These guys are great. My kitchen faucet cracked on Saturday of the 3-day Memorial Day Weekend. They returned my call within an hour & came out Sunday morning. None of the other 24-hour emergency repair companies ever even returned my call! The faucet was a defective Grohe so Tim told me to check with Grohe about replacing. The owner came out a 2nd time per Grohe tech support - and after horrible Grohe customer support refused to replace defective part without receipt & wanted $800 for replacement Rapid Response advised me to go to Costco to get almost identical Hansgrohe faucet for $200. Tim came a 3rd time to install the faucet & I was only charged for one visit. That's customer service!  The company is responsive, professional, skilled and a breathe of fresh air to work with. I highly recommend them.

Within two hours of first contact my toilet was repaired perfectly.  They were super pro and polite on the phone when scheduling, and just as pro and polite when Matt the service man showed up to do the job.  I highly recommend their services!

Bob has done work for me on multiple occasions.  He has fixed toilets, unclogged stubborn drains, determined the source of leaking water in my home, replaced a kitchen faucet.  He shows up on time, calls to confirm, does great work.  His prices are very reasonable.

Years ago when I bought my home I had to replace the water heater. I was fortunate enough to find Bart who not only replaced my water heater but was able to find a creative way to create a drainage system should the area where my water heater was stored flooded (and all within code).

Based on his previous work, I decided to hire Bart again as we had a leak between the master bathroom and guest bathroom downstairs. Bart went through what he believed the error to be and was able to fix it in a quick and timely manner (and I appreciated his thorough clean-up afterwards). One of the best things about working with Bart is that he is honest and you can tell by his work ethic that he takes pride in the little things.

I hope to not run into anymore plumbing issues but I'm glad to know that if I do have any problems, I have a good, reliable, honest plumber to count on.

We hired Mark to fix up a variety of things around the home we just moved into, from wooden gates and fences in the yard, to loose cabinets in the kitchen, to seals around shower fixtures. Mark took care of it all efficiently and professionally. He also made very pragmatic, sensible suggestions that were a lot easier than what I initially thought was needed.

I'm happy with the quality of his work and with how he communicated with us and got the work done promptly. I'm glad to have found a reliable home repair person.

They were on time and did a good job. Resolved a long time tricky problem with my toilet. He spent time to thoroughly look at the issue and listen to my input and then he resolve the problem.

Called, since my upstairs shower was leaking water into the walls, and out into the downstairs bathroom -- probably requires recaulking or something, but I certainly can't figure out to do it.

Explained my problem, got in response: ...uuh... I don't work with walls...

Okay, thanks dude for the help. Can't you at least give me recommendations for how to find someone else to help? Won't be calling you for any other problems that you do work with, with your lovely customer service.

Mike Counsil Plumbing contacted me quickly, scheduled a technician to come to my home to see the water heater, and answered my questions about the various water heater options. The technician gave me  a no-surprises estimate before he started the work.  Mike Counsil uses highly rated water heaters. They did an excellent job on the install, I was happy to get a competitive price which also included the permit. A very professional company and their GM, Patty, was very helpful!

Called Bell plumbing this am for clogged bathtub drain.  I got an immediate response and made an appointment for 1-3pm.  Plummer was available earlier the my appointment time.  Mike arrived and got right to work, and cleared my drain in about 30 min.  Mike was super nice, clean and did a great job.

James is the best plumber I know.  Trust and Honesty are the most important attributes to me and James is both.  I called other plumbers and they dance around the price even after I gave them pictures of job site and materials.  This is a give away that they are not forthcoming and trying to maximize their margins.  I believe if you've been in the field long enough, you know what estimate to give to the customers right away, not days later trying to figure out how to pad those margins.  Everyone has to make a living, but let's be reasonable.  I had other plumbers quote me labor to install water softener that costs 3 times the price of the water softener itself while James quoted me was very reasonable.  His business card is one to keep in your stack.

We had to body slam our front door to get it to close. Once the wood started to chip away and the screw heads started to get shaved off, I reached out to Chuck to get it fixed ASAP. Chuck texted with me to learn as much as possible about the problem to save time. He worked us in to his busy schedule. Chuck always told us when he was coming, when he arrived, and when he was heading out for the day. Chuck always explained any issues that came up like whether to shave the door on one side or the other and taught me some tricks of the trade too. I felt he was respectful of the time being spent. Price was very reasonable too. Overall, I always felt like we were making progress and that I could count on hearing back from him... which I'm feeling is kind of rare these days! Thanks Chuck!

Fernando, Bulmaro, and Julio were the contractors that helped prepare my condo to be move-in ready and they did an amazing job.  They repainted the walls, repaired everything that needed to be repaired, and stained the kitchen cabinets at just the right color, which was difficult to do given its incredibly specific coloring.  They were kind, friendly, considerate, efficient, and got the job done sooner than I was expecting.  I look forward to working with them again in the future.

Bellows recommended and installed a Mitsubishi multi-split system (ductless - with AC and heat) in our house in Napa. Chelsea responded quickly via email, arranged to meet, clearly explained what it involved, and they got the job done quickly.  It's up and running and is a great solution for a small house built in the 1950s without a central system.

I am so lucky today that I found this plumber (Sean) to fixed my house water leaking issue on garage ceiling. He did quick inspection and found the root cause in a short time. Due to my house is under construction for replace drywall, the problem need to be fix ASAP before repainting next week. Sean provide his great response from my urgent call, and provide great and quick service. I recommend give him a call at any situation for the plumbing service. Got a clogged kitchen dual sink, tried the easy solutions first but didn't help. Found Niko on Yelp, gave his number a call and got a call back immediately. Timing worked out, he was available and came right away. He was very courteous and professional, wore mask and put shoe covers on (even his plumber snake wheels has covers!). Worked on the problem quickly and the flat rate was reasonable. He takes Zelle so payment was easy. He also gives a 3-month labor warranty. Highly recommended, would definitely call him again if needed.

Update to my previous review.  I have been a customer for many years and relied on Benjamin for all my plumbing services.  I had one bad experience within the 3+ years of membership.  When I had this experience Bob Bachmann, Ops Manager personally reached out to me to apologize.  I had been on the brink of never working with this company again however after speaking with him, I feel I am valuable to their business.  I have had this company replace my main under house pipe, water heater, overflow and two toilets.  Long story short... they do care about their customers.
