Jim is fantastic. He returns calls, shows up when he says he will and is very clear about what he can and cannot do. He will not  try to bluff his way through something and quit halfway through and leave you in the lurch. He will also tell you what you can do to prevent the problem from happening again. He  is honest and good at what he does. I highly recommend him.

Mikes Xtreme plumbing was very clutch! I needed a plumber that was reasonably priced but also would do a professional grade job! They were punctual and kept me informed of what needed to be done.  I am very thankful that they exceeded my expectations and I am a very satisfied customer ! I'm pleased with the work that Absolute Pro Plumbing did in removing and installing a new faucet that I purchased from Lowe's.  Alan and William were on time, friendly, and efficient.  They were careful in putting on booties to cover their shoes and protect my carpet.  Highly recommend these guys!

Nice on the phone, but didn't show up for the appointment. When I called them, they said they were too busy to make it and couldn't reschedule until the following week. Are you kidding me, you make a mistake and I get pushed out a week.

If you value your time or need something done quickly, don't call them.

We had to get hammock chair fixed indoors on my ceiling for my kid. I reached out to Nikolai, he was very responsive. Showed up and was able to get the job done on time and professionally. I'm planning to call him back for some other work at home as well.

We were pleased with the work performed and with the option of buying some of the supplies ourselves to save some money. They were friendly and did a good job on the water intake pipe that my husband had already fixed twice. It has been a few months since the repair and there are no problems.

George came by and fixed my water heater during later hours. He was polite and got it working fairly quickly. No more cold showers thanks to these guys.

I called Luis on a Sunday evening to inquire about installing a toilet and possibly replacing the flange that appeared broken. He called me back within minutes and asked for me to send him a picture of the flange. He was so generous with his time while he explained how to install this toilet myself using the existing flange so that I can save a few hundred dollars. I'm so thankful for his honesty regarding the issue. I will definitely call him in the future should I have any further plumbing concerns.

I work for a church and with churches there's bound to have repair as the norm. I was researching places nearby and saw this company with great reviews.

Had a previous company come out for an estimate and decided to get a second opinion. The Tech that came out was Pedro. Pedro was awesome. Super easy going, friendly and most of all informative. I showed him the issues that needs attending to and from there he informed me of what needs to be done.

Being new to this position,  he understood and informed me step by step of the process to be repaired. I asked for a estimate since the Board has final say.

The estimate came almost right after or the next morning. The person emailed, Joel was great in helping out with finding other alternatives for different types of pricing to show to the Board.

After confirming with the Board for what needs to be done, I sent a confirmation email which was responded by Joel and then a phone call from Kory (spelling? or Corey?) The scheduling process was a bit of a juggling part on my end b/c of multiple things going on at the church but Kory was great in being so accommodating.  Had it scheduled for later in the day so there wouldnt be any interruptions.

Day of the Repairs.
The awesome part was that the same Tech showed up to do the repairs. Its great b/c he already been here previously instead of a new tech and then re-showing all of items.

Repair #1 - Clogged sink -
Super fast repair and showed the before/after and potential work that might need future repairs.

Repair #2 - Waterheater replacement -
Ran into some hickups but Pedro kept me in the loop of what was going on and what had to be done. Voltage and sizing was an issue due to the location of where it was. Apparently in the past, the contractors installed the water heater and then enclosed it afterwards, which caused the access size to be smaller than the norm. He had to come back the next day to have a slimmer/smaller unit with the same voltage. It was disappointing but understandable.

Next day came, texted me his ETA and went straight to work on the water heater. Showed before pictures, the process of what he did, and the overall after. It looked great and the process was smoother than expected. Payment was all done digitally and a receipt was sent in a snap.

Will most definitely keep them in our book for future repairs.

The owner of the condo upstairs hired Norman, from San Mateo Handyman, to find and fix a water leak into our bathroom downstairs. Norman was at our home a number of times; to find the source and then to fix the leak. Our ceiling drywall was opened up to help him locate the offending drain valve, which he replaced. He then installed new ceiling drywall, expertly mudded it several times, then painted to perfectly match our existing enamel. The ceiling repair is perfect. He does great work! We will definitely call him for any repairs and other handyman work in the future.

Ronnie fixed the drip from my tub spout that no one else could figure out. He didn't give up when looking for the source. He was diligent, professional, effective, & affordable. These guys will be my go to from now on. I am so thankful for the excellent service. It's hard to find these days!

Matt is thorough and knows what he's doing! If my parents needed a plumber I'd recommend Matt Garber.

Our 20 year old Grohe shower was dripping. I was afraid because of the age, we'd have to tear out the wall to replace the discontinued temperature valve and stops. By phone, the Powder Room was able to identify the parts needed by my texting pictures.  They arranged for Thornes Plumbing to come out with the correct parts and everything was fixed. The single handle shower valve now works as smoothly and easily as new.  Very nice and professional people.

Excellent service, I could not ask for better! Excellent job on my new kitchen faucet installation, and he moved my water filter system from my old phone to my new home perfectly!

Starting with a prompt reply to my request for a quote, to scheduling the earliest appointment, accommodating my urgent request - to the very efficient and dynamic duo (wearing masks the whole time due to covid-19) who quickly detected the source of my toilet's leak, expeditiously got the parts, removed old and corroded pipes and left very clean workspace - - last but not the least - the estimated time and cost is pretty much right on the money! The fix will definitely save money on my water bills.  Thank you for the awesome service!

I bought few parts,one Item i forgot on the desk, next day I went back the guy who sold me the parts came to me and told me ,,you forgot one Item I told him just return me the money back I don't need it anymore, he said he have to talk to his boss first, when I didn't take the part and he was the person who sold it to me ,,I will never go back to this place!!!! And Also never got my money back I don't recommend this A street plumbing supply all the people on the review are family of the store

The customer service has really gone to crap since Sophie left. I don't know who's talking down to me when I call but I won't call back
