We noticed a leak around the base of our kitchen sink faucet last night. I messaged Gator Rooter through the Yelp messaging app and made arrangements for a plumber to come out at 9:00 this morning. Andy came out, evaluated the problem, went to the store, purchased a new faucet, came back, and installed it. Everything was done within an hour. Very smooth and easy!

I needed help to assemble a Lifetime 54 portable basketball hoop that I purchased from Amazon. Reading online howto's about the installation seemed time consuming and difficult. I messaged a few handymans on Yelp but decided to go with Tegene Handyman services due to fast responses, reviews and a reasonable price. Boy.. was I lucky to find someone like Abdu who helped with this. It took a few hours as expected and he was on time, professional and friendly. The hoop came out perfect and my son loves it! I will definitely reach out again to these guys for future projects.

I've called After Hour Plumbing for many plumbing issues and always found their plumbers to be friendly, clean, and most importantly, able to fix the issue with one service call. I really like that they text and email you after the job is scheduled and also when they're on their way. Today, Cedric came out to look at my hot water heater that wasn't heating and he restarted the pilot which fixed the issue. He explained how he did it, made sure it was still running for a while without a warning light going on, and didn't charge me for the visit.

I hired Palo Alto Plumbing to fix my heater and they did great.  JAIME was amazing; he ordered the part then came back to install it.  Heater works great now.

Dependable gentleman. Hardworking and honest. Hes busy and that is a good thing. If he wasn't busy, I'd be worried when calling.

I recently replaced all of my toilets to Toto washlets, and asked them to replace a shower head and faucets at bath tubs. The job done by Guy Plumbing was amazing. They responded very quickly and all of the jobs were done so accurately. Everyone at Guy Plumbing was well mannered and so kind as a person too.

Especially I'd like to give a special thanks to DAN who took care of my toilets and showers and faucets. He was the specialist!!!! Even though we asked him something which sounded very hard, he researched by himself and made our every wish come true. Very honest and kindhearted too.

I already recommended Guy Plumbing to at least ten of my friends! Great!

After calling other highly rated Yelp plumbers on Sunday (who did not respond), I called 24/7 Rooter.  I talked to someone immediately who said a technician would call back.  5 minutes later I received a call and was told the technician would be at my place in 1 hour, and I received an estimate over the phone.  They arrived within 1 hour and did an excellent job below the quoted estimate.  These guys are my new plumbers hereafter!

Wow! If i could give a negative I would. Stay far away from this company. After 3 visits to install a reverse osmosis system and fix a tub that had only hot water, the tub was fixed, I have to call another plumber for the reverse osmosis system, and I had to fork over $600.00!! The kid they sent me didn't know what he was doing and even said that he looked up on utube how to fix the tub, and yet on the 3rd day his boss had to come with him to walk him through how to fix it. Never ever again. Beware!  Update:  So, after speaking with the owner, very nice man,  the charge is reduce to a 1 1/2hr labor charge, very resonable.  Family run business,  son in law comes out to return my check, once again very freindly and apologetic, all I can really say is, I'm very happy that they show true concern for their clients, but they need to send experienced plumbers with the unexperienced ones so that this doesn't happen.  Crazy, maybe, but I'm considering having them back for the reverse osmosis on the condition that  they send an experienced plumber!  Will return for another update.

Someone in my neighborhood recommended He-Man Plumbing.  So I checked him here and must admit that all the 5 star ratings made me wonder whether Mike was real (or the reviews all done by friends).  Well, we'd never met before and I have to tell you that I was quite pleased.  I called him at 8:30 a.m. on Monday morning about the plugged drain line from our kitchen to the bathroom/main sewer line.  As noted in other reviews, he asked good questions about the problem and our house, and then quoted his rate ($120/hr, 1 hr min).  I said OK; he said he'd be here before 9 a.m. - and he was!  Very professional.  Wore 'hospital booties' to cover his boots.  Went right to work; explained what he was doing and going to do.  Problem resolved in 30-40 minutes.  Told me what to watch out for and how to help prevent such problems in the future.  I would use him again and recommend him to others.

Our main sewer line became clogged on Sunday.  Our street trees really like getting their roots into the sewer, so about every year and a half things get backed up.  The outfit we normally go with couldn't come out for a week.  Can't do without a toilet for that long. My wife found J B Rooter on Angie's and I'm glad she did.  Jerry was very responsive and cleared the line in short order.  Would definitely call on him again and recommend to our neighbors.

We had a backed up kitchen sink problem.  Called several plumbing companies but I settled on Prestige Plumbing.  Alfredo (Chico) Rangel responded quickly, came and snaked our line and fixed our drainage problem.  Him and his assistant were fast and efficient.  We need additional plumbing work and will definitely call him again.

I had Leo from Clear Drain plumbing handling 2 different projects in my new house (one earlier this year and this week another one) - Leo is great - he always shows up on time, gives a clear explanation on whats need to be done and pricing and complete the job within the time frame given.
He is working super clean and organized plus he is also a really nice guy :)

B G Plumbing did a great job.  I had discovered I had no hot water in the morning, called  B G Plumbing at noon, Baldomero arrvied at 1:15 pm the same day, and I had hot water by 2:15 pm.  The repair involved replacing the thermocouple (exactly has described in the troubleshooting section of the user manual), which came to about 15% the cost of replacing the entire water heater.

I had contacted 7 water heater repair companies.  Most of them did not seem interested in repairing but instead wanted to replace the entire water heater, even asking in advance for the dimensions and pictures of the doorway. I was a bit uncomfotable with the approaches of several companies: sell a reset, diagnostic, or repair task, and then they would credit back some or all of that fee if I buy a new water heater from them.  Many said I had to act fast, one texting me that if I don't book an appointment for tomorrow, I will have to wait four days to get the part from the manufacturer.  In all fairness, there does come a time when it may be more prudent to replace the entire water heater versus repair, but my water heater is 6 1/2 years old, just barely beyond the 6 year warranty period.

B G Plumbing was very efficient and thorough.  Baldomero started by hooking up a diagnostic tool and identifing the faulty part.  He replace the part and showed me the condition of other internal parts.  After starting it back up, he checked for gas leaks.  Shortly after, I turned on the faucet and the water was warming up. I am very pleased, and asked him for quotes on other plumbing jobs.

Great experience from the initial phone call to Sarah, to having the tech Richard show up same day, evaluate a reasonably priced solution to my electrical problem(s), to chatting with Richard while he completed the job.  Professional and friendly service, on time, pre-arrival phone call to let me know they were coming, getting the job done in one day even though it took until almost 6 pm.   A great value.

Web site shows 24 hour emergency service and even gives a 800 number to call for EMERGENCY help.  

Call the number and the woman on the end of the phone sounds like i woke her up. After 5 minutes of not being able to understand her I hang up and call back.

I get a different lady and she is very pleasant and goes over how they will be able to fix the issue, gets all of my information.  Let me restart and say I explained from the very beginning all our toilets and sinks are backed up, i need someone out ASAP.. i actually said it twice because she told me she understood how difficult it is not having a working bathroom and I responded with we have three non working bathrooms now.

So i give her all of my information, street address, etc..  it's 11pm Sunday night and she says ok, our technician will be out on Tuesday...    HUH????   24/7 emergency service as long as you need us on Tuesday i guess.

Needless to say I went with a different plumber since I have this annoying habit of needing to use the bathroom and shower more than once every 3 days.
