Service 10/10, Sato came in to help change the water shutoff valve( not sure if it is the right term) he has done everything what we asked for. He paid a lot attention to details and got the work done fast. Not to mention he took off his shoes when he entered our house without me asking, very considerate.

Overall very pleasant experience and will use them again.

This guy is great!!!  I called Art Hansen early one Sunday morning in November, 2014, when my husband was away on business,  to ask if he could come to stop a wildly running toilet that could not be turned off at the wall.  I was more than pleased that Art answered the phone himself and agreed to come on the spur of the moment to help. He arrived promptly, quickly assessed the situation, and called the water company to turn the water off at the street, since it was not possible to turn it off otherwise.  He explained everything that he was doing that day and then the next day in great detail.   His charge for the 2-part/2-day work was very reasonable, and I was happy to pay it.  Art Hansen is a competent plumber and conducts himself in a very professional manner.  I will DEFINITELY call Art again, should dreaded plumbing issues arise.

Today Tyler & Sam came to our residence in Marina, due to some plumbing issues of course. They took care of business in a short period of time and cleaned up the area. Thank you for your service today.

I want to tell you that this company is a gem.  The quality of their work is very high, very thorough and reasonably priced.  From the guy who owns the show, Max, to his able office manager, to the men doing the work, their performance is a first rate, and in my experience, rare.  They are responsive, amazingly helpful, well trained and nice to work with.  From a small repair of a sink drain to the replacement of my 400 pound HVAC system, with specialty crane and a team of men, they were great from start to finish.  I can't recommend them highly enough.

These guys are amazing! Very very honest, knowledgeable and professional. Quick workers who are very careful when in your home. They spent more then half the day at our house replacing drain pipe and they did an incredible job. Chris, Nick, Wade- they are  all great. They patiently took the time to answer all my questions. I have had a re- occurring drain problem for years, usually plumbers come in, and just put a band aid on it, charge too much, and don't actually fix the problem. These guys have patience and knowledge and took the time to actually fix the problem at a reasonable price. These guys are really on the ball! I  absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to all my family and friends.

Vince did an excellent job on replacing my hot water heater on a Sunday. He was honest with what I really needed to do and didn't upsell me. He also spent time explaining the work that was done and was very patient. I'll be using VIP again on my next project.

I work for The John Brody Salon located in the Castro area in San Francisco. Well this morning, as our first client is getting their hair washed, the shampoo bowl totally backed up. Both shampoo bowls! Not the best way to start your day. This happened about a year ago and Paul came out at that point and was able to fix the problem with great time and with reasonable pricing. So who do I call again, Paul of course. Well he was very pleasant on the phone, but unfortunately wasn't able to come to the salon since he was already busy. He was able to however get another person to come out, Sean, who was great! He showed up within 45 minutes of my call, was very friendly and respectful of our stylist's and clients need to keep using the shampoo bowl wile he was here. Fixed the problem fast, which ended up being hair clogged pipe, not surprising. He was great and I will be calling on him again if I ever have any problems with our plumbing. I cannot say enough about the service that I received from Thomas Plumbing! After my last plumber flaked out on me for a larger job, I called Thomas Plumbing and I had a technician knock on my door an hour later. I had a water main leak which we thought was in one spot, but he pinpointed the actual source. He didn't have the part that he needed and he couldn't get it at Home Depot so he returned the next day as promised and stayed until it was done. He returned the next day (again at the promised time) to turn on the water and ensure that the leak was corrected. I'm so happy at the excellent service that I received that I can say Thomas Plumbing is now my go-to company for all of my needs!

Quick, reliable, reasonably priced and...analytical!

We called Mike to deal with our sewer backing up.  The first challenge was to find access, which was completely lacking in our older house.  Mike eventually wound up crawling under the house and disassembling a pipe to get in and snake out the clog.  That solved the immediate problem, but we decided to install a clean out in case the problem recurs.

Here is where Mike was excellent (well, it was also pretty excellent that he showed up on time, with all the equipment, and solved our first problem quickly and cheaply).  Using a tracing device, he tracked the sewer pipe out to the street, and picked a spot where he thought there was probably an existing cleanout buried under a couple of feet of dirt.  I dug down, and sure enough, there it was.  Mike came back and installed a riser to bring it up to grade level.  So, now we're all set, and with minimal work.  He even came by while the hole was being dug to make sure that the existing cleanout was suitable - at no charge.  On a Sunday.

