Had a clogged drain for 2 days. Thought we could clear it ourselves using 2 bottles of Drano and the vinegar and baking soda solution, without success. Finally gave up on Sunday morning and discovered most plumbers were unavailable...except for Fast Response. Arrived within an hour and cleared within the next hour for a very reasonable price. Very satisfied customer. Thanks Fast Response!

We had a leaking garbage disposal. Bob showed up on time. He quickly identified and fixed the leak, tightened up all the hoses under the sink and provided a clear explanation for the work done.

I found Mark Bissell through Yelp a couple of years ago and am so glad I did.  I had a long list of projects for Mark to do and I was really amazed at how many of them he completed in a very short time.  His work is excellent and no job is too small.  He is friendly and resourceful and his truck is well stocked.  Our kitchen sink plumbing had been installed improperly when the previous owner had done a remodel so we were living with gunk spurting up through one of the sinks when the garbage disposal was on.  I had two plumbers look at the problem and their proposed fix was to open up the outside wall of our house for a few thousand dollars.  I asked Mark for his opinion and  in a couple of days he got back to me with a solution he had figured out (on his own unpaid time) and for a few hundred dollars he solved the plumbing problem.  I have called Mark on multiple occasions and he is always right on time.  In short, I highly recommend Accolade Home Services.

This is the third time I used Anytime Plumbing. The previous two times Amer came, and he was outstanding (see my previous review). Today Sam was the technician, and he was great as well: Very professional, courteous, and punctual. He immediately diagnosed the problem and fixed it promptly.

I called a few other handymen, and they were scheduling out 1 to 4 weeks! I called Chandler's Handyman Service, and he came out in a few hours.

I had a small job involving a gas line, which wasn't something I wanted to get involved with. It turns out that the previous homeowner (I haven't even moved in yet) did some scary stuff that didn't really make any sense, and I honestly don't know if it made the job easier or just weirder. Ishmael probably could have argued against doing what I asked, which involved a trip to the hardware store, but it made me feel better. And he came down on the price after completing the job. I thought he was personable, professional, and reasonable.

We had a leak from under sink. Called around 5:30pm, then came by  around 5:50pm to finished job. I have to say their business services are really professional, from customer service to ontime for schedule, and technical skills. Will recommend for everyone for their services.

Mike Counsil Plumbing contacted me quickly, scheduled a technician to come to my home to see the water heater, and answered my questions about the various water heater options. The technician gave me  a no-surprises estimate before he started the work.  Mike Counsil uses highly rated water heaters. They did an excellent job on the install, I was happy to get a competitive price which also included the permit. A very professional company and their GM, Patty, was very helpful!

They came & check my water leakage issue in a timely manner. Even though they didn't repair since the job is out of their scope, they still provide me professional suggestions. No charge, no obligation.

Beware! It cost me $250.00 per drain for two drains, $500.00. The worker was here four hours, but he did waste some time. He insisted on looking around the property for a drain-out, even though I told him that the owner and his son were here a few years ago and determined that there was no drain-out. This same worker was here last year, and he looked for a drain-out that did not exist. He still wanted to look for a drain-out this time, and he walked over to some nearby houses to see if they had a drain-out in their front yard. One of the drains, that he cleared, was to my drain for the garage sink. But I have to replace the P-trap and adapter to the sink myself, or else this company will charge me another $125.00 to finish the job.

I called and left a voice mesage that I needed my furnace pilot light re-lit. I also sent a text. Chuck responded to my text message within 1/2 an hour. He was actually closed for the day but he did return my text message that he was not able to come out perform furnace service because he is booked through mid January. I do appreciate the fact that Chuck had the professional decency to promptly reponse to my messages.

Fernando, Bulmaro, and Julio were the contractors that helped prepare my condo to be move-in ready and they did an amazing job.  They repainted the walls, repaired everything that needed to be repaired, and stained the kitchen cabinets at just the right color, which was difficult to do given its incredibly specific coloring.  They were kind, friendly, considerate, efficient, and got the job done sooner than I was expecting.  I look forward to working with them again in the future.

Bellows' service technician, Corbin, could not have been more professional and personable. We had a sudden failure with our hot water heater and bellows juggled some other work to accommodate us and Corbin worked late so we would not have to go without hot water and he kept us fully informed every step of the way and made every effort to keep the cost down.  We are totally satisfied with the work and the communication. Good job Corbin and Bellows!

Had a clogged toilet and called Niko and fixed an appointment for him to come the same day. He was punctual and got the work done properly.

I had Ben Franklin Plumbing replace my sewer to the street and replumb all the drains under the house. They did a fantastic job. In particular the employees Javier, Takai and Armando worked tirelessly on the sewer and did it in one day. Their employees Dindi and Adrian replaced the pipes under the house with great energy and work ethic. Everything was accomplish in one day and all were very professional and friendly. I high recommend Ben Franklin and these people. Ben Franklin is not the cheapest game in town but they're are excellent.
