Best Plumbing Services in California

Just moving into Lompico on Saturday and all drains were plugged.  The HoneyBucket Man said we were at least a year away from needing that so try snaking it.

I called 18 different plumbers in the area in the first 2 hours of the day 0800-1000 (90% claimed to be open Saturday, Emergency or 24 hour service).  Only one answered the phone - but I would assume they would be busy so didn't pay any attention to that at first.  The one that answered said yes we have 24 hour and emergency service what do you need?  When I said we need to have my line snaked he said he needed to check the technician schedule.  After tapping on a keyboard for a few seconds he says, Sorry my technicians are all on a commercial project for the next 2 weeks!  What the ?!?!  How can you offer emergency 14 day service?  Didn't offer any suggestions or referrals.

Next call was to The Plumber!  I left a message and within about 15 minutes Jim called back and said he would come this afternoon - not sure what time but I'll be there today.  He called and said he'd finished up and would be here within the hour.  He was!!!  He knocked it out and price was reasonable enough for weekend emergency service.  He took the time to explain what he found and how we can correct it in the future.  He gave us his 30 day guarantee and was very polite and professional.

I couldn't be happier with his service!  Looks like I've found my plumber for future needs . . . THE PLUMBER!

Jason was a pleasure to work with and is everything a homeowner can hope for in a contractor. He was responsive, knowledgeable, fair in his pricing and dependable. He installed a new gas line to my kitchen as part of a kitchen remodel. He asked more questions and did more research on the project than any of the other contractors who gave me bids so I was confident that the job would be done correctly. On the day of the installation he showed up on time and was able to complete the job ahead of schedule. He was courteous and friendly and even swept the floor before he left. Outstanding all around!

A few months after moving into our house we experienced a broken water pipe which flooded our laundry area.  I found Allstate on Yelp after an urgent search.  The repairman arrived as scheduled and was friendly, thorough, and competent.  He did a great job in repairing the pipe which was in a difficult location.  The price for the repair seemed very reasonable.  I recommend the services of Allstate.

Very very expensive. The guys were late as well. Felt they were rude too. Minor thing and they charged huge.

Luis was responsive from the start of our conversation.   He promised to come by and investigate the dripping leak at a property in Tracy.   He showed up as promised and immediately diagnosed the problem, took pictures and text them to me.  We set up another time for yesterday when he would get the part and meet me at the house.    He did exactly as promised.   He brought the part with him, and took quite a while to get the old part removed but he stayed focused and get it all taken care of.  Yes, it took two trips and more time than expected but he fixed the leak.   He was very professional and followed through what he said he would.   We would definitely use his service again in the future for other houses that we manage in the Central Valley.

Kory and the crew went above and beyond to help me out. I had a leak in my bathroom's pipe going in the backyard. They responded promptly, provided estimate, had amazing communication and provided top notch service. I really appreciate their service, communication and them going above and beyond to help customers.

I can't say enough good things about my experience with John and The Powder Room.  I found myself in a pinch and in need of a cabinet and counter top for a remodel that was already in the works.  John was so helpful, worked with me on different manufacturers that met the color and style I wanted.  He followed up on status, before I even needed to ask.  I highly recommend John and the personal touch he provided.

I agree with all of these reviews. Rahib was phenomenal. I called in the morning..45 minutes later he was here to evaluate the issue. I needed a new water heater (mine was way past it's prime). He came back in the afternoon and not only installed a new water heater but also noticed an issue with my washing machine and fixed that as well. It was very hot outside and all the parts around my water heater were old, but he did an impeccable job.  He told me 'he works on his customer's homes as if it were his own.' It's true and it's rare to get that kind of service these days. Highly recommend American Home Plumbing Service.

These guys are the best plumbers in the area and have great customer service, hands down. Mauro did some work for me and accommodated my schedule and was very professional. We need more plumbers like Mauro. 6 stars.

Yesterday was the first time I stopped in. I needed galvi pipe plug and some blue monster tape and dope for a 1.25 natural gas line I was capping off. It was Saturday and so all the regular supply houses were closed and Home Depot does not carry any metal pipe stuff anymore. I thought I needed 1.5 but when I got back to the shop I realized it was 1.25. No big deal. Stopped by today Sunday and exchanged it. This place is a legit plumbing supply house that not a big corporate mess. Really helpful guys. I'll be coming here all

I want to thank Tom and Clay for all their work and help in solving our hot water heater problem.  My wife and I have used more plumbers than I care to count to solve a bunch of different problems of varying difficulty for us in the last seven years.  One of these problems was a stench that would emanate from the hot water heater when it was in use.  After talking with a few plumbers and the manufacturer it was determined that we needed go replace the anode rod.  We learned after the anode rod was replaced that not only did that not fix the problem, but there was an extra step that the plumber didn't take in the installation that might have helped with the smell.  Two or three years later, we were still having that odor problem but ignoring it because everyone said the odor wasn't harmful.  
    Two days ago the carbon monoxide detector in our house activated.  After opening all the windows and doors and evacuating the house we contacted the fire department ( literally around the corner from us), PG& E came out and turned off our gas due to too much CO coming from the water heater.  After researching a plumber yet again, I found Savior Plumbing through Diamond Certified and looked on yelp at reviews.  I contacted them and after talking with Tom, even though we live in Oakland and would be charged travel, he seemed very knowledgable and I thought it would be worth trying him since none of the other plumbers we used made a positive impression.
   Yesterday morning Clayton, and friendly smart man, came to our home in Oakland and did his best to fix the carbon monoxide issue.  It seems that the exhaust wasn't being discharged from the room properly.  Clayton felt that the improper burning of the gas also may be the cause of the odor that we kept smelling.  Clayton replaced and elongated the pipes that took the exhaust out of the house, and the odor did seem to go away.  PG&E came back and the carbon monoxide problem was actually worsened.  I called Tom back and without hesitation Tom said that they would get someone out here as soon as they could to try again.  This morning Clayton and Tom came out to make sure that everything they thought could be the problem based on their and PG&E' observations was taken care of.  The cleaned the baffle and combustion unit and all the soot that had accumulated over the last seven years since we had this heater installed.  They also replaced the single wall pipe that Clayton installed yesterday with double wall piping.
Travel time was not billed today, credit for what had been installed yesterday applied to the materials used today, and Tom didn't charge for all of his time on the job.  In addition Clayton noticed that one of the water pipes was slightly leaking and replaced it.
   Today when PG&E came everything was fixed and the odor is gone!  I would definitely recommend Savior to friends (especially if they are close enough to not be charged travel time)
