Soto (and then Andres) came in a couple of hours to take care of a pressure regulator that started leaking in the early morning.

I liked that Andres was able to quote me a price on the phone via texted photos. Many other companies insisted on coming over first which is a bit of an inconvenience when I was able to provide very clear photos.

Their pricing was competitive and got the work done quickly. They were supposed to come at 2-3pm and Andres called around 11am saying that his plumber could come over early. Awesome!

Fully masked and got the job done. What more can you ask for?

On a Thursday night, our shower handle stopped working -- while the faucet was on! We had to shut off the water to the entire house to stop the bathtub from overflowing. The handle had gotten slightly harder to use over the previous couple of nights but didn't think it was noteworthy until we couldn't turn the water off.

I called a plumbing service and it took them over 30 minutes to call back and say they couldn't come out. Then I called 5 of the top plumbing services in the Palo Alto area. Art was the only person who answered. He came out the same night and installed a replacement part. We were able to turn our water back on. Then he came back and performed follow up work to prevent the original issue from resurfacing over time. Super friendly, communicated clearly throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Art both in emergencies (higher rate outside of normal hours, obviously) and for regular repairs.

I cannot express how great full I am to Cedric, Jeremiah and Tyler for all of their hard work. They came promptly, all of them acted like professionals and the job was well done. I have children and it means the world to us, thanks guys.

I had a water heater replaced  on a Saturday. They charged $167.00 an hour. The water heater was under warranty I was responsible for the labor. The man was fine that did the work. It took 1 1/2 hours.  Two days later I got a call and the woman said I had to pay another $125.00 because they replaced my (warrantied) water heater with a new one that had mandated parts which was different from my replaced heater. I said I did not think that was a fair request. She also said they were billing me for two hours, not the 1 1/2 I discussed with James the installer. She could not have been ruder. She had the water heater distributor call me and the owner of Palo Alto Plumbing. The owner was obnoxious. I do not recommed this business.

I was in need of a plumber to fix a broken sink drain and replace my laundry hookups and was referred to Josh Fisher. We called him this morning and he was here by this afternoon! His pricing was fair and he was incredibly respectful and professional. So glad that I found Fisher Plumbing and I will definitely use them in the future!

Enrique answered the phone when I called this morning and within an hour was on-site to auger a shower drain. I really appreciate how quickly he was able to address the problem and make it right. He was reasonably priced given the immediate need. Thank you.

I had a backed up shower/tub drain and decided to go with Eldridge and Sons Plumbing since they were so close to my home and are family owned and run, which I like.  I called and within 30 minutes Keith arrived and quickly and professionally unclogged my main sewer line for a very reasonable price.

Vince was referred to me by Home Depot to help with some plumbing projects around the house. I called him with no clue of where to even begin and he took his time explaining what I needed to purchase to get the job done. He even offered to help buy the stuff himself! Thanks to his guidance, I was able to easily get the right stuff ready and we set up an appointment.

He showed up right on time and installed everything and identified some additional problem areas with his expert eye and offered to fix it for a discount. The family also felt very comfortable around him. Very honest and great guy all around. We will definitely be turning to Vince for all future needs.

We were having problems with our shower. Turns out most plumbers don't want to work on Grohe products. We called Guy Plumbing who said they would send Troy over the next day who was very good with the Grohe line. We were given a 9-12pm window. Troy arrived about 10 am, cleaned out a clogged water valve and advised us a new $300 valve may be required in the future. He said to keep using the current valve for a while. So far, the old valve is working great! Thanks Troy and Guy Plumbing for the great service.

$475 to snake a kitchen sink!!!??!! It took the technician 30 minutes. These guys are way overpriced!

Yes they quoted me before i authorized the work but only because it was already late in the day, couldn't find anyone else and needed the job done.

They said it was a set price...wish they mentioned that over the phone.

I am a landlord, we have drains snaked all the time. Usual hourly is $130/hour plus $25 snake fee.

Won't be using these guys again. Nor should you.

Our family uses this company for our multiple plumbing needs, but recently, I was forced to call their weekend emergency line.  Within the given time, I had a call back from Dave.  He patiently walked us through shutting off the leaking water heater (sensor problem),  so I wouldn't have to shut off the main.  Many thanks to this reliable company for their help!

I highly recommend Jerry of J B Rooter and Plumbing. I consulted with him about a leak at my shower valve. Jerry explained to me that most likely we only need to replace the cartridge. He was right. He figured out the matching cartridge and replaced it, sealed the valve nicely, and cleaned the working area. Everything was beautifully done at a very reasonable cost. Thank you.

