I called Fast Response at 9:30pm on a Friday.  I had already spent 6 hours of my own time trying to unclog the main house drain pipe heading for the street main with very limited success.  It was getting late and we could not really use the toilets or any water in the house until this problem was solved.  Water was backing up in my garage drain.  Within 30 minutes, Ben arrived with his helper Pablo.  They knew exactly what to do and it took them only 30 minutes to clear out the line from the front of the house to the main and back to the house.  Towards the house they found the obstruction and whoosh, the backed up water was running free.  This was my Dad's house and I really could not leave until this problem was solved.  They charged $175 (fixed fee) and I thought that was very reasonable considering the response time and the late hour.  I highly recommend this company!

The thermal coupling in my water heater started to malfunction. Jeff's quote was reasonable. He arrived early and got the job done within an hour. The hot water has been flowing again since. I will have him on my go to list for plumbing needs.

Bob has done work for me on multiple occasions.  He has fixed toilets, unclogged stubborn drains, determined the source of leaking water in my home, replaced a kitchen faucet.  He shows up on time, calls to confirm, does great work.  His prices are very reasonable.

The very worst plumbing -drain experience ever!  Because he was not working Thursday, I was able to fully explain to him on the phone, that I already had my drain snaked a week earlier, but no camera/video - and I really needed a camera/video to record the issue in case I needed further work.  I also asked for his warranty - he said 30 days!  This was very clear.  What I needed was the SNAKE/CLEAR & CAMERA/VIDEO!  He snaked the drain, and purportedly ran his $10K camera in it.  I paid him and figured it might take a few days to transfer it to a video for me.  My toilet & shower backed up 7 days later & I requested (1) the CD or recording of the drain & return visit.  He said he did not record it cuz I didn't ask for it!!!  What a lie & joke!  Paying for camera work is extra & expensive!!!  And, when you film something - you expect the record.  He said he would have to start all over again (charge me $750).  The WORST.

We hired Mark to fix up a variety of things around the home we just moved into, from wooden gates and fences in the yard, to loose cabinets in the kitchen, to seals around shower fixtures. Mark took care of it all efficiently and professionally. He also made very pragmatic, sensible suggestions that were a lot easier than what I initially thought was needed.

I'm happy with the quality of his work and with how he communicated with us and got the work done promptly. I'm glad to have found a reliable home repair person.

Chandlers is my go-to plumber.  Living in an older home, I tend to have issues.  They always provide great service at a reasonable price.  Ishmael even sent one of his plumbers to help after hours and didn't charge me extra.  I highly recommend their service.

The technician gave me  a no-surprises estimate before he started the work.  Mike Counsil uses highly rated water heaters. They did an excellent job on the install, I was happy to get a competitive price which also included the permit. A very professional company and their GM, Patty, was very helpful!

I called Bell Plumbing for same-day service on a Saturday- to fix a broken disposal.  David showed up within two hours and fixed the problem in five minutes.  He was fast and friendly to my children and barking dogs. I would definitely recommend Bell and David - great and professional service.

Great service. On time and fair. I've had 3 different plumbers over to snake my outside drain. JC finished the job to perfection and charged 20% less than the other 3 plumbers. Will definitely be using him again.

Chuck is a GREAT handyman!  After calling several contractors and handymen in the area, Chuck was the only one who knew how to do the job right, and do the job right away (it was a bit of an emergency).  Long story short, some contractors accidentally cut the internet cord at my office.  Chuck re-wired my internet cord from downstairs to upstairs and even worked closely with AT&T to make sure it was working before he left.  He was able to do the job quickly and very professionally.  In addition, he's a really nice guy :)  I definitely plan to hire Chuck in the future!

Fernando, Bulmaro, and Julio were the contractors that helped prepare my condo to be move-in ready and they did an amazing job.  They repainted the walls, repaired everything that needed to be repaired, and stained the kitchen cabinets at just the right color, which was difficult to do given its incredibly specific coloring.  They were kind, friendly, considerate, efficient, and got the job done sooner than I was expecting.  I look forward to working with them again in the future.

I had a clogged kitchen sink pipe that I was unable to fix with my 25 foot snake, so I had to call for a professional. Bellows assigned Corbin Russell to the job. He showed up and set to work, unclogging the pipe quickly. Corbin was professional, skilled and conscientious. I am so very pleased with how smoothly the process went. A few months ago I needed a new water heater and I called him and few other plumber. His price was very reasonable and he showed up on time He installed a new water heater, he also gave us one year parts and labor warranty.
I strongly recommend all city plumbing.

Niko helped us replacing few faucets in our home (bathroom and kitchen) and also replacing shower heads. He is reliable , patient and did an excellent job overall. He kept the place clean during and after the work. His communications were clear before the project and for scheduling the appointment. Also I found his prices were reasonable. I highly recommend Niko for any plumbing work.

This is for the San Jose location. I was about to have them do the plumbing work when I realized I should get other quotes, even though it meant waiting for an urgent and messy plumbing job. They were the first outfit I called. So glad I did and so happy that I had a chance to read their reviews on Yelp! This outfit is price gouging and are GREEDY. They were charging me $6,000 for a job when all the other quotes came in at around $2,000. I can't speak to their quality of work, but based on what they would have charged me, I would give them a miss.
