Great job repairing a main line clean-out. Had a productive initial discussion of the problem and ballpark costs before they came out to inspect, which I appreciated since I already had a pretty good idea of the repair (had run a camera through the line before). Lot of others just refused to do any discussion without sending a person out.

As for the repair itself, Mike and his team were professional, friendly, and efficient. Very happy with the service.

It has been a dream to have a utility sink in the garage, and now the dream have finally come true. Allstate was the firm I hired and they did a great job. I pretty much knew what I wanted, and they did the job with skill, speed and cleanliness. They even re-configured the vent line after the dryer was re-posistioned. I should have negotiated down the price of the faucet install and the final price was a bit higher than the quote (to some surprise) due to some extra materials and a more detailed scope, but otherwise everything went well. Anyway, back to reality. One of the vanity sinks in my home was draining very slowly these past few weeks and we needed to take care of it. I called my new friends at Master Plumbing to help. They'd already sent Mark out last October to take care of the same problem, which he did with a smile and a great attitude. Let's put it this way, I was happy to pay him when he was done.

So, when I called the other day I asked for Mark. He wasn't available. Hmm, should I risk it with another guy? Could he possibly be as friendly as Mark? I looked at my sink, looked back at the phone and said, Sure, I'll take another person.

Bill came over during the appointed time and was every bit as friendly as Mark. He put the baggies over his shoes without a second thought. Other tradesman have walked right in with their shoes on my light carpets and made me wince. Kudos to Bill for this thoughtful gesture.

He assessed the problem and went right to work. Within 20 minutes he was done. Yes, maybe I can learn how to do this for myself next time, but you know what? Master Plumbing is so good I might just leave it to them anyway. Nothing will go wrong this way.

What's equally important to fair in my mind is friendly. Fair and friendly is a great combination! You should leverage that more. You may even want to feature pictures and bios of your people on our site. They're the stars of your business.

Next, I'd recommend that you say you serve South San Francisco since that's where my plumber was prior to my job. Don't leave out a city if you serve it.

Lastly, create an incentive program for happy customers like me to refer you to others. Say if I refer you to a neighbor I can get an extra 15 minutes of labor with one hour paid at no charge. Makes me want to refer and use you again.

This morning, I felt water leaking on my feet while doing the dishes. I opened up the cabinet to find water everywhere. I called Luis based on other Yelp Reviews and he was at my house within a couple hours. He was kind, professional, and punctual. Luis figured it out right away and it was a simple fix. He advised me on a couple of other things that I appreciated! I will be calling Luis in the future if my family or I need a plumber again.

As we had a leaky kitchen faucet and a noisy garbage disposal, we called Al, and he came to our house near the end of his workday. He ripped out the garbage disposal, replacing it with a top quality Insinkerator. He installed my beloved Hansgrohe faucet, all in 1 1/2 hours.

His price is very reasonable.

I originally reached out to Norman when I tried to change out a door knob and was epically unsuccessful. After multiple back and forth emails, phone calls and even FaceTimes, I was still unable to get it off. (He did all this without asking for compensation!) Norman came over a couple weeks later, over 2 hours later, he was finally able to take the old door knob off and put in the new one - this included a lot of investigating, prying, sawing, and finally repainting the door. I guarantee you that was the most complex door knob exchange one will ever encounter. Norman was great!

Sam and Ronald came to our home to help us with our backyard drains. Sam was the ultimate professional and recommended we use the camera first to ensure we don't pay for anything more than we needed. He never was pushy. Instead he gave me a quote and let me decide if the timing was right. I appreciate their helpfulness and professionalism. I was in a pinch, my regular plumber was not available and I had to get a shower valve replaced. My regular plumber, who has been a plumber for decades, recommended Matt, and I do too. He was quick to respond, did quality work, and charged a fair price. It's a big deal for a plumber to be responsive, for obvious reasons, and Matt was every time I have called on him. Since the shower valve, Matt has fixed a pinhole leak and replaced a hot water heater and his service and skills as a plumber are remarkable. I highly recommend Smash Plumbing.

I had a wobbling toilet and Mauro's team came by fixed it by replacing the flange.  During the initial quoting process, Mauro dropped by and provided two recommendations. Went to home depot to get some plumbing supplies but they didn't have it! And found this place! They have everything here and customer service was excellent! Needed someone to fix a clogged kitchen sink and jammed garbage disposal. Called early morning on a weekday and they were able to send someone that morning.  Alex came 30mins after.  He was very helpful and explained what was happening.  He was very efficient .  He explained the problem, the solution and the cost.  Price was typical. Quick, efficient and professional.