My first experience with Prestige Plumbing was excellent. I had problem with leaking angle knobs. Chico response was great. Picked phone first time and informed me the approximate time of arrival based on the other job he was working on. Really appreciate Chico prioritizing his tasks and getting back to me sooner than planned.

Chico came wearing mask which is essential for Covid. He was very respectful of my home and took his shoes outside before entering.

Saw my issue and quickly gave me a reasonable quote. Chico finished the job in 30 min replacing 2 angle knobs. In fact he made the whole appearance look very clean and modern since my old fixtures were very old. And Chico explained in details what he did and why it should be done like that. It was good.
Chico was very kind to replace my faucet also without any additional charge. It was a very nice gesture.

Fast dependable and reliable. Showed up a half hour before the quoted time of arrival. Used cloth slippers on his shoes as to not make a mess on our hard wood floor.fixed our problem and was done before the time he was suppose to show up!! Definitely will use them again.

Eric is the pro. For plumbing business, when initial contact by email for my barth room leaking issues,  he offered me two solutions, one might be easy fix, another one need break my wall to fix, which he think should not, but another two contractor that I met, all stated that they need to break the wall to fix the problem. Than next day, Eric showed earlier, neat and clean follow all Covid 19 guide line, and he locate the problem, and offered me with less expense solution, and also left me one spare part for another bathroom. In case need in the future  for same problem. Due to parts is hard to find. Plumbing problems leave to Eric, he is the best.

I contracted Pacific Coat Electricians for three large projects in my home which Josh, Reggie, and John completed diligently and on schedule.  Work involved  replacing the outside garage light and switch, overhead florescent lighting and switches in the garage, and reconnecting a break in the series of outlets in the living room,.  The outside garage light comes on at night and is out during the day.  The overhead lighting in the garage comes on as soon as I enter the garage from the inside of the house or when I exit the car when I come home.  HomeAdvisor.com had recommended Pacific Coast Electricians, and I am glad I had followed up on the tip.  Josh is a young man possessing a wealth of knowledge about everything electronics.

Benjamin Franklin plumbing sold us an on-demand water heater 7 years ago which recently started leaking.  We contacted that manufacturer of the unit who provided us with the new heat exchanger which was covered under warranty.  Unfortunately, labor was not included in the warranty coverage so we contacted BF plumbing to have a service person come to our house and replace the part.  Here is a summary of our experience:

I asked the person on the telephone if BF has experience servicing this make/model water heater and she responded, Oh yes absolutely!.  I then made an appointment to have a service person come out two working days later, between the hours of 8 AM - noon.

On the day of the appointment, having taken a day off work, nobody had arrived by noon so I called them and the person I spoke to told me that they had a scheduling error.  So much for the company that advertises itself as The Punctual Plumber.  To their credit, they apologized and told me they would have a technician out by 2:00 PM and the technician arrived shortly before 2:00.  I thought that everything would be back on track, but this was when things got ugly....

The technician told me that the unit was installed incorrectly and offered to fix everything for me.  When I told him that the unit had been installed by Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, he told me that the company was under different ownership previously and that they were not responsible for what the company had done when it was under prior ownership.  Even if that was a true statement, I would think that a company with an ounce of integrity would stand behind an installation that has their name attached to it.  When I told him that I only wanted the leaking part fixed, he hum-hawed around, telling me how difficult it would be to repair, and then stated that he thinks someone back at the shop knows something about these units but that it is too difficult to fix while is it hanging on the wall and would need to be completely disconnected and taken back to the shop (not true according to the manufacturer of the unit).

He then told me he could get me hot water the same day be installing a new unit at a discounted price of FOUR-THOUSAND-FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS!!!!  We paid 3,500 for the original unit which had included all of the conversion costs to switch to a tankless water heater.

I sent him away (thankfully he did not charge for the service visit...he was clearly embarrassed) and referring to the instructions that came with the replacement heat exchanger, successfully changed out the part myself, having had no prior experience, and without removing it from the wall, in about four hours simply by carefully following the instructions provided by the manufacturer of the unit.

Pretty sad when a company misrepresents its experience, arrives late, does not stand behind its prior installation and tries to take advantage of the situation by selling us an even more expensive unit.  Also pretty sad that they are unable to service a unit that they sold us.  On the positive side though, if the dang thing ever leaks again, I will know how to fix it myself (it really wasn't that difficult).

I gave them one star only because zero stars is not an option.....
