Once again, The Plumber came to my rescue!  Even though he was swamped with other service calls, he made sure my running (not just dripping) faucet was fixed within a couple hours of my call.  The work is always quick, reliable, and guaranteed, and you can't beat his hourly rate!  He's my go-to plumber!

I decided not to call my usual plumber since it has taken them awhile to come out, sometimes days.  We had a clog in the main line and I started to yelp plumbers in the area.  I didn't have time to ask for recommendations from the neighbors. I left a message shortly before 7am and received a callback within the hour.  The woman, on the other side, was friendly and told me Francisco would be there between 9-10am. I was ecstatic that they could come out so soon for a clog.  A few minutes before 9am there was a knock on my door.  Francisco was friendly and courteous.  The only peeve I had to say was that his colleague didn't wear booties in the house, like other companies.  I overlooked the booties for the fast and friendly service!

Luis came out and replaced my shower handle that wasn't working and brought with them the replacement parts which he included in the price, replaced a bathroom faucet ( I had bought one for them to install) and fixed a slow pipe that went between my two sinks in my kitchen. He was very efficient and left everything clean.

We have used The Plumbing Company for general plumbing issues as well as a full master bath remodel. We are so happy that we have found a company that we trust.

I first found The Plumbing Company after searching Yelp when we had a backed up drain in the garage.  Only about two hours later, Chris came out to fix it.  Chris is really good about explaining the problem and answering questions.  He also offered advice so that the problem doesn't happen again.  

While Chris was there fixing our drain, I mentioned that we had a bathroom that was in need of a remodel and he informed me that their company does that also and they could send over a quote if I'd like.  

The quote was very fair and we decided to move forward with them on the remodel.  It turned out beautifully!  It was a pleasure having Chris and Phil at our house for those few weeks.  They were so friendly, patient, and personable.  It was a huge bonus that they were also friendly to our dogs which really helps when they were spending so much time here.  We felt more than comfortable leaving them the keys to our house when we had to leave for a weekend so they could continue working.  They dealt with all subcontractors (who also were great) so that we only had to work with them on payments and scheduling.  Judy in the office was always pleasant and easy to talk to if I had any questions.

Chris had told me that they could also do design but I had a floor plan and materials already selected.  They offered great advice on my existing plans and had no trouble getting the materials from my chosen vendors but they were always ready with recommendations.  

From planning to completion they were amazing! I'd highly recommend them for any plumbing issues you have and most definitely for remodels!

Literally came over to my parents Julie past 9pm on Memorial Day weekend to help us move a fridge. It was one of those urgent and important tasks and it was awesome to get his response asap and have the whole situation resolved in an hour. Thank you!

After reading reviews for Allstate Plumbing, I decided to give them a call. It was a Saturday and they showed up in hours. I live in a condo and had my hot water was restricted at the shower. He was able to resovle the issue without shutting off the water to the entire complex or replacing any parts. He literally saved me hundreds of dollars. I'd defintely use them again.

Ken came to our complex on a hot (93deg) Sunday to sort out our situation. He was friendly and quick, especially considering the heat and the fact that he had to get up on the roof. I would definitely call them again!

Before calling Luis, I contacted 3 other plumbing companies in my area, and he was the ONLY person to pick up on a Saturday morning!  

I needed someone to come out right away for an overflowing toilet that soiled my master bedroom.  Luis didn't hesitate and came out right after his appointment.  He was very knowledgeable, sincere, thorough and didn't try to charge more than the job.  He also gave great recommendations and offered his services for future replacement.

Requested quotes from multiple plumbers for a fairly standard job for a kitchen remodel (new p-trap to connect to new garbage disposal and new sink, new faucet, installation of new dishwasher (Bosch) and new range top to be connected to existing gas line)  Received a response to my request.  Pricing was 3-4 times more than all other plumbers who quoted.  It was equal to the cost of all the parts.

I was trying to get my house ready to rent out for the first time and I'm so glad I found Norm! He was very helpful... with guidance on what needed to be fixed, how he'll do it, or where to get the help from (if he can't do it). He went out of his way to help (e.g., he even called the vendor for a water heater we have just to see how it would be fixed).  

At the end of the day, Norm is very knowledgeable and I'm happy to have him on speed-dial :)

Will was very responsive, and professional.  His team completely replaced our sewer lateral through trenchless replacement and installed a clean out, and took care of all the permitting.  He made extra effort to avoid damaging our hedge, even though the work was done in a tight space.

While waiting for the permits to come through, our sewer backed up, and they rearranged their schedule to quickly come and clear the line again, which I really appreciated.

I certainly recommend him.

If yelp could give me 10 stars, I would give it to Raheb. He is the best there is when it comes to plumbing. I had to move my washing machine into my garage, which did not have a water line. With different plumbers coming in and giving me quotes on the job, Raheb gave me the best one. At first, I was skeptical because it was a pretty good deal, but I decided to give his company a try, and I'm glad I chose him. Raheb is very respectful toward his customers and their home, and he cleans up after himself! (not like those others who expect you to clean up after the job). I was so happy with his work, I recommended him to my brother-in-law who also needed work done on his home. Let's just say, if i need have a plumbing work to be done, I know who to call! Thanks Raheb! :)

We needed someone to fix a leak in the pipe coming out of our tankless water heater. I called Mauro's Plumbing. Mauro came out that same afternoon to do an estimate. When none of his workers were available to fix the pipe, Mauro came back two hours later and did the job himself. And now we no longer have a leaky pipe. He was fast, friendly, and efficient.

Great service, great selection of plumbing supplies, knowledgable and helpful staff, local mom and pop shop. This place is a gem.

Today Savior Plumbing came to my house to take out a water tank and re connect my water heater. He was quick and efficient, professional and knowledgeable. I will definitely use them in the future. I live in Pleasanton and love supporting good local business. Thanks!!!
