My water did not give the hot water, I called three company to come to my house to take a look at my water heater and see how they can do with it. The first two company came without checking anything. They recommended me to replace it because my water heater is more than 10 years old and gave me the estimate. When Adrian came, he tried to find out what the error code on the thermostat meant, and he found out the issue. This saved me a lot of money. When he was replacing the part he took a video and photos to explain me what he did and my water heater condition looked like.

The current more than 10 years old water tank got water leak to floor. Looking for quick service in the market, Alex is one response and offer same day service with tank purchased from home Depot. Arrived on time and detail description to whole process and out-of-order parts replacement suggestion. He performs the state of the art skill and also fixed the previous incorrect installation. Within 3 hours, the new water tank was replaced and back to working status. Highly recommend to use the service.

The waterline from the meter at the curb to our house sprung a major leak coming through the sidewalk.  TPS responded quickly, came out and gave an honest assessment and a very fair estimate. , so we went with them.  TPS, came out on a Sunday b/c we really needed the water back on. They arrived nice and early and were done before 4:00pm.  Nice guys, very professional. Totally happy with their work and will use them again in the future.

I'd give 1 million stars if there would be an option!!! Tyler is above and beyond excellent! Had to install a water heater which got broke after 17 years and two other plumbers (who had a great reviews on Yelp, btw...would never put my trust in the reviews ever again) - came over and gave me estimates of $1,250 and said the part got rusted, cost $228 to replace. Talal, owner of Expert Plumbing was the Nightmare Experience (have to applaud for picking a name for what should be called Most Horrible!) . He had guts to send me the estimate for water heater+replacement =$2,258.85 and told me it'll take two men to do the job. I went on line and bought Bradford White from supplyhouse.com for $600 with free shipping and no sale tax. And was lucky to open Scotts Valley newspaper to find George Allen & Sons Plumbing! Got the estimate over the phone for $300 and the part to replace was only $50 not $228. All in all, the cost came at $1,000 total, not $2,258.85 with $100 discount (what a JOKE!!) that Mr. Rooter and Talal with expert plumbing wanted to get from me. That's over double the actual cost! Tyler was SUPER efficient, I Wowed when I saw how clean he left everything behind..even took a box of a new heater with him which I was going to cut in pieces and dump. Saved a lot of work for 58yo woman! Best experience with a truly HONEST right in my town company! Can't thank you enough and already told my friends never waste any time on calling other plumbers - unless you want to get scammed for money. Thank you so much for your work, Tyler!!! Will be waiting for another job to give you in a heart bit!!!

Everything I needed when my old hot water heater started leaking. Juan was exceptionally professional as he explained and discussed in detail what options- tankless vs. tank, costs, including additional piping and permits that might be required. He advised me without upsale as I live on SSDI. The price was fair and exact with no hidden fees. He used higher quality straps and a pan that hadn't existed before. I'm highly recommend this business.

Nick repaired the front door and fire door going from the kitchen to the garage in my mom's house.  I submitted a quote request on Yelp to 4-5 handymen, and Nick was the first to respond.  Both doors in my mom's house are quite old and did not close properly.  Nick did an amazing job and gave me options we could take along the way.  When he was done, both doors were completely fixed to my satisfaction.  

Additionally, I asked him for guidance on maintaining the doors and he provided some great tips for me while he was doing the work.  Nick is very friendly and personable as well.  Nick obviously has a broad set of skills and I would highly recommend him for handyman work.  In fact, before he left, I booked time for him to do some work on my house in Pacifica pertaining to evaluation of mold in a wall in one of my bathrooms.    Thanks Nick!

Louis came and fixed our drain. He followed up our calls, arrived on time, explained what he was going to do very clearly. He was upfront about the cost which was fair and reasonable. He sorted out payment with our landlord. He worked quickly, cleaned up and was gone without interruption to our family. Overall, he provided excellent service. We will use them again.

It was an emergency! My neighbor's waste water was being back-flowed into my kitchen and it was flooding!! We turned off all the water in the condo building, everyone had no water, I called a dozen plumbing places and they were all booked and everyone could not come out until the next afternoon!!  I went down the list, called Kevin, he came out 30 mins later, unclogged, talked to my neighbors, explained everything, clean up my kitchen, and gave me a very reasonable price!!  I can't believe I found him, thank you Kevin!!

We needed to replace a drainage pipe that was totally rotted away and Citywide Plumbing got the job done.  The plumber was quick and efficient.

Had Reed Plumbing out this morning to fix another new problem. Marco arrived right on time as promised and immediately identified the problem and fixed it. He did only what was necessary and left the bathroom spotless. We'll definitely call them back when another problem comes up.

They came my home in the same today I sent the request. They had mask on at all time, and fixed the clogged tube pretty quick. They also wiped the countertop for me.
I have scheduled another appt with them.

Hired Tegene Handyman Services to help dismount a tv mirror cabinet and could not recommend their services higher. Very responsive, arrived on time, provided transparent pricing, and completed the project on time. Would definitely hire Tegene Handyman Services for future projects.

After I got off the phone with Guy Plumbing I went out to my water heater and found A. G. Hansen sticker on it and called him to see if I could get my water heater working again.

Art was great and since I got to him early he could order the parts after I gave him the model and serial number.

Art was out the next day and was excellent to update the status of when he would arrive.

Art replaced what he thought was the failure of the thermocouple but after a quick test found out that was not the problem.

He figured out the gas valve had failed and found a replacement part the same day and had it fixed.

He gave me a break on the labor since the first part he replaced did not fix the problem.

Clogged toilet. Definitely tried to convince us we needed a new toilet. Our manager had the sense to wait and see and our toilet has worked just fine since. 198$ for the visit. Please follow the same cautious attitude when they send someone out. They know what they are doing technically and sales wise too

These guys have been my go-to plumbers for the last 10 years and every time I'm impressed. I've had some really sticky drain problems, but with Palo Alto Plumbing and Heating, they show up on time, they're finished in under an hour, and my problems stay gone. Moe in particular has given me impressive service on multiple occasions (he's been with the company for at least several years). He came fully equipped and prepared for the job, and was clean, courteous, and very professional. He double-checked my lines even after finishing with the clog I called him for because,as he put it, I'm paying for the full hour anyways, and gave me some DIY tips for addressing smaller drain issues. They also do emergency overtime/weekend service that is not that much more expensive than their usual, reasonable rates.

I was referred to Josh by a friend for our plumbing needs. I work in a small office in Los Altos and hired J. Fisher Plumbing to take care of the plumbing in our office. I was very satisfied with the prompt service we received and the quality of the work done. Josh is very responsive via email and phone and he really is an expert in his field. I would definitely recommend J. Fisher Plumbing for any office or home needs. He makes you feel valued as a customer and cares about cleaning up after a job. For the great quality of work done, his prices are very reasonable.

Routine service, annual check with these guys who are contractor for one hour service plan. The plan charge is 20 per month. Using a power wrench, the one guy stripped the top cathode bolt and kept going until every speck of rust in the heater was let loose and completely clogged hot water system for house and required immediate replacement of water heater. Expecting two people the next day but only one shows up? Took entire day and 3400 dollars. I was suckered and don't want the same thing to happen to another senior.
