Adrian was super helpful this morning when we had no hot water! He returned my husband's call right away and with some pictures being exchanged was able to direct us on the issue! And by 9:45am we had hot water back! So thankful! So much happening right now this is a huge relief that it was a simple fix!! Thanks so much!

When I got to the garage this morning, our water heater started leaking...I found this company on Thumbtack and they offered to come on the same day to fix it! He also provides a quote right away, very straightforward and transparent pricing. After quoting a few others we chose them because they offer the most reasonable price. Oleskii definitely knows his stuff - he told us the problem right away, the material cost, and overall itemized cost. All very clear and specific. He got the job done with no issue. I called Plumb Tech today for a PVC water pipe leak, and he told me if it's PVC pipe, it's an easy fix, I should just call landscaping, which is a lot cheaper, so I decided to call my gardener instead.

Our shower wouldn't shut off so we called around to a ton of plumbers and they were the only ones that could fit us in for a reasonable price. They showed up on time and fixed our shower quickly and didn't charge an arm and a leg! I would definitely recommend them.

Juan was very responsive when I called and was
able to come check out the problem. He recommended getting a new toilet instead of fixing it since it was 20 year old toilet. When I called him next time he came within the hour and installed the new toilet and made sure to check everything twice. Would highly recommend him for plumbing services.

I definitely recommend the Ye Olde Handyman. He has a lot of knowledge about so many things when it come to the repairs you need. I first used Ye Olde Handyman to install electrical for my new hot tub. Ye Olde Handyman has also taken care of the repairs of rotted roof along with the removal of the chimney. Now that the roof is patched any chimney gone time to have him tear out the fire place and patch the floor.

These guys are simply the best.  This is the second time I've used Simply Green.  First time was a great experience too.  Russell came out on Sunday to look at a slow running shower drain. He wasn't able to open up the drain at that time, and went so far as to modify his tools on site to try and open it up.   He wasn't able to open up the drain but explained very clearly what was happening. He said he'd be back Monday with one of his guys.  I wasn't charged a penny for his time on Sunday.
They showed up on time and ended up replacing a good sized section of waste plumbing that wasn't sloped correctly, and the waste and overflow drain on my tub.  The work was completed on time, and they did a great, very clean job.  
When I remodel my bathroom I'll be calling Russell to do the plumbing. I built houses for ten years, but between his knowledge of all things plumbing, his outstanding work, and his great pricing, it isn't worth my time when I can work on something else and not worry about the plumbing.  
I have no reason to look for a plumber again.  These guys are the best!

I've had really good  experiences with KVN plumbing. They come when they say, The work is done professionally and I never have to wait around for them. The customer service is amazing and they are always friendly. I have had multiple problems in the past  year when I have requested their service and they have always done an excellent job. I would recommend them to anyone in the area!

I asked them for a quote to replace our sewer line and their estimate was $18k. I got other much lower estimates and went with a company that charged only $7k for the same exact service. They never replied to my email asking for explanation for why their price was SO much higher.

I made an appointment and I got a call asking me if I was available earlier than the appointment was for. I said yes and they arrived within a few minutes. I showed Pepe the problem he quickly assessed and advised me of what had to be done. He then quite rapidly repaired the problem quickly and efficiently. I am very satisfied with the repairs and excellent service. I Would be happy to refer all of my friends to this great service.

Andy is great. Super fast response and very professional. He helped me fix an emergency leak in a short notice. It is good to have such level of service around now as everything is going so expensive. Highly recommended!

I had a small leak in my irrigation line. I was messaging with Adu around 4pm, and he came over that night and worked on repairing it. Ended up coming back the next day to finish. Great service!

I just had my garbage disposal cleared.  After Hour Plumbing & Drain was the first one to be available and performed the service the same day I called.  Tyler did a perfect job and was pleasant, efficient and clean.  He was masked and had gloves on as well as booties.  He came when expected and explained the work since I was interested.  The price was right as well.  I would recommend this business for sure!

Palo Alto Plumbing is AMAZING!!! Our home in Boulder Creek, was in the CZU complex fire zone. We had heavy smoke & soot damage & needed to have our HVAC system cleaned thoroughly. We tried several local companies & we were repeatedly told that it would be 3-4 weeks before someone could come out. We had already been out of our house for 24 days & were very anxious to get back. We called Palo Alto Plumbing & explained the situation. They said they really wanted to help, even though they don't normally work in Boulder Creek! Charlotte & Max told us they'd send someone out the very next day, which was a SATURDAY!!!  We were stunned! Talk about a company going above & beyond! Not only did they do my house, but they agreed to do my neighbors at the same time as well! That next morning, Ramone showed up exactly at the designated time, worked hard all day, all by himself & was super conscientious & thorough! Max, Charlotte & Ramone you guys are absolutely phenomenal & we cannot thank you enough!!!!

I don't believe I ever made a bad review about a company that I was involved with. This plumbing company is in the list of certified contractors of American Home Shield, my home warranty company,  that they sent to look at my stoppage on my kitchen sewer line to the main line after paying $100. They did the usual snake process twice and reported that they found mud on the snake and requested AHS the use a camera to find the problem. AHS did not approve it saying it was my responsibility since it's not part of my contract. It was an emergency so I contacted another plumbing company, Gasca Plumbing, who did the identical procedure and they were able to clear the stoppage. They went down the crawl space to inspect and found my sewer pipe intact.
The report that Rock's Plumbing wrote to AHS was there was a SLAB LEAK. How can there be a slab leak if my house is NOT built on a SLAB but rather have a crawl space. I read a consumer review about Rocky's and some one advice that check on their license if it is active.

Had an appointment scheduled for Saturday and they canceled my appointment that morning with no alternatives but to wait a few days.   I don't know why I decided to try this company but I thought why not, my mistake.  I decided to contact Mr. Rooter who I had used in the past and they came out that day and completed the job quickly.  I will never call Benjamin Franklin Plumbing again.
