The Plumber was fast, on time, and fair.  He did an awesome job and taught us some things about plumbing.  Will definitely call again

Asked for a quote Sunday night and had a response in less than 30 minutes and asked if the could be here following morning for a clogged drain and they said yes between 9-10am.  Isaiah showed up promptly at 9am.  He was great and went straight to work fixing the clog.  He was fast and polite. Absolutely great service. Ameer came and fixed a leak under the kitchen sink and replaced the garbage disposal within a day of request. I really appreciated the quick service and the professionalism.

The good: We called the plumbing company to get an estimate for a bathroom/garage remodel. Someone was scheduled to come out the same day.

The bad: The technician did not arrive at the scheduled time. When we called 30 minutes past the agreed-upon time, we were informed that they were on their way. He ended up showing up an hour late. Not too atypical for the industry, so this was certainly not a deal-breaker.

The worst: The technician was very friendly and helpful while discussing the job. However, despite multiple phone calls over the ensuing 2 weeks, we have been unable to obtain a bid. The receptionist has told us multiple times she will find the bid and get back to us with no response. If they are too busy to take the job I can understand that; however, the lack of communication is very unprofessional.

Literally came over to my parents Julie past 9pm on Memorial Day weekend to help us move a fridge. It was one of those urgent and important tasks and it was awesome to get his response asap and have the whole situation resolved in an hour. Thank you!

Cracked sink sewer Line responded quickly and repaired damaged area. Restored drywall that needed to repaired after gaining access to damaged line.

I called with a problem of slow drainage of a sink. They were able to come the same day and fixed the problem quickly and competently. Very good service. Would use them again for plumbing problems or water heater type troubles.

I reached out to LM Plumbing via the request a quote feature on Yelp and Luis was super responsive and it was easy to schedule a service call.

He was friendly, kind and I will definitely be calling him again for any other plumbing needs I have!

Norman did a number of projects for me including kitchen lighting, installing new closet doors, finding and fixing a leak, as well as a couple smaller projects.

Norman was very professional and got all the work done when he said he would.  He seems to care about doing his job well and pleasing his customers.  He sent quotes of the work based on pictures emailed and checking things out in person, and the final cost matched the quote.

I plan on using Norman for future projects and would recommend him to anyone needing a handyman.

this company is amazing. not only did they answer there phone on the first time calling with a knowledgeable person. they came right out the next day to inspect and the following day got the job done!!!  I'm sure it was a bear too. Had to replace our water line from the meteor to the house.  Did it with copper piping so no more leaked in the future.
Not having any water to the house is not fun. Thank goodness for this company and there terrific, knowledgeable service.

Highly recommend Matt for his plumbing services. He is very knowledgeable, friendly and responsive. He fixed our water leakage in our yard as well as our kitchen sink leakage. Definitely will use his services again!

Good COVID protocol.  Needed to order a Toto toilet that was compatible with a Toto Seat.  They looked up our model # and gave us options.  We purchased it, paid to have it installed (~$250) only to find out that when we too the seat of the box it didn't fit.  We then had to have the toilet pulled, re-boxed, and taken back.  We ordered a compatible model, picked it up and had to pay another $250 for install.  They took no resposibility for the mistake and refused to offer any compensation.  We needed a new wax seal ring and even made us pay $10 for it.... (2x higher than ACE).  

I would have rated them 4-5 stars if we didn't have these problems.  My point is that the ultimate measure of service is how a business will respond to problems caused by them to their customers.  A real insult and a great disappointment....

I gave this business a five start before.  This time is kind of disappointing. I need to replace my kitchen faucet and may be the one in bathroom, and may be adding water filter under the kitchen sink. I called them last Thursday, text the pictures, and never hear any thing back. I text again on Tuesday. I used them before, and I was happy with them. So I want to give me another chance.  The lady on the phone was very apologetic, and sounds nice. But I have not heard from them. So I hired someone else to change the kitchen faucet.

Mauro was awesome! Our water heater wasn't working and after calling a few plumbers around, I chose Mauro. He came over and noticed that the part I thought needed replacing wasn't the issue, it was something else and he fixed it -- FOR FREE!

If you are looking for an honest good working plumber and you are reading this, you found him.

So my water heater had given up.  It started leaking and I was cleaning rust from my faucet every day.  I sent a message on Friday asking for help.  On Saturday 2 workmen showed up and  2 hours,  I had a new water heater.

Deep down, we are all apprehensive for various reasons about the integrity of contractors. I don't pretend to know enough about plumbing to be sure I'm getting value for our money. I've been there (see my other reviews..).

So for this company, I see that Tom has created an environment where trust and solid customer relationships are cornerstone to his business. They are all the real deal. He sets a high bar and they deliver.
