Bart was quick to respond to my call to inspect a leaky kitchen faucet. He did careful inspection and recommended faucet change instead of spending more time fixing the leak. He did the inspection free of charge! Thank you again for the help!

Mark did an excellent job installing an exterior light sconce, a range hood vent, a new toilet, and a toilet bidet seat. He was very professional and efficient. He was even nice enough to come do this on a morning of a weekend, to accomodate my schedule! He had all tools and other parts in his truck, in case he needed it, which he thankfully did not. My Wife and I woke up a few days ago only to find out that we had no hot water.  I automatically thought it was a water heater problem so I did some internet research. and started to look for a plumber.  Seriously, within a couple minutes of filling out a internet form for quotes, Amer form Anytime plumbing called.  He came out within an hour or so and diagnosed my problem.  He soon figured out that my gas line had failed.  Amer and his crew were fast in replacing the gas line, and my wife and I had heat and hot water in 1 day.  I cannot express my appreciation enough for the professionalism, honest, and prompt service these guys delivered.  They worked around my complex schedule without any reservations.  They should be at the top of anyones list!

Fernando, Bulmaro, and Julio were the contractors that helped prepare my condo to be move-in ready and they did an amazing job.  They repainted the walls, repaired everything that needed to be repaired, and stained the kitchen cabinets at just the right color, which was difficult to do given its incredibly specific coloring.  They were kind, friendly, considerate, efficient, and got the job done sooner than I was expecting.  I look forward to working with them again in the future.

An update, the installation is done and we're very happy with it. Del, Tyler, and Eric, efficiently installed our new air conditioning unit, water heater and furnace, and got it all set up on schedule. They also hired electricians to run wire from the furnace to the AC and that went smoothly too. I highly recommend their services to anyone in the market for them!

We had a bit of a surprise when it turned out the vent in the garage I mentioned in my prior review, that Andrew had said they'd include for us, was not written in the final plan despite being promised to us verbally. It turns out that the vent he suggested would have been against code. When we went to follow up with Andrew to clarify the matter, it turned out that he had left the company since signing our deal. That was a concerning note to start the installation on, and we did feel a little misled by it all, and made us wonder whether any of the other things Andrew had told us were true, like that we needed an especially expensive air conditioning unit to meet code. However, the actual installation went very smoothly and we're quite happy with the work that was done.

Shawn was really responsive, he was the first one to get back to me for an emergency water heater breakdown on a Saturday night and showed up first thing Sunday AM. He asked pertinent questions and came prepared, was in and out in 2 hours. He even came back couple days later to check in on a minor issue I flagged to him on the new heater. Strongly recommend.

Recently ran into a problem with our tankless water heater. We called Benjamin Franklin on Friday and came the following day. They immediately assessed the situation and scheduled for work to be done the following Monday. Raymond came and fixed our problem and got everything working perfectly!!
