that I will use exclusively forever!   No exaggeration.  Norman has been to my home twice for repairs.  He is punctual, professional and effective.  The first time he came out, he resolved my electrical issue within 10 minutes and he didn't charge me...that to me is unheard of with contractors.  He not only repairs what needs to be done but readily admits when I need to call someone else for the job.  His advice on future projects, repairs I find invaluable.

I needed my water heater replaced, but it was not going to be an easy job.  I have an old mobile home with multiple issues. They fit me in their schedule right away.  I sent them pictures of the water heater, and Matt was able to give me a quote by phone.  Aaron replaced the water heater with a smile on his face.  We encountered problems with our old pipes.  Matt and Aaron were able to help us with that as well.  They presented different options to me on how to handle my problems.  I honestly thought I would not be able to have hot water, but Matt and Aaron figured everything out and we now have hot water!

Our toilet in 2nd floor leaked and showed up in 1st floor ceiling. Raheb responded quickly and showed up with Alan. They found out the sewage drain under the toilet is broken, and fixed it quickly. They also did other fix in the house, and answered my questions patiently.

Awesome job by Miguel. Very professional and he works fast. He fixed the problem in less that 45 minutes.

Went to home depot to get some plumbing supplies but they didn't have it! And found this place! They have everything here and customer service was excellent! Unlike homedepot, you don't have to wait 5 min to get help. And if you don't want to or can't fix your plumbing problem, they can come to your house and fix it too. Also FREE ESTIMATE! Thanks guys! It's been a long time since I received this type of excellent service from the intake call through the final billing. I called Savior as one of my 3 estimates for a water heater installation. All 3 bids were similar, but I really liked how Daryl answered my questions, gave me straightforward responses and bits of advice. Scheduling was easy and within a week of my call. The installer Corey very pleasantly performed the installation and answered a few of my questions while working. This was the best part: the owner Tom Cortez visited near the end of the job and inspected Corey's work. Although the work was good, he preferred fewer piping elbows so he had Corey remove them and showed him a better configuration. I didn't think I could say that water heater piping was 'elegant', but it really really looks nice. When was the last time you had a contractor look at his work and voluntarily decide that it could be aesthetically nicer even though it was functionally fine? I wouldn't have known the difference and there was no extra charge. This is the way services should provided.
