James came out to fix our water heater. Turned out we might have to replace the whole unit since it's still under warranty. He talked over all of our options, offered advice, clearly had a huge amount of experience and knowledge AND at the end of the day he didn't even charge us for his time. We will definitely call James when it comes time for installation.

We had a leak from the bottom of our toilet and called Xtreme as we had used them before.  They were out the same day, were very professional, and fixed the issue at a reasonable price.  I definitely recommend them.

Needed a plumber for a garbage disposal replacement. Sent out 3 requests and they answered first. I asked for an estimate over the phone and they gave it right away. The price was fair and he came at the time he said he would be here and did the job. Will do business with them again if I need to.

It was Sunday evening and we got the problem fixed right away! They also kept our house clean! Definitely recommend!

Literally came over to my parents Julie past 9pm on Memorial Day weekend to help us move a fridge. It was one of those urgent and important tasks and it was awesome to get his response asap and have the whole situation resolved in an hour. Thank you!

This is one of my worst quote experience. They only offer a 2 hours window for an appointment for the reason of traffic delay. That reason is a joke.

I made an appoint last week. I told the staff that I don't live in the house which would get a quote. I told her that please arrange my appoint in a day that it is the first job in the morning, and give me a time that we can both of us be there on time. She told me please allow 2 hours traffic time. My appointment was 9-11 AM. From Warm Springs, Fremont, to my house takes less than 15 minutes. I waited for 30 minutes, and called 9:35 AM. Asked when can the staff arrive. She told me that he has another job, and he will arrive at 11 A.M. I need another hour for quote. Which means I need to spend a morning on this quote.

This company may did a good job in plumbing, but there's plenty of room for improvement.

Update 1.9.12: They sent me a refund check! I ended up having to call them again on Christmas Eve, getting a window of 1pm to 5pm, and having the plumber show up around 4:15pm. I'm not sure if the problem was related to the original problem described below, but my toilet was making shuddering noises that made my entire wall vibrate through to the other end of my condo. Well, that guy charged me the $132/hour as well as $45 for parts (he ended up replacing the bobbing thingamjig in the tank). Master Plumbing sent me a rebate check of $44 for a miscalculated invoice. I appreciate the honesty, even if I don't really understand what the refund was for. I think it was probably for the parts.

I came home at 9:00pm to discover a very unpleasant surprise in my bathroom. The toilet had completely overflowed and flooded the entire space. I was kind of at a loss of what to do given the late hour, but I knew that I had to call a plumber. Thanks to Yelp, I found Master Plumber which was located nearby and had a pretty good rating. And they were available 24/7, which the late hour required because there was no way I was going to leave the problem until morning to handle.

I called around 9:15 and was promptly told that a service man was in my area. The dispatcher also told me that he flat rate for labor was $132/hour. At the time I did not know that this was their after hours rate for time and a half. Their usual rate is $88/hour. He told me the name of the plumber coming out to my location was named Chuck and that he would be coming to Cupertino from Sunnyvale. Chuck would call me when he arrived. I was expecting it to take about 20-30 min.

Around 9:50, I called their central number again to see what was taking so long. The dispatcher told me that the assigned plumber had gotten lost, so I provided some further directions. He arrived about 10 minutes later, around 10pm.

Ultimately, it ended up being a late-into-the-evening job, but I appreciated that Chuck kept a good attitude throughout the job. Originally, he only stayed for about 30 minutes to fix what looked like a backed up line, which he said did not originate from my toilet, but then when it got clogged again, he returned my 11:10pm phone call and came back to take another look. All together, he charged 2 hours of service for a total of $264, but considering the back and forth driving, the late hour, and the ambiguity of the problem to be solved, I was happy with the price. I would recommend Master Plumbing to anyone who has plumbing issues that they want to get taken care of quickly.

I called this morning (a Sunday)  and Luis (the owner) actually answered the phone (instead of getting a recording like everyone else).  He was over in less than 1/2 hour.

I've got to say, SUPER nice guy! He knew exactly what he was doing and was done in about 1/2 hour. i had a clogged kitchen sink with lots of dirty dishes, i needed someone pronto!  

Luis was very professional and helpful with suggestions of preventing this from happening again.

You can't go wrong with LM Plumbing, Luis is totally honest and knows his trade.

I give him 5 Stars!   If you need a plumber, Luis is your man.

I called Steve to replace toilet tank bolts. He was very punctual, quick and professional!

We had Norm out for new ceiling fan, new light fixtures on laundry room , refit front door, crown moulding and painting. Always arrived on time and finished way ahead of schedule.  He did a fantastic job! On a side note , after I left Norm a message, he was extremely (but not annoying)  persistent in calling back.  You won't go wrong with him!

He came out and took a look before giving a quote.  Fast response and excellent service.

Matt from Smash Plumbing is so reliable, responsive, and trustworthy. He has helped unclog drains, replace faucets, install new piping in the backyard, fixed leaking sinks. He is reasonably priced and does great work. It's very difficult to find a plumber that you can trust - Matt is awesome! I have recommended him to all of my friends and family.

Ordered a floating cabinet and sinks from John. He's a jewel, I would recommend him to anyone doing a bathroom remodel. Very responsive and so easy to work with.

I found Raheb, Punctual, very honest with the work he does. And with his kind gesture of not taking any money for the work he did, I can 100% say that he will not over charge his customers.

Now the story-
My washer had been leaking water for the last 1-2 loads. And I had been looking for help. I had identified the issue to an extent, but was unable to fix it, because I have fractures on my back.
So I 'YELPED' for help, and looking at the best reviews, I called up Raheb. Even though he was away from work on Personal family event, he took time to answer my call, and later messaged me an appointment time for Sunday.
He came right on time, and looked at the problem. Helped fix it, and checked it again. I was already impressed at his work.
I was expecting some labor cost, but he did not take a single penny from me, saying 'I did nothing'. He did this free.

Now Raheb becomes my go to guy for all the plumbing work.

Called early morning on a weekday and they were able to send someone that morning.  Alex came 30mins after.  He was very helpful and explained what was happening.  He was very efficient .  He explained the problem, the solution and the cost.  Price was typical. Quick, efficient and professional.
