I called A few plumbers on friday night Jim was the only one  that answered .He said he would call this morning and the did ,he came right over fixed a sump pump his rates.are fair . Great service!!!

I had an issue with my toilet, which I tried for hours to fix myself and was unsuccessful. I decided to call Xtreme Plumbing and I'm SO happy I did. Mike returned my call within 15min and was at my house within 2hrs. He quickly resolved my issue in 10min! Wow. Mike and his team member were both very professional, skilled, funny, great personality. Very trustworthy and knowledgeable. He also gave me add'l advice to fix another issue he noticed while working on my toilet. Thank you Mike!!

Do not rely on this plumbing company. Went to my site, gave my a quote, I gave them the business and said no to other companies I was talking no, and then they suddently went silent. Wont return the call or respond back. Totally unreliable and unprofessional!!

Called this morning for someone to look at our hot water heater.   Was told someone would be out between 12:00 - 2:00. I called at 1:45; no answer.  Left a message asking for status. No response.  Called again at 2:30 - nobody answered again.  Left a message saying their service was unacceptable.  If you are going to be late, call.  I've been home all afternoon waiting for them to show up.  Going to use someone else!

We had to get hammock chair fixed indoors on my ceiling for my kid. I reached out to Nikolai, he was very responsive. Showed up and was able to get the job done on time and professionally. I'm planning to call him back for some other work at home as well.

Yep, a plumber in today's world with a Five Star rating!!  That's Allstate Plumbing here in Fremont.  Fair, Fast, Knowledgeable, Courtesy and on time.  Would not even consider any of the nationally advertised for drain blockages, etc.  These guys are the real deal.

Was notified by a housemate that our kitchen started to cause stuck and flooding after washing dishes. It appears that dumping a whole cup of pasta salad down the sink drain was a good idea for her! (seriously, who does that when the garbage disposal is right next to the sink???) Contacted master plumbing around 6:30pm asking for an urgent support. Was informed 2 hours wait but Big Ken showed up at my door by 7:15pm to work on it right away. Took 2.5 hours to resolve it but Big Ken has been professional throughout the whole thing and kept his cool to work on it due diligently to fix my issue. I offered him to take a break, grab some food and drink to rest but he insists on finishing his job before he did anything else. Happy that master plumbing provided me an excellent support on the last minute notice as well as the worker was very professional throughout the whole time while struggling to get it fixed.

Would definitely recommend! I called him around 8:40pm on a Sunday and he was able to put me on schedule for the next day. He got here in the time frame he gave me and he was super friendly and very knowledgeable. He got right to the point of what needed to be done and how much it would cost. I've gotten quotes from other plumbers and his was the best. The whole experience took about 40 minutes and he was able to solve the problem in no time. He also gave us a 30 day guarantee! Now I know why he has such great reviews, he's honest and gets the job done. I've never given a review before but i had to make an account just to make sure I gave him my 5 stars!

I had called Master Plumbing first because last time Alfred Williams had a longer lead time and I was able to get someone from Master Plumbing right away.  But this time Master Plumbing said their soonest appointment was almost a week away.  So I called Alfred Williams and gave them the details of my problem (a hard to find leak under the kitchen sink), and they said someone would call me back to schedule an appointment.

Within a few minutes, Steve called me back and said he had a cancellation so could be over in 20 minutes.  He examined all around the underside of the sink, tried filling up the sink and letting it drain, used the garbage disposal, tried splashing water on the countertop, basically went through all the paces, but couldn't find anything that would have caused a leak.  (The leak is very intermittent, and we only see the result when there is a small puddle of water under the sink, but there are no water stains on the walls or pipes).  He finally said he wasn't able to see anything that could cause the leak and told us we'll just have to keep an eye on it.

We did find that there was a small amount of water that seemed to seep in through the faucet fixture, but Steve didn't believe it was enough to be causing the leak. But he said in order to fix it, it might be better to replace the entire faucet for a new one since he would have to remove the whole thing to putty it up anyway, and it wouldn't guarantee that the leak would be fixed.

We told him we would think about it for a day, so he scheduled us in for an appointment in two days (when he would have time to do the job) and told us we could call him the next day to cancel if we changed our mind.

I asked him how much I owed him for today's visit, and he said no charge.

Steve also helped us a few years ago when our garbage disposal started leaking.  He replaced it with a new one, and also fixed a few other nagging things around the house to fill out the 1 hour minimum.  He has always been very nice to work with and seems very honest and conscientious.  We would gladly recommend him to others and plan on continuing to use him for our needs as well!

I have been working with Will for years and he has always been incredibly helpful and easy to work with.  He has done work on our bathrooms, our sewer line, our water heater, and our sewer lateral when others could not figure out where our leak was!    We even had a problem installing a new vanity and he talked me through it over the phone free of charge (on a saturday!).  He is someone who explains things in a way you can understand and gives you options.  I appreciate him and he is quite responsive.

Matt is by far the best Plummer I have dealt with in the 36 years we have owned our home. He has handled everything from clogged toilets and drains to replacing/updating old sink hardware and he has done a yearly inspection--which I believe may have saved us from future water damage.  He is prompt; he explains what needs to be done; he is honest; and cleans up when the job is done. I highly recommend Matt/Smash Plumbing!

Ordered a floating cabinet and sinks from John. He's a jewel, I would recommend him to anyone doing a bathroom remodel. Very responsive and so easy to work with.

I found Raheb, Punctual, very honest with the work he does. And with his kind gesture of not taking any money for the work he did, I can 100% say that he will not over charge his customers.

Now the story-
My washer had been leaking water for the last 1-2 loads. And I had been looking for help. I had identified the issue to an extent, but was unable to fix it, because I have fractures on my back.
So I 'YELPED' for help, and looking at the best reviews, I called up Raheb. Even though he was away from work on Personal family event, he took time to answer my call, and later messaged me an appointment time for Sunday.
He came right on time, and looked at the problem. Helped fix it, and checked it again. I was already impressed at his work.
I was expecting some labor cost, but he did not take a single penny from me, saying 'I did nothing'. He did this free.

Now Raheb becomes my go to guy for all the plumbing work.

I have been using Mauro's company for many years and today his excellent service moved me to write a review--which is saying a lot because I hate Yelp!  

I had already asked my super skilled carpenter to look at my shower handle and he couldn't get the old one off without more tools.  Oh no worst fear, my 13 yr. old son going days without a shower!

First, Mauro himself came to my rescue on a same day notice.  He was only scheduled to conduct an inspection of the problem because he's the owner and has plenty of skilled guys of his own he normally sends out.  However, lucky me, Mauro was near the end of his day when I called!  He arrived like a monk at my doorstep, not a plumber.  Once he realized we couldn't turn off our shower, he jumped right in...

The cartridge you bought doesn't fit the old one, he whispered.  What should we do?! I asked.  My worst fear creeping up again, reschedule for another day?  No. he warmly assured me.

Like a zen master, he quietly broke off the warped handle (with his hand, no tools required!) and began assembling old parts with new parts, all while teaching me how the pieces function together.  Am I really learning how to install this alongside him as the crisis is being averted?!  Yup!  That's the magic of Mauro and his incredible team!

Every time I visit this place I am greeted and surprised by theyre supply of what I need..
I really need to come here more instead of that no star white cap by the freeway..

Excellent customer service!  Savior replaced 2 faucets in our bathroom vanity. There was a small issue after installation which was quickly and professionally resolved.  Appreciated the knowledge their experienced plumbers shared regarding the process.
