Arrived on time and detail description to whole process and out-of-order parts replacement suggestion. He performs the state of the art skill and also fixed the previous incorrect installation. Within 3 hours, the new water tank was replaced and back to working status. Highly recommend to use the service.

I highly recommend Total Plumbing Services based on my experience hiring them to do some plumbing work for me earlier this month. I'm remodeling my kitchen and I ran into an issue of the existing drain waste arm being too high for the new deeper sink that I installed. The waste arm was just barely low enough for the old sink we had, and with our new sink strainer baskets dropping 2-3 lower, the bottoms were now level with the waste arm and the dishwasher pump wasn't strong enough to drain the dishwasher effectively when connected with the new drain plumbing. We have an old house with old galvanized pipes, and cutting into the wall and installing a new tee lower down on the rusty stack felt a bit beyond my own DIY abilities. So I put out a request for quotes to several plumbers on Yelp who all had great reviews.

I ended up contacting 14 plumbers, and Billy stood out among them for his organization and attention to detail. He came out to check out my project a day after I submitted the request for quotes, wore a mask and shoe covers, and was thorough in assessing the scope of work and listening to what I had already done so he could suggest the best course of action for what I actually needed, not just what he could do. Not only was he extremely professional, but he was also personable and friendly throughout our communication. His quote ended up being the most reasonable of the 8 that I received, partly because he was willing to price out just the rough-in work itself and allow me to do the stuff I know how to do (move the sink out of the way beforehand, patch the drywall, reconnect the new waste arm to the sink drain pipes) in order to save on cost.

Billy came by to do the job a week later, as scheduled and clearly communicated. After he cut into the wall, he ran into an unexpected issue when he found that the vent pipe above the existing tee was corroded and leaking sewage air into the wall of the house. He wasn't sure at first how far the damaged old pipe would extend, but he communicated what he found clearly, along with what the potential solutions would be. He got my consent to do some more exploration outside of the original scope of work, and soon identified how much additional pipe would need to be replaced in order to correctly solve the issue. He made sure I gave the okay before he proceeded with replacing a significant amount of the corroded galvanized steel drain pipe with new ABS pipe in addition to lowering the sanitary tee. Even with the complication and having to run out to the store to grab a specific coupling part, Billy was done in less than 2 hours. He did a great job of cleaning up the area around the work site, and even honored his original quote for the final cost even though I was prepared to pay more for the additional work done. I reconnected the hookups to the sink drain after he was done, and everything is working great now. I wouldn't hesitate to reach out to Billy at Total Plumbing Services with any other plumbing needs.

PlumbTech installed a new water heater for us yesterday and we couldn't be more pleased. Ivan gave an estimate over the phone which greatly expedited the process of selection. They use Bradford White which is a top-of-the-line brand with a 6 year warranty. They're polite, on time, and easy to communicate with. Perhaps best of all from my point of view is that they were extremely neat and left my laundry room cleaner than they found it! What a blessing! PlumbTech may not be the cheapest bid you get, but they're worth every penny. We would definitely hire them again and will refer them to all our friends.

Thanks to a fast response from Tyler with George Allen & Son's, we got our underground propane line that had been leaking for who know's how long. Tyler was quick, incredibly nice, professional, and just made our life so much better. They were inexpensive, but knew exactly the what's, the why's & fixed it everything perfectly. Most of all, we have a safe system now. We will never go anywhere else.

We needed to replace a 15-yr-old kitchen faucet and garbage disposal and NG was recommended by our next-door neighbor. They didn't disappoint! They made an appointment within 24 hours and were right on time. The old piping was a jigsaw of twists and turns and Juan cleaned that all up to install the new disposal. Great guys, very responsive, very clean during the work and when finished! Will use them again soon for our water heater.

I had Nick out today to do another repair at my house. Once again, he did everything right- communicated before the appointment, showed up on time, did an awesome job with the repairs, cleaned up after the repair, and charged a fair price. He nailed it.  Between my house and my mom's house this is the third time I've used Nick for repairs and he has exceeded my expectations every time. I cannot recommend him highly enough and I will be using him again in the future.

Abdu is an amazingly skilled individual who I've been turning to for years. With every new house project that arises, he discusses the best course to take in order to make my dreams a reality. He recently came for 4 projects: painting crown moulding, re-grouting a bathtub, installing a pair of hand-carved doors onto an armoire, and mounting a hand-carved door frame onto an existing doorframe. Everything turned out beautiful, and we have Abdu to thank for it.

We had them referred to us by a friend and we were very glad we chose them. We found out our drain under our house was 95% clogged and water was just draining under the house. Cedric came out and replace piping under the house laid down lime to clean up what was under the house and snaked under the kitchen sink 6 times before it was completely cleaned out. Cedric felt very friendly, honest and clearly explained what was going on. It was a great experience and he will be coming back to do more minor work for us.

In 2009 we purchased a new Carrier heating system from John F. Dahl, which is no longer in business.  We are very happy with the heating new system.  In Fall 2010 we needed to change out the air filter, so I turned to the heating company which assumed the Dahl phone number, Palo Alto Plumbing, Heating and Air.  I ordered the filter over the phone and went to pick it up.  I nearly fell over when I heard the price (knowing it was essentially made of inexpensive materials and mass produced).  I asked how one air filter could possibly cost $65.60 and did not get a satisfactory answer.  This year I went in search of a new source online. Yippee!  I found them for $17 each.   The lesson is ALWAYS look online before ordering anything, and NEVER order a filter from this company.

I was in need of a plumber to fix a broken sink drain and replace my laundry hookups and was referred to Josh Fisher. We called him this morning and he was here by this afternoon! His pricing was fair and he was incredibly respectful and professional. So glad that I found Fisher Plumbing and I will definitely use them in the future!

I don't believe I ever made a bad review about a company that I was involved with. This plumbing company is in the list of certified contractors of American Home Shield, my home warranty company,  that they sent to look at my stoppage on my kitchen sewer line to the main line after paying $100. They did the usual snake process twice and reported that they found mud on the snake and requested AHS the use a camera to find the problem. AHS did not approve it saying it was my responsibility since it's not part of my contract. It was an emergency so I contacted another plumbing company, Gasca Plumbing, who did the identical procedure and they were able to clear the stoppage. They went down the crawl space to inspect and found my sewer pipe intact.
The report that Rock's Plumbing wrote to AHS was there was a SLAB LEAK. How can there be a slab leak if my house is NOT built on a SLAB but rather have a crawl space. I read a consumer review about Rocky's and some one advice that check on their license if it is active.

Had an appointment scheduled for Saturday and they canceled my appointment that morning with no alternatives but to wait a few days.   I don't know why I decided to try this company but I thought why not, my mistake.  I decided to contact Mr. Rooter who I had used in the past and they came out that day and completed the job quickly.  I will never call Benjamin Franklin Plumbing again.
