I had a good experience with this company. My shower arm broke and left some thread in the copper pipe behind the tiles. Initially, Michael sent 2 Juniors and they could not figure it out. Next, he came by himself and spent an hour to remove the thread without having to break the tiles walk to get it out. This was especially bad after my failed attempts to remove it had weared down some of the threads. I got multiple quotes and his was the most reasonable. I will contact Michael for any of my future plumbing needs.

Ameer is hands down the most reliable, honest plumber out there. He did a great job for me and even helped me out on another job that he did not even do when another plumber left me high and dry. You will not find a nicer guy who knows what he is doing.

I actually *didn't* do business with them - yet - but boy were they great. After a toilet flush started filling our shower... I looked on yelp and elsewhere for shops that were open on a Saturday afternoon. The first business I called... waited 45 minutes and got no response.  So the the second business (The Plumbing Company) I waited only 10 minutes, and was literally on the phone booking with another company when TPC returned my call. I felt bad about that, but since the other company already booked, I  called Judy back and she was very understanding about being the backup. Judy also told me the tip to prevent water from continuing to flow into the shower  - open the clean out valve to relieve pressure).

The other company was punctual, courteous and friendly but took quite a while to get the job done and charged quite a lot. The other company also suggested a very expensive service... because the problem is going to come back (indeed, this was our third time in 5 years) Guess who I am hoping will be able to do that service ... The Plumbing Company.

Literally came over to my parents Julie past 9pm on Memorial Day weekend to help us move a fridge. It was one of those urgent and important tasks and it was awesome to get his response asap and have the whole situation resolved in an hour. Thank you!

Prices in range of all others quoted, however, very pushy - tried to get my husband to agree to the work without consulting me (I wasn't at home).

They kept pressuring my husband to start the work, offering him a $100 discount, and called him twice on top of the guy that was there pressuring him.

Won't go with these guys.

I had a great experience with these people. They arrived quickly and fixed a sewage backup that could have caused a real problem. Jamar, the technician was very helpful and explained the problem. He also gave me some great  information about things we could do to help fix the plumbing in our house. Finally, the price was very reasonable, especially compared to other companies we've used in the past. I will definitely call them when I have a plumbing problem again!

Luis was able to resolve our drain/ sewer clog in an hour. He responded quickly and was very professional and great value for the service. I highly recommend him for Tracy Manteca area.

I highly recommend AQP and specifically Kory- he came out for an emergency call late Friday night and was knowledgeable, efficient, and got our water heater working quickly. Will definitely use in the future!

Norman is a very conscientious handyman and does a thorough and efficient job. His rates are reasonable, and he is a true professional.  Norman did a great job with installing all of the towel rods and train racks in our bathrooms.  He also provided solid recommendations for other jobs we were considering in the future.

Awesome job I called they came right out. Unclogged my kitchen sink with in minutes. Great job excellent service!!

Love this store! Kathy (the owner) is always smiling and helpful. John knows his stuff! They pack an amazing amount of product into this small floor room. I like to be able to see and touch before I purchase, so appreciate they maintain a floor room. The turn around for ordering is quick (often next day). Could buy online for less but choose to spend the extra so my friends at the Powder Room can continue to provide the great service I enjoy.

Raheb rocks!! He not only came out last night to shut all the water off to make sure there was no water damage, he gave me a quote on the spot. He came back today after picking up my new water heater and installed it and made sure everything (even my circ pump) was running properly. I cannot praise Raheb enough..he was very courteous and explained things to me...when he left, he left a clean and organized workplace. Thank you Raheb!!

Mauro is the BEST!  He is efficient, and quick, does quality work, and will return if there are any problems. He is also extremely pleasant,  friendly and  likable. I have two properties where he has done quality repairs. Today he fixed a leaking water pipe under the house. His quote was lower than the first, and I would have used him if it was higher. Because  I know I can trust him.
He always says call me if there are any problems, and leaves with a smile.  Of course, I hate to have plumbing problems, but I don't worry about what the outcome will be after his work is done.

I have have always wanted to support locally owned businesses.  This place shows that they do care about their clients by given me a return phone call in a timely manner even though it's the holiday weekend.  In addition, they do know their stuff vs the other plumbers that I have talked to.

Amazing professional group of people came to work on a complex plumbing project at our home.  Austin - one of the leads is amazing...a calm clear thinking leader that was able to diagnose and solve some non trivial issues..and led a great crew of Jordan and someone else I forgot the name of.  I highly recommend and will use again (if I need but hopefully not).
