I scheduled an appointment to have some old, unused gas lines removed and also to have the gas line running to my water heater inspected. Ed Ramirez was dispatched to do the job and as soon as he showed up, he gave a quick and reasonable quote and knocked out the work in no time. He also offered to haul away the old pipes as well. He was VERY friendly and offered up quite a bit of helpful information without being asked. I will definitely be contacting them in the future for other work and I will request Ed by name.

The most recent one is installing a whole home water filtration system.  It turns out the city water is not as great as you think it is.

Bart is the only plumber I would call for those needs.  PS he is great with dogs.

Our old curtain rod fell off and ripped a hole in the wall. Mark helped us install a new on and patched up the holes. He also helped us replace a screen door that was ripped about by my toddler. Everything looks like new! His work is high quality, has good communication, and very fair pricing. Will be calling him up for any other future repairs.

We had a door problem where it wouldn't close properly and we had to lift it up in order for it to shut tight. The lock also wasn't fully going all the way through. This problem bugged us for a while and I called up several handymen. Most of them were priced high or had to wait a week for the service, but Ishmael was able to come fix it on the same day. We also had another door that would just slide open even with the locks on. He fixed that one in a timely manner as well.

Overall he did the job extremely well and was reasonably priced. Definitely recommended, at least for door problems!

Mike Counsil Plumbing contacted me quickly, scheduled a technician to come to my home to see the water heater, and answered my questions about the various water heater options. The technician gave me  a no-surprises estimate before he started the work.  Mike Counsil uses highly rated water heaters. They did an excellent job on the install, I was happy to get a competitive price which also included the permit. A very professional company and their GM, Patty, was very helpful!

This company is awesome. Salt of the earth, ethical, and professional.  I had a major leak in my front yard.  I called and they immediately dispatched a person to my property.  After some testing and investigation the plumber concluded that the leak was the responsibility of the city.  He called the city on the spot and made all of the arrangements for the city to repair the leak.  AMAZING; simply Amazing!!  So honest, good family business.  He was in constant contact with the home office.  I will ONLY use them for my plumbing needs!

I worked with Chuck on my home's electricity. Although he was very busy, he came to my house to fix the main panel and switches for 3 times. I had many questions about what needs to be done and he was very sincere to answer all the question. What helped me a lot was that he made a phone call to the manufacturer and gave me the information of what material I should purchase. Fernando, Bulmaro, and Julio were the contractors that helped prepare my condo to be move-in ready and they did an amazing job.  They repainted the walls, repaired everything that needed to be repaired, and stained the kitchen cabinets at just the right color, which was difficult to do given its incredibly specific coloring.  They were kind, friendly, considerate, efficient, and got the job done sooner than I was expecting.  I look forward to working with them again in the future.

I am thrilled to discover that Robert Mitchell is now working with Bellows. Robert some years ago oversaw the installation of our fancy heating/hot water system. Our system is very complicated as it includes solar, PG&E electric, under-floor radiant heating and an Altherma, which is some kind of complicated heat exchanger. Robert not only grasped the ins and outs of it all, he was  wonderful to work with and more than fair in billing. Having landed Robert, Bellows is now at the top of my list. If they weren't a well-run, ethical company, Robert wouldn't be there.

A few months ago I needed a new water heater and I called him and few other plumber. His price was very reasonable and he showed up on time He installed a new water heater, he also gave us one year parts and labor warranty.
