I had a great experience with this company and didn't even have to have the technician come to my house!. Phil helped me troubleshoot my issue over the phone and told me to try  a few things before i pay to have him come out to my place. Low and behold his troubleshooting technique work and my garbage disposal started to work again! I was also very pleasently greeted over the phone by the lady answering calls and she even followed up to see if everything worked out for me! Great customer service! Thanks

We had to get hammock chair fixed indoors on my ceiling for my kid. I reached out to Nikolai, he was very responsive. Showed up and was able to get the job done on time and professionally. I'm planning to call him back for some other work at home as well.

I called Allstate for a kitchen faucet replacement.  It was easy to make an appointment by calling and leaving a message.  I was called back in a timely manner and was offered several appointment times.  The plumber got to my house during the allotted time and worked hard to keep his time spent under 1 hour.  He was knowledgeable and offered plumbing and equipment advice.  Overall, it was fast and easy, which was nice since we didn't have water in our kitchen for several days before calling.

One thing that could have been better would have been either laying down plastic on the floor or putting covers over his shoes because he left a few dirty shoes marks on our carpet.

Sewer backed up again.   I called Master Plumbing this morning and they sent out Jorge this afternoon.  He is knowledgeable, experienced, pleasant, and efficient -- I couldn't ask for better.  He left me with an unblocked sewer line and no mess in under an hour.  Perfect!

A great and honest plumber in the Central Valley!  I couldn't be more satisfied.  Luis came out, was quick, efficient, left everything spotless, and was a pleasure to speak with.  I have my local plumber now!

I called for an estimate and the receptionist said she would have someone call back in 15 minutes. I received a call in less than 5 minutes. He said he couldn't come out for another week and that I should call around for another plumber. Thank you for your courteous call back!

Usually, I write extensive reviews, but in this case, I will not. Norman is the finest handyman I know, period! Norman has done several projects for me at my home, and in my experience he can pretty much do everything needed around the house, and was reliable, trustworthy, and professional and paid incredible attention to detail - all at very reasonable prices. I have never met a handyman that has higher quality standards, workmanship, or integrity.

I fully recommend Smash Plumbing after multiple first-rate experiences. Garbage disposal installation, water heater installation and pipe repairs ... Matt and his team have been responsive, knowledgeable and affordable each time. Personal referrals have even made Smash Plumbing known among some of my neighbors. Matt is a 100% genuine family man who stands behind his and team's work, even warranting everything that is installed. I've had no issues with the installations and repairs after many years and he's been helpful and reliable in each project.

Our guest toilet was constantly filling the bowl with water, which meant the flapper wasn't holding the water in the reservoir. I've fixed these myself before, but this current toilet is special and I couldn't service it directly. The Power Room was incredible.

John -- in the store, he quickly helped me identify the toilet model I had, the parts inside, and provided instruction on how the pieces fit together.
Art -- the new owner was super easy to work with, sent texts on the iPhone with estimates and line item costs. Not only that, he got us schedule very quickly.
Chris -- the guy who came on site hit some snags while trying to install the new parts, did some thinking, did some research, and found a way to get the new parts to fit smoothly. He tested it and did a demo for us at which point we found related problem requiring him to more time. He was pleasant, easy to work with and kept saying, I'm here to make this work. I'll make this work. And he did. He was pleasant. He had a genuine smile. And he was dedicated.

Professional -- that's the best way to describe Raheb.  I am blown away by Raheb's ability to not only solve our plumbing issue but to do so in an efficient, cost effective, and professional manner.  Having dealt with other plumbers in the past, I can confidently say that getting this type of service is unique and hard to come by.  That's the short review; here's a more detailed  one:

My wife reached out to multiple plumbers through Yelp because we had a few leaks in the house.  From the first interaction with Raheb to the last one, he demonstrated the utmost amount of professionalism and expertise.  

When Raheb arrived, he asked a few questions to fully understand the issues we were having.  Raheb went the extra mile and identified other potential issues we could have in the near future.  He communicated everything in a very detailed manner that allowed my wife and I to understand what we were paying for.  He was very upfront with any questions we had and there was no pressure on us to commit to anything.

I would highly recommend Raheb!

Wow! Rented a large tool from this place and what a different experience than Home Depot.  No wait, brand new equipment, really friendly service.  And the price was amazing - $75 for a stump grinder that Home Depot charges $138 for (although this may be limited time pricing since they have a sign saying 50% off).  Still - they made it so easy to rent from them that even if it was a little more I'd still be happy.  I'm definitely coming back.

Had Savior Plumbing out to replace an instant hot fixture which was leaking.  Eric showed up on time and completed the job quickly and expertly.  I've used Savior Plumbing before and have always been pleased with their work and the friendly, knowledgeable work done by their workers.
