James is a godsend! Where other plumbers had told me I would have to wait two months, this man was at my house in ten minutes to fix a broken pipe under the deck. His work is meticulous and he even went out of his way to get the last remaining insulation available in Santa Cruz county. Oh and he picked up a new toilet too, and had it installed in less than an hour. HIs prices are very reasonable. Super nice guy, hardworking and honest. We will never call anyone else for plumbing needs.

We discovered water on the floor of our garage on Saturday morning - Christmas Eve. We called The Plumbing Company and talked with Judy - who was just a delight. She said she would contact Phil. He was out to our house in the afternoon, and stayed until around 7pm replacing the water heater. His smile and great attitude never made us feel that we were intruding on his holidays, and he was even going to another call after ours. Then on Sunday - Christmas Day - we got a call from Judy (again - she's just so nice), saying Phil needed to come by and pick up a tool he had left. When he came by he still had that great attitude. We will totally use them in the future and would recommend them to anyone else!

We had to get hammock chair fixed indoors on my ceiling for my kid. I reached out to Nikolai, he was very responsive. Showed up and was able to get the job done on time and professionally. I'm planning to call him back for some other work at home as well.

Called after 5:00 pm on a Saturday evening for a plugged toilet The person who answered the phone was very nice.  They were very busy but could be there between 6:30 and 8:00  Great!  At 7:45 they called back and said they were running a bit late.   Again good communications.  Service person arrived, handled the problem and we were back in business.  Thanks Allstate Plumbing!!

When dealing with Master Plumbing, you are dealing with professionals. Ken came out to our house on time, prepared with everything he needed to get the job done. He worked quickly and efficiently to get the job done in a timely manner. Next time I have a plumbing job, big or small, I will be sure to call on Master Plumbing.

Picked up after first ring and set up an appointment for the next day. He even offered to come that same night! His prices are competitive with local plumbers.

Alfred Williams did not do any work for me but I am giving them 5 stars for returning my call on a Saturday just to let me know they did not do the kind of work I needed done.

Norman was not only a nice man but he helped me in numerous other ways as I was preparing my home for sale. His advice was useful and together we went through the property inspection report (which by the way was 'over the top' negative and even stated things which were untrue...however, that review I have yet to make and believe you me, that one will have much to say). In any case, Norman helped me to see what items were easy to fix and which ones I  shouldn't stress about. He was flexible, on time and very polite. I would definitely recommend him.

Ronnie fixed the drip from my tub spout that no one else could figure out. He didn't give up when looking for the source. He was diligent, professional, effective, & affordable. These guys will be my go to from now on. I am so thankful for the excellent service. It's hard to find these days!

Matt is by far the best Plummer I have dealt with in the 36 years we have owned our home. He has handled everything from clogged toilets and drains to replacing/updating old sink hardware and he has done a yearly inspection--which I believe may have saved us from future water damage.  He is prompt; he explains what needs to be done; he is honest; and cleans up when the job is done. I highly recommend Matt/Smash Plumbing!

I had an unexpected plumbing issue in my laundry room Sunday evening.  Water started spraying abruptly all over the place.  I quickly went to Yelp, and researched who would be a good professional to call.  I ran into American Home Plumbing Services, and was very pleased with the many positive reviews, and proximity to my location.  I gave Raheb a call, and he was available to see me the next morning.

Raheb arrived punctually on time (literally to the minute), and was very professional.  He was able to access my issue very quickly, and went right to work.  I appreciated that he was very careful in his work, and also very neat and conscientious.  His pricing was extremely fair, and the work was performed very quickly.  

I am extremely happy in how the entire experience went.  I went from a little stressed out about the water leakage, to being a relieved and happy customer.

I called to have someone come to check the drain of my kitchen sink.  Someone was here within 20 minutes to look it over.  An hour later: the job, which included replacement of all the drain pipes, was complete.  I haven't been this satisfied in a long, long, LONG time.  I can't recommend Mauro's Plumbing high enough.

Great service, great selection of plumbing supplies, knowledgable and helpful staff, local mom and pop shop. This place is a gem.

Called the company and the woman who answered couldn't give me an estimate on how much a new water heater would cost. She said someone would call me back and I never heard from them. So maybe installing a water heater wasn't a big enough job for them but nothing turns me off more then no response from a business.  
No second chances and would not bother in the future with this one.