As a bonus, he's an interesting guy to talk to.  There aren't that many other plumbers with a Ph.D. from Stanford out there.

Owner(Jerry) was responsive,timely and professional .  He made repairs, cleaned up completely and charged a very fair price.  Would recommend him without
hesitating.

Chico did stellar work for us 5 years ago replacing our sewer line and fixing the plumbing to our outdoor shower and so we called him again, 5 years later, to replace garbage disposal that had a cracked pipe.  Again, he did a fantastic job!  He squeezed our job in after hours (it was a very small job) and he was in and out in one hour. He never disappoints....he shows up on time, is a happy guy and does great work at a very affordable price and leaves the area as clean as when he arrived. He is my go to guy for all my plumbing needs, big or small. I highly recommend Chico and will call on him again when I need him.

I hired Clear Drain to repipe our main line a couple years ago. It sprung a small leak recently and they came out and fixed it under the warranty. I also had them do another job that required re-routing a pipe and that's holding up just fine. They honor their warranty and prices are reasonable.

I had the pleasure of working with B G Plumbing for a recent water heater replacement and gas line repair at my home. From start to finish, their team was on-time, efficient, and thorough in their work. They also offered competitive pricing, which was a huge plus.

One of the things that stood out to me was their attention to detail when it came to fixing our gas line. They took the time to thoroughly check the line and isolate the issue, and then worked closely with PG&E to get the problem resolved. Their communication was top-notch throughout the process, and they always kept me informed of what was happening.

On time and great prices! Very professional crew and knowledgeable.  Aqua Logic is doing 100% of my plumbing for a new construction ADU - accessory dwelling unit. I would recommend this company for small or large jobs! When my main house plumbing got backed up I called them back for an unclogging. They came over after another job was finished so I wouldn't have to wait two days for flushing or showering. This company is awesome!

They are more sale people than technicians. Prices are unreasonable even for the area, purely a money grab when you don't have a choice.

As an example:
- $600+ to clean a external unit (and was told that they need to do it before checking refrigerant level, which is false.)
- $299 to check the system (check refrigerant level), but the technicians only saw the pump leak at the very end when taking measurements to replace the whole system.
- $1500 for 9 pounds of refrigerant (you can buy 25 pounds for $550 online). So they basically charge you more than $1300/ hours to add refrigerant.
- $3000 to add refrigerant and find the leak by adding UV DYE (cost $100 online), so extra $1400 in labor to find the leak.

I was quoted a new system too because:   probably just cheaper to replace instead of fixing . Quote is also $10K above any other company I met.

They claim they are not the cheaper because they are more efficient and experimented etc. But when converted to an hourly rate it's just pure money grab, not even lawyers charge that.

I'm disappointed because I called them 2 years ago and they fixed my AC for a reasonable price and the technician was not trying to sell me water filter or other stuff I'm not asking for. So called them again when I got that new issue, but won't do it again.

Called BFP, via their 800 number that advertises 24/7 emergency services, on a Friday night. I tell them i need a plumber to come by and install a new toilet and toilet flange. The Old one was wobbly and water started leaking from the base.

The person on the line said they can have someone out on Sunday from 10am to 2pm. Kinda odd that it would be (3) days for emergency work. She did say it was pretty busy after the holidays and i have a spare bathroom i can use anyways, so i agreed to the appointment. I gave her my name, address, cell phone number and email address. She said she would be sending me a confirmation email shortly. Never arrived. Please note that during the call, i ask her a few times that it will be on sunday from10 to 2.

Sunday comes around and i wait all day for the plumber... No one shows up or calls to inform that no one is arriving. So now i am scrambling to find a plumber.

I finally find someone that is local and schedules work to be done on Tuesday. While i am at a dentist appointment on Monday, someone from BFP calls and leaves a voicemail that they have a plumber in the area and they can be there at 11am.

Hmmm, my appointment was for Sunday from 10am to 2 pm and they call the next day and say they can come by.... Sorry buddy, a no show / no call on Sunday, there is no way i am going to trust what you say anymore....

Wish i could leave ( 0 ) stars instead because no work was done.
